The Connected Yoga Teacher Podcast 287: Insurance for International Yoga with Beth McVeigh & Joe Fagan   Description: Many yoga teachers have been curious about insurance for yoga teachers teaching abroad and teaching online to international students - particularly in light of the COVID pandemic. What kind of coverage do you need? Do you need people to sign a waiver? What happens if you can't control who watches your videos? Beth McVeigh and Joe Fagan have the answers to these questions and more.   Beth is a Commercial Insurance Manager specializing in insurance for Complementary Health practitioners and Studio, Clinic and Spa owners based in Canada. Along with her experienced and knowledgeable team of insurance advisors, Beth helps clients navigate the insurance coverage they need for their practice. Joe Fagan is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Beyogi. He helps to create relationships within the yoga community to generate exposure for all involved. Joe is a US-based insurance provider for yoga teachers.   Beth and Joe share more about what kind of insurance yoga teachers need when teaching online to international students, sharing yoga on shared platforms, or if they are traveling to teach in-person and abroad. They also explain the legal considerations yoga teachers should be mindful of when it comes to waivers and COVID, and how to navigate getting insurance if you're planning to relocate and teach yoga in another country.   Disclaimer: The material presented in this podcast is for general informational purposes only. Please consult with your local insurance agent for specific advice or services needed.   Key Takeaways: [2:27] Shannon introduces the topic for this episode, which was inspired by questions and comments from the Connected Yoga Teacher community. [4:36] Shannon has a few announcements about upcoming events and trainings. [8:04] Shannon introduces her guests for this episode - Beth McVeigh and Joe Fagan. [11:17] What is yoga insurance and what gets Joe and Beth excited about helping yoga teachers with their insurance? [13:52] Why is it important for yoga teachers to have insurance, and what gets Beth  excited about her work? [15:16] What are some considerations with teaching yoga online? Is there a difference between live classes and pre-recorded classes, and does it make a difference who signs up? [18:42] What can yoga teachers do if they are not able to keep track of who is watching their videos online? Beth and Joe explain how insurance works for yoga teachers going outside their country of coverage. [24:02] Beth clarifies how it would work if a yoga teacher who has international web-based consulting coverage posts a video on Instagram and someone from a different country watches it and gets hurt as a result. [25:37] It is hard to provide blanket statements about which specific situations are covered and which aren't, so it would be best to check with your local advisor for any specific cases you are concerned about. [27:21] What should yoga teachers be aware of if they are planning to travel to another country to host a yoga teacher training or retreat? [29:22] If a yoga teacher is planning to relocate to another country, should they look into insurance before traveling or should they wait to get to their new location? [31:17] Shannon pops in with a quick note about the sponsor, OfferingTree. [33:44] What are the steps a yoga teacher should take if they are planning to go away for a whole year to teach yoga abroad? How is it different if they're relocating? [37:14] What are some other things yoga teachers should know about teaching online to people outside their country? [41:02] What has changed with waivers because of Covid? [48:09] Joe offers his clients a template of a waiver when they enroll into his program as well as other helpful resources available on the website. [50:45] If you are based in Canada and you work with Beth and her team, you will have 24/7 access to a group of lawyers. DJ Pierre Ravan. ONE OF THE FIRST SPIRITUAL HOUSE DJS IN THE WORLD.DJ, producer, certified Yoga teacher, Heartfulness Meditation trainer, high-end fashion collaborator and global club-headliner.It's fair to say Pierre Ravan has done more than most during his three decades in dance music.Impressively, Pierre is one of the first to combine feel-good music, Yoga and Heartfulness meditation into his KaRavan concept. Often billed as the first Spiritual House DJ in the world, his KaRavan concept combines yoga, meditation and open-hearted music into one session, creating true dancefloor unity. And it's been hugely successful. He's been head-hunted to work alongside the UAE and Indian Governments to conduct Meditation and Yoga classes for Free to all people in the society. And he's a big draw at festivals, having taken his KaRavan concept to Defected Croatia, Sunburn in Goa and International Yoga festivals. The KaRavan concept has also been translated into 10 compilation albums that perfectly encapsulate his blend of dancefloor spirituality. Alongside that, Pierre is one of the most important DJs in the fashion world. It's almost quicker to list the names he's not worked with, having created fashion catwalk soundtracks for Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, Jean-Paul Gaultier and the