Society would grind to a halt without the work done by unpaid carers - yet they are too often left to feel invisible, unsupported and alone. In this episode, Andrew talks to PENNY WINCER, the author of Tender: The Imperfect Art of Caring, about how to provide care for loved ones without burning out yourself. Penny shares her deeply personal story of caring for her mother, who lived with mental illness, and later for her autistic son. She sheds light on the complexity of care—the beauty, the exhaustion, and the personal costs. Andrew and Penny discuss: Asking for help Dealing with isolation How being a “young carer” can shape adult relationships The importance of self-compassion. Penny Wincer is a Melbourne born, London dwelling, author and non-fiction writing coach. She has written for Red Magazine, iPaper, BBC Radio 4 and The Telegraph. Penny's first book Tender was published by Coronet Books in 2020. Her second non-fiction book, Home Matters, was published in August 2024. With a unique blend of acerbic wit and radical empathy, Philippa brings fascinating insight to the many different ways the patriarchy messes with our sanity. From men telling us we're not feeling what we're feeling to being judged for the way we dress (asking for it!) and the fact that we will NEVER be taken as seriously as a man...especially if we're driving a car. About our guest: Philippa Perry is a national treasure. This psychotherapist, writer, broadcaster and agony aunt has put the nation (nay the world) on the couch. Her best-selling book 'The Book You Wish Your Parents Had Read', has sold more than 1.3 million copies worldwide. Parents like to feel they are independent individuals making their own decisions, but in reality parenting is hugely influenced by our own experiences of childhood. In this classic early episode, Andrew and therapist and author Philippa Perry talk about how we are “links in a chain", and why it is important for parents to recognise that and ensure their own links are shaped to the needs of their children. Philippa Perry is a psychotherapist and author of several books, including The Book You Wish Your Parents Had Read (and Your Children Will be Glad That You Did) and How To Stay Sane. She has also presented a number of documentaries, is Red Magazine's agony aunt, and writes for numerous British publications. Philippa has also starred alongside her husband Grayson Perry in the recent Channel 4 series, Grayson's Art Club. We stand at the end of Season 3 (for an ovation, right?!) This week's episode is all about being your best self and whatever that means to you - one gal's seaswim is another gal's sticky toffee pudding and a good book. Esther & Susie discuss themselves (for a change...) and Susie reveals some worrying gaps in her knowledge of how bodies actually work. To help them in their quest for best self-dom, S & E enlist the advice of their special guest - the iridescent Rosie Green. Rosie is a journalist, beauty editor, author, broadcaster and she has spent the last 20 years writing about beauty, fashion, spas and health and interviewing and styling major Hollywood celebrities from Sarah Jessica Parker to Cameron Diaz. She regularly writes for Red Magazine, The Telegraph, The Times, Vogue and Elle, and up until recently, had her own column in the Daily Mail's You Magazine. She's basically Carrie Bradshaw. She is also a regular guest presenter on This Morning. After her 26 year relationship with her husband ended, without warning, Rosie took her pain and turned it into a best selling book How To Heal A Broken Heart. A book that has helped many people going through separations feel less alone and more positive about their future. We talk to Rosie about how she landed her first break at Vogue, working for Trinny and Susannah, the skincare she would recommend and her passion for authentic communication. Rosie glows inside and out and it was a delight to chat to here and learn some fabulous beauty tips. And we all want to know how her David Gandy interview went now... The sketch this week is musical! And a lot of fun. And you'll hear the final ever (probably) You Bash. We'll be back on May 2nd for Season 4 with new chats, new sketches and more marvellous guests! Can't wait. Ta ra for now. Adela's freebie Want to see your name and business in the media? And bring in instant new leads, clients, collaborations and credibility? Grab 10 Steps to get your business in the media now. This powerful guide has helped entrepreneurs land features in Harvard Business Review, The Times, The Sunday Times, The Independent, Stylist, Red Magazine and more. Your newsworthy business begins now. Link: https://www.pitchtopress.com/ Here are the takeaways... There's an art to promoting yourself and becoming a credible expert. It should be fun, joyful, and playful and come from a place of curiosity and value. There is a skill set to telling the story in a way that makes it of interest to journalists. That's how you reach more people. This is