Have you ever noticed that one powerful weekend can shift the entire trajectory of your life? That's exactly what happened at the Optimized Life Mastermind I co-hosted at my brother Ben Greenfield's biohacker compound in Idaho. And in this episode of The Happy Hustle Podcast, I'm breaking down my biggest takeaways from that experience through the lens of what I call the 5 F's: Family, Fitness, Faith, Finances, and Fun.If you don't already know Ben, he's basically a walking encyclopedia of high-performance living. New York Times bestselling author, top-tier health and fitness podcaster, former “World's Fittest Man,” supplement founder, coach, entrepreneur, and honestly, just one of the most intentional humans I've ever spent time with. Hosting 20 high-performing entrepreneurs at his home for three and a half days, sharing meals, workouts, masterminds, and late-night deep dives, gave me a front row seat to how he actually lives his optimized life. And I'm pulling back the curtain for you.One of the biggest lessons came from watching Ben lead his family intentionally. He designs an environment where connection isn't optional—it's built in. Morning huddles, evening prayers, tech-free dinners, shared hobbies… all of it creates a home that breathes life into everyone inside it. Research backs it up, too: families with consistent rituals experience higher satisfaction and lower long-term stress. My takeaway? Rituals matter. Even one intentional daily practice, gratitude, prayer, a morning walk, can anchor your entire household. On the fitness front, training with Ben is no joke. The man is a machine. But what struck me most wasn't the intensity. it was the simplicity. Micro-movements: 1-minute mobility, pull-ups between tasks, deep hangs, air squats, brisk walks on calls. Movement snacks, as he calls them. Layer in cold exposure, sunlight, and strength training, and your body becomes a high-performing feedback loop. I came home committed to implementing these simple but powerful movement bursts every day.And then there's faith. Ben calls spiritual fitness the ultimate edge, and I couldn't agree more. His days are rooted in devotion, scripture, worship, and deep conversation. Studies show spiritual practices reduce anxiety and increase emotional resilience, but for Ben, it's more than data; it's an operating system. My biggest takeaway? Stack spirituality into your existing habits. One scripture. One reflection. One prayer. Five minutes. Every day.On the financial side, Ben reminded me that wealth isn't just what you earn, it's what you systematize. Weekly financial reviews, automated investments, intentional giving, and simplifying your income structures create freedom, clarity, and creativity. And that quote he shared? “When God blesses you with wealth, don't build a higher fence, build a longer table.” That's how I want to live. And finally, fun. Joy is not optional. It's strategic. Watching Ben integrate adventure, hobbies, and play into his weekly rhythm was a powerful reminder that fun fuels fulfillment. Whether it's frisbee golf, cooking wild food, family game nights, bow hunting, or spontaneous adventures, fun is woven into the culture of his home. I left with a renewed commitment to schedule joy, not just hope for it.This mastermind wasn't just about health hacks or business tactics. It was about alignment. Humanity. Connection. And the realization that a truly optimized life isn't just built, it's lived, day by day, ritual by ritual, breath by breath. If you want the full experience, all the stories, all the insights, and a deeper dive into how you can implement these 5 F's in your own life, tune in to the full episode. In a world where many of us feel increasingly disconnected from the Earth and from one another, author Lyanda Lynn Haupt offers us a way back. Through her blend of science, nature, and spiritual insight, she invites us to slow down, pay attention, and rediscover the wildness of everyday life. Her award-winning book Rooted explores what it means to cultivate inner wisdom and a deep sense of belonging with the natural world, no matter where we live or what we believe. In this episode, Monica sits down with Lyanda to explore how nature can be a source of solace, creativity, and meaning. They talk about why wonder is backed by science, why spirituality doesn't have to be religious, and why it's healthy (ahem, necessary) to be a little weird. You'll hear more about why our cultural norms aren't serving us, a fresh perspective on hope, responsibility, and grief, and how simple practices like walking barefoot can gently reconnect us to something more reciprocal and real.If you're longing for a deeper relationship