On today's episode we're rebooting our most popular episode of all time which focuses on rehabilitation of ACL surgery with Candace Townley Cox, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and body movement expert at Evolution Physical Therapy. Today's discussion will center around tips and tricks to optimize outcomes and some common pitfalls that may hold patients back from a full recovery.www.thesportsdocspod.comWe have some great articles for you that contribute well to our conversation on the surgical treatment of knee cartilage disease. As always, links to all of the papers that we discuss on this show can be found on our podcast website. The first article is a level 3 case-control study published in the October 2020 issue of OJSM, titled Anterior Knee Pain After Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction. Gustavo Constantino de Campos and his team in Sao Paulo, Brazil retrospectively reviewed the records of 438 patients who underwent ACL reconstruction. Anterior knee pain was reported in 6.2% of cases. Patients who underwent ACL reconstruction with a patellar tendon autograft were 3.4 times more likely to experience anterior knee pain. Also, patients who experienced an extension deficit in the post-op period were also more likely to experience anterior knee pain, with an odds-ratio of 5.3. The authors fund that anterior knee pain was not correlated with patient sex, age or surgical technique. We are joined today by Dr. Candace Townley Cox. Candace is a Colorado native who received her Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training at Nebraska Wesleyan University. Following undergrad Candace returned to Colorado as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Regis University in Denver. There, she earned her Master's degree in Sports Performance while working specifically with the Women's Volleyball and Softball teams. Candace continued her education at Regis University earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Since graduating Candace has spent countless hours in Sport Science Labs assessing movement quality, efficiency, as well as bone and muscle performance. As a movement expert, she is able to address the body's impairments both from a table assessment and from functional movement assessments.

His early aspirations were to become a physician and play as much golf as possible, but both aspirations changed.  He earned his PhD in perception and began his career at Nebraska Wesleyan University, with a series of one-year contracts making just above qualifying for food stamps. He leaves NWU for a 2-year stint at the American Psychological Association, working in Educational Affairs, and it is there where Ben begins to launch projects and make an impact nationally.  He then worked at Texas A&M University for the next 32 years, retiring in 2012.  He taught Introduction to Psychology courses with 300 students for years, but his passion and expertise is the history of psychology.  Ben is a storyteller at heart, so he is well-suited for historical studies, and psychology is clearly the beneficiary.

In our profession, we are often told that to move up, you have to move on. However, on every campus and high school, you'll find professionals who have spent most of their careers in one place. There are benefits to that experience, and perhaps we need to counter the conventional wisdom of moving from institution to institution. Of course, both of your hosts took the path of moving on, with ten institutions between us, so we are incredibly fortunate to have two guests who can share their experiences and advice with you. Jessica Sant, Chief Engagement Officer at The Lovett School in Atlanta, Georgia and Past-President of Southern ACAC talks about the benefits of years-long connections to a school and a community while charting your career path. Gordie Coffin, Director of Admissions at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska shares the experience of staying at one college through it all. As you consider your next move, it may be worth considering if it really needs to include a move. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/adlunchcast/message

On today's episode we're focusing on rehabilitation of ACL surgery with Candace Townley Cox, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and body movement expert at Evolution Physical Therapy. Today's discussion will center around tips and tricks to optimize outcomes and some common pitfalls that may hold patients back from a full recovery. We have some great articles for you that contribute well to our conversation on the surgical treatment of knee cartilage disease. As always, links to all of the papers that we discuss on this show can be found on our podcast website. The first article is a level 3 case-control study published in the October 2020 issue of OJSM, titled “Anterior Knee Pain After Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction.” Gustavo Constantino de Campos and his team in Sao Paulo, Brazil retrospectively reviewed the records of 438 patients who underwent ACL reconstruction.

