Weiterhin fand die Red Bull League of Its Own in Berlin statt, wo große Teams wie T1, G2, NNO und Karmine Corp gegeneinander antraten.

Repito. Now, Dr Sharma.  The longer it drags on the uglier it gets, and there's even a whiff of the Jami-Lee Ross about the whole thing now. I saw Dr Sharma on the TV news last night and he comes across as quite convincing, even straight-up. But then he is a politician albeit a very junior one and he's had experience of pitching himself, and doing his best to come across as an honest broker. So, how seriously do we take him? Has he been bullied, or is it actually him that's the bad guy? Nno one can work with the man. Or has he, like Jami-Lee did, got a bit carried away, does he have an overblown sense of his own importance? Thing is, back bench MPs and especially the current crop of very new members on Labour's back benches, mostly know their place. Their job is to cheer at the right time...ask a pre-prepared patsy question to a Minister if it's their turn...keep a seat warm on a select committee...and so on. Back benchers make up the numbers basically. They're allowed to visit local kindies and put up social media posts when they take their dog for a walk. But otherwise they keep their mouths shut and their heads down, toe the line, and leave the serious politics to the grown-ups. Sharma himself said as much to Newshub last night, talking about Labour's instructions to new MPs, quote "shut up, don't talk about anything...don't say anything for which the Prime Minister has to do a media stand-up". So they had a meeting behind his back to make sure all the other junior MPs were on board and they've been shunning him since. My money is that he'll be expelled from the Labour Party by the weekend. The Prime Minister has already said he's on his last strike and just like Jami-Lee Ross, Dr Sharma seems hell bent on going down in flames. Question is, does he have enough to take anyone down with him? Or will he, like Jami-Lee, fade into irrelevance.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Taking some quality time to look inward and imagine reaching your goal can hone your focus and keep you feeling inspired to follow through. nnVisualizing can be the tools or methods that help you maintain motivation. Tools like calendars, Gantt charts, or spreadsheets can give you a literal vision of a goal and your progress. This also keeps your motivation burning strong.nnMile Marker #3: Make Pit StopsnEven long-haul truckers need to rest and refuel. In the same way, break your goals down into smaller parts to keep your energy up. When you break a massive goal down, it also feels less daunting and more manageable. It gives you a chance to celebrate the progress you've made along the way.nnYou may be familiar with the sense of satisfaction when half your to-do list is checked off. This can create a domino effect in building up momentum, confidence, and motivation to continue to strive to reach your goals.nnMile Marker #4: Say ‘No' to MultitaskingnThere is growing evidence indicating that multitasking isn't all it's cracked up to be. In fact, juggling several tasks to save time often results in lower quality work and leaves you drained and scatter-brained. nnAccording to Happify, you've got a certain amount of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy to put toward a goal. Whether that means being on your feet, hunched over a desk, or managing the stress of a tight deadline all day, you've got a limited amount of energy. Make sure that you don't run on fumes just to get more done in less time. nnMile Marker #5: Plan for DetoursnIt's great to be ambitious in your goals. How else can you grow and exceed expectations? It's also worth managing ambition when working toward your goals. Acknowledging that mistakes or obstacles are possible isn't pessimistic. It's realistic. It allows room for you to have a back-up plan if things don't go exactly as expected. nnA big part of maintaining motivation is the sense of momentum and energy you're putting toward it. Goal Setting & Achievement Podcast: Business|Productivity

