HEADLINE: China's Predicament in the Middle East and Domestic Economic Instability GUEST NAME: General Blaine Holt SUMMARY: General Blaine Holt analyzes China's strategic challenges, noting Beijing is concerned about losing access to critical oil and gas resources as US leadership advances the Abraham Accords. Cyber attacks are on the rise and the threats impact us all. Which countries are leading these moves and how can we combat them? Britain's National Cyber Security Centre says that the UK faced four ‘nationally significant' attacks a week on average in the past year. It adds that China poses a "capable" cyber threat, "targeting a wide range of sectors and institutions across the globe', and highlights the activities of Russia, Iran and North Korea. In today's episode Gavin Esler talks to James Sullivan, Director of Cyber and Tech at RUSI, the Royal United Services Institute to discuss scale and nature of cyber attacks, and assess how governments can respond. • This episode of This Is Not A Drill is supported by Incogni the service that keeps your private information safe, protects you from identity theft and keeps your data from being sold. Tommy & Ben break down the deal between Israel and Hamas–how we got here, who deserves credit (and who doesn't), why the hell it took so long, and then dig into the many questions still to be resolved: Will Hamas disarm? How will Gaza be run? And who might make up the proposed “International Stabilisation Force”? They also talk about Trump's victory lap in Israel and Egypt (including a quick pit stop for some corruption with Indonesia's president), the pervasive media narrative that Israel's “victory” over Iran led to this deal, Benjamin Netanyahu's political future, Drop Site News's rebuttal to the Free Press's vile “reporting” on starving Palestinian children with preexisting conditions, and whether Trump's peacemaking is contagious and could spread to Ukraine. Also covered: how the US's bailout of Argentina will benefit hedge funders in Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent's circle, French President Emmanuel Macron's surprising replacement for his short-lived Prime Minister, and why the recipient of this year's Nobel Peace Prize is dedicating it to Donald Trump. Then, Ben goes deep on the shadow fleet with Michelle Wiese Bockmann, senior maritime intelligence analyst at Windward. For a closed-captioned version of this episode, click here. PREVIEW HEADLINE: The Islamist Strongman: Why Erdogan Cannot Be Trusted in Gaza Peacekeeping Efforts GUEST NAME: Jonathan Schanzer, Foundation for Defense of Democracies 100-WORD SUMMARY: John Batchelor and Jonathan Schanzer discuss the highly problematic role of Turkish President Erdogan, who is described as a strongman, autocrat, and dictator hostile to U.S. and Israeli interests. Schanzer expresses concern about the potential for Turkish troops on the ground in Gaza to enforce peace, noting that Turkey previously sponsored Hamas and called for a Muslim coalition to attack Israel. Erdogan provides sanctuary to the Muslim Brotherhood (the "mother ship of Hamas") and is an Islamist to his core. He has supported ISIS and Hamas and helped Iran evade sanctions. While Donald Trump has attempted to co-opt Erdogan to make Turkey a more constructive player, Schanzer is concerned this strategy will fail, believing it runs against Erdogan's fundamental nature. 1879 OTTOMANS

Stillness can feel impossible in a world that rewards constant motion. Before 2020, most of us were sprinting through life—our schedules packed, our minds overstimulated, our silence drowned out by screens. But what happens when we finally stop? Israel has President Trump to thank for getting their people back. They couldn't do this on their own. While I hold out little hope for Hamas in becoming civilized, this is the best-case scenario for it to potentially happen. The only man who could even get this deal going is President Trump. Recently even CNN's Abby Phillip noted that Barack Obama issued a statement