People often ask what the personal Mission Statement is for your life. Which is an awesome exercise to do. Yet I particularly like the concept that this week's guest asks, What is your Soul Statement? Corey Lyon Folsom published his book, Soul Statements: A Love Coach's Guide To Successful Communication in an effort to inspire others to simplify and improve their lives. His book is a practical guide full of simple, yet potent tools for making small shifts that produce outsized benefits in life and love. So what is a Soul Statement? It is not an ordinary affirmation. Rather, it is a present-time reminder of what is true & good & resourceful about yourself, which creates greater emotional coherence. Fabulous concept right? On this guest episode I have a delightful time exploring many beautiful concepts with Corey including why he wrote his book and how Soul Statements can improve inner clarity and communication. Corey also talks a lot about how Soul Statements can help with relationships to shift from conflict to harmony and flow and make us more empathic partners, co-workers and friends. They also improve self care and help align routines with our visions and goals. Is there anything Soul Statements cant do?? With a name like that I would say, no! In addition, Corey shares about his work as a relationship coach and how he helps clients create a path to having the love they desire.Bio: As a certified relationship coach, Corey Lyon Folsom helps people increase connection and clarity. He has also been a wilderness guide for newly sober people and a vision quest leader. I am speaking about such things as being able to be Creative, have Integrity, Fitness, Security, Faith, Self Confidence, Wealth, Winning, Honesty and many more.In the cool light of day, we would never purposely/consciously/intentionally trash our Values. They are a part of us and how we do life, want to do life and choose to do life on planet earth. Our Values define us; define who we are; represent who we are; shape who we are. How dare you invite me to just flippantly get rid of one of my Values; destruct, destroy - trash my Values. Why on earth would anyone do that? So, my question is - when Sex/Porn addiction triggers arise and you 'Act out', is the fact of Acting out, an indication that you have just Trashed all of you Values? Can you see patterns of activities and behaviours which show you undermining those dearly held Values, which in other situations, you would and could never undermine or trash your Values. What happens when a split-second accident changes the way you see yourself for more than a decade? In this episode of Plastic Surgery Uncensored, I sit down with Jasmine, a former Navy service member who spent 11 years living with a traumatic lip deformity after a sports injury involving braces. Welcome back to Living Your Truth with Tavares. This is Season 11, Episode 2.Today we're talking about something that impacts every area of life:Self-confidence.The way you walk into rooms. The way you handle pressure. The way you speak. The way you love. The way you lead. The way you recover from failure.Confidence touches everything. But here's the truth:A lot of people think confidence is something you're born with. It's not.Confidence is built. It's developed through repetition. Through resilience.Through keeping promises to yourself. Through surviving difficult moments and realizing: “I'm stronger than I thought.”And unfortunately, many people lose confidence over time.Life happens.Criticism happens.Rejection happens.Failure happens.Trauma happens.Sometimes confidence doesn't disappear overnight.Sometimes it erodes slowly. One disappointment at a time. But today we're going to talk about rebuilding it.Not fake confidence. Not ego.Not arrogance.Real confidence. The kind that comes from knowing who you are.Tavares A Garrett Linkhttps://linktr.ee/tavaresagarrettAmazon Books by Tavares Allen Garretthttps://www.amazon.com/stores/author/B08778562HThe Body Synthesiswww.thebodysynthesis.com

