A taut Game 3 ended with a Yankees victory, as Jazz Chisholm Jr. just beat the tag at home at the bottom of the 8th. Mike Francesa breaks down the action.
And just like that the first World Championship is wrapped up! Marc Marquez clinched his 9th World Championship at the Japanese GP over the weekend. Marc placed second in both the Sprint and the GP to none pother than a resurgent Pecco! The Moto3 race was neutered a little bit by a weird but brief sigh rain that spooked championship leader Rueda early on in the race. This let Munoz to take a commanding lead that he held until the end of the race. Rueda now has a chance to wrap up the tile at the next round. In Moto2 saw an on form Jake Dixion and Gonzalez qualify well. In the Race they both dropped back and rookie Holgado romped to other victory. Gonzalez was fast but too aggressive during a pass attempt on Vietti. Veitti went down and Gonzalez went to the long lap penalty loop. The guys also cover the new and go deep into things said by Michael Laverty.
Ancora out Martin (clavicola). A fine settimana subito l'Indonesia.

What happens when a founder treats AI like hiring Albert Einstein—brilliant, but useless without a clear brief? In this vivid conversation on The Proven Entrepreneur Show, host Don Williams reconnects with long‑time friend Rodolfo Salazar from San Salvador, El Salvador, and together they chart a journey that begins with surf breaks near Surf City, detours through global boardrooms, and lands on a playbook any growth‑minded leader can use today. You'll step into Rodolfo's world as he moves from early entrepreneurship to executive roles at Sprint, Telefónica, Microsoft, and Dell, then into the contact‑center universe with a major BPO that ultimately ties to Convergys—an experience that reveals how large‑scale service operations can transform a country's economy. When a values test at the top levels forces a hard choice, Rodolfo chooses character over comfort, exits the corporate ladder, and returns to building. That decision sets the stage for IdeaWorks, then a post‑pandemic rebirth as Q‑DOX (spelled Q‑U‑D‑O‑X)—a growth company designed for a world where change arrives faster than most leaders' planning cycles.Across the episode, Don and Rodolfo unwind a deeply practical theme: identity‑first AI. AI, Rodolfo insists, is not your identity; it's your instrument. He illustrates this with a memorable story: if you ask “Einstein” to bring you pupusas from Galerías del Escalón and give him no context (what a pupusa is, where the mall is, which route to take on Waze), you'll get clever nonsense instead of useful action. Leaders, he argues, must supply context, constraints, and clarity—precisely the same foundations they owe their teams. That mindset folds into a broader operating model: stop buying isolated tactics and start assembling a growth ecosystem that compounds—website and messaging, content engine, analytics, automation, and AI co‑pilots working in one feedback loop. Rodolfo is candid about the scars too: the time he tried to scale offices across multiple Central American countries at once. The “cookie‑cutter” expansion failed because every market carried different partners, people, and variables. The fix was counterintuitive but powerful—centralize what must be controlled, open commercial presence thoughtfully, and scale only what the system can sustain. If you lead a company—owner, founder, or top‑management—this episode will feel like a field guide. You'll hear how to bake a DNA of change into your culture so the brand evolves deliberately, not reactively. You'll come away with a leadership stance that AI can't replace: clarity in communication, empathy for customers and teams, and creativity born from trial and error. You'll also hear how E‑E‑A‑T‑style credibility—first‑hand experience, proof, and transparency—earns trust with customers and, increasingly, with the systems that surface your content. Along the way, Don and Rodolfo name‑check the places and forces that shaped the journey—El Salvador, Latin America, cross‑border work from the U.S. to Singapore, and the contact‑center industry's outsized role in lifting entire job markets—while weaving in cultural details that make the story human.Come for the origin story, stay for the operating system. If you've wondered how to harness AI without losing who you are—or how to build a growth marketing engine that keeps learning—this conversation delivers a rare blend of philosophy, playbook, and humility. Press play, and let two seasoned operators show you how identity guides strategy, strategy guides prompts, and prompts guide results.Entities & Mentions:Host: Don WilliamsGuest: Rodolfo SalazarCompanies: iDigital Studios, QDOX, Microsoft, Dell, Telefonica, Sprint
Daily Boost Podcast Show Notes Napoleon Hill's 30-Day Life Sprint September 26, 2025 | Episode 5190 Host: Scott Smith Episode Description Got will? Not the legal kind - the fire in your belly kind. Scott digs into why most people think changing your life in 30 days is silly. Plot twist: maybe those "silly" people are onto something. When you've got will and you know the way, everything becomes possible. This isn't about changing everything at once. It's about focusing that successful mind of yours on what really matters and giving it everything you've got for 30 days straight. Featured Story Picture this: Scott realizes he's not the first genius to figure out the 30-day sprint thing. Turns out millions of people born before him already knew this stuff. But here's what got him - watching folks on coaching calls and around the podcast, he kept seeing the same pattern. People get an idea, get inspired, set a 30-day deadline, and boom. It happens almost every single time. Like when you're moving out and have to return those keys in two hours. Somehow, you get it done. That's when Scott knew he was onto something universal about how we actually create change. Important Points Every major change in your life probably happened during a focused 30-day sprint period. Small goals feel meaningless, so we don't chase them - but big-ass goals get us fired up. The "impossible" becomes possible when you squeeze it into a timeline and refuse excuses. Memorable Quotes "Call me silly, but I think everything you have done in your life has happened because you had a bit of a sprint, a 30-day sprint, probably." "Most people set small little goals, they call it their to-do list. And because of that, it has no real meaning." "The impossible simply becomes possible when you are focused and