I open this episode with another edition of the VisMig Files. Here I run through some of the Spring migration highlights from my main listening station at Landsort. As usual, I have tried to include only the better quality audio files, recorded during the months of March and April of various migrant species, all recorded early in the morning as they made their way north over the island. The main feature relates to a midsummer trip to Hällögern, a small island located on the coast of Västerbotten, Northern Sweden. Here is where I unwind each summer, relaxing in the solitude and silence that this wonderful location offers. The island is full of breeding bird species and their calls and songs fill the air, here in the land of midnight sun. In this sound magazine I have put together a particularly relaxing collection of audio, in order for listeners to experience the wonderful sounds of Hällögern for themselves...Leave a comment here....Support the showSubscibe to Wild Bird Acoustics here;https://wildbirdacoustics.buzzsprout.comLots more audio related material here at my long running website;https://blogbirder.blogspot.com/

In the initial sound magazine in this episode, I discuss winter recording close to home, in Stockholm City. Winter in Sweden is generally quite harsh, but a milder season than is usual over the course of 2024/25 saw me venture out into the field around Stockholm City, where I managed to get some lovely recordings, despite the urban setting. In this sound magazine, I hope to highlight the possibilities of field recording close to home, even in an urban setting. The second sound magazine will take listener's further north, to the coastline of Västerbotten, during the autumn period. Over the course of late autumn 2024, I deployed a passive recorder along the coastline of Northern Sweden, primarily to document the migration of a wide range of species in the area, by day and night.  The autumnal sounds at this location are quite remarkable, as a host of migrant species funnel southwards along the coast at this time of year. A wide range of interesting resident species add further interest at this location and some of the recordings captured can often be quite wonderful. Join me as I share some of the audio bycatch at this wonderfully quiet and remote location...Leave a comment here....Support the showSubscibe to Wild Bird Acoustics here;https://wildbirdacoustics.buzzsprout.comLots more audio related material here at my long running website;https://blogbirder.blogspot.com/

This project is located 30 km south of the company's resource-stage Barsele project. Singh announced a significant discovery at the Brokojan target, identifying it as a large orogenic gold system with a multi-element pathfinder till anomaly. Together with the adjacent Harpsund target, these two targets now form a large, semi-continuous southeast-northwest trending anomaly extending over a 5.5 km strike. The results also indicated an extension of bedrock anomalism along the Aida structural target by approximately 1 km to 1.5 km, which has now been tested and confirmed for gold mineralization. First Nordic Metals plans to continue advancing these targets to the drill testing stage with follow-up exploration programs scheduled for 2024 including diamond drilling. This discovery marks a promising development in the company's efforts to explore and develop significant orogenic gold mineral systems in Northern Sweden. The immediate focus is on advancing Swedish projects, with a detailed summer program planned. The Kiruna Mining District, 200km north of the Arctic Circle in Sweden, is well known for the giant Kiruna Iron-Oxide-Apatite (IOA) deposit.   The district has a long history of iron production extending back to the late 1800s. Less well known are the copper deposits that are spatially associated with Kiruna. New work by both researchers and explorationists is providing a better understanding of the complicated relationships in these Proterozoic rocks. A shift in mindset is allowing for new perspectives and an opportunity for discovery. We first talked to Leslie Logan, PhD candidate at Luleå University of Technology. Her study focuses on the tectonic framework of the Svecokarelian greenstone belt and uses a mineral systems approach to understand mineral occurrences in the district. The origin of the copper deposits has long been debated. Leslie's work provides new data and interpretation to understand the origins and relationship of the deposits with each other. Leslie Logan - Luleå University of TechnologyOur second guest was Marcello Imaña, Chief Geologist from Copperstone Resources to talk about the history of Viscaria Cu-Fe deposit which is immediately adjacent to the giant Kiruna IOA deposit. Mining at Viscaria was carried out from 1982 to 1997.  Most recently, Copperstone Resources acquired the deposit and are aiming to be in full production again in 2026 after a very successful exploration phase. Their secret was going to an old place with new ideas. Marcello shares how they changed their mindsets staying away from models and relying on what they saw in the rocks. He believes that successful efforts at Viscaria will transform and promote the Kiruna Mining District for copper.Copperstone Resources ViscariaOur music is Confluence by Eastwinds.

Exploration and mining have a long history in northern Sweden, host to the Skellefteä, Bergslagen, and Kiruna Mining Districts.  What are the underlying characteristics that make this region rich in mineralization?  We explore the metallogeny, mineral systems and deposit models that guide exploration for base metals and gold.  What has changed over the last century and what do we know now that will help guide the next discoveries?  First, we talked to Nils Jansson, Associate Professor at Luleå Tekniska Universitet about the metallogeny and diverse mineral occurrences in the Skellefteä, Bergslagen, and Kiruna Mining Districts. His academic and industry background helped us understand how and why some deposit types occur together and the challenges of using genetic models. An open mind, an understanding of the complexities present and a mineral systems approach are all important in guiding exploration for deep, hidden deposits.  In our second story, Mac Persson, an exploration geologist from Boliden Minerals shares the history, culture, and challenges in the Skellefteä District.   The world-class mining district has been explored for over a century and hosts numerous deposits, dominantly VMS mineralization, but also porphyry, orogenic gold and magmatic nickel deposits.  He talked about the significance of Au-rich VMS deposits for Boliden Minerals and how the company explores them using innovative methods and legacy data. Both of our guests were field trip leaders at the SEG 2022 Base, Precious and Critical Metal Deposits of the Paleoproterozoic Skellefteä District, Sweden.  They have extensive experience and perspective on working in this challenging terrain. Our music is Confluence by Eastwinds.

