He grew up in Barbados and moved to the United States of America as a young adult. Neville Goddard was perhaps the last century's most intellectually substantive and charismatic purveyor of the philosophy generally called New Thought. He wrote more than ten books under the solitary pen name Neville, and was a popular speaker on metaphysical themes from the late 1930s until his death in 1972.Possessed of a self-educated and uncommonly sharp intellect, Neville espoused a spiritual vision that was bold and total: Everything you see and experience, including other people, is the result of your own thoughts and emotional states. Each of us dreams into existence an infinitude of realities and outcomes. When you realize this, Neville taught, you will discover yourself to be a slumbering branch of the Creator clothed in human form, and at the helm of limitless possibilities.Neville's thought system influenced a wide range of spiritual thinkers and writers, from bestselling author Dr. Joseph Murphy to Rhonda Byrne and Wayne Dyer.He has inspired and continues to inspire millions of readers around the world.* * *SOCIALS:• Neville Goddard Newsletter• Neville Goddard Telegram• Neville Goddard Instagram• Neville Goddard Threads• Neville Goddard Twitter• Neville Goddard YouTube* * *ABOUT THE COURSEUnlock God Mode is a transformative 30-day course designed to accelerate your journey towards greater wealth, love, and success through a deeper understanding and manipulation of your reality.  Comprising of 30 audio lessons, this course unfolds as a self-paced, introspective expedition into reality creation, aiding you in elevating your consciousness to what's referred to as the God Mode. Throughout this journey, practical tools will be provided daily to help enrich your life with more love, money, and success by altering your mental models and perceptions. This course combines theory and hands-on experience to create a unique deep dive into manifestation, consciousness, and reality creation. From "Last Retreat Day 11 pt 1" found in The Complete Works vol 1: 27. “The Lord brought me into a spacious place, because He was gracious toward me. . . .” 159 The Creator, seeing the beautiful silence which reigns in His creature, and gazing on her wholly recollected in her interior solitude, is enamored of her beauty and leads her into this immense, infinite solitude, into this “spacious place” sung of by the prophet, which is nothing else but Himself: “I will enter into the depths of the power of God.” 160 Speaking through his prophet, the Lord said: “I will lead her into solitude and speak to her heart.” 161 The soul has entered into this vast solitude in which God will make Himself heard! “His word,” St. Paul says, “is living and active, and more penetrating than a two edged sword: extending even to the division of soul and spirit, even of joints and marrow.” 162 It is His word then that will directly achieve the work of stripping in the soul; for it has this particular characteristic, that it effects and creates what it intends, 163 provided however that the soul consents to let this be done. In the original languages of Hebrew and Greek, the meaning of the word ‘repentance' is fundamentally the same: to turn around, or to turn back. Being a vital element of a relationship with the Creator, Elohim grants the gift of repentance to those He chooses. Within that gift of repentance is a sense of remorse and regret. When repentance is from a sincere heart, the relationship is restored.Rabbi Steve Berkson teaches the deep and sometimes hidden meaning of repentance and all it involves.• Opener• Review• Matthew 9:9-13 – A picture of turning around • Hosea 6:1-11 – Compassion and not offering?• Delight in the knowledge of Elohim • Hosea 2:23 – Think and act differently • Mark 1:1-4 – Make his paths straight? • Mark 1:14-15 – Repentance connected to sin• The Kingdom of Elohim has come near?• Mark 6:7-12 – The disciples preached repentance • Luke 15:1-10 – How Yahweh views those who repent • It's a citizenship choice • Luke 11-14 – Living loosely? • Luke 11:14-20 – The Prodigal Son owned it • Luke 11:21-24 – Who are the “lost”? • Luke 11:25-31 – The older son jumps to conclusions • Luke 11:32 – Can people change? Listen to the Afterburn tomorrowSubscribe to take advantage of new content every week.To learn more about MTOI, visit our website, https://mtoi.org.https://www.facebook.com/mtoiworldwide https://www.instagram.com/mtoi_worldwidehttps://www.tiktok.com/@mtoi_worldwide You can contact MTOI by emailing us at admin@mtoi.org or calling 423-250-3020. Join us for Shabbat Services and Torah Study LIVE, streamed on our website, mtoi.org, YouTube, and Rumble every Saturday at 1:15 p.m. and every Friday for Torah Study Live Stream at 7:30 p.m. Eastern time.

