The victims, mostly bean farmers from Gwoza, had traveled to the area to work on land under insurgent control. Eighteen other people were abducted during the attack, and their whereabouts remain unknown. More German youth believe in personal God than their elders The Youth in Germany study shows that 31% of 14 to 29-year-olds believe in a personal God, compared to 25% of 30 to 49-year-olds, and 24% of 50 to 69-year-olds, reports Evangelical Focus. 2 Israeli Embassy officials murdered in Washington, D.C. Two staff members of the Israeli Embassy in Washington D.C. — a young couple on the verge of becoming engaged — were fatally shot Wednesday evening at 9:15pm while leaving a Young Diplomats Reception on humanitarian aid, hosted by the American Jewish Committee at the Capital Jewish Museum. Paige Siegel was an attendee that night. SIEGEL: “The event ends around nine o'clock, and at 9:07 I hear a first batch of gunshots go off, like, right outside. And this was an event that you had to register in advance for. You had to check in with your ID. You had to get wanded. There was security. The first round of gunshots go off. And I was like, those were gunshots.” Elias Rodriguez, age 31, of Chicago shouted “Free Palestine” as he was led away after his arrest, according to charging documents. According to the New York Post, Rodriguez posted “Death to Israel” and “Death to America” as well as praise for the health care CEO killer Luigi Mangione. Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar identified the victims as Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the tragedy. NETANYAHU: “Yaron had just bought an engagement ring for Sarah. He was planning to give it to her in Jerusalem next week. They were planning to start a new and happy life together. Well, that tragically did not happen. “Yaron and Sarah weren't the victims of a random crime. The terrorist who cruelly gunned them down did so for one reason and one reason alone. He wanted to kill Jews. And as he was taken away, he chanted, ‘Free, Palestine!' This is exactly the same chant we heard on October 7th. “On that day, thousands of terrorists stormed into Israel from Gaza. They beheaded men, they raped women, they burned babies alive, they butchered 1,200 innocent people, and took 251 innocent people hostage to the dungeons of Gaza. “A short time afterwards, Chancellor [Olaf] Scholz of Germany visited Israel, and after he saw the horrors, he said to me, ‘These Hamas terrorists are exactly like the Nazis!' He was right.” Yaron was not only eager to propose to Sarah next week, but was excited to return to Israel to be with his family for the Jewish holiday of Shavuot. Ron Prosor, a teacher at Israel's Reichman University, described Yaron this way. “He was a Christian, a true lover of Israel, served in the [Israel Defense Forces], and chose to dedicate his life to the State of Israel and the Zionist cause.” Siegel, one of the young Israelis at the event, expressed anxiety. SIEGEL: “I don't know how, how Jewish people can be protected in America right now. I mean, this is just crazy. There were security guards all over the building. What else can we do to protect ourselves?” Jeanine Pirro, the interim U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, said, “Violence against anyone based on their religion is an act of cowardice. It is not an act of a hero. Antisemitism will not be tolerated, especially in the nation's capital.” Department of Government Efficiency saved $170 billion The Department of Government Efficiency has saved the American people $170 billion by cutting waste, abuse, and fraud. That's a savings per taxpayer of $1,055.90. House DEFUNDED Planned Parenthood by a single vote And finally, just before 7:00am on Thursday, May 22nd, the House passed the budget bill with a 10-year ban on funding Planned Parenthood, 215-214, with one member voting present. Now this bill heads to the Senate, reports LifeNews.com. In light of the fact that Planned Parenthood killed 402,230 baby boys and girls last year with $792 million of taxpayer money, that's extraordinary! Leading up to that vote, the U.S. House Rules Committee convened a hearing, working tirelessly to finish negotiations on amendments to the budget bill. This hearing continued for more than 21 hours straight! High-ranking Democrats, who were not even on the committee, were paraded through the committee hearing, one by one, to propose amendments to the funding bill. Some of these members included Democrat Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Democrat House Whip Katherine Clark, and even former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. One of the top issues Democrats pressed for hours was increasing welfare with no work requirements — and continued funding for Planned Parenthood, reports Liberty Council Action. Minority Leader Jeffries claimed that this was “the largest cut to health care in American history.” Newsflash — killing children is not “health care.” Isaiah 59:7 describes the Democrats' perspective on life in the womb to a “t.” “Their feet rush into sin; they are swift to shed innocent blood. They pursue evil schemes; acts of violence mark their ways.” This passage of the bill in the House is a huge victory! We must keep up the intensity to pass this bill in the Senate. Call your two Senators at 202-224-3121 today. This battle to defund Planned Parenthood has been lost previously in the Senate or in reconciliation the House and Senate versions afterwards. Sadly, the Senate has strong advocates for Planned Parenthood. Welcome to the Rocky Mountain UFO Podcast. Today, we are discussing Dr. Steven Greer's latest comments based on a recent interview he did, excerpts of which are available in