You can listen to this sitting, laying down, or as you move around. The format of this is similar to a #spokenlove in that there's nothing here you need to do or accomplish. Just listen, let the words wash over you. How I use this tool: I sploosh it onto everything I'm experiencing as a kind of "blanket statement". Natomiast te większe, takie jak: koparki, spychacze, betoniarka oraz duży lśniący wóz strażacki miały swoje miejsce pod niebieskim stoliczkiem przy oknie. Bruno uwielbiał swój pokoik.Kiedy wracał z przedszkola, wbiegał do niego i wywoływał swoje auta do zabawy na dywanie. Lubił bawić się w wyścigi resorakami! Ileż wtedy było emocji, gdy ustawiał je w jednym końcu pokoju i wyznaczał metę w drugim końcu, pod oknem. Na środku ustawiał różne przeszkody, najczęściej zostawiając tam swój kapeć, czy wieżę z lego.- Siuuu….brrrrum….Szuuuuuu….!!!!!-naśladował autka Bruno.Każde autko w wyścigach Bruna wyróżniało się niezwykłą zwinnością, szybkością i lśniąca karoserią. Bo… kiedy mama nie widziała, Bruno polerował autka rękawem swojej flanelowej koszuli w czarno-czerwoną kratę☺Niemniej jednak tego dnia, przyszła mu ochota na zabawę większymi pojazdami, tymi spod niebieskiego stoliczka. Chciał zorganizować zabawę w budowę placu zabaw.- Będą zjeżdżalnie! Huśtawki! Ooooooo ….taaakie wysokie!- emocjonował się Bruno- Dalej koparki! Dalej spychacze! Do dzieła!-wołał radośnie.Bruno ustawił autka na dywanie, wziął klocki i rozpoczął budowanie placu. Zaczął od zbudowania kolorowego płotu z klocków.- O tak! Ogrodzenie musi być, żeby dzieci na placu zabaw mogły się bezpiecznie bawić- komentował zadowolony z siebie, mały budowniczy.Kiedy ogrodzenie było gotowe, Bruno postanowił zabrać się za zjeżdżalnię.- Hmm…potrzebowałbym jakiejś śliskiej płaskiej powierzchni… Czego, by tu użyć? –zastanawiał się chłopiec?-Już wiem!!- z radością zawołał Bruno i czym prędzej pobiegł do pokoju swojej siostry.- Iga, Iga…. pożycz mi proszę, najdłuższą linijkę, jaką masz w tornistrze!!! Buduję najbardziej niebezpieczną i stromą zjeżdżalnię świata! Eeeee…. to znaczy, najbardziej niebezpieczną zjeżdżalnię w moim pokoju☺Iga uśmiechnęła się do brata, wyjęła półmetrową przezroczystą linijkę z szuflady swojego biurka, tym samym, stając się częścią budowlanego projektu swojego pomysłowego braciszka☺- Dziękuję, dziękuję! Juppii! – dziękował siostrze Bruno w locie do swojego pokoju.Zjeżdżalnia miała podpórkę z wieży z klocków. Z drugiej strony przy pomocy plasteliny zamontowana została linijka Igi. Zjeżdżalnia była naprawdę wysoka. Chłopiec użył do jej budowy wszystkich swoich klocków w kolorze żółtym i niebieskim. - Ooo tak, to jest najniebezpieczniejsza zjeżdżalnia w moim pokoju!! – komentował dumny z siebie młody konstruktor.Bruno jednak miał wątpliwości. Plac zabaw powinien być bezpiecznym miejscem. Spojrzał na swoje budowlane pojazdy, kolejno wodząc po nich wzrokiem. Koparka, spychacz i betoniarka spełniły już swoje zadania podczas budowy placu.Koparka wykopała małą piaskownicę z piasku kinetycznego w foremce w kształcie muszelki. Spychacz spychał klocki, potrzebne do budowy odrodzenia w kierunku prawej rączki Bruna, która układała je kolejno jeden na drugim. Betoniarka użyła szarej ciastoliny i wylała ją przy mocowaniu nóg huśtawki, które Bruno zrobił z kolorowych cienkich bierek.Wzrok Bruna utkwił teraz na lśniącym wozie strażackim. - Hmm… przyjacielu, jeszcze Ty nie miałeś okazji się przydać w trakcie budowy… - zamyślił się chłopiec.Myślał, myślał, rozglądał się dookoła… iiii wymyślił!Spojrzał na swoją zjeżdżalnię, tę… najniebezpieczniejszą…., której nieumyślnie nie zbudował schodków, do wspinania się po niej. Poza tym, zjeżdżalnia nie była zbyt bezpieczna. Zabawa na placu zabaw powinna być miła i przyjemna.- Już wiem! - wykrzyczał Bruno.- No, no koleżko, będziesz miał odpowiedzialną rolę - powiedział i wziął do ręki wóz strażacki.Postawię Cię przy zjeżdżalni, będziesz rozciągał swoją strażacką drabinę i przenosił moje ludziki na szczyt zjeżdżalni.