This week's show brought to you by: MAS Iron Outside of training deficiencies, low iron is one of the most common reasons for poor results during workouts and races. Recent research indicates that almost 56% of male runners and 86% of female runners suffer from an iron deficiency that severely hampers performance. The problem with eating iron-rich foods or supplementing with traditional iron supplements is that iron is notoriously difficult for the body to absorb and utilize. In fact, only about 25% of dietary iron found in animal sources is absorbed while 17% or less of the iron from plant sources is absorbed. But MAS Iron has found a way to combat these absorption issues to ensure you can get the iron you need for health and performance. By combining the most efficiently absorbed form of elemental iron with clinically proven ingredients to aid in absorption, MAS Iron performs like no other iron product on the market. In fact, clinical research has shown the combination of ingredients in MAS Iron can quadruple absorption and increase bioavailability by 30%, all while reducing GI issues by 50%. Check out the research and the results for yourself at masedge.com/iron. Runnersconnect fans will automatically save 20% on any purchase. Fatty15 The benefits of Omega-3 fatty acids are widely espoused, and rightfully so, in almost every healthy diet in the world. The problem is that Omega-3 supplements face a lot of issues. MANY WOMEN COACHES ARE LEECHES ON THE PAIN BODIES OF THE WOMEN THEY COACHThese coaches firmly embody the RESCUER position on the Victimhood triangle. The Rescuer position is the most clever. It is the most camouflaged. It is the most sinister. The Rescuer is the one who is most adept at lying and deceiving. The Rescuers commit their robberies in broad day light, in plain sight of the people they are stealing from and still manage to get away with. They are brilliant. It really is something to watch this open-air theft occurring all over the place. The Rescuer manages this open-view robbery through superlative camouflage. The Rescuer has superb mastery in being the wolf in sheep's clothing. It's the robber who comes to do their job dressed as a police officer or an EMT worker. The Rescuer is so successful at what they do, because they have learned how to LIE WITH THE TRUTH! This requires great intelligence and skill to do!The rescuer, like a good magician, accomplishes their feat by controlling their victim's focus and attention. The rescuer manipulates you by telling you what you are so desperate to hear. By doing so they in fact make you a willing participant in the robbery. It may be even wrong to say they rob you. They can be so convincing, that by the time they are done with you, you voluntary hand over to them your wallet and watch and jewelry.— Om RupaniOmRupani.orgwww.OmRupani.org

The FDA makes it official today. If you're over 50 and want a second COVID booster shot from Pfizer or Moderna you can get it now. The CDC is also recommending it. But is the data really there? Will it be free for everyone? We go In Depth into the decision behind the approval. New reports reveal a big mystery from the White House on January 6th, 2021--the day of the Capitol Hill riot. They say there's a major gap in the phone logs from former President Trump. Was Mr. Trump really not using his phone that whole time? Will Smith escapes legal punishment but what about punishment from the Oscars? A big meeting tomorrow could make history or could be not much of anything. Officials from Russia and Ukraine meet for peace talks in Turkey. There's some progress too but will it create enough momentum for peace? We go In Depth. We head to Ukraine where we talk to a journalist who was writing about culture and issues of the day but is now focused on helping people struggling during the war. In episode #165 of the Glass and Out Podcast, we're joined by Theresa Feaster, who is the Director of Hockey Operations for the Providence College men's hockey team; she also represented Team USA as a video coach for the past two World Junior Championships. Feaster grew up in a hockey household, as her dad Jay was the former General Manager of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Calgary Flames, which included a Stanley Cup in 2004 with the Bolts. Despite the connection and no playing background, it was while attending Providence College as a student that she got her first chance at a role in hockey. After volunteering under head coach Nate Leaman for four seasons by taking on various roles, such as breaking down video and stat tracking, she was promoted to a full-time role as a player coordinator in 2016. After two seasons, she would take on the role of Director of Hockey Operations, which includes providing video and statistical support and analysis for the coaching staff. During her time on Leaman's staff, the Friars captured the program's first NCAA Championship in 2015 and made a return trip to the Frozen Four in 2019. In addition, Feaster was a part of Team USA's Gold Medal entry at the 2021 World Junior Championships and returned to Edmonton with Team USA at this year's tournament, which unfortunately was postponed due to the pandemic. Find out why volunteering is an important aspect of starting any career, her process of learning the ropes as a video coach, and her tips for operating a successful program behind the scenes.

