In this special episode of Skin Anarchy, Dr. Ekta Yadav sits down with supermodel, actress, podcaster, and YSE Beauty founder Molly Sims for an intimate conversation on how beauty evolves, how confidence is built, and how skincare becomes smarter with age. Known for her iconic presence and unfiltered approach on Lipstick on the Rim, Molly opens up about the real experiences that shaped her philosophy — from hormonal acne and melasma to rediscovering balance after years of harsh actives.Molly reflects on her earliest beauty memories, watching her mother turn daily routines into rituals that embodied strength and joy. That foundation, combined with her global modeling career, became its own education: effortless French skincare, British edge, Italian sensuality, and a universal truth — consistency beats extremes. Her journey to creating YSE Beauty began after her skin hit what she calls a “benefit plateau,” when aggressive ingredients stopped delivering results. She shares how shifting toward cushion actives, barrier support, and clinical but sensorial formulations transformed her skin and inspired a brand built on wisdom, simplicity, and results that feel good. For Molly, beauty isn't about correction or perfection — it's about alignment. It's the confidence that comes from choosing what serves you, whether that's a glow-inducing exfoliating pad, a subtle procedure, or simply giving your skin room to breathe.Listen to the full episode to hear Molly Sims discuss aging with intention, building YSE Beauty from the ground up, and why true luxury isn't the price tag — it's how you feel in your own skin.SHOP YSE Beauty and learn more on their social media!CHAPTERS:(0:03) - Introduction & Guest Welcome(1:07) - Early Beauty Memories & “It Girl” Origins(2:44) - Influences From Travel, Fashion & Global Beauty Culture(4:53) - Shifting Aesthetic Trends: From Harsh Treatments to Maintenance(6:59) - Social Media, Filler Culture & Confidence(9:46) - Personal Journeys With Procedures, Aging & Empowerment(12:11) - Why Wise Beauty Was Created(17:05) - Actives, Cushioning Ingredients & the Skin Plateau(21:52) - Luxury vs. Efficacy, Accessibility & Building a Smarter Beauty BrandPlease fill out this survey to give us feedback on the show!Don't forget to subscribe to Skin Anarchy on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or your preferred platform.Reach out to us through email with any questions.Sign up for our newsletter!Shop all our episodes and products mentioned through our ShopMy Shelf! Most people think sales is about talking. Ryan Serhant knows better — it's about translating. After closing over $20 billion in real estate deals and building one of the fastest-growing brokerages in America, the star of Netflix's Owning Manhattan has cracked the code on how to get anyone to say yes. From selling homes to billionaires to building a media empire on the back of reality TV, Ryan reveals the brutal truth about what it actually takes to win at the highest level. In this raw conversation, Ryan breaks down the orchid trick (he's sent 2,000 of them), why silence is violence in negotiations, and how a fake Rolex changed his entire life. We dive into why wealthy people don't pay for information or access, but instead pay for confidence; how to get a stranger to trust you with real money; and why the best negotiators throw the first punch. But this isn't just about closing deals — it's about building an empire. Ryan reveals how he's stacking businesses under one holding company (brokerage, media, education, and AI), why his LTV to CAC ratio is 6x while the industry averages 1x, and how he's building real estate brokerage 3.0 with no physical offices. If you've ever wondered how to sell to the ultra-wealthy without sucking up, how to build unshakeable confidence when you're broke, or why setbacks are just speed bumps and not brick walls, this episode will change how you think about sales, negotiation, and what it takes to become the best in the world at what you do. Protect what you own. Next makes it fast, simple, and painless. Margo is joined by watercolor landscape artist and muralist Juliene Sinclair, a creative whose passion for color runs as deep as the mountains she paints in. Juliene is dedicated to helping painters finally understand color—why it behaves the way it does, how to mix it with intention, and how mastering it can completely transform artistic confidence. She believes that once you grasp how color truly works, your entire creative world opens up. Juliene lives in the mountains with her husband, son, and two cats, and when she's not painting, she's likely geeking out about color theory or hiking steep trails with bear spray in hand. Together, they explore the emotional and technical layers of color, the courage it takes to follow your creative curiosity, and why making art—imperfect, vibrant, deeply human art—is essential to feeling whole. Margo & Juliene Discuss: Juliene's winding path to watercolor and murals, and how she found her creative voice Why color feels intimidating for so many artists—and how to move from confusion to confidence The power of intentional mixing and creating palettes that feel authentic to you How limiting your palette can actually expand creativity and harmony The emotional side of color—self-doubt, breakthroughs, and trusting the process Creativity as essential human expression, not just a career path Painting with her young son, and what kids teach us about fearless creativity Submit Your Questions for Margo Tantau & Emily McDowell Connect with Juliene: Website: www.julienesinclair.com Instagram: @juliene.sinclair YouTube: @julienesinclair Connect with Margo: Website: www.windowsillchats.com Instagram: @windowsillchats www.patreon.com/inthewindowsill https://www.yourtantaustudio.com/thefoundry

Zillow EXPOSED - Lies, Deceit and Fraud Revealed By Zillow Flex Insider