You can be like them by clicking here.  BMW i5, the next-generation 5 Series electric variant, is set for its 2023 reveal after being tested extensively in Northern Sweden. BMW plans for the i5 to be instrumental in their electric transition and expects 15% of total sales to come from EVs this year.  Ford is developing an electric three-row SUV likened to a 'personal bullet train', with a projected release in 2025. The Explorer-sized EV, which could boost the company's sales, promises an impressive 350-mile range.  Tata Motors, the owner of Jaguar Land Rover, is reportedly choosing the UK over Spain to build a large electric car battery plant. The plant, which could create up to 9,000 jobs, signifies a significant investment in the UK's automotive sector.  Tesla is strongly considering building its next gigafactory in England, potentially bringing a large number of jobs to the region. This may spark competition between countries eager to secure this investment.  BYD, China's largest new energy vehicle maker, contemplates building a passenger vehicle manufacturing plant in Europe. The automaker, also looking to expand into Southeast Asia, has been successful in Thailand with its bestselling electric vehicle, the Atto 3.  Italian EV charger company alpitronic Americas LLC plans to open its U.S. headquarters in North Carolina, contributing to the state's growing EV industry. The company anticipates creating 300 jobs by 2027 and investing more than $18.3 million in the region.  Skoda has unveiled the Enyaq L&K, a final addition to its electric SUV series, with an impressive system output of 210 kW. The model also includes an array of new software and design features, promising enhanced technical performance.  SAIC Group is working on solid-state battery cells, with the first production model expected in 2025. Partnering with startup QingTao Energy Development, SAIC aims for the safe large-scale application of these batteries.  A Munro Live video revealed concerns about the GMC Hummer EV battery's efficiency. The cost-intensive manufacturing process, including the battery cradle's assembly from 139 steel components and 3500 welds, could make it less competitive.  A US study by Recurrent suggests that EV batteries should last as long as the vehicle itself. It also found that battery replacement under warranty could be beneficial for owners, potentially contradicting concerns about battery lifespan.  France achieved its goal of 100,000 public EV charging stations, setting a new target of 400,000 by 2030. The country's push for EV infrastructure has sparked significant investment in local startups focusing on charging solutions.  BMW's 2024 lineup will feature the i4 xDrive40, an AWD model with an additional electric motor, promising quicker acceleration and 307 miles per charge. BMW's 7-series will also see new additions, including the i7 eDrive50 and a hybrid variant, the 750e.  Caterham plans to showcase two electric prototypes of its Seven sports car at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The company aims to be prepared for future legislation changes or parts availability issues that may necessitate an electric vehicle launch.  Tesla is extending its virtual power plant in South Australia to an additional 3,000 homes to aid low-income households. The solar arrays and Powerwalls supplied by Tesla are part of the company's larger plan to provide affordable residential electricity and grid services.  Solar car parks are gaining popularity as businesses aim to generate renewable energy on-site. The combination of energy production, car shade and shelter, as demonstrated in the UK, has potential for a massive increase in the deployment of solar car parks.  Octopus Energy's Electroverse has launched a product aimed at businesses, seeking to revolutionize the public EV charging experience. The platform includes a comprehensive dashboard with charging history and data access. Electroverse provides access to over 430,000 public charge points across 470 global brands.  Ample, a US-based startup, has unveiled its second-generation battery-swap station designs. The stations can swap a battery in just five minutes and can be set up in three days. The modular design caters to vehicles ranging from small cars to large trucks. Notably, Ample's technology is intended to work across manufacturers.  Helsinki Airport in Finland has opened a new parking hall equipped with nearly 350 charging stations for electric vehicles. The charging points are strategically located in the parking halls and are dedicated solely to charging vehicles.

Now that I'm spending so much time out on the land here at the new farm I'm becoming a lot more conscious of my health. Nutrition has been really important for me in the last handful of years as I've struggled to overcome the chronic digestive issues that plagued me until my 30s. Over time I've dug deeper into whole food nutrition, fermentation and the gut microbiome, the importance of healthy fats and unpasteurized products, and quite a few others.  At the same time, I've read and researched a lot of work that's very dogmatic and extreme in their nutritional and healthy living advice. Some of the recommendations are really unrealistic for my lifestyle or miss important holistic concepts of an overall healthy way of living in connection to one's surroundings and sources of food. For this and many other reasons I've been closely following the development of Richard Perkins new book titled  Farm Fish Hunt Pick Bake. Like many young farmers and homesteaders, I know Richard from his work and educational videos around the development of Ridgedale farm in Northern Sweden. I've interviewed him now a few times in the past on previous seasons of this show and hosted skill exchange events online with him for the Climate Farmers community. Cooking and nutrition has been a minor part of his online teachings until recently, but has been very much in line with the ethos of his ideas on reconnecting with the land and living in close relationship with your food sources, both plants and animals.  As Richard has been transitioning from beyond full-time farming he's collaborated with the incredible chefs who've catered his many farm events and trainings to create a cookbook that conveys the full scope of not only the recipes, but also the process of foraging, farming, processing, and preserving all the food that Ridgedale farm is well known for.  In this interview Richard and I explore where the inspiration for this new focus on food came from, and how the book has come together. We also dive into reemerging traditional concepts from the book like nose-to-tail eating, the art and culture of fermentation, the importance of both raw and properly cooked foods, the redemption of animal fats, and so much more.  I've often thought that even if I didn't love the farm lifestyle I'd still be in love with regenerative agriculture just for the food, and this massive volume covers so much of exactly what it means to reconnect with the ecology and processes of your food sources to make the enjoyment, appreciation, and reverence for what we eat a part of our lifestyles once again.  Join the discord discussion channel to answer the weekly questions and learn new skills with the whole community Links: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/828829028/farm-fish-hunt-pick-bake?ref=checkout https://www.richardperkins.co/ https://www.youtube.com/@regenerativeagriculture  https://www.instagram.com/richardperkins.co/ https://regenerativeskills.com/richard-perkins-helps-troubleshoot-your-market-garden/ https://regenerativeskills.com/richard-perkins/ https://regenerativeskills.com/abundantedge-richard-perkins-042/

