Welcome to the Rocky Mountain UFO Podcast. Today, we are discussing Dr. Steven Greer's latest comments based on a recent interview he did, excerpts of which are available in our sources. Dr. Steven Greer, described as a famed researcher and retired emergency medical doctor who heads a disclosure project focused on ending the secrecy around UFOs and UAPs, was a guest on Vlad TV for an interview1. He mentioned this was the first time he was meeting the interviewer face-to-face1. During the interview, Dr. Greer discussed a variety of topics related to the UFO/UAP phenomenon and the ongoing efforts towards disclosure1. He spoke about a task force organized under the House Oversight Committee that has a number of objectives, including UAPs1. However, he noted that achieving meaningful disclosure through these efforts is hindered by the lack of a select committee with subpoena power and insufficient funding for specialized staff1.... According to his experience, even when dispositive evidence and firsthand witnesses are presented, disinformation operatives can gaslight those in Congress1. He stated that these people in Congress, while often meaning well, are not sufficiently knowledgeable about the subject1. Dr. Greer believes there are two pathways for this investigation2. The first is through Congress, which would require subpoena power to compel high-value targets to testify under oath2. The second, which he considers more viable, would require executive orders from the President and operate under the executive branch and law enforcement2.... Law enforcement, unlike Congress without subpoena power, can compel testimony, and lying to a federal agent is a felony2. He suggests referring the matter to the Department of Justice (DOJ) as it involves criminal activity, allowing them to conduct a proper investigation, pull people in for interrogation, and retrieve evidence from corporate locations and secret facilities3. He mentioned recommending five executive orders to the administration3. A significant part of the interview focused on disinformation and the hoaxing of an alien threat3.... Dr. Greer stated that individuals like Lou Elizondo and Chris Melon are professional disinformation operatives who mix truth with misinformation3.... Their agenda, according to Dr. Greer, is to convince people that aliens are a threat, thereby supporting the military-industrial complex and the cabal that has kept the secret, ultimately attempting to seize control under the ruse of an outer space threat3.... He described this as a "poison pill," where some facts are presented on the outside, but the core narrative is disinformation3. He asserted that the bigger secret is not extraterrestrials themselves, but a covert illegal operation possessing technologies that can outperform advanced human aircraft like the B2 stealth bomber3.... He claims these technologies are human-made and have existed since the 1950s3. This covert operation, he argues, is a threat to the US Constitution and is the "lynch pin" in being able to hoax an alien invasion or threat4. He described this as a 70-year plan concocted around 1953-54 to create an alien threat to unite the world around a totalitarian, militaristic situation, citing Wernher von Braun4. Dr. Greer expressed concern that Congress and the White House currently lack the bandwidth to comprehend the vastness of this problem and discern information from disinformation4. He likened the organization keeping the secret to the Wizard of Oz, skilled at scaring people because of the lack of professional staffing looking into the matter4. He warned that a "little knowledge on this is a very dangerous thing"5. He connected this concept to ideas like Project Blue Beam and fictional works like Watchmen and Independence Day, noting that the Independence Day movie was "right out of CIA scop psychological warfare scripting"5. He believes this narrative has reached saturation, citing a personal experience from 30 years ago where a first grader asked if he was afraid of being abducted by aliens, which he interpreted as evidence that "scops have reached saturation" between movies, entertainment, and ufology mythology5.... Dr. Greer also discussed the Jake Barber interview, referring to him as an Air Force veteran who was on retrieval teams out of U.S. Delta Force, contracted for operations to down and retrieve extraterrestrial vehicles or non-human intelligence (NHI) craft9. Barber was in charge of security and transport for these special operations at black sites9. Dr. Greer stated that very little of what Barber knows has come out yet9. He confirmed that the egg-shaped craft Barber came in contact with was of ET origin11. He noted that it is often hard to distinguish between a non-human craft and a reverse-engineered one unless one is an expert11.... He mentioned that any non-human shape seen has often been copycatted for false flag operations12. Regarding technology, Dr. Greer claimed that gravity control was mastered in October 1954, based on information from an intelligence source who was a top scientist at the Naval Research Labs11. He stated that after 70 years of technological development with brilliant minds and virtually unlimited black budget funding, the technology being flown could deceive even high-level officials11. He elaborated on the man-made lookalikes used for psychological warfare and to cover up real events9.... These include fake alien abductions and cattle mutilations, which he attributes to a "covert human operation," not ETs7.... He stated he has debriefed about two dozen individuals operational in programs doing this13. Most of the information on this subject, according to Dr. Greer, is "part information spun in with disinformation"13. He explained that retrieval teams can be cleared into higher levels when dealing with man-made UFOs and ET things, going beyond retrieving downed conventional aircraft13.

