Mit dem Schneebesen kräftig rühren. Dabei langsam Puderzucker und Speisestärke untermischen. So lange weiterrühren, bis eine zähflüssige Masse entstanden ist. Das kann bis zu 20 Minuten dauern - mit einem elektrischen Küchenmixer geht es schneller. Den Eischnee in drei Schüsseln aufteilen: Ein Esslöffel in eine kleine Schüssel (für das Gesicht und die Bommel auf den Mützen), drei Esslöffel in eine mittlere Schüssel (für die Mützen) und mit der roten Lebensmittelfarbe verrühren. Die restliche Masse mit den Kokosflocken vermischen, bis ein klebriger Teig entsteht. Diesen zu kleinen runden Bällchen formen und auf die Oblaten setzen. Anschließend mit einem Teelöffel den roten Eischnee oben auf den Ball drücken. Wenn man den Teelöffel langsam nach oben wegzieht, sieht es wie eine Zipfelmütze aus. Nun kommt alles in den Ofen, wo es bei 100 Grad circa zwei Stunden gebacken wird. Die Weihnachtsmänner aus dem Ofen holen. Die Lakritzschnecke zu kleinen Stücken für die Augen schneiden, ebenso die Weingummischnüre zu kleinen Mündern. Mit der verbliebenen weißen Eischneemasse lassen sie sich als Gesichter an den Kokoskugeln festmachen. Zum Schluss einen kleinen Ball Eischnee als weißen Bommel oben auf der Mütze platzieren. Fertig ist der Weihnachtsmann. Anne Marie gewann den Eurovision Song Contest 1973 für Luxemburg und wurde 1979 für Frankreich Dritte. Mit Alkis und Marco erinnert sie sich an ihre frühen Erfolge, an den Eurovision-Spirit über all die Jahre und wie ihr Kleid mit Kaffee überschüttet wurde. Geboren wurde Anne Marie David 1952 in Casablanca, wo ihr Vater als Polizeibeamter arbeitete. Dort und in Straßbourg wuchs sie auf, bis die Familie schließlich nach Arles zog, als sie die Mittelschule besuchte. Da die Provence einige große Sängerinnen (Mireille Mathieu zum Beispiel) hervor gebracht hatte, änderten die findigen Presseleute der Plattenfirma einfach ihren Geburtsort. In den 70ern ging das.Ihr Vater hatte Theaterdienst und nahm sie als Kind mit zu einem Theaterfestival, damit stand für die 11-Jährige fest, dass sie ans Theater will. Mit einigen Tricks erschlich sie sich Zutritt zum Theater und probierte sich aus. Mit 16 wurde sie von einem Opernsänger-Paar aus Paris entdeckt, die sie später fördern und ausbilden sollten. Erste Engagements führten zur großen Hauptrolle: Sie sang vor - und es hörten ihr damals der Produzent und Plattenmogul Robert Stigwood, ein junger, aufstrebender Komponist namens Andrew Lloyd Webber und sein Texterkollege Tim Rice zu. Sie bekam die Rolle der Maria Magdalena in der ersten französischen Produktion von „Jesus Christ Superstar“, sie sang auf dem französischen Originalalbum und auch in der Synchronisierung des Films. Nach der Premiere kamen zwei Vertreter von RTL zu ihr in die Garderobe und boten ihr an, die Vertreterin für Luxemburg für den Song Contest 1973 zu werden, Vicky Leandros hatte gerade für das kleine Großherzogtum die Trophäe geholt. Ein Jahr lang wurden Kompositionen gesucht und bewertet, ein Album zusammengestellt und aus diesen zehn Songs schließlich „Tu te reconnaitras“ ausgewählt.Nach dem Sieg war sie konstant auf der Bühne. Sie nahm ihren Hit in den verschiedensten Sprachen auf, unter anderem auch auf Deutsch. Ein Superstar wurde sie in der Türkei, wo aus einem kurzen Engagement ein Aufenthalt für längere Zeit wurde. Sie nahm sogar Originalmaterial auf Türkisch auf, nicht nur die üblichen Coverversionen ihrer eigenen Songs.Um die Trophäe zu übergeben durfte sie allerdings nicht nach Brighton im Jahr 1974. Warum?1979 trat sie wieder an bei Eurovision an. Ob Anne Marie gewinnen wollte? Natürlich! Wieder war es knapp, doch diesmal wurde sie nur Dritte, ihr Song „Je suis l'enfant-soleil“ allerdings gehört zu den Klassikern des Eurovision Song Contests.Anne Marie David hat sich Mitte der 80er Jahre aus dem Musik-Business zurück gezogen und ist erst 2003 wieder zurück auf die Bühne gekehrt. Vor kurzem hat sie mit „Veux Tu“ eine französische Fassung eines Songs von Hedva Amrani veröffentlicht, zu der sie auch den Text beigesteuert