A liberdade desse passado significa a liberdade do meu passado psicológico. Swami Dayananda. Você deve renunciar a essas dependências”. Swami Chinmayananda. For many thousands of years ancient sages and enlightened communities have understood the significance of sound as a sacred instrument of immense power and potential, not only for healing but also for spiritual development. All tribes throughout history have been working in harmony with sound, and weaving it into their rituals, ceremonies, rites of passage, meditations, celebrations and healing philosophies as far back as the dawn of humanity.  Ancient civilisations revered sound so deeply that they believed it called the universe into creation. Indeed Om is known as the original vibration of the universe. This sacred sound is composed of three fundamental syllables – A U M, which represents the various states of awareness. Of all the forms of energy, sound is perhaps one of the more powerful manifestations. Sound energy is intricately connected with the human experience and the naturally spiritual side of humankind. Sound influences not just the mind, but also the emotions, and is known to alter the life force of a person, with its healing capabilities. Shamans, priests, priestesses, and medicine men and women have always worked with sound in sacred ways since ancient times and have created many sound instruments to assist them. These are things like crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks, and many more. The ancient Egyptians had a deep understanding of sound's healing properties. They believed that specific tones and rhythms could affect the body's energy centres and promote healing. Instruments like the sistrum, harp, and voice were used in rituals and ceremonies to invoke healing energies. It is only in the last few decades that ancient sound wisdom of the past has been rediscovered. With a deep understanding of the potency of vibration and sound - my guest today is one those people bringing sound healing back into mainstream consciousness, and making it safe and accessible in everyday life.  Seriya Cutbush is an Australian yogini, who grew up between the Byron shire and the Ashrams of India. his human is very impressive, and is strongly pulled to sharing her knowledge and being of service.  Seriya was the Experiences Coordinator at The Crystal Castle, in the Byron Hinterland for 6 years. Trechos do livro “Yoga, Meditation and Japa Sadhana”, de Swami Krishnananda.

What are the reasons for good sleep?Men who sleep 5 to 6 hours at night have a level of testosterone, which is reduced by a 10-year-old senior.A lack of sleep will age you by a decade of wellness, vitality, muscle strength., and sexual performance.  So in our Ashram and this is true also for other Ashrams to have less sleep is a virtue! How stupid is that?If we encounter Night sleep deprivation, then we do have a 70% drop in natural Cell activity. The link between lack of sleep and cancer is so profound, that the WHO classified night shift work as a probable Carcinogen through disturbed sleep-wake rhythms. So the shorter you sleep, so shorter your life. And 9 to 10 hours of sleep will again shorten your life. Too much sleep is bad. So 7 to 8 hours of sleep is optimum. When we lose an hour of sleep, heart attack risk is 24% higher.Actually, society wants us to work or to consume. And sleep is lost time… So society supports less time for sleep!Sleep expert number 1,  Dr. Mathew Walker What prevents /sleep/deep sleep?1. Coffee, we drink coffee to boost our productivity… Coffee contains Caffeine.  And caffeine has a half Life 5-6 hours, which means it affects even our sleep 12 hours later and is still present and active to 25% 12 hours later. So avoid drinking coffee in the afternoon or later… I don't drink coffee for over 30 years because it is too much work for the kidneys to filter out the coffee particles from the blood. It is so bad for the kidneys!!!2. Napping,  Naps are undoubtedly magical They boost our heart health, are good for the spine, amplify learning abilities and positively shift our emotions.Make it short not longer than 20 minutes. Otherwise, it will be more difficult to sleep deeply during the night. Makes sense? Show me any animal that doesn't nap during the daytime! 5 sleep hacks:1. Regularity is the foundationGo to bed and rise up every day, including weekends at the same time.2. Darkness of the room… The best is total darkness so that the eyes can recover. 1 hour before you go to bed, dim your lighting down. Use only warm white light or reddish light in the night. You will amazed at how easy is to sleep. 3. Temperature… Your sleeping room should be cool, the best is 18.5 Celsius or cooler.4. Don't lie in bed awake for too long. Meditate before going to bed or meditate when you can't sleep, so that you feel good.Or accept that you can't sleep. Just give yourself the permission to rest and remind yourself again and again that you want to rest and not to sleep… Guess what happens?5. Remove all clocks from your bedroomDon't take drugs, including alcohol before you go to bed… That reduces the healthy REM cycles during sleep.Instead of counting cheeps, visualize something nice, read a boring book get a sleeping story, or meditate..If you couldn't sleep, do the same as you did when you got a good sleep… Ignore that you are tired and go earlier to bed. Remind yourself that sleep is not an on-and-off switch, it is a physiological process, like landing an aircraft.Winding down is important Remember, too much light is a no-goTo wake up fast and be fit take a cold shower instead of drinking coffeeMake body exercises that are exhausting…My Video:  How to sleep better? https://youtu.be/C8FdgJ-DglsMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast3/How-to-sleep-better.mp3

