And State In Contemporary Russia »).

We were right about it all. We were right about lockdowns. We were right about the vaccine. We were right about masks. We were right about Hunter's laptop. Baker was personally involved in bringing the Alfa Bank hoax documents into the FBI via his personal friend, Perkins Coie attorney Michael Sussman. Baker served as the FBI's general counsel when the bureau investigated the Trump 2016 presidential campaign and was also directly involved in the FBI's “investigation” of Hillary Clinton's use of an unauthorized private email server while she was secretary of state during the Obama administration. ⭕️ Watch in-depth videos based on Truth & Tradition at Epoch TV

The Alan Sanders Show

Today's show opens with the Hershel Walker loss in the Georgia runoff and my thoughts around it. Whether we like it or not, Raphael Warnock spent over $126M in the race as compared to around $38M for Walker. Warnock is a fantastic performer and had stellar campaign ads. (The GOP should take lots of notes over Warnock's advertising and learn from it!) The balance of the Senate is now a majority for the Democrats and that is going to be bothersome, especially if they move to eliminate the filibuster. However, looking ahead to the 2024 election cycle, there are at least 8 Democrat senators who will be vulnerable, including the two prior champions of the filibuster: Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-NV). In some ways, I am a little less worried knowing if they want to win in 2024, they will likely have to continue acting more centrist and even borderline conservative. There are no guarantees, but it's something to give us a little solace until they prove otherwise. The leadership of the GOP needs an overhaul. From Tom Emmer, to Kevin McCarthy, Mitch McConnel and, most importantly, Ronna McDaniel, none of them should be in charge of GOP campaigns. Ronna is literally 0-5 since becoming the GOP Chairwoman in 2017. We have to stop rewarding failure. Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and Gov. Brian Kemp (R-GA) have shown how to win. They can provide the blueprint on what the GOP should be planning for 2024. Even Lee Zeldin who ran for governor in New York, helped to flip House Seats with his campaign. Those are the models we should be exporting to the rest of the party. Next we circle back to The Twitter Files. Turns out there was a Twitter firing on Tuesday that relates to why some of the files seemed a little "whitewashed" and lacked any mention of FBI involvement. We know, thanks to Miranda Devine of the NY Post that Yoel Roth testified about weekly meeting with the FBI and had been told to look for the Hunter Biden laptop story to drop in October. Turns out, Twitter's chief legal counsel is Jim Baker, a former FBI lawyer who had to resign in 2018 after he helped craft and push both the Steele Dossier narrative as well as the Alfa Bank server story. Who better to protect the regime and the Deep State than to be in tight with a massive social media Big Tech outlet? And, don't think others like him aren't embedded in the other social media outlets. Finally, I made the prediction yesterday that the Legacy/mainstream media would try to takeover the Hunter Biden laptop story so they can control a new narrative. I said they will try to make it all about naked selfies, as if that's the only thing on the laptop. Well, lo and behold, not 24 hours later, Tim Miller, an MSNBC analyst and voice on several Leftist podcasts comes right out and says the new GOP House is only interested in letting people post pictures of Hunter Biden's junk. Folks, Seems I could see their playbook from a mile away. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault, a name previously unknown to most SpyGate sleuths, was recently brought to the public's attention through some astonishing revelations from Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). Politically motivated activism by Thibault included the shutting down of an investigation into Hunter Biden in October 2020. Thibault did so by labeling information relating to Hunter as false information—even though many of the details were known to be accurate at the time. Grassley said that Thibault's Democratic National Committee (DNC) partisanship had “impacted his official decision-making on sensitive public corruption investigations” and had “likely affected investigations briefed to, and approved by, senior Justice Department and FBI officials.” But there was another new piece of information within Grassley's disclosures that's been bothering us of late: Thibault's association and interaction with Bruce and Nellie Ohr in Prague. Grassley disclosed that Thibault, “while overseeing and directing the FBI's most significant federal public corruption investigations, traveled to the Czech Republic to attend the same seminar with Bruce and Nellie Ohr in late February 2016.” As we shall see, that trip to Prague was more integrated and potentially much more significant than Grassley's letter has indicated. Grassley rightly observed that, at the time of the trip, Nellie Ohr was employed by Fusion GPS, working to fabricate anti-Trump propaganda for use by the Hillary Clinton campaign and DNC, and she was also involved in the fake Alfa-Bank narrative. Her husband Bruce Ohr, a senior DOJ official, was instrumental in pushing the Steele dossier, along with information from Glenn Simpson, into the FBI, and he maintained close contact with Steele until November 2017. Of particular note is the fact that in the days that followed the February 2016 Czech conference, the FBI's New York field office suddenly requested permission to open an investigation into Carter Page. ⭕️Watch in-depth videos based on Truth & Tradition at Epoch TV