our sources. Dr. Steven Greer, described as a famed researcher and retired emergency medical doctor who heads a disclosure project focused on ending the secrecy around UFOs and UAPs, was a guest on Vlad TV for an interview1. He mentioned this was the first time he was meeting the interviewer face-to-face1. During the interview, Dr. Greer discussed a variety of topics related to the UFO/UAP phenomenon and the ongoing efforts towards disclosure1. He spoke about a task force organized under the House Oversight Committee that has a number of objectives, including UAPs1. However, he noted that achieving meaningful disclosure through these efforts is hindered by the lack of a select committee with subpoena power and insufficient funding for specialized staff1.... According to his experience, even when dispositive evidence and firsthand witnesses are presented, disinformation operatives can gaslight those in Congress1. He stated that these people in Congress, while often meaning well, are not sufficiently knowledgeable about the subject1. Dr. Greer believes there are two pathways for this investigation2. The first is through Congress, which would require subpoena power to compel high-value targets to testify under oath2. The second, which he considers more viable, would require executive orders from the President and operate under the executive branch and law enforcement2.... Law enforcement, unlike Congress without subpoena power, can compel testimony, and lying to a federal agent is a felony2. He suggests referring the matter to the Department of Justice (DOJ) as it involves criminal activity, allowing them to conduct a proper investigation, pull people in for interrogation, and retrieve evidence from corporate locations and secret facilities3. He mentioned recommending five executive orders to the administration3. A significant part of the interview focused on disinformation and the hoaxing of an alien threat3.... Dr. Greer stated that individuals like Lou Elizondo and Chris Melon are professional disinformation operatives who mix truth with misinformation3.... Their agenda, according to Dr. Greer, is to convince people that aliens are a threat, thereby supporting the military-industrial complex and the cabal that has kept the secret, ultimately attempting to seize control under the ruse of an outer space threat3.... He described this as a "poison pill," where some facts are presented on the outside, but the core narrative is disinformation3. He asserted that the bigger secret is not extraterrestrials themselves, but a covert illegal operation possessing technologies that can outperform advanced human aircraft like the B2 stealth bomber3.... He claims these technologies are human-made and have existed since the 1950s3. This covert operation, he argues, is a threat to the US Constitution and is the "lynch pin" in being able to hoax an alien invasion or threat4. He described this as a 70-year plan concocted around 1953-54 to create an alien threat to unite the world around a totalitarian, militaristic situation, citing Wernher von Braun4. Dr. Greer expressed concern that Congress and the White House currently lack the bandwidth to comprehend the vastness of this problem and discern information from disinformation4. He likened the organization keeping the secret to the Wizard of Oz, skilled at scaring people because of the lack of professional staffing looking into the matter4. He warned that a "little knowledge on this is a very dangerous thing"5. He connected this concept to ideas like Project Blue Beam and fictional works like Watchmen and Independence Day, noting that the Independence Day movie was "right out of CIA scop psychological warfare scripting"5. He believes this narrative has reached saturation, citing a personal experience from 30 years ago where a first grader asked if he was afraid of being abducted by aliens, which he interpreted as evidence that "scops have reached saturation" between movies, entertainment, and ufology mythology5.... Dr. Greer also discussed the Jake Barber interview, referring to him as an Air Force veteran who was on retrieval teams out of U.S. Delta Force, contracted for operations to down and retrieve extraterrestrial vehicles or non-human intelligence (NHI) craft9. Barber was in charge of security and transport for these special operations at black sites9. Dr. Greer stated that very little of what Barber knows has come out yet9. He confirmed that the egg-shaped craft Barber came in contact with was of ET origin11. He noted that it is often hard to distinguish between a non-human craft and a reverse-engineered one unless one is an expert11.... He mentioned that any non-human shape seen has often been copycatted for false flag operations12. Regarding technology, Dr. Greer claimed that gravity control was mastered in October 1954, based on information from an intelligence source who was a top scientist at the Naval Research Labs11. He stated that after 70 years of technological development with brilliant minds and virtually unlimited black budget funding, the technology being flown could deceive even high-level officials11. He elaborated on the man-made lookalikes used for psychological warfare and to cover up real events9.... These include fake alien abductions and cattle mutilations, which he attributes to a "covert human operation," not ETs7.... He stated he has debriefed about two dozen individuals operational in programs doing this13. Most of the information on this subject, according to Dr. Greer, is "part information spun in with disinformation"13. He explained that retrieval teams can be cleared into higher levels when dealing with man-made UFOs and ET things, going beyond retrieving downed conventional aircraft13.

