We have special guest for MEN'S HEALTH THURSDAY'S. Mr. Jashuha Ayers, who happens to be a Professional Bodybuilder and Personal Trainer. So, you're basically getting the best of the best. After most of us have gotten some extra LBS since the COVID-19 HIT, some even before that, if we are being truly honest. We thought it was only fitting since we are wrapping up this year to end it right. With fitness and nutritional tips from someone that is highly knowledgeable in this department. This episode of Men's Health Thursday Jashuha touches on what protein to take, how much protein we should take to gain lean muscle mass. How much protein to take to gain muscle and How much protein to take to loss fat. How much water he recommends for daily intake to help with weight loss and flossing out your system. When is the best time to start a new workout regimen. This and plenty of resourceful and informative information in this Men's Health Thursday's episode. Who better to inform you than a Pro Natural Bodybuilder guys? Here's Jashuha Ayers background. Jashuha is a 28 year old Natural Professional Bodybuilder. He didn't start sports until 8th grade where he wrestled and ran track. He broke the schools 800m record and then beat his own record. Once he got to high school he then did football, wrestling, cross country and track. He was a two time division one district qualifier for wrestling. Upon graduating he had a few offers from colleges for wrestling, cross country and track. None of the offers were full rides and he knew he wanted to focus on his academics so he decided to attend Lorain County Community College in Elyria Ohio. Not having anything to train for and being a competitor he needed something to fill that void. He walked into a gym, started working out and that was it, he was bite by the iron bug. He started off with physical therapy and psychology, but then found himself in Exercise Science. He was talking about majors with fellow classmates and one mentioned exercise science. It was explained to him that he would learn about exercise, nutrition and all things that entail the body. He would be able to help people with their fitness goals. Jashuha had already been doing this and realized "Oh, I can get paid to do what I've been doing for free!?" Jashuha worked 3 part time jobs to put himself through school and ended up graduating from The University of Akron with zero debt. During his internship he was hired on as a personal trainer/ strength and conditioning coach/ videographer. Jashuha started competing in men's physique in 2012 where he placed 14th. After self educating more about training and nutrition he came back later that year and placed 2nd in the largest NPC show in Ohio and was a national qualifier. After a few more Men's physique shows he transitioned into Bodybuilding as that was what he really wanted to do. He competed in several bodybuilding shows winning several shows and becoming a Natural Pro Bodybuilder. Jashuha has also competed in the USAPL Power Lifting where he placed 2nd. Jashuha is an online coach who helps men and women shed body fat, build lean muscle mass and also contest prep for physique competitors. So as you can this guy is very qualified to tell us Men what the hell to do to lose those extra 10lbs. Ha! Andrew is a Pro Natural Bodybuilder who has been training and competing for over 10 years. He competes with the Drug-Free Athletes Coalition in professionally sanctioned contests and is previously a five-time British Champion with the British Natural Bodybuilding Federation as well as a World amateur champion. Andrew also has judged physique contests for over 7 years and has judged at British and World Finals. He also regularly competes in Strongman and Powerlifting events.