about the peace deal in Iran, yet didn't thank President Trump. Democrats hate President Trump because he shows the dichotomy between effective leadership and Democrats. We hear the word “surrender” all the time in spirituality, but what does it actually mean? For most of my life, surrender didn't make sense. My mom fled war in Iran, my dad too, and everything I learned growing up was about fighting for freedom, not giving in. So when people said “just surrender,” I thought it meant giving up. It wasn't until my marriage ended that I learned what real surrender was. I didn't have a choice anymore. I had to trust that Spirit was guiding me somewhere greater, even if I couldn't see where. That moment opened the door to a year of complete flow. I left everything behind, traveled the world with one suitcase, and discovered new archetypes within myself that I never knew existed. But eventually, I realized there's a paradox in all of this. If we only surrender, we can lose direction. If we only control, we block the magic. The truth is, we need both. ✨ In this episode, I explore: What surrender really means and how it shows up in our lives The balance between trusting the universe and taking aligned action The archetypes of “Surrender Sarita” and “Control Candace” How to know when life is asking you to release versus when it's time to focus Why both structure and flow are needed to create your dharma This conversation is a reminder that surrender isn't about giving up. It's about trusting that Spirit may have a bigger plan than the one you made for yourself. CBS EYE ON THE WORLD WITH JOHN BATCHELOR THE SHOW BEGINS IN THE DOUBTS ABOUT THE DISARMING OF HAMAS... 10-13-25 FIRST HOUR 9-915 HEADLINE: Escalating Border Conflict Between Pakistan and Afghanistan GUEST NAMES: Bill Roggio, Husain Haqqani SUMMARY: A major border conflict has erupted between Pakistan and Afghanistan, resulting in significant casualties and air strikes. The tension is rooted in the Afghan Taliban supporting the Pakistani Taliban (TTP) and historical issues over the Durand Line. Pakistan views the Afghan Taliban as ungrateful clients, threatening Pakistan's stability. 915-930 HEADLINE: Escalating Border Conflict Between Pakistan and Afghanistan GUEST NAMES: Bill Roggio, Husain Haqqani SUMMARY: A major border conflict has erupted between Pakistan and Afghanistan, resulting in significant casualties and air strikes. SECOND HOUR 10-1015 HEADLINE: US Intelligence, Tomahawks, and Escalation in the Ukraine War GUEST NAMES: John Hardie, Bill Roggio SUMMARY: The US is considering providing Ukraine with long-range Tomahawk missiles, potentially facilitating strikes on Russian energy nodes using US intelligence. While Russia warns of escalation, experts believe their response will likely be strengthening air defense rather than direct conflict with NATO. Ukrainian officials are urgently seeking air defense systems due to increasing Russian missile and drone production. 1015-1030 HEADLINE: US Intelligence, Tomahawks, and Escalation in the Ukraine War GUEST NAMES: John Hardie, Bill Roggio SUMMARY: The US is considering providing Ukraine with long-range Tomahawk missiles, potentially facilitating strikes on Russian energy nodes using US intelligence. Ukrainian officials are urgently seeking air defense systems due to increasing Russian missile and drone production. 1030-1045 HEADLINE: US Response to China's Rare Earth Threat and Stockpiling GUEST NAMES: Victoria Coates, Gordon Chang SUMMARY: China injected the rare earths threat into trade talks, a serious move given they supply 70% of US needs and US stockpiles are low. President Trump responded with 100% tariffs but later sought an off-ramp. Experts stress the urgent need for the US to develop a domestic supply and a national stockpile, similar to the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, to counter future Chinese blackmail. 