“...that one day you will bow to me!” Joseph told his brothers. They were not amused. Genesis 37 is a tale of jealousy and envy, dreams and deception, and ultimately betrayal. Joseph, the favored son, shares dreams of greatness. These dreams were revelations from God, but coming from a haughty teenager, they seemed to be nothing more than arrogance to his siblings. Thus, what begins with a coat of many colors and a father's favoritism ends with a brother sold into slavery. The Rev. Dr. Curtis Deterding, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church in Fort Myers, FL, joins the Rev. Dr. Phil Booe to study Genesis 37. To learn more about Zion Lutheran Church, visit zionfm.org. Genesis isn't just the start of the Bible; it's the foundation of everything. Creation, sin, judgment, grace, covenant, and promise all take root in this remarkable book. The stories are ancient, but their truths are eternal. In this new series from Thy Strong Word, Pastor Phil Booe and his guests walk verse by verse through Genesis, exploring how God reveals Himself as Creator, Judge, and Redeemer. From the grandeur of the cosmos to the struggles of ordinary families, Genesis introduces us to a God who speaks, acts, and keeps His promises. So, whether you've read it a hundred times or are just now cracking it open for a serious look, this series will help you see Genesis with fresh eyes—and a deeper faith.

Paul's letter to the house churches of Rome is full of rich, theological truth, often presenting ideas that are both mind-boggling and comforting all at once. In today's passage, Paul begins to present his case for a righteousness that comes by faith. He begins by explaining that the world rejects God because they love their unrighteous behavior more than their Creator. Claiming to be wise, they become fools, and exchange the glory of God for created things. This twisting of worship results in twisted forms of living including sexual deviance, greed, malice, quarrels, gossip, slander, arrogance, and more. Humor can be a powerful way to process trauma — but laughing at yourself is different than laughing at others.4. Time is Not Infinite: Why Today Matters in Faith and Relationships

What if our greatest spiritual danger isn't outright rejection of faith, but comfortable indifference? In this thought-provoking exploration of Revelation's message to the churches, we confront the reality of lukewarm faith and its devastating consequences in both our spiritual and personal lives.Time—our most precious and limited resource—reveals our true priorities regardless of what we claim matters to us. When we examine how we actually spend our days, many of us would be shocked to discover the disconnect between our professed values and our lived experience. While we enthusiastically devote hours to sports, entertainment, and social media, our spiritual lives and closest relationships often receive merely lukewarm attention. This pattern of distracted devotion doesn't just damage our relationship with God—it creates irreparable rifts in our marriages, parent-child relationships, and friendships. The wisdom from America's founding era provides a crucial perspective on these issues. Alexander Hamilton articulated that "civil liberty is founded in natural liberty," which he described as "a gift of the beneficent Creator." Unlike nations where the state controls religious expression, America was designed with the understanding that spiritual foundations must support civic institutions, not the other way around. President Rutherford Hayes reinforced this principle, noting that America's success depends "not upon the constraint of force but upon the loving devotion of free people" choosing to honor God's principles.Through a stirring examination of historical religious persecution—from the Catholic Church's actions against the Waldenses to the atheistic bloodshed of the French Revolution—we gain sobering clarity about what happens when any institution or ideology gains unlimited power. The pattern of persecution against those who stand for truth transcends time periods and specific belief systems, reminding us that "peaceful coexistence" often proves temporary when opposing worldviews compete for dominance.Don't wait until it's too late to rekindle your passion for what truly matters. Make today the day you choose to be "hot" rather than lukewarm in your faith and love. Your time is finite—invest it where eternal returns await.Support the showThe American Soul Podcasthttps://www.buzzsprout.com/1791934/subscribe

