She describes how she would tell her earlier self to start with the body first, including seeing a doctor, reducing news exposure, and using medication to get enough physical rest to begin healing. We then hear the practical steps she used over time: resting in a dark room, getting outside every day, slowing down physically, and returning to short meditation sessions. She explains that repeated listening to calming podcast episodes helped her, and that daily meditation became an important part of managing stress.Diane also talks about responding to difficult days by taking a big break, rescheduling tasks, and treating anxiety like a physical illness that needs care. She says calmer feels like relaxed muscles and a quieter mind, and she emphasizes that anxiety can create tension in the body and trigger a cycle that must be interrupted through ongoing practice. She shares a longer list of strategies that supported her recovery, including managing blood sugar, keeping medical and dental appointments, ending contact with people and groups that were not helpful, counting to 90 when alarmed, and building predictable routines. She also reduced media exposure, quit drinking alcohol, established morning silence with tea, gradually changed her bedtime, walked daily, and slowly re-entered social situations and driving after an accident.Diane closes by naming resources that helped her, including Claire Weekes, the 12 Symptoms of Inner Peace, the Center for Nonviolent Communication emotions list, Thich Nhat Hanh, The Power of Now, and the Serenity Prayer. The episode ends with a reminder that healing usually happens through small daily practices, not sudden change.#AnxietyRecovery #MentalHealth #AnxietyRelief #Mindfulness #Meditation #SelfCare #NervousSystemRegulation #PanicAttack #HealingJourney #InnerPeace #StressManagement #SlowDown #MentalWellness #Boundaries #HealthyRoutines #EmotionalHealth #AnxietyCoachesPodcast #OvercomingAnxiety #SoberCurious #PersonalGrowth #BreathingExercises #HolisticHealing #WellnessJourney #ACP #GinaRyanSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Letting Go of Being Right: How to Take Your Power Back and Choose Inner PeaceAs recovering people pleasers and codependents, many of us learned that if we could just explain ourselves better, convince someone of our point of view, or get them to see things our way, everything would finally feel okay. The problem is that living this way keeps us on an emotional battlefield. We become exhausted trying to manage, control, fix, defend, and prove. We fight for approval. We fight to be understood. We fight to be right. And underneath all of that fighting is often something much more tender: a desire to feel safe, valued, heard, and enough. In this episode, I share a very personal story from my own marriage that reminded me how quickly old patterns can surface, even after years of healing. What started as an innocent comment from my husband unexpectedly activated a deep fear inside me, creating an opportunity to witness an old protective system that still occasionally shows up.The beautiful thing about this work is that awareness changes everything. As we heal, we begin to recognize that letting go of being right does not mean giving up our voice. It doesn't mean abandoning our needs, our boundaries, or our truth. Instead, it means releasing the belief that our peace depends on someone else agreeing with us.When we stop fighting every battle, we discover something powerful: we can stand in our truth without needing to control anyone else's.When we release the need to prove, convince, defend, and manage, we create space for something much deeper: compassion, connection, and inner freedom.Your voice matters.Your feelings matter.Your perspective matters. And you don't need anyone else's permission for that to be true.Until next time, namaste.