In this episode of The Hormone Genius Podcast, Teresa & Jamie break down everything moms need to know about guiding their daughters through puberty, hormone changes, and the first menstrual period. With clarity, compassion, and decades of clinical experience, Teresa and Jamie explain what's normal, what to expect, and how to support tween girls in a world where confusing (and sometimes unhealthy) messages about womanhood are everywhere. ✨ Preparing Your Daughter for Her First Period One of the most meaningful parts of understanding our own cycles is being able to pass that wisdom on to the next generation. Jamie shares that if she could go back, she would have given her younger self reassurance—not embarrassment. For moms, this is an opportunity to set the tone differently. Teaching your daughter about her period before it happens helps her feel confident rather than caught off-guard. Start by normalizing conversations about the female body, using correct terms, and explaining that cervical mucus, mood changes, and breast tenderness can be early signals that her first period is coming. Consider putting together a small “first period kit” with pads, wipes, a change of underwear, and an encouraging note she can keep in her backpack. Most importantly, lead with positivity: remind her that her period is not something to hide, it's a sign of health, maturity, and the amazing way her body works. This episode empowers moms to: Understand the biological process of puberty Recognize the early signs that a first period is coming Support healthy physical, emotional, and hormone development Offer better language, resources, and confidence-building tools Create an open, connected relationship around reproductive health General Cycle Education & First-Period Prep Guiding Star Project – Cycle Show https://guidingstarproject.com/cycle-show/ Natural Womanhood – Period Genius https://naturalwomanhood.org/period-genius/ (Course access: https://naturalwomanhood.courses) Pearl & Thistle – Cycle Prep https://pearlandthistle.com/cycle-prep/ MyCatholicDoctor – Sex & Cycle Education Resources https://mycatholicdoctor.com/our-services/catholic-sex-education-resources/ “Know Your Body” presentation is described as being “brought to an age-appropriate level for adolescents” and is intended for teenage girls to watch (preferably with a parent or guardian). In this episode of the City Rev Life Podcast, Pastor Robey Barnes and Pastor Craig Stephens wrap up our Heaven series with one essential question: How do we strengthen our faith in a future we can't yet see—but deeply hope for? Drawing from Jesus' words in John 14, they unpack why believing in heaven can feel difficult at times, and how Jesus Himself anchors our confidence with His promise: “If it were not so, would I have told you…?” From the intimate bridal imagery of a groom preparing a place in His Father's house to the unshakable evidence of the resurrection, this conversation offers clarity, comfort, and courage for anyone navigating doubts, fear, suffering, or big life transitions. Whether you're facing a diagnosis, approaching a milestone birthday, processing loss, or simply longing for something more—this episode reminds you that heaven is not sentimental wishful thinking. It's a concrete promise from Jesus, one you can build your life on.

#944 | Ed and Dan break down United's 4-1 win at Molineux – a result shaped as much by Wolves' collapse as United's competence. They look at the tactical choices that set the tone, the patterns that still need work, and the individuals who shifted the game. There's detailed discussion of Bruno Fernandes' influence, Matheus Cunha's threat, and the ongoing debate about structures, roles, and whether this squad is being built on solid foundations or short-term patchwork. The conversation also moves into wider themes: confidence, fragility, the value of giving academy players clear pathways, and what this performance means for United's European ambitions. Special Guest Curt Tueffert www.peaksalesstrategy.com Welcome back to Podcast Profits Unleashed — the show dedicated to helping coaches turn podcasting into a powerful client attraction system, whether you're behind the mic or showcasing your expertise as a guest. Today, I'm joined by sales leader, keynote speaker, and author Curt Tueffert, whose mission is simple: help people close more deals with confidence. His book, Five Stones for Slaying Giants, is built on the idea that, just like David and Goliath, we're all facing “giants” in our business — fear of selling, unclear messaging, or believing no one wants what we offer. Curt shares how these “stones” — Passion, Excellence, Vision, Value, and Confidence — become tools we can actually use to eliminate the inner blocks that keep us stuck. What I love most about Curt's approach is that he doesn't try to turn coaches into stereotypical pushy salespeople. Instead, he helps them become curious problem-solvers whose goal is understanding — not convincing. Using assessments like DISC and Sales IQ, Curt helps individuals and teams pinpoint where their confidence and communication skills need strengthening, then builds progress through small, repeatable wins. One of the biggest insights from this episode? Today's buyers are already far down the decision path before they ever speak to us. Technology and AI are handling the early research and comparisons — which means that when a prospect finally shows up, what they need most is a human conversation. Curt shows us how to leverage AI as a support tool — for prep and research — while relying on our emotional intelligence, listening skills, and trust-building to guide the sale across the finish line. Key Takeaways: I realized that our biggest sales giant is often our own self-doubt — not the market or the competition. Shifting from transactional sales to consultative conversations is the real difference-maker. Discovery is the one step AI can't replace — human curiosity creates trust. Asking open-ended, behavior-aligned questions unlocks motivation and momentum. Your personal uniqueness — your voice, your story, your insight — is what helps you stand out in crowded markets. And before we wrap up, I share an important tip on how your podcast guest appearances become your long-term SEO digital footprint. You're going to want to use that!