something all entrepreneurs should learn to do to create storylines that are topical and relevant. It is so important to think about "how do I feel when I tell this story?" and "what parts of my story do I want to share?". You don't have to share every part of the story. You can choose which parts to share. A tip from Adela is to practice telling that story to someone you trust and see how you feel in 24 - 48 hours. Never tell a story completely fresh. It's best to tell a story after you've integrated it into your life and healed. Know the difference in vulnerability between the type of sharing that makes you relatable, and the kind of sharing that feels unsafe. You decide how much of your story you will share, and that comes with setting boundaries. Pitching is conversation. Lead with value, give information, and be helpful. When you promote yourself, you are being transparent about what you are doing. Unless you promote yourself, people will not know that you can help them. It's actually selfish to hold back from other people. Connecting with journalists gives them something to write about. You're helping them out when you share a story. It's mutually beneficial. Being targeted with your pitches, making sure you pitch to journalists who write about the topics you want to share will result in fewer rejections. Working in isolation is hard. Join a strong group that can help you create the stories. Work in community supporting each other, make it a fun collaborative adventure. Remember the adage, "to go fast go alone, to go far go together". Getting visible is a journey. There are billions of people on this planet. Someone wants to hear your story about your business. *This episode is a live recording of a previous Sex Talks event.* Natasha Lunn is the features editor at Red Magazine and the creator of the widely acclaimed email newsletter, Conversations on Love, which she recently turned into one of my favourite books of the same name. In it she explores three fundamental questions: how do we find love? How do we sustain it? And how do we survive when we lose it? In this Sex Talks summer special, I sit down with Natasha to discuss everything she's learned in her years long exploration of this most universal of topics, and what advice she has for those of us who feel lost in love. I hope you enjoy this discussion as much as I did.

In this week's episode of Spinsterhood Reimagined, I talk to my sister, Annabel.Annie has recently changed careers and is now an English teacher at a secondary school in London; but before that, she enjoyed a glamorous career as a journalist and the Beauty Director at Red Magazine. She has written for multiple publications, including The Guardian, The Times and The Daily Telegraph. She is also the mother to four teenagers (three of whom are triplets) and my beloved nephews and niece. In this conversation, Annie and I cover an array of topics including: the world's biggest launch party to celebrate my new podcast, which consisted of Annie, me, and one of my nephews; why it's been helpful to have a sister who hasn't travelled the ‘conventional' path of marriage and kids because it's given her a front row seat to what being a ‘spinster' actually looks like; and how she has never felt that my journey of not having children has required any pity.We chat about: how her career started off at Goldman Sachs but she quickly realised that a career in banking was not for her; how she went onto work as a journalist for many years, but decided to pack it in a few years ago to become an English teacher; and how both of us think that, actually, I'm the older sister because I'm the boring, practical and bossy one so we reckon our parents got us confused when we were little. We also discuss how she has never judged me or thought there was anything missing from my life just because I don't have my own family; the things that she has seen to be advantages and benefits of being single and childfree; and how she strongly feels that the lives of those women who don't have children are equally as valid as anyone else's. Annie also talks about: how much it annoys her when people say that those who don't have kids are selfish, and what she thinks they mean by that; how she has learnt alot about herself through being a mother; how, with hindsight, she can see that bringing up four young children was all-consuming in the early days of motherhood; and how she completely disagrees with those people who suggest that if you don't have children, then you're not ‘complete'.And finally, we talk about the time she met Jennifer Aniston at a party, and the time she interviewed her (I know!); AND we get real about the elephant in the room - whether or not she thinks my cleaning is as good as her previous cleaner. ;) I sincerely hope that you all enjoy listening to this conversation!Join my private Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1870817913309222/?ref=shareFollow me on Instagram: @spinsterhoodreimaginedFollow me on Twitter: @LucyMeggesonEmail me: lucymeggeson@gmail.com

