Hey, friend. If your heart feels heavy today… if being an estranged mother has left you questioning your worth or spinning in grief, anger or despair, I want you to know: you are not alone. You are in process. And you are being invited into healing that runs deeper than surface-level advice. . In this episode of The Estranged Mom Coach™, let's talk about something we don't always notice right away: the emotional and spiritual weight of what we consume. The social media posts, the YouTube rabbit holes, the late-night “research” sessions… . They might seem innocent. But when you're in the raw ache of family estrangement, your heart is wide open, and what you let in matters. . What you feed your mind becomes what you feel. It shapes your energy. It influences your reactions. It becomes part of the story you're telling yourself. And that directly impacts whether or not you reunite with your precious child who you miss so much. . God didn't design you to live off of fear, blame, and bitterness. He called you to peace. To clarity. To a Biblical mindset rooted in truth and love. So today, we're going to gently peel back the layers and ask: What are you really feeding your heart, mind and soul? Come on in, and let's talk about it. . Next Steps: 1) Apply for your FREE consultation to talk to Jenny 1:1. Find out the exact path forward to feeling better and greatly increasing your chances of getting your son or daughter back in your life. Client Reviews… ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jenny's teachings have produced results reconnecting me with my estranged daughter I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and guidance received in the most tragic time of my life from coach Jenny Good. Her faith, compassion, understanding, dedication and display of radical love has truly been life-changing for me. I was so overwhelmed with feelings of confusion, guilt, and sadness. I felt lost and didn't know how to navigate through the emotional turmoil I was experiencing. However, from the very first call, Jenny created a safe and non-judgmental space for me to share my details. Her ability to listen attentively and empathize while helping me understand a different way of thinking is truly remarkable. She understood my feelings and offered tools each session in ways I have not experienced even from therapy. I am forever thankful for the medicine she has poured into me to be the very best version of myself! This has rippled into all areas of life for me. Jenny's teachings have produced results reconnecting me with my estranged daughter! Thank you for being the vessel of unwavering faith & love that so many of us could benefit from, estranged or not. A true Godsend. - Melinda Wyman . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I am living a truly happy life, and I reconciled with my son Having a coach and mentor who is rooted in Christ is very important. I've experienced so much inner healing with Jenny as my Coach. I am living a truly happy life, and I reconciled with my son! I feel empowered to continue stepping into my full power as a mother and to live a life where my children matter, but they don't determine my worth. I am me again. - Carol Adams

I found a couple of posts that really focused on some points that I think we need to have more examples of in our world. The first one was from Motivational Quotes (@motivational) where we are reminded about some things that really “Speaks loudest” when it comes to helping to make a difference with others. This post goes on to share these things that do have a “loud voice”: “It's not your wallet, your title or your status. It's how you treat others that speak the loudest.” The second connection came from Coach AJ Mental Fitness (@coachajkings) where he shares this classic reminder from one of the greats of any sport and all of history - “John Wooden said, “Helping others is perhaps the greatest joy! You cannot have a perfect day without helping others with no thought of getting something in return.” Acts of service enrich our lives. It means selflessness, kindness, and serving. Serving is a reward by itself.” Awesome thoughts for all of us to be better for ourselves and for others too! Thanks for listening. We talked more about the Knicks coaching situation and how there is no game plan other than asking to talk to coaches already under contract with other teams who will not give them up. For betting purposes, Polymarket has Rick Brunson at 26% and the others are at 25%. Gio went through the list. Jason Kidd is only 13% and Mark Jackson is only 1%.
We talked more about the Knicks coaching search. They want Jason Kidd, but why would the Mavericks give him up? Gio said a team doesn't want a coach or a player who would rather be elsewhere. At this point it looks like it's going to be Johnnie Bryant. Who else is there?
