Jeffrey brings a lot of experience to his position as Divisional Vice President in the NEMRA Lighting Division. This division was formed recently when AAILA, the American Association of Independent Lighting Agencies, was integrated into NEMRA. Michael points out that in the past, he has seen lighting nonprofits absorbed into electrical associations where they have become very secondary. Jeffrey points out that NEMRA's goal is to strengthen that division. So everybody wins. Jeff Bristol is the Divisional Vice President of the newly formed NEMRA Lighting Division, bringing over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and executive leadership within the lighting and controls industry. Before joining NEMRA, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MaxLite, where he developed and executed strategies across multiple business units and managed a network of over 40 agents. His career also includes leadership roles at Panasonic/Universal Lighting Technologies, Philips Lighting, Osram Sylvania, and Westinghouse Lighting. Throughout his career, Jeff has built strong partnerships across the agent landscape, including with NEMRA agents, C&I Lighting agents, and Specification Lighting Agents, fostering seamless networks to drive business growth. Without a strategy, it is all just random acts of marketing.Sales patterns have changed over the last few years. People are taking themselves 60-70% through the sales cycle online digitally before ever contacting the law firm. Identify your unique differentiator. Use the three pillars to help identify that: what do you do, who do you help, and what makes you different.Be targeted to who you're disseminating your message. Where are those targets digitally? Vish Charan, Divisional Vice President of Product Development at Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management Business, explains some of the limitations of traditional pacemakers implanted in the chest with long wires connecting the pacemaker to the heart. Abbott has developed the AVEIR DR system, a dual-chamber leadless pacemaker that uses implant-to-implant technology to send electrical impulses between the upper and lower chambers of the heart.  The i2i technology allows these capsule-size devices to be implanted directly in the heart with the ability to communicate to synchronize the heart rhythm. Vish explains, "What we can do right now, is to get a very, very small access into the veins in the leg, and from the veins in the leg with a very small access, we're able to deploy these capsule-size pacemakers directly into the heart with a long tube. We call that a catheter. But that is how they're deployed. So, you don't have a surgical pocket. You don't have a big cut open in your chest, and the device is implanted in your upper chest. All you have now is a surgical axis in your leg, and you have two capsule-sized devices, which are much smaller than two AAA batteries directly implanted in the heart." "So, the technology involved with AVEIR DR is where you have these two capsule-sized devices directly implanted in the upper and lower chambers of the heart. The two chambers of the heart need to operate in synchrony. What we can do is that in the upper and the lower chambers of the heart, which are the atrium and the ventricle, we can sense and pace directly in those chambers." "But the good thing and the technological advantage of this product is they communicate with each other. The communication scheme is what we call i2i technology, where we are sending electrical impulses between the upper and the lower chamber devices. These are electrical impulses that are very, very short, and very small, which cannot be felt by the person who has a device, but that is sufficient for the devices to register information between the upper and lower device and able to operate in synchrony. And this synchrony is extremely important for the person to get back to their normal heart rhythm." #Abbott #AVEIRDR #Pacemaker #LeadlessPacemaker #DualChamberPacemaker #HeartHealth #i2i #ImplanttoImplant AVEIRDR.com Abbott.com Listen to the podcast here

Jennifer Jones-McMeans, Divisional Vice President of Global Clinical Affairs at Abbott, discusses Abbot's new diversity initiative to help address mistrust and societal barriers that underrepresented populations face in receiving healthcare and participating in clinical trials. Through partnerships, clinical research coordinators from diverse backgrounds working in smaller institutions are trained to work with these populations. Norton Health with the Institute for Health Equity is putting funding and infrastructure in place to build a research program model for historically Black colleges and universities to attract more diverse participation in trials and build more vital research institutions.      