Regardless if we reach our goals or not… We check if the goals are healthy in the longtime. And the goals should give us also for the future something that were worth to acquire our goals!Looks too logical? Then why do most people fail to do so?For instance, the strongest man, David Goggins:Cannot build up healthy and lovely relationships. Even he had killed innocent people in the Iraqi war (that was a total mess and the worst war at all) to show how strong he is and awesome manhood he has…If we fail to build up healthy and lovely relationships we will be punished in our whole life. All we need is love!If we sacrifice our health for our goals to win some meaningless medals or to become rich and successful, we have failed, too. No excuse!I could watch so many people are doing Yoga and Meditation to escape for their relationship problems… If you don't believe so…Go in any Ashram of India and you will find the majority of the inhabitants have messed up in their relationships!Instead, to build up a lovely relationship with the Lord that is the most important thing in our lives, they waste their time caring out meaningless tasks in the Ashrams! For what are these Ashrams or Temples good? Definitive I don't know! What do we need to become happy and that is also true when we are old?A healthy lifestyle with vegan food (no industrially processed food) and enough body exercise. Healthy lovely relationships. An education, and for sure we have to learn every day, that gives us a job that is full filling and we earn enough money. We need to build up a healthy, lovely relationship with God. If we get all of these 4 points correct, we have mastered our life!My Video: Are my goals healthy? https://youtu.be/uMlEkxMwJWQMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast1/Are.my.goals.healthy.mp3

Immerse yourself in the transformative spirit of Ganesha as our Ashram resonates with the joyous celebrations that extend from personal realms to the universal. Delve into the symbolic journey through the story of Mushaka, Ganesha's mouse, illustrating the release of karmic obstacles and the surrender to Shakti's play, guiding us toward union with Shiva. Join us in expanding awareness beyond the five coverings, inspired by the wisdom of Ganesha and the transformative power of surrender. Om Gam Ganapataye Namah! The Mouse of the Mind: Embracing Ganesh through the Story of Mushaka It is that time of year - Ganesha pervades our Ashrams and pujas, our lives and is everywhere! The celebrations spread in a widening circle to envelop ourselves and our families, then our friends & relatives, next the people in our public lives, then the arts & artistes enriching our lives and finally, encompassing all beings in all Lokas. It feels like a wholesome practice expanding my awareness past five aspects of my karma - from the physical and personal to the subtle and Universal. These aspects are reminiscent of the five kanchukas in Kashmir Shaivism (or even the five koshas of Advaita) that limit the experience of Universal consciousness. The five heads of Ganesha seem to symbolize His help for the progress of my awareness through these five coverings. In our practices, we surrender to the play of Shakti (i.e., Parvati) which moves our ordinary awareness into union with Shiva (Universal consciousness). Ganesha's energy helps the surrender by removing obstacles manifested in these karmic covers. The story of Ganesha's vehicle, the mouse, illustrates the nature of these blocks. The story begins in Indra Loka where Krauncha was an accomplished celestial musician. His artistry however inflated his ego leading to pride and jealousy. He became miserly in praise of others, often absent when others performed or, preferred to sulk in the back or linger behind pillars in the hall. One day, Indra called on him to perform for the assembly of sages and Devas. As he sashayed to the dais, he thought he heard rapturous applause from sage Vamadeva on the way. In reality, however, he had stepped on the sage's feet and the furious sage had cursed him “Enough of your false pretenses! May your outer form reflect your inner nature!” Krauncha was immediately transformed to a huge mountain-sized rodent to match the size of his pride! Why a rodent? It loves dark places and prefers corners and edges to open spaces which are seen as threatening or negative. Our pride is invisible to us and operates in the dark recesses of our mind, delighting in gossip and thriving on the failures of others. This negativity bias is a survival instinct that causes us to blame others when they reflect our limitations back to us. Back in the story, as the mouse-mountain moved, it trampled and destroyed the dwellings and all beings in its path. A desperate Indra ejected Krauncha from the heavens to the earth. Scurrying on earth, it destroyed forests, mountains, lakes, farms and families eventually reaching the Ashram of sage Parashara. Ganesha who was visiting the Ashram decided to end the rampage and collared the mouse with his lasso. This yanked the mouse off his feet and landed him, stunned, at Ganesha's feet. The shock of the event flashed Krauncha's behavior past his mind's eye. He felt remorseful and begged Ganesha for forgiveness. Ganesha saw that Krauncha's negative nature had dissolved. So he decided to employ Krauncha's skills and talents and made him his vehicle. And, this is how Ganesha snagged a mouse for his ride. And like tiny mice, all kinds of thoughts scurry about the mind and pull it away from our practice. Unless we surrender them, we function from our mind and ego, much like Krauncha, the musician. This is the nature of the blocks manifest in our karmic coverings. As Babaji had said at a recent Satsang, ”… The Shakti will take you through every insecurity, every illusion, and every obstacle that exists in you, on the way to that state of perfection. You have to be willing to face it and move beyond all of it …” As we practice to expand our awareness past the five coverings, the Shakti will present our karma to us. Our heartfelt wish to grow draws Ganesha's energy to all parts of our mind - through the smallest openings and darkest areas like riding a mouse! To help us surrender past the karmic blocks to union with Shiva.

