Today's episode explores the critical role of a healthy uterine and vaginal microbiome when preparing for pregnancy and trying to conceive (TTC). Despite mounting evidence linking microbiome balance to improved fertility, successful implantation, and better pregnancy outcomes, most OB/GYN offices still overlook routine testing and proactive care in this area. I dive into how conditions like chronic endometritis and Ureaplasma infection can silently undermine your fertility, often going undetected in standard evaluations and contributing to unexplained infertility or recurrent pregnancy loss. I'll then share how advanced microbiome testing paired with a functional treatment protocol in my practice can finally provide answers and targeted solutions for a healthy pregnancy. Episode Highlights: The difference between the vaginal and uterine microbiome, and why both matter for reproductive success How chronic endometritis and ureaplasma infections can silently sabotage your fertility, even when you have no symptoms Why standard doctor's visits and routine tests often miss these underlying issues How advanced microbiome testing along with holistic fertility protocols can finally give you answers and a clear path forward The importance of biofilm disruptors and supporting microbiome before, during and after treatment matters for preventing recurrent infection If you're LOVING this podcast, please follow and leave a rating and review below. The metaphor of plasma brings clarity as to the higher powers of the mind. Once the alchemical process of kundalini cultivation is underway, the energy of consciousness can be modulated to higher frequencies that will come to vibrate through the body and the morphogenic space. This revisioning of the meaning of yoga makes the transcendent heights of Total Presence more immediately accessible.

Patrick Vanraes is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Antwerp whose research into liquid plasmas has led him to believe that we have radically, completely, totally misunderstood what it means for something to be “plasma.” All presentations on the subject begin with a rote recitation of the fact that plasma is a fourth state of matter - solid, liquid, gas, then plasma. But Patrick makes the point that this is an incomprehensible perspective, because the phase change between solid - liquid - gas is one of motion. Each phase has more degrees of freedom than the previous one, and so reveals different macroscopic qualities of the substance. The transition to plasma is far stranger. Some component of it does include a greater range of motion, as the electron shells of the atoms bloom away from their ionic cores. But far more important is the structural, chemical changes that accompany plasma, which is exactly what leads Patrick to the conclusion that perhaps plasma isn't some strange exotic kind of matter - it's some latent capacity of matter that's far more ordinaryMAKE HISTORY WITH US THIS SUMMER:https://demystifysci.com/demysticon-2025PATREON https://www.patreon.com/c/demystifysciPARADIGM DRIFThttps://demystifysci.com/paradigm-drift-show00:00 Go!00:05:13 Cosmos and Plasma Complexity00:11:41 Defining Plasma Beyond Ionized Gas00:17:07 Applications and Implications of Plasma Understanding00:21:52 Plasma in Laboratory and Experimentation00:24:27 Plasma Formation in Gas vs. Liquid00:26:31 Plasma Research Fields00:31:15 Definition and Nature of Plasmas00:39:01 Phase Transitions and Plasma States00:42:11 Ionization and Conductivity in Metals00:48:31 Atomic Structure and Misconceptions00:49:54 Realism in Scientific Models00:52:30 Complexities in Education and Models00:55:38 Redefining Plasma and Conductivity01:00:07 Characteristics of Plasma01:11:05 Plasma Waves and Oscillations01:15:36 Particle Misconceptions01:20:59 Material Representation in Physics01:23:30 Stars and Material Conceptions01:29:38 Quasi-Particles and Limitations01:31:30 Beyond Models: Reality vs. Philosophy01:36:13 Phonon Theory of Liquids01:39:12 Relationship Between Phonons and Specific Heat01:40:25 The Temperature Dependency of Specific Heat01:43:35 Conceptualizing Quasi-Particles and Reality01:50:16 Exploring Underlying Structures in Physics01:57:05 The Philosophical Underpinning of Scientific Theories02:03:34 Plasma Physics, Redefined02:08:16 The Role of Skepticism and Prediction in Science02:12:26 Building Scientific Community and Collaboration02:16:50 Modeling a New Scientific Approach02:17:28 Upcoming Presentations on Plasma Models #plasmaphysics, #astrophysics, #experimentalphysics, #electricuniverse, #theoreticalphysics, philosophypodcast, #sciencepodcast, #longformpodcast ABOUS US: Anastasia completed her PhD studying bioelectricity at Columbia University. Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows! This is where we answer our community's wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track! Check out today's questions: Lillian: Hello Dr. Cabral! Two questions: I was wondering if you know anything on Baja Gold sea salt. It is supposed to be naturally lower in sodium and have a high concentration of minerals and trace elements. In their third party testing Baja Gold tests below CODEX and Prop 65 requirements. 