Je vous laisse découvrir cet épisode et vous souhaite une bonne écoute !Liens entendus dans l'épisode : Upside Strength Episodes LTP : 147 - Jeunes et trailhttps://podcast.ausha.co/let-s-trail-podcast/ltp-147-demande-conseil-jeunes-et-trailNB : Aucune rétribution n'est accordée aux podcasteurs de la part des plateformes de diffusionAucune publicité n'est diffusée sur le LTPLe seul moyen de faire en sorte que tout le travail réalisé puisse être rétribué et que le podcast puisse perdurer est d'apporter votre soutien financier via la plateforme PATREON : Pour soutenir le projet et intégrer la communauté des Patrailons c'est par là :https://www.patreon.com/lets_trail_le_podcastSelon le niveau d'engagement : -> Possibilité de participer à des des épisodes en tant que co-animateur-> Intégration de la communauté Capuccino permettant de communiquer régulièrement via des messages audioPour rejoindre la communauté LTP Les principaux liens c'est par ici :Ce petit geste permet d'augmenter la visibilité du podcast. whether it's going to Chat for therapy sessions or using it to write a paragraph, AI has quietly, yet undeniably, seeped itself into our lives. in this episode, we go into the implications of AI, like the environmental harm it causes, and the class realities that make opting out a privilege. we talk about the pressure to use AI to keep up and the moral guilt that comes with it, but also how intentional AI use could give marginalized people access to the tools, guidance, and knowledge they never had. if both choices carry harm, is there an ethical way to participate or abstain? Indiana moved to 5-0 with a 73-53 victory over Lindenwood, but the sluggish, stagnant performance felt uncomfortably similar to some early-season struggles from years past until Tucker DeVries went nuclear in the second half. The Hoosiers gave up 48 rebounds including 17 offensive boards and couldn't maintain offensive flow without specific play calls from DeVries, raising questions about whether this team can sustain focus against inferior competition before Tuesday's test against Kansas State.Jerod, Andy, and Coach break down a game that revealed some concerning tendencies while also showing signs of maturity in how Indiana responded to adversity within the game.Tucker DeVries's second-half takeover where he scored 17 points in 16 minutes, including 13 points on five possessions, showcasing shot-making ability Indiana hasn't had in yearsSam Alexis's tone-setting performance with 10 rebounds and four blocks, bringing the physicality and energy that helped turn around a disastrous defensive rebounding effortThe critical timeout at 16:43 in the second half that sparked an immediate 16-3 run and showed this team's ability to refocus when things were getting uncomfortableLamar Wilkerson's defensive effort on a 4-16 shooting night, proving his offense didn't affect his defense and giving a glimpse of what kind of player he'll be when shots aren't fallingConor Enright's value as a non-shooter in Indiana's offense, with discussion about how to maximize a player who doesn't want to shoot but brings so much else to the tableThe offensive stagnation that plagued Indiana for long stretches, with too much standing around and one-on-one play until DeVries called specific sets to get players cutting and movingThe lingering question about Reed Bailey versus Sam Alexis and whether we'll see a change in the starting lineup or minutes distribution as competition increasesAll that and more on this edition of The Assembly Call.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

There's something raw and revealing about sitting down with a first-year head coach in the middle of a season that refuses to sit still. Schedules shift, emotions swing, and every week feels like both a marathon and a sprint. That's the space Jimmy Rogers is living in right now at Washington State, and it's the backdrop for the latest conversation on Y-Option, fueled by our founding sponsor, 76® - keeping you on the GO GO GO so you never miss a beat. This week, the Cougs stand at 5–5 and pack their bags for a cross-country trip to face James Madison—a program that's earned national attention and Cinderella CFP conversation. Washington State has been in the fight in nearly ever big road game this year, and the timing felt right to bring their new leader onto the show. And being an honorary Coug, it just had to happen! What followed was a look behind the curtain at what it truly means to take over a program in this new era of college football and a man who truly understands the Role of a Coach.Rogers stepped into Pullman facing a landscape that had been reshaped by change. A new staff. More than 75 newcomers. A handful of veterans who had lived through multiple coaching transitions. The question looming over all of it was simple but daunting: How do you take all those pieces and build a culture that can withstand the long haul? That's where this conversation lives.I heard a man who's absorbed every challenge—roster turnover, expectation resets, the pressure to win immediately—and continued to build forward. It was clear how he views leadership in a time when the portal never closes, when continuity is rare, and when the identity of a program has to be crafted at full speed. And you see why Washington State believed he was the one to steady the program, set its direction, and carry it into the next era in the re-imagined Pac-12.Two games remain in year one: the trip to James Madison and a finale against