What if a glowing pyramid sitting in your living room could restructure your biology, compress decades of meditation into minutes, and shift your brain into an altered state without drugs, breathwork, or effort? This episode reveals the science and experience behind one of the most unusual biohacking technologies Host Dave Asprey has ever encountered. -Watch this episode on YouTube for the full video experience: https://www.youtube.com/@DaveAspreyBPR -Get $250 off from The Light System by using code ‘daveasprey' at: https://www.thelightsystems.com/ Jason Shurka is an author, philanthropist, and founder of Unified Healing, a global network spanning 55 countries and hundreds of wellness centers worldwide. He has written five books on health, consciousness, and human performance, and serves as the driving force behind The Light System, a technology now joined with the Gaia Network. Shurka has spent years documenting firsthand results from people around the world, making him one of the most credible independent voices on emerging light-based healing technologies. Dave Asprey and Jason Shurka break down exactly how The Light System uses full spectrum biophotonic light and encoded affirmations to create a coherent energy field that the body synchronizes with at a cellular level. They explore how this technology targets the molecular structure of water in your body, increases cellular electrical conductivity by up to 80 percent in under an hour, and creates the conditions your mitochondria need to produce more energy, accelerate recovery, and trigger deep self healing. You will learn why your body is already a light based organism, how biophotons drive biological communication at the cellular level, and why the geometry of a pyramid amplifies these effects in ways that flat screen technology cannot replicate. They also dig into the nature of consciousness, the ego as a biological operating system, and why the most powerful biohacking interventions are often the ones that work below the threshold of conscious awareness. You will Learn: Why cellular electrical conductivity increases by 80 percent after one hour of exposure to The Light System How encoded light affirmations restructure the molecular formation of water in your body without conscious effort What biophotons are and why your mitochondria, gut bacteria, and DNA are already producing and receiving them How full spectrum visible light maps directly onto the body's energy centers and organ systems Why the metamatrix font used in The Light System produces stronger biological effects than standard text How this technology was invented by a programmer combining transcendental meditation with software development What happens to your brain state when you stare at encoded light and why it resembles deep meditation without the effort How geometry, specifically the pyramid shape, amplifies photonic output and room coverage Why altered states accessed through light may be one of the most underexplored frontiers in brain optimization and neuroplasticity How to use The Light System for sleep optimization, pain relief, and cellular recovery Thank you to our sponsors! Neuraxial analgesia (epidural or spinal) combined withtocolytic therapy is the pain control method that best increases the success rate of external cephalic version (ECV), according to the ACOG's PB 221. However, some patients may be reluctant to use regional anesthesia and may askabout IV analgesia. A new study in the AJOG (released as an ePub on March 5, 2026) provides some insights that may be helpful for patient consultation. These investigators compared the success of external cephalic version, modes of delivery, maternal pain, and complications using three strategies: intravenous analgesia with remifentanil, epidural anesthesia, and a stepwise approach in which epidural anesthesia was administered only if intravenous analgesia was unsuccessful. By increasing access to non-opioid alternatives that facilities might not otherwise use—or that Medicare beneficiaries would have to pay for out-of-pocket—the legislation aims to reduce the incidence of addiction and abuse.Voices is a nonpartisan coalition dedicated to preventing opioid addiction and abuse by advocating for increased patient and provider access to non-opioid pain management therapies.