Fresh Hope for Mental Health

Friends, We had an incredible podcast interview with Dr. Lubberstedt, where he discusses the rise in cases of depression, stress, and suicide among adolescents after the COVID-19 pandemic. Prevention, emotional regulation, and stress management are key measures to prevent mental health crises. Self-care is important for a healthy mind and body, as is creating a comfortable environment. Parents play an important role in the mental health of their teenagers, and Dr. Lubberstedt emphasizes the importance of listening to them. The church and Christian leaders can play a powerful role in helping young people feel heard and not silenced by their emotions. It's okay to not be okay, and our youth need to be listened to. Dr. Lubberstedt began studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center after completing college at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1999. While initially drawn to primary care, he soon realized a preference for a slower pace than family practice. As his fascination with the workings of the mind grew from various exposures to psychiatry and psychology, Dr. Lubberstedt found that his greatest satisfaction came when investigating, educating, and treating his patients who presented with emotional or behavioral problems. A career in psychiatry was a natural fit. Dr. Lubberstedt completed medical school at UNMC in 2003, and a five-year psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Creighton/UNMC in 2008. He was immediately drawn into residential treatment and relocated to Montana where he had the honor of working among a team of professionals whose sole purpose was to restore well-being to children and teenagers with such a high severity of illness that they were no longer able to live at home. He returned to his home city of Omaha in 2010, and had the opportunity of working at Alegent Creighton Health until 2014, doing a variety of work ranging from inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient work. Dr. Lubberstedt's love of outpatient psychiatric encounters led to his eventual transition to private practice. What  he enjoys most about psychiatry is the part he gets to play in restoring the health of my patients. "While there are many medical conditions that you can see with your naked eye, what I help with is no less damaging, but I feel all the more rewarding. I have the honor of helping people achieve a higher quality of life than they had before, and in many cases get to assist children and adults in maturing and flourishing into the people that God created them to be." The 1980s and '90s saw Latin American governments recognizing the property rights of Indigenous and Afro-descendent communities as part of a broader territorial policy shift. But the resulting reforms were not applied consistently, more often extending neoliberal governance than recognizing Indigenous Peoples' rights. In Negotiating Autonomy: Mapuche Territorial Demands and Chilean Land Policy (U Pittsburgh Press, 2021), Kelly Bauer explores the inconsistencies by which the Chilean government transfers land in response to Mapuche territorial demands. Interviews with community and government leaders, statistical analysis of an original dataset of Mapuche mobilization and land transfers, and analysis of policy documents reveals that many assumptions about post-dictatorship Chilean politics as technocratic and depoliticized do not apply to Indigenous policy. Rather, state officials often work to preserve the hegemony of political and economic elites in the region, effectively protecting existing market interests over efforts to extend the neoliberal project to the governance of Mapuche territorial demands. In addition to complicating understandings of Chilean governance, these hidden patterns of policy implementation reveal the numerous ways these governance strategies threaten the recognition of Indigenous rights and create limited space for communities to negotiate autonomy. The 1980s and '90s saw Latin American governments recognizing the property rights of Indigenous and Afro-descendent communities as part of a broader territorial policy shift. Kelly Bauer is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Nebraska Wesleyan University, and member of the Red De Politólogas – #NoSinMujeres. Her research and teaching examine state policy and rhetoric about Indigenous rights, irregular migration, and human security regimes in South America. She also researches pedagogy and knowledge production in political science classrooms, and migration politics and rhetoric in Nebraska. When students speak, the education world must stop and listen. That's the exciting opportunity we're presenting in the newest season of Future of School: The Podcast, in which you'll hear diverse perspectives from a number of learners whose experiences in school and their lifelong trajectories have been transformed for the better as a result of the choices they made with respect to interesting educational options. Future of School is pleased to present the Students Speak series in partnership with National School Choice Week. The series is hosted by Amy Valentine, Future of School's CEO and Education Evangelist. In the first episode, we hear from Satara Ehnes, a graduate of the Julesberg School District in Colorado and current student at Nebraska Wesleyan University. Julesberg is a small rural district of fewer than 900 students, positioned just minutes from the Nebraska border. Despite the district's small size and remote location, students have abundant opportunity to pursue their goals due to an administration that prioritizes students' individual objectives and strategically utilizes technology. In Satara's case, she determined early on that she would like to pursue a medical degree, but was also aware