Today's case study is one of the most creative launch strategies we've covered this year. Brittany Roberts sold out a new VIP group program and generated $17,500 in revenue in 72 hours through Instagram's Close Friends feature. Here's how it worked: over 250 people opted into a three-day private training series by requesting to be added to Brittany's Close Friends on Instagram, and then tuned in daily to her Instagram stories. At the end of the 3 day mini-series, she pitched her offer only to that Close Friends list. No public posts or email sequences. With buying cycles getting longer and traditional launch strategies like webinars and 7-10 days of follow-up sales emails leaving entrepreneurs burnt out, Brittany's results show what's possible when you simplify your sales process, create proximity and exclusivity with your audience, and strategically position free content to lead to your paid solution. What if meetings stopped draining your time and instead became engines for action? That's the question driving Christoph Fleischmann, CEO of Arthur AI, and the conversation in today's episode of Tech Talks Daily. Christoph has spent his career at the intersection of human potential and technology, and now he's leading a company that wants to change how enterprises actually get work done. Arthur AI isn't another tool to add to the stack. It's a digital co-worker—an intelligent presence that joins meetings, captures knowledge, and keeps teams aligned across time zones and formats. Whether in XR spaces, on the web, or through conversational interfaces, Arthur AI blends real-time and asynchronous collaboration. The aim is to replace endless, inefficient meetings with something more dynamic: an environment where humans and AI collaborate side by side to deliver outcomes. This conversation goes beyond theory. Christoph shares how Fortune 500 companies are already using Arthur AI to align global strategies, manage complex transformations, and modernize learning and development programs. He explains how their platform is built on enterprise-grade security and a flexible, LLM-agnostic architecture—critical foundations for companies wary of vendor lock-in or compliance risks. We also touch on the cultural shift of inviting AI to take a real seat at the table. From interviewing and project management to knowledge sharing, Arthur AI represents a new category of work experience, one where digital co-workers support people rather than replace them. For leaders tired of meetings that go nowhere and knowledge trapped in silos, this episode offers a glimpse of what smarter, faster collaboration looks like at scale. Could the blueprint for the future of digital work already be here? ********* Visit the Sponsor of Tech Talks Network: Land your first job in tech in 6 months as a Software QA Engineering Bootcamp with Careerist https://crst.co/OGCLA

David Reeves once believed his role in missions was to give generously to the ministries he knew. But after a moment of full surrender as a young man, God redirected his path toward a life of hands-on impact that would ripple across missions, Bible translation, and church planting worldwide. Starting out with an electrical engineering degree, David first served in tech support for a missionary aviation organization—work that eventually led him to leadership as general manager and later president. Today, he serves as the President and CEO of unfoldingWord, where he is pioneering a church-centered approach to Bible translation. With more than 40 years of international leadership experience across cultures and sectors, David offers a rare perspective on how God weaves together innovation, missions, and radical generosity. Under his leadership, unfoldingWord is equipping local churches to translate Scripture into their own languages using open-source tools—shifting Bible translation from centralized projects to sustainable, grassroots movements led by the global Church. Major Topics Include: Using business as a means to access Scripture and the gospel in challenging places The providential story of Unfolding Word Making the local church the hero of the story The seven key ideas of the Church-centric Bible translation model Turbo-charging church planting movements with Bible translation Why having Scripture in someone's heart language is important Unfolding Word's impact on the Bible translation ecosystem The benefits of the Creative Commons licensing model Increasing Scripture engagement Difficult lessons in trusting God QUOTES TO REMEMBER “From Pentecost to Revelation, the entire narrative is about the church.” “How do we make the local church the hero of the story?” “If we ever hope to finish the Great Commission in our lifetime, we have to stand on the centrality of the Church.” “The Church operates in a healthy form as a complex network.” “Persecution often creates unity movements. People don't care what your