Overcoming Shoulder Pain: Alonzo's Recovery Story Alonzo, better known as Zo, was struggling with persistent shoulder pain, neck, and upper back when he came to Macomb Township Chiropractic. After suffering a fall while working on the line at an automotive plant, everyday activities became difficult for him. Simple tasks like working, driving, sleeping, or even relaxing caused constant discomfort. To make matters worse, Zo had also begun experiencing frequent headaches that added to his daily challenges. During his first visit, Zo received a full consultation along with chiropractic X-rays. After reviewing the results, Dr. Chris discovered several misalignments in Zo's spine. These areas were placing significant pressure on the nerves traveling from his neck into his shoulders and upper back, contributing to the pain he was experiencing. On his intake form, Zo rated his pain levels around 7 out of 10. Dr. Chris created a personalized care plan designed to address Zo's specific condition. His treatment included regular chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression therapy using our advanced disc decompression table, postural rehabilitation to restore proper spinal alignment, muscle stimulation using a therapeutic massage gun, and a combination of heat and ice therapy. Within just a few weeks, Zo began noticing real improvement. Follow-up X-rays showed positive changes, and he reported feeling significantly better. He was able to return to work and resume many of his normal activities. After six months of care, Zo shared that he felt "totally better." For the first time in a long time, he could comfortably raise his arms above his head and move his shoulders without pain. His pain levels had dropped to 0–1 out of 10, and he described visiting our office as one of the best decisions he had made shoulder pain relief at Macomb Township Chiropractic YouTube Video.

In this episode, we explore a powerful and often misunderstood truth about pain. Pain is not simply a muscle or tissue problem. It is a brain based experience.Modern pain science shows us that the brain plays a central role in how pain is created, interpreted, and maintained. While muscles may feel tight, weak, or painful, they are often responding to messages coming from the nervous system rather than being the root cause. You will learn how protective patterns develop in the brain through stress, injury, trauma, repetitive movement, or emotional load. Over time, these patterns can keep muscles in a constant state of contraction, leading to ongoing discomfort, stiffness, and pain even when there is no longer tissue damage. This is where clinical somatic movement becomes so effective.Clinical somatic movement works directly with the brain through slow, mindful, intentional movement. Instead of forcing muscles to stretch or strengthen, this approach helps the brain update outdated protective signals. Through processes such as pandiculation, the nervous system can relearn how to fully release muscle contraction, restore movement efficiency, and reduce pain at its source. In this episode, you will discover:• Why pain is an output of the brain, not just a symptom of the body• How chronic muscle tension is often a learned neurological pattern• Why stretching alone rarely creates lasting relief• How clinical somatic movement retrains the brain to reduce pain naturally• What it means to work with your nervous system rather than against itIf you are navigating midlife changes, persistent pain, or a sense that your body no longer responds the way it used to, this conversation will resonate deeply.Go to: https://TotalSomatics.com/Midlife and join me & other guest speakers to this FREE Online EventI would love you to join me for my upcoming FREE ONLINE event taking place over the weekend of 21st and 22nd February.Navigating Midlife is a supportive, science-informed experience designed to help you understand your body, brain, and nervous system during this important stage of life.

Today, I am delighted to be joined by the pioneers who changed everything for me. They are Larry and Belinda Wurn, the creators of Clear Passage therapy. We are diving into a topic today that was pivotal in my own fertility journey. We're talking about adhesions, the invisible internal bonds that form after surgery, infection, or trauma, quietly disrupting your body in ways most people never suspect. They can block fallopian tubes, trigger chronic pain, cause bowel obstructions, and prevent conception, yet most women are unaware of them. After being left with a frozen pelvis and debilitating pain following surgery and radiation, doctors told Belinda she would live with pain forever. Larry and Belinda refused to accept that, and over the next 40 years, they developed a therapy that has helped about 2,000 women reverse infertility, avoid major surgeries, and reclaim their lives without drugs or surgery. Their work was game-changing for me, and I know it can help many of you, too.  