She and her husband joined a comedy show. (3:00) Traveling can be a challenge, but make it a game for yourself. Anna shares some of the things she did to stay NSNG. UCDavis has recently released a study on the purity of avocado oil products. (32:00) UCDavis.edu https://www.ucdavis.edu/food/news/study-finds-82-percent-avocado-oil-rancid-or-mixed-other-oils They reviewed many popular brands of processed mayo, dressings, and snacks. Anna has a one-minute mayo recipe that you can find on her Substack: Eat Happy Kitchen One-Minute Mayo The UC Davis study found that 48 of the 54 avocado oil labeled products were adulterated with cheaper oils. A large percentage were either rancid and/or adulterated with other oils. (44:00) Not all manufacturers may have known they were receiving adulterated oils. Anna shares some of the products on the list. If the product is "compositionally consistent with authentic oil", then the oil's rating was noted with a checkmark. (47:00) Vinnie briefly speaks about his 45th high school reunion. (57:00) He noticed a big difference between his 20th and 45th reunions. Of everyone who showed up, they looked great. Hey Heal Squad! Today Maria is back with another What Worked This Week, and just like last week we are paying attention, but this time paying attention to the little things that can simplify our lives before they completely overhaul! You'll basically walk away thinking WHY have I not been doing this forever?! First up: the garage. After coming home to what she lovingly calls a “hoarder's paradise,” Maria finally tackled the clutter and created a system where everything has a home from Amazon returns to Athena's toys…but we also we get into why clearing out the physical clutter around you can feel like a nervous system reset…and maybe even inspire you to deal with some of the “clutter” you've been avoiding in other areas of your life. Then we're talking BEAUTY because Maria is sharing the photo of the facial technique that gave her a visible eye lift in literally SECONDS! Then we also have some ridiculously simple hacks you might immediately steal: the tiny organizer that finally keeps Maria's headphones from becoming a tangled disaster at the bottom of her purse (link is below!), why she is officially giving you permission to bring sneakers to the wedding and change out of those heels, and the SKIMS bra that finally made her say, “I deserve a new bra.” And stick around for Maria's bonus “what worked” because it turned into this unexpectedly beautiful reminder to slow down, get outside, put your feet on the ground, and appreciate where our food actually comes from. Nothing in this episode is going to completely overhaul your life, and that's kind of the point. Sometimes feeling better starts with the little things that make YOU better. Enjoy! TO PURCHASE VINNIE'S WORKOUT VIDEOS, CLICK THIS LINK: https://vinnietortorich.com/workout Guidelines and GLP-1s Dr. Gary Fettke was in Vinnie's first documentary, "FAT: a documentary." They discuss how dietary messaging has changed over the years. (8:00) Whole foods, including animal proteins, are the optimal way to get nutrients. (15:00) They discuss CGMs and how helpful they can be for awareness of what certain foods do to your blood glucose. (20:30) Your body responds to everything you eat; however, some foods raise glucose levels more than others. A CGM can help you discover your personal response and bioindividuality. They discuss the U.S. Food Pyramid and RFK's take on it. Following the previous dietary guidelines has not helped; in fact, it seems to have made things worse. For example, approximately 40% of the U.S. military members are overweight because of food served in military commissaries. (32:00) The Magic Pill documentary is fantastic viewing. (33:00) Vinnie asks Gary his opinion on GLP-1s. (41:00) The mechanisms in the body when using a GLP-1 are very similar to being on a low-carb, ketogenic diet. (44:00) Significant weight loss requires keeping protein levels up to help offset muscle loss. (48:00) Exercise is very important, and can help with loose skin. The Third Rail They discuss Gary's experience during the COVID pandemic, or "the third rail." (57:30) He also shares thoughts about the recent hearings where Anthony Fauci and he "pleaded the Fifth" 111 times. The result of the pandemic is a percentage of the population realizing not to mindlessly follow medical authorities, which is good. Stay inquisitive and question what comes across the news and social media. Alcohol dampens T-cell lymphocytes' function; ketones will boost them. There are passages in St. Isaac that can sound almost impossible to modern ears. His words on vigil are among them. “Do not imagine,” he tells us, “that among all the works of monastics there is any practice greater than night vigil.” We hear such words and immediately think of