Leave an Amazon Rating or Review for my New York Times Bestselling book, Make Money Easy!Check out the full episode: https://greatness.lnk.to/1857"In an age of information, ignorance is a choice. Health and wellness can be as infectious as disease." - Dr. Joe DispenzaLewis opens by sharing how he mentally rehearsed his future reality for years, watching game film of world record holders every night before sleep, then practicing physically the next day. He was living in what Dr. Joe Dispenza calls the quantum field, rehearsing moments that wouldn't happen for another decade. That vulnerability sets the stage for Dr. Joe to reveal something extraordinary happening in his events. Two people with stage 4 cancer walked away completely reversed. A woman with an unnamed neurological disorder arrived on crutches and left without them. These aren't celebrities or exceptional cases. They're ordinary people who reached the end of what traditional medicine could offer and decided to change everything about themselves. Twenty years ago, if a doctor gave you a diagnosis, you signed the dotted line and got the surgery. Today, people are researching, getting multiple opinions, and discovering they don't need an authority figure to access information that could save their lives.Dr. Joe explains that this work isn't for everyone because you can't be a little bit committed, just like you can't be a little bit pregnant. But when a normal person shares their healing story in front of a thousand people, something shifts. Everyone watching thinks the same thing: if she can do it, so can I. That's when healing becomes infectious, spreading through communities the same way disease does. The conversation moves beyond individual transformation into something bigger. Success, Dr. Joe admits, is just a side effect of who you become. The real work is about pushing the envelope on what's possible, helping people understand they can self-correct health conditions and change their genetic future before symptoms ever appear. The question evolving now isn't just whether people can heal themselves, but whether someone who's healed can turn around and heal another person. The implications are staggering.Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. In this episode of The Determined Society, host Shawn French sits down with entrepreneur and wellness advocate Jerome, whose life story is a raw testament to trauma, resilience, and the determination to build something better for the next generation. What begins as a conversation about childhood adversity becomes a shocking revelation:Jerome discovered that he was likely a surviving twin, the result of selective abortion practices in 1970s France. That discovery unraveled decades of unexplained psychological pain, complex PTSD, and emotional disconnection. For the first time publicly, he opens up about prenatal trauma, childhood neglect, and the generational patterns he is determined to break as a father of three young girls. Key Takeaways:-Trauma isn't just emotional, prenatal and childhood trauma shape the brain, identity, and adulthood.-Breaking generational cycles requires intentionality, vulnerability, and emotional honesty.-Children don't need perfect parents, they need present, loving, apologetic, humble ones.-Determination is built in moments where your instinct is to react, but you choose to respond with love.-Mental health struggles are not weakness; silence is. Talking about it is the first step to freedom-Affordable healthcare is possible, removing middlemen makes life-saving medication accessible for families in need. Priscilla Ward joins Dr. Sandie Morgan as they explore how true healing happens not through fixing or rescuing, but by learning to sit in discomfort, lead with curiosity, and create consistent communities where survivors can feel safe enough to begin their journey at their own pace. https://youtube.com/shorts/Jsi6YO3zobw?feature=share Priscilla Ward Priscilla Ward, LCSW, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Compass Rose Psychotherapy in Fullerton, California. With over 18 years in the helping profession and 15 years of clinical experience, she has dedicated her career to supporting youth, young adults, and families through trauma, anxiety, substance use, and grief. A graduate of the University of Southern California with a Master's in Social Work, Priscilla brings extensive experience from nonprofit agencies, community mental health clinics, correctional facilities, and school-based programs. She has led mental health teams for the Orange County Department of Education, developing trauma-responsive programs and training professionals in high-stress environments. Her bilingual Spanish fluency and cultural responsiveness make her a trusted ally across diverse communities. Beyond direct practice, Priscilla serves as a consultant and trainer, equipping educators, faith leaders, law enforcement personnel, and mental health professionals with trauma-informed, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing frameworks. Key Points People heal in community and relationship, not in isolation, and this healing process is rarely linear—it's complex and messy, especially for those who have experienced trauma. The shift from "what's wrong with this