We are back for another great interview on our podcast on how to unlock your world of creativity. Our guests today join us on our around-the-world journey where we talk to creative practitioners about how they get inspired and how they organize ideas. And most of all, how they gain the confidence and the connections to launch their work out into the world. Today we have the pleasure to  travel to one of my favorite cities in the world, Stockholm, Sweden, to have a chat with Fredrik and https://www.linkedin.com/in/erik-kockum-710b9829/ (Erik) of the https://snask.com (SNASK) agency SNASK is an internationally renowned creative agency that makes kick-ass branding, design & film. So much so that some of their clients have described them as “Disneyland for graphic designers.” They are a different kind of company they also describe themselves as a creative agency of misfit geniuses conquering the world through fine-looking design and real emotions. Often reminding their clients that they are their client's future romance. A few tips that they share with us that all hold steady to their stellar performance in their industry are: Passion as a creative is very important. Build a team around you that is equally passionate about what they do. It makes it easier for them to show up. They remind us that when people have a creative passion they do not come to work at 10:00 A.M. They get up early and go after it.  We should not be afraid to stand out in the world no matter what our craft is. And it is ok to be bold and colorful even as a  brand agency in a Minimalistic place like Stockholm  Remember to have a balance of both work and fun in order to thrive. In a  professional world built on conservative ideas and frameworks and structures, one look at their website and you will immediately notice that their work is very emotional. It's very provocative. It's very colorful and energetic. Which has made them stand out as an agency over the years which in fact gave them the creative consistency they needed to stand out in the industry. In conclusion, they also give us some insight into, pitching the work and how to convince the client which campaign to go with. Both Erik and https://my.captivate.fm/linkedin.com/in/snask (Fredrik) agree that it's all about taking the client by the hand and leading them through the process. Like you lead someone to the dance floor. You can't just throw a new design in their face without an explanation. You need to take them on a journey on the thought behind the strategy, and how it connects with the brand. And then make sure that this makes a lot of sense to them as much as it does make sense to you as the pitcher. You can find more information about this agency of misfit geniuses on their website https://snask.com (https://snask.com)   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/snasksthlm/ (snasksthlm) Frederik Öst's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/freddiemeup/ (freddiemeup) Erik Kockum's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/fessus/ (fessus)   Meet partners in crime - Fredrik Öst and Erik Kockum, Branding Experts with vulnerability and anti-machismo.  First off, let me tell you a little about who Fredrik Öst & Erik Kockum are… "Freddie" was adopted from South Korea and raised in Northern Sweden after being found outside a police station. This week on the show, Helene Henderson, the creator of Malibu Farm, joins us to share her journey about how she started her restaurant in the celebrity capital of the world. Helene was born in a small town in Northern Sweden. After graduating high school, Helene decided to travel to California with only $500 in her pocket. After working at restaurants in Sweden, she never imagined her future as a chef with a restaurant located in Malibu, California. What started as a fun hobby and inviting friends over for dinner. Helene then moved to become a personal cook for her friends. It evolved into her creating a one-woman catering company right out of her home. Before Malibu Farm was even an idea, Helene had created a catering company, Lavender Farms Catering. It was only a matter of time before her business boomed and started catering for celebrities, studios, and corporate events. After moving to Malibu with her husband, she left her catering business behind and transitioned into giving cooking classes from her home. With that success, she started to sell tickets for people to enjoy a backyard farm dinner at her farm home. After a while, Helene's husband saw a vacant space on the Malibu Pier where a 6-month pop-up turned into a successful restaurant. Having two successful years with great reviews, Malibu Farm expanded to the front Restaurant & Bar on the Pier and now has both counter service and full table service. With her success, Malibu Farm has many locations starting from Malibu Pier to Newport Beach, California, at the Lido Marina Village. With their raging success, they opened multiple locations at the Four Seasons hotel in Lanai, Hawaii, at the Eden Roc/Nobu Hotel in Miami, FL, and at the Rosewood Miramar Beach with more seeds sprouting. Growing across the country, and are now looking to open Malibu Farm Seaport Village, which will be opening at Pier 17 in Manhattan this summer. Their locations are only on the waterfront, as locale and setting are very important to Helene that they remain the same throughout all their sites. With their growing success, Malibu Farm is still a locally owned small business based out of Malibu Farm, California, and they do not accept any investors. Growing up in Northern Sweden, Helene often went fishing with her uncle. It led to her love and history with seafood becoming incorporated into Malibu Farm. Not only that, they strive to offer only sustainable seafood. Even though their food is simply-prepared, they hide none of their ingredients. They use many natural ingredients such as whole wheat flour, whole grains with many veggies and fruits. In this episode, Helene chats with Dr. S on how her restaurant on the Malibu Pier has taken off and what attracts people to visit. In this episode, you are going to learn: 1. How to create an inclusive restaurant. 2. The importance of self-doubt is to push yourself for something greater. 3. A business is always a work in progress and can always grow. 4. When food is simply-prepared with no secret ingredients is successful.

Good morning, good afternoon and good evening wherever you are in the world, welcome to EV News Daily for Friday 22nd October. It's Martyn Lee here and I go through every EV story so you don't have to. Thank you to MYEV.com for helping make this show, they've built the first marketplace specifically for Electric Vehicles. It's a totally free marketplace that simplifies the buying and selling process, and help you learn about EVs along the way too. TESLA SUPERCHARGING NETWORK TO TRIPLE Drew Baglino, Tesla's senior vice president of powertrain and battery engineering: "On the Supercharger side, the supercharging team monitors congestion and plans expansion to ensure customer experience with minimal wait times alongside the growth in our vehicle fleet. While we certainly have work to do in expanding capacity in some congested areas, average congestion on the network has decreased over the past 18 months. Nonetheless, we're not standing still. We are executing on accelerating expansion plans globally. The network has doubled in the last 18 months, and we are planning to triple it over the next two years. And even so on an individual-site basis to combat existing congestion more quickly where it is isolated and problematic, we expedite local relief sites, deploy mobile Superchargers, and we try to introduce pricing strategies that encourage more off-peak usage to avoid the waiting." There are 29,281 Superchargers and 3,254 locations worldwide. TESLA'S DRIVING DATA STORAGE SYSTEM HACKED BY DUTCH INVESTIGATORS "A team of Dutch forensic researchers have decrypted Tesla's data storage system, providing access to a trove of information that could be useful in crash investigations. (The news was first reported