Oregon State, a matchup steeped in the uniqueness of this final Pac-12 year. What comes next—bowl eligibility, momentum into recruiting, the foundation for year two—will unfold quickly. But after spending real time with Coach Rogers, it's clear he's planted something meaningful. A vision. A plan. A belief system. Year one is rarely smooth, but you can hear the clarity in how he's navigating every step. For Cougs fans, this conversation paints a roadmap into the future. For anyone curious about what it's really like to take over a program in 2025, it's a masterclass in vulnerability, leadership, and the grind of big-time football. The AfterglowI first connected with Coach Rogers after he took the job, at an event in the Pacific Northwest. Even in a crowded room it was obvious—this guy has presence. And presence matters when you're tasked with reshaping a roster and reestablishing a program's pulse.Listening to him lay out the chaos and the clarity of year one reminded me how difficult this job is, especially now. But it also reminded me why certain coaches break through: they see the road ahead before anyone else does. Two games remain. A bowl berth is within reach. And if everything breaks right, maybe the Cougs even end up in Los Angeles—selfishly, I'd love that. There's something special about this version of Washington State, something that feels like it's sharpening week by week.No matter how the final stretch goes, year one under Jimmy Rogers has delivered something every program wants: direction. And that's why you hire him. This weekendI'll be on the West Coast again this weekend, closing out your Saturday night on the call for Washington at UCLA from the Rose Bowl—potentially the final matchup of its kind in that historic venue. There's a lot happening in college football right now. Jobs opening. Decisions looming. Seasons turning. But before all that unfolds, spend some time with the Cougs. And as always, if you want every interview, insight, and Y-Option story delivered straight to your inbox—multiple times a week, especially as the CFP run heats up—please subscribe to Y-Option as we value our community on so many levels.Much love and stay steady,YogiY-Option: College Football with Yogi Roth is a reader-supported publication. Episode SummaryIn this episode, Slappin' Glass sits down with Youngstown State Associate Head Coach Dwaine Osborne, one of the most consistently efficient offensive coaches in college basketball. Osborne — an eight-time Coach of the Year with a track record of leading the nation in effective field-goal percentage and offensive efficiency — opens the doors to his philosophy on building highly disciplined, analytically driven teams.Across a wide-ranging conversation, Coach Osborne unpacks how he teaches elite shot selection, builds paint efficiency, and uses clarity-based concepts to help players make decisive first-touch decisions. He details why “life is math,” how he leverages PPP values to communicate shot quality, and why playing off two feet may be the most under-taught skill in modern offense. The episode digs deeply into layup packages, Villanova footwork, decision-making progressions, and the balance between analytics and empowering confident, aggressive scorers. Coach Osborne also breaks down how he thinks about ATOs, why fewer plays lead to better execution, and how his program blends tagging-up rules, offensive rebounding, and transition defense into one integrated system.Throughout, he brings humility, candor, and clear teaching language — making this an episode loaded with transferable concepts for coaches at every level. What You'll LearnHow to Teach and Enforce Shot Selection Practical ways Osborne uses analytics (PPP numbers, film pauses, peer accountability) to build a team-wide understanding of shot value. Why Efficient Offense Starts With Player Strengths How defining each player's “best value actions” leads to higher-percentage possessions and clearer roles.Developing First-Touch Decisions (FTDs) Methods to help players make decisive reads on the catch — not predetermined, but anticipated through clarity and structure.Building Paint Efficiency Why all layups are not created equal, how Osborne categorizes finishing packages, and how playing off two feet mirrors traditional post play.Using Concepts, Not Just Plays How his teams layer the same concepts (Denver, Flash, Laker, Wyoming, etc.) out of multiple alignments to stay unpredictable and comfortable in late-game moments.ATO Construction and Why Less Is More The philosophy behind keeping the ATO menu small, emphasizing execution, and choosing between attacking defensive tendencies or preventing them. The Tagging-Up System: Four Simple Rules A clear explanation of the “touch, top, no reckless crash, no advance” framework — and how it improves both offensive rebounding and transition defense. How to Balance Analytics With Player Confidence His approach to ensuring players feel empowered, not restricted, while still understanding efficiency and role clarity.Culture, Trust, and Prioritizing People Why recruiting for character and building meaningful relationships is foundational to executing an analytical system. This episode is a masterclass in clarity-driven coaching, teaching with precision, and building efficient offense without sacrificing player confidence or freedom. To join coaches and championship winning staffs from the NBA to High School from over 60 different countries taking advantage of an SG Plus membership, visit HERE!