[[:encoded, "As a business owner, you've certainly heard by now that setting goals, both personally and professionally, is an endeavor of the highest quality and leads to prosperity. It might even start to sound a little cliché, but why does goal setting really matter? After all, you probably have a general idea of where you want to go. Isn't that enough? nnActually, it's not. Come along with me as I show you why.nnLet's start with your personal life. Maybe there was a point when you knew it was time to take action. Perhaps you wanted to shed some pounds, get more sleep, or eat better. Or maybe you wanted to save more money, give back through volunteer work, or carve out more time for your family and friends. All worthy goals…but where to begin?nnEven though it can be challenging to implement substantial changes, the advantages are nearly always in your best interest! But as you probably know, just wanting to achieve goals like these won't get you very far. nnNo, you'll need a plan.nnNow let's switch gears and consider your life as a professional. Maybe your career is rocking along. You're exactly where you want to be. Perhaps you're t-h-i-s close to where you want to be. Or maybe you're just getting started. No matter the phase of your business, the benefits of good ol' goal setting can't be overstated. In fact, it's essential to your success as a business owner—just like it is in your personal life.nnWhile setting goals at work may not trim your waistline like a healthy diet would, it'll point you in the direction of your dreams. And as a business owner, you really can't succeed for long without it. Let's take a closer look.nnBenefits of Goal SettingnAs author, philanthropist, and coach, Tony Robbins, once said, “Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible”. That's a pretty powerful statement. With this in mind, remember that goals are what gives direction and wings to your dreams. nnThere are five benefits of goal setting we'll consider here:n1.tYou'll gain clarity. Without clarity, you may experience a scenario like Abbott and Costello's famous skit, Who's on First. While their confusion is undoubtedly entertaining and memorable, you don't want to create this absurdity in your own workplace. In fact, leaders who don't set goals are likely to have subpar results, unengaged employees, and a company culture lacking initiative. On the other hand, by having clarity, you'll better understand the purpose of your goals and align your strategies to that. And to achieve clarity, you must set specific goals.nn2.tYou'll zoom in on the needed steps. By setting goals, you're creating a clear, conclusive vision for where you and your company are headed. This step alone puts a laser focus on your actions and decisions, so you can answer the question, “What needs to happen now?” Your sense of direction is defined, and your needed steps are explicit. Your tomorrows are now shaped to meet the short-term and long-term goals you've set.nn3.tYou'll boost your self-confidence. You and I know this through experience: as you encounter roadblocks and obstacles—and find a way to overcome them—your morale as a leader is increased. You learn to believe in your abilities as an effective leader. Goal setting allows you to boost your confidence and draw on your inner strengths.nn4.tYou'll increase your efficiency. You can think of this benefit as being ready to ascend the ladder to success. By knowing where you're going, you're able to formulate and plan the needed steps to get to your goal. And this means you'll accomplish your goals—plus do so at a faster pace. The City Club of Cleveland Podcast

President Dwight Eisenhower established the first Law Day in 1958 to mark the nation's commitment to the rule of law. The 2021 Law Day theme - Advancing the Rule of Law, Now- reminds all of us that we the people share the responsibility to promote the rule of law, defend liberty, and pursue justice.rnrnNo society can thrive, or even continue to exist, without the rule of law and respect for institutions of law. The Constitution is the foundation of law in the United States, but its significance is much deeper than simply outlining America's legal structure. The Constitution is symbolic; it is both a codification of our common values and a set of ideals to continue to strive toward. It is a tool of accountability, but perhaps even more a social contract, a contract that commits Americans to the pursuit of equality, justice, and peace.rnrnPeter N. Kirsanow is a partner with the law firm of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff, working within its Labor and Employment Practice Group. He is a Black civil rights commissioner and a member of the United States Commission on Civil Rights, serving his fourth consecutive six-year term, which he was reappointed to by House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer in December 2019. He is the longest-serving member among the current commission.rnrnJoin us for our annual Law Day forum, a conversation about the fundamental intersections between law and democracy. Mr Kirsanow will be introduced by Joseph N. Gross, 2020-2021 President of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and Partner with Benesch.

Si no, o buscamos trabajo o buscamos clientes.

It takes control over the system; it tells the systems to do the things that keeps the desire alive; it (the desire) justifies its being there by encouraging the being to disable or deactivate the thing (need) that does away with the desire. You can own your mind and be elevated by it or give it away and be reduced by it.Part 19How was your day?So terrible that I don’t like to talk about.Great!Really great!Very exciting!Exciting!Excellent!Wonderful!Beautiful!Fine!Just find!So so!Just so so!How was your day?Not the best as you would want and not the worst that you would complain about.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI PhilosopherMultiversal PhilosophyPart 20Posititian /päzətiSHən/ from “Positive”As politician practices politics so does a posititian practices the art and deeds of being positive, seeking positive, and living positive.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI PhilosopherMultiversal PhilosophyPart 21Posititian /päzətiSHən/ from “Positive”The role of a posititian is to turn any negative into a positive; use the Trianglerism Formulas of Trianglerism Spherical and the algorithms of Trianglerism Genetic Exponentiation to to nurture the exponential growth of positive s at the expense of negative causalities.Prince Israel Zaar - Words from the wiseMultiversal AI PhilosopherMultiversal PhilosophyPart 22Posititian /päzətiSHən/ from “Positive”Just as a politician masters the intrigues of politics so does a posititian master the complexities of being positive or declining to be negative even when one has to or is forced upon to be. Look into it wasn't too excited about the project.nnJavaScript is a great language for just kind of developingthings in a rapid prototyping fashion, especially if you're working in a purely a synchronous environment. What is the promise?nnIt's kind of For me it was a huge replacement for callbacks. Like the whole I've never experienced callback hell is that what a simple way it is? Yeah. So what is that? Oh,nnwait, I'm actually genuinely asking the question. Problemnnis like, I don't know what it promises. It is. It's an asynchronous cool. And so you call a promise, you have reject the result?