sleep deprivation, bodily exhaustion, long hours of psalmody, standing in darkness while the rest of the world sleeps. We wonder whether such a practice belongs to another age, another kind of human being, perhaps even another understanding of the spiritual life. But this is precisely where we can misunderstand Isaac. Vigil becomes incomprehensible when it is separated from desire. If we begin with asceticism, vigil appears severe. If we begin with love, it begins to make sense. The lover understands the night. There are moments when we do not want an evening to end because we are with someone we love. There are conversations in which we cease looking at the clock. A mother remains awake beside a sick child without calculating the sacrifice. Someone awaiting the return of the beloved listens for every sound in the night. Love changes our experience of time. And so it is with the saints. They did not remain awake because they despised sleep. They remained awake because they had discovered Someone for whom it was worth losing sleep. This is the secret of vigil. “That I May Be With You” The Fathers understood the spiritual life far less as the fulfillment of religious obligations than as the awakening of desire. Beneath fasting, silence, solitude, tears, prostrations, psalmody, and vigil lies a single movement of the heart: I want God. Not merely His gifts. Not consolation. Not religious experiences. Not even virtue considered as a possession. God Himself. This is why St. Isaac describes the mind of the one who keeps vigil as becoming light and buoyant, taking flight “as it were on wings.” The ascetic is not merely staying awake. Something within him is being released. During the day the mind is scattered among a thousand things. We speak. We answer. We plan. We remember. We anticipate. We defend ourselves. We attend to necessities. Even when these things are good, the heart becomes divided among them. Then comes the night. The voices diminish. The demands cease. The world grows quiet. And the soul discovers again the One whom it has been seeking beneath everything else. This is why vigil was so precious to the Desert Fathers and remains so in the teaching of the great modern elders. It creates a space in which the heart can become undivided. The night says: There is nowhere else I need to go. There is nothing I need to accomplish. There is no one before whom I need to justify myself. There is only God. And I am here. The Recovery of Wonder Yet there is something even deeper in Isaac's teaching. Vigil is not merely about attention. It is about wonder. Isaac tells us that the one who perseveres in vigil begins to “gaze upon” heavenly realities. His language is deliberately extravagant: the soul comes to possess “the eyes of Cherubim.” What does this mean? It means that purification changes how we see. The tragedy of fallen existence is not simply that we commit sins. It is that we gradually cease to be astonished by God. We become accustomed to everything. Accustomed to the Gospel. Accustomed to the Eucharist. Accustomed to the name of Jesus. Accustomed to the Cross. Accustomed even to the astonishing claim that the Creator of heaven and earth desires communion with us. And when wonder disappears, desire soon weakens with it. The Fathers knew that the heart must be awakened again. This is one reason vigil has such power. In the silence of the night, familiar words can suddenly become new. “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God…” We may have spoken those words ten thousand times. Yet in the stillness something can happen. Jesus. The Name becomes luminous. God is here. God sees me. God desires me. God has called me into existence that I might share His life. And suddenly prayer is no longer something we are performing. It is encounter. Wonder gives birth to desire, and desire gives birth to greater attention. Then the soul begins to understand why the saints stayed awake. The Vigil of the Lover This is why we must be careful not to turn Isaac's teaching into another spiritual program. Stay awake longer. Say more psalms. Sleep less. Accumulate hours. Isaac himself warns against precisely this distortion. A person may endure “prolonged psalmody,” weariness of the tongue, and “night-long standing,” and yet receive little fruit because the mind is elsewhere. The body is standing before God while the heart is wandering through the world. Isaac asks, with characteristic directness: Why sow so much seed if we continually prevent it from bearing fruit? Vigil without attention becomes habit. Vigil without desire becomes endurance. Vigil without love becomes religious achievement. And religious achievement can quietly feed the very ego that asceticism is meant to dismantle. The true vigil begins somewhere deeper. Stay with Me. This is the invitation hidden within the night. Christ in