1045-1100 HEADLINE: China's Desperate Rare Earth Export Curbs and Economic Collapse GUEST NAMES: Alan Tonelson, Gordon Chang SUMMARY: China's sweeping curbs on rare earth exports are described as a desperate "hail mary" heave, risking severe economic damage, particularly given the collapse of its property bubble and external pressures. Experts agree China is undergoing a major deflationary spiral, and this move ironically contradicts the globalization from which it prospered. THIRD HOUR 1100-1115 HEADLINE: China's Aggressive Ramming Policy in the South China Sea GUEST NAMES: Captain James Fanell, Gordon Chang SUMMARY: The purposeful ramming of a Philippine Bureau of Fisheries vessel by a massive Chinese Coast Guard cutter is part of a consistent CCP strategy to claim total control over the South China Sea. Experts warn that this aggressive pattern will continue unless the US takes stronger action, such as having Navy and Coast Guard vessels escort Filipino ships, bolstering support for its treaty ally. 1115-1130 HEADLINE: China's Aggressive Ramming Policy in the South China Sea GUEST NAMES: Captain James Fanell, Gordon Chang SUMMARY: The purposeful ramming of a Philippine Bureau of Fisheries vessel by a massive Chinese Coast Guard cutter is part of a consistent CCP strategy to claim total control over the South China Sea. Galston views Donald Trump as a new kind of politician who aggressively appeals to these passions. The current spiral of rhetorical extremism and lawfare destabilizes American politics; restoring civic education is recommended to combat this. 1145-1200 HEADLINE: Analysis of Political Speech and "Dark Passions" in American Politics GUEST NAME: Peter Berkowitz SUMMARY: Peter Berkowitz discusses William Galston's book on "dark passions" (anger, fear, domination), asserting that President Biden's rhetoric characterizing MAGA Republicans as a threat exemplifies this concept. FOURTH HOUR 12-1215 HEADLINE: Critical Analysis of the Gaza Hostage Exchange and Path to Peace GUEST NAME: John Bolton SUMMARY: The Gaza hostage exchange deal is criticized for lacking a path to the necessary Hamas disarmament, raising doubts about the plan's next stages. The release of 2,000 Palestinian prisoners, many hardened by prison, significantly boosts radicalism. HEADLINE: Critical Analysis of the Gaza Hostage Exchange and Path to Peace GUEST NAME: John Bolton SUMMARY: The Gaza hostage exchange deal is criticized for lacking a path to the necessary Hamas disarmament, raising doubts about the plan's next stages. The release of 2,000 Palestinian prisoners, many hardened by prison, significantly boosts radicalism. Iran, responsible for arming Hamas, is likely to continue supporting terrorist proxies if it revives its nuclear program. 1938 RAMALLAH
Donald Trump has pulled off one of the greatest feats of his presidency by securing a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas—just nine months into his return to the presidency. From Iran and Israel to Ethiopia and Egypt, Kosovo and Serbia, and Pakistan and India, Trump approaches foreign policy through direct negotiation, economic leverage, and personal diplomacy. Victor Davis Hanson explores why this model succeeded where others failed, and how it could soon shape Trump's approach to Ukraine on today's episode of “Victor Davis Hanson: In a Few Words." “Why is this happening now, though? It didn't happen under Biden, a settlement in the Middle East. It did not happen under Trump's first administration. It did not happen under Obama. It did not happen under George Bush. There were about 10 things that had to happen. All these intricate pieces in this puzzle, the pieces of the peace, all fell into success in a way that made it possible. What were they? “Donald Trump created personal relationships in the Arab community. He did not insult the Saudis, as Joe Biden had done during the 2020 campaigns. He did not alienate the Arab community. He did not alienate Benjamin Netanyahu. He gave them concessions. He praised them. He created personal relationships. He did trade deals. He used tariffs as carrot and a stick, pressures and leverages.”