of the time and cost associated with such a path. Through partnerships, the district made it possible for her to graduate high school with an Associate's Degree, putting her well ahead by the time she entered a four-year university, and she is now nearing graduation and planning for medical school. Further, Satara is an advocate for the benefits of a well-rounded education that exposes students to real-world opportunities: “I didn't just learn how to read and write. I learned how to be a leader. I learned to take responsibility. I learned time management. So when I did make the transition from being in high school, living with my parents, being involved in all the extracurricular activities to the vast realities of being a young adult .. I think that really eased the transition.” Subscribe to hear more Students Speak episodes along with upcoming series from Future of School. Your body has adapted to sitting in a chair. Learn how to become strong again for life, and how to capture more power on the bike. Oh yeah, and eliminate back pain. What do masters cyclists have in common with professional cyclists? Did you hear about the study of 116 professional cyclists to see who had back pain? 58% had experienced lower back pain in the previous 12 months. 41% had sought medical attention for back pain. Unfortunately, even if you are not a professional cyclist sitting on your bicycle for 20 or more hours a week, you ARE sitting in a chair and/or a bike for 50, 60 or more hours a week, and year after year. After so many years of sitting, our bodies have adapted to the sitting position, making us older athletes susceptible to injury and pain, and making us weaker on the bike and in life. There is no time like the present to get the wheels of progress working in the right direction. A cyclist with a healthy back is a strong cyclists. I am joined today by Doug Hanna, President of Physical Therapy of Boulder (ptofboulder.com), the largest private practice in Boulder County. Doug brings over 30 years of clinical experience to his clients as well as a deep education in the field. In this episode, you'll hear predictions regarding the outlook for U.S. schools five years from now, the skills required to succeed in the future of work, why K-12 needs to innovate, and more. The episode begins with “Amy's Thoughts,” presented by host Amy Valentine (0:34). She gives a forecast for American schools, looking ahead to the year 2025. As Amy says, we're currently “building the train while we're building the tracks” for the future of school, but there are some key, simple truths we can all understand. Next is the featured interview (2:51) with Nasir Qadree, Founding Managing Partner of Zeal Capital Partners, a new Washington, D.C.-based inclusive investment vehicle focused on partnering with exceptional management teams with diverse backgrounds and skillsets bridging America's Wealth and Skills gap. Nasir describes how, societally, the way we think about resources and equity is frequently not evenly distributed across the population. Therefore, it takes a “collective village” to ensure that resources get into the hands of those who need them. He also describes the events that motivated him to pursue a career that would impact issues of equity and gives perspective on the skills that will be essential to the future of work. Following the interview, this episode's Research Insight describes the range of reasons students have chosen to diversify their educational pathways (19:13). Then, Jazy Manoukian, a Wyoming native and current college student in Virginia, explains how a Future of School scholarship has supported her educational journey. Jazy also shares her perspective on the benefits of blended learning. In the episode's final segment (24:36), FoS Student Scholarship winner Satara Enes interviews Amy Valentine. Satara, originally from Colorado, is a freshman at Nebraska Wesleyan University. In the interview, Amy discusses how she came to pursue a career in education, why there are many different ways to be a teacher, and why the K-12 education system needs to focus on innovation. Abe Shinzō is seen today through many lenses: as the longest-serving prime minister in the history of Japan; as a pragmatic leader with a consistent policy vision and a commitment to the art of statecraft; as a nationalist whose strong historical revisionist beliefs led him to make inflammatory moves that opened old wounds and antagonized Japan’s neighbors. In his new biography, The Iconoclast: Shinzō Abe and the New Japan (Hurst, 2020), Tobias Harris presents a painstakingly researched, engagingly written, and fair assessment of Abe’s political career and legacy. Beginning with Abe’s familial connection to the leaders of the Meiji Restoration, Harris show how the political dynasty linking Abe to his father Abe Shintarō and his grandfather Kishi Nobusuke played significant—and often controversial—roles in the political history of Japan dating back to the 1930s. Readers will witness Abe’s gradual rise through the ranks of the Liberal Democratic Party and his complex relationships with leading figures in both Japanese and US political circles. Harris skillfully analyzes the failure of Abe’s first premiership, the lessons he learned during his time in the political wilderness, and his path to reelection in 2012, which marked the beginning of his historic second administration. Harris’s balanced discussion of the Abe administration’s accomplishments and failures leaves no stone unturned, providing insight into everything from the Abenomics program and Abe’s efforts to revise the postwar constitution to an insider’s view of his diplomatic engagement with the Obama and Trump administrations and his attempts to improve Japan’s international relations. Readers predisposed to dislike Abe because of