Gethsemane asked His disciples, “Could you not watch with me one hour?” Perhaps every vigil is, in some mysterious way, our answer to that question. Yes, Lord. I will stay. Not because I am strong. Not because I am an ascetic. Not because I want to imagine myself among the saints. I stay because You are here. Why Vigil Requires the Day This also explains something that Isaac emphasizes strongly and that can easily be overlooked. The vigil cannot be separated from the way we live during the day. If we spend the day deliberately filling the mind with noise, agitation, curiosity, argument, distraction, and endless encounters, we should not be surprised if those same things accompany us into prayer at night. Isaac therefore insists that the monk who desires the fruit of vigil must guard himself from unnecessary disturbance during the day. This is not contempt for the world. It is custody of the heart. The Fathers understood something about human consciousness that our age desperately needs to rediscover: what we give ourselves to leaves traces within us. Everything enters the heart. Images. Conversations. Arguments. News. Resentments. Fantasies. Fears. The opinions of others. The desire to be seen. The need to respond. The mind carries these things into silence. Thus vigil actually begins long before nightfall. It begins with how we guard the heart throughout the day. The School of Freedom This is one reason the disappearance of vigil from much contemporary Christian life is significant. We have not merely lost an ascetical practice. We have lost one of the great schools of desire, attention, and freedom. The modern world teaches us to flee silence. It places a device in our hand capable of filling every empty moment. It trains the eyes to seek novelty and the mind to expect constant stimulation. The Fathers move in precisely the opposite direction. Be still. Remain. Watch. Wait. Listen. Do not flee the emptiness. Because eventually you may discover that it was never empty. Someone was waiting for you there. The purpose of vigil is not to prove that we can conquer the body. It is to become free enough to recognize the presence of the Beloved. “I Sleep, but My Heart Is Awake” The goal, then, is ultimately something greater than remaining physically awake. The goal is wakefulness of heart. “I sleep, but my heart is awake,” says the Bride in the Song of Songs. There is the mystery. The deepest vigil eventually becomes a state of the soul. A person begins to live before God. The Jesus Prayer continues beneath thought. The remembrance of God becomes increasingly continuous. The heart waits for Him. Looks toward Him. Listens for Him. Desires Him. This is the angelic quality Isaac sees in vigil. The angels do not merely “stay awake.” They exist in ceaseless attention to God. Their life is beholding. And Isaac dares to say that through vigil the human person begins to participate in this same movement. The eyes of the heart open. Wonder returns. Desire intensifies. Prayer deepens. The mind grows light. And gradually the soul discovers that the ascetical life is not fundamentally a life of deprivation. It is a life of fascination. The Night Is Not Empty Perhaps this is what we most need to recover from Isaac. We will never understand the asceticism of the Fathers if we begin with what they gave up. We must begin with what they saw. They saw a Beauty before which the beauties of the world grew pale. They tasted a sweetness that made lesser consolations seem small. They discovered a Love so immense that solitude became communion, silence became fullness, fasting became hunger for God, and vigil became the refusal to leave the presence of the Beloved. This is why the teaching on vigil belongs so naturally beside the language of desire and wonder. The ascetic does not remain awake merely because a rule commands it. He has glimpsed something. And because he has glimpsed it, he wants to see more. Wonder awakens desire. Desire gathers the scattered heart. The gathered heart becomes attentive. Attention becomes prayer. And prayer becomes communion. Then something remarkable happens. What once appeared burdensome becomes precious. The night that once seemed long becomes too short. Silence that once frightened us becomes the place we long to enter. And the prayer that once seemed an obligation becomes something from which we are reluctant to depart. The saints kept vigil because they discovered that the night was not empty. The Beloved was there. And once the heart knows this, the deepest question is no longer: Why would anyone remain awake to pray? It becomes: How could love not want to remain? --- Text of chat during the group: 00:18:08 Bob Čihák, AZ: P 222, Homily 20 00:23:28 David Swiderski: The last time we discussed this and sleeping 8 hours straight and for most of time people at least in Europe slept "2" times I went back to my Grandfather's diary and it appears the wood stoves in Northern Wisconsin only lasted 4hrs and you would need to get up and feed the fire so they naturally did vigils and took advantage of the break in sleep. In Spain and Latina America they have a nap in some areas due to the heat (2 hour lunch) and are up till 1 or 2 am. It seems modern western society is a new adaptation of what was a practice for hundreds of years. 