Jennifer explains, "I had a good conversation with a physician today from the New York area, and we talked about one barrier that is translation. We discussed that the clinical trial this individual is working on did not have the resources for translation services. And so, if you think about something as simple as that, it means that patients who are non-English speaking, their family members, and researchers cannot even approach them because they may not have the translated material. That's one very simple barrier. We can go back to also time - patient time is critical. If you think about individuals who are working and who have family obligations, how do we actually reduce the barrier of time?" "Well, this is where when we think about race and ethnicity, race is not biologic. Remember, it's a social construct. Ethnicity is a social construct. Yes, if you look geographically, we're 99.9% similar when it comes to human genomes. Who I am as an African-American female, I may have far more genetic similarities to someone who is not of African descent. We first have to dispel that. Yes, there can be genetic elements. We do know that geographically you may see a higher frequency of certain genetic associations and whatnot. But I think it becomes less about this because genetics and race are not biologic."   "When you think about who do I need to include? You have to bring in this whole concept of social determinants of health, or also concepts where people, cultures, groups, individuals are impressed not only by the biology but what their surroundings are."   #Abbott #ClinicalTrials #DiversityinClinicalTrials #DiversityResearch #Healthcare #SDOH #SocialDeterminantsofHealth  Abbott.com Download the transcript here

Dr. Christopher Piorkowski, Divisional Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Abbott's Electrophysiology business, is the latest guest on The Top Line podcast.A seasoned expert in the field of electrophysiology, he joins us to discuss and explain some of Abbott's latest solutions and advancements, as well as best practices to support treatment for abnormal heart rhythms. EnSite X, for example, is Abbott's revolutionary 3D heart mapping software which Piorkowski describes as the company's most important product development of the past decade and compares it to the transition from a gasoline to an electric car in terms of its implications. And it is easy to see why. EnSite X acts as an ultra-accurate GPS system that helps physicians to locate and understand the areas in a patient's heart needing ablation. A significant update has been the incorporation of near field technology – this helps physicians to understand which of the electrical signals that they see on the catalyst is truly from the location of a catheter, as opposed to signals that come from further away in so-called far field signals.  The discussion also takes a turn towards pulsed field ablation, something which Abbott has been working with for well over a decade.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Dr. Leonard Ganz is the Chief Medical Officer and Divisional Vice President of Medical Affairs for Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management Division. Traditional pacemakers include a pulse generator that is connected to the inside of the heart with insulated wires. These leads relay the electrical activity that goes between the pacemaker and the heart muscle. The Abbott Aveir VR is a single-chambered leadless pacemaker with improved battery longevity that is implanted inside the heart and eliminates the risks from leads.   Len explains, "There are different types of slow heart rhythms that people develop. Most commonly, people develop slow heart rhythms as they get older, but there are situations in which younger people develop slow heart rhythms as well. And at the most fundamental level, a pacemaker has to sense the intrinsic heartbeat, or heart rhythm, and then stimulate or pace the heart if the intrinsic heart rhythm isn't adequate or isn't as fast as the physician would like it to be."  "Over the five or six decades that we've had implantable pacemakers, there've been many, many advancements. Pacemakers are fully programmable in terms of heart rates and other features. We've gone from pacemakers that sense and pace in a single heart chamber to pacemakers that sense in two heart chambers and then even three heart chambers. So there have been tremendous advances over these years. One of the most important advances in recent years has been the development of what we call a leadless pacemaker." #AbbottCardio #Pacemaker #ImplantablePacemakers #LeadlessPacemakers #HeartMuscle abbott.com Download the transcript here

Alex Nepogodiev is a Divisional Vice President of Abbott Vascular Business and shares insights about the need for stents with larger diameters. In the past, physicians would have to take a smaller diameter stent and follow up with another catheter to expand that stent to a larger size and to match the vessel. This procedure added an additional step and risk. Alex explains, "Some of the bigger challenges today are, of course, the variation in anatomy and the complexity of some of those narrowings that we have in our heart. Cardiovascular disease, obviously, impacts a lot of patients, and myself included, and it's important for us not only to maintain good health but also go for appropriate and timely checkups. And when the cardiologist finds a narrowing in our heart, they initiate the procedure by first doing an x-ray or an angiogram before proceeding to insert a stent. And once they do that, they can also use other imaging modalities to look more closely at the vessel." "So XIENCE Skypoint large vessel sizes have been introduced now with the largest size matrix and the new diameters that come in vessel sizes of 4.5 or 5.0 millimeters in diameter. And what they allow us to do is treat patients who may have larger vessels. We're all unique, and some of us are patients who are larger male or we have vessels that are closer to the aorta. So those tend to be larger in diameter as well. And having these larger vessel sizes allows the physicians to, again, optimize and personalize treatments to those particular situations in those patients." @AbbottCardio #Stents #DrugElutingStents #InterventionalCardiologist #Cardiology #CardiovascularDisease cardiovascular.abbott.com Listen to the podcast here