- Genialne!!- cieszył się chłopiec-Poza tym….- Bruno kolejny raz zwrócił się do wozu.- Będziesz czuwał nad bezpieczeństwem zabawy na moim placu - oznajmił chłopiec.Gdy właśnie przydzielił ostatnia rolę dla wozu strażackiego, do pokoju weszła Iga.- Brawo Bruno! Jaki ładny plac zabaw!- pochwaliła brata- Widzisz.., jest i wóz strażacki, dba o bezpieczeństwo i przenosi ludziki na zjeżdżalnię- wyraźnie dumny z pomysłu odezwał się Bruno.- Widzę! Ciekawie i mądrze to wymyśliłeś. Straż pożarna nie tylko gasi pożary, ale dba o nasze bezpieczeństwo, tam, gdzie istnieje duże ryzyko jakiegoś przykrego zdarzenia, wśród dużych skupisk ludzi. Na przykład podczas różnych koncertów, festynów, konkursów plenerowych, wydarzeń sportowych. Organizuje też akcję ratowniczą. – doprecyzowała Iga- Wow! Mój wóz strażacki ma naprawdę poważne zadania! Dbanie o bezpieczeństwo to jego SUPERMOC!- podsumował Bruno- Ooo tak! To zdecydowanie jego supermoc. Twoją natomiast jest wymyślanie i konstruowanie przeróżnych budowli braciszku☺ Może zostaniesz inżynierem, architektem, kto wie?! - A może strażakiem?! kto wie?- dodał Bruno i wspólnie z siostrą bawili się w jego pokoiku aż do kolacji pod okiem lśniącego SuperMocnego wozu strażackiego.Ewelina Jasik

Eeeee hasn't this year flown by. We're already at the end of the first bloody quarter of 2019. I usually don't like it when people say things like this (as time is NOT passing quicker than normal). But, it does feel like yesterday that it was New Years Day and the start of 2019. Apparently, time passes quickly as you age because your life is less varied. Same routine. Every day. Before you know it, it's no longer March...it's July. Then it's October and you're seeing Xmas adverts. And that ambitious goal you set yourself at the start of 2019 never happened. Every year I put out what I consider to be a "warning notice". If you wait until late May to get leaner for your holiday in July - it'll be too bloody late. However, before we know it...it WILL be May and it WILL be too late. If you want to drop some weight before the Summer, don't wait to get started...start today. The question is - what should you do? If you feel like you're flapping around, constantly changing goals and swapping to new diet and training plans with little progress to show for it...what do you change and how? Here's a quick and dirty guide of how to start the ball rolling for you Summer fat loss diet. 1. Set the bar low The WORST place to start is assuming that you can drop 1kg per week for the next 12 weeks. Let's be honest - if you're currently struggling to stay consistent, you probably can't. Rather than setting yourself up for disappointment from day 1 - set a goal you can easily hit. Aim to decrease your average weight by 0.2-0.4kg per week for the next month or so and see how you go. Weigh yourself every day. *YES*, every day. Work out the average every 7 days and aim to decrease that number by 0.2-0.4kg every week. 2. Keep your nutrition simple Rather than jumping on the latest keto, boom-bod, XTREME fat loss bollocks - just change two things. a. Manage HOW MUCH you eat - keep your food choices largely the same. Theresa had a One Billion Rising event this last weekend, which not only raised money for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, but also the one and only Eve Ensler came and married everyone to themself. Her company consciously produces lumber, live-edge slabs, furniture and retail displays from fallen and urban Hudson Valley trees. Yet another amazingly creative person coming from Brooklyn, creating a life out of the world of set design and DJ'ing in the city. Yes she was raised in Missoula MT, yes she renovated a crack house in Ocean Hill Brooklyn, yes she researched green building materials, yes she invested in her own education... started her own business