The decision, however, has shown a spotlight on conflicts of interest both with the judge and the jury in the trial. The judge had close personal ties to the case, and members of the jury included three people who donated to Clinton, and a woman whose daughter is on the same sports team as Sussmann's daughter. Charlie dives into the disappointment he, as well as many other Americans, feel about this slap in the face despite an overwhelming amount of evidence that proves Sussman did in fact lie to the FBI regarding the debunked Alfa Bank story. He then goes into Joe Biden's gaslighting Op-Ed published over the weekend the Wall Street Journal on his "plan" for fighting inflation, which includes a litany of blame shifting, red hearings, and platitudes with few actionable steps. Russia's efforts to help Donald Trump win the 2016 election are well established. Special Counsel Robert Mueller concluded that Russia tried to damage Hillary Clinton and help Trump win, as did the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee panel that investigated the election. Russian operatives used social media accounts to sow discord and disinformation among the U.S. population and set in motion real-life rallies that helped Trump's campaign.

The guys open the show discussing the trial of Hillary Clinton's campaign lawyer, Michael Sussman.  They specifically focus on the comments made by her 2016 campaign manager, Robby Mook.  Mook testified that Hillary Clinton, along with top Clinton aides (i.e., John Podesta, Jake Sullivan, Jennifer Palmeri), agreed to share unverified data falsely tying the Trump Organization server to Russia's Alfa Bank.    This led to a conversation about Elongate, where Elon Musk has been accused of exposing himself to a flight attendant on his private plane in 2016 and offered to by her a horse in exchange for an erotic massage.  Elon challenged his accuser to describe physical traits of his genitals (i.e., scars, tattoos) that isn't publicly known.  The timing of this scandal comes days after Musk labeled Democrats the party of "division and hate," and also calling out Hillary Clinton campaign hoax.    The second half of the show focuses on a middle schooler accused of sexual harassment for refusing to call a non-binary classmate by the preferred pronoun.  The guys discuss the consequences of this and how parents might address these issues with their kids.  They tie in personal stories of high school and look at the difference between handling bullying now versus 20 years ago.   Pardon My American podcast (PMA) is an opinion-based podcast that explores politics, entertainment, paranormal, and culture all while having a good laugh. We asked for them. “[Durham] now has Clinton world burying Michael Sussmann, the defendant in this case.” Clinton campaign affiliates are throwing former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann under the bus, says Kash Patel. And in a last-ditch effort to protect themselves, they are trying to hide evidence behind attorney-client privilege, he argues. Kash and Jan break down special counsel John Durham's latest filing and the significance of the flurry of responses from Clinton campaign affiliates, including former Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, campaign manager Robby Mook, campaign lawyer Marc Elias, opposition research firm Fusion GPS, and tech executive Rodney Joffe. According to Durham's filing, the CIA knew in early 2017 that the Alfa Bank allegations tying Trump to Russia were likely false. At the same time, the FBI intentionally avoided coming to conclusions on the veracity of these allegations, Kash argues. We discuss all this and more in this episode of Kash's Corner.

Thw three time loser a dfailed candidate twice and failed wife and woman the lock her up chants may very well come true, Special Counsel John Durham is revealing new smoking-gun evidence, a text message that shows a Clinton campaign lawyer lied to the FBI while putting the courts on notice he is prepared to show the effort to smear Donald Trump with now-disproven Russia collusion allegations was a “conspiracy.” According to Durham, documents show Democratic cybersecurity lawyer Michael Sussmann lied to the FBI general counsel, telling the bureau that he was not working for any client when he was really working for Hillary Clinton's campaign. Last September, Sussmann was indicted for allegedly concealing from FBI general counsel James Baker his clients – Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign and “Tech Executive-1,” known as former Neustar exec Rodney Joffe – when he promoted debunked reports of an Alfa Bank backchannel that linked the Trump Organization to Russia. Sussmann was charged with lying in the September 2021 indictment when he claimed to provide the allegations to the FBI on behalf of no client when in fact he was doing so on behalf of Joffe and the Clinton campaign. According to Sussmann's lawyers, there is no evidence that Sussmann lied to Baker last year. Durham rejected the idea. “The defendant's false statement to the FBI General Counsel was plainly material because it misled the General Counsel about, among other things, the critical fact that the defendant was disseminating highly explosive allegations about a then-Presidential candidate on behalf of two specific clients, one of which was the opposing Presidential campaign,” Durham pointed out last month. “The defendant's efforts to mislead the FBI in this manner during the height of a Presidential election season plainly could have influenced the FBI's decision-making in any number of ways.”Durham rejected the idea. “The defendant's efforts to mislead the FBI in this manner during the height of a Presidential election season plainly could have influenced the FBI's decision-making in any number of ways.” --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/mike-k-cohen/support

