Romans 6:1-2 — Should the Christian continue in sin so that grace may abound? God forbid. Aided by their natural minds, some in Paul's day made it a habit of using grace as a cloak for sin. Paul argues against this mindset as he refutes those who charged him with preaching antinomianism—the belief that the gospel absolves any obligation to keep moral law. In this sermon on Romans 6:1–2 titled “Dead to Sin,” Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones contends that anyone who lives according to that belief has not yet begun to understand basic biblical doctrines. Instead of rightly living by grace, there were some in Rome who lived in depression as they sulked in their continual failures. Dr. Lloyd-Jones applies the timeless text in Romans to the many Christians who suffer from a sin-laden depression today. In this Palm Sunday sermon, he shows that the beautiful remedy for such a miserable depression is a true understanding of the cross of Christ and the union of the believer with Christ. Everyone is either in Christ or they are not. They have either been crucified with Christ and died to sin, or stand condemned in their sin.

Kit Klarenberg – Death of EpsteinJul 25, 2022When Jeffrey Epstein was found dead it halted a train which ultimately would have named his considerable contact book. Sex trafficker Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell supplied these services on both the ‘Lolita' private jet and the many properties scattered throughout the world, including his own incredibly well CCTV'd private island.Epstein's death was convenient; it let a lot of dust settle and some powerful and rich people off the hook from being identified in a trial which could have literally brought down Governments and Royalty. Except…The rumour mill started. Dummies, substitute bodies and a plan to scoot Epstein out from one of the most secure facilities in the US flooded conspiracy sites and podcasts. The circumstances leading up to his death and the death itself presents more questions than it answers. It also opens the door to the one tie that still exists to his client list, Ghislaine Maxwell, could well be found the same way.In this interview, Kit Klarenberg talks to Ed Opperman about what the so-called Mainstream media is not reporting. The cellmates, the cameras, the entire scenario smells off and Kit Klarenberg puts his case about what may have occurred that night, and who may have done it.Website Greyzone, Wikispooks, Substack, Covertaction MagazineTwitter KitKlarenbergOther sources Epstein's Death, The Blacklist, Conspirator death, Other theoriesBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-opperman-report--1198501/support.

This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE! What would you do if, after a routine past life regression session, you stumbled upon a disturbing mystery—a story written in scrolls on the wall of your psychologist's office? Joni Mayhan did just that, and what followed was a journey into one of the most horrifying stories she'd ever heard. The names on those scrolls led her to a cult—not the kind you read about in tabloids, but one that locked up daughters, sacrificed babies, and vanished into thin air, leaving behind only whispers of what they had done. Was this a tale of ancient terror, or the product of a woman's shattered psyche—someone who had lived through unspeakable abuse at the hands of her family? Was this a true story, or a fabrication conjured up by trauma? Join us as we dive into Joni's quest for answers, where the lines between fact and fiction blur, and the dark past that unfolds might be far more real than anyone could have imagined. Orson Scott Card (born August 24, 1951) is an American writer known best for his science fiction works. As of 2024, he is the only person to have won a Hugo Award and a Nebula Award in consecutive years, winning both awards for his novel Ender's Game (1985) and its sequel Speaker for the Dead (1986). A feature film adaptation of Ender's Game, which Card coproduced, was released in 2013. Card also wrote the Locus Fantasy Award-winning series The Tales of Alvin Maker (1987–2003). Card's fiction often features characters with exceptional gifts who make difficult choices with high stakes. Card has also written political, religious, and social commentary in his columns and other writing; his opposition to homosexuality has provoked public criticism. Card, who is a great-great-grandson of Brigham Young, was born in Richland, Washington, and grew up in Utah and California. While he was a student at Brigham Young University (BYU), his plays were performed on stage. He served in Brazil as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) and headed a community theater for two summers. Card had 27 short stories published between 1978 and 1979, and he won the John W. Campbell Award for best new writer in 1978. He earned a master's degree in English from the University of Utah in 1981 and wrote novels in science fiction, fantasy, nonfiction, and historical fiction genres starting in 1979. Card continued to write prolifically, and he has published over 50 novels and 45 short stories.[1] Card teaches English at Southern Virginia University; he has written two books on creative writing and serves as a judge in the Writers of the Future contest. He has taught many successful writers at his "literary boot camps". He remains a practicing member of the LDS Church. Life Childhood and education Card (right) signing autographs at New York Comic Con in 2008 Orson Scott Card was born on August 24, 1951, in Richland, Washington.[2] He is the son of Peggy Jane (née Park) and Willard Richards Card, and is the third of six children and the older brother of composer and arranger Arlen Card.[3] Card's family has Mormon pioneer heritage. His ancestors include Brigham Young, Charles Ora Card, Zina P. Young Card, Zina Young Card Brown, and Hugh B. Brown.[4] When Card was one month old, his family moved to San Mateo, California, so Willard Card could begin a sign-painting business. When he was three years old, the family moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, so his father could finish his bachelor's degree. The family moved to Santa Clara, California, when Card was six; they stayed there for seven years while his father completed his master's degree and worked as a professor at San Jose State College. In school, Card took classes for gifted students, but he was more interested in studying music—he played clarinet and French horn. He read widely, including historical fiction, nonfiction, and literary classics.[5] At age ten, he wrote his first story, which was about an intelligent child who is assaulted by bullies and sustains brain damage. Ender's confrontation with Stilson in Ender's Game is based on this story.[6] In 1964, Card and his family moved to Mesa, Arizona, where he participated in mock debates in junior high school. In 1967, the family moved to Orem, Utah, where his father worked at Brigham Young University (BYU). Card attended BYU's laboratory school, where he took both high school and early college-level classes before graduating in one year. When beginning his college studies he intended to major in archeology, but after becoming increasingly more interested in theater, he began script-writing, writing ten original plays and rewriting other students' plays. Most of his plays were based on Mormon history and scriptures; one was science fiction. By watching the body language of an audience, he could tell when an audience was interested in his scripts.[6][7] During his studies as a theater major, he began doctoring