his revisionist perspective on Japanese history will be challenged to see him in a wider context, and Harris raises poignant questions about Abe’s missed opportunities for his champions to consider. Ye Shitao was a Taiwanese public intellectual who rose to prominence in the second half of the twentieth century. His encyclopedic A History of Taiwan Literature was published in 1987, the same year that the island’s decades-long period of martial law came to an end. The book provides a thorough overview of the major themes and representative works of each stage in the development of Taiwanese literature from the days of the Qing Dynasty through the Japanese colonial period and the postwar era up to the 1980s. Each chapter of the book discusses the historical context necessary to understand the concerns and influences shared by writers in each period, and Ye comments on both major and less prominent writers. Rather than a critical study driven by a particular theoretical approach or a central argument, the book is structured as a comprehensive reference work designed to be inclusive and accessible to specialists and non-specialists alike. Thanks to the skillful translation work of Christopher Lupke (Professor of Chinese Cultural Studies, University of Alberta) this valuable resource is now available in English for the first time. In addition to the main text, Lupke also includes voluminous footnotes contributed by two Japanese scholars who specialized in Ye Shitao’s work. Lupke’s introduction adds contextual information about Ye Shitao himself, and the translator’s epilogue traces developments in the literature of Taiwan from the time of the book’s publication in 1987 to the present. Trustees and Presidents- Opportunities and Challenges In Intercollegiate Athletics

The American Rivers Conference (ARC) was set. The President's Council had been meeting throughout the summer, tracking localized Covid-19 trends, and ensuring their safety protocols were in place. Then, in mid August, the NCAA came out with updated "Resocialization Guidelines", and announcing that fall Division III NCAA championships were cancelled. Despite their careful planning, the decision was taken out of their hands by the NCAA. What is interesting about this decision is that the NCAA did NOT do this for NCAA Division I; in fact, the confusion that exists between the Power 5 conferences about playing football and other fall sports, might have been eliminated had the NCAA been consistent. Instead, the NCAA took away the prerogative promised earlier to the Division III Conferences. My conversation with Darrin Good, President at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska takes the listener through the decisions the Conference made, and their shock in discovering that the NCAA would suddenly take the decision out of their hands late in the summer. Dr. Good told Omaha.com: ""We are extremely disappointed that our football, volleyball and men's and women's soccer teams will not compete this fall," Nebraska Wesleyan President Darrin Good said. "Nebraska Wesleyan, along with the other eight American Rivers Conference schools, have worked tirelessly for the past several months to plan and implement the necessary protocols that would create a safe environment for our fall sports' student-athletes, and we were confident in our protocols." Good pointed out that the ARC was the last of 44 NCAA Division III conferences to postpone fall sports. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/karen-weaver/message

Lori attended Nebraska Wesleyan University prior to working towards her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University Of Nebraska Medical Center which she received in 1995. Although Lori first met Ron Hruska at a dinner party through a mutual friend, it wasn’t until she heard him lecture on Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMD) at UNMC that she recognized his unique way of thinking. Lori would go on to complete her last clinical rotation at St. Elizabeth’s Regional Medical Center in the Physical Therapy department which was under the director of Ron at the time. After starting with a Geriatric population at Bryan Medical Center. She then shifted her career into Home Health rehab where she spent more time centered around each patient & their individual needs. Lori then moved to North Dakota and accepted her first Outpatient Role, taking a job at Riverview Health in Crookston, MN. She quickly attended Myokinematic Restoration sharing a table with PRC’s Karen Jiran & Carrie Langer, as a result her PRI journey quickly began. After successful outcomes started to occur and patient success increased, she was encouraged to attend Advanced Integration for the first time. Shortly after attending Advanced Integration and seeing the first PRC class go through credentialing, Lori worked towards the same goal. In 2005 Lori earned her Postural Restoration Certified Credential as part of the second class. In 2006, Lori was hired at the Hruska Clinic. In 2010 Lori was asked to work with PRC, Heather Engelburt, to help develop what would later become the Pelvis Restoration course. As a result Lori would become faculty and continue to teach this newly created course. Lori is recognized for creating the annual Hruska Clinic shoe list. Her passion and experience as a runner and her clinical experience working from the ground up led Lori to focus on proper foot mechanics and footwear for each patient’s individual needs. PRI Orthotics are used in helping patients to find and feel their Heel, Arch & Toes but proper shoes are continually fit to aid in this process. When not in the clinic Lori enjoys traveling & attending Husker Football games & time with her dog Oakley. She continues to take part in community outreach and volunteers on a regular basis.