“Observe ininterruptamente a mente interior. In 1986, at age 8 years old, their son, Akal Sahai went to India for one year, which caused a rupture in their marriage, and Gurudarshan started divorce proceedings. In 1987 it was suggested by the head of the ashram that he marry Mata Mandir Kaur from the DC ashram (and they are still married 36 years later) He worked for all the DC ashram businesses thru 1989 when he resigned from the “family” businesses and started his own business Sandler Sales Institute, a sales training in the high-tech sector. That gave him the opportunity to learn Sanskrit, the spiritual scriptures and the inner science from an early age. He spent lots of time in different Ashrams and absorbed the original forms of Tantra Yoga. Later, he studied and worked in Krishnamurti's school. This gave him a deep understanding about the network of thought and the way out of it through awakening the capacity to just observe and listen to one's mind without any judgement and identification. Rishi then went on to study with Himalayan Yoga Masters and modern Gurus from south India such as Patabhi Jois and B.K.S. Iyengar. He is a life long disciple of the enlightened master Osho and spent several years in Osho's community. He translated many Osho books from Hindi to English during his Work as Meditation program at Osho International Meditation Resort. Rishi travelled to Europe, America and many Asian countries extensively and taught traditional Tantra and Yoga in their original form. According to Rishi, the radical transformation in his being started taking place during ‘Work as Meditation' at Osho's Ashram. As Osho says- ‘You work for me and I'll work on you'. This statement started manifesting in Rishi's life. He describes the process as rewiring of his whole physical and energetic system to a higher template based on inner ecstasy. His yoga Guru Mr. Iyengar requested him to start a Yoga School in India. With the help of his beloved friends and Osho's Sannyasins, Lila, Sasa and Swami Ansh his Yoga School was started in Goa and it became a great success in a very short period of time. It is Rishi's passion to bring to people's awareness the fact that the twin systems of Tantra and Yoga have never really been separate. They are two aspects of Sanatanam Dharma, the eternal flow of truth.

He believes that if we can open ourselves to the poetry and aesthetic sensibility of nature, our relationships, and the soul that is orchestrating the dance of these elements, that life can be as simply profound as these fleeting transcendent spiritual experiences. That healing is not an event, but a process, and is available to all who have eyes to see, and ears to listen to the healing calling us from within.Soul & PsycheInstagram: @soulnpsycheMormons on Mushrooms – Ways to ContributeOur podcast is supported by our amazing listeners and magical community. Darci Larocque, was born Darci Clack in 1971. Her father joined 3HO in 1974 in the New Haven Ashram. Her mom and father were divorced and at the age of 5, she started visiting the ashram in Dorchester, MA, where her father had moved. One day in first grade catholic school, her dad and a friend in full Bana showed up in the middle of a school day and took her. Darci was taken to the Dorchester ashram and even though her mom had full custody, her father wouldn't give her back. It was the 1970s - her mom, then 23 year old could not fight it so she joined 3HO and moved in. Darci's dad was Deva Singh. Her mom was Ram Sarn Kaur and her name became Upma. After Children's Camp in 1978, at 7 years old she was sent to the newly created Guardian Program in New Mexico where she stayed for years; first with one set of guardians then with the heads of the ashram. Which among other things, she had direct ranch access that only in hindsight she can now see as “special”. During this time, her mom moved to the LA ashram and YB engaged her to be married. She was supposed to go to India - but stayed behind with even more YB and ranch access. Her friends (other kids in the guardian program) left in the first group to Mussoorie, India. She ended up in LA and NM for a couple years back and forth. She was fully " out" at 13. Her dad stayed in until he died 16 years ago. Her mom left when she was 15 and she continued to work at the Golden Temple and stayed dressed in her turban while she worked. She died 7 years ago. Her whole life in 3HO was her life via her dad and friends. She didn't choose to “be cut” out. Until she was 40, she considered herself a Sikh. Only in the past two years did she finally recognize that she wasn't a Sikh. She was raised in a cult. Episode 10 is all about Healing from Depression and Grief with Peter Nathaniel Lee This is a very special episode for me because #1, Peter is my husband #2 he has just published his first book, ‘Walk with Me' and #3 it covers topics that I think are really important to talk about openly – mental health, depression and suicide.  