00:25:10 Ryan Ngeve: Father what is one to do if these practices and deprivations make us more agitated/irritated and downcast, especially towards others, as they tend to do? 00:39:01 Gwen's iPhone: my cat does! 00:39:24 James Hickman: Is it safe to call vigils a means to the end, which is nearness to the Lord, such that a super practical means to find closeness with the Lord is this watching for him when there are fewer distractions (not that we are safe from distractions in the night, but that the many combating us in the day are perhaps different in kind or number than those distractions of the night)? 00:42:15 Rod Castillo: I pray my daily rosary at 2 am. It's the only time the house is quiet enough to allow me to devote myself completely to it. 00:43:46 James Hickman: Reacted to "I pray my daily rosary at 2 am. Dr. Karen Litzy sits down with Jennifer Burnham Grubbs, founder of Ionava, to unpack why traditional health insurance often penalizes healthy people instead of rewarding them. Jennifer draws on 21 years in the insurance industry to explain what she saw, why she built a new financial category, and how Ionava is designed to reward health-conscious behavior with greater flexibility and less friction. We discuss why healthy people often get poor value from insurance, how Ionava differs from HSAs, FSAs, and health sharing ministries, and how its wallet-based model is meant to make health financial preparedness more practical. Key topics Jennifer explains why she built Ionava after two decades as an insurance broker and consultant, including seeing denied coverage, surprise billing, and confusing utilization patterns firsthand. The episode explores the idea that healthy people often subsidize the system without getting a meaningful return, even when they follow preventive care recommendations. Karen and Jennifer compare traditional insurance with a "good driver discount" model, highlighting how insurance rarely rewards healthier behavior. Jennifer explains why Ionava is not health insurance or an HSA, but a new financial category built around health, financial preparedness, and wellness spending. The conversation covers how Ionava's wallet works, including how users can spend on qualifying health and wellness expenses, from gym memberships to supplements and cosmetic wellness categories. Jennifer contrasts Ionava with HSAs and FSAs, emphasizing that Ionava is funded through the subscription and is designed to roll over rather than expire. They also discuss health sharing ministries and why Ionava was built to be secular and broadly accessible rather than tied to religious attestation. Jennifer explains the health score quiz, how it helps price vaults, and why Ionava currently starts with the healthiest applicants to maintain actuarial discipline. The episode dives into pre-existing conditions, how current health status affects eligibility, and why some people may be asked to wait as the pool expands. Karen and Jennifer unpack how Ionava avoids the network and contracted-rate limitations that shape traditional insurance, including why cash-based purchasing offers more flexibility across states and even internationally. (3:00) He was really looking forward to catching up with a few people. Several years ago, Vinnie did an episode about a previous class reunion. (6:00) In that episode, he shared a lot of thoughts about classmates. He was concerned for classmates who appeared to have many health concerns at a relatively young age. At this reunion, however, he was pleased to see how many people were in better shape and health. It was also nice because the atmosphere among the guests was more relaxed. They discuss brunch the following day and the chaos that followed. (33:00) Are donuts and beignets really a breakfast food? Vinnie shares his experience while visiting his parents. I was so sad to hear about the passing of Dolly Parton and really wanted to pay tribute to her.In this episode I'm talking about why if there was ever an example of an Outspoken Beauty it's Dolly.I discuss the person who inspired her style, her refusal to please anyone but herself with her appearance, her beauty habits, why she loved Vaseline, her scent, her love of wigs and so much more.I truly think that we all need to be a bit more Dolly and show up in the world in a way that makes us happy. Dolly never wanted to be fashionable. She created her own style and it made her an icon.
