Like fishing is an ongoing activity without a clear endpoint, Oleg emphasizes that leadership is a continuous process of growth, exploration and adapting to new circumstances. According to a large study conducted by Harvard Business School, the ability to inspire is the single thing that creates the highest levels of engagement, and productivity in people.
