After residency, he completed a fellowship in pulmonology and critical care medicine at Corpus Christi Medical Center in Corpus Christi, TX. He now works for Sutter Health at two hospitals in the Bay Area. In diesem Video wollen wir uns mal anschauen, wie man diesen Indikator hier programmieren kann, damit zumindest die Werte ausgegeben werden. Es handelt sich um den Alligator Indikator von Bill Williams. Also lassen Sie uns einmal schauen, wie man so etwas in MQL5 realisiert. Um das zu tun klicken Sie im Metatrader bitte hier oben auf dieses kleine Symbol oder drücken Sie die F4-Taste. Das ruft dann hier den Metaeditor auf und hier klicken wir auf Datei, neue Datei, Expert Advisor aus Vorlage, weiter. Ich vergeben hier mal den Namen SimplerAlligator, klicke auf weiter, weiter und fertigstellen. Jetzt kann hier alles oberhalb der OnTick-Funktion gelöscht werden und auch die zwei Kommentarzeilen werden entfernt. Da der Alligator Indikator drei unterschiedliche Werte hat, brauchen wir hier drei Arrays. Das Erste ist für den Jaw-Wert. Jaw steht für Kiefer. Das zweite Array für die Teeth, also für die Zähne. Und das dritte Array ist für die Lippen. Wenn man mal mit der rechten Maustaste auf die Eigenschaften des Alligator Indikators klickt, dann sehen wir hier, diese drei Werte. Im nächsten Schritt geht es darum die Definition für den Alligator Indikator durchzuführen. Das übernimmt die in MQL5 eingebaute Funktion iAlligator und die kommt mit einer ganzen Menge Parametern. Der erste Parameter ist für das aktuelle Währungspaar auf dem Chart, der zweite Parameter steht für die auf dem Chart gerade ausgewählte Zeiteinheit, der dritte Parameter ist die Anzahl der Kerzen für die Berechnung des Kiefers, also der Jaw Periode. In diesem Fall nutzen wir 13 Kerzen. Parameter Nummer vier steht für die Verschiebung. Wir nutzen hier keine Verschiebung. Im Original wird die Jaw Periode um 8 Kerzen verschoben berechnet. Das macht aber die Kontrolle für den aktuellen Wert schwierig. Darum machen wir das hier ohne Verschiebungswerte. Der nächste Parameter ist für die Zähne, also die Teeth Periode. Dieser Wert wird anhand von 8 Kerzen ermittelt. Auch hier setzen wir den Verschiebungswert wieder auf 0. Die dritte Linie ist die Lips Periode. Hier nutzen wir 5 Kerzen für die Berechnung. Auch das machen wir hier wieder ohne Verschiebung. Der nächste Parameter steht für die Wahl des gleitenden Durchschnittes. Ich hab jetzt hier MODE_SMA gewählt und wenn man da einmal F1 drückt, dann findet man heraus, dass es unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten gibt. Die Originalversion von Bill Williams nutzt hier eine geglättete Version. Man könnte auch einen exponentiellen Moving Average wählen. Und der letzte Parameter steht für den angewendeten Preis. Wir möchten das gerne anhand er Schlusspreise ermitteln. Machen wir noch die Klammer zu und setzen ein Semikolon. Dann ist die Definition soweit beendet. Im nächsten Schritt sortieren wir unsere drei Arrays, die wir hier oben erstellt haben, mit Hilfe der Funktion ArraySetSeries von der aktuellen Kerze an, abwärts. Und jetzt nutzen wir CopyBuffer, um anhand er Alligatordefinition, die wir hier oben getroffen haben, unser JawArray mit Werten zu füllen. Für den Jaw-Wert nutzen wir den ersten Buffer. Das ist Buffer 0. Der wird uns den Jaw-Wert ermitteln. Buffer 1 steht für Teeth, also für die Zähne und Buffer 2 liefert den Lips-Wert für die Lippen. Wir machen das in diesem Wert für den Jaw-Wert, also nutzen wir Buffer 0 und kopieren uns von der aktuellen Kerze 0 für 3 Kerzen die Werte, die wir dann in unserem JawArray speichern. Für das TeethArray, also für die Zähne, sieht das ganz ähnlich aus. Mit dem Unterschied, dass wir hier Buffer 1 benutzen. Und für die Lips, also für die Lippen, machen wir das Ganze nochmal mit Buffer 2. Danach können wir die jeweiligen Werte ermitteln, in dem wir einfach auf den Wert von Kerze 0 auf unserem JawArray zugreifen. Das gibt uns hier den AlligatorJaw-Wert. Ich nutze NormalizeDouble und fünf Nachkommastellen, um die Ausgabe entsprechend zu formatieren. Ähnlich sieht das aus, um den Wert für Teeth, also für die Zähne, zu ermitteln. Gleiches Verfahren,