first-ever Paco Rabanne nightclub show. During his career, he's also been the official DJ for Mac/Estee Lauder, DKNY, Galliano and more. That success has been translated into the club circuit as well. His passport is packed with entry stamps to countries around the world. Some of his most- profile gigs include Space, Privilege and Pacha in Ibiza, Space Miami and 1015 Folsom in San Francisco, Discotheque in Barcelona, Ministry of Sound in London, Cafe Del Mar in Mumbai and dozens more across Europe, Asia, America and the Middle East. Away from the decks and catwalks, he's a noted music producer, blending his Persian heritage with his spiritual musical mantra to create a breathtaking array of music spanning chill out plus a darker, late-night deeptek sound. To date, he's released several artist albums and worked with global labels like EMI/Capitol and Virgin, plus cutting-edge labels including Yoshitoshi, Peppermint Jam, Kingstreet and more. If you only have time to check out one release, make sure it's his KaRavan triple album. The 24-hour journey starts at dawn and builds through sunset, midnight and sunrise, creating a seamless and timeless dance music journey all about peace, love and unity. Pierre is in Bangalore for a special performance at RESET in Koramangala on May 26th, 2022. Note: All tracks played in this recording belong to DJ Pierre Ravan. Yoga instructor Angela Schwartz sits with Mike in a far-reaching interview exploring yoga, stillness and breath. An old family friend, Angela began teaching yoga right before the pandemic, and when her yoga studio closed, she scrambled to find her community. She didn't just find a community, Angela built a community. She brought yoga enthusiasts together from across the world -- she brought yoga teachers together from all seven continents -- and launched the Day of International Yoga. Angela describes building her community, the advantages of finding stillness and breath during COVID, and her overreaching philosophy about Yoga, choice, and well being.

In today's podcast, Fredrik is joined by international Yoga expert, wellness coach and entrepreneur, Train Calmeyer. Together they discuss how the pandemic has allowed for entrepreneurs to reflect upon their existing business model and how they can move with the times and the qualities behind a good leader. Train also shares some of her top tips to stretching and looking after yourself whilst working from home. KEY TAKEAWAYS The pandemic has required people to take a step back and reflect on how you can move your business and what that has to offer to an online platform. Use your current network of facilitators that you have gained over your experience within your niche industry and keep building upon that database to allow you to grow your company to new levels.   The engagement rate for on demand and pre-recorded content is quite low because it is completely dependent on the persons discipline to watch the content themselves. Anybody can go onto YouTube and watch a video if they have the will to do it. If you provide a live service whereby there is a person on the other end of the call to engage with and who you can ensure are listening to things.   When you have been sitting too much at a computer, one exercise that is highly recommended is to go and stretch against a wall. You can put your hands higher than your head, walk your feet back away from the wall and let your body sag against the wall, stretching out your back. This will help you to open up your chest. Anything to help opening up the chest and shoulders when you have been sitting at a computer too much is going to be a good thing.   A leader has to be focused on what their team is doing and has to be the example for their team. A real leader is always prepared for themselves and their team.   A very helpful thing to do, is to take a very deep breath. Repeat this in a sequence inhaling on a count of four, exhaling for a count of four. You will notice that your state, the way that you are breathing, and the way you are anticipating the breathing is going to calm you down.   Linked in has changed for the better post pandemic. A lot of people are sharing the realness of the working experience and it has gotten to be a more genuine and authentic social media platform. Twitter is another platform where entrepreneurs are able to share their real experiences in the industry. It also allows people to find a way to connect, collaborate and share information and ideas. BEST MOMENTS “I also definitely see that there is a disconnect in the online space.” “This whole part of your body that is usually quite compressed and working, gets opened up.” “I really love LinkedIn.” “ a leader has to be focused on what their team is doing.”   