The Knicks are still struggling to find a head coach, seemingly wanting Jason Kidd but likely settling for Johnnie Bryant, amidst speculation and a caller suggesting a Thibs re-hire à la Steinbrenner. In sports, the Mets won in the tenth, and the Yankees beat the Royals with another Judge homer. Aaron Rodgers discussed his "decision from the soul" leading him to Pittsburgh, and Mike Tomlin addressed T.J. Watt's contract.
The Knicks' chaotic coaching search continues, with Polymarket showing Rick Brunson as the slight favorite at 26%, while Jason Kidd and Mark Jackson lag at 13% and 1% respectively. Gio lightened the mood with an Ice Spice lyric. In sports, the Mets beat the Nationals, and the Yankees defeated the Royals thanks to Austin Wells's 5 RBIs and another Judge homer. Max Fried pitched well, and Chris Russo butchered more names. Aaron Glenn joked with the media, and Jim Harbaugh discussed recent health issues. The hour concluded with a discussion of early work hours affecting evening plans and news of a hole-in-one winning an Audi at Boomer's charity event.
In this week's coaching conversation, George Mason head coach Tony Skinn shares insights on defensive identity and competitive spirit.A key starter on the 2006 George Mason Final Four team and one of the best all-around guards in program history, Skinn returned to his alma mater after nearly a decade of work as a collegiate assistant coach. The 2025 Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year, Skinn has put together arguably the best start to a coaching career in school history. He set new program bests for overall wins (47), league wins (24), overall winning percentage (.691) and league winning percentage (.667) for a Patriot coach over his first two campaigns. What's more, Skinn's 66.7 A-10 winning percentage is first amongst active league coaches over their first two seasons in the conference. This season, Skinn guided the Patriots to the best season in the program's A-10 history. The Patriots earned a share of their first-ever A-10 regular season title, tallied the program's first NIT victory since 2004 and notched a school record-tying 27 overall victories. The Green & Gold set a new school record for Atlantic 10 league victories (15) and started league play 12-1 for the first time in the program's 59-year history. The Patriots locked up a double bye in the A-10 Tournament for the first time and reached a conference title game for the first time since 2009.George Mason tallied a school-record 18 home victories in 2024-25. The Patriots also swept their A-10 home schedule (9-0) for the first time ever and won five-straight A-10 road games for the first time in program annals. The team's 11-game win streak from Jan. 8-Feb. 18 was the second longest in the nation at the time and was just the fourth 10+ game winning streak in school history.Prior to becoming the head coach of his alma mater, Skinn guided three different programs to the NCAA Tournament as an assistant at Louisiana Tech, Maryland, Ohio State, and Seton Hall.

This one stood out to me because I know I have fears and I know they are getting in the way of me living my life to the fullest. It comes from Reads with Ravi (@readswithravi) and it's a short but powerful reminder: “The fears we don't face become our limits.” - Robin Sharma. I have had things getting in my way for 20 + years and to top that off, not only do I know about them - a few of my best friends know it too. You see, they have been around me that long, always encouraging me that I can do these things, but the final decision needs to come from me. Another key element. Since it's been 20 or so years, I look ahead to another 20 years. Yikes!! I'll be just around the corner (if I'm blessed enough to see this corner) from turning 80 years old!!!! Time waits for nobody!! I don't have all the time in the world where we think we do sometimes. I will continue to try and “talk to myself, rather than listen to myself” in going after whatever I have to do to get through these fears. When I step back a bit, they really are not that big of a deal for sure. Thanks for listening. Get ready for an unfiltered and energetic breakdown of the NBA playoffs as we, Mike Palmer and Tarlin Ray from Running It Back, dive headfirst into the latest on the hardwood! We kick things off by dissecting the Knicks' recent playoff run, asking the tough questions about what went wrong and what's next for Mike's beloved and Tarlin's bandwagon team. Tarlin connects Coach Thibs' firing to a fascinating historical trend—it seems winning Coach of the Year can be a bit of a curse. Meanwhile, Mike remains optimistic that this shake-up opens up exciting new possibilities for the Knicks in the trade and free agent markets. Then, we shift gears to marvel at the Indiana Pacers' surprising success. We're talking about Tyrese Haliburton's incredible clutch shooting and Rick Carlisle's brilliant coaching. While we might not label Haliburton a "superstar," you'll hear why Mike concedes he is an elite point guard who consistently delivers in the clutch. Tarlin even drops some compelling stats, drawing comparisons between Haliburton and Chris Paul. Of course, we can't ignore the Oklahoma City Thunder (OKC). We delve into their suffocating defensive intensity, and I'm even bold enough to make a finals prediction you won't want to miss! We're exploring the evolving landscape of basketball, celebrating deep teams that bring high intensity for all 48 minutes, rather than relying on just one "alpha" superstar. And Tarlin makes a powerful point: it's about the quality of basketball, not just who's the "face of the NBA." So, join us for all this and more—we promise a fun, insightful, and passionately debated journey through the world of NBA.