Website: www.buyblackpodcast Follow: @buyblackpodcast From the founder: My name is Gerald Jones. I'm the voice behind BuyBlack Podcast, and this project is the opening drive toward accomplishing my life's mission. In the summer of 2016 I had just graduated with a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University. I had been very successful in my consulting job over the previous six years, but I was hungry to learn about entrepreneurship and start a business of my own. The initial plan was to lean on my expertise in training and performance to start a small consulting firm, but on July 5th, 2016 it became clear that my mission was meant to be much larger than that. The murders of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile affected me more deeply than any previous similar events. In their wake, I knew that whatever project I developed needed to have the goal of contributing to long-term positive change for the Black Community. It took nine months of trial and error before the BuyBlack Podcast idea materialized, but today the mission is clear. Together, you and I will use this platform to reshape our Community, this nation, and the world. Let's Get Started! If you've listened to the show, you know how important I believe it is to define your Mission, articulate your Vision, and abide by a set of written Core Values in order to achieve success in anything. Buy Black Podcast emerged from a dark place but has elevated lives worldwide. Founder Gerald Jones shares his experience as a new podcaster, the challenges he faced and his hope for the next generation of innovators. So, here they are for BuyBlack Podcast. If you ever wonder why this project exists, what it's here to accomplish, or if you want to help somebody else "Get It", you can always return to this page for the answers. Show Notes Deb Mashek (@DebMashekHXA) is the new executive director of Heterodox Academy. She is currently professor of psychology at Harvey Mudd College, but will be leaving that position to serve full time as executive director. We talk about her career and her three priorities for 2018. Selected Quote "I regularly have students and colleagues swinging by for closed-door conversations where they say things like, 'There is this question I wanted to ask in class, or there’s an idea I wanted to raise in a meeting, but I didn’t feel comfortable with doing so because other people might tell me that I’m being ridiculous, or that it's an offensive question.' And that has a very chilling effect on inquiry and on the pursuit of knowledge."   Transcript This is a professional transcript but it may contain errors. Please do not quote it without verification. Chris Martin: My guest today is Deb Mashek. She’s the new Executive Director of Heterodox Academy and this is her first appearance on our podcast. Deb also goes by Debra. I mentioned that if you want to search for her scholarly publications. She’s currently a tenured Professor of Psychology at Harvey Mudd College and despite being very happy with her job there, she has decided to leave and join us here at Heterodox Academy. You can follow her on Twitter, @DebMashekHxA. So here is Deb Mashek. Welcome to the show and welcome to Heterodox Academy. Debra Mashek: Thank you. It’s a pleasure to be here. Chris Martin: Well, thanks for joining us for this episode and congratulations on your appointment. So you’re currently a Professor of Psychology at Harvey Mudd. But you started out studying psychology, biology and women studies. So tell me a bit about how you got from there to where you are right now. Debra Mashek: Yeah. So I was an undergrad at Nebraska Wesleyan University where as you mentioned, I was studying bio-psychology and women studies and then from there, I moved on to Stony Brook University where I received my MA and my PhD in Social Psychology with an emphasis in quantitative methods and my expertise developed there in close relationships and I studied the self-expansion model. The idea there is that through relationships, we take on the resources, the identities and the perspectives of other people and then ultimately increase our own agency in the world through interpersonal connection. Since then I’ve applied that theoretical frame to the study of romantic relationships and incarcerated people, college students and also inter-institutional collaborations. So after Stony Brook, I went on for a three-year research fellowship at George Mason and then as you mentioned in 2005, made the move to Harvey Mudd College, which is a small liberal arts school in Claremont, California. We’re very STEM-focused and we’re one of the Claremont Colleges, which includes Pomona, Scripps, Pitzer, Claremont McKenna, Harvey Mudd, Claremont Graduate University and Keck Graduate Institute. Chris Martin: So last year you applied to our director position at Heterodox Academy. What made you decide to do that? Debra Mashek: It’s a great question. So I’m at this job I absolutely love working with students and colleagues who just wow me every single day and I’m getting ready to leave it and so the question is, “Why in the world would I do such a thing?” and the answer has to do with I am worried about what I’m seeing in the broader landscape of higher ed. You know, given my relationships work,