ABOUT THE GUEST Tarin Calmeyer is  an international yoga, meditation and wellness coach and she works with forward thinking brands who value the wellness of their workplace. About Unearth + Bloom: Khadijah and Zakiyyah are a twin sister team and founders of Unearth and Bloom. They have created a business, which focuses on the many ways trauma affects the mental, emotional and physical well-being amongst people of African descent. Zakiyyah is an EMDR-Trained Child, Adolescent and Young Adult Psychotherapist, who uses child-centered meditative practices to reduce anxiety associated with traumatic memory. In her private practice, she is intentional about normalizing mental health in black and brown communities and using a culturally sensitive approach. Khadijah is a Mental Health Professional and International Yoga instructor who uses yoga and meditative practices, which centers movement and connections to the body, as a way to respond and release, stored trauma--much of which is intergenerational. Khadijah is the Founder of the "OM in Africa" project, which centers intergenerational healing throughout Africa. She has collaborated with yoga instructors in Kenya, Uganda, Namibia, and Botswana to provide yoga and healing circles to women in prison, juvenile centers (boy and girls), schools, and local communities. You might think of yoga as primarily a way to prevent and perhaps recover from other sports injuries. However, it can also be an intense physical endeavor in its own right—one which, instructor Adam Whiting told us on this week's Injured Athletes Club podcast, is going through a transformation in terms of how its practitioners teach and practice. Teachers and trainers like Adam are infusing more anatomy into their understanding of each asana or pose, working to ensure yogis move through postures in a way that doesn't increase their long-term risk for tendonitis, tears in the cartilage of their hips, back problems, or other slowly developing overuse injuries. Adam's knowledge and passion for this approach comes in part from his own experience with injury—most notably, an extruded disc in his lower back that required surgery. He shared his story with us first in an interview for our book Rebound, and now in the podcast. Here, he delves a bit deeper into how his training in yoga and meditation served him during his recovery, and also how his behavior on the mat, in front of the class, and even on social media changed as a result of his experience. Adam told us: How injuries are viewed in yoga—and the emerging paradigm shift (6:48) The three types of yoga teachers—engineers, athletes, and mystics—and where he falls on the spectrum of each (13:41) When his back problems first began, and a prediction that would eventually come to fruition (15:56) His previously “aggressive” style of practice, and how that may have contributed to his issues (17:40) How being temporarily unable to demonstrate yoga poses transformed his teaching (25:13) The role social media plays in perpetuating potentially injury-inducing yoga poses, and how he aims to strike a balance in using it (28:04) Why back surgery was such a physical relief but a mental struggle, and how Yoga Nidra and similar practices helped him recover (33:53) How he realized yoga wasn't a panacea—and why that's been a good thing for his practice, his teaching, and the discipline overall (39:11) Why, though the pain was tremendous and nothing he'd wish to relieve, he's ultimately glad he went through this experience (42:37) His biggest advice for yogis, on an off the mat: it doesn't matter what something looks like on the outside or on Instagram, it's whether you're doing it with integrity and balance   Resources/links we mention: Adam's website and Instagram   You can subscribe to The Injured Athletes Club on Stitcher, Apple Podcasts, Google Play, or wherever you get your podcasts, and if you like what you hear, please leave us a rating or a review in Apple podcasts. Get ready to shake your yoga nidra pompoms! On this episode, Rest Sisters from the Daring to Rest Academy join me to share our key takeaways from The First International Yoga Nidra Conference. We discuss the theme of unity that pervaded the conference despite the different lineages of yoga nidra represented and reflect on what is a feminine approach to yoga nidra, how we express this in Daring to Rest programs, and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli's permission to be ‘wild within the structure' of the practice. I ask about the network versus hierarchy debate posed at the conference, and we offer insight on the idea of post-lineage yoga nidra that allows us to play inside the framework. We delve into Kamini Desai's metaphor around being a container for what is rather than identifying with what comes and goes—and describe how yoga nidra effectively reorganizes our relationship with our emotions. We explored concepts from the many yoga nidra rock star teachers we learned from including Indu Arora's view of yoga nidra as ‘the sleep of realization' and deep truth. Listen in for insight around emphasizing invitation and choice in the language of yoga nidra and learn how each Rest Sister integrated her profound feelings of gratitude, balance and belonging into life after the conference. After you listen, tell us your takeaways in the comments below or on social media.   Key Takeaways The theme of unity and mutual respect at the Kripalu Yoga Nidra Conference How Uma Dinsmore-Tuli offered permission to be ‘wild within the structure' The common thread around entering the sacred space through the breath Why we need more post-lineage yoga nidra (i.e.: network vs. hierarchy) Kamini Desai's metaphor around being the ocean rather than the waves The value of guiding students from timebound to timeless consciousness How yoga nidra effectively reorganizes our relationship with our emotions Uma Dinsmore-Tuli's intro to resources around the history of yoga nidra Molly Birkholm's take on bringing yoga nidra to the corporate workplace The emphasis on invitation + choice in scripts over telling people what to do How each woman experienced reentry to life after the yoga nidra immersion Indu Arora's insight on yoga nidra as the sleep of realization and deep truth   SHOW RESOURCES Daring to Rest Academy Daring to Rest: Reclaim Your Power with Yoga Nidra Rest Meditation by Karen Brody Yoga International's recordings for the First International Yoga Nidra Conference