by Reuters.) It's no secret that Tesla records information about its customers' driving behavior, both to improve its advanced driver assistance system, Autopilot, and also in the event of a crash, to provide to investigators." says The Verge: "Netherlands Forensic Institute (NFI) discovered that Tesla's vehicles store far more detailed data than previously known, including speed, accelerator pedal position, steering wheel angle, and brake usage. Some of this data can be stored for up to a year, the institute said. The team was investigating a crash involving a Tesla with Autopilot in use that had rear-ended another vehicle after it braked unexpectedly. Rather than seek the data from Tesla, the Dutch investigators chose to “reverse engineer” the company's data logs in order to “objectively” assess them. The NFI said that even though Tesla has complied with data requests from the government in the past, the company also left out a lot of data that could have proven useful." The agency is carrying out some consultations again to address concerns that the earlier process did not comply with regulations. There were also concerns that citizens were not given enough information that the consultation would be digital. Objections submitted in the previous round will still be valid. The fresh consultation could further delay the production start at the Gigafactory Berlin." The direct reduction of the iron ore produces almost no carbon with water the emission and will be used in BMW's manufacturing operations from 2025. In addition to this, BMW and H2 Green Steel have also agreed to create a closed-loop material cycle. Raw materials can then be used multiple times in a circular economy to protect natural resources." Pratt's comments, during a discussion on electric vehicles, appeared to amplify remarks made over the past year by Toyota President Akio Toyoda." reports Reuters: "Toyoda and other company officials have said that electric vehicles will play a greater role in reducing emissions, but other solutions should be used, Toyota's gasoline-electric hybrid models or hydrogen-powered fuel cell electric vehicles." The new 11-cubic metre vans are based on the Stellantis platform for Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Vauxhall and Toyota vehicles." reports electrive: "As with the well-known Voltia models based on the Nissan e-NV 200, the Slovakian specialist's conversions only affect the body, specifically the load compartment. While the Stellantis models and the Toyota are offered in three vehicle lengths (4.60 metres, 4.95 metres and 5.30 metres), Voltia uses only the 5.30-metre version. Voltia specifies a range of 280 kilometres for the large and 190 kilometres for the small battery. For the intended use, which is mainly in last-mile delivery, these values are sufficient. "A new study by Professor Yan Wang and a research team from the US Advanced Battery Consortium (USABC), in partnership with battery company A123 Systems, has found that batteries with recycled cathodes are as good as, or even better than brand new ones." says The NExt Web: "The recycled material ended up having a more microscopic porous structure, which makes it easier for lithium ions to slip in and out. According to the research, the new structure produced some amazing results: the batteries displayed the same energy density to those made with commercial cathodes, and showed a longer life by a whopping 53%. This makes it difficult to argue that batteries with recycled cathodes will leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere, calling for road assistance." Our guest today is Per Sjöstrand, the CEO and Co-Founder of Instalco, the leading industrial installation company in the Nordics. Born in a mining town 200KM north of the Arctic Circle, Per became independent and self-confident, walking through the mountains of Northern Sweden for weeks on end. After high school, he became a military airborne ranger before enrolling in Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg to study engineering. Recognizing his interest in construction and leadership, Per launched his career in the industry with global leader Skanska where he spent the next decade. Having quickly moved up the ranks and wanting to follow in his father's footsteps, Per was given the opportunity to become CEO of a small family owned installation company, Midroc, then followed by private equity owned NEA Group. The owners were change resistant and heavy handed, giving Per the idea for a decentralized operating business. Before founding Instalco, he was asked to upgrade the major projects department within the Swedish Transportation Authority. Instantly recognizing the inherent difficulties of operating a bureaucracy, Per soon founded Instalco with the backing of FSN Capital in 2014. 100 acquisitions later, the group has a market value of nearly $3 billion and the stock has appreciated by almost 700% since listing in May of 2017. Per will relinquish the CEO role to current CFO Robin Boheman later this year, but he will continue to be heavily involved as Executive Chairman, planning to oversee geographic expansion into Denmark and eventually mainland Europe.

Jeffrey Westman arrived in San Juanico as a 19-year-old on a surf trip and fell in love with it. The teen dreamed of finding a surf shack and staying forever. Not surprisingly, college and a career won out, but the dream stayed with him. Thirty years later, he has built the San Juanico Surf Society, a danish infused, Mexican-modern resort for friends and family. Located on a bluff above "Panga Beach," the SJ Surf Society is a gleaming beacon of clean lines, industrial beauty, and humble hospitality. After his career as a photographer and printer led him to Scandanavia, Westman worked his way into a new thing called the internet. He ran Norway, Sweden, and Denmark for Yahoo. His timely exit allowed him the resources to try his hand as a potato farmer in Northern Sweden. Not something that one usually says during a conversation about building a health and wellness retreat in Baja. His return to the San Francisco Bay Area allowed him to combine his business acumen and his love of farming into a career in the non-profit sector, helping organic farmers thrive. In the process, he converted his Sebastopol farm into a retreat property and found that he enjoyed providing hospitality and creating community through being an Airbnb host. Westman says he "drew the short straw and had to look after his mother, who had retired to Baja Sur." A property in Loreto followed as Westman built his Airbnb portfolio. Old memories of that surf trip to San Juanico led him across the peninsula, and the hunt for the next project began. In this conversation, we hear the backstory of building a dream property in Baja. We can't wait to return to the SJ Surf Society and chill out in style. The SJ Surf Society is Slow Baja approved! Swedish Professor: we are headed for disaster