Stéphanie welcomes Ann and Dave Wilson, the hosts of global ministry and syndicated radio show FamilyLife, to discuss key insights from their decades of marriage and ministry. The title of their new book says it all: "How to speak life to your husband when all you want to do is yell at him." What if one small shift—like choosing encouragement over criticism—could change the tone of your whole marriage? Real people in real relationships have real problems, but with God's help, you can heal and sustain your marriage for a lifetime. The Wilsons, through vulnerability and wisdom, highlight how Christian spouses—particularly wives, though the lessons are universal—can profoundly impact their marriages by transforming their mindset and the words they speak. Recognizing Shifting Cultural Dynamics Ann shares that over 45 years of marriage and ministry, she's observed a cultural shift. Dissatisfaction and unrest in marriages seem more common, with a tendency for spouses—especially wives—to see their partners as adversaries or projects for improvement. Ann notes the escalation of negative speech and a belief that critiques or reminders will motivate change. In reality, frequent criticism often demotivates the other partner. The Power of Words A pivotal story shared by Ann involves her realization that her well-intended feedback sounded like constant “booing” to Dave. Ann genuinely believed her critiques would help Dave become a better husband, father, and man. However, after an honest conversation and prayer, Ann discovered that her negative words were discouraging him more than anything. This revelation led her to a critical self-examination and a commitment to use her words to encourage rather than to correct. The Path from Critique to Affirmation Ann's journey involved asking God for conviction—not condemnation—and humbly examining her attitude. She confronted her own pride, recognizing the difference between thinking "I failed" (which God forgives and restores) and "I am a failure" (which is condemnation and shame). With this shift, she chose to focus on what was good and praiseworthy in Dave, believing that God calls spouses to be each other's chief encouragers. The Science Behind Positive Illusion Ann references Dr. Helene Fisher's research, which found that happy, long-term marriages are characterized by a “positive illusion”—focusing on what you like about your spouse, intentionally rewiring your mindset to notice and affirm the good. This is supported by brain science and aligns with biblical instructions about renewing your mind. Practical Outworking and Challenges Practically, Ann began to express gratitude and appreciation—starting with simple thanks for Dave's hard work. Dave testifies that these words of encouragement were more powerful than any affirmation he received elsewhere. This shift motivated him to grow into the person Ann saw in him. A Revolution of Respect and Gratitude Ann frames this approach as a “rebellion” against a culture that devalues respect. By choosing respect and gratitude—whether verbally, in writing, or through a daily journal—wives can breathe life and hope into their husbands, families, and homes. Dave affirms that authentic encouragement, rather than critique, draws men toward home and transforms family culture. The God-Given Power of Influence Through Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit, any spouse can become a speaker of life in marriage. This transformation is not about being passive or suppressing truth but about courageously choosing love, hope, and affirmation as radical acts of faith—ultimately reflecting God's heart for us. How might shifting from critique to encouragement change the atmosphere in your closest relationships? What step can you take today to practice the “positive illusion” in your marriage or family? ABOUT THE BOOK “HOW TO SPEAK LIFE TO YOUR HUSBAND WHEN ALL YOU WANT TO DO IS YELLE AT HIM” Discover the marriage you've always hoped for. With practical tools to help you communicate more effectively, you'll learn to speak the language of love and grace that will encourage and strengthen your husband at every turn. Buy the book here: https://shop.familylife.com/product/how-to-speak-life-to-your-husband-when-all-you-want-to-do-is-yell-at-him/  Ann Wilson spent more than a decade longing for a better marriage and for her husband to be more attentive, more involved, more helpful, and just all-around better. And every chance she got, she told him so. Where she thought she was being helpful, she was instead badgering him with constant critiques until all he heard was, “Boo! Boo!” when they were together. It almost broke their marriage. But Ann discovered the power that God has given wives. No matter how long you've been married, you don't need to spend another minute hoping and wishing for things to be different. They can! And the power is in your hands. In this motivating, honest new book, Ann–marriage coach and bestselling author with her husband, Dave–shares how she breathed new life into her marriage by stewarding one of the most powerful gifts believers inherit from the Creator: encouragement. God has given wives a superpower to influence their husbands and homes, and you can use that power to build up and encourage your man to be a better husband, father, and man of God while still speaking truth to him. Relatable, encouraging, biblical, and funny, Ann shares stories from her own life, as well as valuable insights from Scripture, to help you: ·         Address the ways you process and justify your communication patterns ·         Seek spiritual and relational (re)alignment with both your husband and God ·         Learn to exercise self-control and demonstrate radical grace in conversations with your husband ·         Begin to cheer more than boo–in a way that isn't put on, fake, or inauthentic ·         Learn to speak truth in a way your husband can really hear you ·         And, ultimately, cultivate a grace-based marriage that thrives ·         Real people in real relationships have real problems, but with God's help, you can heal and sustain your marriage for a lifetime. “I said in my heart, ‘Come now, I will test you with pleasure; enjoy yourself.' But behold, this also was vanity.” — Ecclesiastes 2:1What happens when someone has the power to indulge in every pleasure the world can offer? In Ecclesiastes, we find one of Scripture's boldest experiments: a search for lasting joy through earthly delights. The Preacher—often thought to be Solomon—pursues laughter, wine, work, wealth, sex, and success, all in an effort to answer one question: Can pleasure truly satisfy the human soul?A Culture Chasing the WindToday, we live in a world that echoes the Preacher's experiment. “Treat yourself.” “Follow your heart.” “Do what makes you happy.” These aren't just slogans—they're mantras for modern living. From the vacations we plan to the gadgets we unbox, we're told that happiness is just one more swipe, scroll, or splurge away. But Ecclesiastes challenges that narrative. It forces us to wrestle with a deeper question: What if pleasure doesn't lead where we think it does? The Preacher's pursuit wasn't careless. It was a deliberate, calculated test. He writes, “Whatever my eyes desired I did not keep from them” (Ecclesiastes 2:10). He built houses, planted vineyards, created lush gardens, hired singers, amassed wealth, surrounded himself with comfort—even concubines. This wasn't indulgence for indulgence's sake. It was a methodical pursuit of happiness. Today, we might say: “If it looked fun, I bought it. If it felt good, I did it.” The experiment was thorough, and the results were heartbreaking.“Behold, all was vanity and a striving after wind.” — Ecclesiastes 1:14The Thrill FadesTo picture this, imagine a bag of old receipts. Each one once captured a moment of excitement—a new purchase, a fancy dinner, a spontaneous trip. But now? They're just scraps. The joy is gone. That's exactly what the Preacher realized. Pleasure was never meant to carry the weight of our deepest needs. It promises fulfillment but delivers only fleeting escape. It's like trying to hold smoke in your hands—real for a moment, then gone. The Preacher's story finds a parallel in Jesus' parable of the prodigal son. The younger son squandered his inheritance chasing worldly pleasures, only to end up broke and broken. The twist? The Preacher had everything the prodigal son dreamed of—wealth, opportunity, indulgence—and yet he ended up just as empty.Different paths. Same conclusion.A Warning That Leads to FreedomHere's the grace in all this: We don't have to repeat the experiment. The Preacher's pain can be our wisdom. He's waving us down from the road ahead, saying, “There's nothing here. Don't waste your life chasing shadows.”That's a gift. It frees us to reflect:What am I turning to when I feel tired or discouraged? What “quick fixes” do I reach for without thinking? What would it look like to seek joy in God instead?God is not against pleasure. He is the Creator of joy and the Giver of every good and perfect gift (James 1:17). But those gifts were never meant to replace Him. When we look to pleasure as the destination rather than a signpost to the Giver, we miss the point—and our hearts remain restless. So next time you reach for something to lift your spirits, ask: Is this joy, or just escape? Is this feeding my soul, or simply distracting it?A Better Way to LiveEcclesiastes doesn't just warn—it redirects. It helps us tear down the idol of pleasure and place our hope in a Person, not a product. And that Person—our God—is the only source of joy that doesn't fade.At FaithFi, we want to help you explore this truth more deeply. In Episode 107 of Culture of Change, Abbey Blue Eyes and Ashe in America dive deep into the profound impact of the mother wound, how generational trauma, emotional neglect, and cultural programming have shaped women's identities and instincts. They explore how these wounds manifest in perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the struggle to access authentic femininity. Through candid reflection and spiritual insight, Abbey and Ashe break down the social and psychological systems that have severed women from their intuitive strength, their children, and their Creator. They challenge the false narratives around motherhood, feminism, and “empowerment,” offering instead a path toward healing, humility, and divine restoration. This raw and redemptive episode invites listeners to confront their own mother wounds, seek truth over comfort, and embrace the sacred responsibility of being the repairers of the breach.