Hey Beauty + Impact fam! You may have spied Jasmine stocking up at Target on BYBI Beauty products on the Beauty + Impact Instagram recently. We both love this skincare brand so much we had to get the founders on the show to spill all the green tea! https://us.bybi.com/ (BYBI Beauty), founded by Elsie Rutterford and Dominika Minarovic in 2017 is a pro-planet, vegan, natural, and cruelty-free skincare brand. BYBI brings a bit of fun to the clean beauty space with their cute and bright packaging (which is 100% recyclable) but are making a big impact with skincare that not only works but is sustainable and affordable, making it accessible for everyone. And BYBI just launched the world's first-ever carbon negative skincare product! So, you may have all heard the term carbon neutral but in this episode, we get the lowdown on what does carbon negative mean and how it takes the sustainability factor one step further. BYBI is really leading by example when it comes to building a 100% sustainable beauty brand. In this episode you'll hear: Starting off pioneering the clean beauty space in the UK How they are influencing their supply chains to be carbon negative/neutral – they recently petitioned their factory suppliers to run on green energy and now they all function on 100% green energy! Building innovation into BYBI from the beginning and how they continue to drive innovation from product to packaging to branding Some of their failures and what they learned– some products sadly are just too ahead of their times The product lifecycle analysis and what it involves from start to finish – this was eye-opening and something every product brand should be doing What the beauty industry is ignoring when it comes to sustainability How consumers have the power to create change in the beauty industry with their purchasing power What the tell-tale signs are of greenwashing and how you can spot when a brand is truly sustainable The differences between the UK and the US when developing and marketing a new product including how European laws impact the ingredients allowed If you enjoyed this episode and it inspired you in some way, we'd love to hear about it and know your biggest takeaway. This episode is a very meaty conversation with an inspirational woman who unashamedly uses her gifts to the full and pursues her dreams - and who encourages others to do the same. Caroline Britton is an intuitive and transformational coach and an expert in helping people to fulfil their potential. In this conversation, we go deep into manifesting what we truly want in life - and how to use the simple act of writing down our thoughts as a means to transform our lives. We also talk about our attitudes to wealth and the self-limiting blocks that so often get in the way of our flourishing financially and in every other area of our life. I really loved this conversation and have listened to it several times since recording it as Caroline ended up giving me personal advice on it! Caroline spent 14 years at a global consultancy and now uses her incredibly strong intuition for helping people - and her ability to be able to feel what they feel. Nimko Ali is on the show today to talk about Female Genital Mutilation or FGM. I planned this episode to appear now, as I saw it’s International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation on February 6th, and it’s something I wanted learn about. I’d often heard about FGM but didn’t actually know all that much about it. Was it a religious custom or a cultural tradition, or simply a barbaric act carried out on girls by some patriarchal groups. It appears to be the latter.Nimko Links:Book - What we're told not to talk about: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rude-There-Such-Thing-Over-Sharing/dp/024129262XFive Foundation: https://www.thefivefoundation.org/Twitter: https://twitter.com/NimkoAliInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/nimkoali/Andrew Links:Patreon.com/andrewgoldtwitter.com/andrewgold_okinstagram.com/andrewgold_okfacebook.com/ontheedgewithandrewgoldIn any case, Nimko is of Somali heritage and was herself cut as a child. She is the co-founder of the Five Foundation, so make sure to get on there and donate, share and support however you can to help to end FGM. She also has a prestigious OBE, was named in the BBC’s 100 Women, won Red Magazine’s Woman of the Year and won the International Women’s Rights Award at the Geneva Summit for Human Rights and Democracy. I read and loved her book What We’re Told Not To Talk About – link in the show notes. Split into categories labelled periods, orgasms, pregnancy and menopause, it collects haunting and inspirational stories from women around the world. It goes into intense and surprisingly vivid, or disgusting, detail, which is one of the book’s strengths, it’s a lot of fun to read and I found myself both laughing and crying. We discuss what it was like for Nimko to be cut, and how it