Sending billions of dollars to a needless war is more important that helping American citizens in need? Homeless veterans, struggling small businesses, one-parent households, the sick and infirmed? We know that Biden is sick and corrupt. We don't need any more transparency for that. But government should be in the habit of making its case with facts and not propaganda. [SEGMENT 2-3] Transgender prison policy 1 The price of housing prisoners just went up in California. And there is amazing irony. Aren't we in a non-binary gender-fluid world? If this is the case, why do we even have men's and women's prisons? If you're like me, you know the real answer. Women wouldn't survive in men's prisons, as they would be brutalized daily. It would be like putting the WNBA teams up against the NBA. Or like putting the American women's soccer against the men. Well, you get my point. If you believe me to be a misogynist, then ask the simple question I asked earlier. Why does California have gender-based prisons? If there were any state who would just consolidate prisons, ergo prisoners, California should be the social engineering petri dish. But even the morons who run the Land of Fruits Nuts and Fairies know that putting men and women (fluid as they may be) together would end in a complete disaster. What would they do with all the babies they would separate from their parents? It wouldn't take long for California prisons to look like Joey Demento Biden's southern border. Back to the gender issue If any state has made the case for gender fluidity, it's California. So why did they pass SB 132, a law that declares that a prisoner who self-identifies who is “transgender, nonbinary, or intersex” must be “addressed in a manner consistent with the incarcerated individual's gender identity”. Thus, this prisoner must be “housed at a correctional facility designated for men or women based on the individual's preference.” The law applies “regardless of anatomy.” Governor Gavin Newsom signed the law last September, declaring on that occasion that “our march toward equality takes an additional step forward.” Since the passing of this unbelievably moronic law, 261 California state prisoners have requested transfers to facilities that house the opposite gender. And for those keeping count, 255 of them have requested to move from a male to a female corrections facility. Surprised? Not. And I think I know why. For the record, any trans-man requesting a transfer to a woman's prison is a red flag. Talk about a target rich environment for a newly-minted woman. A small number of "women" with such a high availability of alpha males and they want a transfer? Not fooling this Black man. Those are men running from the booty bandits. And don't think the number is only 255. Because many other men whose butt are on the line, literally, are considering the same thing. Why risk rape, when you can move to a woman's prison and find a soul mate. Don't be surprised if California soon pays for prison weddings and honeymoons. There is one other thing Leftists want you to forget as they offer gender-reassignment and prison reassignment at the taxpayers' expense: these are hardened criminals. These people have committed murder, rape, human-trafficking, drug trafficking, and so on. Yet we treat them as if we owe them something. Classic leftism. Do the most to help the worst citizens. And make the best citizens foot the bill and deal with the new societal implications. Where will all this go with California's new "woke" prison initiative? C'mon Man! You know the thing. Clearly, this project will go where almost all Leftist projects go. In the toilet. The financial toilet, the societal toilet, and whatever other toilets you can imagine. Frankly, it won't work. In instances where this was tried, I remember reading where female prisoners were getting pregnant. Though it may be an unusual connection for you, the title immediately reminded me of the pirates that roamed the Caribbean, Atlantic, and other oceans of the world. Since I am from the Caribbean, I studied some about the pirates in centuries gone by. Arrrrr! No, this is not a history about pirates, though a small sample is included to reveal an eye-opening truth. What is known as the Golden Age of Piracy from the 1650s to the 1730s were the days of famous pirates like Edward “Blackbeard” Teach, Stede Bonnet, Samuel Bellamy, Calico Jack Rackham, Bartholomew Roberts, Edward England, and others. There were also some feared women pirates such as Mary Reade and Anne Bonny. [1] One woman pirate that lived just before the Golden Age deserves special mention. The Irish Gráinne Ni Mháille, anglicized as Grace O'Malley, was the legendary “Queen of Pirates.” She was resourceful, fearless, and a vengeful warrior! She was classically trained (spoke Latin fluently) and was of outstanding intelligence. Her maritime and leadership skills were second to none. Hundreds of men followed her into battle and respected her command. Yet, she was obviously, very womanly or feminine. She got pregnant by her husband and gave birth to one of her sons in the middle of a battle! She wrapped the newborn in a cloth and went topside on her ship with the baby in her arms to rally her crew for battle. Grace was one tough cookie! O'Malley's crew of pirates won that battle though the odds were against them! Some pirates of the Golden Age like Samuel Bellamy were known for their generosity. He gained the nickname “Prince of Pirates” and thought of himself as a seafaring Robin Hood. His crew called themselves Robin Hood's men. Other pirates were known for their extreme cruelty, such as was the case with Edward “Ned” Low. Ned Low violently tortured prisoners he captured on the boats he raided, plundered, and burned. After repeatedly brutalizing his prisoners in his twisted sense of enjoyment, he would murder them mercilessly. Pirates were often vile and heathenistic, but contrary to all ideas of pirates and their activities, many pirate ships had a code of “ethics” written into a contract that crew were required to sign before coming onboard. It varied some from ship to ship, but the main points had to do with division of spoils and not stealing from your shipmates. In one contract it was stated that if a pirate forced a woman to have sex without her consent (rape), the perpetrator would be put to death or be marooned on a deserted island. On another vessel there was a death penalty for bringing a female passenger on board. The skull and cross bones flag came to be called the Jolly Roger during that “Golden” period. It was a flag designed to strike fear in all those that saw it. The black flag announced that the vessel bearing the flag were pirates and that they intended to raid a targeted ship. Sometimes there were variations of the figures of the black flag, and at other times it was just a plain black flag without any symbols. The flag announced to the ship to be raided that if they surrendered immediately, they would not be killed and would be given quarter. The black flag meant “surrender your vessel or die!” It was meant to strike fear in all who saw the flag and get them to surrender their vessel immediately without any bloodshed. If a ship decided to fight the pirates, the black flag would be lowered and a red flag would be raised indicating that no one on the targeted ship would escape death! [2] On June 21, 1720, the pirate captain Bartholomew Roberts sailed into Trepassey harbor in