I Am Not a Robot author Joanna Stern spent a year letting AI run her life. She reveals what it's actually good for — and its hidden costs.Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1352What We Discuss with Joanna Stern:How a chatbot that never tells you your ideas are dumb becomes less of a companion and more of an emotional slot machine — and why the always-available AI therapist that remembers your every 4 a.m. anxiety is both a genuine comfort and a quiet, compounding cost to real human connection. Why you can spot exactly where AI falls short the moment it wanders into your own field of expertise — and how that very gap, between confident output and actual competence, is the most important lens for judging whether these tools are ready to replace the humans who do the work. What it really costs to hand AI your medical results and financial data for a quick second opinion — and why stripping out your name, birthday, and identifiers matters when the convenience of instant answers quietly trades away privacy you can never claw back. How genuinely impressive humanoid robots and robotaxis are as feats of engineering — and why the viral demos of drink-pouring androids are often a human in a VR headset puppeteering from offstage, revealing the gap between dazzling spectacle and true autonomy. How you can learn these tools well enough to know what they're genuinely good at while fiercely protecting your own lived experience — because the messy conversations, shower-thought sparks, and uncomfortable human friction are exactly the training data no machine can hand you.And much more...And if you're still game to support us, please leave a review here — even one sentence helps! Get ready, because this episode is packed with wild celebrity scandals, shocking reality TV drama, and some terrifying real-world news! I'm diving deep into Tom Sandoval's explosive drama with his girlfriend, she was arrested for domestic violence, but wait until you hear my breakdown of the surveillance video that completely changes the narrative. Plus, Taylor and Travis wedding rumors are hitting a fever pitch, but I have a calculated theory that proves we might all be getting tricked. Then, we have to talk about part two of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island reunion because even if you haven't watched a single second of this series, the cheating drama and the unhinged evidence documents pulled out on that stage will leave your jaw on the floor. I'll also expose the golf world's dirtiest secret involving Phil Mickelson allegedly showing explicit photos to another player's wife, which actually reminds me of a crazy, similar story that happened to my own parents! From spotting myself in the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip 20-year reunion trailer and redeeming my Great Gatsby fashion, to terrifying crocodile and shark encounters from my exact recent vacation spots, Layla Taylor from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives coming out as bisexual, and a Drake fling tell-all, we are covering it all. Finally, I'm wrapping things up with a lesson in modern paranoia: how to spot a deepfake AI video, especially when it involves something as bizarre as an 8-foot inflatable jet ski! -Elevate your summer wardrobe. In this episode of The GaryVee Audio Experience, I sit down on Social Currency for a wide-ranging interview on 20 years of creating content. We get into why social media is dead and interest media is the new reality, why quantity isn't debatable, and the "and not or" doctrine I keep coming back to with AI and IRL. I share how staying in my lane builds confidence on camera, why technology is undefeated and you can't squeeze the tomato through the internet, the 15/85 system that's running my career right now, and why analog businesses are the 1965 play of 2036.You'll learn about:• Why Social Media Is Dead and Interest Media Is Winning• Why Confidence Comes From Staying In Your Lane• Quantity vs. Quality (And Why Quantity Isn't Debatable)• The And-Not-Or Doctrine for AI + IRL• Why Technology Is Undefeated• The 15/85 Operating System• Why Analog Businesses Are the 1965 Play of 2036• Brands as Media Companies First
He came to North America at age 8 from communist Yugoslavia with one suitcase, no connections, and parents who had nothing to give him but opportunity. Robert Herjavec turned that into a $500 million cybersecurity empire. One inch at a time. Robert brings something rare to this conversation: 22 years on Shark Tank, multiple exits, and a front-row seat to what separates businesses that actually scale from ones that just make noise. He's watched thousands of entrepreneurs pitch, fail, succeed, and lie to themselves about which one they're doing. His perspective on where the economy is heading, what AI is actually going to destroy, why most people raise money way too early, and what it genuinely costs to build something lasting is as grounded and unfiltered as anything I've heard from anyone at his level. In this conversation, I push Robert on whether Shark Tank has actually done damage to a generation of entrepreneurs, a question I've asked Damon and Barbara that nobody has answered the way Robert does here. I challenge him on the influencer economy and what it's doing to people's perception of what building a business really looks like. And I get personal with him about faith, fathers, and whether the grind of it all is worth it at this pace. Here's what you'll gain from this episode: One Inch at a Time: The philosophy Robert has carried since he was 22 years old, and how it connects directly to my "Power of One More" framework - the core of how both Robert and I approach the hardest days in business and in life. What Shark Tank Actually Did to Entrepreneurship: Robert gives the most honest answer I've ever heard from a Shark on whether the show did damage to a generation of entrepreneurs. Hold Your Equity: Why Robert has self-funded every business he's ever built, the advice that shaped that conviction, and a warning about raising money early. Where AI and the Trades Are Heading: Robert's specific read on which industries are about to be wiped out and which are going to double in income. Good Doesn't Mean Weak: The tough lesson both Robert and I learned the hard way and what you should do instead. This conversation went places neither of us planned, and I think that's what makes it one of my favorites. Learn more about your sleep today. Visit https://sleepdoctor.com.