2) Himalayan or Real Salt (Utah) don't have iodine, how do you supplement? Thank you! John: Hey doc .me and my family drinks a lot water ..we recently just purchased the aqu true that you recommend . I wanted to know if we should add minerals to to or since I do the dns and dfvb is that enough . Thanks Kendall: Now that I'm learning about how important the detox protocols are for our health, I want to involve my kids as well. My kids are 11, 9 and 6. I'm wondering what advice you can give parents on using detoxes for children. For example when my littlest was 4 she had some symptoms that could fall under parasites. Are there product lines you would recommend that would be gentle enough for kids? I'm assuming the products you sell are more for adults. I would love to include the kids for annual detoxes. Eleazar: Hello dr Cabral I have a question have u ever heard of long lived plasma cells and how they are a big reason autoimmune diseases are chronic since those cells live so long and they can continue to make autoantibodies as well and conventional doctors say since there's no way to eliminate them that's the reason autoimmune can't fully go away what's ur opinion on that? Anonymous: Hi Dr Cabral! I'm convinced I have lipedema. I haven't been to the Dr to confirm yet. My torso, arms & legs all feel like I have grainy/pebbly texture beneath the skin. My knees have a weird “fat pad” on the side. I listened to another show where you mentioned lipedema, & I thought you said you have been able to help people reverse it. All of my research says it's incurable, but can manage it and calm swelling and pain, but the nodular fat will not go away without lipo. My questions are: are you familiar with any other scenario where texture I feel on myself as I described is normal? Or is that pebbly feeling always lipedema? Have you actually seen people get rid of the nodular lipedema fat & heal completely? Or just reduce swelling, pain & normal fat?Diet advice for this condition? Our planet's magnetic shield is deteriorating rapidly, creating a dangerous vulnerability to solar storms of unprecedented power. Throughout history, events like the 1921 New York Railroad incident and the 1859 Carrington Event wreaked havoc on early technology. Cultures across continents left warnings through winter solstice rituals and megalithic structures designed not for worship but as sophisticated energy channeling systems during cosmic upheavals. Their stone warnings remain while our understanding fades. Military documents like CONPLAN 8888 reveal government preparations for phenomena beyond power outages. The magnetic north pole races toward Siberia at increasing speed, while the South Atlantic Anomaly grows larger each year. The approaching plasma event threatens to do more than disable our technology—it will transform reality in ways our ancestors deeply feared.

SpaceTime Series 28 Episode 46The Astronomy, Space and Science News PodcastUnraveling Black Hole Jets, Martian Dust Devils, and Earth's Tectonic MysteriesIn this episode of SpaceTime, we explore groundbreaking research that sheds light on how black holes generate their powerful plasma jets. A new study reveals that these jets are formed when superheated gas experiences a rapid shrinking towards the black hole's event horizon, offering insights into galaxy evolution and the fundamental physics of black holes. We discuss the implications of these findings for understanding cosmic phenomena and the behavior of matter in extreme gravitational fields.NASA's Mars Perseverance Rover Observes Martian TwistersNext, we delve into the fascinating observations made by NASA's Mars Perseverance Rover, which has captured images of dust devils swirling on the rim of Jezero Crater. These dust devils, including one consuming another, provide important data on Martian atmospheric conditions and help refine our climate models of the Red Planet. The rover's findings highlight the role of these phenomena in influencing Martian weather and surface interactions.New Insights into Earth's Tectonic PlatesAdditionally, we discuss a new study that uncovers how anomalies in the Earth's mantle transition zone affect the movement of tectonic plates. The research suggests that thick basaltic rock compositions within this zone can influence the trajectory and speed of subducting plates, which is vital for understanding the recycling of surface materials and the long-term stability of Earth's climate. This discovery opens new avenues for studying plate tectonics and its implications for our planet's habitability.00:00 Space Time Series 28 Episode 46 for broadcast on 16 April 202500:49 Mechanisms behind black hole jet formation06:30 Implications for galaxy evolution and black hole physics12:15 Mars Perseverance Rover's dust devil observations18:00 Importance of dust devils in Martian climate studies22:45 Insights into Earth's tectonic plate movement27:00 Summary of recent geological findings30:15 Science report: Social media's impact on body imagewww.spacetimewithstuartgary.comwww.bitesz.com
In this explosive episode, we welcome back Ashton Forbes — the lead investigator behind the viral theory that Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 was abducted by plasma orbs using advanced, possibly reverse-engineered technology. But tonight, we go deeper than ever before… What if the technology that made MH370 vanish isn't entirely modern? What if it's rooted in the same ancient energy systems that powered the pyramids, lined Earth's ley lines, and echoed through lost civilizations like Atlantis and Tartaria? We explore the mysterious connection between the orbs in the MH370 footage, global energy grids, and the theories that ancient civilizations once harnessed the very same forces — before they were buried, hidden, or stolen. Get ready for one of our most thought-provoking conversations yet — because the truth about MH370 might not just be about a missing plane… it could be about the return of a forgotten power.