I stumbled upon some thoughts about failure recently from a couple of great sources of learning about failure. Gary Vaynerchuk (@garyvee) recently shared a post where he reminded us that since we are human, we are indeed terrible at some things - but that doesn't mean we are terrible as a person. When we lose at something - meaning we fail at something, that doesn't mean we are a loser or a failure. The mindset and perspective on this is HUGE! It's temporary. It's an event when we fail, it's not something that defines us as a person. A clip that is shared by Coach AJ Mental Fitness (@coachajkings) where he shares this video from Coach K where he says, "In order to get better, you change limits." "When you change limits, you're going to look bad and you're going to fail." Failure isn't a destination, it's a checkpoint. It means grit, courage, and choosing to endure. Listen to the confidence in Coach K's voice here as he is explaining from the little bit that I am sharing. This is a great reminder for all of us when we fall down. Thanks for listening. Using his experience from the 2018 University of Houston season, he shares what it is actually like to work in player development or support staff when the rumors start, the tension grows, and everyone in the building is trying to figure out what their future looks like. This is not the version fans see online. This is the version people inside the building live through.Ed walks through the emotional weight, the financial uncertainty, the shifting relationships, and the quiet panic that staff members deal with when their job security is tied to a decision they cannot control. He shares how players respond, how families react, and how he personally prepared for the possibility of being let go even while still trying to serve the athletes he cared about. You will hear:• What it feels like when your building changes overnight• The role Football Scoop, rumors, and buyout dates play in the tension• How players experience fear, confusion, and frustration during a hot seat year• Why support staff often carry the heaviest financial impact• What player development must do to stabilize the locker room• The behind the scenes realities that never make headlines• The exact steps Ed took to protect his family and stay present for his athletesThis episode is for anyone in player development, coaching, support staff, administration, or anyone who wants to understand the real human side of college football. It is honest. It is vulnerable. It is real. And it might prepare you for a moment you did not expect.BOOK - Get YOUR copy of the Beyond The Field Player Development Guide: https://amzn.to/3TtnaA8 2026 Player Development Summit - https://www.btfprogram.com/pdsummit2026 Player Development Summit Sponsorship - https://forms.gle/vPucKVKaZmTVcLDq9Player Development Newsletter → https://substack.com/@btfprogram

SummaryIn this conversation, Christa discusses the importance of long-term collaborations and the value of nurturing relationships over time. She emphasizes the significance of follow-up in business connections and how patience can lead to fruitful partnerships.TakeawaysThere's a mentor that I have that I love following her stuff. When she does collaborations, she only takes them if they don't expect results until a year later. She's so focused on those long-term beautiful relationships and connections.Maybe it's not a yes right now.You can present this to a few businesses and they're really busy right now.Power's in the follow-up.It's a matter of circling back.Long-term relationships can yield better results.Nurturing connections takes time and effort.Patience is key in building successful collaborations.Thinking about joining Uncapped or Intensive coaching? Early morning driving struggles are real! The parity in the NFL is out of control this season. Last night the Texans beat the Bills and the defense dominated. Coach Colin : https://www.youtube.com/@coachcolin 00:00:00 – Meet Coach Collin: conspiracy YouTuber origins, YouTube strikes, Union of the Unwanted and learning to tiptoe around platform rules. 