On the Secret Witch Show today our guest is Simone Stevens. Sim is an intuitive energy healer, Sekhem practitioner, Psychic medium and practising witch, who is dedicated to offering healing ceremonial sessions, treatments, ritual circles and workshops to guide the mystically and spiritually curious to find their innate magic and alignment. Sim focuses her work around connection to energy and spirit, be that of Spirit realms, plants, ancient energy healing practices, divination tools, sound or crystals. Sim believes that supporting clients to work more closely with their intuition is the portal to profound, positive, and aligned change in their lives. In this episode we explored how to embrace magic and mystery and how to learn to trust our intuition - even when we are conditioned to mistrust it. We explored the common ‘Healers Journey' of initiation into the mystery (often via burnout and panic attacks), and how us feeling disconnected from our true selves is often the way we are called into our gifts. We explored the importance of stillness, honouring the natural rhythms and cycles of our bodies - and even navigating mistrust of others in our ‘spirituality' - to reclaim our innate magic. We dived into some practical steps of tuning into our ‘gut feelings', and a deeper exploration of intuition versus ego - and the importance of self-compassion along the way. What You'll Learn from this Episode: For those who long to be healers, embracing magic and mystery is vital - though we can often have wounding and fear around trusting our intuition that wants to be healed for ourselves first The mundane world can lead us sensitive souls to manifest symptoms of burn out and panic attacks which can feel like ‘rock bottom', even when we look like we've ‘got it all together'. These are actually a sign of a deeper call into our intuition and magical healing gifts - often these messy dark portals of mystery are catalysts for our deeper purpose - and a required part of the path It can be hard to open when we feel like this, and it is often in the moment where we think there's no other choice that intuition kicks in. Staying curious helps us open more fully to trusting our intuition, begin to hear our body and open to our magic - it often requires us to ‘unlearn' years of conditioning Practising stillness and carving our time for self-illumination are essential to help us tune unto our natural rhythms and intuition - and this can be cultivated with a practice Sim shares regarding listening to our ‘gut feeling', to build our ‘intuitive muscle' The more we heal self-doubt of our magic and intuition, the more others meet us in that - it can be a common fear for the Secret Witch to think that others will judge her as a ‘lunatic', but when we truly welcome our intuition, and magic, others can too It's important to hear our intuition, and it's taking aligned-action that actually heals - each time we act on synchronicities or inner nudges we are building trust in our intuitive voice Resources and things that we spoke about: Join our journey with Archetypal Luna: https://www.nicolebarton.co.uk/luna Social: Tiktok - @archetypalapothecary Instagram - @iamnicolebarton Instagram - @archetypalapothecary You Tube - https://www.youtube.com/@secretwitchsociety Join our Secret Witch Society: www.facebook.com/groups/secretwitch Simone's Email - sim@sensesbysim.co.uk Simone's Instagram - @sensesbysim Simone's Website - https://www.sensesbysim.co.uk Simone's The Intuitive Shadow Course this October 2024 - https://www.sensesbysim.co.uk/intuitioncourse-1 Thank you for listening, we'd love to know what comes alive for you in this week's episode, so please let us know. In Episode 6, I'm joined by Silke Tyler, a master healer and hypnotherapist, spiritual teacher and mentor to women around the around, an artist and a passionate gardener. Silke joins me for this conversation from her home in Tennessee and we talk about the things we sense but may lack the insight and language to understand and articulate. We explore energetics and the different ways in which energy flows in the earth, water and air are constantly influencing the physical forms we see and interact with. How the lunar cycles affect where the energy is in the plants we grow, eat and live alongside, and how by tuning into these natural rhythms of the earth we can enrich both our inner and outer worlds. We talk about the spiritual realms too, faeries and devas of the land, and Silke shares her understanding of these intangible realms. It is a conversation that stretched by thinking to its edges. On the one hand, challenging the way I understand the world which is grounded more in ecology and conservation science than in energetics and spirituality. At the same time, it's a conversation that resonates deeply with my lived experience. And we can always hold both - the things we know in one way or another, alongside those we can perhaps sense but not necessarily evidence or understand. Talking with Silke was a joy and I hope that you too embrace this conversation with an open heart and mind, connect with what resonates for you and allow other ways of seeing the world to filter into view. Whether you carry them with you or let them go is of course always up to you. Follow the show You can follow ‘Unearthing Wild Wonders' on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or your preferred platform of choice. In this episode, I explore the concept of "slow productivity" as introduced by Cal Newport. Discover how to break free from the high-stress, always-on culture of modern work by aligning with your natural rhythms and managing your energy seasonally. This episode is part of our summer series, featuring quick, actionable insights to help you implement new ideas right away. Key Takeaways Differentiate Busyness from Productivity: Busyness is high activity with low meaningful results. True productivity focuses on results, proactive effort, and brings satisfaction. Align Work with Natural Rhythms: Identify and work during your peak energy periods. Adjust tasks to fit your energy levels throughout the day. Embrace Seasonal Energy Management: Recognize and honor different seasons in life and work. Use slower periods for rest and renewal, and embrace intense work during peak seasons. Do you catch yourself measuring your worth by