person" to "what happened to this person" is foundational to trauma-informed care and creates space for dignity and compassion over judgment. Harm reduction is a philosophy grounded in meeting people where they are, honoring their dignity even when they aren't ready to stop certain behaviors, and recognizing that small steps matter because keeping people alive and safe creates opportunities for future healing. Faith communities can love people well by learning to sit in discomfort and resist the urge to fix or rescue, instead focusing on building belonging without requiring behavioral compliance as a prerequisite. Understanding the stages of change (pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance, and sometimes relapse) helps helpers meet survivors appropriately at each stage rather than imposing expectations they're not ready for. Secondary trauma and burnout are real costs of caring, and taking care of our own wellness is critically important because we need to be healthy people in the room to truly serve others without reinforcing harm. Trust is the bridge for change, and consistency creates safety that literally rewires the brain—centering connection over correction leads to systemic change in how we support survivors. Listening to voices of lived experience is essential; helpers should ask "what do you need" rather than assuming they know what survivors need. Resources Compass Rose Psychotherapy Transcript [00:00:00] Priscilla Ward: what harm reduction looks like in my community might be very different than yours, but the spirit of harm reduction can be applied. Anywhere and everywhere. [00:00:11] Delaney: You know that uncomfortable space where things aren't neat or solved, what if that's where the real healing starts? Today's conversation leans into that gray area. The space where our instinct to fix meets the deeper need to simply be present. [00:00:25] When we let go of control and step into curiosity, we make room for safety, dignity, and real connection. That kind of community can change everything. Hi, I'm Delaney Menninger. I'm reconnecting with the radiant and deeply inspiring Yasia, a woman whose work with voice and sound opens doors to healing in the most unexpected, beautiful ways. And in this episode, you'll feel that truth settle gently into your heart. A Somatic Voicework & Movement Facilitator and Chant Leader, Yasia creates a nurturing, non-judgmental space where your voice becomes a tool for expression, release, and transformation. Through her own journey, she discovered the power of sound to guide her toward her true path — and now she helps others do the same. This conversation is overflowing with inspiration, healing insights, and the kind of stories that stay with you long after the episode ends. And yes… there's a beautiful little surprise waiting for you inside. So lean in, breathe deeply, and allow this episode to resonate through your whole being. My guest for Episode #331 of My Favorite Mistake is Andy Regal, a longtime media executive whose career has included leadership roles at The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, Consumer Reports, Court TV, and CBS College Sports. He is also the author of the forthcoming book, “Surviving Bully Culture: A Career Spent Navigating Workplace Bullying and a Guide for Healing.” Episode page with transcript, video, and more Andy shares a remarkable early-career mistake from his time producing NBC News war coverage with Lester Holt. A young staffer accidentally loaded last week's script into the teleprompter, and Holt began reading it live on air. Andy, brand new to this type of broadcast, immediately assumed he'd face humiliation or even get fired. Instead, Holt responded with total calm, poise, and kindness—transforming what could have been a career-ending disaster into a lasting lesson on leadership. That moment stands in sharp contrast to the bully bosses Andy encountered throughout his media career. We talk about how bullying shows up in subtle and overt ways, why high performers are often targeted, and how toxic leadership harms morale, performance, and even physical and mental health. Andy explains what recovery looks like and why his book is dedicated to helping people cope with, heal from, and navigate workplaces where bullying is tolerated or ignored. In This Episode: • The wrong-script live TV moment with Lester Holt • Why calm leadership builds psychological safety • The emotional impact of bully bosses • Why bullying thrives in high-pressure environments • How bullying follows people home and affects well-being • What recovery looks like for targets of workplace bullying • Why Andy wrote Surviving Bully Culture Learn More Andy Regal's website & book pre-order: https://www.andyregal.com