Tonight, we have the pleasure of welcoming Adam, who joins us from the state of Tennessee. In Hermitage, Tennessee, around 1989, there was a mass sighting of an enormous cigar-shaped craft, which Adam and his family witnessed. Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows! This is where we answer our community's wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track! Check out today's questions: Michael: Hi Dr. Cabral! Thank you for the great work that you do! I'm hoping you can speak to the risk and benefits of regular blood and plasma donations. At what iron levels would you likely recommend someone give blood, if at all? Also, what is the difference between a plasma donation and plasmapheresis? Can you get similar benefits from regular plasma donations as you can from plasmapheresis? Thank you! Anonymous: Hi Dr Cabral, In my teenage years, I was quite often prescribed anitbiotics to combat cystic acne. I was mostly prescribed tetracycline, and a few others that I cant remember. I was on them for quite a while as I just did not respond well to acutane. Im a male and 40 years old now and I do have quite a bit of gi issues. My first GI doctor diagnosed me with dispepsia, though I wasnt tested for that so i dont know how he arrived at that conclusion. My 2nd GI Dr. ran a stool test that came back normal. Is it possible for such antibiotic during teenage years to lead to GI issues? I know nothing is certain without testing but just curious if its even a possibility considering it was so long ago and Ive largely avoided them since my 20's. Thanks Elizabeth: Hi, Dr. Cabral. On a previous show, you mentioned a red light therapy device and that devices get better every couple of years. I noticed the one on your resource pages is at least a couple years old, so I'm not sure it's still as effective as some of the newer ones. When looking for red light therapy caps for hair growth, what numbers (levels) and how many red lights should be the minimum in a red light therapy cap? Some can get quite pricey and I'm looking for something that is cost effective. Thank you so much! I look forward to hearing back! Marie-Eve: Hi Dr. Cabral, I am an IHP level 1 and soon 2 student. I have been using the X39 patch for the past 3 months and very much respect your knowledge about all things health. You have experienced, seen, read, done so many things in the health and wellness World and I take your opinion very seriously. You have mentioned a few times in your podcast that you have not seen any clinical studies about X39 and wanted to share these 2 with you. I was pleased to know about an affordable way to activate stem cells and copper peptides but I don't understand the deeper langage when it comes to researchers sometimes. I agree that blind testing is not enough and we need actual clinical studies to prove its benefits. I would love to hear your thoughts on those researches I found through my portal. Ian: Hi Dr. Cabral, I hope this message finds you well. One of my favorite basketball players, Victor Wembanyama (Wemby), was diagnosed with a deep vein thrombosis in his right shoulder, which is his shooting shoulder. He's 7 feet, 4 inches and 21 years old. From my perspective, it's very likely that taller people develop cardiovascular issues, and health issues in general, more often than shorter individuals... but Wemby is quite young and perhaps we might not expect cardiovascular issues at this age. I'd like to break down what may lead to blood clotting, especially in tall humans. What might the body be responding to with aggregations of blood in its attempt to reach its balanced state? Lastly, what modalities could be taken to mitigate blood clots in general, and athletes in particular? This week, Brian Appelbe, Research Fellow at the Centre for Inertial Fusion Studies (CIFS) at Imperial College London, who specializes in Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF) and High Energy Density Physics, joins the podcast.Fusion energy aims to create a miniature sun on Earth, utilizing the same process that powers the sun, where tiny atoms fuse together to release a massive amount of clean energy. Recent breakthroughs in fusion include experiments achieving net energy gain and private developers pledging to have grid-connected fusion electricity generation units by the mid-2030s.Here are some questions Peter and Jackie asked Brian: What are the advantages of fusion energy? How does it differ from nuclear fission? Realistically, how long before fusion is a commercial reality delivering electrons to the grid? How has the entrance of private companies and almost $7 billion in total private investment changed the pace of innovation? Do you think fusion energy will eventually be low-cost, and if so, what are the potential new uses of this abundant and cheap form of electricity?Content referenced in this podcast:Dr. Arthur Turrell's book: “The Star Builders – Nuclear Fusion and the Race to Power the Planet”2024 report by the Fusion Industry AssociationPlease review our disclaimer at: https://www.arcenergyinstitute.com/disclaimer/ Check us out on social media: X (Twitter): @arcenergyinstLinkedIn: @ARC Energy Research Institute Subscribe to ARC Energy Ideas PodcastApple PodcastsAmazon MusicSpotify

In this episode of Healthy Mind, Healthy Life, host Avik Chakraborty sits down with Bonnie D'Arcangelo, a clinical herbalist and holistic health consultant, to discuss the hidden benefits of silicon in our diet. Silicon, often overlooked in favor of calcium or magnesium, plays a crucial role in bone health, skin elasticity, cardiovascular function, and even longevity. Bonnie shares eye-opening insights on how declining soil quality has reduced our natural silicon intake and why silicon-rich foods and supplements are key to staying youthful and strong. Bonnie also dives into her work at Aetherbal, where she has developed a silicon plasma hydrate formula that enhances healing, reduces pain, and supports nerve function. If you're looking for practical ways to add silicon to your diet, or curious about the latest research on silicon and Alzheimer's prevention, this episode is a must-listen!