Attorneys for the 2016 presidential campaign of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton paid a technology company to hack into server systems in Trump Tower and the White House after the election, so as to create an “inference” and “narrative” that linked Trump to Russia, according to a filing by Special Counsel John Durham. Fox News first broke the stunning news: Durham filed a motion on Feb. 11 focused on potential conflicts of interest related to the representation of former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman, who has been charged with making a false statement to a federal agent. Sussman has pleaded not guilty. The indictment against Sussman says he told then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016, less than two months before the 2016 presidential election, that he was not doing work “for any client” when he requested and held a meeting in which he presented “purported data and ‘white papers' that allegedly demonstrated a covert communications channel” between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, which has ties to the Kremlin. In a section entitled “Factual Background,” Durham wrote that Sussman “had gathered and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, one a technology executive (Tech Executive 1) at an internet company (Internet Company 1) and the other the Clinton campaign.” --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/mike-k-cohen/support

Sussman has pleaded not guilty. The indictment against Sussman says he told then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016, less than two months before the 2016 presidential election, that he was not doing work "for any client" when he requested and held a meeting in which he presented "purported data and 'white papers' that allegedly demonstrated a covert communications channel" between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, which has ties to the Kremlin. But Durham's filing on Feb. 11, in a section titled "Factual Background," reveals that Sussman "had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including a technology executive (Tech Executive 1) at a U.S.-based internet company (Internet Company 1) and the Clinton campaign." Durham's filing said Sussman's "billing records reflect" that he "repeatedly billed the Clinton Campaign for his work on the Russian Bank-1 allegations."The filing revealed that Sussman and the Tech Executive had met and communicated with another law partner, who was serving as General Counsel to the Clinton campaign. Sources told Fox News that lawyer is Marc Elias, who worked at the law firm Perkins Coie. Durham's filing states that in July 2016, the tech executive worked with Sussman, a U.S. investigative firm retained by Law Firm 1 on behalf of the Clinton campaign, numerous cyber researchers and employees at multiple internet companies to "assemble the purported data and white papers.""In connection with these efforts, Tech Executive-1 exploited his access to non-public and/or proprietary Internet data," the filing states. "Tech Executive-1 also enlisted the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university who were receiving and analyzing large amounts of Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract.""Tech Executive-1 tasked these researchers to mine Internet data to establish 'an inference' and 'narrative' tying then-candidate Trump to Russia," Durham states. "In doing so, Tech Executive-1 indicated that he was seeking to please certain 'VIPs,' referring to individuals at Law Firm-1 and the Clinton campaign."Durham also writes that during Sussman's trial, the government will establish that among the Internet data Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (DNS) internet traffic pertaining to "(i) a particular healthcare provider, (ii) Trump Tower, (iii) Donald Trump's Central Park West apartment building, and (iv) the Executive Office of the President of the United States (EOP)."Durham states that the internet company that Tech Executive-1 worked for "had come to access and maintain dedicated servers" for the Executive Office of the President as "part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP.""Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP's DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump," Durham states. The filing also reveals that Sussman provided "an updated set of allegations" including the Russian bank data, and additional allegations relating to Trump "to a second agency of the U.S. government" in 2017.Durham says the allegations "relied, in part, on the purported DNS traffic" that Tech Executive-1 and others "had assembled pertaining to Trump Tower, Donald Trump's New York City apartment building, the EOP, and the aforementioned healthcare provider." In Sussman's meeting with the second U.S. government agency, Durham says he "provided data which he claimed reflected purportedly suspicious DNS lookups by these entities of internet protocol (IP) addresses affiliated with a Russian mobile phone provider," and claimed that the lookups "demonstrated Trump and/or his associates were using supposedly rare, Russian-made wireless phones in the vicinity of the White House and other locations.""The Special Counsel's Office has identified no support for these allegations," Durham wrote, adding that the "lookups were far from rare in the United States.""For example, the more complete data that Tech Executive-1 and his associates gathered--but did not provide to Agency 2--reflected that between approximately 2014 and 2017, there were a total of more than 3 million lookups of Russian Phone-Prover 1 IP addresses that originated with U.S.-based IP addresses," Durham wrote. "Fewer than 1,000 of these lookups originated with IP addresses affiliated with Trump Tower."Durham added that data collected by Tech Executive-1 also found that lookups began as early as 2014, during the Obama administration and years before Trump took office, which he said, is "another fact which the allegations omitted.""In his meeting with Agency-2 employees, the defendant also made a substantially similar false statement as he made to the FBI General Counsel," Durham wrote. "In particular, the defendant asserted that he was not representing a particular client in conveying the above allegations.""In truth and in fact, the defendant was representing Tech Executive-1--a fact the defendant subsequently acknowledged under oath in December 2017 testimony before Congress, without identifying the client by name," Durham wrote. Former President Trump reacted to the filing, saying Durham's filing "provides indisputable evidence that my campaign and presidency were spied on by operatives paid by the Hillary Clinton Campaign in an effort to develop a completely fabricated connection to Russia.""This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution," Trump said. "In a stronger period of time in our country, this crime would have been punishable by death."Trump added: "In addition, reparations should be paid to those in our country who have been damaged by this."Former chief investigator of the Trump-Russia probe for the House Intelligence Committee under then-Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., Kash Patel, said the filing "definitively shows that the Hillary Clinton campaign directly funded and ordered its lawyers at Perkins Coie to orchestrate a criminal enterprise to fabricate a connection between President Trump and Russia." "Per Durham, this arrangement was put in motion in July of 2016, meaning the Hillary Clinton campaign and her lawyers masterminded the most intricate and coordinated conspiracy against Trump when he was both a candidate and later President of the United States while simultaneously perpetuating the bogus Steele Dossier hoax," Patel told Fox News, adding that the lawyers worked to "infiltrate" Trump Tower and White House servers. The anti-Trump dossier, authored by ex-British intelligence officer Christopher Steele, commissioned by opposition research firm Fusion GPS, was funded by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton's campaign through Elia's law firm, Perkins Coie. Patel added that Sussman relayed the "false narrative" to U.S. government agencies "in the hopes of having them launch investigations of President Trump." Sussmann's indictment is the second prosecution to come out of Durham's probe. In 2020, Durham charged former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith with making a false statement – the first criminal case arising from his probe. Clinesmith was referred for potential prosecution by the Justice Department's inspector general's office, which conducted its own review of the Russia investigation.Specifically, the inspector general accused Clinesmith, though not by name, of altering an email about Page to say that he was "not a source" for another government agency. Page has said he was a source for the CIA. The DOJ relied on that assertion as it submitted a third and final renewal application in 2017 to eavesdrop on Trump campaign aide Carter Page under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). Former Attorney General Bill Barr appointed Durham, then the U.S. attorney from Connecticut, in 2019 to investigate the origins of the FBI's original Russia probe, or Crossfire Hurricane, which began in July 2016, through the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller in May 2017 shortly after Mueller completed his yearslong investigation into whether Trump's campaign colluded or coordinated with the Russians to influence the 2016 presidential election.Mueller's investigation found no evidence of illegal or criminal coordination between Trump or the Trump campaign and Russia in

