It’s easy to think of “creation care” as optional—important, maybe, but not especially spiritual. This devotional challenges that assumption by reminding us that God’s relationship with humanity has always included stewardship of the world He made. In Genesis, God plants a garden and places humankind there with a clear purpose: to work it and take care of it. That means creation care isn’t a modern trend—it’s part of our original calling. The devotional begins with a striking, everyday example: artificial light can disorient migrating birds, drawing them off course and increasing the risk of collisions and exhaustion. Small choices we barely notice—turning on outdoor lights, decorating with strings of bulbs—can have real impact on the creatures around us. And on a broader scale, issues like pollution, deforestation, habitat loss, and harmful pesticides remind us that creation is groaning under the weight of sin and brokenness. Romans 8 describes nature’s longing for renewal, tied to God’s ultimate restoration of all things. The key shift the devotional emphasizes is this: dominion is not permission to destroy. God’s authority is marked by justice, mercy, and faithful care, and because we are made in His image, our leadership over creation should reflect His character. Everything belongs to God—“the earth is the Lord’s”—so our stewardship becomes a form of worship. The way we treat the environment is connected to the way we honor the Creator. While we may not control large systems or global decisions, we do have influence in our daily lives. The devotional offers practical examples of faithful stewardship: reducing nighttime light exposure, making windows safer for birds, planting trees, creating pesticide-free pollinator gardens, treating animals well, and picking up litter. These aren’t small, meaningless actions—they are tangible ways to imitate God’s compassion and justice. And they can become reminders of hope: God has broken sin’s curse through Christ and promises a future renewal for creation and for us. Main Takeaways Creation care is a biblical calling rooted in God’s original design for humanity. Everyday choices can affect the environment and the creatures around us more than we realize. Dominion is meant to reflect God’s character—leadership marked by mercy, justice, and care. Stewardship is worship: the earth belongs to God, so how we treat it honors Him. Practical, local actions matter and point us toward hope in God’s future renewal. Today’s Bible Verse “Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil … The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.” - Genesis 2:8-9, 15, NIV Your Daily Prayer Here is a brief excerpt from today’s prayer: “Help me to [steward] in a way that glorifies You… May I… care for [creation] as an extension of my love for You.” You can listen to the full prayer here or read the devotional at the links below. In Episode 1: “The Supremacy of Christ” (Colossians 1), Greg and Nathan explore how the supremacy of Jesus shapes our theology, our worship, and our daily lives—grounded in the sovereignty of God, the sufficiency of Scripture, and our union with Christ. The conversation centers on Paul's exalted vision of Jesus as Creator, Sustainer, and Redeemer. From Christ as the image of the invisible God to the hope-filled mystery of “Christ in you,” this episode lays the foundation for the entire letter, showing how the gospel not only saves but sustains and transforms the church. This series invites listeners to behold Christ as preeminent in all things—and to live like He truly is.
God alone is enough—and He knows exactly what we need. This Crosswalk Devotional centers on Lamentations 3:24, reminding us that when we say “The Lord is my portion,” we’re declaring our trust in God as our ultimate source of security, provision, and contentment. Just as a portion is intentionally measured and given, God assigns what is perfectly suited for each of His children. In a culture that constantly tempts us to compare, compete, or crave more, this devotional gently redirects our hearts back to gratitude and trust. Whether our portion feels abundant or modest, we can rest in the truth that God never withholds what is necessary for our good. He supplies peace, strength, rest, and provision—always on time and always with purpose. Highlights God is our allotted portion—intentionally given and perfectly measured True contentment flows from trusting God as our Provider Comparison steals joy; gratitude restores it God fills every void that possessions never can Even seasons of lack are opportunities to grow deeper in trust God’s provision is personal, purposeful, and sufficient Declaring “The Lord is my portion” is an act of faith and surrender Do you want to listen ad-free? Recently, we went to a local, favorite restaurant of ours where the servers knew our family by name. It was a small but vibrant eatery, where the food was always excellent. We were not only known for our frequent visits as a family, but also for our meal selections, especially the dessert. Once we finished our meal, it was a known fact that we would be ordering this warm, giant-sized, decadent chocolate fudge brownie surrounded by scoops of vanilla bean ice cream. The servers always positioned this delectable dessert in the middle of our table and then