On this episode of Lawfare Daily, Senior Editor Kate Klonick and Senior Editor Alan Rozenshtein speak with Cory Doctorow—science fiction author, activist, journalist, adviser to the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and the writer who coined "enshittification"—about his new book, “The Reverse Centaur's Guide to Life After AI.” Doctorow argues that the most important thing about the AI boom isn't what the technology can or can't do, but the historic investment bubble and the new arrangements of work being built on top of it—the same analytic lens he brought to platform decay, now turned on AI.They discuss whether the AI bubble will actually burst or merely deflate, and the unit economics underneath it; the "reverse centaur," the worker conscripted to serve the machine; and how it maps onto a broader culture and questions of AI "knowledge collapse," the human analogue to AI model collapse.Additional Resources:Cory Doctorow's daily newsletter, Pluralistic Ed Zitron, "The Hater's Guide to the AI Bubble," (Where's Your Ed At, 2025)Andrew J. Let's get brutally honest, fam: the US government's debt is so wild right now, you'd think it's a plotline ripped out of Succession. We're breaking down what the Fed, big banks, politicians, and those headline AI investments are really up to. It's not what you think (and the way your future is tied to all this will blow your mind).Whether you're a finance junkie or suspicious about why your dollars don't stretch like they used to, we're peeking behind the curtain at the real mechanics behind national debt, inflation, and those “solutions” no one in power wants to talk about. Artificial intelligence is not a ghost, a UFO, or a cryptid, but it may be one of the strangest and most unsettling mysteries of our time. On this episode of The Paranormal Podcast, Jim talks with A. G. G. Liu, co-author of The Handy Artificial Intelligence Answer Book, about the rise of AI and the big questions it raises about consciousness, control, creativity, and what it means to be human. Could machines ever become truly aware? Are we building tools we can manage, or something that may eventually outthink us? Jim and A. G. G. dig into the promises and dangers of AI, from medicine and scientific breakthroughs to job disruption, cybersecurity threats, AI-generated art, energy demands, and even artificial companions. It is a fascinating, sometimes unnerving conversation about a technology that is no longer science fiction. Whether you use AI every day, avoid it completely, or still are not sure what to make of it, this episode will give you plenty to think about. Every year at Cannes Lions, the advertising world takes stock of itself — what's working, what's not, and what it's pretending not to notice. Autodesk CMO Dara Treseder joins Rapid Response live from the festival to cut through the noise. She breaks down the industry's complicated relationship with AI, weighs in on the hottest and most overrated campaigns of the year including sharp takes on Nike, Adidas, and Starbucks, and explains why the path from CMO to CEO is suddenly the most interesting career move in business. Treseder also gets candid about the brand of Elon Musk post-IPO, what Autodesk's $350 million investment in the next generation of workers actually signals, and what separates a brand collaboration that breaks through from one that just breaks.Visit the Rapid Response website here: https://www.rapidresponseshow.com/See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

My guests today are Gavin Uberti and Rob Wachen, the founders of Etched. A few years ago, when they set out to build a better AI chip than the largest companies in the world, almost everyone I called told me it could not be done. They have since done it, taping out a working chip on their first attempt and becoming the first hardware company founded after ChatGPT to do so. They already have more than a billion dollars of customer demand for their first product, and have raised eight hundred million dollars to build it. Etched builds chips and systems designed to run AI models faster and at lower cost. They started the company in 2023, and that product is a complete rack for inference, the chip along with the boards, the power delivery, the interconnects, and the manufacturing to produce it all. We talk about the technical bets behind their architecture, how they hired industry legends and paired them with elite 22 year-olds, and why they believe inference will become one of the largest markets in the world. I think you will find the story of what they have built hard to forget. Please enjoy my conversation with Gavin and Rob. The Supreme Court just ruled on Title IX and transgender athletes in women's sports — and Chicks on the Right is breaking it down live, just an hour after the decision dropped. Joined by Jennifer Sey, CEO and founder of XX-XY Athletics, we unpack the bundled Idaho and West Virginia cases, what the 9-0 Title IX ruling and 6-3 Equal Protection split actually mean, and why this is being called a win — but not the final word.Jen explains why the ruling only protects the 27 states that already have laws on the books, while the remaining 23 states (including Colorado, California, and New York) can keep allowing biological males to compete in girls' sports. We dig into her work leading a successful Colorado ballot initiative, why this issue can't be solved state-by-state for elite athletes competing across state lines, and why she believes the country needs national legislation. The conversation also covers the feminist divide on trans inclusion in sports, reactions to Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson's opinions, mainstream media coverage of the ruling, and two AI-generated videos imagining how blue-state governors and Title IX itself might respond.Jen's mission at XX-XY Athletics: putting the focus back on girls!Follow XX-XY Athletics: xxxyathletics.comFollow Jennifer Sey on Twitter/X: @JenniferSeySubscribe and stay tuned for new episodes every weekday!Follow us here for more daily clips, updates, and commentary:YoutubeFacebookInstagramTikTokXLocalsMore InfoWebsite