What happens when the leader of a legacy beauty brand starts talking about more than skincare products? Joy, purpose, and profit. Episode Summary In this final installment of Jenn Whitmer's conversation with Helen Morrison of Frownies, the discussion expands beyond brand growth and social media into a deeper conversation about power, beauty standards, aging, visibility, leadership, and influence. Helen shares how she sees Frownies as more than a skincare company. For her, the brand is an opportunity to challenge harmful beauty narratives, help women reclaim agency, and use influence responsibly. Rather than chasing profit alone, Helen is focused on building a company that leaves people better than it found them. Jenn and Helen also explore what it means to lead with purpose, create from deep alignment, and stay visible in a culture that often encourages women to disappear as they age. This episode is a thoughtful listen for leaders, entrepreneurs, founders, creatives, and business owners who want to grow something meaningful without losing themselves in the process. In this episode, you'll learn: 01:36 Helen shares what she has learned about power, responsibility, and stewardship, and why influence becomes dangerous when it is disconnected from purpose. 04:52 What happens when purpose and joy are the center of a business 11:07 How purpose-driven leadership shapes growth, impact, and legacy. 12:03 What joy at work looks like. 13:31 Should women remain visible as they age? Key takeaway: Leading with purpose means using your influence to challenge harmful norms, stay visible, and build something that creates real good beyond profit. Why You Should Listen You want to build a mission-driven brand without sacrificing growth or integrity. You're thinking deeply about leadership and influence and how to use both responsibly. You care about changing beauty culture instead of simply participating in it. You want to stay visible and confident as you age in business and in life. You're a founder, creative, or business owner trying to grow something powerful while staying aligned with your values. If you lead a business, a team, or a brand built on trust, this conversation offers a powerful example of what it looks like to grow with integrity. Helen Morrison shares honest insight on leadership, visibility, social media backlash, authentic marketing, customer loyalty, and scaling a business in the digital age. About Helen MorrisonHelen Morrison is the fifth-generation CEO of Frownies, the iconic family-owned, women-led skincare brand founded in 1889. A great-great-granddaughter of founder Margaret Krosen, Helen has helped lead the brand into the modern era, blending legacy, storytelling, and customer connection with a sharp instinct for digital growth. After joining Frownies full-time in 2020 as Director of Brand Strategy, she became the relatable face of the brand across social media, helping turn a long-trusted beauty secret into a viral modern phenomenon while staying rooted in the personal, high-touch care that built the company in the first place. Today, Helen is known for her honest, approachable voice, her ability to translate heritage into relevance, and her leadership in growing Frownies without losing the heart of what made it matter for generations. Send us Fan MailLisa Hanna, former Miss World, longtime Jamaican cabinet minister, and founder of Lisa Hanna Beauty, joins Skin Anarchy to talk about rejecting the language of correction, building a science led luxury line in Italy, and the activist mission behind her brand.Who is Lisa Hanna? An "accidental beauty queen" who won Miss World in 1993 at 18, then built a two decade political career as one of Jamaica's youngest female members of parliament and a cabinet minister before retiring last year to enter beauty. "I think leadership has an obligation to give other people an opportunity to present their ideas."Why did she move from politics into beauty?Because she rejected how the industry talks about age. As she aged in demanding field work, actives like retinol and vitamin C stopped suiting her skin. "If we're constantly told that the evidence of time is something to correct, eventually we see ourselves and believe that time has diminished us."What does aging intelligently mean?Working with skin rather than fighting it. Hanna reframes skin as an organ deserving support, not correction. "Remember your skin is at its best when it's supported... when you're working in harmony with it." She sees longevity as overused and prefers accumulating knowledge over reversing time. How are women in politics judged on their appearance?Constantly, and before they speak. Hanna recalls being heckled entering parliament, then facing formal motions over sleeveless outfits and a national debate over a swimsuit photo at 51. "There's an ageist component to the beauty," she says, noting the judgment arrived "way before you open your mouth. Why did she make her line in Italy? For innovation and EU standards. She wanted regulated formulas that push boundaries without breaking the skin barrier. "I wanted my products to be EU regulated and to pass EU standards," working with a lab using mastic resin to stimulate the skin's own collagen rather than forcing change from the top down. What is the science behind Lisa Hanna Beauty?A proprietary quantum RECP delivery system across every product. It pairs mastic resin, protected vitamin C that activates only on the skin, green grape extract for inflammation, and matrikine peptides. "Skin must recognize what it already knows," she says, which is why the formulas absorb rather than sit on top.Is Lisa Hanna Beauty only for certain skin tones? No, and she resisted pressure to position it that way. Advisors pushed her to build a brand for people of color; she refused. "I want to do skincare for all skin types." The formulas are clinically tested to work across skin tones, and she argues luxury was wrongly withheld from many women for too long. What is the fade bomb? The line's breakout hero product, a