Julie & Brandy survived their first week of 'Nightmare on Strip Street' shows in Denver. They are exhausted, sober, and altitude-stupid, but nothing could stop them from celebrating the unexpected gift of the MAGA-verse finally turning on Donald Trump!!! The whole thing is unprecedented, unpredictable, and it probably won't last... But Julie & Brandy are holding out hope that the Democrats can keep this going until the midterms next November, and win back the majority vote in Congress. And it's all thanks to one disgusting little man: Jeffrey Epstein. *******CHECK OUT FREE EPISODES OF JULIE & BRANDY'S PATREON PODCASTFOLLOW JULIE ON INSTAGRAMFOLLOW BRANDY ON INSTAGRAMEMAIL! He has spent the past 25 years speaking to audiences in all 50 states, on over 1000 college and high school campuses, at hundreds of professional and academic conferences, and to community groups across the nation. He has also lectured internationally in Canada and Bermuda, and has trained corporate, government, law enforcement and medical industry professionals on methods for dismantling racism in their institutions. Wise's antiracism work traces back to his days as a college activist in the 1980s, fighting for divestment from (and economic sanctions against) apartheid South Africa. After graduation, he threw himself into social justice efforts full-time, as a Youth Coordinator and Associate Director of the Louisiana Coalition Against Racism and Nazism: the largest of the many groups organized in the early 1990s to defeat the political candidacies of white supremacist and former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke. From there, he became a community organizer in New Orleans' public housing, and a policy analyst for a children's advocacy group focused on combatting poverty and economic inequity. He has served as an adjunct professor at the Smith College School of Social Work, in Northampton, MA., and from 1999-2003 was an advisor to the Fisk University Race Relations Institute in Nashville, TN. I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Wednesday morning, the 16th of July, 2025, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. We start in the Gospel of Luke 12:8-9: “Also I say to you, whoever confesses Me before men, him the Son of Man also will confess before the angels of God.” Verse 9, now this is a very serious one: “But he who denies Me before men will be denied before the angels of God.” Then Romans 1:16 says, Paul says: “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.” There is no room in the Kingdom of God for secret agent Christians! You either have to put your hand up and stand up for the Lord or you must deny Him because you will not speak up for Him, and I think that is one of the most important things for us to do in these last days. People are desperate to hear the truth. And you say, “If I am vocal in the workplace about Jesus, I might get fired.” Yes, you might but you might not. You might win others to Christ. It takes courage to stand up in public for the Lord. I am always so deeply touched when I see international sport, like football or rugby, and I see some of the players, not all of them, they run onto the field and they kneel, in the presence of crowds of fifty thousand people, and they are praying, and they are making a statement that they are not ashamed of the Gospel.I can hear somebody saying, “Ja, but you don't have to go and blurt it out.” Folks, let's get real. Let's get back to the scripture verse where the Lord says, “If you are ashamed of me before men, I will be ashamed of you before my Heavenly Father.” As a Christian, we have got to be prepared to stand up in all situations. I am thinking of young people particularly today. You know, when you get older, it's easier to be outspoken for Christ because people know who you are and what you stand for, but when you are a young girl or a young man at university and people are having a big party and you say, “Sorry I don't do that.” “Are you one of those Christians?” And you say, “Yes, actually, I am, and that is why I don't do it”. That takes a lot of courage. But the good news is that God honours that statement that you make. God will bless you because you stand up for His Son, and that is exactly what He is expecting from both of us, so today, I don't know who I am speaking to, but there is an opportunity today to make a difference and tell people that you are a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ because He is your Lord and Saviour.Today, stand up for the Lord because He also will stand up for you!Jesus bless you and goodbye.

https://youtu.be/9PCQRzAMohQ Podcast audio: As the Ayn Rand Institute marks its 40th anniversary, its mission to spread Objectivism through education has never been more urgent. In his 2025 Objectivist Summer Conference presentation, "Spreading Objectivism: A Vision for ARI's Future," President and CEO Tal Tsfany laid out a bold vision of the “big swings” ARI is taking to bring Objectivism into the cultural mainstream. At the heart of this expansion are major advances in ARI's educational offerings. Tsfany announced that ARI is ahead of schedule in pursuing accreditation for a Master of Arts in Objectivist Studies, aiming to become an accredited university by 2028. Meanwhile, the new ARI Live Courses program will offer quarterly classes at dramatically reduced prices. And a newly launched Intellectual Incubator will help students develop as intellectual entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, ARI is scaling its cultural outreach. The Books for Teachers program aims to distribute 500,000 books annually by 2026 utilizing a streamlined ordering system. Supporting this outreach is a new AI-enabled Institute website launching this fall, which will provide personalized learning tracks for 750,000 annual visitors. To further Rand's vision of an alliance between businessmen and intellectuals, ARI launched the Atlas Circle, invitation-only intellectual retreats bringing together leading businessmen and Objectivist thinkers. The Circle's first publication, Profit Without Apology: The Need to Stand Up for Business, calls on productive businessmen to push back against moral vilification. ARI's crowning project will be the Ayn Rand Center in Austin, TX, opening September 2, 2028. In addition to improved archival storage for the Ayn Rand Archives, the center will feature a cutting-edge interactive introduction to Rand's novels, the Ayn Rand Immersive Experience. As Tsfany emphasized, these bold initiatives represent the unity of thought and action that Rand envisioned, scaled for our time. To learn more about ARI's efforts to fight for your values, watch Tal Tsfany's 2025 OCON talk.

As usual, most of these claims fail to take the first century timetable into consideration, which makes them (of course) apply everything to their own day and things they are reading or hearing on the internet.