Remember the Trump-Russia investigation? The one that produced Robert Mueller, and which many believed would lead to the end of the Trump presidency? Right now, there is an investigation into the investigation, being led by a different Special Counsel: this one is a man named John Durham. Durham was appointed in 2019 by former Attorney General William Barr to look into the origins of the Russia investigation. On Thursday, an indictment came down alleging that Michael Sussmann, a high-profile cybersecurity lawyer, lied to the former FBI general counsel James Baker. Specifically, when Sussmann approached the FBI with a tip toward the end of the 2016 presidential race, he allegedly told the FBI he was not representing a client but coming forward as a citizen. According to the indictment, though, he was representing the Clinton campaign and a technology executive. During the meeting, Sussmann presented the FBI with evidence that a server belonging to the Russia-based Alfa Bank appeared to be communicating with Trump organization computers. Republican senators call Big Tech chiefs to testify on Hunter Biden report censorship, subpoenas possible https://youtu.be/oIEl4Z1yAKwTwitter faces backlash as critics show inconsistent policy for Trump v. BidenSocial Media is In Total Collusion with The Left To Interfere with the 2020 ElectionConservative comedian Tim Young, who has used Twitter to build his name recognition, blasted what he called the platform’s hypocrisy. “After three years of anonymously sourced, disproven stories with no evidence pushed by CNN, The New York Times, Buzzfeed, the Washington Post -- just to name a few -- about Trump, Twitter suddenly decides that a story that makes Biden look bad is what they should edit,” Young told Fox News. “If there was a policy about hacked documents not being allowed on Twitter, why hasn’t every Wikileaks or Edward Snowden post been banned? Twitter and Jack have pulled back the curtain 100 percent now,” Young said. “If it’s a negative story about Trump, including something as ridiculous and unfounded as the pee tape story, they’ll make it trend. If it’s about Biden or the Democrats, they’ll do anything they can to suppress it, including silencing a major media organization,” he continued. “I wonder if Twitter will allow a link to this story - calling their bias out - to be posted on their site?” Daily Caller reporter Chuck Ross sought out to prove the platform’s double standard by posting a series of widely criticized or debunked stories that coincided with the liberal agenda. He shared “the Yahoo story that was based on fake info from Christopher Steele,” a “debunked McClatchy story that was probably planted by Fusion GPS” and “Slate’s debunked Alfa Bank story” but all of them were able to remain on his Twitter feed without any issue. Fox News Senior Political Analyst Brit Hume shared Ross’ thread and simply wrote, “Twitter double standard shown for all to see.”Young joked, “I could literally write, ‘President Trump’s motorcade ran a bus full of elementary school children off the road,’ which obviously would never happen... and Twitter would make the ridiculous hashtag #TrumpHatesKids trend No. 1 for a day.”Young said when it came to stories about Democrats, something as simple as “Biden sneezed” would get “fact-checked and flagged as at least partially false, on a technicality that even though he did sneeze, it was at a different angle than what it was initially reported.”Sources: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/senate-republicans-call-on-twitter-facebook-bosses-to-testify-amid-censorship-claims-say-subpoena-in-the-workshttps://www.foxnews.com/media/twitter-double-standard-hunter-biden-claims-censorhttps://www.spreaker.com/user/9922149/social-media-is-in-total-collusion-with-The #Qiew #GaysGoRight #Gays4Trump #LgbTrump #GoRight #GaysForTrump #WalkAway #Trump2020 #Trump####FollowGo Right NewsWebsite: https://GoRightNews.comSubscribe and share our Podcasts and Videos For More!Follow us on:Youtube:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC39yovMD8njNL9Tzd_676mABitChute:https://www.bitchute.com/channel/X3KeSputUmz8/Twitter:https://twitter.com/GoRightNewsInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/PeterBoykinFacebook:https://www.facebook.com/GoRightNewsTelegram:https://t.me/GoRightNewsApple Podcasts:https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/goright-with-peter-boykin/id1466235070?uo=4Spreaker:https://www.spreaker.com/show/goright-with-peter-boykinSpotify:spotify:show:67Gxjd8JX8f5zdIwuChR4niHeartRadio:https://www.iheart.com/podcast/966-maga-first-news-wit-29787362/Google Podcasts:https://www.google.com/podcasts?feed=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuc3ByZWFrZXIuY29tL3Nob3cvMzA5NjYwOC9lcGlzb2Rlcy9mZWVkAmazon Music / Audible:https://music.amazon.com/podcasts/80c27f56-fe90-4121-9a1f-22fd5b4b13d6/GoRight-with-Peter-BoykinCastbox:https://castbox.fm/channel/id2146792Deezer:https://www.deezer.com/show/644192Podcast Addict:http://podplayer.net/?podId=2409482Podchaser:https://www.podchaser.com/podcasts/goright-with-peter-boykin-867735Jiosaavn:https://www.jiosaavn.com/shows/goright-with-peter-boykin/1/TQ5K0JVLdBc_#GoRight For America#GaysForTrump

