Corey Feldman is a former IDF special forces combatant and active reservist who answered the call to fight Hamas. As the situation in Gaza continues to deteriorate, propaganda and lies drive a wedge between both sides of the conflict. Corey addresses some of the most controversial accusations against the IDF, with the most grave being genocide and encroachment. While mainstream media vilifies IDF actions in Gaza, Corey sets the record straight on the actual measures taken on the ground to reduce civilian casualties, a reality completely absent in other warzones. Feldman also takes a look at historical precedence, like the Hamas charter to erase Israel from the map, and the fact that the only language the Middle East has ever known is violence. Personal accountability is a choice we all must make. Its about taking ownership of the decisions we make and living with the authentic results. For each of us relating to being accountable we reach a state of contentment differently. Our individual standards on this regard vary depending upon our own level of commitment and responsibility were willing to absorb. After all, we are the authors of our own stories. Holding ourselves to account means we have our own standard of personal expectations and will eventually individually grow and collectively prosper. The question is our we willing to place a personal investment in ourselves? For Justin Crane “I'm a Special Forces Veteran who has been through a lot of shit most people would dream of. Now, I teach ANYONE how to change their Mindset and cut all the negative self talk out of their life! I left the military due to medical reasons which led me into a deep depression where I let alcohol and drugs take over my life. I was the perfect example of the poor-me victim mentality. At this point, I felt like suicide was my only option. Until, it wasn't. What happened? I woke the fuck up. I found a coach to help me drop all of my vices and ultimately find my passion again. I changed all the things that were wrong with me and created the best person I could be. I took control of my life and fell in love with myself again. Now, I help others do the exact same thing. I'm on a mission to change people's lives through Mindset, Fitness, and Nutrition. I have been working out and training others for the past 20 years. I've beat alcohol and drug addiction and now I show others how to do the same.” He joined me this week to tell me more. Instagram: @justincrane_fit

LFPWLI: Stop SHOULDing On Yourself with Special Forces Veteran Jacob Wagner In this episode, Mathew, Dr. Dave, and Jacob discuss the moral injuries we often overlook and how to overcome them. They talk about what epigenetics are, how biochemistry impacts us, and the ways Jacob has been able to use neuroscience and quantum physics to find healing. Jacob Wagner is a special forces veteran of the US Army who served in the Special Operations Forces (SOF) unit 75th Ranger Regiment for his first two deployments, then the SOF Special Mission Unit (SMU) Regimental Reconnaissance Company (RRC, also known as the Regimental Reconnaissance Detachment) for his third deployment. His first tour was in 2003 and he left the Army in 2006, but his most challenging years were yet to come as he dealt with the moral and physical injuries he was left with. In 2009, Veteran Affairs labeled him 100% permanently and totally disabled, and there were points in his life when Jacob was sure he was on his deathbed. After finding mediocre results with allopathic medicine, Jacob set out on his own spiritual journey, which taught him how to blend quantum physics with neuroscience, epigenetics, and biogeochemistry to heal. Now Jacob is finishing his last semester of an MBA program, where he is being recruited by some of the top venture capital, investment banking, and consulting firms in the world. At age 40, Jacob is healthy, vibrant, and on a mission to share what he has learned. "Where our mind goes, energy flows." The Outdoors Fix is a podcast to inspire you to make the outdoors a bigger part of your life. It's hosted by Liv Bolton. Have you ever wanted to take on an outdoors challenge or tick off an outdoors goal but you've never got round to it or you've doubted yourself? My guest in this episode, Chris Gaskin, is someone who might give you the confidence to go for it. Chris is a Special Forces veteran and endurance athlete from Yorkshire who set the record in 2021 for the fastest solo and unsupported continuous round of the Wainwrights in the Lake District. He managed to climb all the 214 Wainwright fells and walk in between them in just 11 days, 10 hours and 58 minutes. The fastest known time for the 325-mile feat during which he also carried all his own food and equipment. Chris tackled the endurance challenge to raise money for the military community and charity Walking with the Wounded. I loved chatting