denomination or your background is. If you're in the midst of persecution, you're a loved and welcomed bother or sister in Christ.” “The most effective way to share the gospel is in the heart language.” “The heart language of a community is the language of weddings and funerals.” “Bible translation's proper place belongs to the Church as a tool for discipleship and church planting.” “Our passion is to empower modern-day ‘Pauls' and church planters to help them to complete the Great Commission.” “There is no Scripture engagement problem. It's integral to church-centric Bible translation.” LINKS FROM THE SHOW Unfolding Word Wycliffe Bible Translators (see our interview with CEO John Chesnut) Loving the Church, Blessing the Nations by George Miley 2414 Network Biblica Open Bible Stories What Happens When Christians and Muslims Translate Scripture Side by Side (Christianity Today) Every Tribe, Every Nation and IllumiNations Bible Translation Alliance (see our interview with Todd Peterson or John Chesnut) Letting Go – UnfoldingWord's publication on licensing The Finish Line Community Facebook Group The Finish Line Community LinkedIn Group BIBLE REFERENCES FROM THE SHOW Revelation 7:9 | A Great Multitude from Every Nation After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 2 Timothy 2:2 | Teaching Teachers and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also. The carbon removal industry stands at a crucial crossroads. While cutting emissions remains essential, avoiding catastrophic warming now requires pulling billions of tons of CO2 from the atmosphere permanently. But as this nascent field grapples with questions of legitimacy, scalability, and accountability, a critical challenge remains: How do we build the infrastructure needed to track, verify, and certify that carbon has actually been removed and stays removed? Meet Hannes Junginger-Gestrich, CEO of Carbonfuture, a company helping define the monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) infrastructure that could transform carbon removal from scattered efforts into a functioning ecosystem. Launched five years ago, Carbonfuture has emerged as what CDR.fyi describes as "the largest facilitator of durable carbon removal" by volume. The company's digital platform integrates data across the carbon removal life cycle, connecting diverse approaches like biochar, enhanced rock weathering, and direct air capture with buyers seeking to meet climate commitments. "We are probably more the crowd, the ground keepers in a stadium that makes sure that everything is provided properly," Hannes explains, using a sports analogy to describe their role: "We are the ground keepers in a stadium [who ensure] the players have a playing field that's in shape and no one gets hurt, and the audience can come and they pay their tickets and have a good experience."The MRV infrastructure becomes crucial as corporate demand for verified carbon removal grows and trust becomes currency. One of the most interesting aspects of the conversation centers on balancing data confidentiality with transparency needs, particularly when collecting data along industrial value chains from agricultural residue producers to biochar processors to end users. Perhaps most telling is Junginger-Gestrich's unwavering commitment to scientific rigor over short-term economic gains: "We never had to trade off between rigor and allowing a not so good project on our platform for economic reasons. We always lean to the scientific and rigorous side." This philosophy has guided Carbonfuture's work with leading buyers like Microsoft, helping develop increasingly sophisticated approaches to carbon removal verification. While Junginger-Gestrich expresses concern about delayed emission reductions globally, he remains optimistic about carbon removal scaling: "I think we will be on the path to the gigatons by 2040 for sure." His vision emphasizes ecosystem thinking over vertical integration, aiming to drive down costs while creating network effects that could accelerate the entire field. As governments worldwide grapple with climate policy, the monitoring, reporting, and verification systems companies like Carbonfuture are developing now may well determine the success of our collective effort to reverse climate change. Guest speaker Shane Winnings, CEO of Promise Keepers and former missionary, delivers a powerful message at Godspeak Calvary Chapel from Philippians 1, challenging believers to endure trials with unwavering faith and to live for Christ's glory rather than worldly pursuits. Reflecting on his military and police background, including a grueling Seattle Marathon with a rucksack, Winnings emphasizes that true spiritual strength emerges through suffering, drawing parallels to Paul's joy in prison. He urges the congregation to shift their perspective from fitting Christ into life's plans to making Him the pursuit, using