Nintendo ha annunciato la data di uscita di "Pokémon Sleep", il nuovo gioco mobile che sfrutta la tecnologia per monitorare il sonno degli utenti. Il gioco, insieme al nuovo dispositivo "Pokémon Go Plus+", è stato presentato durante l'evento "Pokémon Presents" del 27 febbraio. In "Pokémon Sleep", gli utenti dovranno lasciare il proprio smartphone accanto al cuscino per monitorare il sonno e guadagnare punti esperienza, che saranno utili per migliorare le prestazioni dei propri Pokémon nel gioco "Pokémon Go". Dabei können die Freundschaften auf der Leinwand ganz verschieden sein. Im aktuellen Film "The Banshees of Inisherin" erleben wir, wie eine Freundschaft an ihr Ende kommt. In "Pokémon" kann Pikachu Ash zuerst so gar nicht leiden. In "Star Trek" verbindet Kirk und Spock die Hingabe zur Enterprise und ihrer Besatzung. Aber egal, ob eine Filmfreundschaft den Protagonist:innen etwas nützt, sie sich einem gemeinsamen Ziel verschrieben haben oder sie eigentlich sogar sehr gegensätzlich sind: anhand von Freundschaften lassen sich gut Geschichten erzählen. Besagter Gegensatz kann zu Reibung und Spannung in einer führen. Der Verlust oder die Bedrohung eine:r Freund:in führt vielleicht sogar zu Trauer. Und ein Verrat zu Enttäuschung oder zu Hass. Manchmal ist eine Freundschaft aber auch einfach gut, wenn sie sich richtig anfühlt. So wie bei Spongebob und Patrick eben. Immagino anche dopo il successo planetario c’è sicuramente chi non sa proprio cosa sia.Per capire Pokémon Go bisogna fare un passo indietro e tornare nel 1996, quando in Giappone Satoshi Tajiri, pubblica due videogiochi per Game Boy,dedicati a piccoli mostri che si possono collezionare, allenare e far combattere fra loro. Più o meno nello stesso periodo viene trasmessa in TV la prima stagione della serie animata. Questi piccoli mostri sono chiamati Pokémon, mix di pocket e monster. Secondo la definizione data dal sito ufficiale Pokemon.com , i Pokémon sono creature di varie forme e dimensioni che vivono nella natura insieme agli esseri umani. La maggior parte dei Pokémon non parla ed è in grado di pronunciare solo il proprio nome. I Pokémon sono allevati e curati dai loro proprietari (chiamati Allenatori). Durante le loro avventure, i Pokémon crescono e acquisiscono sempre maggiore esperienza, fino a evolversi, talvolta, in Pokémon più forti.In Italia i Pokémon sono sbarcati nel 1998, sia come videogioco per Game Boy, sia come serie animata. Essendo io nato nel 1986,ricordo bene le prime serie trasmesse in tv, seguendo le avventure di Ash Ketchum e del suo fidato amico Pikachu. Serie tv e videogiochi sono sempre stati legati, infatti nei videogiochi si interpreta un allenatore che, girando per il mondo, fa nuove conoscenze, cattura Pokémon e si scontra con altri allenatori, organizzazioni criminali come il Team Rocket (dedito alla cattura di Pokémon per loschi fini), o altri Pokemon che imperversano nel mondo.Il nuovo gioco non si discosta molto dalla tradizione, pur nella sua diversità concettuale e tecnologica. In Pokémon Go ogni giocatore impersona un allenatore che andando in giro per il mondo cattura i Pokémon che incontra, fa nuove conoscenze e lotta nelle Palestre Pokémon. Da questa base comune è stato creato un gioco completamente diverso dai precedenti, per alcuni motivi:il mondo di gioco non è un mondo fittizio ma è il mondo reale;sfrutta in modo massiccio la realtà virtuale per far apparire i Pokémon nel nostro mondo;le Palestre Pokemon sono localizzate su alcuni monumenti delle città in cui viviamo;oltre alle Palestre, nelle città si trovano numerosi Pokéstop, equivalenti ai Centri Pokémon delle serie tv e degli altri videogiochi, dai quali si possono ottenere Pokéball e altri oggetti, oltre a uova di Pokémon;non ci sono nuovi Pokémon, anzi.
