Airy Groove on Gtownradio.com, Mary Truth Serum Pitts, CEO of Prophetic Presentations and Co-host of The Broke N Truth show on Gtownradio.com. Rev. Ann Colley, Clinical Therapist, was our phone guest, and Papa Pitts from North Carolina chimed in. The Fam and our guests dissected the epidemic of the School to Prison pipeline, the systematic problem where our Public Schools are more apt to criminalize our children/students' inappropriate conduct, as opposed to making real efforts to educate and train our children. Rep Harris suggested that the problem starts at the top with our elected officials but also includes each and every one of us. Ian chimed in that our School Districts need the funds and the trained professionals in place to even begin to plug the pipeline, Mary Truth Serum Pitts challenged all of us to do our parts, bring our expertise our passion as individuals; Ann Colley challenged that we each of us need to recognize the root of our challenges, particularly Black Folk, and work within and round those challenges.