The world of Swedish epidemiology is small. Fredrik Elgh is a Professor of Virology at Umeå University in Northern Sweden and a clinical physician, but earlier in his career, heading up a department at the Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control in Stockholm, a certain Anders Tegnell was in his staff, and Johan Giesecke was another department head. From our 45-minute conversation, I think we can surmise that they are no longer on speed dial.Professor Elgh has been one of the most outspoken critics of the Swedish response to Covid-19, calling for more dramatic action as early as March 2nd in an op-ed in the main Swedish broadsheet. Since then, he has been shocked by what he sees as inaction by the Swedish government. “In the early days, the information was ‘this was nothing to worry about,' week after week after week,” he says. From the start of the epidemic, there was no serious attempt to quarantine arrivals from infected areas in Europe — much of the Stockholm infection is thought to have arrived from returning skiers from the Alps in February — and even contacts of known cases were not required to isolate. As Professor Elgh puts it, “there was no will to stop this, no will to put people in quarantine that came from these places, no will even to put people in quarantine that had been in contact with people who came down with the disease, no will to stop pupils going to school who had come back from infected areas.”He targets Johan Giesecke and Anders Tegnell for particular criticism. “They have not really told us what the exact strategy was, but it must have been that it should sweep through the community rapidly,” he says. “I will say to the day that I die that this was a huge mistake.”Once the summer arrived and cases and deaths fell to a very low level, due to seasonal effects, he believes that the country should have been preparing for a second wave. “We could have prepared ourselves in a number of ways during the summer. I was really upset when it was like everything was over and we had done a fantastic job. That was not okay with me.”Professor Elgh says that right now, dramatic action is required. “What we have to do — we have to save lives. We have to save health. In Sweden, we need to save our health system because that is almost full… In a fortnight we will have a tremendous amount of cases in our hospitals.”“I would install a very tough lockdown for four weeks. First two weeks of lockdown so you get rid of the contagion from the streets and the shops and everywhere, then another two weeks to make sure that spread within families comes down to as near zero as possible.”I put it to him that what that practically means is on-off lockdowns all the way until the vaccine has been very widely distributed. “Yes, it might be like that. That's probably what we are going to see in the other European countries… and we just have to do that… Look at our curve – where is it going? We cannot accept that… The current measures are not enough. If we go on like this, week after week, waiting for the curve to come down, we will be in a disastrous situation.”Our thanks to Professor Elgh for sharing his views. Show #710   Good morning, good afternoon and good evening wherever you are in the world, welcome to EV News Daily for Thursday 27th February 2020. It’s Martyn Lee here and I go through every EV story to save you time.   Thank you to MYEV.com for helping make this show, they’ve built the first marketplace specifically for Electric Vehicles. It’s a totally free marketplace that simplifies the buying and selling process, and help you learn about EVs along the way too.   Welcome to a new PATREON EXECUTIVE PRODUCER NIGEL MILES Welcome to a new PATREON PRODUCER PONTUS KINDBLAD Welcome to a new PATREON PRODUCER ADAM   MERCEDES-BENZ EQA UNDERGOES WINTER TEST TRIALS IN SWEDEN "The original EQA concept from the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show is now a thing of the past as the namesake production version will switch from a three-door hatchback body style to a five-door crossover. " says Yahoo! News: "Mercedes has already confirmed the final version of its entry-level EV will be revealed sometime this year, and to ease the wait, the German luxury marque has now dropped some images taken in snowy Sweden. A prototype carrying what seems to be the full production body has been photographed while undergoing harsh winter tests as Mercedes strives to make its electric cars work flawlessly even at temperatures well below 0 degrees Celsius.  A boxy EQB serving as the zero-emissions equivalent of the GLB is due to go on sale in 2021."   https://uk.news.yahoo.com/2021-mercedes-eqa-teased-thinly-124000196.html   NIO LAUNCHES PRODUCTION OF THE EC6 The Chinese electric car manufacturer Nio has started production of its third model after the ES8 and ES6. The start of production at the indebted company is also made possible thanks to a framework agreement with the city of Hefei, which is providing Nio with a billion-euro cash injection." writes Chris Randall for Electrive: "The EC6, announced in January, is an SUV coupé that is to be delivered from September onwards and offered with three different battery capacities: 70, 84 and 100 kWh. The latter option is a new liquid-cooled battery package from Nio."   https://www.electrive.com/2020/02/26/nio-launches-production-of-the-ec6/   ELECTRIFY CANADA TO PROVIDE EV CHARGING FOR NEW VW E-GOLF CUSTOMERS Electrify Canada announced its latest step in advancing electric vehicle adoption with a new charging agreement with Volkswagen Canada. This agreement will provide 2020 VW e-Golf drivers with two years of complimentary 30-minute charging sessions.   Customers who purchased a 2020 Volkswagen e-Golf can enroll in and manage their charging plan through the newly launched Electrify Canada mobile app, available for Android and iPhone. Drivers can then redeem 30-minute charging sessions at any charging station along the Electrify Canada network.   GROUPE RENAULT AND FERROVIAL TO LAUNCH EV CAR-SHARING SERVICE IN PARIS "Groupe Renault and Ferrovial are launching a ZITY free-floating car-sharing service in Paris. n March 2020, a fleet of 500, 100% electric Renault ZOE cars, equipped with ZITY technology will be made available to Parisians on a self-service basis using a free mobile application. This is a flexible scheme that responds to a strong trend: 20% of the capital's inhabitants use car-sharing." according to FleetNews.co.uk: " The battery levels are guaranteed. The technology on board the Renault ZOE ZITY enables all the information on the dashboard, including the battery level, to be displayed in real time. If the battery falls below the minimum level required, the vehicle is no longer available for hire and is quickly taken in hand by the ZITY teams to recharge it."   https://www.fleetnews.co.uk/smart-transport/news/groupe-renault-and-ferrovial-to-launch-ev-car-sharing-service-in-paris   THE VW THE 1-SPEED GEARBOX  All drive systems for European and North American e-vehicles based on the MEB – including the 1-speed gearbox – are manufactured at the component plant in Kassel.  With a vehicle with a combustion engine, the torque increases along with the engine speed and then falls again. With an electric drive system, however, the maximum torque is available immediately and remains constant over a wide range of speeds. The use of a multi-speed gearbox to achieve the desired speed or the necessary torque along the speed curve is therefore not absolutely necessary.  The maximum speed of 160 km/h is reached at a maximum of 16,000 rpm. For the ID.3 which is optimized for maximum range, the use of a single gear for all driving situations is perfectly adequate.   https://www.volkswagenag.com/en/news/2020/02/in-brief-the-all-rounder-the-1-speed-gearbox.html   MAGNA SHOWCASING EMOBILITY TECHNOLOGIES IN NEW E4 DEMONSTRATOR CAR Magna’s roadmap to e-mobility includes technologies showcased in the all-new e4 technology demonstrator car, which made its debut during the company’s winter test-driving activities in northern Sweden." says Green Car Congress: "The e4 technology demonstrator includes highly integrated PSM-type (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) eDrive systems on the front and rear axle. The unit on the front is equipped with a mechanical differential, while the unit on the rear has a twin-clutch torque vectoring system. Both eDrives, including the gearbox, electric motors, inverters, inverter software, and vehicle control strategy, are developments from Magna."   