Welcome to year two of the Visionary Lifestyle Podcast!I thank you for your patience for the launch of this second year, I had a couple little delays as I’m traveling in India, I’ve been busy with the International Yoga Festival, wifi is an ongoing issue, I’ve had some technical issues with my phone, as well as my computer. I actually recorded this intro days ago but my computer froze before I could save it and then my wifi went down ha. There are challenges to this digital nomad thing when travelling in 3rd world countries and it’s taken me some time to accept that but thankfully ,I’m finally getting this out to you. I’m currently in Risihikesh, India. I attended the International Yoga festival where it was like a big reunion. I saw a lot of the yoga teachers I interviewed during the festival last year, and I see this family growing and strengthening. I’m considering bringing a group of yogis with me here next year, shoot me an email if that interests you!~ This time of year draws the spiritual masters or “gurus” to Rishikesh. In fact the place is named Rishikesh because the great sages and rishis have been drawn here to the foothill of the Himalyas for eons. I’ve been attending satsangs, which is essentially a spiritual talk by a “guru”. There are loads of them here, with these spiritual masters coming from around the world and sharing their spiritual wisdom with their followers. If you’re not yet following my instagram check that out for some behind the scenes stories of what I’m up to and what’s coming up on the show. That’s @ visionary_lifestyle_guide. So here we go, this is the launch of year two of the podcast. There’s sooooo much in the pipeline for you that I just can’t wait to share! This year will start with season 5 which began in Thailand, continued in California and then went on to Europe. The following season 6 was recorded in Lisbon at the DNX Global Conference which is all about the digital nomad lifestyle I’ve been embracing for the last year. Or, as I like to call it, digitalyomad, as in yoga nomad. My new favorite hashtag is #yogaallovertheworld. yay!. If you’re interested in taking your work on the road and traveling more , you don’t want to miss those interviews with people who are living that lifestyle now. And I’m recording season 7 now in India, and will continue on back to Bali again for the Bali Spirit Festival again this year. I just returned from Navdanya, Vanadana Shivas organic farm in rural India and was fortunate enough to interview her about her activism and what conscious eating looks like for her today. She touts saving the seeds and our food system as the answer to climate change and improving health and food security for all sentient beings. She is truly my shero and interviewing her was a true honor. I took an eco feminism course and toured herfarm which was incredibly inspiring to see. Check my instagram to see pics from that trip. The best part was the seed bank where they’re storehousing organic and heirloom seeds. Did you know that Monsanto now owns over 90% of the seeds on our planet? That means this giant poison company control our food system guys. Vanadana Shiva is their biggest enemy, and working on the daily to ensure that we the people have safe and abundant food. So make sure you watch for her episode in season 7. I’m so excited to see what unfolds with the podcast this year. I’ve made countless valuable friendships with the people I interviewed last year, brought you what I hope are inspiring and empowering content through those interviews, and look forward to so many more. Have you listened to my episodes from the last year? If you’re new to the podcast I invite you to go back and look through and listen to the ones that call you. And it’s also a good idea to go back to episode #1 in order to get my take on what we’re focusing on here, and what’s really important in the Visionary Lifestyle. If you’re wondering why I always address you as Rainbow Warriors, I explain that there too. This is an ongoing and open invitation for YOU to join our tribe and participate in activating your highest potential. Ok so next I’m going to play a short piece I recorded at the beatles ashram here in Rishikesh on a very special day, and then coming up next will be Season 5, starting with my interview with the digital nomad founders of the DNX Global Movement which we recorded in Thailand. If there are people or topics you’d like me to cover, send me an email and share your thoughts. If you’ve enjoyed the show it’s never too late to write us a review on itunes, and as always, I love hearing from you so just drop me an eMail to: guide@visionary-lifestyle.com Enjoy and Namaste