affects her life today. And although this is a very serious topic, Nimko is able to talk at times with humour. So, we delve into her previous fancy for English football player Michael Owen and her current interest in Conservative politician Jacob Rees-Mogg, who is a bit of a dark horse to say the least. If you get to the end, Nimko tells the men listening how they can get in touch with her to ask her on a date, because she hasn’t been with someone seriously for five years. Welcome to the fifth episode of The Making Of... from The Female Lead. Our guest this week is the FGM campaigner and author, Nimco Ali. As a survivor of FGM herself, for over 10 years Nimco has been fighting to end this practice throughout the world. She is CEO of the Five Foundation and she has just been appointed as an independent government adviser tackling violence against women and girls. In 2019 she also published her first book What We're Told Not To Talk About (But We're Going To Anyway). Our conversation covered many tough topics like FGM and violence against women, as well as race, privilege and coming to terms with the past. It was an emotional conversation at times and we were honoured to experience Nimco's total honesty and willingness to share. We recorded the interview over zoom, at the height of lockdown, so please bear with us as some bits may sound a little wobbly. * Nimco Ali OBE is a Somali British social activist and writer. She co-founded Daughters of Eve, a non-profit organisation which works to protect girls and young women who are at risk from female genital mutilation (FGM), in 2010 and The Five Foundation, which leverages resources for front line activists, in 2019. Nimco has helped to position FGM as a central issue in ending violence against women and girls. Her professional experience has included working for counter-terrorism within the civil service, supporting the rights of girls in the UK as part of Girlguiding UK and as network lead on The Girl Generation, the DfID-funded anti-FGM social change communications initiative. She is also a leading commentator in international media on the rights of girls and women – particularly surrounding FGM and related issues. In 2014, she was awarded Red Magazine's Woman of the Year award, and placed at No 6 on the Woman's Hour Power List. Most recently she was named by the Sunday Times as one of Debrett's 500 most influential people in Britain, as well one of the Evening Standard‘s 1000 most powerful and BBC's 100 Women 2018. * The Making Of is hosted by Bea Appleby and is edited by Lauren Lind. The production is brought to you by The Female Lead and the whole series is very kindly sponsored by Missoma

Episode Notes This episode of Brown Girl Green is focused on sustainable fashion. We discuss if/ why sustainable fashion is the path forward away from throw-away culture and mass over-consumption of clothing in modern society. Despite the benefits of more "sustainable" or environmentally friendly fashion, there are still a lot of gaps around diversity, equity, and inclusion within the movement. A majority of sustainable fashion only caters to a small demographic that excludes many different ethnic groups and body types from partaking in its ethical benefits. Further, some sustainable fashion brands don't necessarily prioritize racial justice or labor rights even if they are all "green" or "zero waste." So in this episode, I examine what some of the gaps exist around sustainable fashion, but also the benefits this framework of going more "green" with your clothing habits can have on society. The interview features Samata, a British-born Ghanaian fashion designer, author, and journalist who is best known for her role as Global Campaign Director for Red Carpet Green Dress, a campaign that is pushing to showcase ethical fashion on the Oscars red carpet. She is also an award-winning womenswear designer whose work in the fields of fashion and sustainability has received coverage from BBC Radio 1Xtra, Essence, ITV's This Morning, E! Entertainment, Women's Wear Daily, ELLE, InStyle, Essence, Refinery 29, and Red Magazine. The biggest topics covered in this episode are: -Discussing why sustainable fashion is useful and necessary -Redefining what sustainable fashion can be- beyond just luxury goods for the privileged, how can we own actions like wearing second-hand, clothing swaps, and DIY's to minimize our consumption? -What a more diverse sustainable fashion world would look like and why that's important Sustainable Fashion brands/ initiatives mentioned in today's episode: Sustainable Brooklyn Project One Eighty Nine Sustainable Fashion Forum Soko Kenya Fashion Revolution Anthill Fabrics Pildora NYC Mate the Label The Front Lash Some resources for further reading: Fashion Takes Action- Fashion's role in the Sustainable Development Goals What COVID-19 means for sustainable fashion Ethical Fashion on a budget Find out more at https://brown-girl-green.pinecast.co This podcast is powered by Pinecast.