brought us four long spoons: one for me, one for my husband, one for my oldest son, and one for my youngest son. As soon as that dish of dessert hit the table, no one had to tell us to start digging in. It was a race to the finish! My oldest son seemed to have the advantage each time, as I observed the large amount of dessert that he was able to balance on his long spoon. My youngest son was struggling with maneuvering his spoon to fit both a piece of brownie and some ice cream on it. Sometimes he would get just enough dessert on his spoon, and then the dessert would fall off the side of his spoon before even leaving the bowl. For every one spoon of dessert that successfully made it to his mouth, his older brother had already eaten about three spoons full of dessert. I had to put an end to this. On our next visit, when it was time for dessert, I requested four small plates. And before anyone could put a spoon in the bowl of brownie and ice cream, I divided the dessert, placed it on a separate plate, and put it in front of each person. Every member of my family now had an appropriate portion of dessert that was allocated to each of us. When the biblical writer says, “The Lord is my portion,” the word “portion” in Hebrew carries the notion that something is measured out, allotted, or assigned. It’s almost as if there is a gift with your name on it because it is specifically set apart and given to you. In the life of a believer, there is a dependence on God as the ultimate source of security and blessing. As our Creator and Heavenly Father, He knows and understands our every need, and He gives each of us exactly what we need when we need it. He alone determines our portion. Whether large or small, it is perfectly proportioned and just enough for the one who receives it. It is our duty to celebrate and delight in the portion God has given. In doing so, we are honoring the God who gave it. Another connotation of the word “portion” in the context of God is divine provision. There are many people in this world who feel a void, and they try to fill that void with things that still leave them wanting more. When you believe that God is your portion, you believe that God is the source of your strength in every situation. There is contentment in knowing that He will supply all your needs. Even when there seems to be an area of lack, there is a calm assurance that God will step in to make up that difference. In response, there is no desire to seek any possession or comfort outside of God. There is an unwavering trust that God is in control of all your circumstances. There is a realization that nothing is as valuable as the promises of God. This signifies a close relationship with the Provider, and His goal is to use life’s circumstances to draw you closer. As you learn that God is your portion, you learn that your need for Him outweighs your desire for other things. When you need peace, God is the One who gives you peace. When you need rest, God alone will extend rest. When you need provision, God offers provision. He provides for you what no one else can, and everything He gives to you is a blessing directly from the throne of heaven designed just for you. “The Lord is my portion” is more than a declaration. It is an affirmation that God, our Creator, our Provider, and our Sustainer, is more than enough. Intersecting Faith & Life: It is often easy to look around at what others possess instead of appreciating what we have in front of us. Take a moment to thank God for His provision and recognize God as your portion. Many types of animals help each other—an activity called "altruism"—even though some of these animals would normally eat each other. Different kinds of animals that help each other pose a serious problem for those who deny an all-wise Creator. Evolution has lots of reasons why natural enemies would not cooperate to help each other. But consider the example of the yellow-tailed goat fish. The yellow-tailed goat fish is a mostly white fish that swims in small schools. They often cruise around reefs where the yellow French angel fish live. The angel fish hide from the goat fish who might eat them. However, the goat fish are often bothered by parasites that lodge in their scales and gills. When this happens, the goat fish swim to the reef in which the angel fish live and blush a bright rust red color. When this happens, the angel fish knows that the goat fish has not come for lunch but to be cleaned. So the angel fish swims out and cleans the goat fish of his uncomfortable and unhealthy parasites! When the goat fish is clean, he stops blushing and swims off to leave the angel fish in peace. Is it possible that our wise Creator has provided for the needs of His creatures in a way that could provide these unexplained mysteries for those who want to explain things without Him? We think so. We think this is one of the ways in which His glory, power and wisdom are made evident to those who don't want to admit an intelligent Creator.Job 36:22"'Behold, God is exalted by His power; who teaches like Him?'"Prayer: Lord; I thank You that You leave those who are proud in the imaginations of their own hearts unsatisfied, so that they may continue to seek You while satisfying those who look only to You. Help me always to seek You first in all things. Amen.Image: School of yellow-tailed goat fish, Envato. To support this ministry financially, visit: https://www.oneplace.com/donate/1232/29?v=20251111