Molly Kroeker starter her career in skincare having spent many years exposed to the sun. Not a better time to have this conversation than in the heat of this summer. In today’s podcast, Molly talks to us about what you need to know about skincare, what is the basic regime to follow, what ingredients are a MUST to avoid, how to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and achieve a healthy glow, and what are the current skincare trend do’s and don’ts. Did you know that you should start wearing eye cream at the age of 13? Neither did we. Listen in for great info on how to take care of the skin your face and your entire body. “Skincare Trends- The Hots and the Nots”   What do we need to know about skincare? Before hitting the pillowcase take your make up off. And in the morning, take your pillowcase off! People need to know what ingredients to look for on the back of the bottle. This is where we need to start. Avoid these ingredients: -Parabens make product last 20 to 30 years. There are many types. Three of the top ones are in Cetaphil, and methyl paraben is one of the biggest one you’ll see out there. -Propyl Glycol (anti-freeze) is in most products. -Mineral oil- has many names. It’s a carcinogenic a byproduct of petroleum. It’s allowed in the US but banned in European guidelines. What you put on your skin is absorbed in 26 seconds.   How to Maintain a Youthful Glow Cleanser- you need a cleanser that will remove dirt and makeup, for both men and women. When you rinse off the cleanser you want to keep the skin PH balance. If you just soap and water, you’re leaving your face in an alkaline space because soap is highly alkalined. That’s why we need a toner. Toner- to restore PH of skin back to a 5.5, with no alcohol in it. Eye cream- start using it when you’re 13. Dot it on the orbital bone you feel below your eye. Don’t touch beneath your eye or pull on it. Moisturize- use a day moisturizer, it’s your protector. Use one with SPF in it. At night you need something that is going to correct your skin, so it replenishes the water you lose during the day. Facial serums are an added punch. They’re typically more expensive than the other items, but they do the most work for wrinkles and lines on our face.   How to wash your face? Keep the product on your hand and don’t put it on a washcloth because you lose a lot of product. Get a little bit of water and little circles all over your face. Just rinse it off with a cheap wash cloth, it helps exfoliate when you wash.   What if you work out? Twice a week use an exfoliator to remove the skin cells and the sweat. Sweat is a toxin. It’s good to do even if you don’t work out and sweat. Something with microbeads. Nothing that will scratch your face.   Can we erase wrinkles, or minimize them? In a natural way, a lot of products will minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, so that you do not see them. They usually have a stable form of Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. This is a really hot product in skin care right now.   Trends in skincare: The bad: Injectables are being used at a very young age…teens and early 20s! They’re quick to jump on the bandwagon of different things. Diet has a huge impact on our skin, so go that route. Tanning bed usage is huge, don’t do it! Over exfoliating is also being abused. Use it twice a week, not twice a day.   The good: Anything with hyaluronic acid. Orange stem cells.     Skincare For Your Entire Body…Lotions! The bad: For your entire body, watch out for lotions with parabens, and propyl gylcol, Sodium laureth sulfate. The sun, stay out of it and use protection. Smoking. Even if you say you don’t smoke, the rest of us can tell if you do.   The good: Exfoliate your skin twice a week. Make sure they’re natural. Drink half your body weight in water. Superfoods improves the appearance of your skin like avocados, berries, kale, spinach and mangoes. Helps your skin glow more. After washing use a body oil with a moisturizer in it.     Hacks for Beautiful Skin for a Big Event or Photo Shoot: For dark circles: lots of water, something with kojic acid and Vitamin K…and LOTS of water! Did we mention, lots of water? Glowing face, something with a stable form of vitamin A, or retinol, or peptides, or orange stem cells or hyaluronic acid. If you can find a European company with very few ingredients, you’ve got a good product.     Molly’s 3 Habits to Ensure Her Health Journey Drink half your weight in water daily. Put it in your fridge so you remember. Sleep. It is SO important. Eat nutrient dense food. Eat the color of the rainbow and as much green as possible in the morning.   15 Day Fat Loss Kick Start Ebook Download your FREE copy here!! DOWNLOAD!   Check your email.