Today’s guest is Jules Febre. Jules Febre was born and raised in a section of New York City known as the Lower East Side. At the age of 13, Jules spent three months in India; two of which were spent in Mysore studying Ashtanga Yoga with Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois. During that time he was invited to share satsang with Swami Nirmalananda and Shyam Das, two radical yogis that have each contributed greatly to the progression of yoga in the West. At the age of 16 Jules began working at the Jivamukti Yoga School helping to clean, and is now considered one of the leading teachers of the Jivamukti Yoga method, teaching the method world wide as well as facilitating at the very highly regarded teacher training programs. Jules travels and teaches for a major part of each year, including Europe, Australia, Asia, and more. His classes offer a wide range and depth of understanding of Yoga Asana as well as Meditation, Chanting, and Yoga Philosophy. Teaching yoga is Jules’ passion. He is grateful to his teachers, Sharonji (Gannon), Davidji (Life) who he has had the privilege of studying with for over 15 years, for igniting his devotion to the Jivamukti Yoga practice and for inspiring countless students around the world. I met Jules in India where he was teaching at the International Yoga festival in Rishikesh, where we recorded this interview in a garden at the Parmarth Niketan Ashram. Jules is a bit different than most of the yoga teachers I’ve met. He has a wicked sense of humor, that he brings into his classes, and he’s clearly very well studied and only when he speaks do you realize his tremendous depth. In this interview we discuss the 5 Tenants of Jivamukti Yoga, the yogic perspective on Veganism, his experience Teaching in Correctional Facilities Yoga Beyond the 8 Limbs, the importance of Planting Seeds, and Jules gives us a deep explanation of what it means to live the first tenant of yoga, Ahimsa. The focus of Satya’s teachings is how to be happy, heal yourself, enhance the quality of life, experience blissfulness/Anandam and reach your unlimited potential by raising your conscious level through self-developed 7-Steps. These easy, simple and effective techniques (Anandam meditation and spiritual practices) for the body, mind and spirit have benefited 1000s of people. I met Satya at The International Yoga festival in Rishikesh, India. I attended her Chakras workshop and invited her to the show to share her vast wisdom on the subject she’s been teaching for over 20 years. Our guest today is Satya Kalra. If you listened to my very first episode of this show:The 7 Steps to Activating Your Highest Potential ( http://visionarylifestylepodcast.libsyn.com/rss ), you’ll know that the chakras are considered one of my 7 steps, so the purpose of this interview is to take a deep dive on that subject. Satya Kalra is a self-transformation, empowerment, and happiness coach, spiritual guide, international speaker, and bestselling author. She is also a founder and president of the non-profit organization Path to Anandam to help people to explore their eternal happiness and peace within. She was a veteran in the biotech industry for 35 years serving as a visionary, entrepreneur, scientist, founder, CEO, president and chairperson. Following a divine call, Satya left the helm as a CEO in the biotech industry (cancer arena) and founded Path to Anandam . Her personal mission is to live in love, peace, and Anandam, and to propagate blissful living by helping others become more self-dependent and self-reliant, especially destitute women and children. For more than 20 years, Satya has been practicing and promoting awareness of blissful living through applications of timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and spirituality in daily life. Our guest today is Sadhviji. Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswatiji,  was raised in an American family in Hollywood, California and graduated from Stanford University . She was completing her Ph.D. in psychology when she left America in 1996 to come and live permanently at Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, India. She has been living there for the last twenty years, engaged in spiritual practice and dedicated service. She has a really interesting story of how India claimed her as it’s own,  and I urge you to check out the video that’s linked in the show notes where she explains it. She was officially initiated into the order of Sanyas (monastic renunciation) in the year 2000, by her Guru, and the spiritual head of Parmarth Niketan Ashram, His Holiness Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji. Sadhviji is a renowned speaker who gives keynote addresses at large forums, on a wide variety of topics ranging from conscious business to science and spirituality to sustainable development, to the keys of happiness and peace in life to all aspects of yoga. She has also been a speaker at the United Nations, Parliament of World Religions and many international conferences and summits. Her talks blend the knowledge and logic of the West with the insights, spirituality and wisdom of the East, and she is renowned as a spiritual bridge between the two cultures. At Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh, where she lives most of the year, she gives spiritual discourses and daily satsang, teaches meditation, provides counseling and oversees a myriad charitable and humanitarian projects and activities.   