So Much More: Creating Space for God (Lectio Divina and Scripture Meditation)
In this episode, Jodie Niznik, host of So Much More, leads you in a guided meditation to help you find renewed strength and hope using Isaiah 40:28-31. The passage was originally meant to encourage God’s people who were weary and wayward, and it also offers timeless truths and promises for us today. Here are 3 takeaways from this Meditation: Remember God's Everlasting Presence: Isaiah 40 reminds us that the Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. These timeless truths remind us of God's unceasing care and understanding, strengthening our hope in Him. Renew Your Strength: We all encounter times in our lives when we feel weary and weak. Isaiah 40 teaches us that God gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Through our hope in Him, our strength is renewed, allowing us to “soar on wings like eagles.” Rest in God's Understanding: God understands our weariness, weakness, and exhaustion even better than we do. In times of struggle, we can find solace in His knowing and loving presence, allowing His understanding to comfort and guide us. You can find Jodie at http://www.jodieniznik.com/ Instagram @jodieniznik Facebook @JodieGNiznik Download free sample chapters from my Bible studies here. Download your free Lectio Divina Scripture Meditation Journal here. The full meditation text is as follows: Isaiah 40:28-31, NIV 28 Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. 29 He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. 30 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; 31 but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. The woodpecker's tongue can stretch from three to five times its normal length in order to fish bugs out of trees. You would think that his tongue would have to be rooted in his tail to do that neat trick! This beautiful creation in which we live is not only filled with testimonies to the wisdom of God. It is also filled with special designs that deny the possibility that life in all its complexity developed entirely by chance.Consider the woodpecker. Incredibly, the woodpecker's tongue is rooted in his right nostril. Exiting the back of the nostril, his tongue spits into two parts, wrapping around his head between his skull and the skin, passing on either side of the neck bones, and then coming up through his lower jaw or beak. This gives the woodpecker a long enough tongue to stretch it out far enough to do an effective job of pest control on bug-infested trees! Now, how could this happen by blind evolutionary chance? Even evolutionists admit that it's silly to suggest that the woodpecker's tongue gradually got longer over thousands of year and began to grow under his skin. As one evolutionary scientist said about the woodpecker's tongue, "There are certain anatomical features which just cannot be explained by gradual mutations over millions of years. Just between you and me, I have to get God into the act too sometimes."Why wait to call on God as a last resort? Let's begin with our wonderful Creator!Deuteronomy 4:28"'And there you will serve gods, the work of men's hand, wood and stone, which neither see nor hear nor eat nor smell.'"Prayer: Dear heavenly Father; through the instruction of Your Word and the guidance of Your Spirit, help me to be different from those around me who think that the creation itself made them. In Jesus' Name. Amen.REF.: Sunderland, Luther D. Miraculous design features in woodpecker. Bible Science Newsletter. Read OnlineWhen Jesus saw the crowds, he went up the mountain, and after he had sat down, his disciples came to him. He began to teach them, saying: “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 5:1–3The Beatitudes call us to the heights of morality and holiness. Those who live according to these divine precepts are blessed beyond measure. The promises to those who live this high calling are great: They become children of God and inherit the Kingdom of Heaven. Furthermore, they receive comfort, satisfaction, mercy, purity, and peace. Though the rewards are great, so are the requirements: spiritual poverty, holy sorrow, meekness, longing for righteousness, a merciful heart, purity, peacemaking, and patient endurance during persecution. The Beatitudes reveal the culmination of God's moral teaching and the highest revelation of the Christian life. To fully appreciate their significance, it is helpful to understand the history of moral revelation. Doing so is more than a history lesson on God's deepening revelation, it also reveals the path for our spiritual journey toward perfection.Morality begins with the Natural Law—the innate understanding of right and wrong written on the human heart. This Law is from God and is often described as living in accord with right reason or common sense. All people have access to this moral law within their own consciences, enabling them to recognize God as the Creator, honor Him, respect human dignity and the common good, and refrain from acts such as murder, theft, and deception. Though universally present in all people, sin and our fallen human nature cloud our ability to clearly see and follow that law.In the Old