[14:56] Susie: “When you are in self-preservation, when you are in bracing for impact when you're living with elbows locked, you can't at once receive from God. You will not see goodness when it comes, you won't because your eyes are on the trauma.” Hear more about Susie's battle against life's curveballs when you tune in to the full episode. You can also check out Susie's first episode with us as a guest in Season 3 Episode 2.[19:01] The Recipe for VitalitySusie emphasizes that she has gained more in Christ and highlights the importance of thinking rightly about God to receive His blessings.Living in self-preservation prevents us from experiencing God's miracles and goodness; we must work on our hearts to receive His answers.Deep rest in purposeful faith is vital for soul replenishment and engaging in our faith restores peace.[26:53] Learning From The Past's MistakesScripture invites us to remember God's work and trust Him with our lives, avoiding self-preservation despite fears.Recognizing God's daily mercies and expressing perpetual awe for His kindness can strengthen and restore our souls. [30:44] Susie: “His mercy is what covers us time and time again. We should be in perpetual awe of the kindness of God, the mercies of God. It's because of His great love we are not consumed. His compassions never fail, his mercies are new every morning.”The Israelites were quick to forget God's care for them and were quick to turn away from Him because of fear. Susie also battled fear her whole life. However, she learned to face them through God's strength.[33:00] The Power of Words and DeclarationsFaith declarations are our statement of who God is, that God loves us and will fulfill His promises to us.Brain retraining is meant to help us identify ourselves as sons and daughters of God.Both of these practices help interrupt rogue thoughts by being spoken aloud. Speak your declarations over your life especially those that resonate with you.[39:07] Slaying Your Inner CriticUnresolved hurts and self-contempt create opportunities for the enemy; resolving them in God's love closes these openings.Seek support to process unresolved hurts in the light of God's love and trust the Holy Spirit to guide and correct them.[40:37] Susie: “When you allow those hurts, those hard parts of your story to go unresolved in light of God's love, they're like open loops and they're opportunities for the enemy to accuse God and accuse you.”[43:24] Imprinting Your Hope, Faith, and Belief in God in Your HeartSusie is always striving to get closer to God. Recently, she attended a conference with Dr. Reimer. The conference became a safe space to bring out these unresolved pasts into God's light.Despite new traumas, remembering God's love and focusing on Him allows us to see through the enemy's lies. Keep your hope alive and you'll eventually learn how to let go of past trauma. Remember who God is, trust that He is good and that He loves you. Being a Christian means embracing the joyful message of God, yet there are countless individuals who remain unaware and disconnected from the Gospel's transformative power. This includes people we encounter daily—our family, friends, colleagues, and the myriad of strangers we pass by. The question then arises: How can we effectively share our faith with them?Nick Hall, Founder of Pulse Ministries, had a vision to communicate God's message to thousands nationwide. His journey began on a personal scale, sharing the Gospel with those in his immediate circle. Nick joins us to discuss the essence of evangelism and the importance of spreading one's faith. He also shares his personal testimony of loss and crisis and how he encountered God's profound love and kindness through it all.Sharing the Gospel can be challenging, but it's a journey worth embarking on. Dive into the world of evangelism and find inspiration to proclaim the good news by tuning into this episode of the Revelations Podcast. Here are three reasons why you should listen to this episode:Explore the essence of being an Evangelist and learn to fully embrace your faith in God.Learn how God uses the pain and hardship of our lives to bring the hope of Christ to others.Gain insights on effortlessly communicating the Gospel through Nick's practical advice and resources.Want to be part of what God is doing through the Revelations Podcast? Demonstrating faithfulness in small matters leads to greater responsibilities bestowed by God.Initially, reaching out, showing love, and discussing your faith with others might feel awkward and tough. Begin by faithfully engaging with those in your immediate circle; as time progresses, sharing your faith will become a natural aspect of your life.Living a life of faith involves stepping out of your comfort zone. True security and comfort stem from reliance on God, not from worldly assurances. Not everyone will understand your spiritual journey. It's important to filter out criticism and advice from those who do not share your faith perspective. [18:25] Nick: “The first place God wants to move is right where you're planted. God starts with you and then it's just you drawing those circles beyond yourself.”[25:30] What Does Pulse Ministry Do?Pulse Ministry specializes in evangelism, focusing on connecting with individuals in need of Jesus and identifying potential Evangelists.Currently, they are spearheading a statewide initiative in North Dakota, aiming to disseminate the Gospel through various methods, including events and gatherings. The purpose of their evangelistic campaign is to mobilize and unify believers to seek out and engage with those who have not yet found their faith.Beyond outreach, Pulse Ministry is dedicated to discovering Evangelists and equipping individuals with the skills to effectively share their faith. The ministry underscores the vital role of Evangelists within the Church and the broader community. [28:57] Nick: “I think every person can reach somebody. We all have a story, we all have a testimony and there's nothing more powerful than the story of a changed life. I don't care how lame you think your story is. There's no lame stories that involve God.”[30:43] A Community That Shares the Good NewsPeople need each other. It's important to surround yourself with people who burn and fan the flames of your passion rather than putting it out.Pulse Ministry has a free training called Make Jesus Known. They also regularly plan events to gather community and find more people to help rediscover their faith.Nick wants to create a space he wishes was there for him in the past. This is a place where people can grow and tap into this passion together. We're not called to share our faith alone. You need people, peers, and mentors around you.[36:40] Nick's Biggest MiracleNick was raised with the belief that God's love had to be earned.Over time, he discovered and personally experienced God's unconditional love and the depth of their relationship, which led to the healing of his wounds and pain—a transformation he considers God's greatest miracle. The challenges and hardships he faced both in his personal life and ministry became integral to his journey, teaching him the importance of soul care and healing in partnership with God.As a leader, Nick embraces vulnerability, recognizing his own need for healing. He highlights the often solitary and silent struggles many church leaders face.[42:50] Overcoming Difficult TimesThe end of 2017 to the death of his sister early in 2020 was full of loss and crisis for Nick. It was a time when Nick felt like he was being broken down.Throughout these hardships, Nick encountered the profound kindness and love of God, learning that true success lies in faithfulness and obedience to God. He came to understand that suffering and hardship are essential for growth in godliness and humility.Nick observes that leaders often shy away from showing vulnerability, yet it's the negative emotions, pain, and mistakes that are part of being human. He found that people are often more connected to stories of struggle than to tales of victory, as these stories encourage openness and shared experiences.Remember that you are not alone. God is right there and it will get better. You need people who will give you hope and encouragement.[51:27] How to Share the Good News [52:59] Nick: “The goal of being and interacting with people isn't that they feel preached at. The goal isn't even that they hear every point of the Gospel. The goal is that they feel loved.” Too often, sharing the good news can feel like a sales pitch. However, the ultimate goal is to make the other person feel loved. The natural way to do this is to ask questions about their life. Check in on them and show that you see them and care about them. Then, you can offer to pray for them.Share your own story, your painful experiences, and more. This can show that you understand how they may feel. Inquire about their spiritual life and employ visual tools to describe what a relationship with God could look like for them.Nick embraced the "GOSPEL" acronym as a straightforward method to discuss Jesus. Discover this acronym and how it can facilitate sharing your faith by tuning into the complete episode.[01:02:37] The Opportunity to Share Your FaithNick earnestly prays for chances to share his faith, seeking divine guidance to recognize and seize moments to discuss God with others. He acknowledges the risk of being perceived as irrational but believes the potential for God to touch another's life far outweighs any personal judgment. For him, the reward of someone coming to know God justifies the risk.Sharing faith may not always feel instinctive, yet Nick emphasizes the importance of praying for courage and taking active steps to show compassion towards others.Nick reminds us that even those who may seem bothersome are individuals God desires to save and transform into His children, highlighting the universal scope of God's love and salvation plan.