https://www.greencarcongress.com/2020/02/20200227-magna.html   BMW I4 CAUGHT DURING COLD WEATHER TESTING: INTERIOR REVEALED "Ahead of the BMW i4's world introduction at the Geneva Motor Show, we have some spy shots of one in Northern Sweden during cold-weather testing. BMW's upcoming i4 is an extremely important vehicle for the brand. It's basically their first serious swipe at the all-electric premium car segment, with conventional BMW styling." reports Tom for InsideEVs; "In the i4, BMW has made what BMW loyalists have been asking for, an all-electric 5-seater with long-range and BMW performance. It's basically BMW's first real attempt to regain some of the market share they have lost to Tesla. The i4 is rumored to have two battery options, an 80 kWh battery, and a 60 kWh entry-level option with the naming to be i4 80 and i4 60, respectively. The i4 will be available in rear-wheel and all-wheel drive versions and utilize BMW's "fifth-generation eDrive"."   https://insideevs.com/news/400882/bmw-i4-spy-photos-interior-testing/   THE BMW INEXT IN THE HOTTEST PHASE OF ITS SERIES DEVELOPMENT.  the BMW iNEXT is completing a further chapter of its overall vehicle testing under particularly demanding conditions. Intensive test runs in the freezing cold at the polar circle are now being followed by a contrasting program in the Kalahari in Southern Africa, where in addition to extreme heat and solar radiation, permanent dust formation and off-road terrain with its sand, pebble and gravel tracks pose exceptional challenges for the BMW Group’s technology flagship. In this literally hot phase of the series development process, not only do the drive and suspension components of the BMW iNEXT, a car designed for all-electric mobility, provide proof of their functional safety, durability and reliability, but also the car’s bodywork, interior, driver assistance systems and digitalisation technology.  In temperatures that would drain any mobile phone battery in no time at all, the integrated cooling concept for the high-voltage battery, the electric motor and the vehicle electronics of the BMW iNEXT stands the test. Moreover, the interior air conditioning, which operates by means of thermal pump technology, its control system and all further components of the vehicle electronics are subjected to the extreme conditions of the desert climate in order to prove their series maturity.   Production of the series version of the BMW iNEXT will commence at the BMW Dingolfing plant in 2021. Designed as a modern Sports Activity Vehicle.   https://www.press.bmwgroup.com/global/article/detail/T0305924EN/the-bmw-inext-in-the-hottest-phase-of-its-series-development   2021 SKODA OCTAVIA RS IV FINAL TEASER VIDEO IS ELECTRIFYING "Skoda confirms its plug-in hybrid Octavia RS will match the output of VW's Golf GTE and SEAT's Cupra Leon PHEV" reports Motor1: "Using the same hardware package as the recently unveiled VW Golf GTE and the Cupra Leon PHEV, the Skoda Octavia RS iV will combine a turbocharged 1.4-liter gasoline engine with an electric motor."   https://www.motor1.com/news/400952/skoda-octavia-rs-teaser-video/     NEW QUESTION OF THE WEEK The MYEV.com Question Of The Week…   How to persuade your friends, family and colleagues to buy an EV?   I want to say a heartfelt thank you to the 235 patrons of this podcast whose generosity means I get to keep making this show, which aims to entertain and inform thousands of listeners every day about a brighter future. The idea is simple, we let a collector or listener send us a secret playlist, which we have no pre-knowledge about and let the selector take us on a journey to the unknown. After we have listened and discussed each of the track the artist identity will be revealed for us and you. For the first episode in this series Jens Unosson have selected 11 tracks for us. Jens is a long-time collector and psychedelic scholar from the deep forest of Northern Sweden. When he’s not tending to his farm he runs an on-line webpage, beautifullies, where you can find weird and esoteric records for sale. As this is a secret playlist we will not disclose Jens´ selection by writing it out beforehand and ruin all the fun for you guys and girls. Hope you’ll like it!

Borley Rectory - England Dubbed as the “most haunted house in England,” the Borley Rectory sits on the outskirts of England, in the desolate little town of Borley, close to Suffolk. Built by Reverend Henry Bull in 1862, this structure was built in place of an older rectory that had mysteriously burned down years prior. Legend has it that a 13th century Benedictine monastery once stood on the gorunds. One of the monk had fallen in love with a nun who served in a nearby parish and when the two tried to elope together, their love affair was discovered. 4. The Haunted Vicarage - Sweden First built in 1876, this old vicarage sits quietly in the small village of Borvattnet in Northern Sweden. For over 90 years, the vicarage lay peacefully but in 1927 that all began to change. Then head chaplain, Nils Hedlund had moved in during that time and reported experiencing various things he could not explain. In one instance while doing laundry, he went to the attic to gather more of his clothes and when he looked outside, he could see an unseen force pulling clothes from off the line. 3. Chaonei No. 81 - China Also called the Chaonei Church, this old French Baroque building with its distinct red brick walls has become celebrated as “Beijing’s most haunted building.” Historically, it’s unknown who built the actual structure but over the years it’s has served as various government offices during the early years of the People’s Republic of China. By the 60s, the Red Guards stayed in the building but for some reason they made a hasty departure – some say because of the structure’s haunted status. Today, the building is in the care of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Beijing, hoever it still remains abandoned. 2. Rose Hall - Jamaica Standing beautifully with its stunning Georgian architecture, you wouldn’t think the Rose Hall Mansion was haunted. By day, it’s a stunning tourist attraction with its white stone walls and impressive stature. But by night, the 650-acre property becomes the object of horror stories and scary tales. 1. Monte Cristo Homestead - Australia In the Australian town of Junee in New South Wales sits a wonderful and charming Victorian home known as the Monte Cristo Homestead. This two-story manor features a gorgeous ornate wraparound balcony and sits on top of a scenic hill overlooking the gorgeous town below. So there were the 5 MOST HAUNTED HOUSES IN THE WORLD Some houses get passed down to various owners through the years without incident. Others, like the ones on this list, have had such horrific pasts, that the original owners, or those they scorend, refuse to ever leave.

The timber frontier of Northern Sweden: a history of ecological and social transformation

Sweden is one of the largest timber exporters in Europe. The country has been an exporter since at least the early modern period. That is not surprising because pine and spruce forests cover large parts of northern Sweden. These forests are part of the single largest land biome on earth, stretching along the pole circle of Eurasia and North America: the taiga Not that long ago, the forests of northern Sweden were almost untouched by human hands. That changed during the 19thcentury when a timber frontier moved across northern Sweden, driven by the demand for wood in the industrialising countries of Europe. The timber frontier forged changes across the forests of northern Sweden, not in the least the construction of tens of thousands of kilometres of floatways. This transformed not only the ecological structure of the forests, but also the social and economic dynamics of Sweden and shaped the modern country that we see today. Erik Törnlund is a forest historian who studied the transformation of the forests in northern Sweden and the development of the floatway system. On this episode of the podcast Erik examines the Swedish timber frontier and the associated environmental, economic and social transformations that have occurred in Sweden since the 19thcentury.