Testament, God slowly revealed Himself and called His people to greater holiness and moral living by adding to the Natural Law through revelation. From Abraham and his descendants, God raised up Moses through whom He revealed the Ten Commandments—a concise moral code rooted in Natural Law but explicitly revealed by God that called His chosen people to right worship, justice, and love for one's neighbor.Through the prophets—such as Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel—God called Israel to move beyond mere external observance of the law to an interior conversion of heart. Isaiah emphasized the virtues of justice and mercy, Jeremiah prophesied a new covenant in which God's law would be written on the hearts of His people, and Ezekiel promised that God would give His people a new heart and a new spirit, enabling them to follow His statutes. The wisdom literature—Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Wisdom, Sirach—deepened the understanding of moral life by revealing moral gifts, such as the Fear of the Lord, the blessedness of righteousness, and the call to trust in God's providence and live a virtuous life. The Beatitudes elevate all laws of the Old Covenant. Jesus not only calls us to profound holiness, He also provides the means to achieve it through His Sacrifice, transmitted through the grace of the Sacraments. To live the Beatitudes is to live in imitation of Christ, who perfectly embodied all virtues in His life, Passion, and Resurrection. Hence, the Beatitudes are not only a moral code we must follow, they are a participation in and union with the Son of God, Who lived the Beatitudes to perfection. As we ponder the Beatitudes, reflect today on their high and glorious calling, as well as their rewards. Sometimes, reading the Beatitudes can leave us discouraged, as we are aware of how far we are away from perfecting them. Dispel discouragement and know that these new divine precepts are attainable by grace. Set your eyes on the heights of perfection and open yourself to the abundant grace offered. Doing so will not only result in glorious spiritual rewards in this life, it will also result in the greatest eternal rewards in Heaven.Lord of perfection, You lived the Beatitudes to the fullest during Your life on earth and continue to manifest those perfections from Heaven. Please open my heart to Your grace and fill me with Your Holy Spirit, so that I may answer the call to the new and glorious moral state to which I am called. Empower me to live fully immersed in and guided by Your Sacrificial Love. Help me to inspire others to embrace this path of holiness, so that we may journey together toward the eternal joy of Your Kingdom. Jesus, I trust in You! Episode Summary In this episode of Business Coaching Secrets, Karl Bryan and Rode Dog dive into practical and mindset strategies for attracting high-end coaching clients, building a sustainable and "retirement-proof" coaching business, and the critical importance of identity in business success. Karl reflects on a recent lead generation event, offers a thoughtful breakdown of the viral Alex Hormozi and Tony Robbins interview, and participates in a rapid-fire "word association" game revealing his take on topics like retirement, high-end clients, and self-improvement. The conversation is packed with actionable advice and hard-hitting truths about coaching, growth, mindset, and professional identity. Key Topics Covered Lead Generation & Event Insights Karl recaps a high-performing coaches' lead generation event, where attendees shared actionable methods for generating 100 leads in 90 days. Emphasis on peer experience rather than polished, motivational keynoters—real coaches in the trenches showing their actual tactics. The Power of Identity & Mindset Karl stresses neuroscience-backed wisdom: "You can't change who you are until you change who you think you are." Developing lasting change starts with the stories you repeatedly tell yourself about your abilities as a coach/lead generator. Reflections on Hormozi & Tony Robbins' Interview Vulnerability as a growth tool: Hormozi's openness and willingness to go deep emotionally is highlighted as the real value of the interview. Contrasts top-down (Tony Robbins: mindset, action) vs. bottom-up (addressing trauma, granting yourself permission to pause) coaching approaches. Rapid-Fire Coaching Topics: Word Association Game Karl offers fast, punchy wisdom on topics including "Retirement" (build income, not just net worth), "High-End Clients" (serve by identity and strategic fit), and "Improvement" (compound 1% daily gains). Importance of adapting communication for different clients and recognizing that contentment comes from better problems, not escaping challenges. Notable Quotes "You can't change who you are until you change who you think you are." – Karl Bryan "It's $400 if you buy it, but it's worth $400,000 if you apply it." – Karl Bryan on the value of event insights. "You don't want to retire with net worth—retire with income. The best definition of wealthy: monthly passive income above monthly burn." "High-end clients buy on identity—lower-end buy on utility." "A winner never stops—the losers never start." Actionable Takeaways Focus on Identity Statements: Audit your inner "I am" beliefs. Are you the coach who easily lands clients, or