[01:07:45] Recognizing the Hope and Heaviness of 2023The consensus is that 2023 was a challenging year, marked by significant issues that added a sense of heaviness for many.Despite this, the light of hope and positivity has become more pronounced, with many seeking and yearning for this light as a source of salvation.Acknowledging the hardships of the past year doesn't negate the extraordinary hope we find in God.Nick aims to reassure and motivate everyone with the message that God is present and loves us unconditionally. Yet, embracing this love involves confession, seeking forgiveness, and turning towards God with open hearts.About NickNick is an Evangelist, the author of Reset, and the Founder and President of Pulse. As part of his mission and passion, he has preached the good news of the Gospel to millions of people worldwide. [07:27] Reagan: “We do not understand the things that the early church fathers understood, and that Jesus was trying to tell us.”[10:29] On the Origins of AngelsChasity talks about sons of God in the Old Testament and New Testament and who they were. Other contexts indicate that what we think are "angels" are actually "watchers" — entities meant to watch over humanity. The Nephilim are giants in some translations, but in others, they're the fallen angels.[16:08] The Days of NoahSome translations indicate that Noah was "pure", as in not evil. However, other sources show that Noah's purity was genetic purity — as his line was unmodified. There was supposedly an incursion on Earth 500 years before the Flood that tampered with human genes and corrupted the planet.Chasity thinks that we're re-approaching the level of wickedness that necessitated the Great Flood. The signs of Christ's coming will be in the sun, moon, and stars, and it will be as it was in the days of Noah.[22:12] The Motivations of DarknessThe fallen angels, according to the Book of Enoch, will receive no justice and no mercy.Since they will receive no mercy at the hands of God, they seek to make us sin as well. After being cast out of Heaven, the fallen also sinned against humanity — so we will be their judges. [23:19] Chasity: “These angelic principalities that transgressed as we're told in Jude, they transgressed the their first estate, their estate in heaven, and they came here, and they issued injustice upon humanity.”[25:44] Ancient Technology in the Modern WorldOnly one faction of angels came down to lust for human women. Another faction supposedly taught witchcraft and sorcery.Cush, son of Ham, found a stone tablet that contained the knowledge of the fallen angels.Chasity thinks that the modern-day medicine we use to cure illnesses comes from fallen angels.[32:31] Why We Need to KnowThe words, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" were also said by David in the Psalms.David was at the base of Mount Hermon, surrounded by bulls — but these bulls were not animals, but demons.Accessing dark knowledge gives evil entities a foothold in your soul, and the souls of your children through generational curses.[37:33] On This Rock I Will Build My ChurchThe rock that Jesus is talking about is Mount Hermon — the place where the fallen angels came to Earth.Chasity says that the name of the Greek god Pan is a corruption of the Hebrew name "Dan".Dan was cursed by Moses — and a representation of Dan is believed to be the Antichrist.Jesus' proclamation is made even more powerful when you realize that he was practically at the source point of evil on Earth.[41:54] Clinging to GodChasity acknowledges that taking in this knowledge can be exhausting. She thinks that God has given her the supernatural strength to continue her podcast and research without tiring. [43:43] Chasity: “There's so much division happening right now with politics, with religion, with nations with race, with gender, all these different topics that are happening right now where we are being divided, and conquered on all fronts.” We need to understand that our enemies are not flesh and blood, but evil itself.About ChasityChasity is the owner and host of the Ancient Conspiracies podcast, where she goes over the connections between history, Biblical text, and extra-Biblical writing to uncover knowledge about the world that most may not know exists.Join her to seek the truth on her website.Enjoyed this Episode? If you did, subscribe and share it with your friends!Post a review and share it! Where does evil come from? Why do paranormal forces affect us even if God is all powerful and always present? What does the Bible say about this and can extra-Biblical texts like the book of Enoch give Christians specific insight into these mysteries? In this episode of the Revelation Podcast, Chasity Jameson goes over her spiritual path — from forging a profound connection with God at the young age of five to walking a path to seek the truth[1] that has gone until today. Chasity describes for us what it means to seek the truth of the Bible as it relates to angels, demons and giants — and how that can give us an even deeper knowledge of the power of Christ! If you'd like to seek the truth for yourself, this episode is for you. Here are three reasons why you should listen to this episode:Discover how extra-biblical texts, like the Book of Enoch, can help you understand Scripture better.Learn how to seek the truth for yourself in a way that brings you closer to God.Understand the origins of evil in this world and how God's power is greater.Want to be part of what God is doing through the Revelations Podcast? Chasity didn't learn why while growing up.When Chasity was 13, the church's leadership changed. The new leader made sweeping changes, such as being allowed to eat bacon or celebrate holidays. These changes were faith-shattering for Chasity, leading her to find her own path and seek the truth. She wants others to go on a similar journey of truth-seeking for themselves.[07:55] How Chasity Found Jesus' SalvationChasity found Jesus at five years old.She had a dysfunctional family; fights were common, and she experienced the effects of domestic abuse. She used to hide in a closet during these fights — and that's how she knew she couldn't go it alone.Once, Chasity prayed to God in that closet and forged a deep, profound connection with Jesus.[11:27] Chasity's TestimonyChasity had a deep connection with God but started experiencing harmful paranormal experiences that she knew weren't divine in nature. She attributes this to a generational curse — her parents, grandparents, and ancestors all experienced similar things. The Church was no help because they always assumed that you did something pagan or unholy. Chasity claims she had done nothing to open a doorway to evil in her life.A woman prayed over her and spoke in tongues — but Chasity understood it. During this experience, her generational curse was broken.[19:31] Starting Ancient ConspiraciesChasity worked in ministry and met a friend with whom she would discuss Bible studies, podcasts, and conspiracy topics. They listened to a breakdown of the Book of Enoch, which gave her an answer to her questions surrounding the connection between evil and paranormal activity.Seeing so many different perspectives made Chasity think it would be fun to start a podcast around paranormal events throughout history.Chasity finds her topics on Ancient Conspiracies through her studies.[28:23] The Book of EnochThere are two Enochs in the Bible. The first is the son of Cain, while the other is descended from Seth — the godly lineage.Readers must be careful — Enoch, son of Cain, wrote very cultish knowledge, while Enoch, the descendant of Seth, was divine.Much of the book of Enoch references or is referenced by other passages in the Bible. The Book of Enoch covers much of the origins of evil in the world and the deep connections between human and angelic beings.[32:56] Working Against the FallenSeveral passages in the Bible and the Book of Enoch describe how fallen angels had spread their influence throughout the Earth. One of the most significant contradictions in the Bible is God's mercy versus the multiple genocidal actions God has taken. One hypothesis is that much of the world was already corrupted due to the influence of fallen angels and Nephilim.[41:07] Should We Trust the Book of Enoch? The physical writings of Enoch were destroyed, but what he wrote survived through oral tradition. The Essenes later compiled them along with the Dead Sea Scrolls. The Book of Enoch was later passed to the Ethiopian Church, which preserved it.Multiple writings indicate that ancient peoples may have considered the Book of Enoch canonical Scripture. It's important to remember that extra-Biblical texts provide additional perspective on the nature of God.About ChasityChasity is the owner and host of the Ancient Conspiracies podcast, where she goes over the connections between history, Biblical text, and extra-Biblical writing to uncover knowledge about the world that most may not know exists.Join her to seek the truth on her website.Enjoyed this Episode? If you did, subscribe and share it with your friends!Post a review and share it! It's to edify the Church and further the Kingdom.”[16:41] The Source of Spiritual GiftsWhen we place our faith in Jesus, the Holy Spirit comes to live within us and gives us a new perspective on everything. We also receive special abilities to use for the Kingdom.Every person is given a gift based on their faith.Lori believes that spiritual gifts empower us, and says that we are “weaponized” by Heaven.[25:49] Understanding Supernatural RevelationsLori describes “rhema words” — passages or words that you read that just jump out at you with their power.