What's the BEST vehicle for roofing sales?Trucks? SUVs? Cargo vans?I've run appointments in everything from a beat-up Toyota Tacoma, a tiny Honda S2000, a Mercedes coupe with a V8, to a nice professional F150 with a ladder rack. So let's settle it.In this video, I break down:- The 3 key factors to choose the best vehicle for YOU- The hidden message your ride sends to customers- Why most sales reps don't actually need a truck (and what to get instead)Your vehicle is an extension of you. It impacts how you feel, how you sell, and how customers see you.So what's the best vehicle for you? Watch and find out.Share this with your team so you can settle the debate for good. P.S. I've blown far too much money on vehicles. Heck, I off road the snot out of a built up 2015 Mercedes G-Wagon (watch me wheel it on my other YouTube Channel: G Wheel'n). I get it. But man… some of my choices were terrible. And if I could have invested that money elsewhere, I'd be a lot richer
In episode 106 of the BaT Podcast, Alex and Randy are joined by previous guest (but One-Year Garage first-timer) Beck Deifenbach, BaT White Glove Manager, to focus on the year 2006. They discuss "Peak Analog" or even "the '60s of our generation," if you ask those from a certain generation, as well as the death of iDrive, hot times at Buttonwillow, the best value ratio at the movies, the sadness of grayscale German cars, and salamanders. The rules are argued and perhaps stretched, a remarkeable level of cohesion is reached on several picks, and a truly baffling choice is surfaced. A brief foray into ALMS yields many a theory about BMW V8s, and week-late predictions are floated about what will/would show up at our event in Scottsdale, Arizona this/last weekend (note: no Smart Roadsters were there, but the 308 GT2 most certainly was!). ¡me enfado contigo!
Bill interviews Manfred Woodall who became interested in motorsports through the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix when he was 13. Manfred bought a Honda S2000 and started autocrossing. He then campaigned a Pontiac GXP Soltice. Then in 2018 he hunted down a Camaro to get back involved.Manfred talks about how he loves being at the track and the motorsports community. He also shares the news he received earlier this year regarding a cancer diagnosis. The great news is that he fought and won! This serves as a great reminder that men need to get their PSA test (prostate-specific antigen test).Manfred provides an interesting perspective that motorsports doesn't have to be obsessive as sometimes competition can sometimes overrun life. I am glad he shares this as I believe that some people get scared off thinking that it has to be all-encompassing, which it doesn't. Being at the track should be fun.Advice shared:Slow down to go fastLook and anticipate Have a routineWhat's next for Manfred?
We've finally driven the new seventh-generation Mustang. How does it compare to the outgoing model? We'll talk about that as well as the latest US-spec Toyota Land Cruiser teasers, the new (not for US) Mitsubishi Triton / L200 pickup, more rumors of an electric Honda S2000, and a not-so-cheap car challenge involving million-dollar vehicles. Motor1 Senior Editor Brett Evans joins the discussion.
Precio: Desde 6.000 € 3. BMW Z3 (1995) Lo mejor: - Calidad BMW. - Muy agradable de conducir. Lo peor: - Estética algo “envejecida”. - Hace tiempo que suben de precio. Precio desde: 9.000 € 4. Ford Mondeo ST220 (2000) Lo mejor: - Una buena berlina deportiva. - Precio muy interesante. This week the guys talk about the interesting world of audio engineering and foley, the previous days where sampling was acceptable in music, Foo has a long lost performance of the Sweater Song, Gym takes on some vinyl from an old friend, the days of shopping for music, Foo should buy a Honda S2000, Foo gives Gym a couple things, Foo's will has an odd request for the wife, plus more.
The guys agree with an internet wag who described the Ford Bronco as an Escape with an Otter Box on it. He's right. They then hone in on the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd's classic album, ‘Dark Side of the Moon'. Meaningful then, meaningful now, and we all wish we were Nick Mason. Car Spotting: Adams spots a Honda S2000. In his own garage (he just bought one). Lazy? Yes, but it's also an enthusiast's car with an up-and-coming collectible side. His cohorts deem the attraction short-lived. What is up at Nissan? Junk credit, yawner product line, and innovation only a yo-yo could admire. The brand has fallen mightily in its desirability quotient. Is it fading toward irrelevance? Next, is the BEV honeymoon over before the marriage was consummated? Though we feign seriousness, Stephan sparks multi-faceted comments about post-coital afterglow. Or glare. It doesn't matter. Yet Rivian, Lordstown, Lucid, are on the ropes while the country is just plainly not ready for mainstream BEV adoption.