one who struggles? Upgrade your self-story. Train, Don't Just Study: Success is built on 10,000 reps, not 10,000 hours. Put frameworks into daily, repeated action for skill mastery. Seek Better Problems, Not No Problems: Aim to graduate from cash-flow challenges to higher-level issues—staff, strategy, growth. Contentment equals having better business problems. Serve High-End Clients by Speaking to Identity: Market to multi-seven-figure business owners with messaging around identity and aspirational outcomes—less about utility, more about strategic value. Retirement = Income, Not Just Savings: Structure your business life to create recurring income, not just pile up net worth, so you can endure longer and avoid "running out the clock." Build Proof Before Sales Prowess: If confidence is lacking, rack up small wins (even pro bono) to fill your mental "trophy room" and solidify your coaching certainty. Allow Yourself to Pause: Permission to step back doesn't mean quitting—strategic pauses are sometimes necessary before returning to the fray. "Don't quit. Pause." What if the lives of the men and women in Scripture seem radical not because they were extraordinary, but because God was truly at the center of everything? In this episode of Tent Talk, Nancy challenges the assumption that biblical faith is reserved for spiritual elites and calls listeners to reconsider what it actually means to live unto Him rather than unto self. She explores the danger of crafting a God in our own image, the subtle seduction of “another Jesus,” and the costly grace that restores proper order between Creator and creature. This conversation presses us beyond admiration into transformation, inviting us to yield fully to the God who reveals Himself—not as we imagine Him, but as He is. Thanks for Listening! As Christians, we believe by faith. But did you know that even evolutionary scientists believe by their own kind of faith? Scientists early in this century, like scientists today, had no evidence that humans had evolved from ape-like creatures. In 1922 in Nebraska, a tooth was discovered that was said to have belonged to a missing link between human and ape. But what did this creature look like? As is done today, paleontologists began to "reconstruct" "Nebraska man." They reconstructed what the jawbone around the tooth might have looked like, and then the bone touching those bones, and—well, you know how the song goes: "The head bone's connected to the neck bone; the neck bone's connected to the back bone…"Before long, they had constructed, from that one little tooth, not only what "Nebraska man" looked like, but also what his wife looked like. And they put this "proof" in museums and textbooks. Eventually, they discovered more parts of the animal from which the tooth had come. It turned out to be the tooth of an extinct pig! But even this was wrong—in 1972 living herds of this very pig turned up in Paraguay!Anyone, including scientists, can make mistakes. But what this true story shows is how, by rejecting God's account of creation, a pig could be made into a human. You see, even the evolutionist's belief is not based on scientific fact but on his own faith in nature rather than in the Creator. We Christians should not be ashamed to admit that we believe by faith, because our faith is built on the solid statements of the uncontradicted Scriptures!Hebrews 11:1"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."Prayer: Dear Father; I thank You that You have allowed me to hear Your Word and that You have given me faith in Your promises. Teach me, though Your Word, so that I am better able to identify false religious beliefs and carry Your witness. In Jesus' Name. (Note: This episode originally ran on September 30th, 2025)Artificial Intelligence is everywhere — from ChatGPT to TikTok algorithms, AI is transforming childhood, parenting, and everything about how we live today.Creator and co-host of podcast Life With Machines Baratunde Thurston chats with Elise Hu about the ways we can help kids and ourselves navigate this new technology with curiosity and care. Learn how kids are engaging with AI today, and why adults and grownups need to learn alongside kids rather than just supervise them. By approaching an understanding with humility and setting practical and healthy boundaries with AI, parents can confidently help navigate using AI as a tool, instead of something to stay away from.Key takeaways for parents:Compare how kids of different ages use tech, and tailor your guidance to their stage.Ask your child how information moves among friends, and practice checking before sharing.Point out where AI shows up in daily life, and invite the child in your life's perspective on it.Admit what you don't know, and show curiosity so kids learn alongside you.Break down AI as a tool, a platform, or a concept, so kids can see its different roles.⏱️ Timestamps:Keep the conversation going at home with our FREE Conversation Kit companion guide: https://delivery.shopifyapps.com/-/227992a4494016f2/b694b2dbd557aa6eFollow Baratunde Thurston on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/baratunde/New episodes every Tuesday:YouTube: https://swap.fm/l/P8iCjNFnIWI7kTmU0vmkApple: https://swap.fm/l/kCnCRNdWkpuYYbyzyE77Spotify: https://swap.fm/l/SOQe4gSHh3vVIwPGFDetOr wherever you get your podcasts.