This is part two of Kristin's story. I highly recommend listening to part one first if you haven't already! After a long and difficult preconception journey with her first child, Kristin was elated when she conceived her second with ease. This time she hired a midwife and planned the home birth she had always wanted while also receiving co-care from her medical doctor. Her doctor did not approve of home birth and often spoke to her from a place of fear, yet Kristin stayed committed to her plan. Eventually, she chose to stop seeing the doctor altogether. With the support of her husband and doula, Kristin welcomed her daughter into her arms after a labor so fast that the midwife did not arrive in time. She describes her home birth as exactly what she needed to heal the trauma of her previous experience. If you love the show, I would greatly appreciate a review on Spotify or Apple Podcasts! WelcomeIn this third episode in the grief series I share about the healthy cycle of healing and overcoming grief. I bring a teaching that came as an energetic download from my shamanic lineage almost twenty years ago and translate it into a simple, human map you can use when you are walking through loss, separation and deep sadness.Episode SummaryI speak about grief as an extensive sadness that arises from loss or the fear of losing something we love, and I honour the depth of those who are living through it. I share how, a little over thirty days after my mother's passing, I feel a profound respect for anyone who is navigating this level of reorganisation in their life and heart.I introduce the healthy cycle of grief as four main stages. The first stage is the experience itself, the recognition of loss and the shock that lands in the heart. I explain how mastering sadness and grief awakens the lover within you, because grief opens the heart, softens the body and creates a deep need for intimacy and tenderness. The second stage is confusion, shock and sometimes anger. This can show up as questions about identity, rage at God, life or others, guilt and shame. People can get stuck here for years, so this stage needs empowerment, clarity and sovereignty. The third stage is isolation and going inward. I talk about withdrawing into your inner cave, licking your wounds and discovering that this is actually a portal of creation and deep healing, where vision can be activated. The fourth stage is reconnection. This is the moment you return to life changed, with an upgraded identity and a new relationship with yourself, your mission and even with the one you lost, now in a different dimension. The cycle is not truly linear. You can move back and forth between stages, and over time reconnection becomes more stable and embodied.Key TakeawaysGrief is a sacred, powerful form of sadness that arises from loss. There is a healthy cycle of grief with four stages: experience, confusion, isolation and reconnection.Mastering grief awakens the lover within you by opening your heart and softening your body.Confusion, anger, guilt and shame need empowerment and clarity, not more drama.Isolation can be a portal of deep healing and vision, not just withdrawal.Reconnection is an upgraded identity and a new relationship with yourself, life and the one you lost.If you are somewhere inside this cycle right now, I am bowing to the depth of what you are carrying. You are not broken and you are not behind. You are moving through a sacred process that your mind might not fully understand yet.Let this episode be a gentle map and a reminder that there is a path through grief, and that on the other side there is more of you, not less.I'd love to hear your thoughts, text the show. Send us a messageIn Ephesians 5:14, it is written: “Awake O sleeper, and rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.'” This verse is a call for God's people to awaken from our spiritual slumber, and to recognize the signs of the times – and the prophetic precursors that are heralding the nearness of the Lord's coming to ransom His Blood-Bought Church from the Tribulation of God's Holy Judgment that will – because it must – befall and unbelieving world. For knowing that his time is short – the enemy is pressing even more passionately toward his demonic goal to deceive as many as he can into giving their allegiance to him, as he prepares his global rule through his Antichrist – with the “One World Religion” playing a vital role in his nefarious agenda. He is accomplishing much of this through the spirit of Witchcraft – which has entered the Church of Jesus Christ – and which at its very core holds the darkened purpose to manipulate, deceive, and dominateThe Holy Spirit is heralding Love's Warning to “Pay Attention!” and flee from evil - and to be Ready! This week we spoke to author and researcher Jason Quitt. He discusses his out-of-body experiences and how they reshaped his understanding of existence, leading him to explore the connections between ancient texts, astronomy, and the cycles of nature. He demonstrates the significance of celestial bodies in ancient cultures, the symbolism of fertility, and the agency of nature as perceived by ancient civilizations. Quitt emphasizes the importance of the pyramids as celestial clocks and the interconnectedness of symbols across different cultures, suggesting a shared ancient knowledge that transcends time and geography. We discuss the duality of the serpent in various cultures, including its representation in Christianity, and how these ancient stories have been passed down through generations, revealing a shared knowledge across civilizations. This week offers us an opportunity to embrace the most sensitive and transformative spiritual assignments we face: the fractures within our soul family. Through the lens of ancient Kabbalistic wisdom and real-life therapeutic insight, we dive into the deeper purpose behind the conflicts, estrangements, and emotional turbulence that arise in our closest relationships.Together, we examine why the most difficult people in our lives are often the very channels through which our greatest blessings are meant to flow—and how pushing them away can unintentionally cut us off from the light we're seeking. Our conversation uncovers a profound spiritual framework for understanding conflict, repair, and the divine design behind the relationships we're tempted to reject.Join us for the next episode of Weekly Energy Boost with @ElishevaBalas and special guest, @DrRachelGlik. Hi my loves