[27:07] Reagan: “It's sometimes in word of knowledge and information that the Lord wants us to pray about or think about.”According to Lori, God knows what you need and will send it to you.God will use anyone to send you His message.[30:04] Who Has Spiritual Gifts?Every believer has at least one spiritual gift. Examples include the parting of the Red Sea and Daniel being saved from lions.[42:05] Examples of Spiritual GiftsProphecy is just the ability to speak God's message and explain it. She enjoys counseling people about the truth of God's Word. That is where you can find freedom in your life.Eyes On The Right started when Amy first delved into conspiracy theories and made her first Instagram account. At that time, Amy had very conservative views politically. Now, she focuses on being biblically based and praying for the country's leaders. The "Right" part of the name is based on the Bible's symbolism of the right side.[08:38] How God Shifted Amy Back on the Right PathAmy grew up in a Christian home with a good family. However, during high school, she started down a path of rebellion away from God's plan for her.Through God's grace, she graduated, got a job, and began her career in teaching and ministry. However, Amy couldn't truly see the God-given blessings in her life and wasn't truly happy. She used alcohol to cope with the problems she faced. One day at the beach, she heard God's voice tell her to get up and go. Despite wanting to give up, Amy kept going until she got sober and let God renew her.Amy felt broken and hated her life. She thinks God pushed her back into the path He planned for her.[18:58] A Message For The StrugglingThe Enemy wants you alone, isolated, and struggling. However, that time will end, and you'll be able to move toward the life meant for you.[19:44] Amy: “But there comes a time when that ends and you need to get up and you need to start moving because you've got a life to live and God has a purpose for you. And those emotions and those feelings will catch up when you're obedient. God will get you there.”All you have to do is obey God and do what you can. Don't worry about the past or the future. Focus on today and keep your eyes on Him.God didn't create you to be a quitter. Don't give up.[21:25] How Amy Started Eyes On The RightEyes On The Right started when Amy's daughter encouraged her to create an Instagram page while getting sober. She started seeking “conspiracy theories,” patterns and truths hidden in the Bible. The first one she dived into was about biblical cosmology and the creation of Earth. As Amy dove deeper, she realized that there are many things in the world that Satan and his people use to manipulate others. Once you know this truth, you can see through these tricks and avoid falling for it. Amy chose to spread awareness about the Enemy's tricks to help others.[27:12] Reagan: “That's what the Enemy wants to do, steal, kill, and destroy our lives. And when we're aware of it, we can get our armor on and we can be protected from it as a fusion success.” [27:27] The Enemy In the Modern WorldYou need to be discerning and in a space where you can delve deeper into this truth. There has to be an internal conviction in Christ that can anchor us.There are secret societies like the Freemasons, the Templars, and more all over the world throughout biblical history. In today's world, many people in Hollywood continue to perpetuate the occult symbolism of secret societies. It was a way of mind control and idol worship for the public.Occult symbolism encourages the disobedience of God's word. It's visible in movies, concerts, and all over Hollywood and the nation.[32:09] Closing the Door On the EnemyThere are a lot of things happening that you can find on the internet, such as UFO sightings and secret projects. It's critical to be discerning about what's real and what isn't.One of these was the MK Ultra project, which focused on mind-controlling humans. These experiments were conducted on many people, including kids, prisoners, and more.At some level, everyone has been programmed and mind-controlled, which creates a door for the Enemy to come in and destroy our lives.[36:42] Amy: "Our society, and I'm sure many people listening can agree, has shifted dramatically. We are no longer discerning. We no longer are girded up and wise and, and sober-minded. We are the opposite of that."Many celebrities follow a pattern of starting as innocent and wholesome, then shifting slowly into occult symbolism. People who look up to them aren't aware of the shift and won't see the impact.[39:58] Choosing To Live Life From GodThe Enemy is holding you back from living the life God meant for you.We want to live a life that honors God and builds our relationship with Him. To do so, you must consistently do the work rather than only do what's convenient for you.Kids are more susceptible to occult symbolism. As the parent, it's up to you to be discerning and be aware to help protect them. Now that you know, do better.[44:08] The Scriptures as a FootholdAmy clings to the Scriptures as she lives her life. Many people may find them boring and difficult to read, but keeping an open mind is essential. She has recently finished reading Joshua and is currently studying Galatians.Verses from the Bible, especially Psalms and Proverbs, replenish Amy.[48:08] Amy's Plan Moving ForwardAmy feels like it's time to grow and nourish something new.Her focus is a niche. At the start, many people judged her work and the new information it brought forward. Amy simply stays patient. She wants to step away from symbolism and tie it back to God and the truth in His Word.About AmyAmy is an educator, counselor, speaker, and Bible teacher who helps others deepen their understanding of the Scripture. She is also the podcast host of Eyes On The Right, where she delves into and reveals the truth of secret societies, occult symbolism, Hollywood, and more in today's world. Many people have found hope, love, peace, and forgiveness in Jesus. It is His light that guides us through the darkness in our lives. However, there are still many out there who haven't come to have faith in God and Jesus. Despite this, Jesus has not forgotten them. As His believers, we have the opportunity to share with others the truth we found in Christ. In this episode of the Revelations Podcast, JoAnn Doyle joins us to discuss sharing Christ in the Middle East. JoAnn imparts inspiring stories of women who found faith in Christ and sought to share His light with the people around them.Join us to learn how we can bravely share the truth, even with those who seem so distant. Listen to this episode just for you! Here are three reasons why you should listen to this episode:Open your hearts to Muslims as you hear their struggles and stories.Be inspired to have faith in God and the truth of His Word..Learn how you, as a missionary, can bring Christ into the lives of those around you.ResourcesMore from the Revelations Podcast: Website | Instagram | Apple PodcastWomen Who Risk: Secret Agents for Jesus in the Muslim World by Tom and JoAnn Doyle: Amazon | WebsiteUncharted Ministries: Website | Not ForgottenHear more stories on I Found the TruthBible Verses:John 1:12 Chronicles 20John 8:32Romans 1:162 Timothy 2:9Episode Highlights[06:25] JoAnn's JourneyJoAnn was a quiet and shy child who grew up not knowing Jesus. She first heard the gospel at 16 after struggling with terrifying and evil dreams.JoAnn married Tom when she was 20. Together, God has taken them around the world to share the love of Christ.JoAnn: “He is the only one where we can come out of that darkness and into His glorious light. He can take a shy girl, a broken girl, and make her whole. That is what so many Muslim women feel. That they're back in the darkness, they're stuck in the shadows, they're broken, they have no voice. But they come to faith in Christ and he gives them a whole new paradigm shift.”[08:49] How JoAnn Found Jesus ChristIn the past, JoAnn felt an emptiness, praying to God to help her fill it. Afterward, she experienced multiple scary dreams. She learned of the gospel through a friend and accepted Jesus. From there, she came to have faith in God. Jesus became a light in the darkness. Many Muslims are battling demonic forces. Similarly, she realized her dreams were spiritual warfare. Through Christ, they can break free of their hold.[12:35] Their Calling to the Middle EastTom was a pastor before he was invited to lead bible tours in Israel. They heeded the call to work in the Middle East. The tragedy of 9/11 gave them the opportunity to reach out to struggling Muslims. Many Muslims experienced dreams and visions of Jesus. It is through these visions that they come to know Him as the Savior.Unfortunately, the Word of God is not prevalent in the Middle East. Illiteracy, access, and fear stop many Muslims from getting to know Christ.JoAnn: “He pursued each one of us so that we could have not only eternal life in the afterlife after we take our last breath here. But that we could have an abundant life with Him right now, here on Earth.”[17:30] Going Into the UnchartedThey answered God's call to go into places difficult to reach. They built churches and stood by the persecuted.Uncharted is the umbrella ministry, while Not Forgotten is the women's division. One day, JoAnn had a vision of Jesus calling her to reach out to Muslim women. These women's stories showed her the evils they've endured. One of the Muslim women she was talking to kept turning her head to the side. She learned it was because her husband had made her deaf in one ear. These women are not forgotten by God, nor are they forgotten by JoAnn. She hopes to share with them the light of Jesus.