Sean: You don't need to tell us the number, but how many months of your personal expense would that be before you finally threw in the towel? Dave: Yeah, it's a little different than that. The way I do things is I and I advocate this actually for people that are looking for yield and chasing opportunities, investment opportunities. I think that fundamentally when you chase investment opportunity, I think you're actually missing the boat. I think you're fundamentally potentially making the ultimate sin, which is trying to keep up with the Joneses. And I think trying to keep up with the Joneses is the most insidious thing you can do in your life. It's the thing that frankly contributes to, I think, the most unhappiness, because then it results in situations where no matter how much money or how much power or how much prestige you have, you're always worrying about what the Joneses are up to. You're always worried about, do they have more money than me? Are they more powerful than me? Are they more famous than me? Do they have more followers than me? And I think that fundamentally becomes a root of unhappiness. Dave: And I think that a lot of people, particularly on the investing side, get caught up in, 'hey, my buddy at the country club made 10x money or 100x money on some bitcoin investment. I should be doing the same thing.' Or 'my neighbor down the street was telling me about some stock he bought and that really chops me because like I should about that stock.' Right? So the way I think about the amount that you really need to retire and walk away is your personal cost of capital. And everyone's personal cost of capital is different. I happen to be in a situation where I actually grew up in poverty and I know what it's like to make $3.35 an hour cleaning toilets because that's what I did. I worked at Safeway and I was a bagger and I was a janitor making $3.35 an hour. Dave: And so I always thought about, okay, how much money do I need, Dave Liu, how much money do I need to live and what rate of return do I need to generate in order to hit my personal cost capital? And the reality is, for me, even though I was this big managing director and co-head of an industry group, I lived and continue to live a very modest life. I remember when many of my other managing directors were driving, you know, seven series, BMW, Mercedes, Ferraris, high-speed sports cars. I was driving around in a $20,000 Honda S2000, and many of my partners were making fun of me. Like, dude, like, what are you doing? Like, why don't you go buy a Lamborghini or a Ferrari? And I said, No, I don't want to. Because at some point I want to be able to walk away from this place and I want to make sure that I have a certain lifestyle that I can finance through a modest rate of return on my portfolio without having to work, without having to deal with the rat race. - - - Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/leadershipstack Join our community and ask questions here: from.sean.si/discord Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/leadershipstack

Join your host Cody Lewis as he talks with Ron Rhode. They discuss why Ron thinks communication is most important aspect of a deal. Ron goes on to talk about the importance of having the right lawyer to help with your business needs. About Ron: Ron Rohde is a Texan with a long history in north Texas real estate. As soon as he had a driver's license, he was delivering keys to tenants, supervising contractors, or delivering closing documents for a variety of rental properties. With both parents as licensed real estate brokers and mortgage lenders, it was a natural evolution to advise clients on real estate transactions. After attending Lake Dallas High School near Lake Lewisville, Ron attended Cornell University in New York. A few years in corporate America led him down to Florida where he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. Knowing that he always wanted to return home to raise a family, he passed the Texas Bar and moved to Dallas. Today, Ron focuses on all aspects of transactional commercial real estate. He advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, LLC partnerships, leases, and financing document review. With many clients working full-time or living out-of-state, Ron brings the best use of technology to the forefront to save his clients time and money. Whether you are new to real estate investing, or an existing investor with hundreds of units, Ronald Rohde Law is focused on helping you solve your legal problems. Our goal is to deliver honest advice with your long-term interests in mind. We rely on client referrals and are proud to handle the needs of dozens of repeat clients. Outside of the office, Ron and his wife Bethany have two beautiful children. They live in East Dallas and enjoy being able to walk to all their favorite spots. He is also an avid motorsports fan and can be found at the racetrack in his Honda S2000. Connect with Ron: https://ronaldrohdelaw.com