Sadhviji is: Secretary-General of the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance, an international interfaith organization dedicated to bringing clean water, sanitation & hygiene to the children of the world. President of Divine Shakti Foundation, a foundation dedicated to bringing education and empowerment to women and children which runs free schools, vocational training programs and empowerment programs. Director of the annual world-famous International Yoga Festival at Parmarth which has been covered in Time Magazine, CNN, New York Times, Le Monde and other prestigious publications. Sadhviji has a Ph.D in Psychology and was the Managing Editor for the monumental project of the 11-volume Encyclopedia of Hinduism. We  did this interview deep in the heart of The Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh which serves as the home of The International Yoga festival and where I stayed for about 5 weeks . Something you need to know about this interview and Sadhviji is that she has such a calm and warm presence, and as I was re-listening to this interview to edit it for you, I was wishing I had this on video, because I remembered how she had such a lovely smile on her face the whole time. She smiles with her eyes, you know what I mean, she has a really authentic presence, You heard her bio, she a real activist and is doing so much sacred service to the world with all the projects she’s running, and I am truly honored I got so much of her time. I sat in her  satsangs many nights while I was at The Parmarth Niketan Ashram, and every time she managed to bring me so deeply into my heart that I literally shed tears, every time. She has a way of speaking truth in a very practical way that anyone can understand. I encourage you to check out the Parmarth youtube channel and even tune into the facebook live videos of her leading satsangs to learn even more from her. I’ve provided links in the show notes. In the interview we talk about the 8 limbs of yoga, the international yoga festival, the meaning of shakti, being of service, conscious eating, the dairy industry, the plight of the cows in India, meditation and more. We packed a lot in! I hope you enjoy spending this time with Sadhviji as much as I did. And make sure you make it to the end to hear her wish for the world. It’s a great one … To follow her and learn more about her work in the world, make sure you check out the show notes for all the links. Welcome tribe! This is the final episode of season one of the Visionary Lifestyle podcast! It feels really good that I succeeded in launching the show from india and publishing the first season , mostly recorder in LA, from here. I assure It was NO small feat with the snail slow internet and intermittent power outages! Love you Mother India!!! Season 2 will launch very soon, and contains all the interviews I did at the International Yoga festival here in  in Rishikesh. It’s completely packed with amazing conversations with saints and sages, and lots of the sounds of India. I got access to some very high level teachers who are dropping a LOT of wisdom so make sure you stay tuned in next season. So One of my huge take-aways from my time in India is that it’s NOT quiet! Ha My fantasies about meditating in a silent ashram were quickly squashed haha. The beauty of that though is it became a recurring conversation and a reminder lesson that we must seek the quiet within, and develop the ability to find our center and stillness anywhere we are, and no matter what is going on around us. This is true yoga. In this episode I’m coming to you from a meditation hut in The Beatles Ashram, also known as  the Maharishi Ashram in Rishikesh India. You’ll notice the sound quality difference in this and in future episodes , because I’m now recording out in the open on the road digital nomad style. So you’ll be getting a lot more sounds of the atmosphere. I hope you embrace that and can just think of it as me bringing the world to you:) I was stressed about having the best possible sound quality for you and eventually had to surrender to what I can’t control, which is random voices and sounds that sometimes found their way into the middle of interviews.  You’ll see what I mean. I think it really adds to the charm of the interviews. So I’m  wrapping up this first season of the podcast with a heartfelt share about my time in india, which was a  bucket list item that I’m really thrilled I can now cross off my list. I’ll be sharing my insights as a first time yogi in India, as well as some practical packing and travel advice. This episode was recorded after my Ayurvedic panchakarma treatment,  and just before the International yoga festival started. Look out for an interview with my amazing panchakarma doctor coming up in the next season, I’m really happy to be bringing you some deep insight about Ayurveda. You can Check the show notes to find links to a lot of what I talk about in this episode. And please get in touch with me  and email me your feedback and questions to : Guide@visionary-lifestyle.com I’d looooove to hear from you! Have you guys rated and reviewed the show in itunes yet?