And, while this is a deep conversation, like the book, it's also full of hope, inspiration, synchronicities, following your heart and the magic of life.  So a little bit about Peter.  There have been 3 constants in Peter's life – the desire to travel the world, lovely deeply and the inescapable impulse to write about the two. At sixteen, to escape the confines of his youth, and in search of a great story, he joined the Royal Navy, where he travelled to many strange and exotic places in the company of honourable pirates, as he calls them.  Inspired by tales of backpacking, he left the Royal Navy and spent the next several years living out of a bag, wandering around Asia and South America. He lived in Ashrams, surf retreats, kung fu schools, shamanic treehouses, and on a sheep farm in New Zealand before returning to the UK to complete a degree in Creative Writing and English Lit. In 2010, Peter walked the Camino De Santiago, which inspired, ‘Walk With Me.' A story of adventure and spiritual awakening, it's also an up close and personal story of healing from grief and depression, and overcoming generational addiction.  Peter currently lives in-between Bali, Australia and the world with me, works as a Breath-worker therapist, entrepreneur (he co-founded and manages https://sacredlotuslove.com/ (Sacred Lotus Love®) – our online Gift Company), and freelance writer. He continues to explore life, inside and out, in the spirit of a pilgrim.  What we cover: Why Peter left everything and walked the Camino Burning down the barn to see the moon  Grief, unprocessed trauma + depression The impact of suicide on families Healing Generational stories – forward and back Dyslexia and being told you wouldn't make it as a writer Letting go of the critical teacher on your shoulder Living in Alignment with your dream Tips for how to get a book written  I'm looking forward to introducing Peter to you – to talk about these important topics, but also the process of a writing a book - especially if you have a book inside of you and have perhaps struggled with confidence in your ability to write it and get it out the world – this podcast is for you! Naomi Pryde has been living and working in Northern India and Northern Thailand for the past 10 years running Jesus devotional spaces and Ashrams. In these spaces of safety and questioning , the beauty of Christ is shared with spiritual wanderers, hippies and travellers through contemplative and monastic spiritual embodied practice. Naomi was raised in Sydney in a strong evangelical/Anglican family, attended Sydney Missionary and Bible College and whilst always slightly rebellious, always embraced by the church. Over the past 10 years Naomi's faith has fallen apart, deepened and been refined by a number of experiences that have led her into the safe arms and mystery of her beautiful Jesus in which the certainty taught in her early Christian life began to unravel. The spiritual life, more of a journey than a destination, has led her into wilderness spaces, in which the Spirit has nudged and stirred in her heart to get uncomfortable. She has been challenged to live a life of integrity, risk her belonging, lose her belonging and ultimately land into the safe arms of God and know into the depths of her soul that her identity is as beloved and chosen child of God. Still living in Pai, Northern Thailand, and now Studying Spiritual Direction with Global Benedictine Monastery, Naomi is passionate about creating safe spaces for hippies, spiritual seekers and travellers to meet with God. In the past 3 years God has expanded that heart to also create safe spaces for those leaving church, kicked out of church, those feeling like they are in a spiritual free fall and those that no longer know where they belong. The Summer of Love was coming to an ubrupt end. The dropout culture was beginning to unravel and those experimenting with the drug culture were seeking other sources of inspiration. The Beat Generation had spawned a counter culture that was diametrically opposed to the anger that was spilling from the government of the time so it is little wonder that people were turning from the hatred and looking inward. Many artists began turning to the East, finding comfort in the teachings of the mystics. America was now the Mecca for the Beat Generation, and gurus from India were leaving their Ashrams to head over to the new country to spread their message of love and salvation through devotion rather than drugs. This week's Beat Generation, we look at the influence the East had over the west and how the Beat Generation welcomed the Indian teachers with open arms. World Community of Indian Culture and Traditional Disciplines.