Tuesday, 10 June 2025   “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. Matthew 10:34   “Not you should deem that I came to cast peace upon the earth. Not I came to cast peace, but a sword” (CG).   In the previous verse, Jesus finished the thought about confessing Him or denying Him. Now, the results of such a decision are noted by Him, beginning with, “Not you should deem that I came to cast peace upon the earth.”   Here, Jesus introduces the word eiréné, peace, to the New Testament. It is believed to be from the primary verb eiro, to join. As such, it would signify peace through enjoinment, such as when God and man are reconciled. It leads to a state of wholeness where parts are joined together.   The idea of using the word “cast” is that people might suppose that the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6) would come and simply toss out peace upon the earth like casting a net over it. Jesus says this is not why He came.   Rather, by the very nature of claiming to be the Messiah, people would take a side for Him or against Him. A decision has to be made. In such a decision, peace between those who decide contrary to one another is not possible.   The peace that Jesus provides is a result of the decision of the individual, bringing a state of peace between himself and God, a state which currently is one of enmity –   “For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, 15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, 16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. 17 And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. 18 For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.” Ephesians 2:14-18   Rather than casting peace upon the earth, Jesus says, “Not I came to cast peace, but a sword.” The decision for peace between oneself and God will, by the very nature of the decision for Jesus, result in a sword, figuratively or actually, for those who reject His offer.   For example, if someone says, “I believe Jesus is the Messiah,” after hearing His words to the disciples about Him being the only way to reconciliation with God, someone else might say, “That is not true! All paths lead to God.”   Or they may say, “Jesus is a false Messiah! His disciples say that Gentiles are accepted through Him. No way, Jose!” In fact, this is just the reaction that the Jews of Jerusalem exhibited when Paul said that he was sent to the Gentiles.   In such instances, enmity between adherents and those who reject will arise. Throughout the ages, since the time of Jesus' ministry until this day, this has been the case. Many swords have been drawn and much blood has been spilled because of the proclamation that Jesus is the Christ.   Life application: If you want trouble in this world, believe in and proclaim Jesus. Trouble of some measure is likely to follow. If you want more trouble, learn and apply proper doctrine concerning Jesus to your walk. Even believers will stand at enmity with you when they disagree with your position, even if it is the correct one.   The peace Jesus brings is, is as described in Luke 2 –   “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” Luke 2:14   God is glorified through Christ, and His peace will rest upon those who accept what He has done. A state of eternal harmony between the Creator and His creatures is realized. This is the peace that Christ offers. Until those who oppose this message are removed, the world will remain in a state of strife, and the sword will remain.   “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27   Lord God, how good You are to us to have sent Jesus Christ our Lord to reconcile us to You. We are the enemies of Your goodness. We have failed You. And yet, You, out of love for Your creatures, have sent Jesus. He is our Peace, and He is our Lord. Thank You for Jesus. Amen.

Born: 306 AD, Nisibis, Turkey Died: June 9, 373 AD, Edessa, Turkey Full name: Ephrem of Nisibis From Vatican.va, an excerpt from the teachings of Pope Benedict XVI General Audience 2007: The figure of Ephrem is still absolutely timely for the life of the various Christian Churches. We discover him in the first place as a theologian who reflects poetically, on the basis of Holy Scripture, on the mystery of man's redemption brought about by Christ, the Word of God incarnate. His is a theological reflection expressed in images and symbols taken from nature, daily life and the Bible. Ephrem gives his poetry and liturgical hymns a didactic and catechetical character: they are theological hymns yet at the same time suitable for recitation or liturgical song. On the occasion of liturgical feasts, Ephrem made use of these hymns to spread Church doctrine. Time has proven them to be an extremely effective catechetical instrument for the Christian community. Ephrem's reflection on the theme of God the Creator is important: nothing in creation is isolated and the world, next to Sacred Scripture, is a Bible of God. By using his freedom wrongly, man upsets the cosmic order. The role of women was important to Ephrem. The way he spoke of them was always inspired with sensitivity and respect: the dwelling place of Jesus in Mary's womb greatly increased women's dignity. Ephrem held that just as there is no Redemption without Jesus, there is no Incarnation without Mary. The divine and human dimensions of the mystery of our redemption can already be found in Ephrem's texts; poetically and with fundamentally scriptural images, he anticipated the theological background and in some way the very language of the great Christological definitions of the fifth-century Councils. Ephrem, honoured by Christian tradition with the title "Harp of the Holy Spirit", remained