On this week’s episode of mate, we are discussing Pandora Sykes’ ELLE UK article of how the Internets trend for cancelling women has to stop. We argue why women should be given a public platform in which they can have room for error and debate without fear of being ‘cancelled.’ Also as part of Red Magazines ‘You Are Enough’ campaign we talk about failure, and how if you strive to act with integrity, follow your gust instinct and force yourself to be brave then can you ever really fail? We answer this week’s mate-to-mate question from our listener, which is how do you know when to take a leap of faith and follow your career, even if that means making a move to somewhere new? We have also launched a new Facebook group designed to connect all of listeners, giving you the chance to connect IRL and arrange meet ups. So please do join! We have such a gorgeous podcast for you today as we got to interview the wonderful Sarah Tomczak, who is the editor over at Red magazine and a woman who we so admire. We came away from this interview feeling so inspired by Sarah’s overall approach to life, work and relationships. And her joyfulness is SO infectious (check out her [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/sarah.tomczak/?hl=en) to see what we mean!). Listen in as we talk about definitions of success (and how they can change over time), what it’s like to be editor of a top magazine (and how she got there) and living a perfectly imperfect life that is unapologetically joyful. And so much more! Can’t wait for you to listen to this one - and when you do, let us know what you think and what resonated with you. We always love to hear from you! x Selina & Vicki

This week welcome to the show Dr. David Hamilton. David has a first class honors degree in chemistry, specializing in biological and medicinal chemistry. He has the slightly geeky honour of having achieved 100% in his 3rd year university degree exam in ‘Statistical Mechanics’, which is a branch of quantum physics applied to chemistry. After completing his PhD, he worked for 4 years in the pharmaceutical industry, first developing drugs for cardiovascular disease and cancer, then a year managing leadership and change projects. During this time he also served as an athletics coach and manager of Sale Harriers Manchester, one of the UK’s largest athletics clubs, leading the Junior Men’s team to three successive UK finals. Upon leaving the pharmaceutical industry, he co-founded the international relief charity Spirit Aid Foundation and served as a director for 2 years. While writing his first book (2004-2005), he taught chemistry (main) plus ecology and mathematics (secondary) at West College Scotland (formerly, James Watt College of Further and Higher Education) and tutored chemistry at the University of Glasgow. He’s now a bestselling author of 8 books (No’s 9 and 10 are due out in 2017) published by Hay House UK, and offer talks and workshops that use science to inspire – fusing neuroscience, the mind-body connection, kindness, and philosophical and eastern spiritual teachings. He also writes a regular blog on his website as well as occasional blogs for the Huffington Post (US edition) and Psychologies Life Labs, and is a columnist for Soul and Spirit Magazine. In 2016, David won the Kindred Spirit, ‘Best MBS Writer Award’. He has been featured in numerous publications, including ELLE, RED Magazine, Psychologies, YOU Magazine, Good Housekeeping (both UK & US), and several newspapers. You might wonder how he got into writing on the subjects he does. In his own words, “Well, during my time in the pharmaceutical industry, I was fascinated by the placebo effect – how people improve through believing they are receiving a drug – so I began to study mind-body interactions in my spare time. I decided to leave the pharmaceutical industry after 4 years because I wanted to educate about the mind-body connection, help people to believe in themselves more, and spread a little more kindness in the world in my own way.” Questions we ask in this episode: You specialized in biological and medicinal chemistry. Why did you decide to look at the placebo effect? How powerful do you think the placebo really is? What inspired you to write your new book, The 5 Side Effects of Kindness? What are the 5 side effects of kindness? Can you tell this listeners what "molecules of kindness are?" Shop: http://shop.180nutrition.com.au/ We have on the show Dr David Hamilton, and I have to say I truly loved every minute of this show. Now David has a first class honors degree in chemistry, specializing in biological and medicinal chemistry. After completing his PhD he worked for four years in the pharmaceutical industry, first developing drugs for cardiovascular disease and cancer, then a year managing leadership and change projects. Now he is also a best selling author of 8 books published by Hay House in the UK, and offers talks and workshops that use science to inspire, fusing neuroscience, the mind body connection, kindness and a philosophical and eastern spiritual teaching, so yes you can see why I loved this episode so much. [00:01:30] [00:02:00] And what I loved about David's journey, A) he is just an upbeat positive awesome dude, but from that as well we get stuck into the placebo at first and what he was seeing from back in his pharmaceutical days, and comparing that to the actual drugs people were taking, which is just fascinating, and then we get into his new book, the Side Effects of Kindness, and he talks at it from a biological and physical perspective as well of