#534 Siddha Medizin – Einblicke in eine verborgene Heilkunst mit Dr. Matthias Wittfoth Dr. Matthias Wittfoth ist eigentlich Neurowissenschaftler und Psychologe. Er promovierte nach seinem Psychologiestudium am Max-Planck-Institut in Leipzig und hat seitdem zahlreiche internationale Publikationen als Hirnforscher zu den Themen Kognition, Emotion, Musik und Sprache veröffentlicht. Die große Neugier des Neurowissenschaftlers führte ihn allerdings auch immer mehr in andere Themenfelder. So arbeitete er über viele Jahre intensiv mit zahlreichen Menschen als Stresshacker und Wim Hof Method Instructor, wodurch er auch den Bereich von Energiearbeit und wissenschaftlich nicht klassisch messbaren Heileffekten entdeckte. In den letzten Jahren vertiefte er sich nun in die im Westen eher unbekannte und bislang größtenteils geheime Wissenschaft der Siddha Medizin. Matthias begab sich in ein fünfjähriges, hochintensives Studium und Ausbildungsprogramm bei einem traditionellen Meister dieser Heilkunst. Brittany Lillegard is the Education and Content lead for the Dutch organization Microdosing Institute (MDI). MDI is an education, community and research platform dedicated to providing accessible education on the practice of microdosing and supporting and encouraging research on the practice. Erik was a US Army 82nd Airborne Division Recon/Sniper and an international competitor on the All Army Taekwondo Team. You've probably heard people talk about your 'inner child' and how important it can be. But what is it about children which makes their worldview so unique and powerful? We are constantly warned away from things, reminded of our responsibilities and discouraged from our dreams no matter how fiercely the desire for transformation burns within us. We are confronted with this idea of an ugly and uncompromising reality, a world defined by our limitations. A world of fear. Nothing gets in the way of their dreaming and imagination. That's why when they find something they love, something they can channel their raw creative energy into, they can achieve so much so quickly. It's not because they're stronger or smarter than we are as adults, it's because they're less constrained by their own mind, and free to go beyond what people expect.