a deacon of the Church throughout his life. It was a crucial and emblematic decision: he was a deacon, a servant, in his liturgical ministry, and more radically, in his love for Christ, whose praises he sang in an unparalleled way, and also in his love for his brethren, whom he introduced with rare skill to the knowledge of divine Revelation. Most people hear “Holy Trinity” and think “mystery”—something abstract and hard to explain. But for Dianne Bergant, C.S.A., the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity, Year C, is a chance to root the doctrine in daily life. She invites us to see it instead as “the relationship that human beings have to the Creator.” God, she says, “literally serves us”—through creation, Christ, and the Spirit, who “does not go alone” but “works through us.” In this episode of Preach, Dianne reflects on preaching as an introvert, why she never writes her homilies, and her memories of teaching exegesis at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago—including to a quiet, thoughtful student now known as Pope Leo XIV. “He was a very good student,” she recalls. “I have kept every grade, a record of every grade. So when I say he was a good student, I have evidence.” Guest: Dianne Bergant, a Sister of St. Agnes and distinguished scholar of the Hebrew Scriptures, taught for over 40 years at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago and served on the Pontifical Biblical Commission. “Preach” is made possible through the generous support of the Compelling Preaching Initiative, a project of Lilly Endowment Inc. Caterpillars are ugly. I hope none are listening. I don't mean to be critical, but let's face it, those hairy crawlers are not the beauty queens of the animal kingdom. I suppose someone could try a makeover on a caterpillar, shave off some of that hair, give him a little color. But who could ever imagine that one of the uglier critters around could actually become one of the most beautiful animals in the world - a butterfly! You don't see many pictures of caterpillars on things, but you see pictures of butterflies everywhere! A critter covered with ugly black hair becomes a butterfly splashed with these amazing colors. An animal that lives off the leaves on the ground becomes the connoisseur of flower nectar. And a creature that once crawled everywhere becomes one that can fly everywhere. We're not talking makeover here. We're talking miracle! I'm Ron Hutchcraft and I want to have A Word With You today about "Your Transformation Miracle." The Creator who so miraculously transforms caterpillars does something far more amazing. He does it for people like you and me. He did it for my wife's grandfather, and He changed the course of her family's history...not to mention mine. My wife's grandfather, Bill, was a handsome, successful guy with a fatal flaw - alcohol. He'd been hooked since he was 12 years old, and no one could get him unhooked...including himself. His addiction eventually cost him his job, his relationship with his family, even his freedom, landing him in prison for a while. He was, in essence, crawling through life on a caterpillar level because of something inside him he could not change. So, one night Bill decided to die. He was on his way to Lake Michigan in Chicago to end his life when he heard this vaguely familiar song coming out of an old rescue mission. It was a song his mother used to sing. He decided to go in for a minute - never dreaming that the caterpillar who went into that mission would emerge a butterfly. From that night on, Bill never touched a drop of alcohol again. He became a wonderful husband, a loving father, and a respected spokesman for the Man who had changed his life. That night he was planning to die, Bill began a new life by beginning a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Now, while your struggles with your own darkness may be different from Bill's, the same kind of miracle can happen to you. It's described in our word for today from the Word of God, 2 Corinthians 5:17. "If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" For the rest of his life, my wife's grandfather dedicated himself to telling as many people as possible about the life-changing miracle that only Jesus could accomplish. And I've had the privilege of being married to some of his heritage - a heritage of spiritual transformation that has now affected another generation in our own children, and then again in our grandchildren. Transformation? That's what Jesus does. Bill would always tell people, "An old derelict like me could never be reformed. I was transformed by Jesus Christ!" That's the testimony of millions of people over hundreds of years, including the guy talking with you right now. We all fight our own monsters inside us - the sinful, hurtful, even shameful urges, attitudes and actions that we've never been able to conquer. And even being religious or spiritual, even our best efforts at self-improvement have only turned out to be an unsuccessful makeover for a caterpillar. See, Jesus died on the cross to pay for the sin that enslaves you, and now He offers to begin transforming you from the inside out if you'll invite Him to be your Savior. If you have never begun that relationship with Jesus Christ then tell Him, today, that you want to be His from now on. And I think you'll be glad to find information at our website that will help you be sure you belong to Him. That website is ANewStory.com. Trying to be reformed can only change you on the outside. Jesus offers to transform you from the inside out - to make what had been so ugly into something so beautiful. It's time to let Jesus do what only He can do.