[23:07] Life in the Middle EastLife is especially difficult for women. At a young age, girls are taught that their fathers do not love them. Women do not have a voice and are often abused. In their culture, honor and shame affect their whole life and community. God has called women to be spiritual influences in their families. When these women come to have faith in God and Jesus, they can share the truth with their families.[30:25] About MuslimsMuslims believe Jesus is a prophet rather than the Son of God. They don't believe that He was resurrected after death.Their god, Allah, is not a god of love and forgiveness. Their laws don't include love, kindness, forgiveness, and others. Most Muslims have not read the Koran. Mostly, they learn about it during prayer.Practices and beliefs often differ depending on the country and the conservativeness of the family.[32:40] Leila's Story: Coming to Have Faith in GodThe stories in Women Who Risk are of real, ordinary women who experienced the extraordinary through God.Leila, one of the women JoAnn met, experienced abuse at the hands of the men in her family. Her family sought refuge in Syria, where she received an invitation to a Christian church. There, she experienced worship that brought her warmth and hope.Leila told the truth about how she felt and her difficulties as a Muslim woman. Many women experience feeling safety, peace, love, and wholeness in Jesus Christ.Reagan: “You can just ask Him, ‘Jesus, I want to stop going my own way. I'm not satisfied with my life. I want You to be the Lord of my life. And forgive me for my sins and not following You. It's time for me to follow You and be obedient to Your calling.''”[44:49] Kady and Amina's Story of Learning to Have Faith in GodKady was a religious Muslim who dreamed about Jesus. After her prayers were answered, Kady came to have faith in GodShe shares her experience with Amina and encouraged her to pray. That night, Jesus answers Amina's prayers.Together they attend an underground bible study that strengthened their faith.Despite the consequences of believing in Christ, they face the risk and share the gospel with others.[55:02] Bravely Sharing the Truth of ChristMany people lived desperate lives before meeting God. Now, they have a holy boldness that allows them to share their joy and hope with others. Many former Muslims become full of holy boldness through their transformation in Christ. The Holy Spirit works in our lives when we share the truth without shame. Hope and truth are the armor that God gives us. JoAnn: “It's a beautiful combination. Not being ashamed of the gospel, knowing that it's the power unto salvation, and then doing it in a way that's kind and loving. How do you say no to that?”[59:24] Your Prayers Can HelpThe COVID pandemic has prevented JoAnn and Tim from visiting the Middle East. Fortunately, Israel has opened their borders once again. You can pray for many divine opportunities to share the gospel. In the past, people used to pray for missionaries to reach difficult areas. Now, we are all missionaries, called to share the hope within us.When you see a Muslim woman, show them you see them. Don't be afraid to share with her that she is loved.Take the opportunity to develop a friendship with her. This way, you can bring Jesus into their lives.About JoAnnJoAnn Doyle is the president and founder of the Not Forgotten division of the Uncharted Ministries. Welcome Closers, In this solo episode, Jordan Muela dives into the critical concept of personal agency - the power each of us has to influence outcomes and events through our choices and actions. He explores how adopting a high agency mindset is key to achieving goals, overcoming obstacles, and creating the life you want.Topics Discussed: The difference between feeling you have agency vs. feeling like things are happening to you (00:00:45 - 00:01:42) Why believing you have agency is a choice and mental "exercise" (00:01:44 - 00:02:13) Where lack of agency shows up: conversations with team members, complaining vs solving problems (00:02:13 - 00:04:19) The importance of curiosity not judgment when faced with low agency attitudes (00:04:19 - 00:05:27) You always have a choice - even if it's difficult or painful in the moment (00:05:27 - 00:07:27) Getting clear on your vision to justify the price of agency (00:07:27 - 00:08:18) Daily practice of flexing your agency "muscle" (00:08:18 - 00:09:36) Resources:More episodes of The Profitable Property Management Podcast: https://www.youtube.com/@profitablepropertymanagementSubscribe on YouTube for more content:Don't miss future episodes - subscribe to Jordan's YouTube channel via the link above for more great content aimed at helping you build profitable systems in your business and life!

However, many people — even children — are experiencing hormone disruptions today.[03:37] Jackie: "It's really our practices, focusing on how the body was designed by God, and how can we work with it to really help that person heal through all stages of life."Jackie tries to help people return to what she believes is the body's "natural" state. She thinks that's what God intends for the human body. Her journey began when she went to Church, and the message was about procrastination. Jackie had been delaying trying to put her business together.According to Jackie, God placed her where she was. Hormonal imbalances can disrupt our sleeping patterns.[49:25] Reagan: “Once you realize, like, you know, my hormone levels are all over the place. I am going through perimenopause or menopause, then you have more peace about it.”All hormones work as messengers in the human body. Bioidentical hormones are almost exactly the same as natural ones, but synthetics aren't quite the same.[50:34] Finding Your Place Through GodYou might find your God-assigned place at any point in life. Some people find it in childhood. Jackie found it much later.Jackie believes God used Sunday church sessions to soften her heart. She went through multiple medical practices before finding the right place for her.About JackieJackie Tewes founded Flourish Medical + Wellness. Synopsis It was Mozart who wrote the first great piano concertos, with Beethoven, Brahms and others following suit in the 19th century. Closer to our own time, the tradition continues, with new contributions appearing each year. On today's date in 1986, it was the turn of American composer, Ellen Taaffe Zwilich, when her new piano concerto received its premiere by the Detroit Symphony with Marc-Andre Hamelin the soloist. “My piano concerto does not cast the pianist as the prototypical 19th-century hero battling the orchestral forces and triumphing through overwhelming virtuosity,” said Zwilich at the time. “My concerto calls for a blending of forces – a joint exploration of the piano soloist and orchestra. The pianist is even asked to merge with various sections of the rather large orchestra at times.” “To me,” continued Zwilich, “a part of the nobility of the piano is that it can change its color, chameleon-like without losing its special identity … One composer treats the piano as a percussion instrument, another as a singer… Certainly the vast and wonderful piano repertoire explores this remarkable range. And the world of composer-pianists is large enough to embrace Serge Rachmaninoff and Art Tatum.” Music Played in Today's Program Ellen Taaffe Zwilich (b. 1939) Piano Concerto Joseph Kalichstein, piano; Florida State Orchestra; Michael Stern, Koch 7537 On This Day Births 1747 - Bohemian composer Leopold Kozeluh, (Kotzeluch) in Welwearn; He was the cousin of Johann (Jan) Antonín Kozeluh, who was also a composer; 1928 - American composer Jacob Druckman, in Philadelphia; Premieres 1870 - Wagner: opera "Die Walküre" (The Valkyrie), in Munich at the Hoftheater, with Franz Wüllner conducting; The opera was performed at the Bavarian King Ludwig II's request, but against the composer's wishes; 1912 - Mahler: Symphony No. 9, by Vienna Philharmonic, Bruno Walter conducting; 1986 - Zwilich: Piano Concerto, by the Detroit Symphony with Günther Herbig conducting and soloist Marc-André Hamelin; 2000 - Robert Kapilow: "DC Monuments," by the National Symphony; Others 1788 - Mozart finishes his Symphony No. 39 in E-flat, K.543 in Vienna. He also discussed the realities of demonic influences, as well as how the Lord's presence offers redemption and true freedom. Sammy: “We know that when the gospel of Jesus Christ goes out, it goes out to bring salvation, but also healing and deliverance. That's the mission of Jesus.”[21:02] On Evangelism, Healing, and Deliverance Reagan: “I think that's the missing link sometimes. Evangelism, healing, and deliverance go together.”Believers need to carry God's mission forward. When the gospel is preached, we set captives free from demons and heal the sick.[24:02] Casting Demons Away People might be possessed by demons without being aware of it.Occult practices can give the devil access and control over a person's flesh.God initially granted humanity authority over the Earth. However, through Adam and Eve's fall, this authority was relinquished to Satan. When we receive Christ, our allegiance shifts, and the demon no longer has legal authority over us.[33:50] Light and Darkness There is no middle ground; we must choose to be fully in the light or in the darkness.False churches claim to walk in between, yet this is impossible.Deliverance is essential and ought to be welcomed. Sammy: “Those that will claim that they are walking in between, you cannot. You're either in the light or in the darkness. As Jesus says, you're either hot or cold. You can't be lukewarm, I'll spew you out.”