Newfoundland. His black flag was flying brazenly as he entered the port. There were fighting vessels in the large bay that day, having about forty cannons of various sizes between them. If they had combined their forces, they could easily have defeated Roberts' ship. Whatever you may think of the pirate Roberts, he had some guts and spine. As the Greeks would say it, and I don't know why I chose Greek instead of Spanish here, Bartholomew Roberts had “thrásos” (θράσος)! By definition and his action, he had audacity, effrontery, nerve, and even recklessness! What he did was extremely ballsy, but it worked. When the crews of the armed boats saw the black flag, they freaked out, all the blood drained out of their faces, and they surrendered immediately! The pirate Roberts took control of all 172 fishing and merchant ships at anchor in the bay without a fight because the crews feared the black flag! He then burned 22 of the vessels and commandeered a brigantine [3] from Bristol before departing. Now it is time to state an inconvenient and unsettling truth, but it is the naked truth. It was the reason for writing about piracy. A black flag was raised in February/March of 2020 for Covid-19 by government authorities. Churches all over the planet surrendered like those vessels in Trepassey Bay without a fight because they feared the specter of a plague (really a flu bug), though it is 99.9% survivable for most people on the planet. They were so afraid of the specter of death that they obeyed human governments and disobeyed God's Word. Churches surrendered without a fight on a global scale! From the smallest to the most prominent churches and ministries, they all fell for the black flag event. There were only rare exceptions. Churches and ministers became cowards and wimps kowtowing to the world and their “piracy” demands even though it was only “one ship” against a huge armada! Had we joined forces, we could have easily defeated our enemy! That armada, the church of the living God, supposedly armed with the armor of God and the authority of the Name of Jesus, caved like a bunch of sissies with no strength, no power, and no spine! They just opened wide their legs and they were castrated! Welcome to your castrated future UNLESS you repent! God can do a miracle on you and give you back your "manhood" ONLY IF you repent! 99.9% of churches violated Hebrews 10:25: Not forsaking or neglecting to assemble together [as believers], as is the habit of some people, but admonishing (warning, urging, and encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as you see the day approaching. (AMP) Read my previous articles. I discuss the many things that led to a worldwide disobedience (rebellion) against the Word of God in the churches. It is the beginning of a great revolt and rebellion, the great falling away, the apostasy of the church against God. (1 Timothy 4:1-5, Matthew 24:12-14) I first brought all this up in my articles beginning in May of 2020. Since then, I removed those articles and rewrote them to make them even stronger, not weaker! I am committed to this message 100% because it is the truth that the church MUST hear at this late hour before the coming of the Lord. Churches stopped having altar calls, ministering via the laying on of hands (Mark 16:18), anointing with oil (James 5:14-16), evangelism (Mark 16:15), having communion or the Lord's Supper (1 Corinthians 11:25-30), and numerous other things taught in the Scripture that churches are supposed to do. Not only did they stop doing those Scriptural things, but they shut down for months. The churches quit following this order from the apostle Paul about reading the Scripture in public gatherings, and about preaching and teaching: Devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching. (1 Timothy 4:13 NIV) You do understand that the word “public” means a public gathering, an in-person, face-to-face gathering? A “gathering” via Zoom or some other electronic means does not qualify. The internet is not a substitute for face-to-face ministry. A huge number of churches were not obeying Scripture anyway because they had a form of godliness but denied the power of God. (2 Timothy 3:5) They didn't cast out demons, heal the sick, or minister to people to receive the Baptism in the Holy Spirit with the manifestation of speaking in other tongues. (Mark 16:17, 18; Acts 19:1-6) They were not preaching the Scripture (2Timothy 3:16-4:2), but only mouthed off little mousey sermonettes that confirmed their deadness. With the so-called pandemic, it became painfully and abundantly clear who were the living churches, and who were the dying or dead churches. Many churches were filled with dead men's bones before the plandemic. Yep, it was planned by Satan and his henchmen to be a pandemic, but the hand of God turned it into a “nothing burger” with another purpose! Let's settle this now. 650+ thousand have not died from Covid-19! How could there be an extra 650+ thousand deaths and the yearly death stats remain right at 2.9 million per year in America for 2018 through 2020? If the number of deaths have not grown by any significant amount in 2020, where did the inflated Covid death numbers come from? Here is the truth: Many other causes of death were attributed to Covid. What causes? For one, all the many thousands of yearly flu deaths disappeared and were replaced by calling them Covid deaths. Everything from accidental deaths to deaths from preexisting conditions were called Covid related deaths. The National File and other news agencies not controlled by evil government agendas ran the numbers for Covid deaths. They found that they were inflated artificially by as much as 1000%. The CDC, WHO, Fauci, and evil government minions on the alphabet news channels are a bunch of lying dogs! If you accept or follow any of their lies, then you are deceived and need to repent. The surrendering of the church to local and state authorities confirmed the true dying state of most churches around the world. The churches looked so prosperous with their beautiful buildings and properties, so blessed, and so hugely successful in many parts of the world. So many were on national TV and were all over social media. Yes, so whitewashed, and beautiful on the outside. They seemed to be reaching the masses via social media outlets and on Television platforms, but truly, they confirmed they were dying or dead! You have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead. (Revelation 3:1 NIV) Most churches were like the church at Sardis. They had a reputation of being alive and successful, but they were DEAD! Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, pretenders (hypocrites)! For you are like tombs that have been whitewashed, which look beautiful on the outside but inside are full of dead men's bones and everything impure. (Matthew 23:27 AMP) That is where the title of this message came from. Churches were beautiful on the outside when they caved to government mandates and restrictions shutting down Church operations for many months, BUT they were whitewashed sepulchers full of dead men's bones! The plandemic meant for evil by the governments of the world to gain tyrannical control over their citizens, God has repurposed it to clearly show the fact that most churches are not ready for the coming of the Lord! Most Churches are dying or dead! The hand of the Lord came upon me and brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones. 2 Then He caused me to pass by them all around, and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and indeed they were very dry. And He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” (Ezekiel 37:1-3 NKJV) Churches were like this valley of dry bones. Can these bones ever be alive? Can they come back to life? The wages of sin is death. Disobedience to the Word of God brought sin and death. God's gift is eternal life in Christ Jesus. (Romans 6:23) The only way to make the dead alive is through repentance and putting faith and trust in the Blood or sacrifice of Jesus that cleanses us of all sin and unrighteousness. There is NO other way for any believer! There is no other way for ministers, pastors, and for churches! But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin. If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make Him out to be a liar and His word is not in us. (1 John 1:7-10 NKJV) Many have never confessed their sin of bowing to the world and rebelling against the Word of God. Many surrendered like cowards and will perish UNLESS they repent. The Word of God is speaking to us. Jesus is the Word! (John 1:1-3, 14) The Word of God says the following: But unless you repent, you too will all perish! (Luke 13:3, 5 NIV) In Revelation chapters 2 and 3, Jesus commanded 5 of the 7 churches to repent for what they were doing, what they did, or whatever evil they allowed at their churches. Remember that it was Jesus, the Head of the Church universal, THE Word of God, that said all these things and commanded the churches to repent of their wrongdoing, their disobedience to the Scripture! Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first. Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. Revelation 2:4, 5 Study what this church at Ephesus did at first in Acts 19:1-20. There, you will find the first love from which they had fallen away. People converted to the Lord Jesus, were baptized in water and in the Holy Spirit, and spoke with other tongues. They had mighty healing services and saw demons cast out. Books (handwritten scrolls) on witchcraft were burned! They had a powerful example in the apostle Paul! They preached and taught the Scripture, and the Word grew mightily among them. They were to continue to do everything Paul showed them by example. (See also Acts 20:17-35). In Acts 19 were recorded the mighty things they had forsaken and from which they had fallen away. Jesus wanted them to repent and get busy doing what at first, they loved doing for God!    Obviously, the church at Ephesus had fallen away from being a witness with supernatural manifestations of the Holy Spirit. Jesus was calling them back through repentance. If they did not repent, then He was going to remove the lampstand. Any light and anointing that was left, whatever they had received that was producing results, was going to be removed! The church didn't repent, and their lampstand was removed. Ephesus was destroyed in 262 A.D. by the Goths, and it lay in ruins for at least 130 years. The church at Ephesus that started in the anointing of the Holy Spirit was finished because they never did repent. The church at Pergamum were told to repent for idolatry and sexually immoral behavior or the Lord was going to fight against them with the sword of His mouth! (Revelation 2:16) Pergamon was almost destroyed by an earthquake in 262 A.D. and shortly after that it was sacked by the Goths. It never recovered, and today, like Ephesus, it lies in ruins. Hmmm… Nevertheless, I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants into sexual immorality and the eating of food sacrificed to idols. I have given her time to repent of her immorality, but she is unwilling. So I will cast her on a bed of suffering, and I will make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely, unless they repent of her ways. I will strike her children dead. Then all the churches will know that I am he who searches hearts and minds, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds. (Revelation 2:20-23 NIV)   Time is given for repentance, but if they are unwilling to repent, then the unrepentant will be cast into a bed of suffering. Their ONLY escape is repentance. Again, remember that this is the Lord Jesus speaking to a disobedient and rebellious segment of His church. If they don't repent, He will repay each evildoer according to their deeds, and not their good intentions! I know your deeds; you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead. Wake up! Strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have found your deeds unfinished in the sight of my God. Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; hold it fast, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you. (Revelation 3:1-3 NIV) The segment of the church at the town of Sardis had the reputation of being a living church, but they were dead even though everybody thought they were successful. They had a good reputation in the world, but they were DEAD! They were not ready to meet the Lord. They were commanded to repent and wake up! Did they do it? Maybe some did, but Sardis lies in ruins today. Again, hmmm… Finally, the church at Laodicea, the lukewarm church, was commanded to repent in Revelation 3:19. Evidently the church never repented of being lukewarm and eventually disappeared from history. The city was destroyed in the 14th century and the church along with it, but the church was a useless religious relic in the city long before the destruction of that city. Laodicea is a "nice" archaeological park today. Only the ruins remain. Wow, and “hmmm” again! Could we be seeing the writing on the wall unless churches come to repentance for their evil deeds? Are you seeing where churches are spiritually around the globe, and why they need to repent? It is an ominous warning from the Head of the Church, I know, but let the truth sink in. You say, “Oh, but many churches are opening back up now. Isn't that good enough?” Some are opening back up, but did they repent of their rebellion, unbelief, and disobedience to the Scripture? Are they opening back up and acting like nothing happened? Will everything be OK for them? Is it ever OK for the unbeliever, rebellious, and the disobedient in the Bible? Hell no, but hell yes! The rest of mankind who were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood—idols that cannot see or hear or walk. Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic arts, their sexual immorality or their thefts. (Revelation 9:20, 21 NIV) “Has the Lord as great a delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as in obedience to the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed [is better] than the fat of rams. “For rebellion is as [serious as] the sin of divination (fortune-telling), and disobedience is as [serious as] false religion and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you as king.” (1 Samuel 15:22, 23 AMP) He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. (Revelation 21:7, 8 NKJV) We already can see how cowardly the churches were in all this Covid mess. What about unbelieving? We can see how most churches rebelled against the Scripture. Unbelief or unbelieving is rebellion just like faith is obedience to the Word! The following portion of Scripture proves that beyond a shadow of a doubt. Take care, brothers and sisters, that there not be in any one of you a wicked, unbelieving heart [which refuses to trust and rely on the Lord, a heart] that turns away from the living God. But continually encourage one another every day, as long as it is called “Today” [and there is an opportunity], so that none of you will be hardened [into settled rebellion] by the deceitfulness of sin [its cleverness, delusive glamour, and sophistication]. For we [believers] have become partakers of Christ [sharing in all that the Messiah has for us], if only we hold firm our newborn confidence [which originally led us to Him] until the end, while it is said, “Today [while there is still opportunity] if you hear His voice, Do not harden your heart, as when they provoked Me [in the rebellion in the desert at Meribah].” For who were they who heard and yet provoked Him [with rebellious acts]? Was it not all those who came out of Egypt led by Moses? And with whom was He angry for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose dead bodies were scattered in the desert? And to whom did He swear [an oath] that they would not enter His rest, but to those who disobeyed [those who would not listen to His word]? So we see that they were not able to enter [into His rest—the promised land] because of unbelief and an unwillingness to trust in God. (Hebrews 3:12-19 Amplified Bible) Any takeaways? Yes, there are several. A Christian can yield to having an unbelieving heart. An unbelieving heart is wicked, and it turns away from the living God. That is an apostasy or falling away from the faith. Don't harden your heart by settling into rebellion because of the deceitfulness of sin. Sin is a deception. You are a partaker of Christ only IF you hold fast to your confidence or faith firmly to the end. That means that the partaker of Christ obeys God's Word willingly! It also means that you are a partaker of Jesus only IF you stand firm till the end. That means that Christians can lose their participation in Christ through sin and rebellion. (See 2 Corinthians; Hebrews 5:9, 3:6; Colossians 1:22, 23; Matthew 24:12, 13.) God is provoked and gets angry at rebellious acts when they are persisted upon. Does God get angry at sin? Not according to some erroneous theology that claims that God no longer is angry at sin. God is a just judge; He is angry throughout the day. If a person does not repent, God will wield his sword. He has prepared to shoot his bow. He has prepared deadly weapons to use against him; He gets ready to shoot flaming arrows. (Psalms 7:11-13 NET) You get it all the time, “Yes, but that was in the Old Testament. In the New Testament we only have mercy and love for sinners.” Sorry, but mercy and love are ONLY for those sinners that repent. The humble get the grace! The proud get resisted! Just in case you still don't understand that, read the book of Revelation and get a better picture of God's wrath or anger at unrighteousness. He hates it! Read Paul's own teaching on the subject. The following verse destroys the pantywaist and sissified teaching that “it is all love in the New Testament”. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of people who suppress the truth by their unrighteousness. (Romans 1:18 NET- See also Ephesians 5:6 and Colossians 3:6.) Check this one out. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. (Revelation 19:15 NKJV) Yes, He still gets angry at sin. He is not the heavenly Teddy Bear of hugs and kisses that many make Him out to be. He is God. He is above all, the Sovereign One! He is Father, not sugar daddy, but the Ruler and Creator! He is THE King! And yes, God gets ticked when people refuse to repent! God calls it sin to be rebellious, unbelieving, disobedient, being unwilling to trust Him, or having a hard heart. I stated it above, but here is the Scripture reference. God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble! (James 4:6; 1 Peter 5:5) The proud get nothing! Grace comes ONLY to the humble. Mark it down. Those that do not humble themselves and repent now, will fall again through the deceitfulness of sin, and shut their doors the next time the government decides to close them down. Effects of saffron extract on sleep quality: a randomized, double-blind clinical trial   Catholic University Louvain (Belgium). May 10. 2021 According to news reporting from Louvain la Neuve, Belgium, research stated, “A saffron extract has been found to be effective in the context of depression and anxiety, but its effect on sleep quality has not been investigating yet using objective approaches.” The news reporters obtained a quote from the research from Catholic University Louvain (UCLouvain): “For this purpose, a randomized double-blind controlled study was conducted in subjects presenting mild to moderate sleep disorder associated with anxiety. Sixty-six subjects were randomized and supplemented with a placebo (maltodextrin) or a saffron extract (15.5 mg per day) for 6 weeks. Actigraphy was used to collect objective data related to sleep quality at baseline, at the middle and at the end of the intervention. Sleep quality was also assessed by completion of the LSEQ and PSQI questionnaires and quality of life by completion of the SF-36 questionnaire. Six weeks of saffron supplementation led to an increased time in bed assessed by actigraphy, to an improved ease of getting to sleep evaluated by the LSEQ questionnaire and to an improved sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep duration, and global scores evaluated by the PSQI questionnaire, whereas those parameters were not modified by the placebo.” According to the news editors, the research concluded: “In conclusion, those results suggest that a saffron extract could be a natural and safe nutritional strategy to improve sleep duration and quality.”         New evidence links gut bacteria and neurodegenerative conditions University of Florida, May 6, 2021 Neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and ALS affect millions of adults, but scientists still do not know what causes these diseases, which poses a significant roadblock to developing treatments or preventative measures. Recent research suggests that people with these conditions exhibit changes in the bacterial composition of their digestive tract. However, given the vast diversity of microbes found in the human body, identifying which bacteria may be associated with neurodegeneration is like finding a needle in a haystack. Seeking that proverbial needle, scientists at the University of Florida are looking in an unexpected place: the digestive tract of a tiny, translucent worm called Caenorhabditis elegans. New research published in PLOS Pathogens establishes, for the first time, a link between specific bacteria species and physical manifestations of neurodegenerative diseases. The study's lead author is Alyssa Walker, a microbiology and cell science doctoral candidate in the UF/IFAS College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. "Looking at the microbiome is a relatively new approach to investigating what causes neurodegenerative diseases. In this study, we were able to show that specific species of bacteria play a role in the development of these conditions," said Daniel Czyz, Walker's dissertation advisor. Czyz is the senior author of the study and an assistant professor in the UF/IFAS department of microbiology and cell science. "We also showed that some other bacteria produce compounds that counteract these 'bad' bacteria. Recent studies have shown that patients with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease are deficient in