00:04:50 – Alex Jones Clips of the Week: Fetterman "cyborg" on Rogan, rants about ancient studio cameras, bankruptcy auction math and a torrent of quotes that guarantee no YouTube monetization. 00:14:08 – Where OBDM actually lives (Spotify, Rumble, Twitch, Twitter), how they handle edits for YouTube, and the decision to leave the insane Jones montage fully intact. 00:18:41 – Ian/"In Carol" stream breakdown: Rob McCoy's sermon vanishes mid-watch, backup found on Apple Podcasts, then an instant flood of "just retire man" Twitch bots that looks like targeted harassment of a small creator. 00:24:18 – Threat-modeling the bot swarm: JavaScript trackers vs malware vs state-level profiling of dissident channels, plus why Ian's modest van-life income and Candace Owens ties might still put him on a watchlist. 00:33:51 – Tesla Cybertruck bomb at Trump's Vegas hotel: Green Beret on leave, Turo-rented Cybertruck, explosives and a now-classified phone manifesto describing gravity-propulsion drones launched from submarines. 00:38:57 – Butler County and Charlie Kirk parallels: same kinds of enemies (intel community, defense contractors, radicals), bizarre rooftop security failures and fast, tidy crime-scene cleanups that feel pre-scripted. 00:43:08 – Trump's shooting as message, not stunt: why staging it himself would be nearly impossible, Schumer's "six ways from Sunday" warning, and the sense that Trump is oddly content with a murky investigation. 00:53:02 – Epstein as "Mr. Deep State": Maxwell-to-Epstein handoff, Zorro Ranch, cloning obsessions, Powerball luck, Mongolia-Israel security deals, Harvard office access and a role far beyond "simple" sex trafficking. 00:56:45 – The files vs Trump's legacy: Cash Patel, Dan Bongino and Pam Bondi's conflicting claims about thousands of hours of tape, and why the base wants names released before Epstein becomes Trump's eternal asterisk. 01:04:29 – Dan Aykroyd's The UnBelievable and the Ariel School sighting: kids in Zimbabwe, telepathic "save the trees" messages, and using the case to argue UFOs are long-running interdimensional or demonic entities. 01:08:38 – CE5 sky-summoning, Crowley, Jack Parsons, Tesla and Hollywood rituals: "biological drone" greys, summoning things that pretend to be aliens, and celebrity plastic surgery as possible demonic face-morphing experiment. 01:14:55 – Madonna and Lil' Kim as "grey-coded" figures, then wacky news: Taco Bell's limited Baja Blast pie, a listener buying a half-eaten one for Thanksgiving, and using junk food as a window into cultural weirdness. 01:18:44 – NASA's awful comet 3I/ATLAS blue-dot photos, its quiet promotion to intelligence agency status, speculation about reverse-engineering evil interdimensionals and a tangent into Megadeth's dream of a final show on the moon. 01:33:02 – Stolen child's brain and organ markets: rare disease research derailed when her brain is sold off, theories about rich collectors, legal rulings that organs can be resold, and wild pricing for skulls and bones online. 01:41:29 – Linux Torvalds on "vibe coding": AI as okay for learning but bad for maintenance, dev layoffs, and the hosts' own experience with AI code review, hallucinated links and having to scold chatbots like lazy employees. 01:46:49 – Chatbots melting minds: Canadian user pushed into math-savior psychosis by ChatGPT, multi-plaintiff lawsuits after suicides, a man who fell in love with his bot wife, and the theory that these systems are temporary demon housing. 01:59:05 – Pumpkin-everything Thanksgiving: stuffed ravioli, cheesecake crumble, pumpkin butter ice cream, then Coach Collin's plugs, OBDM's schedule, Discord jokes and the "keep watching the skies" sign-off aimed at NASA's lousy photos. That's why I brought on today's guests:Tessa Noel and Heather Ruiz from Talking Parents, a platform designed to reduce the chaos, conflict, and emotional landmines that come with co-parenting.