hat. Sie lebt jetzt im Burgund, in der kleinen Gemeinde Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye. Und wenn Corona vorbei ist, möchte sie dort den kulturellen Austausch europäischer Nationen fördern.Die drei Standardfragen am Schluss musste Anne Marie David natürlich auch beantworten:Aus dem aktuellen Jahrgang ist sie in Barbara Pravis „Voilà“ schockverliebt, ihr All-Time-Favorite ist Conchitas „Rise Like a Phoenix“ - und das sagt sie nicht nur, weil wir aus Österreich stammen, wie sie betont. Was sie 1973 kurz vor ihrem Auftritt in Luxemburg getan hat? Hört selbst. In der Kleinen Song Contest Geschichte am Schluss verweist Alkis auf auf einen Tweet des Eurovision Song Contests. Dort finden sich die Regenbogenfarben des Pride Months zusammen mit der Transgender Pride Flag. Und der Texter der englischen Fassung ist John Grant, einer der interessantesten Musiker derzeit. Über den könnte man eine eigene Sendung machen, auch wenn er sonst kaum Überschneidungen mit dem Song Contest hat. Aber da sind dann andere Podcasts gefragt.Und das hier ist für Marco. Aber Achtung: You cannot vote for your own country. Ungeahnte Kreativität entwickeln Künstlerinnen und Künstler in Zeiten der Krise, natürlich auch die legendären Eurovision-Performer. Als Beispiel für eine interessante Kolaboration in Corona-Lock Down sei hier die Home Version von Helena Paparizou und Sergey Lazarev erwähnt, die seinen Hit "You Are The Only One" intonieren. An den Keyboards übrigens Dimitris Kontopoulos, langjähriger musikalischer Partner von Philip Kirkorov und einer der Komponisten des Songs. Unter seinem Hashtag #qsessions findet man auf youtube noch viele andere interessante musikalische Kombinationen. Der offizielle Youtube-Eurovision-Kanal der EBU zeigt wöchentlich ein einstündige Zusammenstellung von Eurovision Home Concerts, in jeder Episode zeigen eine Handvoll von ehemaligen und aktuellen Musikern ihre Konzerte in ihren eigenen vier Wänden. Coverversionen, ihre eigenen Hits, neue Songs und eine redaktionelle Einführung runden die Home Concerts ab. Und allwöchentlich bietet die EBU mit #Eurovisionagain ein gemeinsames Schauen mit den Fans. Dabei kommen ein paar ganz besondere Schmankerl zum Vorschein: So ist am 18. April der Song Contest aus dem Jahr 1997 aus Dublin online gegangen, zum ersten Mal ganz ohne Kommentatoren-Stimme und in ausgezeichneter Bildqualität. Aber, Achtung! Aufgrund der Urheberrechte ist der Jahrgang nur eine Woche öffentlich zu sehen, das heißt, am 25. April 2020 wird dieses Eurovision-Jahr wieder offline gehen. Und als Fußnote: Zwei von Marcos und Alkis' Lieblingssongs sind in dem Jahr zu hören. Beim OGAE Germany Fantreffen in München trafen Marco und Alkis Rasmussen. Jonas Flodager Rasmussen vertrat Dänemark 2018 in Lissabon mit Wikinger-Look und "Higher Ground" und erreichte damit den neunten Platz. Er studierte Dramaturgie an der Universität Aarhus, wurde Musicaldarsteller und begann in der Coverband Hair Metal Heröes. Er unterrichtet an der Performing Arts School der Viborg Cultural School und am Aarhus Theater Learning als Theater- und Schreiblehrer. Nach seinem Song Contest Beitrag 2018 erschien noch seine Single "Go Beyond" 2019. Aus dem Jahr 2019 hört er immer noch: "Arcade" von Duncan Laurence Sein Guilty Pleasure beim Song Contest sind die Olsen Brothers aus Dänemark, Gewinner des Eurovision Song Contests 2000. Und sein All Time Favorite: "Euphoria" von Loreen Lieblingssong Dänemarks: "Dansevise" von Jørgen & Grethe Ingmann. In der Kleinen Song Contest Geschichte am Schluss erzählt Alkis von einem Lied, dass es 1982 vom Niederländischen Vorentscheid nicht auf die - zugegeben winzige - Bühne von Harrogate geschafft hat. Auf der hatte bekanntlich nur ein Barhocker Platz. "Fantasy Eiland" von den Millionaires wurden damals nur zweite von drei Liedern. Der Song schaffte es aber in die Hitparaden weltweit, als die Studio-Gruppe Tight Fit es auf Englisch aufnahm und sich damit klanglich an den Erfolg der Song Contest-Sieger von 1981, Bucks Fizz, anhängen wollte.