these 'good' bacteria, so our findings may help explain that connection and open up an area of future study," he added. All neurodegenerative diseases can be traced to problems with the way proteins are handled in the body. If proteins are misfolded, they build up and accumulate in tissues. These protein aggregates, as scientists call them, interfere with cell functioning and lead to neurodegenerative disorders. Czyz and his co-authors wanted to know if introducing certain bacteria into the C. elegans worms would be followed by protein aggregation in the worms' tissues. "That is, in fact, what we observed. We have a way of marking the aggregates so they glow green under the microscope. We saw that worms colonized by certain bacteria species were lit up with aggregates that were toxic to tissues, while those colonized by the control bacteria were not," Czyz said. "This occurred not just in the intestinal tissues, where the bacteria are, but all over the worms' bodies, in their muscles, nerves and even reproductive organs." Surprisingly, the offspring of affected worms also showed increased protein aggregation—even though these offspring never encountered the bacteria originally associated with the condition. "This is very interesting because it suggests that these bacteria generate some sort of a signal that can be passed along to the next generation," Czyz said. Worms colonized by the "bad" bacteria also lost mobility, a common symptom of neurodegenerative diseases. "A healthy worm moves around by rolling and thrashing. When you pick up a healthy worm, it will roll off the pick, a simple device that we use to handle these tiny animals. But worms with the bad bacteria couldn't do that because of the appearance of toxic protein aggregates," explained Walker, who developed this assessment method. "You could compare the pick to an obstacle course: just as a person with a neurodegenerative disease will have trouble getting across, the same is true with these worms, just at a much smaller scale," Czyz added. Fun fact: Human eyebrow hairs or eyelashes make for very good picks. "The worms are very delicate, so you need a tool that won't damage them. They are also transparent and have a simple body plan. Studies like ours are possible because these worms normally feed on bacteria," Czyz said. "The worms are only one millimeter long, and they each have exactly 959 cells," Czyz said. "But in many ways, they are a lot like us humans—they have intestines and muscles and nerves, but instead of being composed of billions of cells, each organ is just a handful of cells. They are like living test tubes. Their small size allows us to do experiments in a much more controlled way and answer important questions we can apply in future experiments with higher organisms and, eventually, people." Currently the Czyz lab is testing hundreds of strains of bacteria found in the human gut to see how they affect protein aggregation in C. elegans. The group is also investigating how bacteria associated with neurodegeneration cause protein misfolding at the molecular level. Czyz is also interested in possible connections between antibiotic-resistant bacteriaand protein misfolding. "Almost all of the bacteria we found associated with protein misfolding are also associated with antibiotic-resistant infections in people. The authors observe that today, spirituality is often experienced outside the context of an organized religion and may be part of every religion or separate to it. Spiritual fitness is a new dimension in AD prevention, interweaving basic, psychological and spiritual wellbeing. The authors discuss the research on how these factors affect brain function and cognition. For example, psychological wellbeing may reduce inflammation, cardiovascular disease, and disability. Significantly, individuals who have a high score on a "purpose in life" (PIL) measure, a component of psychological wellbeing, were 2.4 times more likely to remain free of AD than individuals with low PIL. In another study, participants who reported higher levels of PIL exhibited better cognitive function, and further, PIL protected those with already existing pathological conditions, thus slowing their decline. Stress and stress management are under-discussed topics in AD prevention, yet the authors point out that there is ample evidence that physical, psychological, and emotional effects of stress may elevate AD risk. Kirtan Kriya (KK) is a 12-minute singing meditation that involves four sounds, breathing, and repetitive finger movements. It has multiple documented effects on stress, such as improving sleep, decreasing depression, and increasing wellbeing. It has also been found to increase blood flow to areas of the brain involved in cognition and emotional regulation and increases gray matter volume and decreases ventricular size in long-term practitioners, which may slow brain aging. Research in healthy individuals, caregivers, and those with cognitive decline found that the practice improves cognition, slows memory loss, and improves mood. The overall relationship between spiritual fitness and a person's complete physical and mental health is a topic of investigation in the emerging field of study called neurotheology. Early work has focused on the development of models regarding which brain areas are affected through spiritual practices such as meditation or prayer. Over the last 20 years, there has been an extensive growth in neuroimaging and other physiological studies evaluating the effect of meditation, spiritual practices, and mystical experiences. A neuroimaging study of KK found long term brain effects, during meditation and afterwards. Neurotheological studies can help understanding of how a practice such as KK can lead to more permanent effects in brain function that support spiritual fitness, according to Dr. Khalsa and Dr. Newberg. "Mitigating the extensive negative biochemical effects of stress with meditation practices, in tandem with the creation of heightened levels of spiritual fitness, may help lower the risk of AD. Small shifts in one's daily routine can make all the difference in AD prevention," Dr. Khalsa and Dr. Newberg conclude. "We are optimistic this article will inspire future research on the topic of spiritual fitness and AD."   Type 2 Diabetes: Sitting can Cause Problems with Blood Sugar Levels, So Get Up and Move Glasgow Caledonian University, May 11, 2021   Many people spend large portions of their day sitting, which can cause a range of health problems. But many may not realise that sitting too much can also worsen certain health conditions, such as type 2 diabetes. Research shows that spending too much time sitting can cause problems with blood sugar levels – making it even more important for those with type 2 diabetes to get plenty of physical activity into their day. Type 2 diabetes causes the level of sugar (glucose) in the blood to become too high. For someone with diabetes, high sugar levels in the blood can cause serious damage to your body, including the heart, kidneys, eyes, feet and nerves. Controlling blood sugar levels is important for avoiding the risk of serious health problems. Lifestyle changes, such as adjusting diet and physical activity, and diabetes medications, such as metformin or gliptin, are used to lower blood sugar levels. Yet following recommended diets and taking diabetes medications aren’t always effective at controlling blood sugar levels, as our research