to Chris about his challenge when we went for a walk together on the Pennine Way in the Peak District. But what I found equally fascinating was the mental resilience approach he uses to get through difficult moments in life and big physical challenges. A mnemonic called MINDSET. It's something that I found incredibly useful and inspirational to hear about and I think you might too. You may not be focused on setting a Wainwright record like Chris, but his techniques might just help you with whatever outdoors challenge or goals you'd like to pursue. So listen to the episode to find out what MINDSET stands for and how Chris used it to help him complete his Wainwright record-setting round. Don't forget to listen out for Chris' endurance challenge tips at the end of the episode as well as the minute of sounds of nature to bring a bit of escapism into your busy day. Chris' episode of The Outdoors Fix is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever else you get your podcasts. I hope you enjoy it! Cheers,Scott, Jake, & MichaelBourbon Lens About Horse Soldier Bourbon Horse Soldier Bourbon is an all American, ultra-premium whiskey crafted by the legendary U.S. Army Green Berets who answered the country's call days after 9/11 with a daring insertion, on horseback, into northern Afghanistan. This brave and unconventional act earned them the moniker of “Horse Soldiers” and inspired them to create their awarding winning bourbon. The team has been featured in the Hollywood movie 12 Strong, the CNN documentary Legion of Brothers, and is memorialized by America's Response Monument located at Ground Zero in New York City. When the team first set out on their journey to make Horse Soldier Bourbon, they wanted to ensure they were fully immersing themselves in the art of making whiskey and learning all they could about the ingredients used, distillation, aging and design. They therefore traveled around the world visiting distilleries and brand houses to gain more information and understand everything that went into making a stellar bourbon. The result was the ability to successfully combine their new knowledge and whiskey making skills with the meticulous precision, process, and habits they gained in the military and translate both into distilling the world-class Horse Soldier Bourbon brand. Founded in 2015, Horse Soldier Bourbon encompasses three core elements that make it the legendary spirit it is today: Authentic, the team behind the brand are an integral part of the country's history; All-American, each ingredient used to make Horse Soldier Bourbon is from the U.S, including its glass bottle, which is molded by steel recovered from the World Trade Center to commemorate the lives lost but never forgotten; And Award-Winning, to date the brand has won more than 30 awards from many of the industry's most prestigious competitions, including three Double Gold Medals at the San Francisco International Spirits Competition. Today, the team's steadfast mission is to continue to create an award-winning, legendary line of bourbons, the embodiment of the American spirit and the Horse Soldier's legacy in a bottle. Comprised of rich and complex wheat-forward whiskies, the core Horse Soldier Portfolio includes the Straight Bourbon, Small Batch Bourbon, and Barrel Strength Bourbon in addition to limited edition expressions launched annually, such as the Commander's Select Limited Edition Release. Looking ahead, Horse Soldier Bourbon will be making its forever home in Somerset, Kentucky. Located on 225 acres of rolling countryside, they put together an award winning team of international and local architects, experiential designers, and engineers to create the Horse Soldier Distillery experience. The new distillery will become the most southern stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, joining the family of iconic distilleries that have made their home there and ensuring the Horse Soldier legacy lives on for decades to come. The Horse Soldier Bourbon Portfolio: Horse Soldier Straight Bourbon (SRP: $49.99 | 43.5% ABV): The brand's classic recipe of authentic bourbon is made with corn, rye, and malted barley and won a Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2019. It is a balanced and robust bourbon aged a minimum of 3 years to ensure its distinctive, mellow character. Horse Soldier Small Batch Bourbon (SRP: $69.99 | 47.5% ABV): Extraordinarily complex with notes of vanilla, ginger, and cherries, this “wheated” bourbon is made from small batches of meticulously blended mature whiskey, aged for a minimum of 6 years in new American white oak barrels. It received a Gold Medal (95 Points) at the New York International Spirits Competition and 92 Points at the International Wine & Spirits Competition. Horse Soldier Barrel Strength Bourbon (SRP: $84.99 | 54% ABV): A uniquely complex “wheated” uncut and non-chill filtered