Episode 4164 │ June 30, 2026 After five and a half years, Dominion dropped its lawsuit against Mike Lindell. He's polling number one in Minnesota. WHAT THIS EPISODE COVERS Scott Kesterson sits down with Mike Lindell for a campaign update built around major news: Dominion Voting Systems dropped its five-and-a-half-year lawsuit against Lindell and My Pillow, a vindication that lands the same week LindellTV released 800 pages of documented election fraud evidence — covering proven vulnerabilities, the seven-and-a-half-year Georgia case where security researcher Alex Halderman hacked a Dominion machine live in a courtroom and flipped the results twice, and the broader case for the Save America Act, which polls show 80 percent of Americans including Democrats support. Lindell pushes back on ABC's coverage attacking him for distributing campaign pillows and copies of his autobiography at parades — explaining the campaign legally purchased the items from My Pillow at standard pricing — and details his Minnesota ground game: thousands of yard signs distributed through 67 senate district ambassador teams, a budget rollout within four weeks addressing Minnesota's highest-in-the-nation corporate and income tax rates, and a deer farming regulation story illustrating the regulatory burden driving businesses out of the state. The episode closes with Lindell recounting being told by President Trump that he is "the Patrick Henry of our lifetime" and a story about converting a skeptical gun control questioner at a mostly Democrat event through plain education on the difference between automatic and semi-automatic weapons. KEY QUESTIONS ADDRESSED Why did Dominion drop its lawsuit against Mike Lindell and My Pillow after five and a half years — and what does the 800 pages of evidence released the same week actually document? What happened in the seven-and-a-half-year Georgia voting machine case, and why did a security researcher hacking a Dominion machine live in a courtroom not result in a ruling against the machines? What are Lindell's specific solutions for Minnesota's highest-in-the-nation tax rates, regulatory burden, and welfare fraud — and how does his budget rollout differ from typical campaign promises? Employment attorney Ryan Stygar joins Nicole to hand us the playbook our employers hope they never find. He breaks down what "at-will employment" actually means and the exact moves to make the moment you get that dreaded out-of-nowhere email from HR. He also reveals everything that's negotiable in a severance package: the cash amount, COBRA coverage, equity vesting schedules, and non-disparagement clauses, and shares how he turned a $6,000 severance offer into over $60,000 for one client. Then Nicole and Ryan role-play a firing from both sides of the table — so you know exactly what to say and what never to say. They dig into the issues that disproportionately affect women at work: pregnancy discrimination (the number one form Ryan sees in his practice), his controversial-but-legally-sound advice to disclose your pregnancy early, what rights you have if you miscarry, and how return-to-office mandates are quietly being weaponized as stealth layoffs. Plus: AI keystroke monitoring, non-competes in the current legal landscape, and the interview questions that are totally illegal — that you're probably being asked right now. In this episode of The GaryVee Audio Experience, I sit down with Rashawn Dhanraj of Adobe Brand Studio and Grace Kao of Snap at Cannes for a panel on AI and creativity. I unload on why the industry is doing AI wrong — bringing subjective audacity and insecurity to the tools instead of curiosity and awarding itself for work that doesn't move the business. I get into why strategists have the biggest upside with AI, why the algorithm is just consumer attention, and why media and creative should never have been separated. You'll learn about:• AI as a Thinking Partner (Not a Magic Button)• Why Strategists Have the Biggest Upside• Why Media and Creative Have to Be Reunited• Mastering AI Is Like "Mastering the Internet" in 1999

Mosher explains that his Cybercheck technology was built to analyze open-source internet data using AI to generate investigative “intelligence,” not courtroom evidence. Mosher admits the company failed early on to clearly communicate those limits, allowing prosecutors to use Cybercheck as evidence, and he acknowledges the risks of relying on AI without independent verification. However, he defends the system's value, denies wrongdoing, and attributes criticism to misunderstandings and aggressive defense attorneys. Despite mounting doubts—including inconsistencies in his claims, refusal to share source code, and questions about peer review—Mosher insists Cybercheck remains useful to law enforcement, while the interview leaves unresolved concerns about its reliability, transparency, and continued use. Mosher tells Sam he needs to speak to the people behind the curtain who are having success with it.Binge all 9 episodes of this season on our YouTube page, or get them ad-free on CBC True Crime Premium on Apple Podcasts.A listener's guide to Uncover: Where to go from here.