Dr. Jennifer Jones-McMeans is a Divisional Vice President of Global Clinical Affairs at Abbott Vascular Business and she sheds light on the FDA guidance to encourage sponsors of clinical trials to include all genders, ethnicities, and under-represented patients to participate. New guidelines are more organized and provide better guidance for what sponsors of clinical trials should consider during their submissions to the FDA. Jennifer explains, "If you think about where clinical trials sit, clinical trials are part of the overall healthcare ecosystem. And if we consider that the healthcare ecosystem is to be inclusive, it is to make sure that there are appropriate treatments for women and different ethnic groups. Also understanding that possibly there could be differences in maybe therapeutic responses, or even considering access too. Clinical trials have to then move forward as the medical ecosystem is moving forward to ensure that there's treatment available for all patients. And so this is where again, this guidance is just a guideline to help support that pathway for clinical trials." "We do know that there are specific populations that, based on their access to health and lack of trust that can occur with the healthcare system, when it comes to clinical trials, they may actually not know and have an awareness of the clinical trial. But they also may not be connected with the appropriate medical system or within a medical system to even have that access. She talks about recently released data from their Beyond Intervention Survey of 1800 stakeholders including 1289 vascular disease patients, 408 healthcare physicians, and 173 healthcare leaders from across 13 countries. The study looked particularly at Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) and Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) which revealed these diseases disproportionately affect Black, Latino, and Native Americans. Jennifer reports, "I think what Beyond Intervention allowed us to do is to see what the patient is feeling, experiencing, and how does that differ from what your healthcare provider or your healthcare leader is saying? Because one of the key findings that we found was that patient experience is maybe not as good as the healthcare provider may be thinking it is." "And we know that when you look at these social determinants, and they can be anything from socioeconomic status, availability to care, education, impact of income, they all collide. And many times in certain areas, they can collide with race and ethnicity. So when you put people in an environment that is not supportive of health and that you're just reaching so many of the things that I spoke of before, you put them at risk for development of diseases, such as PAD and CAD." @AbbottCardio #ClinicalTrials #VascularDisease #PAD #PeripheralArteryDisease #CAD #CoronaryArteryDisease #SDOH #SocialDeterminantsofHealth Abbott.com Download the transcript here

Dr. Jennifer Jones-McMeans is the Divisional Vice President of Global Clinical Affairs at Abbott's Vascular Business. So when you put people in an environment that is not supportive of health and that you're just reaching so many of the things that I spoke of before, you put them at risk for development of diseases, such as PAD and CAD." @AbbottCardio #ClinicalTrials #VascularDisease #PAD #PeripheralArteryDisease #CAD #CoronaryArteryDisease #SDOH #SocialDeterminantsofHealth Abbott.com Listen to the podcast here

Nick points out the need to make sure the blood vessel is properly closed up at the end of a procedure to ensure no complications.  While the Abbott device Perclose™ has been around for quite some time, the ProStyle™ is the new version of it and is a unique suture mediated closure system. Nick reminds us that, "The old way of doing this is simply to press. Now pressing on the artery, usually, you have to press for at least 10 minutes. If it's done properly, that seals things very nicely, but there are many, many factors that affect the availability of what we call manual compression to seal these punctures. They include where the puncture was, how many times the physician needed to attempt to puncture the vessel before they got into it." Nick confirms this is the way bleeding has been stopped for hundreds of years and that pressing on the groin is medieval.  We talk about how this new approach is a way to effectively close the puncture site in an artery or vein with sutures that allow for primary intentional healing. @AbbottCardio #AbbottCardio #Perclose #ProStyle #VascularClosure #VascularRepair Abbott.com Download the transcript here