hydrating balm for hyperpigmentation that doubles as a healing product. Built after visiting bleaching factories worldwide, it avoids harsh correctives. "That fade bomb is amazing," used on scarring, bikini line, and underarms across every skin tone. Can luxury skincare be affordable? That was the point. Watching post COVID economic pressure on women, Hanna built a premium seven product line meant to feel special without breaking budgets. "Every woman deserves when they go home to feel luxury," with glass bottles worthy of a vanity and formulas that are clinically tested. What is the brand's activist mission?Five percent of everything funds support for women and children with neurodivergence, especially in Jamaica, where child mental health resources are scarce. Drawing on her own son's experience and her time as minister of youth, she calls it an activist beauty brand. "Skincare can transform skin, but it can also transform lives."Listen to the full episode with Lisa Hanna on Skin Anarchy, available wherever you get your podcasts.Shop Lisa Hanna BeautyDon't forget to subscribe to Skin Anarchy on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or your preferred platform.Reach out to us through email with any questions.Sign up for our newsletter!Shop all our episodes and products mentioned through our ShopMy Shelf!Support the show

The Bangkok Podcast | Conversations on Life in Thailand's Buzzing Capital
Greg interviews Dax Ward, an adventurous photographer best known for his beautiful photos of dilapidated buildings and abandoned places. Dax begins by explaining that he was a very late starter to photography, getting a DSLR for the first time in 2015. After a random trip to the airplane graveyard down Ramkhamhaeng Road, he developed an affinity for shooting forgotten and abandoned places. As it turns out, Thailand (and Bangkok in particular) are perfect places for this style of photography due to the number of unfinished construction projects from the financial crisis of the late 1990s. Additionally, there seem to be a surprising number of new business ventures in the area that fail for whatever reason or another, so there seems to be an endless supply of possible sites for Dax's style of photography. The guys discuss how Dax discovers and gains access to his locations. It's surprising what a couple hundred baht here and there will do to the attitude of many Thai security guards! Dax then details his research methods and how he manages to build a compelling story around each set of photographs, something that many other photographers don't bother with. In a world where almost everyone has the technology in their pocket to take a decent photo, Thailand is lucky to have an intrepid, creative photographer like Dax to show us how to do things right. Don't forget that Patrons get the ad-free version of the show as well as swag and other perks. And we'll keep our Facebook, Twitter, and LINE accounts active so you can send us comments, questions, or whatever you want to share.
"The earth seemed unearthly." The character of Kurtz in Heart of Darkness is one of the most enigmatic depictions of villainy in modern times. By the time Marlow reaches Kurtz' compound, his reality has completely been dismantled. Nothing is stable and everything he thinks he knows is subject to deconstruction. Author Joseph Conrad uses doubles, paradoxes, and ironies to show Kurtz as both representative and enemy of the civilizing mission. Admist the confusion and chaos, Marlow outlines his controversial views of the people he sees in the Congo, while we as readers ask ourselves to what extent is the evil represented in Heart of Darkness representative of a universal condition? This episode is part 4 in a larger series on Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad. It covers all of chapter 2, right up until the fateful moment where Marlow comes face to face with Kurtz. Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness (1899) is both a scathing critique of European imperialism and a reminder that all humans have the capacity to succumb to the heart of darkness. It also is not without controversy, as people have been debating it's meaning and essence for over a century now. -Consider Supporting the Podcast!- Leave a rating or review on apple podcasts or spotify! (6:00) Maria and Vinnie talk about life, sports, and cultural differences, including soccer, hockey, and fan behavior at stadiums. Vinnie argues that people should be tougher on their own habits and stop making excuses around politics, celebrities, and consumer behavior. Maria shares her recent hip surgery and recovery, including how a carnivore-style diet and organ meats may have helped her healing. (26:00) Vinnie says clean eating, especially organ meats and liver supplements, can support recovery, but warns about overdoing vitamin A and copper. They discuss copper as having antibacterial properties and mention checking bloodwork. Kevin joins the show and says he was laid off after 30 years at a financial services company and is figuring out what comes next. (50:30) Vinnie encourages Kevin to stay confident, take his time, and consider work that is less vulnerable to AI disruption. (57:30) They talk about AI's impact on jobs, especially in corporate environments, and the value of hands-on trades. Kevin says he's been getting back into weightlifting and jiu-jitsu, and Vinnie recommends a weekly zone 4 interval workout to improve VO2 max. Have you ever noticed that angry people can always find something to be angry about, no matter where they are? The world we see is rarely an objective reality; it is almost always a reflection of our own internal state. In this episode, we are going to explore the profound truth that a beautiful soul does not need to search for beauty in the world—they naturally see it everywhere. And more importantly, we will discuss a simple, daily practice to cultivate that beautiful soul: learning how to actively search for the good in others the moment we feel the urge to judge them.