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit zeteo.comIf you were a fan of the HBO series ‘Succession' — then do we have a treat for you. On this new episode of ‘We're Not Kidding', Mehdi is joined by Iranian-American actor Arian Moayed who played the scene-stealing character Stewy Hosseini on the hit HBO show.Mehdi and Arian unpack the ways our reality mirrors the fictional world of ‘Succession', like how pro-Israel billionaire Larry Ellison, the world's second richest man, is buying up media companies Paramount, CBS News, and TikTok. Mehdi also challenges Arian to a new rapid-fire question game called, “Real Billionaire or ‘Succession' Character?”As two naturalized US citizens, Mehdi and Arian discuss the recent military-style ICE raids in Arian's hometown of Chicago and the fears that many immigrant communities are feeling in the Trump era. Mehdi and Arian also get into the recent political history of Iran, including the 1979 revolution which led to Arian's family immigrating to the US when he was a child. Arian, an outspoken critic of the Iranian government, explains the importance of Iranian representation and self-determination and offers his own analogy for why Western governments should stay out of Iran's affairs. Finally, the two discuss the two-year anniversary of Oct. 7 and the ongoing genocide in Gaza. As Arian was one of the earliest signatories on the Artists 4 Ceasefire letter in October of 2023, Mehdi asks if he feared retribution from Hollywood and the entertainment industry for being pro-Palestine.SUBSCRIBE TO ZETEO TO SUPPORT INDEPENDENT AND UNFILTERED JOURNALISM: https://zeteo.com/subscribeWATCH, LISTEN AND SUBSCRIBE TO ‘WE'RE NOT KIDDING' ON SUBSTACK: https://zeteo.com/s/were-not-kidding-with-mehdi-and-friendsFIND ZETEO:Twitter: https://twitter.com/zeteo_newsInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/zeteonewsTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@zeteonewsFIND MEHDI:Substack: https://substack.com/@mehdirhasanTwitter: https://twitter.com/@mehdirhasanInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/@mehdirhasanTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mehdirhasanFIND ARIAN:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/arianmoayedWaterwell: https://www.waterwell.org/CREDITS:Hosted by: Mehdi HasanGuest Host: Arian MoayedExecutive Producer: Kiran AlviSenior Producer and Editor: Frank CappelloMusic: Andy ClausenDesign: Alicia TatoneMix Engineer: Valentino RiveraTitle Animation: Ehsaan Mesghali

BREAKING NEWS: 7 of the 20 October 7 hostages RELEASED! Ted Cruz and Ben Ferguson praise Trump’s leadership, portraying him as uniquely capable of achieving peace through strength. They contrast this with Biden’s and Obama’s foreign policy, which they characterize as weak and enabling of terrorism. The Red Cross is facilitating the transfer of hostages held underground in Gaza for over two years. The first seven hostages have been handed over, with the full release expected by noon (Israel time). In exchange, Israel is releasing about 2,000 Palestinian prisoners, including: 250 serving long sentences, 1,700 detained during the conflict, and The remains of 28 deceased hostages. Endorsements & Reactions – The podcast includes audio clips & quotes from Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Benjamin Netanyahu, Jared Kushner, and Steve Witkoff. Clinton is depicted as praising Trump’s deal (a rare bipartisan gesture), while Obama’s response is described as “classless” for not naming Trump. Foreign Policy Narrative – Trump’s bombing of Iranian nuclear facilities and his “peace through strength” doctrine are credited for pressuring Hamas into negotiations. The Biden administration is blamed for previous instability, alleged funding to Iran, and a weak stance toward Israel. Government Shutdown Continues: U.S. government shutdown goes on, the “Schumer shutdown”, as Democrats keep prolonging it. When will it end? We discuss it. Closing Remarks – The episode ends with Cruz offering religious gratitude (“Praise God”) and both hosts congratulating Trump, Netanyahu, and Israel. Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now. In this episode, Jeff points out the ridiculousness of the belief that President Trump has brought peace to the Middle East with the ceasefire agreement he got Israel and Hamas to sign. There is a mountain of evidence which makes clear that this ceasefire is simply a lull until the next war. In the meantime, the leftists/terrorists are making massive inroads into America and our failure to cut off the head of the terror snake will be our country's greatest failure in the not so distant future. In other news, Bruce Cutler has passed, at one point the most famous lawyer in the world. Bruce also was the lawyer who had a large part in getting Jeff to drop Pre-med in college and go to law school. In this podcast, Jeff recounts some very funny Bruce stories from years past. RIP Bruce.