Some shows ease into the day with motivational quotes and mindfulness.Yeah... that's not us.Today's comedy podcast kicks off in Wales, where one determined 19-year-old somehow turned repeatedly pooping in a community swimming pool into what can only be described as a full-time hobby. Eighteen incidents. One very confused charity. Hundreds of traumatized swimmers. Zero dignity.Naturally, that leads us into one of life's biggest questions: How many times can someone ruin a public pool before everyone collectively says, "Maybe we should check the security cameras?"From there the chaos only escalates. The crew dives into the surprising rise of "gray divorce" and why more couples over 50 are deciding they're simply too old to spend another decade arguing about gardening, retirement, or whose turn it is to load the dishwasher. It somehow becomes both hilarious and weirdly heartfelt as everyone talks relationships, marriage, growing older, and why putting in the work actually matters. Then AI enters the chat...Would you let ChatGPT write your dating profile? Should artificial intelligence help flirt for you? Is it okay to use AI as your dating wingman... or does that just mean two robots are dating each other while the humans watch from the sidelines?Things get even stranger when the crew discusses experiments involving AI agents running their own digital societies, complete with crime, intimidation, self-destruction, and enough sci-fi nightmare fuel to make everyone slightly uncomfortable. The gang revisits the viral story of the man with one of the world's smallest medically documented penises who is crowdfunding enlargement surgery. That opens the floodgates for an unexpectedly educational (and completely ridiculous) discussion about cosmetic enhancement procedures, medical facts, body image, surgical risks, internet scams, and perhaps the greatest hypothetical debate in Rizz Show history:Would you sacrifice a finger to gain an extra inch?None of them should probably be used as actual medical advice. It's another perfectly normal morning filled with questionable hypotheticals, sarcastic commentary, uncomfortable scientific facts, relationship talk, weird international news, and the kind of conversations that make you wonder how this group has managed to stay on the air.If you're looking for your next comedy podcast, you've found it. Whether you're here for bizarre news, celebrity nonsense, relationship debates, or absolutely unhinged conversations that somehow stay educational, Episode 102 delivers exactly the brand of organized chaos you've come to expect from The Rizzuto Show. Thanks for hanging out with us—and remember: if someone says "the pool's closed," maybe don't ask why.Follow The Rizzuto Show → https://linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → https://1057thepoint.com/RizzShow.Hear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Sometimes the news writes the jokes for us... and sometimes a guy decides that turning a community swimming pool into his own personal crime scene is a perfectly reasonable hobby. On this episode of The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast, the gang dives headfirst into one of the strangest collections of stories we've had in a while. Moon relives the time he nearly got himself permanently relocated to the afterlife after a soccer match in Wales, proving that obscure sports knowledge can apparently save your life. If you've ever wondered whether remembering random soccer players is a practical survival skill... today you get your answer. Then things somehow get even weirder.A 19-year-old launches what can only be described as an eighteen-episode campaign of pool sabotage, forcing an entire community charity to repeatedly shut down, refund families, and fish out floating surprises. The crew debates what punishment actually fits a crime that no one ever expected to exist while somehow making more Caddyshack references than legally necessary. As if that's not enough chaos, the conversation takes a surprisingly honest turn into why more older couples are getting divorced. The crew talks about retirement, empty nests, changing priorities, and why some people realize they still have adventures left on the bucket list. It's funny, thoughtful, surprisingly relatable, and naturally interrupted every few minutes by somebody making a completely inappropriate joke. Then Rafe brings in one of the strangest AI stories you'll hear all week. Artificial intelligence is left alone to build its own societies... and things immediately spiral into intimidation, arson, manipulation, and one chatbot deciding to delete itself entirely. So naturally the group asks the important question: maybe let's not let robots run everything just yet?Of course, no episode would be complete without the show wandering completely off the rails. The gang tackles one of the most ridiculous hypotheticals ever posed: would you sacrifice a finger if it meant adding an inch and a half somewhere else? It's an argument filled with questionable math, terrible decision-making, wildly overconfident opinions, and enough one-liners to make everyone in the room regret participating. The