Our democracy has been hijacked by an elite pedophile ring–one that has always been operating in plain sight. This week, Andrea and Russian mafia expert Olga Lautman dig into the horror show of the recently released Epstein files. As students of Soviet history, we know the truth: what we know is horrific, but what has yet to be revealed is much worse. Did Epstein, Trump, and their friends kill for pleasure–how many of their victims were murdered or died by suicide? Who wrote Epstein an email about a torture video? Is that person in power, wielding influence over our lives? We also examine Epstein's freelance intelligence work, showing how he collected kompromat to consolidate power through elite capture, pollinating corruption through the transnational crime syndicate, especially the autocratic regimes of Russia and Israel.  We lift up the voices of the survivors and their advocates who demand the full release of the Epstein Files. Despite a bipartisan Congressional act, only an estimated half of the six million files have been released. Convicted felon Donald Trump's former personal defense attorney, Todd Blanche, is the Deputy Attorney General, helping lead the cover-up. The only silver lining in this extreme darkness is that the truth is finally coming to light, and American society, especially the media who glamorized Epstein, are no longer able to ignore it.  For our bonus episode this week, we answer your questions about the Epstein files, rising autocracy, and more. To listen to the bonus, subscribe to our Patreon at the Truth-Teller level ($5/month) or higher. We are extremely grateful to our listeners who are keeping us afloat during this difficult time. #294: If you have PCOS and feel like you're “doing everything right” but still struggling with hunger, cravings, or weight…this episode is for you. Women are often taught that their bodies are the problem, so when something doesn't work, we blame ourselves. But what if the issue isn't willpower… it's the formulation? In this episode, we break down what food labels don't tell you, and why PCOS women are especially vulnerable to certain “health” foods and marketing claims. We cover: - How foods are engineered for the bliss point and why PCOS appetite signaling makes this harder - The truth about “natural flavors” and how labels can sound clean without being supportive - Why “sugar-free” doesn't always mean blood-sugar-friendly for insulin-resistant bodies - How low-fat foods can worsen hunger and blood sugar swings (plus a real coaching call example with a simple fix) This isn't about restriction or cutting out everything you enjoy. It's about understanding why your body responds the way it does, so you can stop blaming yourself and start making choices that actually support PCOS hormones and metabolism. It's one of the most uncomfortable truths in modern medicine: women's hearts have been misunderstood, under-researched, and misdiagnosed for decades. I sat down with Dr Jayne Morgan, cardiologist, heart health expert, and one of the leading voices calling out gender bias in cardiovascular medicine, to uncover why women's heart attacks are still being missed - and what every woman needs to know to protect her brain and heart long before symptoms appear. We explore why women experience heart disease differently than men, how inflammation quietly damages blood vessels, the hidden heart attack signs doctors overlook, and why mammograms, pregnancy history, and menopause all hold critical cardiovascular clues. Dr Morgan explains why “gender-neutral” research has harmed women, how common medications can affect women differently, and why prevention needs to start earlier, not after the first cardiac event. Ever feel like you did everything “right” and still got sidelined? We sit down with Andrea Mohamed, COO and co‑founder of QuantumBloom, to unpack why so many women exit tech and what it takes to build workplaces they won't want to leave. Andrea traces her journey from first‑gen college student to strategy executive and founder, sharing how an MBA unlocked confidence and how glass-cliff roles, nitpicky performance feedback, and unspoken power dynamics still got in the way. The message is clear and practical: stop blaming individuals and start redesigning systems, while equipping women early with the skills that make influence, advocacy, and staying power feel natural. We dig into the critical inflection points where women quietly disengage: the first year after a STEM degree, the leap to management, and the jump to senior leadership, where relationships and influence matter more than output. Andrea explains why the school playbook fails at work, how to unlearn “merit-only” thinking, and what durable skills, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional trust look like in real roles. We talk about psychological safety, manager capability, and pro-family flexibility that benefits everyone, not just mothers, and how these choices change retention. The conversation turns tactical for leaders and HR. Learn to quantify turnover, model retention ROI, and speak the CFO's language so talent programs no longer get cut. Andrea outlines how HR can evolve, as modern marketing did, moving from “arts and crafts” to a revenue partner, by connecting programs to profit. We sit down with Caryl Eve Delinko, author of A Woman's Guide to World Travel, to unpack how purpose-led planning makes travel deeply rewarding—especially for women considering solo adventures. What do you actually want from your trip? Whether it's tracing your ancestry, learning to cook regional dishes, studying music, or chasing landscapes, your why helps you choose your how—solo freedom, a trusted travel buddy, or an interest-driven group. Caryl highlights woman-friendly destinations with strong infrastructure and cultural openness—Thailand, Spain, Israel, Japan, Denmark, the Netherlands—and shares ways to navigate more complex regions through women-only hostel rooms, local rail options, and online communities that turn safety into solidarity.More tips: Caryl's keeps packing simple: neutral layers, multi-use pieces, and a compact medical kit with prescriptions in original containers. We dig into airline fees, the power of carry-on travel, and the truth that you can buy what you forgot—often better and cheaper—once you arrive. Ships can be a smart option at any age: onboard medical care, built-in security, and an unpack-once lifestyle that opens up new ports without the hassle.Solo travel gets special attention: how to meet people naturally, make dining alone feel purposeful, and turn restaurants into planning hubs. We map practical budget moves—museum free days, transit passes, street markets, and neighborhood lunches—and show how a few local phrases build instant rapport. We also go there on romance abroad, both the allure and the boundaries, and we share grounded safety tactics. Alex is a qualified International Mountain Leader, Polar Guide, and a professional Photographer based in St. Moritz, Switzerland. From scaling the world's highest peaks to leading expeditions in the Arctic and Antarctica, she thrives where the wild meets the extreme. Her passion for high-altitude exploration took her on a relentless quest; climbing the highest mountain on every continent, culminating on the summit of Mt. Everest in 2018. She became the first ever Hungarian to climb the Seven Summits. This journey ignited her mission to guide others through the raw beauty of the mountains and beyond. In the winter, she guides private snowshoe and fat bike around St. Moritz; in the summer, she leads exhilarating hiking and mountain biking adventures across the Alps. Between her Alps seasons, she's found working in the Polar regions (Antarctica: guide, zodiac driver, lecturer and lead crevasse rescue guide. Arctic: guide, zodiac driver, lecturer and polar bear guard) Her expertise extends far beyond Europe, guiding bespoke expeditions across the globe. An endurance athlete at heart, Alex is always chasing the next adventure—whether Polar ski crossing, racing mountain bikes, or pushing limits in the mountains. As a professional photographer and drone pilot, she uses her lens to capture the world's most remote landscapes, advocate for environmental conservation, and document the stories of the Polar regions. Her work is deeply inspired by mountains, polar history, pioneering female explorers, and the delicate balance of nature. In her recent book: Beyond the Seven Summits: Finding Strength Where the Air is Thin, Alex shares her experiences of climbing these mountains, and she also explores the journey that shaped who she is today: all the highs and lows. I hope to bring these peaks closer to readers by including short historical notes alongside each climb and sharing everything she learned along the way. The book is also rich in photographs, helping to bring both the stories and these beautiful mountains vividly to life. In this intimate and reflective episode of the AART Podcast, host Chris Stafford sits down with American color pencil artist Megan Seiter for a deeply personal conversation about life, creativity, and the quiet dedication behind her work. Known for her richly layered drawings and extraordinary attention to detail, Seiter shares the story of how she found her voice as an artist—and why patience, persistence, and curiosity continue to shape her practice. Rather than focusing on technique, this biographical episode explores who Megan Seiter is as an artist and a person. She talks openly about her early influences, the moments that