with the natural world, or you're searching for a grounded sense of hope heading into a new year, this conversation is a beautiful place to begin.ShownotesAbout Lyanda Lynn HauptRooted: Life at the Crossroads of Science, Nature, and Spirit by Lyanda Lynn HauptEncounter the Everyday Wilderness: Lyanda Lynn Haupt at TEDxRainierThich Nhat HanhSilent Spring by Rachel CarsonZadie SmithKeywords: nature connection, Lyanda Lynn Haupt, Rooted book, spiritual ecology, awe and wonder, science and spirituality, biophilic living, environmental mindfulness, reconnection with earth, intentional living, hope and grief, human evolution outdoors, cultural norms, nature-based wisdom, mindful practices, podcast interviewBiophilic Solutions is available wherever you get podcasts. What if your brand could bend without breaking when life throws the unexpected at you? Kelly sits down with Sara Schultz to unpack how a surprise pregnancy, a pandemic birth, and a family health crisis in Detroit sparked a complete reimagining of business and motherhood—leading to a scalable, values-led model that actually buys back time.We trace Sara's evolution from solopreneur to agency owner managing multi–six-figure projects, and the moment a single sales call—where she let her baby cry to close a deal—made her rewrite the rules. That boundary breach became a compass. When 2024 demanded a hard pivot, she didn't cling to growth for growth's sake. She ended misfit contracts, protected her family, and built Brandshift Method: a group coaching program that teaches founders to craft a rock-solid foundation—voice, values, dreamy client clarity, offer design, and visual language—so every marketing move sits on bedrock instead of quicksand. We get practical about the digital era, too. AI can boost output, but without strategy you'll ship robotic content that confuses your audience. Sara explains why visuals are part of your message, how consistency creates trust, and how to set life-first boundaries in your contracts so clients know exactly how you work. The throughline is autonomy: more women owning their time and money, building businesses that love their lives back, and leading with authenticity that doesn't crumble under pressure. If you've felt pulled between ambition and presence—or you're tired of hacks that don't stick—this conversation offers a clear path forward. Build the foundation, honor your values, and scale in ways that feel good and last. If your brand can't survive change, it wasn't a brand. Key TakeawaysPurpose is clarified through experience and reflection, not just passion.Helping others find purpose requires curiosity, coaching, and equipping them with the tools to succeed.Distinguishing passion from purpose involves commitment, impact, and skill alignment.Gratitude and intentional reflection help maintain focus on what truly matters.Leaders can spot misalignment by observing engagement, mood, and energy, but must approach it with curiosity and connection.

Together, they explore the importance of authenticity, internal alignment, and redefining high performance during the midlife chapters of life. Joe shares personal stories from his Olympic journey and his evolution into leadership and coaching. He discusses the power of questioning long-held beliefs, listening to the heart, and shifting from achievement-driven living to meaning-driven impact. Joe encourages listeners to embrace experimentation, purpose, and deeper self-awareness to unlock growth and fulfillment in both sales and life. KEY TAKEAWAYSAuthentic Leadership: True leadership and sales success emerge from alignment, honesty, and leading with heart—not just intellect.Redefining High Performance: Midlife offers an opportunity to reexamine success metrics and shift toward meaningful contribution and personal fulfillment.Questioning Assumptions: Revisiting long-standing beliefs (“Could the opposite of that be true?”) opens possibilities for growth and reinvention.Second-Half Strategy: The second half of life thrives on intention, purpose, and legacy rather than relentless hustle.Experimentation & Renewal: Small, low-risk experiments can spark renewed energy and prevent complacency or burnout.HIGHLIGHT QUOTESThe brain knows how to yell loudly and repetitively, but we need to give the heart more voice in the conversation. If you don't define high performance for yourself, the second half of life can feel like decomposition and disconnection. The best thing we could hope for is that the next generation faces a higher level of problems because of the conversations we're having now. It's about the bravery and courage to talk about the things no one talks about—but everyone thinks about.