[36:46] Generational Curses If we want to fully experience God's grace in our lives and have an impact on others, we must identify and renounce generational hindrances. Generational curses are real and require intentional prayer and renunciation. We experience the eternal and present consequences of walking in God's freedom when we embrace the fullness of His might and break free from entanglements.[39:30] On Demonic InfluenceChristians cannot be owned by demonic influences but can be influenced or oppressed by them.Satan attempted to influence and manipulate Jesus throughout His ministry.Even Church leaders may be demonized, leading to actions that contradict God's will.Satan exploits our fleshly desires, thus emphasizing the importance of living by the Spirit to avoid giving room for demonic influence.[45:12] Completing The Book of ActsThe book of Acts is a continuation of God's work through the body of Christ, and it is still ongoing today.Believers are called to walk in the fullness of God's power until Jesus returns. The power and manifestation of God's work through the Church and believers are present and active in the world today.[51:40] Training Christians to Cast Away DemonsConfronting the demons requires wisdom and discernment. Not every instance requires immediate engagement.Deliverance from demonic influence is by invitation; It is important to discern the readiness and openness of people.Sharing the gospel and leading someone to Christ can grant authority to drive out evil and bring people freedom and joy.[58:07] On Sharing the GospelSharing the gospel is a lifestyle and should be integrated into our daily interactions.Bible studies provide an opportunity to bring individuals closer to Jesus Christ and should not be missed.Politeness should not prevent us from offering people the opportunity to give their lives to Christ.Seizing every opportunity to share the gospel helps others come to Christ and protects them from spiritual dangers.Planting seeds of truth paves the way for future opportunities to bring others closer to the Lord.[01:00:48] Demons are Always PresentDemons are constantly active and work through cultural expressions and channels.Satan wants people to think he doesn't exist, operating incognito to cause devastation. Many issues attributed to medical or psychological origins may have demonic roots that require prayer and spiritual intervention.Deliverances and healings in Africa revealed the connection between demonic influence and physical ailments, emphasizing the need for spiritual discernment.[01:08:19] Lean on God's PowerThe Holy Spirit dwells within us and can bring healing to our physical bodies.Healing extends beyond physical diseases, including emotional, mental, and spiritual renewal. Testimonies of healing serve as powerful reminders of God's faithfulness and encourage us to seek His healing touch in our lives.[01:10:40] Starting God's Mission Recognize the burning passion in your heart as a sign from the Holy Spirit.Spend time with the Lord, seek His guidance and fill yourself with the power of the Holy Spirit.Be passionate in proclaiming the gospel and His authority in every situation.Approach your church with humility and wisdom, converse with your pastor and respect their authority while sharing Lord's promptings.[01:14:35] Sammy's Book on Deliverance His ministry focuses on evangelistic outreach and regularly conducts training sessions.Sammy has been reading numerous books and is currently working on writing a comprehensive guide on deliverance. The manifestations and deliverance experienced during his campaigns highlight the power of God to expel demonic influences and bring salvation, deliverance, and grace to people's lives.[01:16:33] Biggest Miracle in Sammy's Ministry The greatest miracle is experiencing salvation and encountering the saving grace of Jesus Christ.Sammy's ministry emphasizes the importance of encountering Jesus rather than focusing purely on healing and deliverance. His ministry cherishes the powerful moments when God's work is manifested in people's lives.About Sammy WanyonyiExperienced World Missionary Leader Sammy Wanyonyi has a burning desire to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. "How do I fill the hole in my heart?" This is a question that people ask themselves but search for it in all the wrong places. In a world full of empty promises, depression, anxiety, fear and suicide only Jesus can fill that emptiness and bring true healing and transformation. On this episode of The Revelations Podcast, we are joined by Gen Z Bryce Crawford, who had a transformative encounter with Jesus at a Waffle House. After hearing a man's story about a loveless relationship, Bryce experienced God's revelation[1] about his own relationship with Him. This revelation led Bryce to dive deeper into his faith and start sharing meaty biblical teachings on social media and now has thousands following him to learn more about Jesus. We also talked about the house churches in LA and how pivotal moments of God's revelation can happen at the dinner table. Bryce shares his personal experiences with Jesus and emphasizes the importance of prioritizing intimacy with Him to reduce insecurity and offense towards others. We also discuss the need for different types of people to spread the message of Jesus and how love is the greatest form of evangelism. If you are in your own personal search for your faith and how you can start a true relationship with God, this episode is for you. Here are three reasons why you should listen to this episode:Understand the importance of inviting Jesus into every aspect of your life, however mundane or insignificant it may seem.Discover the power of experiencing Jesus for oneself, rather than just knowing about Him theoretically or through other people's stories.Learn about the danger of relying on external sources for validation or satisfaction, rather than seeking fulfillment through a personal relationship with God.ResourcesMore from the Revelations Podcast: Website | Instagram | Apple PodcastConnect with Bryce Crawford: Instagram | Tiktok | SnapchatPulse MovementSystematic Theology by Wayne GrudemBible VersesPsalm 91-107James 5:17Psalm 139Luke 241 Corinthians 13:5This Episode is brought to you by Advanced Medicine AlternativesGet back to the active life you love through natural & regenerative musculoskeletal healing: https://www.georgekramermd.com/Episode Highlights[4:41] Why did Bryce choose to become a Christian?Bryce's decision to become a Christian was the result of a personal journey and realization that the things he was trying to fill the hole in his heart with could not provide him with the peace, joy, and fulfillment that he was seeking. He rejected other religions that require working for salvation because he saw that he couldn't even fill the hole in his heart without help. Bryce's family saw him as the Christian member of the family, but he didn't fully embrace Christianity until a later age when he had his own personal revelation and encounter with Jesus. This made him realize that only through a relationship with Jesus can he receive salvation, renewal, and a sense of purpose.[11:25] God's Revelation at Waffle HouseA man at Waffle House who Bryce shared a meal, confided in him about his divorce. The man loves his wife but feels like she doesn't love him backAs the man poured out his heart, Bryce felt a revelation from God that he had been treating Him similarly to the man's relationship with his wife. Bryce had been neglecting his relationship with God and failing to notice the little things He did in his life.Bryce was deeply moved by the man's words and realized that he too needed to invite God into every aspect of his life and totally surrender to him.Listened to the full episode to be inspired by Bryce's revelation.[12:34] "There's no growth in a relationship if the love isn't mutual." — Bryce Crawford [15:14] How God reveals himself to Gen Z PeopleYounger people are getting involved in negative things earlier, which may cause them to seek God sooner out of desperation. Bryce believes that sharing meaty biblical teachings with simplified explanations can help reach younger people on social media. Listen to the full episode to learn more about the stories of young people encountering Jesus and how their lives are changing.God can reveal Himself to the Gen Z population through personal experiences and encounters with God.[21:32] "I believe that every morning when I wake up, as my eyes are opening, Jesus is at the end of my bed. Uh oh, he's waking up. He's waking up. And then I get up, and he's like, yes, he's woken up. Bryce, you're awake? I can't wait to spend this day with you." — Bryce Crawford[25:15] How to break down scripture in a simplified wayStart with the context: Before diving into a specific passage or verse, it's important to provide some context about the book or chapter it's from. This can help the listener understand the overall message or theme.Use real-life examples: Try to illustrate the lesson or teaching with an example from everyday life. This can help make the message relatable and applicable.Keep it concise: Avoid getting too deep into theological discussions or complex language. Stick to the key points and keep it short and simple.Bring it back to Jesus: Always remember to tie the message back to Jesus and the Gospel. Help the listener understand how the specific passage or teaching relates to their relationship with God.