Dr Carolyn Lam:               Welcome to Circulation on the Run, your weekly podcast summary and backstage pass to the journal and its editors. I'm Dr Carolyn Lam, associate editor from the National Heart Center and Duke National University of Singapore. Today's feature discussion centers on the population burden of sudden death associated with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. These are novel data from the ongoing Oregon sudden unexpected death study, results that may surprise you. Stay tuned and that's coming up right after these summaries.                                              The first original paper in this week's journal tells us that risk reductions from air pollution control yields health benefits comparable to the control of systolic hypertension and smoking in a high risk segment of the urban Chinese population. First author Dr Huong, corresponding author Dr Gu and colleagues from Fu-Wai hospital in Beijing China projected the life years gained if urban China were to reach one of three air quality goals. First, Beijing Olympic games level. Second, China class 2 standard. Third, the WHO standard. They further compared projected air pollution reduction control benefits with the potential benefits of reaching WHO hypertension and tobacco control goals.                                              Now to do this, the authors used the Cardiovascular Disease Policy Model: China, which is a computer simulation state transition mathematical model of coronary heart disease and stroke incidence, prevalence, mortality, non-cardiovascular deaths, and costs of health care in the Chinese population. They found that air quality improvement under the different scenarios could lead to a great health benefit, ranging from 241,000 life years gained to much greater benefits, benefits that were greater to or equal to the combined benefits of a 25% improvement in systolic hypertension control, and a 30% smoking reduction. Thus, the authors called for joint efforts of the whole society for air quality improvement in China.                                              The next study describes six differences and similarities in atrial fibrillation epidemiology, risk factors, and mortality in the community. First author Dr [Magnusson 00:02:42], corresponding author Dr [Schnabel 00:02:44] and colleagues from University Heart Center Hamburg Eppendorf studied 79,793 individuals without atrial fibrillation diagnosis at baseline from 4 community-based European studies, namely, FINRISK, DanMONICA, Molisani, and Northern Sweden, all followed for a medium of 12.6 years. They found that cumulative incidence increased markedly after the age of 50 years in men and after the age of 60 years in women. The lifetime risk was similar in more than 30% for both sexes.                                              Subjects with incident atrial fibrillation had a three and a half fold higher risk of death compared with those without atrial fibrillation. Among the classical risk factors, body mass index explained the largest proportion of atrial fibrillation risk. Six interactions were seen for the risk associations of body mass index and total cholesterol, wherein body mass index was associated with a greater risk increase in men than women, whereas total cholesterol was inversely associated with incident atrial fibrillation with a greater risk reduction in women than men.                                              The next study describes a novel circular RNA as a potential target in diabetic proliferative retinopathy. Circular RNAs are a novel class of non-coding RNAs that regular gene expression and they're characterized by closed loop structures with neither five-prime, nor three-prime polarity nor a polyadenylated tail. In today's study, first author Dr [Shah 00:04:33], corresponding authors Drs. [Yen 00:04:33] and [Zhao 00:04:36] from Shanghai Medical College Fudan University in China characterized the expression and regulation of the circular RNA, circHIPK3 in retinal endothelial cells and diabetic retinal vascular dysfunction.                                              CircHIPK3 expression was significantly up regulated upon high glucose stress in vivo and in vitro and regulated retinal endothelial cell function and vascular dysfunction by acting as an endogenous microRNA 30A-3P sponge that sequestered and inhibited its activity. In summary therefore, the circular RNA circHIPK3 plays a role in diabetic retinopathy by blocking microRNA 30A function, leading to increased endothelial proliferation and vascular dysfunction. These data suggest that the circular RNA may be a potential target for diabetic proliferative retinopathy.                                              The next study identified important new principles of endogenous chromatin structure that have key implications for epigenetic therapy. In this study from first author Dr Rosa-Garrido, corresponding author Dr Vondriska, and colleagues of David Geffen School of Medicine in UCLA, the authors examined changes in chromatin configuration in cardiomyocytes isolated from mouse hearts subjected to transverse aortic constriction or hearts subjected to Tamoxifen inducible cardiac specific excision of CTCF, which is a ubiquitous chromatin structural protein.                                              There was several important findings from this work. Firstly, the authors found that depletion of CTTF was sufficient to induce heart failure in mice and human heart failure patients receiving LVADs also showed increase CTCF abundance. Pressure overload or CTCF depletion selectively altered the boundary strength between topologically associated domains, which are regions of DNA in which physical interactions occur frequently. The authors showed that there were changes in the compartmentalization of active chromatin and inactive chromatin segments, which is a measure of genomic accessability.                                              Heart failure involved decreased stability of chromatin interactions around disease causing genes. In summary, these finding provide a high resolution chromatin architectural resource for cardiac epigenomic investigations and also demonstrate that global structural remodeling of chromatin underpins heart failure.                                              The final study is the first to provide insights into the fluid mechanics of transcatheter valve thrombosis. First author Dr Midha, corresponding author Dr Yoganathan and colleagues from Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University in Atlanta analyzed post-procedural four dimensional volume rendered CT data of transcatheter aortic valve replacement, or TAVR patients, enrolled in the Resolve trial, excluding patients on anticoagulation. Patients were classified as having transcatheter heart valve thrombosis if there was any evidence of hypoattenuated leaf thickening. The authors studied the flow characteristics within the neo sinus which is formed followed deployment of a transcatheter valve into a native aortic valve.                                              The authors found that post deployment valve geometry and final implant position affected the flow within the neo sinus, which in turn, may affect the predisposition to thrombus formation. The impact of geometry and position varied according to the different valve types. A supra-annular transcatheter heart valve deployment resulted in a nearly seven fold decrease in stagnation zone size when compared to an intro-annular deployment. In addition, the in vitro model indicated that the size of the stagnation zone increased as cardiac output decreased. In summary, deployed transcatheter heart valve geometry may have implication on the occurrence of thrombosis and a supra-annular neo sinus may reduce thrombosis risk due to reduced flow stasis. While additional prospective studies are clearly needed, these results may help identify patients at higher thrombosis risk and aid in the development of the next generation of devices with reduced thrombosis risk.                                              Well, that wraps it up for our summaries. Now for our feature discussion.                                              