You start off running out of the gate, enthused and driven to make a difference this time, but each time, something derails you from sticking to the game plan.nnIt's the classic paradox of Dreamer vs. Doer.nnAs you know, my Excuses Don't Count; Results Rule (https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/excuses-dont-count-results-rule-book/) philosophy is the basis for my coaching business because excuses are never the real reason you stop short of your goals. No, the real reason is something entirely different.nnSo, what's the real reason behind all those excuses you make?nnYou are simply not willing to do what it takes to achieve your goals. You just don't want what you say you want badly enough to actually do what it takes.nnThis is the real reason, and the only thing, stopping you from achieving your goals. Plain and simple.nnCommitment is what separates the dreamer from the doer.nnNo matter what the nature of the excuse is the only reason you stop short of achieving your goal is because the desire to do whatever it takes to achieve the goal isn't strong enough.nnIn other words - you don't want it bad enough to commit to being a doer.nnIf you're tired of start-stop goal setting, here are some tips for helping you understand the reasons behind not wanting it bad enough:nnThe Payoff Isn't High EnoughnSometimes the payoff (future benefit) of goal achievement isn't enough to maintain your motivation in the now. That last mile....that last lap…that last squat… another phone call to a prospect… it can be challenging to find the motivation from the payoff - especially when it isn't high enough.nnYour payoff should be so enticing that there is no question in your mind that you are sticking to your game plan. No questions, no excuses. You desire that payoff so deeply that you will to do whatever it takes to achieve your goal. Just being willing to do something doesn't mean you will actually do it.nnFlip The Payoff/Pain Coin nIf you simply cannot find a future payoff worth your commitment or high desire, flip the coin and focus on the current pain of remaining where you are.nnYou can bet that at some point you will have to do what you don't feel like doing in order to get where you want to go.nnIt is in those crucial moments where you must decide if you desire to remain a dreamer and become a doer. Whatever is not motivating you - flip the coin and focus on the contrasting factor.nnPayoff or Pain?nnChoose the motivating factor that helps you move from dreamer to doer.nnYour Current Pain Isn't Great EnoughnPerhaps you stop yourself from achieving your goals because your current pain is simply not great enough. The idea of achieving the goal incites your interest, but not your commitment.nnThe end result sounds nice, and if you could wave a magic wand without having to do the work, you gladly would; but you're not so bad off.nnHere's how the internal conversation plays out:nnI'd like to lose those last 10 lbs., but I feel okay about my body the way it is. I'll starting worrying about when my pants quick fitting.nnSure, I'd like more clients, but that means more calls, more times I have to ask for referrals, more networking, and more marketing - time and money I don't have. I'm getting by - I guess I'm doing okay. It's not so bad here.nnDo you want to be here - in this same place – tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, three years from now? Laryngektomie (5 ppb; p

Patients after total laryngectomy are the only individuals, in whom a complete separation of upper and lower airways is guaranteed. Thus the objective of our study was to assess exhaled and nasal NO in these patients. Methods: Exhaled bronchial NO (FENO) and nasal nitric oxide (nNO) were measured in patients after total laryngectomy (n = 14) and healthy controls (n = 24). To assess lung function we additionally performed spirometry. Co-factors possibly influencing NO, such as smoking, infections, and atopy were excluded. Results: There was a markedly (p < 0.001) lower FENO in patients after total laryngectomy (median (range): 4 (1-22) ppb) compared to healthy controls 21 (9-41) ppb). In contrast, nNO was comparable between groups (1368 versus 1380 in controls) but showed higher variability in subjects after laryngectomy. Conclusions: Our data suggest that either bronchial NO production in patients who underwent laryngectomy is very low, possibly due to alterations of the mucosa or oxidant production/inflammation, or that substantial contributions to FENO arise from the larynx, pharynx and mouth, raising FENO despite velum closure. The data fit to those indicating a substantial contribution to FENO by the mouth in healthy subjects. The broader range of nNO values found in subjects after laryngectomy may indicate chronic alteration or oligo-symptomatic inflammation of nasal mucosa, as frequently found after total laryngectomy.