the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego's resolve to trust God “even if” He doesn't deliver. Winnings' closing prayer calls for repentance and a renewed focus on Christ, aligning with Godspeak's mission of biblical application and cultural engagement.Reference VersesProverbs 11 verse 30, Matthew 13 verses 3–23, Romans 5 verses 3–5, Psalm 139 verse 8, Matthew 6 verses 25–34, Philippians 1 verses 1–30, Philippians 2 verses 14–16, 1 John 3 verse 2, 1 John 4 verse 17, John 17 verse 3, Romans 6 verse 23, Proverbs 16 verse 9, Daniel 3 verses 16–18, 1 Peter 4 verse 12, Matthew 19 verse 24Make sure you subscribe to this channel and follow us on all our platforms to always stay up to date with our latest content! And you can always head over to our website for any general information! https://godspeak.comPrayer/NeedsIf you have any needs, or have a willingness to be used to meet various need in the body, please email info@godspeak.com. Here's the thing. Most enterprise AI talk today starts with chatbots and ends with glossy demos. Meanwhile, the data that actually runs a business lives in rows, columns, and time stamps. That gap is where my conversation with Vanja Josifovski, CEO of Kuma.ai, really comes alive. Vanja has spent two and a half decades helping companies turn data into decisions, from research roles at Yahoo and Google to steering product and engineering at Pinterest through its IPO and later leading Airbnb Homes. He's now building Kuma.ai to answer an old question with a new approach: how do you get accurate, production-grade predictions from relational data without spending months crafting a bespoke model for each use case? Vanja explains why structured business data has been underserved for years. Images and text behave nicely compared to the messy reality of multiple tables, mixed data types, and event histories. Traditional teams anticipate a prediction need, then kick off a long feature engineering and modeling process. Kuma's Relational Foundation Model, or RFM, flips that script. Pre-trained on a large mix of public and synthetic data warehouses, it delivers task-agnostic, zero-shot predictions for problems like churn and fraud. That means you can ask the model questions directly of your data and get useful answers fast, then fine-tune for another 15 to 20 percent uplift when you're ready to squeeze more from your full dataset. What stood out for me is how Kuma removes the grind of manual feature creation. Vanja draws a clear parallel to computer vision's shift years ago, when teams stopped handcrafting edge detectors and started learning from raw pixels. By learning directly from raw tables, Kuma taps the entirety of the data rather than a bundle of human-crafted summaries. The payoff shows up in the numbers customers care about, with double-digit improvements against mature, well-defended baselines and the kind of time savings that change roadmaps. One customer built sixty models in two weeks, a job that would typically span a year or more. We also explore how this fits with the LLM moment. Vanja doesn't position RFM as a replacement for language models. He frames it as a complement that fills an accuracy gap on tabular data where LLMs often drift. Think of RFM as part of an agentic toolbox: when an agent needs a reliable prediction from enterprise data, it can call Kuma instead of generating code, training a fresh model, or bluffing an answer. That design extends to the realities of production as well. Kuma's fine-tuning and serving stack is built for high-QPS environments, the kind you see in recommendations and ad tech, where cost and latency matter. The training story is another thread you'll hear in this episode. The team began with public datasets, then leaned into synthetic data to cover scenarios that are hard to source in the wild. Synthetic generation gives them better control over distribution shifts and edge cases, which speeds iteration and makes the foundation model more broadly capable upon arrival. If you care about measurable outcomes, this episode shows why CFOs pay attention when RFM lands. Vanja shares examples where a 20 to 30 percent lift translates into hundreds of thousands of additional monthly active users and direct revenue impact. That kind of improvement isn't theory. It's the difference between a model that nudges a metric and a model that moves it. By the end, you'll have a clear picture of what Kuma.ai is building, why relational data warrants its own foundation model, and how enterprises can move from wishful thinking to practical wins. Curious to try it yourself? Vanja also points to a sandbox where teams can load data and ask predictive questions within a notebook, then compare results against in-house models. If your AI plans keep stalling on tabular reality, this conversation offers a way forward that's fast, accurate, and designed for the systems you already run.