[26:59] "I don't have to prove myself to anyone. I can just be myself. People are going to understand me for me." — Bryce Crawford[44:50] Love Keeps No Record of WrongWhen we love someone, we don't hold their past mistakes against them. Instead, we forgive them and give them a fresh start. This applies not only to our relationships with other people, but also to our relationship with God.Bryce explained that sometimes we hold onto past mistakes and allow them to define us, leading to feelings of shame and guilt. However, when we understand that love keeps no record of wrong, we can let go of those negative feelings and learn to see ourselves and others through the eyes of love. It's also important to extend this same grace and forgiveness to others, even when we feel wronged or hurt by them. Through love, we can find healing and restoration in our relationships, both with others and with God.Overall, the idea of love keeping no record of wrong is a powerful reminder of the transformative power of love and forgiveness. By embracing this concept in our lives, we can free ourselves and others from the burden of past mistakes and move towards a future full of hope and joy.[57:02] "If I can hit my knees and pray for my friend or my loved one before I approach them, what can I do? If you're going to see them on a daily basis, love them. Love the snot out of them." — Bryce Crawford[58:53] How should you approach the Lord?Approaching the Lord should be done with intentionality and an open heart. It's important to prioritize intimacy with Jesus by spending time daily in prayer and reading the Bible. When approaching the Lord, it's important to be honest, vulnerable, and willing to listen to His voice. Inviting Jesus into every aspect of your life and seeking His guidance in decision-making can also deepen your relationship with Him. Remember that Jesus is always waiting for you with open arms, excited to spend time with you. So approach Him with confidence, knowing that He wants to be a part of your life.About Bryce CrawfordBryce Crawford is a young evangelist who was selected to participate in Pulse 100, a ministry program that trains up-and-coming evangelists. In today's world we face pain and illness all around us. We face the risk of different diseases that can impact our lives. Now, more than ever, taking care of ourselves is essential. Through God's guidance, we can find healing and protection from disease for our mind, body, and spirit. He has given us the ability to become healthy and stay strong through faith, prevention, and nature's medicine.[1]God's Word and natural medicine can help us tap into this God-given ability to heal our mind, body, and spirit. In this episode of the Revelations Podcast, Dr. George Kramer shares his experience using natural medicine, prayer and the Word of God. We dig into the roots of medicine and talk about the role of spiritual medicine in illness and healing and dive into what Scripture says about our health and treatment. Dr. George also shares his advice to help us start caring for ourselves with natural and regenerative medicine.Join us in this conversation to learn more about what the Holy Bible says about health and God's role as our healer. Here are three reasons why you should listen to this episode:Discover how to use nature's medicine to heal and prevent illnesses.Understand more about God's Word as we dive into the scriptures about health and healing.Take an active role in your health with the simple things you can do to care for yourself.ResourcesMore from the Revelations Podcast: Website | Instagram | Apple PodcastLearn about Dr. George Kramer and his practice on his websiteHidden Bible Health Secrets by Reginald Cherry, M.D.Bible Verses:1 John 1:9Proverbs 17:22Exodus 15:26Proverbs 4: 20-22Proverbs 14:30Jeremiah 17:14Deuteronomy 28Deuteronomy 30:193 John 1:2This Episode is brought to you by Advanced Medicine AlternativesGet back to the active life you love through natural & regenerative musculoskeletal healing: https://www.georgekramermd.com/Episode Highlights[03:35] A Healthy Spirit, Mind, and BodyDisease is unease, strife, and struggle. The Scripture says that a crushed spirit dries up the bone. Dr. Kramer explains how a crushed spirit can dry the bone marrow and affect the immune system. There needs to be a holistic approach to health. Our spiritual and emotional health affects our physical body. The Bible has directions on how to treat our body, mind, and spirit. The body is the temple of the Holy Spirit; we need to take care of it.Taking care of your body can mean a healthy diet and avoiding toxins in your mind, body, and spirit.[08:06] The History of MedicineMedical school started in Europe in the 15th or 16th century. Hippocrates is the Father of Medicine. He separated medicine from philosophy, but still called on gods for healing.During the 19th and 20th centuries, Western medicine separated God from medicine. We've recently begun to look at the spiritual roots of illnesses. For Israelites and Hebrew, healing was in the hands of God. Doctors are helpers who administer treatment while God heals.[12:41] Choosing Nature's MedicineThere were already different forms of natural healing in early medicine. Different civilizations used nature's medicine: plants, herbs, and diets.Natural medicine or naturopathy doctors use natural techniques, diets, and supplements to encourage natural healing. While Western medicine has many techniques and medicines that are lifesaving, simply taking care of oneself shouldn't be excluded. The drug industry has taken over the country10.George: “[Pills are] adulterating your body's function rather than stimulating to heal itself, which is a natural medicine way. And God commands us to take care of ourselves naturally.”Unfortunately, drugs are often advertised and encouraged in the U.S. Pharmaceutical medicines have many side effects that might lead to more sickness.[20:00] Preventative MedicineNowadays, preventative medicine has become a specialty. Unfortunately, it still focuses more on pharmaceuticals rather than lifestyle changes.Only a few doctors are educated about this and don't have the time to educate others as well.People often expect prescriptions for treatment. People prefer pills to get better right away instead of changing their lifestyles to prevent disease. It's best to talk to a doctor to find out what we can best do for ourselves. A naturopath consultant can advise on ways to lessen the number of drugs we might need to take.We must actively choose and try to use nature's medicine. A healthy life is worth investing our time, money, and energy in.[23:15] God's Words of HealingRaegan shares how she prefers working with a Christian doctor who understands God.There was a time when she had an atheist physician, and they prayed together for him. God may want us to share Jesus with others who are helping us.The Word of God can help us understand what, why, and how we can heal.God's words are life and healing.[26:19] Heal the Mind to Heal the BodyOur psychological and emotional state can affect the body. Envy, jealousy, bitterness, unforgiveness, trauma, and woundedness can lead to illness. These emotions can be the root of disease. We must stay healthy and care for ourselves physically, emotionally, and mentally. We can do this by knowing the Word, getting social support, and working on our psychological wounds to allow healing.[30:08] God's Paths for HealingIn the Old Testament, God asks for our obedience for His healing and protection from disease. We have a responsibility to understand how God wants us to live.Reagan: “We can live in freedom in that, but also know that we are living in spirit and truth and following the spirit and how he wants us to live. And that brings blessing and that brings healing.”God can provide healing in many different ways. We can use the natural things God gave us and follow practices from the Old Testament to stay healthy. Some Christians who pray for healing receive it, while others can take a slower healing path. God calls on us to take an active role in our healing. In the Bible, Jesus doesn't always heal people right away. He uses natural things and instructs them on treating and caring for themselves.[35:53] Simple Ways to Help OurselvesGod has taught George about healing and taking care of people. He has been able to see the miracle of people's recoveries. One simple way we can help ourselves is by taking Vitamin D supplements. Supplements can help prevent different diseases and support our various organ systems.Low Vitamin D levels can even cause some chronic pain. We need optimal nutrition. It's essential to do everything we can to get what we want. We can't just rely on prayer.[43:44] Different Types of MedicinesTraditional Western medicine or allopathic medicine is disease-oriented. It focuses on identifying the disease before treating it.Natural medicine or naturopathy looks at the balance in the person. It aims to correct the imbalance and optimize the body to heal itself naturally.George: “Our bodies are designed by God to heal if given the right tools and the right situation and the right environment and support.”Alternative medicine includes different techniques from various cultures and traditions. Subgroups include acupuncture, reiki healing, and shamanism.Integrative medicine integrates the different types of medicine. Vitamins, meditation, and others can support modern medical treatment.George uses more natural musculoskeletal medicine to stimulate the body for long-term healing. [49:23] How to Choose LifeGod tells us to choose life. Jesus came down on Earth so that we live our lives fully. The first step is to listen to God's Word and choose to follow Him.The second thing is to learn how to treat our bodies as the temple of the Holy Spirit. We must care for our heart, mind, body, and spirit. It can be a long process. We need to put in the effort and stay healthy continuously. We can only expect progress if we act.Disease can be caused by getting too much of what we don't need and not enough of what we do need.