World leaders gather in Egypt for Trump's peace plan. Hear how Trump has transformed the Middle East, whether his peace deal is successful or not. Kamran from Iran, and Margot from Israel join Tony with analysis. Hear reaction from Asia about the latest trade war moves from China.
With a reportedly historical peace agreement made in the Middle East war has been averted and the world will finally be a harmonious place to live for all people. Sure, if you believe in the framing of that narrative. Reality is much different. The so-called “peace” deal was only agreed upon for two major reason: one, the President had to ensure Israel would not break it, because this is all they have ever done to such agreements; and two, because Jared Kushner was the architect, the same guy who wants to build, with Trump, a resort in Gaza. At home it was Stephen Miller who is credited as the architect of a militarized police state, the same guy behind White House policy who said the President is now operating with “plenary authority,” total authoritarian rule. How naive are we? Within hours of the peace announcement, Israel was claiming its enemies were simply regrouping and that soon an American city may be in the crosshairs of a nuclear attack from Iran. This is just days after we were told that terrorists were going to dress like the Village People and bomb hospitals in the US. Since the President has been labeled a “savior” and “messiah” of the Jewish people by Mariam Adelson, it appears the plan is set. The peace will not last long and will be violated in a way that triggers a larger war. The nihilists will be unleashed, Christianity and Islam will go to war, and the Jewish state will fulfill their Talmudic prophecy about the antichrist; about non-Jews becoming servants of Jews. The push for Armageddon optics is so obvious and yet Christians tend to go along with it because what it implies for their own belief. The notion that America should invest only in Israel, ban other religions, and create a Judeo-Christian theocracy is a growing cancer. In this way, it appears that Jesus himself is the reason for the treason. Otherwise, one does not need Jesus or Christianity to have a safe, clean, high-trust, advanced society. When Jesus is weaponized, he becomes a destructive tool of conquest and control. *The is the FREE archive, which includes advertisements. Jon Herold opens the week with humor, reflection, and a hefty dose of geopolitics as President Trump officially signs a historic Middle East peace deal in Egypt. From jokes about “Peace 2025” to serious analysis of Netanyahu's wartime politics, Herold walks listeners through the ceremony, Trump's strategy, and the potential fallout with Iran. He digs into Trump's surprising Truth Social activity, swinging from FBI praise to J6 outrage, and explains how 280 characters can move markets and minds alike. Between the CDC layoffs, education reform signals, and a moon race that “makes no damn sense,” Jon keeps it real, balanced, and blunt, reminding viewers why The Daily Herold is must-watch truth with a side of sarcasm.

It helps us grow the podcast and we really appreciate it! 2016: The Dawn of Modern Ransomware The debut of Petya and Russian-affiliated groups like CryptoWall, TeslaCrypt, and Locky. Attacks were largely indiscriminate, targeting anyone from Fortune 500 companies to "Grandma's laptop." Early mitigation tactics, like installing Russian language packs to avoid infection, highlighted the state-tolerated nature of these groups. 2017: Ransomware Goes Mainstream A pivotal year with the WannaCry attack (attributed to North Korea's Lazarus Group) and NotPetya (Russian-backed), causing billions in damages to companies in multiple verticals. The SAMSAM attacks hit U.S. cities like Baltimore and Atlanta, marking Iran's brief foray into ransomware. Ransomware became a household name, sparking executive-level discussions in boardrooms. 2020: The Rise of Ransomware-as-a-Service Groups like Ryuk, REvil, and Conti refined ransomware into a business model, outsourcing tasks like initial access and money laundering. Double extortion emerged, with attackers stealing data and threatening to leak it, even if backups were restored. Some groups introduced “terms of service,” avoiding hospitals and schools to dodge law enforcement scrutiny. 2021: Critical Infrastructure in the Crosshairs High-profile attacks on Colonial Pipeline, JBS Foods, and Ireland's National Health Service disrupted daily life, from gas shortages to meat supply issues. These incidents underscored ransomware's real-world impact, elevating cybersecurity to a boardroom priority. 