how much you do, and how much what you do benefits others? If you do, you're not alone. And, as our guest today, Tamu Thomas, says - it's not your fault. In her groundbreaking new book, Women Who Work Too Much: Break Free from Toxic Productivity, Tamu challenges the societal norms that glorify relentless productivity and burnout, shedding light on the systemic, emotional and psychological factors that keep women trapped in a never-ending cycle of productivity. In our conversation today, she shares practical strategies for liberation, centering cycle awareness as a way to resist the drive to do-do-do, and instead reclaim and honour our natural rhythms. We explore:How cycle awareness has enabled Tamu to find freedom from her inner critic (whilst allowing her to channel the power of her premenstrual analysis to offer critique of the systems that oppress us). What Tamu learned from her Auntie Aminatta, a Sierra Leonian international business woman about how to create a life where - as Tracee Ellis Ross says - “my life is mine”.The profound spiritual, primal breakdown and breakthrough that happened in 2017, when Tamu's body reclaimed her energy back from what she calls the ‘oppressive trinity' of white supremacy, patriarchy and capitalism.---Receive our free video training: Love Your Cycle, Discover the Power of Menstrual Cycle Awareness to Revolutionise Your Life - www.redschool.net/love---The Menstruality Podcast is hosted by Red School. Sena Maria supports women to embrace a nourished, resilient and radiantly healthy state. She uses Mineral Nutritional Balancing to rebuild our mineral heritage and get to the root of our health issues. She believes that we are only as healthy as our cells and by supporting our bodies ability to create energy and eliminate toxins efficiently, we can return to the simple, natural joy of being alive. Sena's degree in Psychology, career at Google and her subsequent studies of yoga, energy healing, shamanism, plant medicine, tools for building emotional capacity and integration, and Mineral Nutritional Balancing have led her to sit with many questions about what humanity may need at this time to heal from trauma + toxins, strengthen our families and create mineral-rich generations to come. She offers a woman-centric approach to healing with Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis utilizing it as a tool for deepening connection with one's self. Mineral balancing focuses on the overall program rather than specific diagnoses, as the program tends to work well for most people. Sena's background includes working in tech, exploring spirituality through plant medicine, and studying microdosing and ceremonial experiences. Sena's health issues led her to discover mineral balancing and the importance of addressing the body's metabolic foundations. The RCP is a one-size-fits-all protocol that focuses on increasing bioavailable copper, but Sena found that it didn't align with her belief in individualized approaches to health. Psychedelics can provide expanded perspectives and resiliency, but long-term effects and individual sensitivities should be considered. Microdosing can be beneficial for some, but long-term impacts are still unknown, and it's important to listen to your body and not rely on it as a quick fix. Minerals play interconnected roles in the body, and a balanced approach is necessary for optimal health. Fluidity in thoughts and openness to new information are important for personal growth and understanding. Calcium is often misunderstood and demonized, but it plays a crucial role in the body and should not be overlooked. Individualized approaches to health and continuous learning are key to finding what works best for you. Mineral balancing can bring women into their natural state and support their feminine energy. A slower, more nourishing approach is often beneficial for women in mineral balancing. The program can regulate hormones, improve energy levels, reduce inflammation, and alleviate symptoms such as emotional PMS and brain fog. Mineral balancing can create a sense of safety in the body and support women in their mothering roles. The journey of mineral balancing can be transformative for women, helping them feel more vital, grounded, and resilient. Mineral balancing can shift women's perspectives on their roles and relationships, leading them to embrace their feminine energy and prioritize their family. Mineral balancing programs that include a community aspect provide support and a space for women to share their experiences and learn from each other. The Radiantly Nourished membership is a 12-month mineral balancing program for women that includes monthly calls and one-on-one consultations. Mineral balancing can have a positive impact on women's menstrual cycles, fertility, and overall well-being. The program allows women to be intentional and thoughtful in their relationships, ensuring alignment with their values and desires. In this episode of the Women's Vibrancy Code, Maraya dives into the fascinating topic of embracing the natural rhythms of our menstrual cycle and how it can enhance various aspects of our lives, from leadership and libido to love and relationships. Throughout the different stages of the menstrual cycle, hormones, with progesterone being of particular significance, profoundly influence women's experiences and behaviors. Maraya underscores the far-reaching effects of progesterone, encompassing sleep patterns, mood fluctuations, sustaining pregnancy, and alleviating feelings of anxiety and depression. An essential aspect stressed by Maraya is the critical distinction between natural progesterone and progestin commonly present in contraceptive methods. By acknowledging their internal guidance and introspecting during specific phases of their cycle, women are encouraged to embrace their emotions and intuition while prioritizing their well-being and self-care, thus attaining optimal experiences and a profound sense of empowerment. Did you know nearly everything that happens in our body is affected by water? I am discovering that the quality of the water we drink has a powerful influence on our state of coherence. Following the curiosity to learn more about the Aǹalemma wand I have been using for the past few months, I reached out to their team about having them on the