[53:35] Integrating Prayer in Medical PracticeIn the Scripture, John prays for his friends to enjoy good health and for the soul to get along well. Many people have good health but don't enjoy it. They don't realize what they have until they lose it.George encourages those with good health to enjoy their good health. He prays with them if they want to. Prayer gives glory to God and calls upon His healing. It also encourages people to pray for themselves and can awaken their faith.About Dr. George KramerDr. George Kramer is a doctor practicing musculoskeletal medicine and is board certified in physical medicine, rehabilitation, and pain medicine. He has been practicing medicine since 1985 and helps his patients return to an active lifestyle. Networking: you either love it or you hate it. But is it really a necessary skill?Joe Sweeney thinks so. In fact, he's built a career around coaching others on the power of networking. Through his insights, entrepreneurs have built successful businesses, individuals have achieved their career goals, and professional athletes have multiplied their reach. We sat down with the New York Times best-selling author, executive coach and speaker to understand networking - what it is, what it isn't, and how educators, students and employers can build their networks and achieve their goals. In this episode:Why so many people hate networking - and the one perspective shift that will change your mindThe four-step process to building relationshipsHow to make asking fun (and how this technique got Bob Costas to come to Milwaukee)What educators should say when asking employers to support their programWhat students need to know before they start networkingAnd much more! Don't forget to check out the resources at the bottom of this page for more from Joe Sweeney.3 Big Takeaways from this episode:The #1 success tool in business? Relationships. Forget what you know about networking (the pressure to give away all your business cards or collect as many as possible...). Joe shares a single perspective shift around what networking truly is. Once you understand the purpose of networking, you'll build stronger, more valuable connections that will bring you success in life and work. The four-step process to networking: You'll have to listen to the episode to hear the four steps, but remember this: the process is simple, but it's not easy. There will certainly be roadblocks and challenges in the way, but Joe shares some examples on how to work through them using the four steps.Educators, ask yourself: what's in it for the employer? When building vital education-industry partnerships, often each party is primarily concerned with their own needs. Instead, approach the partnership by seeking to understand what the other will get out of it. Educators - if you need support from employers, make it clear what they will get in return.ResourcesMore about the Bob Costas and Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame story: https://onmilwaukee.com/articles/1995sportshallTo learn more about Joe Sweeney, visit his website: https://joesweeney.com/Networking Is a Contact Sport (Amazon)Moving the Needle (Amazon)After Further Review (Amazon)A Light Shines Through Us (Amazon)Connect with Joe Sweeney on social media:Twitter | LinkedIn | FacebookEpisode page: https://techedpodcast.com/sweeney/Instagram - Facebook - YouTube - TikTok - Twitter - LinkedIn

This pain could stem from a sense of unworthiness rooted in their sinful nature or simply from not knowing how to find inner peace and solace. We learn about Ross's Jewish roots and his journey to Christianity, his belief in the importance of God's unconditional love, and his approach to integrating faith into his clinical practice.Tune in to gain insight into the power of faith and love to transform lives and become a beacon of hope for others. Here are three reasons why you should listen to this episode:Learn the meaning of God's unconditional love.Discover why Ross accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior.Understand how to dispense love and truth.Support this podcast. That made a big impact on him.Ross [03:28]: “People just don't understand how passionately in love God is for them.”[04:00] Living God's Unconditional Love and TruthAll God wants to do is bless us and encourage us to live a life of love and truth. As long as his motivation is God's unconditional love and what he says is the truth, Ross is doing the will of the Lord.Once you compromise the truth, your motivation is not in not the interest of the other person.[05:11] Passion for God and HumanityRoss's faith in God fuels his passion for helping others. He believes that God is deeply invested in the lives of all people, desiring for everyone to join him for eternity. The divine love story begins with Abraham and the Jewish people and will ultimately be fulfilled in Israel.Ross takes the re-establishment of Israel as a nation in 1948 and the continued existence of the Jewish people as evidence of God's presence and plan.Despite numerous attempts throughout history to eradicate the Jews, they remain a vital part of the world. Ross thinks that Jewish resilience proves the existence of God and the truth of the Bible.[08:26] Jewish Roots and Christian FaithGrowing up in a Jewish family, Ross appreciates his upbringing. He still considers himself a devout Jew, even though he is a Christian.Ross' faith in Jesus as the Messiah is an integral part of his spiritual journey.Ross never doubted the stories of the Bible, and when he began to explore the New Testament, he realized its Jewish roots and historical accuracy.[12:13] A Year-Long QuestRoss spent a year researching the New and Old Testaments, trying to determine if Jesus was the Messiah.Ross consulted with his rabbi and examined Genesis in detail. At the age of 23, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior. As he delved into the Old Testament, he found that the doctrines taught in his Bible study group aligned with the teachings of the Old Testament. The teachings of Jesus, Paul, Peter, and James, among others, were directed toward the Jewish people. This understanding helped solidify his belief in the authenticity and accuracy of both the Old and New Testaments.[18:30] The Influence of Jesus' TeachingsRoss was deeply moved by a chapter in “More Than a Carpenter” that argued that Jesus was more than just a good person.Jesus was either a 'looney tune-y,' or He was who He claimed to be—the Son of God.The disciples must have witnessed the risen Jesus to have such unwavering faith. They were ordinary people who changed the world. All Jesus' disciples, except John, suffered painful deaths. Ross then talks about the gruesome deaths suffered by the disciples, except John.Ross thinks the only reason the disciples would be willing to die for their faith is that they had witnessed Jesus' resurrection.[22:43] Moment of CommitmentIn September 1985, Ross found himself alone and decided to fully commit to his faith. He acknowledged his sinful nature and believed that Jesus had died for him.Ross asked for help to live a life that honored God and the Bible. He was once fearful of death but was now at peace.Ross considered the three possible outcomes after death: non-existence, eternal life with God, or eternal separation from God in Hell.Ross' most important goal was to ensure he would go to heaven. He encourages others to pray for guidance and truth, as he has done since the age of 17.[27:05] Lives Transformed by FaithTrue forgiveness for sin comes through the ultimate blood sacrifice — that of God's only begotten son, the exact representation of the Father. He, a former Jew, and his fiancée, who used to be Episcopalian, became Christians. Their shared faith helped strengthen their relationship. In 1994, the couple established a charity clinic in rural Illinois. Ross received revelations that led him to explore the effects of modern technology on human health.Ross has shared his findings on the clinic's YouTube channel as an exercise physiologist. He focuses on addressing the physical effects of using screens.[34:18] God's Unconditional LoveRoss emphasizes that Christianity is about belief, not actions.Ross [34:24]: “The hardest thing to understand is unconditional love.”Unconditional love means that one's standing before God is not dependent on their deeds but on Jesus's sacrifice on the cross. This realization allowed Ross to let go of the burden of people-pleasing. He instead prioritizes dispensing love and truth, no matter the circumstances. He believes that a successful life is marked by an increase in God's unconditional love, not material gains or popularity.[34:18] Seeing the Bigger PictureLearn to be comfortable in silence. Silence will allow individuals to focus on the divine presence. He recommended that couples share their daily experiences with God by discussing the amazing things that happened throughout the day. This approach helps to put life's challenges into perspective, allowing them to focus on the bigger picture. We should always prioritize advancing the Kingdom of God.[39:45] Celebrating the Good ThingsReagan [41:09]: “We take all this guilt and shame on us and its condemnation when 50 other things could have been absolutely amazing that day. We could have been able to encourage someone through prayer at the grocery store.”Rather than focusing on negativity, Ross encourages people to celebrate and derive an emotional charge from the good things in life.Humility is about aligning your opinion of yourself with God's. This approach can lead to a more fulfilling and purposeful life.[43:15] Freedom from Rituals and Following the Holy SpiritWhen Ross accepted Jesus Christ, he understood that God's forgiveness meant his sins were covered and forgotten.God forgives him, but he must still address the consequences of his actions on Earth, such as apologizing to others.Around a decade ago, he did away with Christian rituals. He found freedom in asking God what he wanted him to do daily.Ross sought to follow the Holy Spirit wherever it led, ultimately desiring to encourage others to trust God and live powerful, loving lives.