in Brooklyn and moved up to the Hudson Valley. Heck YES! She's been clear from the beginning to stay true to her passions and principles. She learned through some ups and downs, a bout with skin cancer and an awareness of the roles the masculine versus the feminine has played in her life to also stay true to her own needs. She's a true model for how we can all both live and work sustainably not only for ourselves but for our world. Our second guest today is Shana's dear friend Erica Chase-Salerno. Erica is a force, a healer, a writer, a mother, a lover of life and connection. She gifted her community and family with a dynamic and diverse view of the world, working with new mothers with Wyld Acres Healing Arts & Prenatal Communication, working with families as an intuitive, homeschooling her own kids, and always exploring creative projects, outings and activities. It's no wonder that her own backyard labyrinth inspired a dedication to her at The Forsyth Nature Center. Prepare yourselves, Erica talks about the GIFT of Cancer, the CAN in cancer, each new chapter a gift. Ever since we (her friends and family) learned about her cancer, we were not aloud to use certain language. We were instructed to lose the 'fight cancer' lingo, the 'I'm so sorry for you' offerings, instead we were all encouraged to join her in her wonder and joy, her excitement and her desire to share every detail of her experiencing this part of her LIFE. Shana knew that Erica would be down to do an interview to share her story with us one last time, so she sat with her bedside, wheeling the breathing machine into the hallways (although you can still hear it). The entire interview (one hour and 40 minutes) is available to all who what it, you can email: she@iwantwhatshehas.org. It is meant to offer you a positive story of death, dying, cancer, and what it's like to do the ultimate transition with grace and joy. Erica passed away 6 days after this interview, Feb 7th, 2019. "Ain't It Strange" is by Bosco and Peck, and is available at Mevio.com. A friend of mine went with me to The International Gem and Jewelry Show in Rosemont, IL. She and her husband also went to the Anime Central Convention, which was held in the same building that weekend. I would have gone to both, too, if it weren't for the facts that (a) I still had to grade a lot of final papers for my classes, (b) I am a huge wuss and a whole day of fun would have been too much for me physically, and (c) I did not have enough money lying around loose to pay for both shows. As it was, I got to take some pictures of some awesome costumes. Most people were very gracious when I asked if I could photograph them (getting asked is a compliment, I'm told). I, on the other hand, was very pleased that whenever I asked someone to pose, three or four other people immediately started photographing my models too. I took that as a signal that I have a good eye for costumes -- even though I know zippo about anime. I've tried looking these characters up, and all I found was an ad image for a site, not the series: See them there? Right in the middle? Blue eye patches, blue eye patches! The two girls (I think) in blue warned me that they were not from the same series, and I told them, "I don't care. I don't know anything about series. I just like your costumes." They were not impressed with my answer, as you can tell from their facial expressions. This guy is not from a series. Lots of people just dress up as animals. I am mainly interested in her arm armor, which she made. My friends told me later that there was a girl with homemade, lightweight armor all over her body, in curlicues reminiscent of (but less chilly than) Princess Leia's outfit in Jabba the Hutt's den. Eeeee! The guy was walking around with the box slightly open, and just his eyes peering out. I wish I knew who this was supposed to be. Gas mask! And, perhaps, Waldo. Unicorn!