Wie du gute Live Online Trainings aus Offline Seminaren erstellst - Teil 3Viele Trainer stehen zurzeit vor der Herausforderung, wie sie aus ihren Offline-Seminaren einen guten Online Workshop erstellen sollen. In meiner dreiteiligen Serie erkläre ich dir, was dabei zu beachten ist und gebe meine Empfehlungen weiter. Folge 1 dreht sich um das Mindset, der richtigen Vorbereitung und der Zeitplanung für dein Online-Training. In Folge 2 thematisiere ich unter anderem die Einplanung von Pausen und das Setting bzw. Technik für deine Online Workshops. In diesem und letzten Teil der Serie geht es um die verschiedenen Lehrmethoden und die Übersetzung der Offline-Methoden auf Online-Trainings. Die Übersetzung der Offline Methoden auf Online WorkshopsAnalysiere deine Trainingsbestandteile wie zum Beispiel deinen Ablaufplan. Zu welchen Zeiten wendest du mit welcher Dauer zu welchem Ziel welche Methoden an? Mache dir bewusst, was das tatsächliche Ziel zu jedem Bestandteil ist. Durch welche Methode wird dieses Ziel erreicht? Macht es Sinn, die gleiche Methode auch online anzuwenden? Du kannst fast alle Offline-Methoden auch in leicht veränderter Version online übertragen. Eine gute Möglichkeit, um die wichtigen Inhalte für dein Online Training zu bestimmen, ist die ABC-Methode, die ich in der ersten Podcastfolge erkläre. Die verschiedenen Methoden in Online TrainingsIn meinem Expertentalk mit Dani Reuter haben wir über viele gute Methoden für Online Workshops gesprochen. Es gibt Methoden zum Einstieg und Kennenlernen, zur Aktivierung, für die Gruppendynamik, Kreativität und viele viele mehr. Ich empfehle, die Interaktivität mittels Gruppenaufgaben, Diskussionen etc. möglichst hoch zu gestalten und so das Training kurzweilig wirken zu lassen. Denn mit Spaß lernt es sich leichter! Ein Stichwort ist hier die Gamification - das heißt, die Anwendung spielerischer Methoden in einem nicht spielerischen (Business-)Kontext. Unten in den Links habe ich dir ein paar Beispiele zusammen getragen. Blended Learning - Die Kombination von Online- mit Offline-ElementenOnline oder offline? Für mich gibt es da kein Entweder-oder, sondern ein Sowohl-als-auch. Denn die Verbindung vom besten aus beiden Welten ist großartig und bietet so viele Möglichkeiten! In meiner dreiteiligen Serie zeige ich dir verschiedenen Stufen, die ich selber erfolgreich nutze, um Präsenz-Seminare in Online-Trainings umzuwandeln. Seine Schritte aus dem Rollstuhl machten Querschnittgelähmten Hoffnung: Der Zürcher David Mzee konnte vor vier Jahren dank Chip im Rückenmark wieder gehen. Doch bis heute bleiben seine Schritte wacklig und klein. Nun wollen die Lausanner Forschenden den grossen Schritt wagen: mit einem Chip im Kopf. Wie geht es David Mzee heute? Und wie will ihm die Forschung in Zukunft weitere Fortschritte ermöglichen? «Einstein» wagt den Blick in die Zukunft der Behandlung von Querschnittgelähmten. Eine Zukunft, die unter anderem auch Elon Musk bereits eingeläutet hat. Eine Zukunft, in der Querschnittgelähmte wieder freihändig gehen können? Forschung an Ratten 10 Jahre vor den ersten wackligen Schritten von David Mzee standen querschnittgelähmte Ratten. Die Forschenden hatten sie mit der elektrischen Stimulation des gelähmten Teils der Wirbelsäule wieder zum Gehen gebracht. Doch konnte das auch beim Menschen funktionieren? David Mzee war einer von drei Studienteilnehmenden. Alle