Instead of reinforcing pressure with phrases like “I don't have enough time,” we invite gentler, more empowering perspectives such as “all in good time” or “I will get there at the perfect time.” We also talk about the importance of self-care, setting intentional priorities, and creating space each day for what truly lights up your heart. Today, something beautiful happens. We bring it all together. So often, we think growth comes from learning something new. But real transformation often happens when we pause long enough to integrate what we've already learned. In today's meditation, we'll gently weave together the practices you've been cultivating throughout the week. You'll reconnect with your breath, your heart, your inner wisdom, and the present moment—discovering how these simple practices can support you long after the meditation ends. This isn't about adding more to your life. It's about becoming more fully present for the life you're already living. Today's intention: "Everything I need is already within me." Take a deep breath, settle into stillness, and experience the power of bringing it all together. A DAILY MESSAGE FOR YOUR HEART Dear Friend, I wonder if you've noticed something changing. Maybe it's subtle. Maybe it's difficult to put into words. Perhaps you're a little more aware than you were a few days ago. A little more present. A little more compassionate with yourself. Growth often happens that way. Quietly. Without announcing itself. Today, I hope you'll take a moment to appreciate how far you've come—not by measuring results, but by recognizing your willingness to keep showing up. The practices we've explored this week are not meant to become another item on your to-do list. They are invitations. Ways to return to yourself. Ways to remember what matters. And the beautiful thing is, everything you've been practicing is already becoming part of you. Trust that. I'm grateful you're here. He explains that mindfulness allows one to recognize unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and habits while encouraging honesty, self-compassion, and the willingness to change course. Through developing new skills, wise reflection, and mindful intentions, we can stop identifying with unfriendly thoughts and cultivate beneficial patterns of thinking and behavior. The 5D Academy with Zarathustra explores universal wisdom to foster total freedom from suffering in all areas of your life; health, wealth, love, and self. Each Academy podcast contains valuable insights and takeaways to become the best version of yourself and create an authentic, fulfilling life. Zarathustra transmits 5th Dimensional Quantum frequencies in each episode with transformational tools while discussing different topics to help you maintain this new frequency in your daily life. Zarathustra has created a practical system of transmitting the truth to his audience allowing transformation and freedom from suffering. Spiritual development requires an open heart. It is virtually impossible for a seeker to advance to higher consciousness if they don't love themselves. The belief system which has been ingrained in our cellular memory from childhood that we are not good enough results in a conditioned mind. The conditioned mind holds the false belief that there is something missing in our lives, that we are incomplete, that we need to gain something in order to become happy and whole, which is not true. After a life time of searching, Zarathustra has blended a practical system of Eastern and Western methods and techniques to help the Academy members to free themselves from anxiety, negative thoughts, lack of self-love and self-acceptance and destructive emotional patterns through a systematic way to raise your vibration to 5D Vibrational Frequency, which enables you to live a vibrant life of freedom and happiness. The Key Elements To Freedom: Zarathustra recognizes continuity and consistency are the key elements to freedom. In order to help you achieve your spiritual goals, it's best to have a highly effective spiritual practice, free of dogmas, false beliefs and superstition that helps you raise your vibration to 5D Vibrational Frequency as well as the ability to maintain this newly found higher level of consciousness. This translates to a life filled with inner peace, self-love and happiness which is the goal of every spiritual seeker. New knowledge and benefits are gained with each replay. What does it mean to practice pure unlimited love? Love research defines pure unlimited love as a state in which the security and well-being of another becomes as real and meaningful to you as your own. Embracing this mindset is a profound pathway to discovering lasting inner peace. At the heart of this approach is the activation of the ten distinct forms of love that allow us to engage with our modern, enraged culture. By applying the science of altruism, we can look past the anger and actively transform conflict into a deep, authentic connection.. To unpack the science of altruism, Harvesting Happiness Podcast host Lisa Cypers Kamen welcomes Stephen G. Post, the Founding Director of the Center for Medical Humanities, Compassionate Care, and Bioethics at Stony Brook University Renaissance School of Medicine. Stephen breaks down the ten core principles of love from his book, Pure Unlimited Love: Science and the Seven Paths to Inner Peace. He also explores the concepts of care-frontation, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and love as the ultimate reality. Like what you're hearing? WANT MORE SOUND IDEAS FOR DEEPER THINKING? In this heartfelt episode of The Spiritual Cupcake Podcast, Candace shares a beautiful conversation with her friend Magda about creating a life and home that feels intentional, soulful, and truly your own. Magda has been lovingly beautifying her forest home — bespokeing every detail, handcrafting spaces with care, personality, and warmth. From the outside, everything looked peaceful and stunning. But then she discovered a martin had made its way deep inside the walls and created a nest hidden within the home. At first, she tried to handle it herself. But eventually, she realized she needed to call in an expert — someone with wisdom, experience, and the ability to help with what was happening beneath the surface. Candace reflects on how deeply this mirrors our own lives. We can style our hair, nourish our skin, decorate our homes, curate our wardrobes, buy beautiful things, and work hard to create lives that look peaceful from the outside. But sometimes, inside us, there are still hidden places carrying old pain, fear, grief, stress, or unresolved emotions quietly nesting in the background. This episode is a gentle reminder that healing is not about perfection. Even the cleanest, most beautiful homes become messy simply from being lived in. The same is true for us. Life happens. Emotions build up. Experiences leave marks. The goal is not to become flawless — it's to become aware. Candace talks about the importance of checking in with ourselves, tending to the hidden rooms within, and allowing ourselves support when needed. Sometimes our own rituals, practices, and self-awareness help us move through things. And sometimes healing asks us to reach out to someone with deeper expertise to guide us through the murky places we cannot navigate alone. This episode is about inner peace, emotional honesty, self-awareness, and creating a life that feels beautiful not just on the outside, but deep within the walls of who we are.

Meditation teacher, spiritual guide, and author Stuart Perrin joins Vigilantes Radio Live for a profound conversation about inner work, spiritual growth, and what it truly means to live with joy, love, and purpose. After spending nine years searching for a spiritual teacher, Stuart became a devoted disciple of Swami Rudrananda (Rudi), whose teachings would shape the course of his life and inspire more than five decades of meditation instruction around the world. In this enlightening discussion, Stuart reflects on his spiritual journey, surviving the 1973 plane crash that claimed his teacher's life, the power of Rudra Meditation, and the timeless lessons found in stillness, gratitude, and self-discovery. Through stories, wisdom, and practical insights, Stuart shares how individuals can transform life's tensions into opportunities for growth, compassion, and deeper connection with the sacred nature of existence.https://a.co/d/05KChzmRBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/vigilantes-radio-live--2166168/support.Vigilantes Radio Live! by The Only One Media Group ℗©2025Episode Credits:Produced, edited, mixed, and written by Demetrius "Whodini Blak" Reynolds, Sr.Artwork designed by Demetrius "Whodini Blak" Reynolds, Sr.Show Introduction by KateSegment jingles composed & produced by Demetrius "Whodini Blak" Reynolds, Sr.Additional music licensed through 7th Sign RecordingsLinks:onlyonemediagroup.comhttps://www.instagram.com/vigilantesradio/https://www.iheart.com/podcast/966-vigilantes-radio-live-29999229/https://www.instagram.com/whodiniblakin3d/https://www.imdb.com/title/tt26009230/To support our show, please leave reviews, ratings, or you can help fuel the passion over at buymeacoffee.com/vigilantesradioEmail us at onlyonemgt@gmail.com or vradio@onlyonemediagroup.com

Welcome to The Meditation Podcast. This is Jesse Stern with a simple meditation to release muscle tension. In many social and professional situations, we tend to hold our breath. Holding our breath halts the natural flow of movement within our bodies, causing tension, fatigue, and stagnation. In today's meditation, we practice a simple meditation to release muscle tension. ------- Remember that this podcast uses binaural beats, audio technology that affects the brain, so please use headphones, and please do not use this podcast while driving or operating machinery.