2022: Geopolitical Shifts and New Players Russian-backed groups like Conti and LockBit shifted focus to Ukraine amid the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The rise of Scattered Spider, a Western-based group excelling at social engineering and SIM swapping, marked a shift from Eastern state-tolerated actors. 2023: Trust Breaks Down The ALFV/BlackCat group's $22 million rug pull against affiliates signaled the decline of Russian-backed ransomware dominance. Scattered Spider solidified its reputation, targeting major hospitality and cleaning companies with sophisticated social engineering tactics. 2025: The Western Cybercrime Surge Scattered Spider and affiliates like DragonForce dominate, hitting retailers, insurance, aviation, and automotive sectors. The shift to Western-based actors, often young and operating in Five Eyes nations, makes them more vulnerable to law enforcement. Trends and Takeaways The move from expensive zero-day exploits to cheaper n-day exploits and social engineering highlights attackers' adaptability. Double extortion and even “double dipping” (demanding additional ransoms months later) have become standard tactics. The accessibility of AI tools and open-source platforms like Venice AI has lowered the barrier for creating ransomware, even for non-programmers. Law enforcement's increasing success in arrests and Bitcoin recovery (e.g., DarkSide's downfall) offers hope for curbing cybercrime. Peace in the Middle East? As world leaders gather in Sharm el-Sheikh for a high-stakes Gaza summit, Israel tightens its grip, and hopes for a ceasefire hang by a thread. The second Gaza aid flotilla has been seized, drawing international outrage. Meanwhile, chaos spreads elsewhere: Chicago is called a “hellhole,” Macron faces political collapse, and Ecuador reels after an assassination attempt.
Trump's Diplomatic Triumph: Expanding the Middle East Peace Consensus GUEST NAME: Conrad Black Conrad Black discusses the ceasefire deal between Gaza, Hamas, and the Israeli Defense Forces. He praises President Trump for his astute diplomacy in attracting sympathy from Arab states and non-Arab Muslim countries apart from Iran, such as Indonesia and Pakistan. Black considers this the greatest diplomatic success in the Middle East since the establishment of the state of Israel. The consensus, achieved by expanding the negotiating scope, is that established states are preferable to terrorist operations. 1936 RAMALLAH
CBS EYE ON THE WORLD WITH JOHN BATCHELOR 1909 DR THE SHOW BEGINS IN THE DOUBTS ABOUT THE LA FIRE RESTORATION...... 10-10-25 FIRST HOUR 9-915 Palisades Fire Aftermath and In-N-Out Expansion GUEST NAME: Jeff Bliss Jeff Bliss discusses the aftermath of the Palisades fire, noting that Adam Carolla, who lost his home, believes rebuilding is stalled by political forces seeking subsidized housing or natural restoration. An arrest was made in Florida for Jonathan Flendernik in connection with the fire. Video evidence suggests the LA Fire Department failed to fully extinguish the initial fire, which spread through root systems. In business news, the family-owned In-N-Out chain, known for high profits and employee treatment, is expanding with five new stores. The Boring Company's Prufrock tunneling machine is operating in Las Vegas. 915-930 Mixed Economic Signals and High-Tech Development in Lancaster County GUEST NAME: Jim McTague Jim McTague reports on Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, which is introducing high-tech industry by building two data centers on the former RR Donnelley printing plant site. Construction is underway on the L-shaped, two-story building. Anecdotally, the local economy shows mixed signals: two young people were seen signing up for the National Guard, suggesting tight employment, while an entrepreneur boasted of successful property investments. Consumers are cautious, engaging in "inflation shopping." 930-945 The Perpetual Conflict Over Executive Power and the Rise of Lawfare GUEST NAME: Professor Richard Epstein Professor Richard Epstein analyzes the perpetual clash between executive and congressional power, particularly regarding the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974. He notes the Roberts court generally protects executive power. The dispute over fund impoundment, seen in Department of State et al. versus AIDS Vaccine Advocacy Coalition, reflects deep polarization, hindering compromise. Epstein criticizes the use of lawfare, exemplified by the indictments of Letitia James and James Comey, stating it fails long-term and leads to cycles of violence and discord. 