found. This shows us there’s a need to re-think diabetes care and management. As type 2 diabetes can be different for everyone, how well a person controls their blood sugar levels can be influenced by different factors, such as age, gender, activity levels, diet and weight. This makes it important to target new, modifiable lifestyle factors – such as how much time is spent sitting. Research we’ve done, which looked at 37 adults with type 2 diabetes, found that over two weeks, prolonged sitting was associated with high blood sugar levels. But we also found that when people stood up or walked around between periods of sitting, they had lower blood sugar levels. Other studies have also had similar results. Our research has also shown that sitting less or breaking up periods of sitting with bouts of activity could be a simple way to manage blood sugar levels – including high sugar levels before and after breakfast, which is a common problem for people with type 2 diabetes. We found that simply walking more often could be beneficial to blood sugar control throughout the day. In fact, walking every 15 minutes for as little as three minutes each time at a person’s usual pace could be enough to help them control their blood sugar – and could even be as effective as standard diabetes medications. Other research has shown that keeping bouts of sitting shorter than 15 minutes is better for blood sugar levels.   The reason walking – and other types of exercise – are so good for regulating blood sugar is because they make the body’s muscles work. Movement causes muscles to contract, which subsequently starts the mechanisms that allow the sugar in the blood to enter cells and fuel the body. This reduces blood sugar levels as a result. With many people continuing to spend large portions of their days sitting while working from home, it’s important for people with type 2 diabetes to stand and walk often. Of course, that is sometimes easier said than done. But even small changes in sitting patterns throughout the day may be beneficial to a person’s blood sugar control. For example, going to the kitchen to get water or make tea can be a great opportunity to walk around for a few minutes. Even standing or walking while taking calls or during meetings can be a good idea. It’s still important for people with type 2 diabetes to follow the advice of their doctor and stick to any special diets or take any medications they’ve been prescribed. This protective layer acts as a defense against invaders—including bacteria, viruses, environmental toxins, pollutants and allergens. If the skin and mucosal barriers are damaged or leaky, foreign agents such as bacteria can enter into the tissue and cause local, often chronic inflammation with both direct and indirect consequences. “The epithelial barrier hypothesis proposes that damages to the epithelial barrier are responsible for up to two billion chronic, non-infectious diseases,” says Cezmi Akdis, director of the Swiss Institute of Allergy and Asthma Research (SIAF), which is associated with the University of Zurich. In the past 20 years, researchers at the SIAF alone have published more than 60 articles on how various substances damage the epithelial cells of a number of organs. The epithelial barrier hypothesis provides an explanation as to why allergies and autoimmune diseases have been increasing for decades—they are linked to industrialization, urbanization, and westernized lifestyle. Today many people are exposed to a wide range of toxins, such as ozone, nanoparticles, microplastics, household cleaning agents, pesticides, enzymes, emulsifiers, fine dust, exhaust fumes, cigarette smoke, and countless chemicals in the air, food, and water. “Next to global warming and viral pandemics such as COVID-19, these harmful substances represent one of the greatest threats to humankind,” Akdis says. The paper appears in Nature Reviews Immunology   Study supports heart health benefits of mushroom powders Tufts University, May 11, 2021 Adding Portobello or shiitake powder to a high-fat diet may protect arteries from the detrimental effects of a high fat diet, according to findings presented at the recent Experimental Biology event. Scientists from Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research on Aging at Tufts University report that supplementing the diets of lab mice with the mushroom powders had lower body weight gains, compared to animals fed an unsupplemented high-fat diet. “Despite the low body weight gains, EchoMRI analysis of body composition revealed that the overall lean mass was not affected as significantly as fat mass, indicating a plausible positive effect of mushrooms on fat metabolism and lipid profiles,” wrote the researchers in their abstract, published in the FASEB Journal . Mushrooms Consumer interest in mushrooms and their potential health benefits has been growing in recent years, with demand for Reishi, Chaga, Shiitake, Maitake, and the rest has never been higher and the global market was pegged at $18 billion in 2014 (up from $6 billion in 1999). SPINS data shows surging sales of products with various types of mushrooms as primary ingredients across the natural, specialty and conventional multi-outlet retail channels. Reishi was up 91% for the 52 weeks ending September 4, 2016 versus the previous 52 weeks. Impressive growth is also being posted for Chaga (up 46%), Cordycep (up 19%) and Shiitake (up 26%), “While several types of mushrooms have been studied for their effects on serum lipid profiles, few studies have demonstrated edible mushrooms’ effects on atherogenesis,” explained the Tufts researchers in their abstract. Study details L-ergothioneine facts L-ergothioneine was first isolated as a natural compound from rye ergot (Claviceps purpurea) in 1909. It is naturally present in small amounts in food sources like mushrooms, some varieties of black and red beans (Phaseolus vulgaris) and cereals. The human body has a dedicated transporter for the molecule, which is a potent antioxidant.  Lab mice were divided into one of five groups: A low-fat control group (4% fat); a high fat control group (8% fat); a high-fat diet supplemented with Portobello mushroom powder; a high fat diet supplemented with shiitake mushroom powder; or a “control mixture”, which matched to the average nutrient levels of the mushroom powders. After 16 weeks of feeding, the results showed that animals from both mushroom groups had reduced body weight gains, compared to the other dietary groups, with the weight gain lower in the shiitake group compared to the Portobello group. Additional analyses showed that only mice fed the shiitake powder had significantly fewer aortic lesions compared to the high fat control mice and the control mixture. “These results further support the potential role of high levels of bioactive compounds such as ergothioneine, a strong antioxidant in [shiitake mushroom], on suppression of dietary fat induced atherosclerosis, an inflammatory disease of arteries,” wrote the researchers. The study was funded by the USDA and the Mushroom Council.   