Thursday night saw a glitzy premiere at Windsor Castle, complete with film stars on the red carpet. But rather than a Hollywood blockbuster or homegrown movie, this was the launch of a documentary by the King. Called Finding Harmony, it will be released next week. It is being promoted as the King's vision for the planet, while the head of the king's charity, the King's Foundation, says it is about his philosophy of harmony. While the documentary explores the King's well-known love of nature and his thoughts on the future of the planet, his interest in the philosophy of harmony is perhaps not so well-known. Yet it is something that he has been mulling over for decades. A whole section of a two-volume set of his speeches is devoted to harmony, what he calls “a grammar” that underscores, art, architecture and spirituality of all the great religions. He spoke about this harmony in a speech at the UN climate change conference COP28 in late 2023. There's a moment in the documentary which shows the then Prince Charles joking that people thought his ideas were “dotty”, “It was sandals and long hair”, he said. But the idea of harmony owes its origins to ancient Greek and Christian thinking. In a speech he gave in 2015 in Louisville, Kentucky, Prince Charles urged people to develop joined-up thinking about interdependent relationships within nature. “The ancient Greek word for the process of joining things up was Harmonia”, he said, “so joined-up thinking needs to create harmony”. This idea of harmony is evident in Plato's work, The Timaeus, where he describes the cosmos as a collection of elements arranged in musical ratios and this internal harmony ensures its survival, while St Ambrose, one of the earliest Christian writers saw the creation of the world, described in the Book of Genesis, as a narrative about harmony with a balance between the elements. He saw the way voices are lifted in harmony as symbolising the greater harmony of God's creation. Someone else who, like the King, expressed concern at a lack of harmony in the way people live now, was Pope Francis. In his major work on the environment, Laudato Si, he warned that humanity's arrogance in attempting to dominate planet Earth had upset the balance of creation. “The harmony between the Creator, humanity and creation as a whole was disrupted by our presuming to take the place of God and refusing to acknowledge our creaturely limitations”, he wrote. In other words, if there is any chance of the joined-up thinking the King calls for in our relationship with one another and with nature, a starting point for harmony needs to be humility.

He wrote more than ten books under the solitary pen name Neville, and was a popular speaker on metaphysical themes from the late 1930s until his death in 1972.Possessed of a self-educated and uncommonly sharp intellect, Neville espoused a spiritual vision that was bold and total: Everything you see and experience, including other people, is the result of your own thoughts and emotional states. Hola Amiga, Creativity isn't just a spark—it's a rhythm. In this episode of The Art of Creativity, we explore how to move beyond waiting for inspiration and start weaving creativity into the flow of everyday life. From morning rituals to mindful pauses, we unpack practical ways to create sustainable creative rhythms that support your energy, focus, and imagination. This conversation also invites faith into the process, recognizing God as the ultimate Creator and an active presence in our daily rhythms. We talk about what it looks like to create with God—inviting prayer, listening, and spiritual intentionality into your creative habits. When creativity becomes an act of partnership rather than pressure, it opens space for deeper purpose, peace, and trust. Whether you're an artist, entrepreneur, or simply craving more creative expression, this episode encourages you to see creativity as both a spiritual practice and a daily discipline. Small, intentional habits can lead to meaningful ideas, reduced burnout, and a creative life rooted in grace rather than striving. Creativity isn't something you find—it's something you practice. We can learn a lot about the nature of God from his Divine Name revealed in Scripture. When God said to Moses, “I am who I am,” this was a revelation of a name as well as a refusal of a name. Fr. Mike explains how this mystery reveals truths about God: he is infinitely above all things; we cannot comprehend him, yet he draws close to us. This Divine Name expresses the steadfast, faithful, unchanging love of God for his people, even when we betray and abandon him. Today's readings are Catechism paragraphs 205-211. The world is more than just the planet we live on; it is a system designed by the enemy to oppose everything God wants to do in your life. It is a value system that intentionally excludes your Creator, and if you aren't careful, it will feel like you're trying to breathe underwater without oxygen. In this episode, Preston Morrison exposes the enemy's three-part playbook—a strategy so predictable that it was used in the Garden of Eden, against Jesus in the wilderness, and is being used against you right now. If you want to experience a dominant year, you have to learn how to identify these traps and set fire to the playbook before the enemy can run his next play. In this conversation, we're tearing down the three biggest obstacles to your victory: The Trap of Godly Appetites: Hunger, thirst, and desire are gifts from God, but the enemy wants you to satisfy them in ungodly ways. We discuss why the "easy way" is always the most expensive way, and how satisfying a good desire the wrong way can cost you more than you can afford to pay. The Power of the Look: There is a massive difference between seeing something and looking at it. We explore why your eyes are the lamp of your body and how to navigate a world filled with landmines by keeping your eyes fixed on the only One who knows where they're buried. The Pride of Life: Satan's favorite weapon is the overconfidence that makes you forget you are dependent on God. We break down the danger of bragging on yourself and why boasting in the Lord is actually a painful reminder to your enemy of who is backing you up. Survival Equipment: If the world isn't our natural habitat, how are we still standing? We talk about the special equipment every believer has—the Holy Spirit—and why He is the reason you've already won the victory. It's time to stop being ignorant of the enemy's devices and start operating in the dominance you were created for.