Sudden death in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy has been and still is a very hot topic in cardiology. Of course it's understandable given all the high profile deaths that have occurred in young athletes ascribed to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and the fact that these deaths may potentially be preventable with implanted defibrillators. However, we're so proud to have in this week's journal, some of the first data on the population-based burden of sudden death associated with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. I'm so happy to have with us the corresponding author of this research letter, Dr Sumeet Chugh from Cedar Sinai Medical Center, as well as Dr Mark Link, associate editor from UT Southwestern. Welcome, gentlemen. Dr Sumeet Chugh:            Thank you. Dr Mark Link:                    Thank you. Dr Carolyn Lam:               Sumeet, you know as I said in the introduction, sudden death in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, we've talked about it a lot. There's been lots published. What makes your data so novel? Dr Sumeet Chugh:            There is indeed a large body of work related to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy but most of it came from registries. Probably what's a bit unique about our work is that it was done in one large, US community over a number of years. Dr Carolyn Lam:               Indeed. So population-based statistics, not just of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, but of sudden death related to it, isn't it? Dr Sumeet Chugh:            That's correct, Carolyn. Dr Carolyn Lam:               I think the other thing that we were just actually chatting about is the fact that it's contemporary. Could you tell us maybe the period you're looking at and then give us your findings? Dr Chugh:                           Yes. The study was initiated in 2002 and is now in it's 16th year, so this particular analysis was conducted between the time period 2002 and 2015. What we do in the process of this community-based work is that we track prospectively every cardiac arrest that happens in the community centered around Portland, Oregon in the USA. The work in performed in the process of doing a multiple-source ascertainment where we take the help of the first responders or the ambulance personnel, the hospital emergency rooms, as well as the police, and the coroner network. It's a fairly comprehensive way of ascertaining sudden cardiac arrest. Dr Carolyn Lam:               That is a very unique and valuable data set. Could you summarize the top line results, because they were rather surprising? Dr Sumeet Chugh:            We are already learning that over time, with more awareness, education, and modern management of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, the risk of sudden cardiac arrest and the overall morbidity from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy may be on its way down. What this study is showing is, that actually the risk of sudden cardiac arrest and the burden of sudden cardiac arrest from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in the community may be quite low. Those are the main findings. Dr Carolyn Lam:               Yeah. In fact, I was just so impressed because first of all, you excluded the individuals in this population and found that hypertrophic cardiomyopathy was responsible for 1 in 30 of the cardiac deaths, but that the incidence of the sudden deaths were 0.2 to 0.3% among these hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients, perhaps less than others may have expected.                                              Mark could I bring you in on this for a moment? What do you think are the take home messages for something like this, because in a young and middle age population, is any rate really too low? Dr Mark Link:                    I think this is great data because it encompasses an entire population, so it gets us good data on the true incidence of sudden cardiac death. In the study, if you look at the total number of patients that either had an ECHO or had an autopsy, about 5%, a little over 5% of them, had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Roughly 5% of the individuals dying suddenly, under age 60 are dying secondary to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. That's the sort of data that we really didn't have before because we didn't have such a nice population-based study.                                              It was interesting also, they tended to be younger, 10 years younger than the others dying suddenly, so it was a younger cohort. They more often had ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia than the others dying suddenly. It really does give us some nice data on the true incidence of sudden death due to HCM in the community. Dr Carolyn Lam:               What I thought was also valuable was the fact that the diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy was quite often missed prior to the cardiac arrest and I'm trying to wrap my head around about what that implies. Dr Sumeet Chugh:            That's a very important point, Carolyn. These findings also give us the message that our risk classification methodology continues to need more work. The fact remains that a significant proportion of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy are also going to be asymptomatic. Sometimes they just don't come to our attention.                                              Another important point, however, that's related to this work is that there may have been during the course of this time period, at least a few patients in this community who would have received an implantable defibrillator and their sudden cardiac arrest would have been averted, so we're not able to count those individuals who were already found and managed. Dr Mark Link:                    That's a very important point because if a person is found with HCM and has risk factors, they would get a implantable defibrillator. Those individuals would not show up in this database because they wouldn't die. Dr Carolyn Lam:               Mm-hmm (affirmative)-                                              That's a very, very important point. Thank you for highlighting that. I think it goes back to why these data are so important, because they are contemporary as well and we really need such estimates, so congratulations Sumeet and thank you for giving us these valuable data.                                              I'd like to switch tracks a little bit though, and point out this was a research letter, a big data set, important findings, but published as a research letter. Should I even say but? Mark could you comment a little bit about research letters in circulation versus original articles? Dr Mark Link:                    We increasingly are using research letters in circulation for original research that drives home a basic single point. If that basic single point can be made in 1,200 words, we actually like the research letter format. It's a quick read, people remember it, it's cited. It is something that authors that we ask to turn a full length manuscript into a research letter, should be taking that as a positive sign, because that means that we're interested in the topic and would like to see it in print. Dr Carolyn Lam:               I completely agree and in fact, Sumeet, if I could ask you to weigh in. Sometimes it's harder, isn't it, to write a research letter than to write a full length manuscript? How was your experience? Dr Sumeet Chugh:            I have to admit that the first responses as you said, where you feel, "Oh, I've spent a lot of effort in writing this large paper, and now I have to squeeze it into 1,200 words," but the second thought for me was, "The fact is that this is a one bullet message and why not make it shorter and snappier as it is?" I think I've come around in the appropriate situation to appreciating this opportunity of writing a research letter. Dr Mark Link:                    when you read the research letters, they're very succinct. I actually like them. They get the message across quickly and I think it's a great way to produce science and to show what you've done. Dr Carolyn Lam:               Yeah. The thing is that we also restrict to a single figure, or a single table and I cannot tell you how many times I've referred to that single figure because it usually tells the full story and it's beautiful summary.                                              So, listeners, you've heard about the research letters in circulation. Please have a look at them. I'm pretty sure that you will fall in love with the format just like we all have.                                              Thank you so much, Sumeet and Mark for joining me today. I'm afraid our time is up, but I've so enjoyed talking to you. Thank you, listeners, for following us today. Don't forget to tune in again next week.