Who doesn't LOVE Popcorn! Especially at the Movie Theatre. The problem with Movie Theatre Popcorn, is that it's filled with Tran Fats and too much Salt! It has excessive calories and.....to put it bluntly..... Is bad for your heart & arteries! If You change the way the popcorn is prepared....... you can transform this All-Time Favorite into a Healthier, Tasty option. Let's take a look at how we do this! First you need..........Popcorn! I like to use "Amish Country" popping corn. You can purchase Amish Country popcorn here: Amish Country Popcorn You can buy the popcorn in a 1 lb bag, 2 lb bag, 6 lbs.... up to a 50 lb bag of popcorn kernals! I buy the 2lb bag at $3.89 or the 6 lb bag at  Next.....You'll need an "Air Popper." That's Right...... an "Air Popper." I bought mine on Amazon. They range from around $19.99 to $35.00. There is a Hamilton Beach and Presto Brand Air Popper that are highly rated and reasonably priced. Next......you need an Olive Oil Dispenser. There's an EVO olive oil spray bottle for about $16.50 on Amazon, which is made of plastic. I bought the Ideal Olive Oil Mister Sprayer, which is currently at $29.99 on Amazon, because it was a glass bottle with a stainless steel dispenser. If you don't care if it is plastic or glass, buy the EVO spray bottle.....it's cheaper! Next.....you need Olive Oil. Extra Virgin Oil is best! What is Extra Virgin Olive Oil? The Oil comes from fresh olives that were picked and pressed within 24hrs.  Next, the oil is extracted by mechanical means, not from heat or chemicals. The olives are not  treated chemically in any way! Extra virgin olive oil is..........Fresh Olive Juice! Here are some really goods brands you can buy, that are "authentic" extra virgin olive oil. 1. Trader Joe's California Ranch Olive Oil 2. Ellora Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3.  Kassandrings Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4. Kirkland Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil                (Costco brand) 5.  Whole Foods California 365 Extra Virgin Olive Oil  Now.....you need Salt! I prefer to use "Sea Salt" over Table Salt, since Sea Salt has less processing. Seal Salt is processed by "evaporating" the water from the salt. This leaves the most trace minerals and nutrients intact. Table Salt on the other hand, is heavily processed, to make the salt "fine" and preservatives are added to prevent the salt from "clumping."  This process also takes away most of the trace minerals and nutrients. Companies tend to add "Iodine" to table salt, since they take out most of the natural minerals during processing. Read your labels and find a "Sea Salt" where the ingredient label reads ......just...."Sea Salt." Now that you have your ingredients.....let's make some healthy popcorn! Healthy Air-Popped Popcorn   Serving Size -  3 Tablespoons popcorn kernals Instructions:   Place 3 Tablespoons of Amish Country popcorn kernals into the air popper. Turn popper on. Place a "Large" bowl under the air popper chute to catch air-popped popcorn. Spray olive oil onto popcorn to taste (1 TBLS) Sprinkle Sea Salt onto popcorn to taste (about 1 tsp) Mix popcorn well. Add more olive oil or salt if needed. EAT! Nutritritional Value 232 - Calories 27 gms Carbs 7 gms Fiber 4 gms Protein 15 gms Fat 4% Daily Source of Iron 2,325 mg Sodium! Compare our healthy popcorn to "Movie Theatre" Popcorn: According to the daily meal: A large AMC popcorn, without butter, contains 1,030 calories and 41 grams of fat. Regal Cinemas have a couple of different calorie counts for a small, unbuttered popcorn, but they range from 325 calories and 27 grams of fat     to 670 calories and 34 grams of fat. Wow! Get Your Shit Together however? Made him realise he wants to get more of his shit together. Our favourite aspects of The Life Changing Magic of Not Giving A Fuck is how Sarah explains you have a "Fuck Budget" and there is only so much fucks you can give about certain things. And it is okay to not give a fuck about things like meetings (Andrew) or birthday parties where you don't know anybody (Lianne). Our favourite quotes from Get Your Shit Together: "Just because you are doing a ton of shit all day, every day, does NOT mean you have your shit together. It means you are a high functioning human to-do list potentially on the verge of total mental and physical collapse." "I know so many people who complain about there finances. Who lament not being able to pay for or save for thes or that. They think of money as a lion that can't be tamed. Or worse, as a cute, fuzzy little Norway in the streets and a gremlin in the sheets. In reality, money is just a piece of paper and you are a real live human being with free will and probably two pairs of sneakers. If you're someone who says "I can't make it to payday without dipping into my savings" or "I'm always spending a little more than I should" then you're allowing money to build a prison around you and make you its bitch.