Tune in here to this Wednesday's edition of the Brett Winterble Show! Brett kicks off the program by talking about the deep divisions in the country and the personal power each individual holds over their mindset. He urges listeners to rise above the chaos, political strife, and media-fed negativity by embracing an unshakable inner confidence and joy. Drawing inspiration from Stoic philosopher Epictetus and biblical teachings, Brett emphasizes that while we cannot control the external world, we can choose how we respond to it. He calls on his audience to reject fear and despair and instead live with courage, purpose, and good cheer. Stressing that life is finite, Brett argues that we should not waste it worrying about inevitable conflict or the unknown future. Instead, he encourages cultivating joy as an act of strength and defiance in a world consumed by division. The message is clear: own your mindset, live fully, and be a light in troubled times. We’re joined by Coach Matt Doherty to discuss the recent unrest in California, the challenges of law enforcement, and the deeper implications for American society. Brett and Coach dive into what they see as a troubling lack of leadership from state officials, raising questions about whether political motives are allowing chaos to fester. Coach Doherty highlights concerns about sanctuary policies, the role of illegal immigration in the labor force, and the broader cultural shift away from accountability. We’re joined by Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley for an in-depth discussion on key issues facing the country. Chairman Whatley reacts strongly to what he describes as failed leadership in California, criticizing Governor Gavin Newsom and other Democrats for prioritizing political agendas over public safety. He points to President Biden’s border policies and California’s sanctuary stance as contributing factors to growing unrest. Shifting to a more optimistic note, Brett and Chairman Whatley discuss the progress of the “big, beautiful bill,” aimed at cutting taxes and providing relief for working Americans. They also touch on encouraging economic indicators and President Trump’s international trade negotiations, including new deals with China, the U.K., and India. Finally, Whatley highlights the surge of conservative energy in North Carolina, emphasizing its pivotal role in the upcoming elections and the Republican Party’s continued momentum. For more, listeners can follow @ChairmanWhatley and visit GOP.com or NC.GOP. Listen here for all of this and more on The Brett Winterble Show! Strap in, Knicks fans! This episode dives deep into the chaotic and frankly, alarming, search for the next head coach. After firing Tom Thibodeau, the Knicks' hunt has gone from bad to worse with top targets denying interviews, leaving a trail of rejected requests. Is the franchise spiraling back into its dark ages, or can they pull a rabbit out of a hat with an unexpected — and experienced — hire like Mike Brown? We break down every disastrous twist and turn, the rumors swirling about Leon Rose's future, and what this all means for a team on the cusp of making a "power flex" move.
The New York Knicks are currently in a state of disarray following the firing of head coach Tom Thibodeau. The team's coaching search has been a public relations nightmare, with reports of denials from multiple coaching candidates, including Ime Udoka, Chris Finch, and Jason Kidd. This chaotic process has led to speculation that owner James Dolan is heavily intervening in basketball operations, bypassing the expertise of Leon Rose and Worldwide Wes. The lack of a clear plan and the desperate optics of their search are causing concern among fans and analysts, who fear the organization is regressing to its past reputation as a league laughingstock, despite having a talented roster.