[45:53] Integrating Faith into PracticeRoss prays over his patient list, seeking divine guidance for each person. He does not impose his faith on his patients but strives to ensure that they feel loved and cared for. While people may reject certain beliefs or ideas, they will never reject love.Jesus did not explicitly command people to attend church, but doing so can serve important purposes. The Church reminds us that we are all beloved children of God, promotes family values, and offers a supportive community during challenging times.[51:57] Struggles with Faith and FamilyRoss' family initially reacted negatively when he started following Jesus. However, over time, his parents began to see the hand of the Lord in his and his wife's lives. His family's love for his gentile wife grew, and they began embracing her as their daughter. As more family members converted to Christianity, God continued to work on their hearts, and Ross was grateful for the positive changes he witnessed.[53:31] A Life in Service and HealingRoss did not feel a specific calling to share the gospel with Jewish people.Instead, he felt God called him to be a healer and a light in the field of regenerative medicine. He started the Journal of Prolotherapy and has made significant contributions to the understanding and treatment of various diseases.[56:16] Belief and Faithfulness as Key VirtuesGod isn't impressed by material possessions or popularity but by the faithfulness of those who believe in His word.According to Ross, people with true belief will naturally demonstrate their faith. The most important thing God wants from people is to believe in His Word. Many people often struggle with hopelessness and despair because they don't understand God's unconditional love.He recommends the book “The Missing Commandment: Love Yourself” to help people learn to love themselves as God loves them.[1:02:02] Care DeficiencyRoss started looking into people's eyes while conversing. The undivided attention facilitated deeper connections. This presence allowed others to feel truly seen and heard, often leading to intimate conversations about matters beyond the superficial. There is a care deficiency in today's society. Many people lack someone who genuinely cares for them, including a physician.Know that someone cares for us. God's unconditional love is universal. Ross expresses that the gift of salvation only requires faith and acceptance.[1:03:42] Prayer for Love and EncouragementRoss closes the conversation with a heartfelt prayer for the listeners and Reagan. He prayed for everyone watching the video, hoping the message would encourage their faith and remind them of their status as beloved sons and daughters of God.He prayed for strength in marriages, growth in faith, and for the seeds planted during the podcast to bear fruit. Finally, Ross asks for hope and help for those feeling helpless or hopeless, asking that more people be able to hear God's voice in their lives.About Ross HauserDr. Ross Hauser is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician. He has been specializing in Prolotherapy (Regenerative Injection Therapy) since 1993. His expertise covers various treatments, such as dextrose prolotherapy, PRP therapy, and Stem Cell therapy. However, his devotion to healing goes beyond just the physical. His mother was a professional musician, and his father was a pastor. He was enamored with music and loved God's work. He nurtured these interests as he grew up, joining band and starting a bible study at school. In college, Ben studied music. He truly enjoyed it and fell in love. However, he also wanted to share God's Word and make music for a purpose. Thus, he started Citizen Way and did music ministry.Over the years, Ben decided to be with his family at home. They chose to follow the five Fs: faith in Jesus, family, food, friends, and fun.[12:27] How Alison Got to Know JesusAlison came to know the Lord at through her friends at massage school. She saw the peace and joy her friend had in her faith.During a Bible study, she learned that being a Christian meant Jesus loved her personally. This changed the course of her life.Later on, Alison attended a private Bible college and met Ben. Everything followed when she started knowing Jesus.Ben and Alison went through a deep loss when Alison had a miscarriage. This tragic experience encouraged them to move. They were able to achieve all they had set out to do. They built their little kingdom despite all they've lost.[17:55] Sharing God's Word with FamilyBen and Alison have been married for almost 20 years with 2 teenagers and a 3-year-old toddler. After the traumatic miscarriage, Alison looked for a community to lean on when she should have been clinging to God's Word. Her children became her community. They had deep conversations and often talked about faith and spirituality.Homeschooling their children became a way to have these deep conversations. In the past, Alison was more self-focused. It was a big shift for her to focus on God's Word and the spiritual growth of their children.[24:44] Surrendering and Trusting GodAlison had a lot of fear and anxiety. The miscarriage helped her realize she was finding safety in the wrong places. She decided to try again and trust in God. No matter the outcome, she knew He would always walk with her.Alison [25:37]: “God isn't just good because good things happen in our lives. He's good regardless.”It's easier, more peaceful, and beneficial to surrender to God. Let go of the fear and trust that God will do the best thing for you.If the pregnancy didn't come through, then they trusted the Lord to make something great out of it.They pray that their baby grows up to love God's work and her family.[29:47] God ProvidesGod is the provider of all things. It's not just material things; He also provides the reasons and the story.Stop running around trying to figure out what to do with your life. You are part of God's plan. It's important to surround yourself with people who will redirect you to God's truth. You have two options in life: the way of life or the way of death. Using the gift of wisdom, make decisions that lead you to life.Reagan [35:43]: “Even though we go through really hard and traumatic things, when you find your way, and you find the truth tellers in your life, and you read the truth of God's word, it is literally the only thing that can sustain us.”[36:52] The Importance of Knowing God's WordNowadays, the Church often perpetuates a focus on self-help. God's Word should guide biblical counseling.Their eldest daughter had recently been going to self-focused Christian counseling. However, she started feeling better once she focused on God's Word. You can address the symptoms, but it's God's Word that gets you to the root cause. Otherwise, the cycle of deception continues. Those who know God find calm and peace.[44:09] Facing Spiritual Warfare with God's WordYou can be a Christian without knowing God's Word or following Jesus.Studying the Bible can make a difference in your life. A personal small Bible study can guide you and allow you to learn from people who may know more. When he was younger, Ben experienced spiritual warfare through nightmares. These prevented him from calling Jesus' name. This was spiritual warfare he could only address through spiritual powers. Understanding God's Word can give you this power.Listen to the full episode to find out what Ben and Alison share about spiritual warfare and the Bible.Ben [52:08]: “I think that's one of the things that's wonderful about God's Word. He will be faithful to help you figure that stuff out.”[01:01:22] Speaking with God through His WordStarting to study and understand the supernatural in the Bible can be intense.Studying God's Word can help you understand and identify what truly lines up with Him. It can also help you understand where you need to go in life.If you think God isn't speaking to you, remember that He has always spoken to you through His Word.Sometimes God can speak directly to you. Alison felt fear during her pregnancy, but she trusted God and heard Him speak to her.[01:06:36] Passing Faith to Your ChildrenIt's important to work together with your children.Try to be less distracted. Be available to talk with your kids whenever they want to talk about the spiritual. The distractions have to go. That's one of the reasons Ben and Alison homeschooled their children.Less is more. Less allows for more opportunities for the things that matter.Their children could see them engage with God's Word. They can talk about it with each other.[01:10:23] Advice from the CalhounsOne motto of another artist is faith, family, and freedom. Sticking to these simple things can guide you.Don't forget to give to God's work. Whenever the Calhouns have a big financial decision, they choose to give more and trust the Lord to work it out.Find something worth fighting for — it can bring you a lot of life.Alison operates with the end in mind. Invest in your own flesh and blood; they will receive your legacy.Be careful of power and influence. Instead, put your faith and family first.About Ben and AlisonBen and Alison Calhoun have been walking in music and ministry for a long time. They've been married for almost 20 years and are raising four wonderful children in faith. Even in our deepest darkness, we can ask God, through the Holy Spirit for help. If we seek Him, we shall find. One of the first steps we can take to seek God and healing is through reconciliation ministry. In those gatherings, we can experience Jesus and feel the touch of the Holy Spirit.