Dr. Nick West, Chief Medical Officer and Divisional Vice President of Global Medical Affairs, Abbott Vascular at Abbot joins the show to discuss his research on coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD). In this episode, you'll discover: Where your heart receives its blood supply, and how the answer could lead to a potentially lethal underlying condition affecting almost half of those who suffer from angina (chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart) In what way a temperature sensor plays a critical role in the diagnosis of microvasculature malfunction What could explain why many patients continue to suffer from chest pain even after the placement of a cardiac stent or cardiac bypass surgery About 90% of the heart's blood supply is delivered by the coronary microvasculature, which is composed of tiny vessels 10 to 50 microns in diameter. This leaves just 10% of the blood supply to the three main, large arteries of the heart. Surprisingly, much of the focus in the field of research on coronary health and disease has revolved around the large arteries, and overlooked the importance of the heart's microvasculature. The vessels that make up the coronary microvasculature are too small to be detected on coronary angiogram. Dr West explains how this could account for the fact that about 50% of the patients who end up in a cardiac catheter lab with a presumptive diagnosis of angina don't walk away with a surgical recommendation. In other words, if the typical narrowing of the larger coronary vessels can't be identified, then a patient will be told not to worry, and that a surgical procedure (such as a stent or bypass) isn't necessary. In reality, it's possible that many of these patients suffer from microvascular dysfunction. With the real problem flying under the radar, these patients are left with no way to get better. As a result, they suffer poor quality of life, present recurrently to ERs and specialists, undergo extensive testing to no avail, and are at higher risk of heart attack and death. Dr. West wants to know how microvascular dysfunction can be diagnosed, and whether a treatment can be developed. Essential to diagnosing it is a tool called a pressure wire, which is used to measure the pressure gradient across the coronary artery. There are several on the market, but none like the one Dr. West has helped develop; it has a temperature sensor, which allows for thermodilution tests to be performed. This test measures the time it takes for a room-temperature bolus of saline to reach the temperature sensor on the pressure wire from the top of the coronary artery. The tighter the microvascular circulation, the longer it will take for the bolus to reach the sensor. Tune in to hear Dr. West explain all of this and more. Today’s guest is Nicki Tessler (Psy.D, MBA) the Divisional Vice President for Behavioral Health at Universal Health Services (UHS) where she provides senior-level leadership for multiple hospitals across multiple stages for UHS.  She joins us to talk about innovation in the behavioral health space and how UHS is leading the way with their “Innovation Hub” that supports behavioral health entrepreneurship. Nicki is an extremely accomplished, and experienced Behavioral Health Executive with an impressive 20-year career in the space that began in Jackson Behavioral Health Hospital, leading to Hospital Corporation of America and now Universal Health Services. At UHS, Nicki has led the charge on innovation within the Behavioral Health Division by developing the “Innovation Hub” internally which promotes entrepreneurship in order to drive growth within the UHS business through innovation, speed, and urgency. Nicki has stellar academic credentials which include her Psy.D. in Psychology from the University of Denver; Executive M.B.A. in Health Sector Management & Policy from the University of Miami; and M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University. She’s also earned designations as a Licensed Psychologist and Six Sigma Champion. You can connect with Nicki here:  LinkedIn, Nicoletta.Tessler@uhsinc.com Stigma Podcast Patreon Page: Stigma Patreon Page HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE TALKED ABOUT: 1. Nicki gave us an overview of UHS with some facts about the business including: -Founded in 1979, now a Fortune 500 (ranked 281) -2019 Revenue $11.4 billion -90,000 employees -Headquarters: King of Prussia, PA -26 acute care hospitals -328 behavioral health hospitals -42 outpatient facilities -Operates in 37 states, DC, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom -In 2019, they served 3.5mm patients across acute and behavioral health 2. How does UHS think about innovation in the behavioral space? UHS realizes a need for innovation in the behavioral space and is in a very unique position because of the data, experience, knowledge, and exposure they have as one of the largest operators of inpatient psychiatric facilities in the world. UHS is focused on fostering innovation in the space and has built and “Innovation Hub” to encourage entrepreneurs to build in the space, to interact with UHS and approach UHS about partnership.   3.  How do we innovate in behavioral health without hurting people, but still going fast? Nicki talks about how a methodical systematic approach is needed that is sensitive to the fragile nature of healthcare.  At UHS, they look at innovation in a very systematic way which Nicki highlights in our conversation.  UHS focuses on innovations that can drive major shifts in one of these areas: Business model shifts Platform shifts Customer experience shifts   4. What is the “Innovation Hub”? In August they launched the Innovation Hub, which is an innovation ecosystem where UHS supports a culture of innovation balanced with discipline to develop test and grow new solutions outside of the traditional internal UHS processes. The hub has 3 primary goals which include operating within the behavioral health division, growing the business, and promoting entrepreneurship while attracting talent.   