MIT Study Suggests Six Foot Social Distancing, Limited Occupancy Rules Are Completely Pointless After over a year, scientists have determined that social distancing and limited occupancy rules may be totally useless National File, April 26, 2021   A new study conducted by MIT scientists and released this week reveals that the six foot social distancing and limited occupancy guidelines made law in most of the civilized world have done little to slow the spread of COVID-19, and suggests the only way to reduce the spread of COVID-19 is to limit exposure to highly populated areas and areas where people are physically exerting themselves, such as gyms, or areas where people are singing or speaking, such as churches. The study reveals that the social distancing guidelines employed throughout much of the world for over a year have done nothing to limit the spread of COVID-19, suggesting that the adaption of the guidelines did not stop the spread of the of the China-originated virus, and it can only be slowed with the employment of severe lockdowns. Paradoxically, states and cities that have engaged in severe lockdowns have seen the largest spikes of COVID-19. “We argue there really isn’t much of a benefit to the 6-foot rule, especially when people are wearing masks,” MIT professor Martin Z. Bazant said, as reported by NBC. “It really has no physical basis because the air a person is breathing while wearing a mask tends to rise and comes down elsewhere in the room so you’re more exposed to the average background than you are to a person at a distance.” In other words, widespread mask wearing may simply change the physical vectors of transmission within a given room rather than stop it, effectively making six foot distancing rules pointless. In their study, Bazant and the other researchers declare, “Adherence to the Six-Foot Rule would limit large-drop transmission, and adherence to our guideline, [of limiting time spent in densely populated areas], would limit long-range airborne transmission.” In the guideline, the researchers write, “To minimize risk of infection, one should avoid spending extended periods in highly populated areas. One is safer in rooms with large volume and high ventilation rates. One is at greater risk in rooms where people are exerting themselves in such a way as to increase their respiration rate and pathogen output, for example, by exercising, singing, or shouting.” Bazant also told the media, “What our analysis continues to show is that many spaces that have been shut down in fact don’t need to be. Often times the space is large enough, the ventilation is good enough, the amount of time people spend together is such that those spaces can be safely operated even at full capacity and the scientific support for reduced capacity in those spaces is really not very good.” He added, “I think if you run the numbers, even right now for many types of spaces you’d find that there is not a need for occupancy restrictions.” This comes on the heels of a study that suggests the Pfizer vaccine could cause severe neurodegenerative diseasescaused by brain prions created by the mRNA-style vaccine. National File reported, “‘The current RNA based SARSCoV-2 vaccines were approved in the US using an emergency order without extensive long term safety testing,’ the report declares. ‘In this paper the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine was evaluated for the potential to induce prion-based disease in vaccine recipients.’ Prion-based diseases are, according to the CDC, a form of neurodegenerative diseases, meaning that the Pfizer vaccine is potentially likely to cause long term damage and negative health effects with regards to the brain.”

Now we will show a few connections behind it.To date, health officials claim the novel COVID-19 soars past 16.2 million cases for a virus with a 99.9% survival rate. To justify case count, they continue to use a test proven to produce false positives. This immoral act allows for compliance through fear as these elites can accelerate their agenda without resistance.But before we dig further, please hear these words and wipe the dread from your mind. We will prevail once we remove our eyes from man and place them on the Almighty.And as stated in Isaiah 35:3-5, we have nothing to fear.“Strengthen the weak hands, And make firm the feeble knees. 4 Say to those who are fearful-hearted, “Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you.” 5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.”Isa 35:3-5With those words in mind, let's view the network which drives the mRNA agenda.Many question why government officials and healthcare providers push an experimental genome therapy labeled a vaccine. They realize it causes illness and death. They have no discernment of long or short-term side effects. And yet, the answer lies before us. Massive financial gain and control for continuous revenue streams at our expense.In an interview, Bill Gates boasted how the vaccine industry returned a 20-1 investment. This statement shows how these elites play for keeps. They do not have our well-being in mind (1).And soon, a Gates-backed (2) firm will release 200 million vaccine kits and millions of experimental injections for vaccination against a coronavirus, aka a common cold.Back in May, Korea's S.K. Bioscience pharmaceutical company received $3.6 million in research funds from the Gates Foundation to support the development of a COVID-19 vax. This same company works as a contract manufacturer for AstraZeneca, which received $750 million from CEPI and GAVI (3) back in June 2020 to support the manufacturing, procurement, and distribution of mRNA injectable technology. In addition, AstraZeneca agreed to supply 1-Billion doses to low and mid-income nations. On top of these quantities, they announced a supply of 400 million doses ready for the E.U. And all the while, under the cover of night, the Imperial College steps into the vaccine game. They plan on another variation by the first half of 2021. Will it work? They have no clue. Professor Robin Shattock (4), the head of the vaccine development team at the University of Imperial College, stated, “We anticipate if everything goes really well, that we'll get an answer as to whether it works by early next year.”Professor Shattock is from the same Imperial College where Neil Ferguson used his fraudulent models to lock the world down (5) through data manipulation. He used invalid inputs based on early estimates. He selected outdated demographics, populations, and hospital bed counts to inflate numbers artificially. Instead of data from specific states to gather credible metrics, his models used the entire U.S. to drive COVID-19 spread. This skyrocketed infection rates and fears, as the model assumed everyone spreads the disease at the same rate—for virus spread detection, it's an outright scam and a crime against humanity. Yet, he still roams free without consequence. Why?The answer lies in the secure funds received from the European Commission, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Wellcome Trust, MRC, and the NIH (Anthony Fauci), which indicates the degree of corruption imposed upon humanity for long term profits.And when we look to NIH and Fauci, we witness extended deception with their ties to Moderna (6). With the mRNA-1273 experiment, the U.S. government appears to have joint ownership through filed patents. With $472 million secured, Moderna plans to reach its target of 500 million doses per year, with a ramp-up to one billion in 2021. Also, (7) DARPA joins Moderna to develop an implantable biochip for the deployment of experimental therapies, which can affect human DNA.But at (8) $19.50 per dose, subsidized by taxpayers, does it matter? It's all about people over profits, which circles us back to GAVI, the WHO, CEPI, and Trump's