In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on one of the biggest misconceptions in real estate and entrepreneurship: Q4 isn't slow—it's strategic. I'll walk you through why the moves you make in November determine the momentum you feel in January… and why top agents treat this season as their secret advantage instead of a time to coast.I'm sharing the honest lessons I learned the hard way early in my career—when I believed the “holiday slowdown” myth and started every new year from zero. And I'll show you exactly how the top 10% create separation season, re-engage their database with intention, clean up their pipelines like CEOs, and use simple systems to build more momentum in four weeks than most build in four months. If you're ready to finish the year with intention instead of excuses, this episode is your blueprint.✨ Things I Cover in This Episode:Why January momentum starts in NovemberHow top agents actually use Q4 to separate from the packThe “relationship equity” framework to reconnect with your databaseCEO-level pipeline prep (including the 5 buckets system)A simple 3-2-1 weekly rhythm to drive revenue and visibilityWhat NOT to believe about the holiday seasonThe November decision that sets up a powerful Q1If this episode lit a fire in you or gave you clarity on how to finish strong, screenshot it and tag me on Instagram @itsraquelq.And if you're ready to scale into 2026 with real systems, real support, and the confidence of a true Agent CEO, DM me the word "AgentCEO" — I'll send you the details on our coaching, community, and plug-and-play tools that help you build like a CEO, not just hustle like a salesperson.---Thank you for joining me on this episode of The Raquel Show, and remember, keep pushing your limits to achieve your goals. For updates and collaborations or opportunities, go to www.LetsPlayBigger.comFind more resources on our websitehttps://raquelq.com/podcast/Follow Raquel on Raquel Quinet's socials:Instagram | YouTube | Facebook | LinkedInCheck Out Our2025 Play Bigger EventsApply to be in our Play Bigger MastermindGrow Your Real Estate Business with Real BrokerageJoin our Facebook Play Bigger Community

Today's episode feels extra special — because I finally got to sit down in person with someone I've admired online for months: Mandy Webber of the Wildly Intentional Podcast. She drove from West Branch, Iowa, to my home office in Cascade, and what started as a podcast interview turned into a three-hour, soul-filling conversation about motherhood, homesteading, family culture, learning (and unlearning), running a business from your values, and choosing a life that's deeply rooted in intention. We recorded a double-pod, so you'll hear the Found-side of our interview today, and you can catch the second half over on Mandy's podcast, Wildly Intentional. If you don't know Mandy yet, you're in for a treat. She's a maverick mom of three, a homesteader, a maker, a family culture builder, and one of the most curious, energetic, truth-telling women I've met. Mandy helps people unlearn the noise of modern life and return to rhythms that actually matter — whether that's rethinking school at home, preserving 50 pounds of tomatoes, or bravely starting something from scratch. This conversation is honest, warm, hilarious, grounding, and full of gems you'll carry with you. Settle in. This one's good. Send us a textIn a world that moves at lightning speed, it's easy to forget we're allowed to slow down. Today's episode gently explores the art of curiosity, a simple, spacious practice that helps you step out of pressure, perfectionism, and the nervous-system spike of always needing to “know” or decide right away.Christina discusses how "curiosity" was one of her words of 2025, and how it changed everything. Instead of forcing decisions, rushing to have an opinion, or tightening around old habits, curiosity softened life, giving space to feel safe in the pause.Inside this episode, we explore:• Why fast-paced living restricts your ability to think clearly, feel centered, and hear your inner guidance • How curiosity opens the heart, expands possibility, and settles the nervous system • What “data gathering” actually means as a spiritual practice • How to observe yourself without judgment, especially during stressful seasons • Why we stay addicted to drama and overwhelm (and how to gently step out of it) • Simple questions to shift into curiosity anytime you feel rushed, pressured, or out of alignmentAs we head into the holidays, a season full of expectations, traditions, and emotional noise, curiosity becomes one of the most grounding spiritual tools you can lean on. Just one pause, one hand to your heart, one honest check-in is enough to bring you back to your center. This episode is one of the most emotional and personal ones I've ever recorded. Last week, I watched my son step onto a Division 1 basketball court for the very first time — a dream he's chased for years… and a dream many said he would never reach. As I sat in the stands with 15,000 people around us, tears just fell. Not because of the game, but because I realized something powerful: our kids are always watching — even when we think they're not.In this episode, I open up about the unseen moments, the sacrifices, and the grit behind a dream that had every reason not to work… but did. And as I reflected on Bryce's journey, I realized that so much of who he became came from what he witnessed at home — the way I handled pressure, adversity, setbacks, and the work no one applauded. This isn't just about sports or parenting. This is about entrepreneurship. Leadership. Legacy. And the truth we often forget: we model our kids' default settings. If you're building a business, raising a driven kid, or stretching for the life you know you're meant for — this episode will hit home.✨ Things I Cover in This EpisodeHow our kids absorb our habits, reactions, and resilienceThe behind-the-scenes grind that built a D1 athleteWhat entrepreneurship and sports have in common (hint: everything)Why growth filters your circle — and why that's a giftThe real difference between teaching grit and living itHow to protect your energy and vision when others doubt youThree things you can do this week to model leadership at home and in businessIf this episode speaks to you, share it with a parent, an entrepreneur, or someone chasing a bold dream.