5. How does it work? Entrepreneurs approach UHS and present an idea for innovation. They are paired with a UHS facility to run a 90 day pilot / beta. At the end of the pilot, outcomes are assessed and if the metrics are good, then UHS begins to scale the solution across more locations.  Success is determined by a proprietary internal ROI calculator.   6. What makes it through the filter into the program? Nicki explains the three areas of innovation that are most exciting to the team at UHS. These are: Configuration – This is where focusing on the innermost working of the business systems, networks, processes, technologies, channels, brands can improve the business. Offerings – Core services. How do services connect or bundle with UHS’ current offerings?  How can we improve interoperability, and connection between offerings? Experiences – This is anything touching the customer facing elements of the behavioral health world. This can include service innovations and often includes ways to make the increasingly impersonal electronic and remote service offices feel more personal and drive better engagement.  Anything that drives a compelling engagement for the patient that leads to more patient engagement would fall into this area.    7. What would you build if you could build anything to help humans with mental health? Nicki talks about how her dream solution would be an “Imperfection Lab” where people are encouraged and allowed to feel vulnerable and where imperfections could be celebrated. 8. How does an entrepreneur get in touch with UHS? Reach out to Nicki and brainstorm what a pilot could look like internally. Patagonia, North Face, and REI had previously announced they’d be pulling their ads, along with Ben & Jerry’s, Eddie Bauer, and Honda America who were among the first companies to make the announcement. Unilever announced it would be pulling its ads at least until the end of the year. Bloomberg reported Friday that Zuckerberg lost over $7 billion of his wealth after Facebook’s stock price dropped 8.3%.  While Zuckerberg has come under intense scrutiny, the Wall Street Journal reported that Facebook investor, board member, and Trump adviser Peter Thiel is actually the one calling the shots.   What exactly is Peter Thiel’s role in the “boogaloo” movement? Thiel donated $1.25 million to President Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, and is also a co-founder of Palantir, the controversial surveillance firm that’s developed a predictive policing algorithm popular among the boys in blue. The company has sold its software to local law enforcement agencies around the world, as well as to the U.S. military and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. It’s notorious for allegedly helping police unfairly target Blacks and Latinos and reinforcing racialized patterns within the criminal justice system, which apparently has become a breeding ground for white supremacists, including 2 now-fired cops, in Wilmington, North Carolina, who were caught on a patrol car video saying they couldn’t wait to slaughter black people. The Department of Health and Human Services has also awarded Palantir a mysterious coronavirus contract, about which Democrats in Congress, led by Congressman Joaquin Castro, wrote HHS Secretary Alex Azar Thursday, calling for the Palantir contract, as well as similar contracts with Oracle and Amazon, to be made public. The increased focus on Thiel last week came amidst reports of the growing anti-government “boogaloo” movement pushing for a Second Civil War, the type of apocalyptic event about which Peter Thiel has ostensibly been pining for years, given his 477-acre retreat in New Zealand, the Guardian reported about in a 2018 article, which would be perfect to escape such a calamity. Peter Thiel has pulled strings in the background before, when he funded Hulk Hogan’s lawsuit against Gawker after Gawker alleged that Thiel was gay, resulting in Gawker’s 2016 bankruptcy.   The American right partners with Falun Gong Axios first reported last week President Trump has fired the head of the U.S. Agency for Global Media, which includes the Open Technology Fund, which used to fund a variety of projects, like Signal, that allow devices access to sites repressive regimes try to block. Trump replaced USAGM’s former lead John Lansing with Steve Bannon ally and conservative filmmaker Michael Pack. Pack then fired Libby Liu, former head of the Open Technology Fund within USAGM. Now conservatives are looking to invest exclusively in two specific technologies known as UltraSurf and Freegate, technologies religious freedom advocacy organizations like Asia’s Falun Gong prefer because they see them as a way to topple China’s “Great Firewall”. Falun Gong also owns Epoch Times, which Axios notes is part of Trump’s conservative news ecosystem, and the organization is seen to align themselves with religious freedom advocates on America’s far-right, in an effort many fear will politicize America’s international media outlet. Federal government ramps up surveillance efforts The Intercept reported last week the FBI has ramped up surveillance efforts, citing