You're born with flat feet and develop an arch when you're around 6 to 10 years old. Some people develop a fallen arch as they age because they don't exercise the muscles that strengthen the arches of the feet.The purpose of your foot's arch is to provide it with free energy. It acts as a preloaded spring when you walk, climb, or run. You can still walk if you've lost your arch, but other muscles will be recruited. The quads and PSOAS muscles will compensate for flat feet, and the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back will be underused and become weaker. Sprinting is the best exercise for flat feet, helping restore the foot arch naturally. Even if sprinting is difficult initially, you can improve within 6 to 8 weeks. Jogging is one of the worst exercises for flat feet! Strengthen the arches of the feet with these exercises and build up to sprinting:• A skipping• B skipping• High knees• Butt kicks When sprinting, sprint at 60% intensity, doing 2 to 3 sprints for 15 seconds each. To prevent flat feet in children, allow them to play in the grass or a safe environment without shoes to strengthen the arches of their feet. Look for shoes with thinner soles; barefoot shoes are best. Also, ensure there's enough space for the toes to move. This improves posture by strengthening the glutes and taking pressure off the lower back. Low vitamin D, K2, and magnesium early in life can contribute to flat feet. As I got older, I'd graze after dinner until bedtime every single night. I consumed junk food and refined foods in the military while my life was high in stress and low in sleep. In college, I dealt with more stress, drank lots of coffee, and ate more junk food. Side effects of my unhealthy diet included:• Ulcers • Liver and gallbladder problems • Referred pain in the right shoulder • Restless legs syndrome• Nervousness • Insomnia • Dry eyes • Severe arthritis • Kidney stones I weighed 211 pounds, but the food I was eating was not satisfying!     I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Thursday morning, the 29th of January, 2026, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. John 15:26, and I am reading it to you from the Amplified Version: “But when the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby) comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, that is the Spirit of Truth who comes from the Father, He will testify and bear witness about Me.” Jesus is saying He is going to send us the Parakletos, and He has. That's a beautiful word. I love to say that word. It is the only Greek word I know, the Helper, and He will tell you the truth because He is the Spirit of Truth!We are talking about the Holy Spirit here today. It's so very important in these days to be able to identify the truth from the fake. There are so many fake things on the go at the moment. With this AI sweeping all over the world, you don't know who is who. How are we going to know what is genuine? There are even people who can impersonate me, they can impersonate my voice and that can be quite scary. How are we, as believers, going to be able to discern the truth from the fake?If we look at the word of God in John 17:17, He says,“Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.” That is how the believer will be able to identify the truth from the fake. When they made the movie, “Faith like Potatoes”, the lady who took the part of my wife Jill, a beautiful young lady, was on the set one day, and her sister had come to visit her. Now, they are identical twins. I can't tell them apart, both lovely young ladies. Just for a bit of fun, they decided to swop their clothes and Jeanne's sister came onto the set and they were going to start filming, but straight away the Director, a very wonderful man of God, Regardt van den Berg, spotted her straight away. He said, “You are not Jeanne.” None of us knew. Now, how did he manage to do that? I am telling you why. He knew because he knew Jeanne so well. Februar muss sich Thomas P. wegen grob fahrlässiger Tötung vor dem Landesgericht Innsbruck verantworten. Die Anklage wirft ihm vor, bei der Tour die maßgeblichen Entscheidungen getroffen zu haben, weil er im hochalpinen Gelände deutlich erfahrener gewesen sei als Kerstin G. Laut Staatsanwaltschaft werden ihm neun Fehler angelastet – darunter ein zu später Start, fehlende Notfallausrüstung, dass das Paar nicht rechtzeitig umkehrte und dass ein Notruf zu spät abgesetzt worden sei.
