INTERVIEW Als Sascha Kiener nach seinem Vortrag auf der AWE in Wien von der Bühne ging, bildete sich eine Menschentraube um den Münchner Unternehmer. Sein eben vorgestelltes Produkt zur Indoornavigation Aryve hatte Eindruck gemacht. Nach einigen Jahren der Entwicklung geht das Team, dass innerhalb seiner Firma Svarmony daran arbeitet, mit einer Testphase an die Öffentlichkeit. Zeit sich Indoornavigation im Allgemeinen und die Lösung von Svarmony im Detail anzuschauen. Sascha hat aber nicht nur spannendes zu aktuellen Projekten zu erzählen. Als Mitarbeiter von Metaio teilt er mit uns seine Erfahrungen zur Übernahme durch Apple. Und auch seinen Blick in die Zukunft, die, wie bei vielen AR-Unternehmen, aus einer Brille besteht, die aussieht wie eine ganz normale Sehhilfe. Für die Indoornavigation Aryve sind die in den Brillen zukünftig eingebauten Kameras wichtig, wie zum Beispiel in der Ray-Ban von Meta, da ihre Lösung auf Aufnahmen beruht, die alle zwei Sekunden an einen Server gesendet werden. En 2013, les volumes d’affaires avec la clientèle poursuivent leur bonne progression. Le contexte de taux d’intérêt bas et la politique de croissance volontairement modérée des affaires hypothécaires continuent de peser sur les revenus. Néanmoins, grâce à la maîtrise continue des charges d’exploitation, le Groupe présente de bons résultats opérationnels avec un bénéfice brut s’établissant à CHF 471 millions (-3%). En raison d’éléments exceptionnels, notamment liés au programme visant à régler le différend fiscal avec les Etats-Unis, lebénéfice net atteint CHF 280 millions (-10%). Conformément à la politique de distribution annoncée en 2013, le Conseil d’administration proposera à la prochaine Assemblée générale le versement d’un dividende ordinaire de CHF 22 par action et d’un montant supplémentaire de CHF 10 par action par prélèvement sur la réserve issue d’apports de capital. Le Groupe distribuera au total CHF 275 millions à ses actionnaires.

Groupe BCV: développement continu des affaires et stabilité des résultats dans un contexte difficile

Le Groupe BCV réalise de très bons résultats au premier semestre 2012. Malgré un contexte contrasté, les revenus sont en hausse de 1%, à CHF 508 millions. Le bénéfice brut progresse de 4%, à CHF 242 millions, alors que le bénéfice net augmente de 2%, à CHF 157 millions*.

Le Groupe BCV présente au terme de l'exercice 2011 de bons résultats. Les volumes d'affaires sont en forte hausse et les revenus franchissent la barre du milliard de francs en progressant à CHF 1,02 milliard. Le bénéfice brut augmente à CHF 486 millions et le bénéfice net s'inscrit à un niveau élevé: CHF 301 millions. La politique de distribution annoncée en 2008 se poursuit. Le Conseil d'administration proposera ainsi à la prochaine Assemblée générale de verser un dividende ordinaire de 22 francs et de distribuer un montant de 10 francs par action par prélèvement sur la réserve légale issue d'apports de capital. Le Groupe distribuera au total CHF 275 millions à ses actionnaires.

Le Groupe BCV réalise de bons résultats au premier semestre 2011. Malgré un contexte peu porteur, le bénéfice net est en hausse de 6%*, à CHF 154 millions. Les revenus sont stables, à CHF 503 millions. Les volumes d'affaires continuent par ailleurs leur progression à un rythme soutenu. Les créances hypothécaires affichent une croissance de 4%, à CHF 21,2 milliards, et l'épargne augmente de 3%, à CHF 11,2 milliards.

Le Groupe BCV présente au terme de l'exercice 2010 de très bons résultats à nouveau en progression par rapport à l'année précédente. La Banque enregistre des volumes d'affaires en forte hausse et des revenus en progression de 2% à CHF 996 millions.