pushed her toward art, and the internal challenges that come with choosing a creative life. Seiter reflects on the slow, meditative nature of working in color pencil, how time plays a role in her process, and what it means to stay committed to a medium that demands both restraint and devotion. Throughout the conversation, Megan discusses the realities of sustaining a career in the arts, navigating doubt, and learning to trust long-form creative work in a fast-paced world. Her story is one of intentional making, artistic integrity, and embracing the beauty that emerges through repetition and care. This episode of the AART Podcast is a thoughtful listen for artists, creatives, and anyone interested in the human stories behind visual art—especially those drawn to drawing, realism, and the quieter paths of creative expression.Megan's dinner party guests:Grandma JeannetteIsabelPema ChodronKristen WiigMaria MontessoriJulia Louis-Dreyfus.Megan's links:Website: www.meganseiter.comInstagram @ms_fineart https://www.instagram.com/ms_fineartFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/MeganSeiter.FineArt/Some of Megan's favorite artists:Natalie Featherston, who I discovered through Meyer Gallery, and is also from RI. What if building wealth didn't mean starting from scratch—or doing it alone? In this episode Syama sits down with investor, advisor, and mentor Jeanne Wang to explore a powerful (and still under-discussed) path to wealth: buying and operating existing businesses. Jeanne shares her journey from growing up in a small Pennsylvania farm town, to Wharton, to decades in private equity—before intentionally shifting her focus toward supporting women as owners, operators, and investors. Together, Shama and Jeanne unpack the emotional, financial, and identity-level decisions that shape women's wealth journeys, especially mid-career. This is a conversation about legacy, risk, confidence, and why women owning businesses isn't just good for returns—it's good for communities. Key Topics: Why signing bonuses and performance guarantees matter more than base salary in your first negotiation The power of choosing diverse experience and strong culture over the highest-paying job offer How to evaluate career opportunities through the lens of working with highly motivated people The critical difference between building a business from scratch and buying an established one How to build wealth through alternative assets while maintaining a risk-averse mindset The importance of financial literacy education and creating investment competitions with your family Why legacy is measured by the number of women you help into ownership, not personal accolades Connect with Jeanne Wang online: Website: https://www.villagesearchpartners.com  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeannewang1/  Find more from Syama Bunten: Attend a Salon near you: wealthcatalyst.com/salons Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/syama.co/?hl=en Join Syama's Substack: https://thewealthcatalystwithsyama.substack.com/ Website: https://wealthcatalyst.com Download Syama's Free Resources: https://wealthcatalyst.com/resources Wealth Catalyst Summit: https://wealthcatalyst.com/summits Speaking: https://syamabunten.com Big Delta Capital: www.bigdeltacapital.com

Running a financial advisory firm often looks appealing from the outside: freedom, flexibility, and income potential. But the reality of being a true business owner requires an entirely different skill set. In this episode, Libby sits down with Hannah Moore to have an honest, vulnerable conversation about what it really takes to move from advisor to CEO, including the emotional, operational, and leadership challenges that often go unspoken ✨In this episode, you'll learn:Why owning a firm is fundamentally different from being a great financial advisor, and why most advisors are unprepared for that shiftHow Hannah navigated massive business transitions, including reducing her client base, growing two companies, and building a leadership teamWhat it actually looks like to delegate meaningful responsibilities like sales calls and client relationshipsHow ego, identity, and grief can quietly hold advisors back from scaling their firmsWhy self-awareness is one of the most important traits of successful advisors and CEOsThis episode is a powerful reminder that growth doesn't come from doing more, but from letting go, building trust in your team, and stepping fully into the CEO role. If you're feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or stuck in the day-to-day, this conversation will help you see what's possible on the other side of intentional leadership.Find Hannah on LinkedIn HERE!Learn more about Amplified Planning HERE!Learn more about the Group Coaching & Mastermind