Earth Day is in the rearview mirror for 2025, but its beginnings and reason for being are lodged firmly in a secular worldview of how the world began. Not that it's a bad thing to protect the environment. In fact, God calls us to be good stewards of His creation. But today, the majority of public schools and institutions of higher learning teach the theory of evolution as fact. But is it? Today, many scientists are finding holes in Darwin's "Origins of the Species". At Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Florida, they've partnered with Creation Studies Institute to quote: "Make the biblical and scientific case for creation." It's easy to reject the biblical account of creation. After all, science has proven the speed of light is a constant that has helped them peer deep into space and into ancient history, thus surmising the universe is billions of years old. How does that square with the Bible's account of the world being created in seven days? Dr. Robert Pacienza, CEO of Coral Ridge Ministries, who is in charge of this new partnership, talks about how to pair the Bible's account of creation and science. The bold move is turning around the meaning of Earth Day, saying, "It's an opportunity for people who belong to God to celebrate that God created the heavens and the earth. And as we read in Genesis 1, God looked at what he had created, and He called it good." What's important to understand is that this is not an opportunity to ignore scientific facts. It's the courage to interpret them differently. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

IntroGood morning! My name is Ken, and I serve as one of the elders here. I haven't delivered a sermon in nine years, but I've been serving in ministry the whole time—from pastoring to managing a condo complex. I've wondered if my work was spiritually significant, a feeling many of us share. Today, we'll explore the big idea that God desires to be glorified in our work, no matter where we are.Scripture ReferencesProverbs 8:22, Proverbs 3:19-20, Genesis 1:28, Genesis 2:15, Genesis 3:17-19, Proverbs 26:13, Proverbs 6:6-11, Colossians 3:23, Romans 12:11, Ephesians 4:28, Proverbs 22:29, Proverbs 18:9, Proverbs 16:3, Ephesians 2:8-9Key PointsWork is Divine and Human:God is a worker. Creation is the result of His masterful, intelligent design (Prov 3:19-20). He works wisely, and so should we.Humans are made to work. God put man in the Garden "to tend and keep it" (Gen 2:15). He infused in us a yearning to explore, create, and develop. We find purpose and provision through labor. The Fall and the Two Dangers:Sin cursed the ground, making work toilsome (Gen 3:17-19). This led to two extremes: laziness and workaholism.Laziness makes excuses ("There's a lion in the road!" Prov 26:13).Workaholism makes work an idol and our identity. We trade our souls for success, but our true identity is as God's child, regardless of our job title.Four Characteristics of Working Wisely:Work by Faith: Do everything "as unto the Lord," your unseen supervisor (Col 3:23).Work Diligently: Like the ant, don't be a sluggard (Prov 6:6). God has provided what you need, so go get it. Everyone must participate.Work for the Colony: Ants have two stomachs: one for themselves, and a second to bring food back for the colony. Work not only to nourish yourself but also to have something "to give to him who has need" (Eph 4:28).Work with Excellence: Do your work well, not just heartily (Prov 22:29). Whether you're a CEO or a burger flipper, strive for excellence because you are working for God, not men.The Pulpit of Your Work:My own experience as a pastor-turned-drywall-worker taught me this: "That job is your pulpit." We can minister in whatever "garden" God has placed us in. When we commit our work to the Lord, our thoughts and purpose become established.Joseph is a model for working diligently and with excellence, even in the worst circumstances. God vindicated him and promoted him from prison to the palace because he stayed faithful.ConclusionWhat if reaching the world was as simple as going to work? We can glorify God in our everyday jobs and minister to those around us. This is a sacred calling.Calls to ActionCommit your work to the Lord: Today, pray and put your job in His hands. Ask Him to change your thoughts and perspective.Do a self-check: Where is your identity? In your title or in Christ?Receive the Gift of Grace: We cannot earn salvation through our work; it is a gift from God. Come to the communion table and receive the gift Jesus has prepared. And can fall events deliver on that? How do you get what your team needs from hectic events, without getting lost in the vendor narrative? It's time for another SAP-in-review podcast with Jon Reed, Josh Greenbaum, and Geoff Scott, CEO of ASUG. The podcast kicks off by assessing what we learned since SAP Sapphire, and where SAP may be headed next. Then we shift into fall event discussions, including a review of ASUG's upcoming events and a very intriguing SAP Connect event. We also get into the need for SAP business case development, particularly for technical SAP leadership, and how that has evolved into a new workshop for ASUG Tech Connect in November. This is mostly a US-centric event review, but we recommend listeners also check in with their international events and user groups, including: DSAG's Annual Conference: https://dsag-jahreskongress.plazz.net/ UKISUG Connect 2025: https://www.ukisugconnect.co.uk/