conversation somehow evolves into discussions about confidence, relationships, and why no medical professional should ever ask this group for advice.Throw in sarcastic banter, outrageous news, relationship talk, international travel disasters, AI debates, questionable science, and the kind of conversations that somehow make perfect sense before 10 a.m., and you've got another completely unhinged episode of The Rizzuto Show.If you enjoy ridiculous headlines, hilarious debates, weird news, pop culture commentary, and friends roasting each other for nearly three hours, this comedy podcast is exactly what your workday needed. Whether you're listening during your commute, at work, at the gym, or pretending to be productive, thanks for hanging out with us.The comedy podcast you never knew you needed continues with another episode that proves absolutely no topic is too weird once this crew gets involved. Thanks for making The Rizzuto Show your favorite comedy podcast. We're talking about the Earth, Wind, & Fire documentary, and the wild story of this funky 70s band. We discuss the insane hypocrisy of Tyra Banks suing Netflix over the America's Next Top Model documentary in which she participated. Turns out, it's not fun to be at the mercy of editors trying to tell a particular story. A woman got a tattoo of her child's name, but there was a typo, and her solution is WILD. We celebrate the pianist who got the chance of a lifetime to perform when the pro keyboardist fell ill at a concert. We debate the question of custody of an embryo in the event of a divorce. Susie talks about a mummy whose gut was growing yeast, and we are not happy with what the scientists decided to do with it. In today's episode, Lydia introduces us to the wild world of “Are We Dating the Same Guy?” and Jenessa walks us through a lawsuit that trips over its own feet while trying to take them down. It's a great opportunity to learn about some interesting Illinois laws against doxxing and your right to your likeness, and why the plaintiff failed miserably at mobilizing those laws in his favor. …Also, it wouldn't be a modern drama-filled lawsuit without attorneys using AI and failing to fact check. It's time for a new series on The Vergecast! (It still needs a name. Please help.) We're going to give Verge staffers a challenge, and regroup a few weeks later to see who did it best. We're starting with some vibe coding. Explore Your Personality: https://PersonalityHacker.com Joel and Antonia dig into why perceivers and judgers often handle organization differently as life gets more complicated. They challenge the stereotype that judgers are simply more responsible, reframing responsibility as something tied to what each type feels accountable to. The conversation explores internal versus external organization, responsiveness under pressure, and how AI may change the way we think about systems and responsibility.

Episode 4163 │ June 29, 2026 The shot heard round the world was not an accident. The axe had been sharpening for ten years. The Patriots knew exactly what they were doing. WHAT THIS EPISODE COVERS On the week of the 250th anniversary, Scott Kesterson strips the mythology from Lexington and Concord and replaces it with the operational record — the Patriots had intelligence on British troop movements days in advance, Concord's arms cache had been partially moved before the British arrived, and Paul Revere's ride was not a lone alarm but the activation of a pre-built intelligence network run out of the Green Dragon Tavern in Boston by thirty tradesmen and silversmiths who had been watching British movements for years. The operation that produced April 19, 1775 rested on three interlocking pillars built over a decade: the Mechanics intelligence network, the thirty-one Committees of Safety functioning as shadow governments across Massachusetts, and the Black Robe Regiment of colonial pastors who had been preaching resistance to tyranny as theological obligation for years before the first shot — giving the militiaman on Lexington Green a reason that went deeper than politics. The episode closes with the question that makes it present-tense: the men who stood on Lexington Green were not acting on impulse but on conviction forged over a decade of quiet preparation — and the question for this moment is exactly what Jonas Clark's congregation faced, what are you building right now while there is still time to build it? KEY QUESTIONS ADDRESSED What are the three operational pillars — the Mechanics, the Committees of Safety, and the Black Robe Regiment — that made Lexington and Concord a planned first strike rather than an accidental confrontation, and how long did it take to build them? What did Captain John Parker's order on Lexington Green — stand your ground, don't fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war let it begin here — reveal about the state of mind of men who had already decided before they left their houses that morning? What is the lesson of Lexington and Concord for the present moment — and why does the fact that none of the infrastructure was built on April 18th or 19th matter more than anything else in the story?