This is happening in conjunction with the Pluto Retrograde that began on May 6th and will continue through October. This dynamic creates a beautiful dance between the underworld energies of Pluto reminding you of what you're still holding at a deep, painful level that is keeping you from your abundance and luxury, which Taurus wants to usher you into.On this Solo episode I share a few updates on my travels as I roam around Bangkok, Thailand. And elaborate on the concept that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE and how this time in particular really heightens and encourages this. Asking you to open to the endless options and opportunities that await you as you release the heaviness of what was never true about yourself or your abilities. Namely that something wasn't POSSIBLE for you or that you weren't enough. You are enough and the world awaits your new chapter. Donations To Women Waken To Support The Show Are Greatly Appreciated
Self Confidence For Entrepreneurs In this episode, we dive into the "Messy Middle" to answer a listener's struggle with feeling stuck. Using the legendary stories of Steve Jobs and Walt Disney, David Ralph explores how "insignificant" dots—like a penniless dropout's calligraphy class or a devastating contract betrayal—became the foundations for global empires. If you feel like you're wasting time on hobbies or reeling from a setback, this is your wake-up call. You can't connect the dots looking forward; you have to trust they'll join up in your future. Stop looking for the destination and start drawing your dots. #JoinUpDots #SteveJobs #WaltDisney #EntrepreneurMindset #TimeWealth #SuccessStories #TrustTheProcess
Send us Fan MailWho would have ever thought there was actually a formula for self-confidence? And if there's a formula, that means you can work it and develop your own self-confidence.The problem is, most people think self-confidence comes from someone else, some outside validation, or a result. But self-confidence has nothing to do with anyone or anything else. Self-confidence is an inside job. It comes from you working the formula. In this episode, we'll break down formulas one through three from Napoleon Hill's The Law of Success and show you how to begin building self-confidence from the inside out. Then, on the next episode, we'll hit formulas four and five.Keep it simple, keep it moving, never settle, stay tough. Peace.Support the show

Hello Dear Listeners! I'm finally here with my first report back from the frontlines of international travel! I'm recording today from Chiang Mai, Thailand! Fabulous place! Countries visited so far, Japan & South Korea. It's been 6 weeks and already a remarkable adventure. I hope you enjoy hearing about it. I've definitely had to tap into my Divine Feminine essence of surrender as travel can be unpredictable and stressful, yet so worth it. On this solo episode I share about some of the themes that have come up so far in my explorations including forgiveness, fertility, surrendering to the void, and emerging with a message of peace after destruction. I also give my observations of the various cultures, people, and places I've seen and the beauty I've found along the way. Please let me know what you think and if you'd like to hear more as I continue on my pilgrimage! The Birth of the Tramp and Absolute Self-ConfidenceUpon arriving in America, Chaplin's colleagues, including Stan Laurel, noted his unusual professional habits and his absolute, unwavering self-confidence. While working for Max Sennett at Keystone, Chaplin was initially considered too handsome for comedy, prompting him to assemble the iconic "Tramp" costume from mismatched wardrobe items in a single hour. This character, built on contradictions like tight coats and baggy pants, became an immediate global sensation. Despite his burgeoning fame and growing comfort with women, Chaplin remained an extraordinarily shy individual, often preferring the company of animals to social mingling at the height of his early stardom. This week's episode is a real one.I'm talking about pitching Bizzy Bean, public speaking, and how crazy it is that in my mind I love attention and speaking… but my body reacts like I'm being hunted for sport. We get into the pressure of walking into rooms and pitching your business, the hacks I've learned for public speaking, and why I stopped trying to “act confident” and started showing up as my future self instead.I also talk about dealing with negative comments, people telling me my idea is too saturated, or straight up saying it won't work, and how easy it is to let that get in your head if you let it.Plus, how I pull myself out of a funk when I start spiraling, from movement, journaling, crying, buying myself a little treat, and learning how to reset instead of staying stuck there.Basically: how to keep building when people doubt you, and sometimes when you doubt yourself tooSupport the show

What happens when coaching stops being polite, and starts being honest? In this episode, we dive into the moment a bold, unfiltered piece of advice went viral, and more importantly, helped a client snap out of self-sabotage and land a major contract. This conversation pulls back the curtain on what real coaching looks like when the goal isn't comfort… it's results. You'll hear why focusing on the 10% going wrong is quietly killing your momentum, and how shifting your perspective to what's actually working can change everything, fast. We also break down the true role of a coach: not just to support you, but to challenge you. To give you the perspective you can't access when you're stuck in your own emotions—and to call you forward when you're playing small. This episode goes deep into the connection between mindset, manifestation, and action. Not the fluffy version—but the kind that requires radical self-belief, discipline, and a willingness to rewire how you think about success. And if you've ever struggled to charge what you're worth or ask for more—this is your wake-up call. If you enjoyed this episode, make sure and give us a five star rating and leave us a comment on iTunes, Podcast Addict, Podchaser and Castbox about what you'd like us to talk about that will help you realize that at any moment, any day, you too can decide, it's your turn!