Operation Warp Speed.Trump pulled finances (9) from the WHO, which everyone cheered as he handed it over to GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance. What most may not realize, Gates and his foundation founded GAVI in 2000 (10). So when Trump pledged $1.16 billion at the virtual Global Vaccine summit, this became part of the Fiscal budget for 2020-2023, which solidified the fact he did not have the American people's best interest in mind. Instead, he increased the hold Bill Gates has on the U.S. population and their health.At the summit, Gates stated, “Since its inception GAVI has helped vaccinate more than three-quarters of a billion children … And now, it's stepping up and saying it's willing to deliver a COVID-19 vaccine as soon as one is available to end the pandemic as soon as possible, … We must also renew our commitment to delivering every life-saving vaccine there is to every child on earth.”In addition, GAVI received a donation of $5 million from the Rockefeller Foundation for “routine immunization programs” and “play a major role in the rollout of a future COVID-19 vaccine.” which aligns with their playbook, Operation Lockstep (11).On top of this, who did Trump put at the helm of Operation Warp Speed? Another Gates connection, a former executive of GlaxoSmithKline, Moncef Slaoui. His role? Work hand in hand with General Gustave Perna for the production and vaccination across the United States.Now we'll look at CEPI, Operation Warp Speed, and Novavax. In 2017 Gates co-founded, “The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI)” (12) to stop epidemics via vaccines. It's the largest vaccine charity in the world. They made their mark across mainstream when they granted $388 million to an unknown biotech company, Novavax. Another company to fill the world with mRNA injections for COVID-19 (Certificate of Vaccine Identification – Artificial [1] Intelligence [9]). In a move that baffled many, Operation Warp Speed (12) also selected this company and awarded them $1.6 billion in taxpayers' funds. So while the people of the United States have their rights revoked and business destroyed at astronomical rates, the Trump administration gave your future away to Gates for an injection never used or tested on humans.And all the while, the media, Fauci, Gates, social media companies, politicians, and others lied outright to the people about HCQ (13). They knew it worked from day one. But as we see from facts, Big Pharma revenue streams and kickbacks outweighed our health.Instead of protecting people's lives, our officials schemed with these monsters behind closed doors to push an experiment to alter your DNA (14). As learned in Professor Klungland's research, “RNA has a direct effect on DNA stability.” He notes how several research groups collaborate to understand the effects this can have on the DNA molecule. He stated, “We already know that R-loop areas are associated with sequences of DNA containing active genes and that this can lead to chromosomal breakage and the loss of genetic information…” This reveals absolute modification, regardless of what the fake fact-checkers, mainstream, social media channels, or Fauci's pundits claim.To drive this point one step further, we look to the National Cancer Institute for clarification (15). Through research, they learned modification in human mRNA affects gene expression, “NAT10, an enzyme, was found to be responsible for the modification, which itself has been implicated in cancer and aging. This is one of the first examples of a unique chemical modification to mRNA…”To date, these companies refuse doctors and researchers the information required to learn the effects these synthetic drugs have on the human body. But it looks like another revenue stream in cancer therapies with the chemical modification seen in these experiments.And while the PREP Act combined with the unlawful classification of mRNA as a vaccine, these corporations have 100% immunity from all legal action (8) while they engage in an experiment without the people's informed consent (16) — a process which requires compliance or rejection of a medical procedure such as surgeries, anesthesia, radiation, chemotherapy, vaccination, and other scenarios.These experimental war crimes continue under the guise of trials (17), “A new vaccine trial is underway in the U.K. to test whether mixing and matching different COVID-19 vaccines for the first and second doses is effective,” they continue, “The country is currently using the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine and Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine, which both require two doses. For the study, run by the National Immunization Schedule Evaluation Consortium, patients will get one dose of each.”Remember, they never approved mRNA technologies for human use. These professionals for profit don't know or care about the long or short term side effects. To further prove these drugs still exist in the experimental stage, Moderna started on July 27, 2020, and will end on October 27, 2020, as noted by the study (18), “A Study to Evaluate Efficacy, Safety, and Immunogenicity of mRNA-1273 Vaccine in Adults Aged 18 Years and Older to Prevent COVID-19.” Pfizer (19) began their test on humanity on April 29, 2020, with a target primary completion on August 3, 2021, and the experiment to end on January 21, 2023, as noted in the “Study to Describe the Safety, Tolerability, Immunogenicity, and Efficacy of RNA Vaccine Candidates Against COVID-19 in Healthy Individuals.”With each injection, they test their poisons on an ill-informed public. And due to PREP, if you or your loved one becomes injured or dies from these jabs, you have zero recourse. Without informed consent, all involved in administration, production, delivery, and procurement—guilty of war crimes against humanity as stated in the Nuremberg Code (20), “The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.” No bribes or coercion—all the facts known beforehand. For those front line workers, LEO, Military, Politicians who follow orders, no excuse. During the trials of Nuremberg, ignorance did not afford reprieve from the consequences of their willful actions. They knew and still tested on humans without consent (21).“THE PROOF AS TO WAR CRIMES AND CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITYJudged by any standard of proof the record clearly shows the commission of war crimes and crimes against humanity substantially as alleged in counts two and three of the indictment. Beginning with the outbreak of World War II criminal medical experiments on non-German nationals, both prisoners of war and civilians, including Jews and “asocial” persons, were carried out on a large scale in Germany and the occupied countries. These experiments were not the isolated and casual acts of individual doctors and scientists working solely on their own responsibility, but were the product of coordinated policy-making and planning at high governmental, military, and Nazi Party levels, conducted as an integral part of the total war effort. They were ordered, sanctioned, permitted, or approved by persons in positions of authority who under all principles of law were under the duty to know about these things and to take steps to terminate or prevent them.”Sounds familiar?When Governments (8) and officials receive kickbacks and taxpayers fund Big Pharma experiments with no legal ramifications, it no longer about one health.