"And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” In recent years at least one member of the opposition party in Canada has been conducting a UFO investigation to find out the truth. That member of Parliament Larry Maguire went public March 3 in a committee meeting to ask a Deputy Minister in the government to comment about unknown drones over nuclear facilities here in Canada. I was one of the researchers who provided documents and briefing to this investigation. Others that were contacted were a reporter from Vice Magazine, and Dave Scott from Spaced Out Radio (Scott was actually trying to force the government to disclose after the NYT article in 2017). People in the US included at least Lou Elizondo and Hal Puthoff. Once Maguire went public with his question the cat was out of the bag and I called for Maguire and others to come clean and disclose what they discovered and lead the disclosure they themselves are demanding. So far I have been met with silence, so I am going to slowly reveal what I know. We don't yet know what the government knows, but we do have some information about what the opposition party discovered. In part one I also talk a bit about some anecdotal UFO sighting reports that I received because of an Access to Information request I made some time back related to the government leaking claimed UFO reports to at least one researcher. In part 2 of this podcast (which will also appear on whitehouseufo YouTube down the road) I discuss abductions and the deeply held belief that they may be negative events. I base what I say on a recent statement made by Jim Semivan regarding his encounter with the beings in the early 1990s. I look at how some people consider their UFO encounter as negative, when at the same time people with my much dramatic encounters thing it was the greatest thing that ever happened to them. In part 2, I also look at the role of out of body experiences in UFO encounters and in remote viewing. I also loook at simulated reality theories and how this may explain many of the things UFO experiencers are relating. I look at the fact that if some abductions had not taken place we would NOT have the disclosure on UFOs that we now enjoy. Finally I talk a little bit about Kirsten Gillibrand's background and how it may fit into UFO disclosure.

Peter Whitley is the MUFON director for Japan. In our far-ranging discussion we started with the UFO UAP situation in Japan talking about experiencers and UFO sightings. We discussed the videos of UFOs that were reported around the Fukushima Nuclear power plant. Starting in hour two we started to discuss more important elements about UFOs such as contact with the entities, and the OBE technique Peter worked with after 20 years of meditation and then talking the Gateway course at the Monroe Institute. We discuss what the message of the being is, and what might actually be going on in the UFO abduction experience, and the hybrid program that many have spoken. In this brief excerpt Peter talks about how they allowed him to fly the flying saucer and how it was done. Just as thanksgiving was about to take place in America the Pentagon quietly announced Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group. The new group is under the undersecretary of defense for Intelligence and Security, and it will, focusing on sightings within restricted military airspace and will also “assess and mitigate any associated threats to safety of flight and national security,” a spokeswoman says. Lou Elizondo was critical of the new office indicating that these are the same people who were responsible for the cover-up. Despite this criticism policy is made not by Defense Intelligence which was investigating but by the Secretary of Defense on behalf of the President who is the civilian commander of the National Security for the country. The role of the DNI is simply to provide the best evidence available to the President Congress, and the Executive Branch. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen and 00:02:06The other one like you said his unconsciousness. I'm kind of waiting to do that because I think I think In Our Lifetime we're going to crack we're going to we're going to kind of crack the nut to this whole Matrix Consciousness question. And I think it's dangerously close. So, you know, maybe I'm wrong but I'm just kind of waiting on that and I'm getting input from other people and working with people they have more more to offer to the big picture and and I've been having some really strange but yeah, a lot of strange things happening on all fronts, for sure. I think we're getting closer to answering this whole Matrix deconstruction. We're picking away at it like literally picking away at the nuts and bolts of it. And you can tell when you start doing that bad. 00:02:55It's aware whatever the universal Consciousness is, or the program or the alien, artificial intelligence. Whatever you want to call it. You know, the higher power, there's many names for the same. 00:03:08Mystery and it's it is it becomes aware when you start pulling at the threads of reality? Absolutely. 00:03:19That concept of threads, I just did an episode. 00:03:25With a friend of mine, Jeffrey from the functionally dysfunctional, show. And yeah, we talked, he was an ex evangelist and he talked about how they would all about thread and eventually gets the point where they keep pulling at the thread and it's all gone and they figure out it's all bullshit and I can't imagine the feeling of putting everything you've had until 1. 00:03:53Until one thing, whatever, that may be a hobby career, whatever it is, and then figuring out that in the end, it's all bulshit. Right? And right, you're talkin about. 00:04:07Do you think they said the same thing in the seventies and in the 50s and in the twenties? You think where they were? Hey, I think we're going to crack this. I think the other you think people were as open to that back then and then especially well maybe in the fifties I would say. Cuz of all the Roswell and all that bush that was going on. Then you think they were saying the same thing. Like maybe we're going to crack this code. Oh for sure. And I think we probably have cracked the code multiple times throughout human existence and then there's another great reset, you know, and everybody's left scrambling in the Dust trying to find 00:04:47Tidbits of information to start over. It's just the Human Experience. And you know to give you an idea like this is just a, for instance, an example. My my wife is a very, very skeptical, reasonable. Not. Woo, woo, person at all. Come to the club, bro. That's a good litmus test to have a mate or a partner like that. The kind of, you know, checks you and caress you and keeps you grounded. And, you know, I had a, I had a call from a caretaker at this science project, I have going on and and he, he told me a situation where he woke up in the middle of the night. He heard, you know, what the voice. 00:05:35Say hey and he woke up and then he hurt his car. Alarm, go on outside. He went outside. There's nothing out there. 00:05:43Needless to say he's in an area of a lot more High strangeness than I am at my home. And the caretaker went outside turned off, his car alarm came back inside. 00:05:54Again, same thing happened again. He went out again. No, Critters around the car. Nothing. So something was trying to engage with him. I told my wife the story. She was like that. That there's a lot of thinking this would be just south of it within a golf swing is the way I like to explain it to throw a rock at it. You can pretty much there's no part of that Rance. You can't virtually see from this property. So 00:06:24It's it. Pops close enough and it functions. Anyway, what went down as well. Fast forward, just a little while and she was sitting, this is just a couple days ago. She was sitting in the kitchen with my two children, and I was coming down the stairs and I heard it as well. 00:06:50And it sounded like a loudspeaker in the kitchen and it was a woman's voice. And she said, hey. 00:06:57Oh, okay. 00:06:59And then it went off. What the heck was that? Knowing? You think maybe I'm getting chills right now, bro. Yeah, it freaked me out so hard because nothing we have would do that and it it you know, it got everybody's attention. It was loud enough. It sounded like the p a in a school and it just sounded like, you know, The Truman Show like, oh my gosh, all sudden, you know, it was through the glitch of some sort. And you know what you think it is and it's a fine point where you don't have an explanation much like Ariel unidentified phenomena and you know things you see it in the in the trees like cryptozoological variants, when you don't have, when there's not a readily-available real explanation for something, you start to question reality, when you start questioning reality. I think you open yourself up to these like matrix-like issues and 00:07:58And open to navigate, you know, they Pete be unclear Waters of what our existence really means. 00:08:08You like that clip?