In this episode, we discuss the nature of God, “who” God is, beginning with God the Father. Our reading explains how the Creed begins with God the Father because he is the first Divine Person of the most Holy Trinity. God is one Divine Being made up of three persons, and his identity is a deep mystery. Fr. Mike explains that God is a single ‘what' made up of three ‘who's.' Despite this mystery, God is not an anonymous force. He has revealed himself to us by making his name known to us, and he has thus made himself accessible. Today's readings are Catechism paragraphs 198-204. This episode has been found to be in conformity with the Catechism by the Institute on the Catechism, under the Subcommittee on the Catechism, USCCB. In this episode, we sit down with Jordi Hayes and John Coogan, the hosts of TBPN, a daily, live technology and business show that's quietly become one of the most premium properties in modern media. TBN runs three hours live every weekday across YouTube, Twitch, and RSS, blending the format of legacy TV with the energy of creator-led streaming. In just over a year, the show has built a loyal audience, hosted over 1,000 guests (including Sam Altman, Mark Zuckerberg, and Satya Nadella), and sold out every ad slot for the year ahead. In the conversation, John and Jordi break down their “anti-scale” philosophy: why they're intentionally staying niche, how they've built an influential audience of tech and business decision-makers, and why they believe the future of media belongs to great shows. We also go deep on their unique advertising strategy, which includes ultra-short host reads and season-long deals. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
Is the world outside freezing over while your internal world feels like it's on fire? Have you been forced into a sudden stop, wondering if it's a roadblock or a divine intervention? What if the "deafening silence" of this winter storm is actually the Universe screaming a message you finally have time to hear? Michael broadcasts from a frozen Northeastern Florida to deliver a profound message about the massive winter storm gripping the nation. This isn't just about the weather; this is a COSMIC REBOOT designed to break the cycle of the "poly-crisis". Michael reveals why he canceled a critical medical trip after receiving undeniable signs from the Universe (involving a bulldozer and a runaway wheel!). Discover why the Earth is "on fire" energetically yet frozen physically, how to utilize the "Silent Speaks" phenomenon to hear your soul's guidance, and why this forced pause is the greatest gift for your 2026 evolution. Key Topics: The Cosmic Reboot: Why the massive storm affecting 200 million people is a divinely orchestrated "pause button" to reset humanity's nervous system. "Silent Speaks": How the sound-absorbing quality of snow makes the external world quiet so your internal guidance becomes deafeningly loud. The Bulldozer Sign: Michael's harrowing story of a highway accident that served as a cosmic warning to stop pushing and stay safe. Fire & Ice: Understanding the paradox of why the Earth is energetically "on fire" (burning away the old) while we are physically experiencing a deep freeze. The "Poly-Crisis" Cure: How to stop the feeling of time speeding up by embracing the "space between the notes". The Echo Effect: Why intentions set during the "ice phase" of a storm bounce back louder and carry further into the Universe. A "Snow Day" Meditation: A guided visualization to help you reclaim the joy, play, and stillness of a childhood snow day, right now. This episode is a warm blanket for your soul. If you are feeling guilty for doing "no thing," this message will remind you that in the pause lies your greatest power as a Creator. Join the Inspire Nation Soul Family!