hatten keine komplette, sondern eine teilweise Lähmung. Ihr Rückenmark war also nicht komplett durchtrennt. David Mzee wurde, ähnlich wie bei den Ratten, eine Elektrodenplatte auf das Rückenmark operiert. Über eine externe Steuerung kann er so bis heute Bewegungen in seinen Beinen provozieren. Erste Erfolge, dann der Rückschlag Doch nicht nur das: Dank der Stimulation lernten die noch verbliebenen gesunden Nervenfasern in Davids Rückenmark die Funktion der abgetrennten Fasern zu übernehmen. So kann David Mzee bald auch ohne Stimulation seine Beine wieder besser kontrollieren. Doch heute, vier Jahre nach seinen ersten Schritten als Querschnittgelähmter, sind die Fortschritte nur noch gering. So arbeiten die Lausanner Forschenden bereits an der nächsten Evolutionsstufe – auch mit David Mzee. Statt über einen Laptop oder eine Steuereinheit sollen die Elektroden im Rückenmark direkt über die Hirnströme gesteuert werden – über einen Chip im Hirn. Die Zukunft gehört dem Chip im Hirn Auf diese Technologie setzt auch der Tesla-Gründer Elon Musk. Vor wenigen Monaten hat er ein Schwein präsentiert, dem ein Hirnimplantat eingesetzt worden ist. Dieses kann die Bewegungsabsichten des Tieres aufzeichnen. Auch an Menschen sind bereits Versuche gemacht worden. Eine gelähmte Person konnte so einen Roboterarm steuern. Doch die Technologie hat noch Schwächen. Die Implantate können Infektionen auslösen, was bereits zum Abbruch von Studien geführt hat. Die Lausanner Forschenden setzen darum auf ein Implantat, das die Hirnströme nicht im Innern des Hirns, sondern auf dessen Oberfläche misst. Bereits im kommenden Jahr wollen sie erste Versuche mit querschnittgelähmten Personen machen. Bei Affen hat das bereits funktioniert. Denkt der Affe ans Gehen, schickt das Implantat die Informationen an die Elektroden im Bein, und das gelähmte Tier kann wieder gehen. Bei diesem Versuch möchte David Mzee nicht schon wieder Pionier sein. Zuerst will er sich auf seine bevorstehende Rolle als Vater konzentrieren. Aber bei der Version 2.0, da sei er dann wieder dabei.

Our back hurts, our teeth go, our eyesight goes, etc. The body takes 7 years to replace your entire body's cells. Even grasshoppers are a burden when you get old. When the flood came, things were pretty much usual, however, the earth was corrupt. It was filled with violence. We are seeing the same things. If the Lord tarries, we will pass away. We will then return to dust. Solomon tried everything you could imagine in life and when he came down to the end, he said it was all worthless because he was never satisfied. You will never find true satisfaction. If you want to find satisfaction in life, he says, "Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man." The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. God said because you have removed me, I will remove the wisdom from your leaders. This has happened. We need a reverence of what God can do and what God has done. Have hope in God!

We are going to get a brand new tabernacle. Nobody knows what happens when we die as far as what type of body we will have in heaven. We will be like Christ, when He shall appear. We won't need dentures, hearing aids, glasses, etc. when we're in heaven. We will have a spiritual body until the resurrection occurs. We shall be changed and get a brand new body. Hell is a place of eternal torments. The rich man doesn't say torment, it said he was in torments. Physical, emotional, and spiritual. If someone came back from hell to warn people, they wouldn't believe him. We must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ. What is the judgment seat? The reward seat. Our work will be tried of what sort it is. Have we been faithful? People are condemned because they have never trusted Christ.