podcast. My intention: to learn more about the scientific data, its creation, the power of its ability to add harmony to our lives and to share the conversation with all of you. Today the CEO of Aǹalemma, Mario Brainović, is on the podcast sharing how coherent water connects us to the natural rhythms of mother earth. Hightlights from this conversation with Mario: We are basically very clever h2o. Water is a broadband obsorber, receiver and transmitter of frequencies. Incorporating coherent water creates internal harmony. Deepen consciouness by incorporating coherent water. Aǹalemma is a revolutionary tool that enhances the properties, quality and the effects of drinking water by transforming it into a coherent, liquid crystalline state. Aǹalemma assists the body's innate intelligence to heal. Benefits of Aǹalemma Increases cellular energy Revitalizes the immune system Boosts anti-inflammatory pathways Improves gut health You can support this podcast by: sharing this episode with a friend use code UNWIND for 10% off your Aǹalemma purchase https://analemma-water.com?ref=3777 use code UNWIND for 10% discount when purchasing grounding products from the Earthing Company https://www.earthing.com/?rfsn=6910104.aaacb4 visit https://www.beautifullyunwindingme.com/unwind to view other companies we are affiliated with that mimic natures nourishment from the inside out and outside in. leaving us a 5 star review share feedback on how this conversation adds value to your life subscribe to the BEautifully Unwinding Podcast so you never miss one of these powerful and impactful conversations Links + Contact Information Mentioned in this Episode: Connect with Aǹalemma Instagram: @analemmawater_ Website: https://analemma-water.com/ Connect with Tisha Instagram : @beautifullyunwinding Website: www.beautifullyunwinding.com *By listening to this podcast, you agree not to use this podcast as medical advice to treat any medical condition in either yourself or others, including but not limited to patients that you are treating. How does Natural Daylight Time, aligning our schedules with the patterns of the sun (in parts of the world where we can), nurture our well-being? Many have spoken of the benefits of no longer changing the clocks. But those of us who have lived multiple decades doing so, when we are aware of how it actually helps us, know that there are benefits to this periodic clock-changing ordeal. That ordeal is temporary, but the impacts of no longer doing so would not be trivial, and will especially impact society's most vulnerable people (the elderly, those with a disability and children) due to darkness and lingering ice well into the morning in the winter. This was tried in the mid-1970's in the U.S., and it had such adverse impacts, the decision was quickly reversed due to unintended consequences. With degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, writer, researcher, mystic and philosopher Susan Larison Danz combines logic with spirituality in all of her endeavors, sharing a free-flowing authentic, intuitive and liberating perspective with listeners. Have you ever heard of Cycle syncing? Basically, it's the idea that, unlike men who are the same energy every day, women's energy and effectiveness shifts from one type to another throughout her menstrual phases. Cycle syncing work and productivity or cycle syncing workouts and physical ambitions can give you that extra ooomph you were looking for--without the burnout! Megan Faller of the Aligned Cycle is joining us this week to discuss how Catholic Moms can manage our energy levels and productivity by working with our fertility cycle instead of against it. Join us as we more deeply embrace God's unique and beautiful design for women. Want to work with Megan? Sign up for the True Presence Challenge HERE Hi there! I'm your host, Kelsey. I started my economics career passionately helping charities and social entrepreneurs maximize their impact in the greater Washington D.C. area. But then I became a mom and finally understood what Mother Theresa meant when she said, "If you want to change the world, go home and love your family." Now I help other Catholic moms fight the good fight with routines, boundaries and home systems that let you nourish your mind, body and soul so you can show up as a calm, present parent and live an intentional life. Catholic Moms don't have to feel stressed and burned out all the time and I want to help you set yourself free so you can show up as the mom you want to be. It helps to get quiet and meditative in order to connect with Divine Flow. Our world keeps us so busy that we need to take time out to meditate and connect with Natural Rhythms in order to reset, listen for guidance or receive divine inspiration. But do you ever experience a disconnect when it's time to move from the connected meditative flow state into action? Like you have to enter the “real world” to get things done? It's difficult to stay in flow state for very long once you get up and get moving. But the “flow” is moving. It is in action and it can carry you. This is the focus of this week's Meditation & Healing Circle. We explore maintaining the focal point as we move into inspired action. Listen to this episode for a transformational healing experience. You're invited to join us LIVE for The Meditation & Healing Circle - every Sunday at 10am US ET / 7am US PT. When you join live, you can stay on after the recorded meditation for Q&A, support and discussion. http://CommunityforConsciousLiving.com

In this podcast interview, Sharon Weizenbaum, a leader in our field with over 30 years of extensive experience in classical Chinese herbology, brings us all back to the classical texts and teachings of Chinese medicine by explaining how we can use the natural rhythms of life along with the coveted classical herbal formulas to address issues with fertility and early pregnancy. Often a diagnosis of deficiency or excess is actually coming from a blockage in the body, and Sharon explains beautifully, and eloquently how this occurs. In addition, Sharon shares her more recent findings, and teachings on the powerful influence nature (especially trees) have on our health and medicine as practitioners of TCM. You won't want to miss her sessions at Symposium or this discussion. Resources: https://whitepineinstitute.org