what is going on, and it was just fascinating, and yeah it was awesome, so if you want to do an act of kindness after listening to this show, feel free to leave us a review on iTunes, or actually share this episode with someone that you think might really appreciate it. Because there is a lot in here and I have no doubt you will enjoy it as well. David, welcome to the show. David Oh well, thanks very much, nice to be here. [00:03:00] Guy It is a pleasure mate, and we ask one little question just to kick start the show to all our guests, and that is if a complete stranger stopped you on the street and asked you what you did for a living, what would you say? David I write books and I give talks. In a nutshell. I would probably tell them the kind of topic that I wrote on but it depends on how ... if we were moving fast in opposite directions. Death by alcohol is a real thing. And a brush with this fact of life completely turned things around for our featured guest in this episode. She asserts, “The worst thing that ever happened to me was drinking alcohol.” In this 7th installment of our podcast, One Year No Beer Co-Founder Ruari Fairbairns talks to Lucy Rocca. Lucy is the founder of the phenomenon that is the Soberistas, a movement which has built an incredibly supportive, non-judgemental community helping many people conquer long-term alcohol dependencies. She has written five best-selling books and regularly inspires people to take up alcohol free living. The ‘magic potion’ Listen as Lucy recounts how she started drinking at the young age of 13. She had thought, accordingly, that alcohol was like a magic potion that made her feel attractive, made her ‘fit in’, and made things seem so much more fun. She was so seduced she embraced a hedonistic lifestyle basking in alcohol throughout her twenties. She confesses, “I wasn’t ever drinking for the taste, or to get a little bit tipsy. I was drinking to get drunk.” Lucy was divorced and a single parent in her late twenties. Alcohol became a ‘self-medication’ for her. And she relates, in this episode, how she carried on with the routine of frequenting bars, muddling through the week and living for the weekend, until she was 35. Wake up call It was that fateful night in April 2011 when Lucy’s life was changed forever. She remembers how she was drinking alone, being very depressed, and downing 3 bottles of wine and a litter of strong cider. She eventually collapsed on a pavement outside of her house, and woke up in a hospital. She thought she could’ve died, and she never drank alcohol again after that. Soberistas Drawing from her own experiences as a heavy drinker (for twenty years) who did not find any support in quitting drinking, Lucy created Soberistas. She discusses in this podcast how she saw the need for an ‘online space where people could be completely anonymous and honest about their drinking.’ The movement started with a blog. And it was such a sensation it initially attracted at least 20,000 people to sign up. It has been featured in Australian Vogue, Canadian Elle, Red Magazine, and several popular TV programs. Beautiful redemption Lucy muses, in retrospect, how she became fitter, healthier, more productive and creative, a better mom, a nicer friend, and how she now has more money, being alcohol free: “I feel the best I ever felt (and I’m nearly 41) and I look the best I ever looked . . . The single act of stopping drinking has completely changed my life.” LINKS & RESOURCES OYNB Website: https://www.oneyearnobeer.com/ OYNB Faceboook Page: https://www.facebook.com/Oneyearnobeer/ OYNB Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/199505820380513/ OYNB Twitter: https://twitter.com/oynbuk/ OYNB Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/oneyearnobeer/ LUCY ROCCA’S LINKS Lucy Rocca’s Books Soberistas Website: http://soberistas.com/ Soberistas Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/Soberistas/ SoberistasTwitter: https://twitter.com/soberistas/ Soberistas Pinterest: http://www.pinterest.com/soberistas/ Soberistas Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/soberistas/ Soberistas Futures Twitter: https://twitter.com/SoberFuturesCIO/
In this episode I'm joined by the fabulous Terri White, editor of Empire magazine and fellow beauty enthusiastic. One of my reasons for inviting Terri onto the show - other than her utter coolness - was because she wrote a feature for Red Magazine last year where she talked about her love of eyeliner. As a fellow wearer of the feline flick I know that those black lines are often less about emphasising the eyes and more about putting a don't-f***-with-me barrier between me and the world. She said it perfectly and you can read it for yourself here. Why should you listen to this podcast? For one thing we talk about her time in New York editing Time Out, but more to the point I get her to give me the low-down on Manhattan drugstores and the actual chemical high you can get from being surrounded by aisles of beauty products and skincare that all tot up to under $10. She does the decent thing and gives us her guide to what every Brit in New York should pick up from CVS and Duane Reade. Gawd bless her. In and amongst that we chat about interviewing our heroes and how the golden rule is ‘be cool', Primark binges and Madonna - who incidentally is responsible for my eternally futile search for Fire Engine Red lipstick... Terri is definitely worth a social media ‘follow' so find her on twitter @terriwhite and instagram @terrilwhite Permalink See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