Michelle is the Founder of Elevate Life Coaching and a Clinical Pharmacist at Keck Medical Center of USC who graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy from St. John's University. She is an International Motivational Speaker, a Visibility Confidence Coach, a Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, an Associate Certified Coach, a Certified Professional Coach, a Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, a Certified Cor. E Transition Dynamic Specialist, and the Author of “Perfectly Normal: An Immigrant's Story of Making It in America.” Michelle is an expert in helping Women Coaches and Thought Leaders in taking a step forward and unstuck from setbacks in life and in business to tell better stories and be brave to get seen, heard and hired! Michelle Kuei was an 11-year-old student in rural Taiwan when a car running a red light completely altered her life's trajectory. Through the long and painful process of recovery, Kuei made surprising discoveries about loss, identity, and personal strength—revelations that helped guide her through her journey as an immigrant to the United States. With radical honesty bolstering her storytelling, Kuei shows us how positive transformation can happen when we let go of self-pity, embrace our flaws, and learn to love ourselves. Michelle and I have a great conversation about her journey, what it means to be authentic, overcoming adversity to achieve greatness, and how to cultivate courage as your everyday habit. On today's episode, I'm talking to lacrosse coach Kristen Stuckel.Today's a little bit of a special episode for me and I'm excited to end the year on this personal note. Coach Stuckel is the head women's lacrosse coach at Muhlenberg College, and she was my coach! I was a freshman at Muhlenberg during her first year there and she recruited me as a walk-on who had never played before in order to be able to field a varsity team. Don't worry, we go into that story in the episode! I have personally learned so much from Coach (and you'll see, I have a near inability to call her by her first name!), and being able to interview her for this podcast has only made me realize how much more I learned from her than I even realized. She really did inspire me and set an example of what it means to be a strong, competent, and capable woman leader who cares about the young women she works with. Ok, back to her history… while Kristen was a two-sport athlete in college, she didn't graduate with plans to coach professionally. Instead, she made the leap to coaching a few years after college when she was recruited by her coach and mentor, and she never looked back. As a coach, Kristen makes sure that her athletes learn how to grow and adapt on and off the field. We talk about:Helping women to excel in their lives beyond sportsExploring all parts of the job early in your careerStaying in touch with your mentorsTo get the latest tools to help you build your own career right now, check out these FREE resources at Madam Athlete:Negotiation: Grab your worksheet to prepare yourself for your next negotiationGoal-Setting Mini Course: Get started in the FREE Goal-Setting mini-course today!Managing Perfectionism: Download my 3 favorite exercises to fight off perfectionismBook Club: Sign up here to join the book clubGraceful Self-Promotion: Snag your free guide to graceful self-promotion for womenKeep an eye out for new content or let us know what you'd like to see next by following us on social:Instagram: @theMadamAthleteFacebook: @MadamAthleteTwitter: @MadamAthlete

We all know that in order to attract a client we need to be a giver. This is common sense. But do we know HOW to give AND lead with a give? That's a skill that must be learned. This video is a great way to get started learning how to lead with a give. Giving is an art that takes patience and perseverance. But the results are worth it. ---------------------------------------------------------------- ———————————— ✅

I hear this a lot: " Michelle, But I want to keep it general. I don't want to leave anyone out." But the truth is when you don't have a specific Niche, you are making it really hard for those who REALLY want to work with you out. They come across your social media copy and they are confused about what is it that you can do for them. How do I know this? I've been there, done that. I thought keeping it general would give me a better chance to work with anyone who is looking to hire me. And then it finally hit me when people aren't RSVP when I have events, I had a hard time growing my audience, and even when I finally did have an audience, they weren't engaging enough to sign up with me. The solution? Narrow your niche! You are not responsible to serve EVERYBODY. You are only responsible for the clients who can truly benefit from working with you. Need to get seen, get heard, and get hired sooner? Join me in my community at The Visibility Confidence Lounge for Women Coaches.

We are what we think we are.we see the world as we are not as it is. Who we think or believe we are is our perception on who we are, this perception is built within us since our early childhood, how we were raised, who were our parents, how we were treated when we were children, our culture, how our teachers believed in us or not etc. Then we grow up and our fundamental beliefs of ourselves unconsciously guide our lives and we become not necessarily what we are destined to be but who we think we can be. Limiting beliefs, fears, self sabotage behaviors doesn't only keep us complacent but actually hold us backThis episode touches on our own limiting beliefs, the negativity that we inherit of no fault of our ownand how simple 2 words, 3 letters can help you change your life to an amazing fulfilled life - the power of "I AM"Please join us in the podcast, or contact us at: info@reinventyourselftogreatness.comSubscribe to our website : http://www.reinventyourselftogreatness.com
Every entrepreneur gets into business ready to conquer the world. They put all their efforts, time, and sometimes money in their start-up. They work and work for long hours and very hard. Statistics show that 80% of small businesses fail. In my experience as a Business coach what I see is that entrepreneurs get into their own heads and start suffering from tunnel vision and start building their business based on what they love, what they feel important, what they feel is a great idea just to fail in few months, a year or two ifthey can self sustain their business that longMany wonder why does that happen? Entrepreneurs feel they did their best, they had the best idea, they put their best efforts and money and still do not get anywhereIn this episode, we wil discuss 4 main reasons why entrepreneurs fail and do not achieve their goalsPlease listen to the Podcast and let me know if you have anything more to add the reasons why entrepreneurs failinfo@reinventyourselftogreatness.com

What a show. Aubrey was supposed to come on at the top, texted and said he had to postpone till tomorrow because he was going on with Tucker Carlson. In the mean time we talk MLB, Nascar and more, plus Miss Robin has a Florida update that has tongues wagging!THEN, Aubrey texts saying Tucker blew him off, but he's at the SPA. Our response? Come on anyway! So we had Aubrey live, from a Chaise Lounge, in the buff, with a waterfall in the background, talking about what the Giants did to him, how he feels about all SORTS of things, and Miss Robin clearly does not agree with him.But guess what? It was civil. We didn't hang up on him. Amazing!Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/tony-bruno-show/donations