you squeeze it down into a timeline." Scott's Three-Step Approach Set a major definite purpose (aka big-ass goal) - make it matter enough to chase. Stop the negative self-talk and list every reason you WILL succeed. Decide nothing will stop you for 30 days - tired doesn't count as an excuse. Connect With Me Search for The Daily Boost on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. The U.S. Secret Service dismantled a network of electronic devices located throughout the New York tristate area that were used to conduct multiple telecommunications-related threats directed towards senior U.S. government officials, which represented an imminent threat to the agency's protective operations. This protective intelligence investigation led to the discovery of more than 300 co-located SIM servers and 100,000 SIM cards across multiple sites. In addition to carrying out anonymous telephonic threats, these devices could be used to conduct a wide range of telecommunications attacks. This includes disabling cell phone towers, enabling denial of services attacks and facilitating anonymous, encrypted communication between potential threat actors and criminal enterprises. Yo, what's good, packaging people? Adam Peek here, and you know how we roll—we're diving deep into the real talk behind building a brand. On this episode, I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Jack McNamara and Yash Banthia, the co-founders of Tru Energy Drinks. These guys aren't just making a great-tasting, better-for-you beverage; they're building a brand with a purpose, and their story is a masterclass in hustle and smart business decisions. From the Dungeon to DrinkTru.comJack and Yash's journey is the kind of scrappy startup story you love to hear. We're talking about a a literal dungeon—the basement of a Jiu-Jitsu gym—and a mindset of relentless improvement. We got into the nitty-gritty of their brand's evolution, from the early days of a crazy-expensive, custom-designed shot bottle that customers didn't even understand, to their current sleek, pre-printed cans. It's a prime example of why you can't be afraid to kill your darlings and embrace change, even if it means moving away from your original, most "creative" idea. The Power of Packaging EvolutionThis is where the real value bombs were dropped. We broke down:* The Cost of Creativity: Why a custom-molded bottle wasn't the right move for them early on, and how tooling costs can crush a new brand's cash flow.* The Sprint to Scale: The massive leap from a small, local co-packer to a national one, and the significant 35% savings they unlocked by switching from shrink sleeves to pre-printed cans. This is a crucial lesson in understanding your supply chain and the economies of scale.* Reading the Room (and the Shelf): How a simple redesign, like moving the brand name to the top and adding a clear flavor stripe, can make all the difference in a competitive retail environment. We talked about consumer behavior and why you've got two seconds to communicate what your product is.Products with a PurposeOne of the coolest things about Tru is their commitment to giving back. I had to call them out for not leading with their charitable contributions—they're just out there doing good because it's the right thing to do. We discussed their partnership with the Trevor Project and how building a brand with a strong mission, even when you're not yet profitable, can be a huge motivator for the team.Big shout-out to Jack and Yash for their time and their transparency. If you're out there building a CPG brand, trying to figure out your packaging, or just need a dose of entrepreneurial inspiration, this episode is for you.Check out Tru's full product line at drinktru.com and grab a can or a powder pack to fuel your next big idea. Don't forget to look for them at stores like Market Basket, Wegmans, and H-E-B.And hey, if you're ever in Salt Lake City, hit up Harmons and tell 'em Adam sent you! And yes, a special shout-out to my parents, Ed and Lydia Peek, and Jack's toddler. Thanks for listening, everyone! This is a public episode. The Sprint Review shouldn't be a sleepy status update, it's a high-leverage inspection-and-adaptation event that shapes what happens next. In this episode, we break down what a great Sprint Review looks like, why developers should demo working product (not PPT slides), and how Product Owners and Scrum Masters can co-facilitate to keep it tight, focused, and valuable. Hear practical tips: crafting a clear agenda, inviting the right stakeholders, handling “over-talkers,” using parking lots, avoiding the dog-and-pony prep trap, and closing with decisions that feed straight into the backlog and the next Sprint Plan.

Shawn Dsouza: The Marathon Mindset—Building Agile Teams That Last Beyond Sprint Deadlines Read the full Show Notes and search through the world's largest audio library on Agile and Scrum directly on the Scrum Master Toolbox Podcast website: http://bit.ly/SMTP_ShowNotes. Shawn defines himself as a "people-first Scrum Master" who measures success not through metrics but through daily interactions and team growth. He contrasts two teams: one that hit deadlines but lacked collaboration (unsustainable success) versus another that struggled with deadlines but excelled in conversations and continuous improvement (sustainable growth). For Shawn, protecting deep work and fostering genuine team collaboration indicates true success. He emphasizes that product development is a marathon, not a sprint, and warns that lack of meaningful conversations will inevitably lead to team problems. In this segment, we refer to the book Clean Language by Sullivan and Rees. Featured Retrospective Format for the Week: Sprint Awards Shawn champions the Sprint Awards retrospective format, moving beyond viewing retrospectives as just another Scrum event to recognizing them as critical team development opportunities. In this format, team members give awards to colleagues for various contributions during the sprint, with each award recipient explaining why they were chosen. Shawn prefers face-to-face, offline retrospectives and always starts with ice breakers to gauge how the team feels—whether they feel heard and connected. He believes in experimenting with different retrospective formats since no single approach works for every situation. Self-reflection Question: How do you balance achieving deliverable outcomes with building sustainable team relationships and collaboration patterns? [The Scrum Master Toolbox Podcast Recommends]