Send us a textShould we attempt to make contact with aliens? Dead ancestors? Go with pals to a haunted locale and channel our inner Zak Bagans? And what to make of the new trend to play a certain strain of music/sound that people are calling an alien dog whistle?Where is the most likely place to have a Bigfoot run in? And should you bring gifts? In the weeks to come, we will be crossing the bridge to the supernatural. We will look at how long humans have sought connections, the methods we've used, and perfected, the trends, the risks and how to mitigate them, and the hot spots across the globe. This week we look to the skies and oceans in search of aliens.Let's get into it!What to Read/Listen/Watch NEXTYouTube Video on the Strange Hole in Mount Adams - is it a UFO Hangar? The Higherside Chats Interview with Diana PasulkaThe Higherside Chats Interview with Ryan BledsoeStates with the most UFO sightings, NY PostHave you tried the GoodPods app yet? Not Righteous Professing Christians Are "Whitewashed Tombstones" - Pretty on the Outside but Dead on the Inside MESSAGE SUMMARY: A righteousness, that comes from your being in communion with the Holy Spirit, is not like a professing Christian who is really just a "whitewashed tombstone" -- pretty on the outside but dead on the inside. Rather, followers of Jesus are called to live righteous lives, as we are instructed by the Psalmist in Psalms 37:39: “The salvation of the righteous is from the LORD; he is their stronghold in the time of trouble.". Also, Paul tells us in Romans 1:17: “For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, ‘The righteous shall live by faith.'”. In Acts 1:8, Jesus tells us, as His followers, that: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.". In Matthew 5, Jesus tells us, as His followers, that we are different and blessed; and these blessings flow from your living a righteous life in Him. Allow the Holy Spirit to create in you a clean and pure heart. TODAY'S PRAYER: Lord, I acknowledge that I prefer to ignore and deny my pain and loss. I struggle with seeing how resurrection life can come out of death. Grant me the courage to pay attention to what you are doing, and to wait on you — even when everything in me wants to run away. In Jesus' name, amen. Scazzero, Peter. Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Day by Day (p. 114). Zondervan. Kindle Edition. TODAY'S AFFIRMATION: Today, because of I am filled with the Holy Spirit, I will not be controlled by my Inconsistencies. Rather, I will walk in the Spirit's fruit of Faithfulness. “The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.” (Galatians 5:22f). SCRIPTURE REFERENCE (ESV): Matthew 5:1-48; Romans 1:17; Romans 2:13; Psalms 70a:1-12. A WORD FROM THE LORD WEBSITE: www.AWFTL.org. This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE! When Lee Moore's girlfriend said their relationship was “over,” he expected heartbreak, not hexes. But instead of a clean break, she invoked witchcraft to curse him, stitching nightmares, shadow figures, and unrelenting dread into his everyday life. Lee tried to shrug it off and moved forward—marrying the love of his life and starting fresh—yet the torment only intensified. Invisible claws raked his body, midnight screams echoed through empty rooms, and an unseen force set out to destroy everything he'd built. Desperate, Lee turned to renowned spiritual‑warrior duo Kenneth and Farah Deel, whose exorcism prayers finally forced the darkness to show its hand. In Part One of this harrowing account, Lee recounts the curse that followed him home—and the first steps he took to fight back—on The Grave Talks. This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE! In 1900, there were just 34 sanatoriums in the U.S.—by 1925, there were over 500. Among them was the Cresson Sanatorium, tucked into the misty mountains of Pennsylvania. Originally built to fight the deadly spread of tuberculosis, it later housed the mentally ill... and eventually transformed into a state prison. But while the purpose of the building changed, one thing never did: people entered and never came out. Today, Cresson is a chilling relic of its past lives, haunted by spirits from every dark chapter—patients, prisoners, and those forgotten by history. On this episode of The Grave Talks, we explore the paranormal echoes of this once-isolated institution with Lindsey Rogers, lead investigator for public overnight ghost hunts on the grounds of the Cresson Sanatorium and Prison.