Daily Shift is a new 2-5 minute segment created to help you build a healthier, more intentional relationship with your thoughts. This series aligns with my larger mission and brand, Shifting the Way You Think, which is focused on helping people get unstuck through awareness, mindset work, and emotional wellness. Each day, you'll receive one simple message—one shift—to bring into your life. Episode Summary: In today's Daily Shift, we explore one of the most important truths in personal growth and emotional wellness: you can't heal what you won't acknowledge. Avoidance may feel safe in the moment, but it keeps us stuck in the same patterns, the same pain, and the same emotional cycles. Healing begins with honesty—honesty about what hurts, what's not working, and what needs to change. This short episode will help you pause, check in with yourself, and consider the places where avoidance might be holding you back. A luminous conversation about leadership, love, and what spiritual courage looks like in a polarized age. In this ICYMI episode, Corey revisits his deeply moving conversation with Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde, Episcopal Bishop of Washington and one of the most trusted—and most tested—faith leaders in American public life. With striking humility and clarity, Bishop Budde reflects on her faith journey, her response to political turbulence, her viral inauguration sermon, and the inner practices that sustain grace under pressure.
Is your inner voice warning you or are you just avoiding discomfort? In this episode, we talk about the difference between intuition and emotional avoidance so you can make aligned choices with confidence and clarity.
Peter Crone is a leading voice in human potential and performance, known worldwide as “The Mind Architect.” He works with elite athletes, entertainers, and entrepreneurs to help them break free from subconscious limitations and reprogram the beliefs that shape their lives. Through his unique blend of psychology, spirituality, and practical wisdom, Peter empowers people to transform mental patterns, experience deeper freedom, and live with greater purpose and authenticity. In this conversation, Peter explores the deeper layers of human behavior and healingfrom creating a safe space for true vulnerability to understanding the architecture of the ego and the liberation found in admitting “I don't know.” He offers compassionate insight into topics such as surrender, death, and suicide, and highlights how forgiveness especially of the “villains” in our lives opens the door to genuine freedom. Peter also dives into the difference between therapy and healing, the importance of being seen, heard, and held, and the ways childhood guilt and inherited beliefs shape our adult lives. His reflections on parenting, authenticity, humility, and the quiet suffering behind people-pleasing provide a powerful framework for personal transformation.Beyond his one-on-one work, Peter is a sought-after speaker featured in major documentaries, top podcasts, and performance programs. His teachings offer practical tools for shifting from stress and limitation into clarity, possibility, and inner peace. His mission is simple yet profound: to elevate human consciousness by helping people create lives rooted in authenticity, expansion, and true freedom. 0:00 Intro3:46 Creating a safe space for vulnerability6:43 Peter's Story9:19 The structure of the Ego9:11 The freedom of admitting "I Don't Know"16:00 Suicide & Death19:22 Surrender vs. Seeking23:44 "You do care, you just stopped worrying"28:37 Forgiving the "villains" in your life32:55 The difference between Therapy and Healing33:31 Seen, Heard, Held37:41 Releasing childhood guilt41:48 Parenting and suffering48:07 Being "Nice" vs. Being Authentic48:12 Staying humble despite fame53:35 Rapid Fire Questions57:24 Closing