Steve's Story Steve's path to enlistment was different. After a year at Oregon State University, he decided to enlist in the Air Force to avoid being drafted into the Army. Despite trying to avoid the physical exam, he ended up passing and joined the Air Force, eventually serving in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. His entry into Vietnam was marked by a sobering realization as he witnessed the return of bodies from the war, a stark reminder of the reality of combat. Camaraderie and Humor: Coping Mechanisms in Difficult Times Building Bonds Both veterans emphasize the importance of camaraderie in coping with the challenges of military service. Steve recalls playing softball after shifts and engaging in social activities to unwind and support each other. Vincent agrees, highlighting how they looked out for one another regardless of their backgrounds, forming strong bonds that helped them through tough times. Moments of Humor Humor also played a crucial role in maintaining morale. The veterans share anecdotes of light-hearted moments that provided much-needed relief from the stress of combat. These moments of levity were essential in fostering a sense of unity and resilience among the troops. Tazria-Metzora [Leviticus 12-15] is the first in a series of doubled parashiyot in the Book of Leviticus. With its emphasis on afflictions of the body, some caused by disease and some caused by natural processes, it has been a test for those seeking to find homiletical material connected to the text. It has been well said that doubling up makes the task easier in that there is only one difficult week, rather than two. Nevertheless, the parashiyot do raise some fascinating questions for the modern mind. Can we envision a priestly Judaism in 2025? Should we place as much emphasis on the body as a tool for religious expresssion as our ancestors apparently did? What might we learn from the biblical example where the issue of tumah and taharah [impurity and purity] with respect to tzara'at [often translated, mistakenly, as leprosy] is decided by the priest rather than the disease itself? And finally, the bayit ha-menuga, the house afflicted by leprosy, is one of 3 cases [the other two being the stubborn and rebellious son (Deuteronomy 21:18-21) and the city given over to idol worship (Deuteronomy 13:13-19], where one sage said the case never happened and another said he had personal witness. What do we make of two thoroughly incompatible opinions on the same page of the Talmud? Since this is the week, too, of Yom Ha-zikkaron [Israel's Memorial Day] and Yom Ha-atzma'ut [Israel's Independence Day], we discussed these as well [we recorded Sunday night, 4/27/2025]. We feel even more keenly the plight of the hostages who remain in Gaza, and pray even more fervently for their speedy release and for the safety of all those who defend Israel as part of the Israel Defense Forces. Today is the specialest day in Israel. We just exited Memorial Day for soldiers and victis of terror, the saddest day of the year by far, and went straight — and I mean straight, within minutes — into Independence Day, the happiest. 24 hours of pain and heartbreak, followed by a short ceremony that throws us into a celebration of what we have gained thanks to those we lost. It's a rollercoaster, like most things here. Here's a video I took today at the market during the national moment of silence for the fallen. It's chilling and frankly pretty cool to watch an entire country stop in their tracks to remember. We do this 3 times a year: once on holocaust memorial day (last week) and twice on memorial day.