bourbon that has matured for a minimum of 6 years in new American white oak barrels. This all-natural, all-American product just won a Double Gold in the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and was included in the Top 100 Spirits of 2020. It also earned 93 points at the New York International Spirits Competition and 92 points at the International Wine and Spirits Competition, making it a truly prized bourbon. The soft red winter wheat in the recipe provides intriguing depth and complexity to this ultimate American spirit. Commander's Select Limited Edition Single Batch Release (SRP: $595 | 65.5% ABV): An outstanding and award-winning limited annual release, most recently winning Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2019, the Commanders Select barrels are meticulously chosen each year by both Commander and Chief Warrant Officer of Special Forces ODA Team 595. Sales from the Commander's Select are all donated to maintaining the America Response Monument located at Ground Zero in New York City. This year's 2021 release will be debuted in the fall, commemorating the 20th Anniversary of 9/11. On this week's podcast episode SOFREP senior editor and SOFREP Radio host Steve Balestrieri along with SOFREP Editor-in-Chief Sean Spoonts talk with Jay Collins. Jay is a Special Forces combat medic veteran and Republican candidate for Congress with Florida's 14th Congressional District. Jay Collins spent two decades as a Green Beret and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. In the fight, he lost his leg. Nevertheless, he recovered, returned to active duty, and tremendously served in the Green Berets for nearly six more years. Jay's Special Forces Selection was unique. He was part of the infamous Ice Storm Class of November 2002, one of the very rare occasions when SERE school had to be shut down. The experience of Selection imparted Jay with the valuable lesson of leaving things better than how you found them. In sharing tales of Special Forces classes with Jay, Steve recounts a hilarious story of Green Berets pretending to be NASA candidates. After all, everything can happen in Selection. Jay also shares the awesome story of how he performed surgery on his own arm during deployment. Since Jay is running for Congress, the conversation also turns to politics. Jay usefully reminds the audience that what unites us is less than what separates us. America will only be strong and healthy through unity. That is, after all, the American way. As Jay says, it's not about the red nor the blue; it's about the red, white, and blue. You can find more about Jay Collins's campaign at https://www.jaycollinsforcongress.com/. First Amendment Praetorian (https://www.1apraetorian.com) is a nonprofit made up of military, law enforcement and intelligence community veterans both male and is dedicated to providing intelligence and security services to grassroots events in order to ensure Americans may express their 1st Amendment-protected rights to freedom of speech, religion, assembly and political affiliation. Where does the name First Amendment Praetorian name come from? “the praetorian comes from the old praetorian guard that protected the Caesar, they were the last line of defense they were the secret service and we feel the first amendment right there like that again is that quintessential American value the right to say whatever you want even if it even if it makes people mad even if some people don't agree with it. If speech isn't free for all of us it's not free for any of us, so we feel that right there is the it's what our praetorian guard is protecting.” ~Robert Patrick Lewis~ We discuss a lot of things that have been going on in our country and how things are supposed to be done in accordance to our nations constitution. How much do you know about the constitution? “Our system is supposed to be a Federalist Society, states' rights overpower the federal government, federal government has a very small number of things they're supposed to do.” Ask yourself as you listen to this podcast… Do you really believe what mainstream media is telling you? Do you trust the politicians that are in office? Are you willing to give up the freedoms you have? Take a listen and find out the actual FACTS of what's really going on in this country and what the “ideas” of some are really doing to this country. More importantly find out who's funding these “ideas”. It's time to take a stand and get involved, it's time to protect our freedoms! Get involved today: https://www.1apraetorian.com

On Transitioning Patrick gives three points: 1) Use your network, ask for help 2) Know your true North and why and 3) Know your passions. Why Volunteer? Patrick says he was blessed and fortunate all of his life, so called to pay it forward. Relying on his fiath in God, he knows we are not in this alone - we all need one another.