1. Algo de dinero. 2. Saber de coches… 3. Dedicar tiempo a buscar 4. Cabeza fría. 5. Tener sitio para guardarlos en condiciones. 6. ¡Ojo! Los precios son orientativos: 1. Audi RS4 B7 (2005-2009): Precio nuevo: 76.000 € Precio actual: 28.000-35.000 € 2. Bentley Turbo R (1985-1994): Precio nuevo: 150.000 € Precio actual: 8.000-20.000 € 3. BMW M3 E-36 (1995-1999): Precio nuevo: 55.000 € Precio actual: 20.000-30.000 € 4. Citroën C6 (2005-2012): Precio nuevo: 50.000 € Precio actual: 6.000-15.000 € 5. Ford Focus RS Mk3 (2015-2019): Precio nuevo: 40.000 € Precio actual: 30.000-35.000 € 6. Honda S2000 (1999-2009): Precio nuevo: 40.000 € Precio actual: 18.000-30.000 € 7. Hyundai Coupé V6 (2002-2007): Precio nuevo: 24.000 € Precio actual: 1.600-5.000 € 8. Mazda MX6 (1987-1997): Precio nuevo: 28.000 € Precio actual: 3.000-5.000 € 9. Mercedes Benz C36 AMG (1993-1997): Precio nuevo: 62.000 € Precio actual: 10.000-20.000 € 10. Nissan 350 Z (2002-2009): Precio nuevo: 35.000 € Precio actual: 5.000-11.000 €
Does the 2022 Acura MDX go far enough to push past the excellent crop of mid-size SUVs out there, or does it settle for more of what returning Acura customers are looking for? Sami spends a week behind the wheel to find out. Benjamin ends up puzzled by the 2021 Toyota Venza, a vehicle that should feel like its RAV4 Hybrid platform-mate but comes across with a radically different character. The pair wrap things up with a review of a fascinating reference book about the Honda S2000, as well as answer a listener question about what would be a good, fun, and affordable first car.

We are back for episode 160! This week, Mitch kicks off some news about the new Toyota/Gazoo Racing Yaris with Toyota Australia now caving and will bring the 'Performance Pack' variant to the Australian market. The pricing of the 'base' model GR Yaris is estimated to be about $40,000 (before on-roads), and add about $4,000 for the Performance Pack. Matt and Mitch then talk about Mitch needing to get some-sort of locker for the Hilux. Joseph then has news about the Subaru BRZ and the Toyota GT86 dropping to dealer-stock only; no more factory orders in preparation for the next-gen twins, and Matt talks about how his brain is breaking over the fact the BRZ is quicker around a track than the two-door GC8 WRX STI. Mitch then tells a story of the journey around the Honed Developments solid bushings for the steering rack on the the #Shitegra, and Matt talks about Honda S2000's and OG V6 Accords. Joseph then talks about the barn-find 'Chicken Coop Coup' which recently sold at auction for just over $300,000 AUD, and we end by talking absolute bollocks as per usual. Honda for its 50th anniversary decided to realize one sports car that had to show all honda technology but with a reachable price and they made the S2000. With its 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder engine that runs at 9.000rpm, this car has 240hp, which means a specific power of 120hp/liter, that for an atmosphere engine is something that only competition engine was able to rise. Perfectly balanced 50:50 front and rear weight, front-engine, rear wheels traction, manual gearbox, this car is a perfect "killer" on-road and on track. One of the best in its category. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/johnny-garage/message

¿qué no me gustan?
Join us as we take a look at what the new Nissan 400Z may look like, and see if it can compete with the Supra. We also look at the 2021 Toyota 86, and hope that it can separate itself from the BRZ, and finally, we address all of the hot rumors of the all new Honda S2000!
Episode 304 - More than a year ago, we had famous driver and YouTube celebrity Jackie Ding on the show to talk about his supercharged Honda S2000. Since then, a lot has happened. We catch up with him at #GRIDLIFE game night to talk about a year's worth of racing, and what's in store for 2020 in his "TA90" Toyota Supra. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/slipangle-show/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/slipangle-show/support
Episode 300 - Alex Moss has gone off the deep end with his S2000. “SuperK” started as a simple build by ASMotorsports, and quickly spiraled into an engine-swapped, turbocharged, big aero, track monster. Competing in #GRIDLIFE TrackBattle Time Attack and One Lap of America, he's a perennial podium contender in both. Few builds with this much pure track performance are also capable of being driven for 4000 road miles. This is definitely one of my favorite cars in the field each year.