contracts with companies like Venntel, which tracks the movements of millions of Americans. The Intercept found what it termed an “expedited agreement” between the FBI and a company called Dataminr as demonstrators took to the streets to protest systemic injustice, worldwide protests triggered by the killing of George Floyd, a black man killed by a police officer who knelt on Mr. Floyds neck for eight minutes and 46 seconds in Minneapolis despite the fact that he repeatedly said he couldn’t breathe, called for his mother, and was motionless for several minutes. The FBI has a long history of targeting racial, ethnic, and religious minorities especially Muslims. Boston bans facial recognition In a major victory for civil rights advocates, the City of Boston has officially banned facial recognition from policing, becoming the second-largest city to do so, following San Francisco. The Boston City Council voted unanimously in favor of the ban. On the federal level, however, no one seems to know how facial recognition technologies are used, after lawmakers sought information from the Department of Housing and Urban Development on how the Department uses the technology in public housing, which includes some 1.2 million households. The Department said it doesn’t keep track. In another development, more than 1,000 machine learning experts wrote a letter to the publisher of an article set to be released from a couple of researchers at Harrisburg University claiming they have developed a facial recognition program with an accuracy rate of 80%. Also check out the profile The New York Times did on the black man whose case became the nation’s first dealing with false identification by an facial recognition algorithm.   Indiana Supreme Court rules woman not required to unlock her phone for police The Indiana Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a Carmel, Indiana woman, Katelin Seo, who refused to unlock her phone for police during a criminal investigation, which led to the lower court holding her in contempt. The Indiana Supreme Court found that requiring Seo to unlock her phone would have violated her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. Trump restricts highly-skilled worker visas The White House last week announced that it will be restricting the number of foreign worker visas including the H1B visas tech companies use to attract highly skilled workers. Most of these workers are people of color from countries in Asia. The Trump administration claims the visas would put America at an economic disadvantage during its recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. TaskRabbit CEO, Stacy Brown-Philpot Resigns  Finally, Task Rabbit C.E.O. Stacy Brown-Philpot has resigned after four years leading the gig working company. Ms. Brown-Philpot said she will stay with the company until the end of August to give it enough time to find her successor. Brown-Philpot is one of the few Black or Female technology industry CEOs. She is also on the Boards of HP and Nordstrom and is currently advising a $100 million Softbank fund to support companies led by people of color. Ms. Brown-Philpot indicated she was deeply affected by the killing of George Floyd, championed the hiring of more women and black people in tech, and said the gig working industry needs to do more for contract workers.

Howard explains how a firm such as Trillium can assist other companies with their staffing needs, including the screening and recruitment process that allows a casual driver or other talent to transition into an established position with a firm. “The companies that do better at data gathering, data organization, data analysis are the ones that really succeed.” - Brian Howard What you’ll learn about in this episode: Why the recruitment process involves more than bringing in the drivers themselves, so we need to recruit the "recruiting talent" that builds relationships, leverages technology, and has the ability to bring in those drivers How to use technology and maintain electronic communication with drivers in distant locations through text, email, Twitter, Facebook, the phone, and other methods to get them in front of a recruiter better, faster, and more quickly Reasons that successful companies invest time and resources screening, testing, and assessing the effectiveness of their recruiters to determine if they have the skills to bring in the best talent possible Why it is key for carriers to have and maintain great communication with their drivers, seek feedback from them regularly, and put in place a proactive driver retention plan since they have invested time and resources to recruit their talent Reasons that the business model for a recruitment and staffing firm should create a culture where the driver becomes a customer's employee over a period of time and helps to foster this transition Why trucking firms must continuously do investigative work to make sure that the culture within the organization promotes retention Why the best recruiters for the firm may not be people who have worked there for a long time with strong loyalty, but instead people who can market the vision of the firm and its culture in a way that best attracts the talent The importance of using a driver staffing firm as an extra resource to assist with recruiting efforts Ways to contact Brian: LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/brian-howard-29ba0aa