What is a Miracle?A miracle is a correction. It does not create, nor really change at all. It merely looks on devastation, and reminds the mind that what it sees is false. It undoes error, but does not attempt to go beyond perception, nor exceed the function of forgiveness. Thus it stays within time's limits. Yet it paves the way for the return of timelessness and love's awakening, for fear must slip away under the gentle remedy it brings.A miracle contains the gift of grace, for it is given and received as one. And thus it illustrates the law of truth the world does not obey, because it fails entirely to understand its ways. A miracle inverts perception which was upside down before, and thus it ends the strange distortions that were manifest. Now is perception open to the truth. Now is forgiveness seen as justified.Forgiveness is the home of miracles. The eyes of Christ deliver them to all they look upon in mercy and in love. Perception stands corrected in His sight, and what was meant to curse has come to bless. Each lily of forgiveness offers all the world the silent miracle of love. And each is laid before the Word of God, upon the universal altar to Creator and creation in the light of perfect purity and endless joy.The miracle is taken first on faith, because to ask for it implies the mind has been made ready to conceive of what it cannot see and does not understand. Yet faith will bring its witnesses to show that what it rested on is really there. And thus the miracle will justify your faith in it, and show it rested on a world more real than what you saw before; a world redeemed from what you thought was there.Miracles fall like drops of healing rain from Heaven on a dry and dusty world, where starved and thirsty creatures come to die. Now they have water. Now the world is green. And everywhere the signs of life spring up, to show that what is born can never die, for what has life has immortality.LESSON 341I Can Attack But My Own Sinlessness,And It Is Only That Which Keeps Me Safe.Father, Your Son is holy. I am he on whom You smile in love and tenderness so dear and deep and still the universe smiles back on You, and shares Your Holiness. How pure, how safe, how holy, then, are we, abiding in Your Smile, with all Your Love bestowed upon us, living one with You, in brotherhood and Fatherhood complete; in sinlessness so perfect that the Lord of Sinlessness conceives us as His Son, a universe of Thought completing Him.Let us not, then, attack our sinlessness, for it contains the Word of God to us. And in its kind reflection we are saved.- Jesus Christ in ACIM
You Cheated. You're Not a Monster. Here's How to Understand Yourself and Become the Man You Meant to Be. You're not a monster because you cheated— you are a hurting human who never learned how to feel, name, and heal what's going on inside. And understanding that and forgiving yourself is the key to rebuilding trust, whether you stay together or not. This episode is a love letter—and a challenge—to the betrayer. Whether you're the one who cheated or you're the partner trying to understand how the person you love could hurt you so deeply, this conversation pulls back the curtain on what's really going on inside the betraying partner. Lora shares honest, vulnerable insights from walking beside her husband through his infidelity, exploring why most men genuinely don't know why they cheated, how shame and unresolved boyhood wounds fuel destructive coping, and what it actually takes to become trustworthy again. You'll learn how to move from “I'm a monster” to “I made a devastating mistake—and I'm willing to change,” so both of you can stop walking on eggshells and start moving toward clarity, accountability, and healing. Top 3 Takeaways Why “I don't know why I did it” is often true—just not the whole truth. Most betrayers genuinely don't know the root cause of their cheating because they were never taught to identify or communicate their emotions. Until they can name what they're feeling—rejection, shame, emasculation, grief—cheating will continue to be a maladaptive coping mechanism, not a “character flaw problem” to shame away. Your actions don't define your core—but your accountability does. There's a profound difference between being a cheater and having cheated. Lora breaks down how to step out of the “cheater” identity and back into integrity through nervous system regulation, consistent follow-through (“do what you say you'll do”), and small, repeated acts of honor that show you're becoming truly trustworthy again. Healing requires feeling it all—without fleeing, fixing, or deflecting. From the sticky note that said “Feel it all” to simple somatic practices like standing in your integrity, brushing off old attachments, and speaking from your gut instead of your head, you'll learn concrete ways to sit with your own shame, regret, and pain and hold space for your partner's rage and grief—without collapsing, defending, or running away. We also look ahead to Neptune in Aries and what it means for self-defined spiritual practice - less guru, more inner authority. If there's a conversation you've been avoiding, a bridge to rebuild, or truth to speak kindly - this energy supports it.In This Episode• Mercury aspects + wave of communication, ideas + news• Why sensitive conversations may bring reconciliation• Neptune retrograde ending + the close of a 14-year Piscean chapter• The shift toward spiritual autonomy with Neptune in Aries• Collective compassion + global emotional themes• Israel's top three astrologers and why they matter• Details about his Sacred Planets Astrology AcademyTakeaways• This is a week for speaking gently but honestly• Emotional clarity comes when voice and heart meet• Neptune endings = release, compassion, closure• New spiritual identity begins with internal authority• Healing often starts with one conversationListen + ShareIf you know someone who needs this kind of astrology - someone navigating emotion, communication or forgiveness - please pass it on.