Stay tuned to learn what adhesions are, how they affect fertility and overall health, and how this remarkable therapy works. Techniques to Reduce Adhesion-Related Tightness Gentle abdominal massage using light fingertip pressure over the abdomen Diaphragmatic breathing to relax the abdominal wall and support tissue glide Pelvic and hip mobility movements (slow tilts, circles, and side bends) Walking or other low-impact movement to maintain circulation and flexibility Soft myofascial stretching with long, gentle holds Light heat therapy to relax superficial tension and improve comfort Bio: Larry & Belinda Wurn Larry and Belinda Wurn are physical therapists who have spent over 40 years developing Clear Passage®️ therapy, a non surgical, drug free, hands on approach designed to reduce adhesions and restore function. Their work began after Belinda developed a frozen pelvis following surgery and radiation in 1984. When doctors warned further surgery would worsen her condition, the couple pursued extensive training and began creating manual techniques to decrease adhesions naturally. Clear Passage®️ therapy has been supported by peer reviewed research and shown to reverse infertility, reduce chronic pain, improve sexual function, and clear bowel obstructions. The Wurns train therapists internationally, with clinics serving patients across the USA and UK. This episode covers: • Nano CBD Pain Relief Without Cognitive Side Effects A new nano-micelle formulation of CBD called CBD-IN delivers fast, non-addictive pain relief in mice without memory issues, motor impairment or the usual cannabinoid “fog.” Because it crosses the blood brain barrier and directly targets hyperactive pain circuits, it sidesteps many opioid-type drawbacks. Dave explains why precision-designed cannabinoids could reshape chronic pain treatment and longevity support. Source: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2025/11/251117095652.htm • Moderate Calorie Restriction Slows Biological Aging A long-term trial from the National Institute on Aging found that cutting calories by about 12% over two years slowed the pace of aging — measured by methylation clocks and metabolic markers — in lean and mildly overweight adults alike. Dave breaks down why small, manageable dietary tweaks can deliver big longevity gains, without crash dieting or extreme fasting. Source: https://www.nia.nih.gov/news/cutting-calories-may-slow-pace-aging-healthy-adults • FDA Approves AI-Guided Robotic Surgery Trials for Alzheimer's The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted IDE approval for the first robotic microsurgical study targeting early stage Alzheimer's disease using AI and deep imaging. The trial uses adaptive robotics to target deep brain lymphatic pathways, potentially clearing amyloid/tau deposits with surgical precision. Dave explains why this signals a new era in neurodegeneration – moving from drug-only to machine-assisted brain repair. Source: https://www.mmimicro.com/ide-approval-for-first-robotic-microsurgery-alzheimers-study/ • Antibiotic Reprograms Gut Bacteria to Produce Anti-Aging Molecules Researchers demonstrated that the veterinary antibiotic cephaloridine can reprogram gut microbes to secrete colanic acid — a molecule linked to better mitochondrial health, reduced gut permeability and improved cholesterol/insulin balance in mice. Dave explores how this could evolve into a pipeline of engineered probiotics that act as internal “longevity factories.” Source: https://newatlas.com/aging/antibiotic-longevity-microbiome/ (link remains unchanged) • Klotho: The Longevity Protein Nears Clinical Reality The longevity protein Klotho, known for clearing toxic by-products, calming inflammation and protecting brain/organ networks, is now advancing toward human trials via injectables, oral formats and gene therapy. Dave explains why Klotho is shaping up as a foundational target for next-gen age-reversal strategies and stacking protocols. From horse tranquilizer to mental health treatment — what's the real story about ketamine? Nick Pell breaks it down on Skeptical Sunday!Welcome to Skeptical Sunday, a special edition of The Jordan Harbinger Show where Jordan and a guest break down a topic that you may have never thought about, open things up, and debunk common misconceptions. This time around, we're joined by writer and researcher Nick Pell!Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1241On This Week's Skeptical Sunday:Ketamine therapy shows promise for treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and chronic pain, but it's serious medicine requiring proper medical supervision, not a recreational escape or wellness trend.Clinical ketamine treatment involves IV administration with precise dosing, vital monitoring, and trained medical attendants — drastically different from recreational use that can cause severe bladder damage and other complications. The rise of telehealth ketamine clinics and mail-order treatments represents a concerning trend — proper vetting requires full psych evaluations, bloodwork, and screening by legitimate medical professionals, not vague promises.Recreational ketamine use carries significant addiction potential and health risks, particularly bladder damage from chronic high doses — clinical settings minimize these dangers through controlled administration. If you're considering ketamine therapy, start with a therapist and real medical doctor. Look for evidence-based treatment with proper intake procedures, not spa-like "optimization centers" making grandiose claims.Connect with Jordan on Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. That's more than 50 million people. Jon Kabat-Zinn has received international acclaim for his leading work in bringing the life-changing practices of meditation and mindfulness into the mainstream of medicine and society.