945-1000 The Perpetual Conflict Over Executive Power and the Rise of Lawfare GUEST NAME: Professor Richard Epstein Professor Richard Epstein analyzes the perpetual clash between executive and congressional power, particularly regarding the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974. SECOND HOUR 10-1015 NPT Enforcement and the Golden Dome Defense Concept GUEST NAME: Henry Sokolski Henry Sokolski, executive director of the Non-proliferation Policy Education Center, debates whether the US should abandon the 1970 Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), citing foreign criticism and industry constraints. He argues the US should stay to enforce the NPT by clarifying red lines, justifying the bombing of nuclear facilities. Sokolski also discusses the proposed Golden Dome defense system, intended to protect the Western Hemisphere against missiles and drones. The viability of the system, particularly regarding Low Earth Orbit defenses, remains unclear and requires greater Congressional buy-in. 1015-1030 NPT Enforcement and the Golden Dome Defense Concept GUEST NAME: Henry Sokolski Henry Sokolski, executive director of the Non-proliferation Policy Education Center, debates whether the US should abandon the 1970 Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), citing foreign criticism and industry constraints. He recalls the 1980s Ronald Reagan tax cut where promised spending cuts never materialized. The deficit is the annual gap between taxes and spending, accumulating into the national debt. Michel identifies a "deficit hawk coalition" split between deficit hawks (agnostic on revenues/spending) and budget hawks (concerned with government size), advocating for spending cuts to solve the crisis. Entitlement programs like Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid are the root of fiscal problems. 1045-1100 The US Fiscal Crisis: Spending Cuts Are the Only Way Out GUEST NAME: Adam Michel Adam Michel, director of tax policy at the Cato Institute, discusses the US fiscal crisis stemming from large deficits and overwhelming debt. On In The Market with Janet Parshall this week we told you about a powerful new documentary that drives home the brutal reality of the October 7th attacks in Israel and the violent evil perpetrated by Hamas, in all its stark, unflinching truth. Then we turned our attention once again to China as we heard about that nations move to create gestational robots to carry human babies to term. We discussed the deeper issues related to the technology as it serves as another step to acceptance of a transhumanist view of mankind, ignoring the unique God given role we have as a part of His divine plan. Alcoholism and other types of addiction can seem like insurmountable mountains to overcome but our guest opened the door of his personal journey to share how he found true liberty in a deeper dependance on God. He shared a 4-step plan that can lead anyone who struggles with an addiction to true freedom. We stamped your ticked for a radio flight to Australia and another informative visit with our favorite Scottish apologist. He made us aware of some significant changes going on in the U.K. that are opening the door to increased acceptance of Islam and Islamic law and the dangers to religious freedom that acceptance creates for believers. He also uncovered the motivations behind those recent U.K. unity marches. We gave you an update on how Christians in Iran are faring in these challenging times and we helped you extend your prayer list with our favorite missionary to the entertainment industry as she shared more stories of God moving and changing the lives of the biggest influencers in the world. Like never before humans are being bombarded with messages, ideas, viewpoints, and philosophies on a minute-by-minute basis through social media, the internet and podcasts. You can be forgiven for feeling overwhelmed and confused with all that noise for not knowing which way to turn or making a wrong turn as you navigate your way through today’s marketplace of ideas. That is why we end each week on our program by inviting to come away from the cacophony and spend some time with Janet and Craig as they draw us back to the unfiltered, unwavering, unchanging word of God and teach us how to find and follow His clear voice no matter the issue or challenge we that comes our way.Become a Parshall Partner: http://moodyradio.org/donateto/inthemarket/partnersSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Leftist