The ruling involves a long-discredited claim in Steele’s dossier – repeatedly used by U.S. news media – that Russia’s Alfa Bank, connected to Aven and Fridman, was transmitting secret messages between Moscow and the Trump campaign during the 2016 election. The FBI concluded the computer pings were not nefarious messages but rather routine behavior most likely connected to email spam. Special Counsel Robert Mueller told Congress last year he did not believe the allegations. Warby’s lengthy ruling unearthed a gem of new evidence to answer the question: Steele kept his own notes of what he told FBI agents the first time he met them on July 5, 2016 in London to discuss his anti-Trump Russia research. And, Warby revealed, the notes make clear that Steele told his FBI handlers from the get-go that the dossier’s “ultimate client were (sic) the leadership of the Clinton presidential campaign.” So the FBI knew immediately that the dossier it used to justify a FISA warrant targeting the Trump campaign was a political opposition research product designed to help Clinton defeat her Republican opponent and did not divulge the connection. That’s not all that Warby’s decision provided to American investigators. The ruling discloses that officials at the State Department where Hillary Clinton had served as secretary of state were uniquely involved in Steele’s efforts to bring the dossier to attention, including Mrs. Clinton’s former Russia expert Assistant Secretary Victoria Nuland, Clinton's successor as secretary of state John Kerry and Joe Biden’s former national security adviser Tony Blinken. Euro in 2016 verdienen.