HERE! She makes very witty and realistic tromp l'oeil still life paintings. Clio Newton, who makes large-scale figure drawings and paintings. I admire the delicacy of her strokes and the sheer size of her work, and the fact that she doesn't just work in a single medium. • Carla Grace, who is a wildlife artist. One thing I'll say I really appreciate about social media is that you can now easily connect with people and work from all over the world. I think that Carla Grace does this so well, sharing her studio and her techniques freely, engaging her audience, and sharing about being both a mother and an artist. Amy Shelton, who I met at a group exhibit we were both participating in. She makes delicate an intricate compositions using dried flowers that are displayed in light boxes — very unique and beautiful.Host: Chris StaffordProduced by Hollowell StudiosFollow @theaartpodcast on InstagramAART on FacebookEmail: theaartpodcast@gmail.comKeywords / SEO TagsMegan Seiter, color pencil artist, American artist, AART Podcast, Chris Stafford, contemporary drawing, visual artist interview, artist biography, life of an artist, creative journey, fine art drawing, realism in art, women artists, art podcast, contemporary art conversation, drawing as meditation, slow art, artist life storyBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/aart--5814675/support.A Hollowell Studios ProductionInstagram: @theaartpodcast Email: hollowellstudios@gmail.com© Copyright: Chris Stafford | Hollowell StudiosAll Rights Reserved

Some of the biggest advances in women's health start with a simple question: why hasn't this been fixed yet? In this episode of BackTable OBGYN, Dr. Tess Kim, a minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital and the founder of Fruits of Labor, a women's health medical device innovation company, joins host Dr. Amy Park. --- SYNPOSIS Dr. Kim's educational journey began with medical school at Emory, followed by residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, and fellowship training at MGH. She discusses the founding of Fruits of Labor, which began with the Perry Peach—a warm compress device designed to reduce severe perineal tearing during childbirth and now acquired by Medicines360. Dr. Kim also talks about her creative process, the importance of addressing historically neglected areas in women's health, and the potential impact of her new project, Mellomallows, which aims to reduce discomfort during gynecological procedures such as IUD placement. Reese Jones is living every San Fransico tech guy's wet dream. Create a company, sell it to Motorola for $205 millions dollars, and meet a hot, blonde girlfriend who doesn't hold back in the bedroom. A lifestyle some would be jealous of even after Reese gets kidnapped. Three men jump out, blindfold him, force him into a car at gunpoint. Next thing he knows, Reese is being led through seven different rooms, representing the seven deadly sins. One is lust. Another is gluttony. Then, envy. Reese is bound to a chair while his girlfriend has intercourse with what is described as ‘a buffet of people.' After all seven rooms, all seven sins, Reese is reborn. Which just means he's now cloaked in white, standing on a rooftop deck while his blonde girlfriend waits for him in the distance: “Happy Birthday.” That's what you get as a present when you're worth $200 million dollars and your girlfriend is the founder of One Taste, a company that helps women meditate and reach an orgasm. Every tech guy's wet dream right? That's until Reese gets wrapped up in one of the strangest, potential trafficking cases, and his girlfriend, Nicole Daedone, wellness company CEO ends up in the same prison as none other than Ghislaine Maxwell.   Full show notes available at RottenMangoPodcast.com Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. In this episode, Allie confronts the growing accusations of “Christian nationalism” against conservative Christians, especially over immigration enforcement and support for ICE, by responding directly to viral posts from progressive Christian figures like Ben Cremer and John Pavlovitz. She defines what Christian nationalism actually is (and isn't), explains why every worldview inevitably shapes law and public policy, and lays out a biblical case for national borders, pro‑life laws, and a Christian view of government. Allie exposes how progressive Christians often conflate the kingdom of God with America, misuse “welcome the stranger” passages to justify open borders, and deploy toxic empathy and inflammatory rhetoric that unfairly paints white evangelicals as the source of America's problems. Progressive Catholics aren't safe either, as Allie highlights Catholicism's social justice problem by examining statements by figures like Pope Leo XIV.