fantasies are now on full display for the world to see, and that looks like part of the plan. Tonight's first 56 minutes is a federal employee chat group plotting subversive noncompliance. Group sessions for hate therapy. A checkoff list for bitching. With twisted history and shallow reasoning. On our dime, they plan to bring down the government. These calls should never have taken place. There's 20 participants involved just from the CDC. Laptop issues plague us. Iran, Venezuela, Ukraine, they've all had civil disobedience. Who handles the organization, finance and management of these efforts? We are propping up the new praetorians again. It's not science or service, it's strategy. They use the vocabulary of political safety. It's a mix of truth, narrative framing and outright fiction. We always ask who benefits? And how do narratives migrate? The patterns are hidden in plain sight. Our exported revolutions are returning home. The war is soft but the stakes are high. Hope lives in those who refuse to be motivated by fear. The Phoebe case is moving forward. Behind their words is the same soft power coup strategy that's been used forever. The subtle hints about non human intelligent life. Will the real John Titor please stand up? That's a good memory for such a little girl. Here is a real story about a gifted child we all know.
On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the Trump peace plan for Gaza has two phases, which is genius. Phase one, to be implemented immediately through early next week, involves Israel ending its siege on Gaza and withdrawing to an intermediary line covering 52% of the territory, in exchange for the release of all 48 hostages (20 believed alive) and the freeing of nearly 2,000 terrorists and criminals from Israeli prisons, including 250 severe offenders and mass murderers. Phase two is the dirty work, it requires disarming, dispersing, and removing Hamas from Gaza, with governance and demilitarization details still being worked out; failure to execute it voids the agreement. There's not another person who could have even brought the situation to this point besides Trump, with pressure applied on Hamas via demands to Qatar, and Turkey to force or expel Hamas leaders in their countries, contrary to media reports. Later, Sen Lindsey Graham calls in explain that that true peace in the Middle East extends beyond hostage releases. We must address threats from Hezbollah, Iran, and the Houthis. Graham warns that Iran's theocratic regime, driven by religious extremism aiming to destroy Israel and expel the U.S., must be neutralized to prevent regeneration of proxies. Also, NY AG Letitia James has been indicted by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia on charges of bank fraud and making false claims to a financial institution. Afterward, Democrats, led by Hakeem Jeffries, ruined the U.S. healthcare system through Obamacare, which is a flawed, expensive money pit that no Republicans supported. Democrats are using the continuing resolution (CR) as a ploy to blame Republicans and Trump for the government shutdown, while pretending to defend the broken system. The intelligence world is evolving rapidly. Former CIA officer Andrew Bustamante explains Cold War tech, Ukraine strategy, and global conflicts. [Pt. 2/2 — catch Pt. 1/2 here!]Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1221What We Discuss with Andrew Bustamante:Jeffrey Epstein was likely an FBI confidential informant rather than a CIA asset. The FBI can grant immunity for domestic crimes, while CIA has no authority to provide legal cover for American citizens committing crimes in the US.Blackmail is the weakest form of manipulation. Once information is released, it can be denied as fake or AI-generated, and the blackmailer has already spent their only leverage with no guarantee of success.Social media isn't a battlefield — it's a mosh pit with all offensive operations and no defense. State actors create chaos cheaply, forcing opponents to spend vastly more resources fighting disinformation.Israel serves as a strategic watchdog for US interests. By weakening Hezbollah, Hamas, and Iran, Netanyahu has secured not just Israel but also Saudi Arabia and the United States for two decades.CIA persuasion and influence techniques are based on empirical science and human behavior patterns. You can learn to build trust, read people, and communicate effectively by understanding these age-old principles in everyday life. And much more...And if you're still game to support us, please leave a review here — even one sentence helps!