Growers are turning to AI for vineyard advice — but what happens when the algorithms get it wrong? In this episode, Fritz sits down with Texas A&M Extension Viticulture Specialist Dr. Justin Scheiner to put artificial intelligence to the test and reveal where it helps…and where it falls flat. Fritz and Justin walk through real vineyard questions — on pruning cuts, choosing between cane and spur pruning, designing an effective spray program, and diagnosing puzzling leaf symptoms — then grade the answers provided by AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot. Justin explains why, despite its convenience, AI can't replace Extension or experienced viticulture support. He breaks down how human experts interpret nuance, adapt recommendations to site-specific realities, and help growers navigate complex issues like fungicide resistance and disease pressure — areas where AI often oversimplifies to a fault. Listeners will come away with a grounded perspective on how to responsibly use AI in vineyard decision-making: as a tool for learning, not a blueprint for management. Justin also shares updates on forward-facing research at Texas A&M, including irrigation strategies powered by sensors and machine learning, and new work aimed at improving winery efficiency. In this episode, you will hear: AI can provide helpful general information — but often misses context critical for vineyard decisions. Pruning advice from AI may be incomplete or incorrect; human expertise is still essential. Spray program recommendations from AI can be risky without resistance management and site-specific strategy. Leaf symptom diagnosis requires more than a photo — pattern, vine history, and testing matter. In this week's episode, Dr. Mary Alice Mina welcomes Dr. Kandace Kichler to talk about what liposuction actually is today. Together they explore why this procedure, once considered aggressive and intimidating, has become a favorite for targeted contouring, especially in midlife. From safety and anesthesia to expectations and recovery, they lay out what's possible with awake liposuction, and why it can help women feel more comfortable and more confident in their clothes and their skin. Key Takeaways: Liposuction is for contouring, not weight loss. Awake procedures are safe and surprisingly comfortable. Liposuction cannot fix visceral fat (the deep fat behind the muscle), nor can it replace surgery when excess skin is the issue. Recovery is easier than most people imagine. You get a “preview” in the first weeks, but final results take months. If you've ever wondered whether liposuction is only for celebrities or feared it meant pain, anesthesia, and weeks away from real life, this episode is for you. Dr. Kandace Kichler (Kick-ler) is a double board-certified cosmetic surgeon and aesthetic injector based in sunny South Florida, between Palm Beach and Miami. With advanced fellowship training in both bariatric and cosmetic surgery, she now focuses on aesthetics—combining surgical precision with a passion for beauty and body contouring. She is also board certified in obesity medicine, giving her a unique ability to guide patients in both wellness and aesthetics. Known as The Slimming Surgeon on social media, she also hosts The Slimming Surgeon Podcast, where she shares insights on cosmetic procedures, style, and empowerment. There is a stage of adulthood that no one talks about and no one prepares us for. It is the hardest stage to grow into. It is the stage we fear and try to avoid our whole life. But it's coming for all of us.No, it's not the mid-life crisis. It's the stage of becoming an elder. It doesn't mean we've turned 80. It means we no longer have an elder we can turn to for sage advice, and we have to step into that role ourself. It can happen when we're very young or very old, but there eventually comes a time, if we live long enough, when we become the one everyone leans on for support. In this podcast, I share 3 simple steps for how to step into this hard new role. I talk about how to face loneliness and being alone, old age and aging, and tapping into our inner strength and power. I discuss why it's painful, how to overcome it, and how to become the shining light of wisdom for ourself and others that we're all destined to be.*****If my words have ever touched your heart or helped you through a hard moment, I'd be deeply grateful for your support in keeping this podcast alive. In this powerful episode of Skin Anarchy, Dr. Ekta Yadav sits down with one of the most influential minds in modern aesthetics, Dr. Steven Dayan — facial plastic surgeon, New York Times bestselling author, educator, and founder of XOMD Skincare. Together, they explore the deeper layers of beauty: the biology, the psychology, and the emotional resonance that shape how we see ourselves and others.Dr. Dayan reflects on his unconventional path from sculptor to surgeon, sharing how art, science, and human emotion converged to form his philosophy of aesthetics. Beauty, he explains, is rooted in evolution — a subconscious signal of wellness and vitality — but attraction is the true driver of human connection. Confidence, authenticity, posture, expression, and energy all play into how attractive we feel, and therefore how we're perceived.Throughout the conversation, Dr. Dayan breaks down the subtle, powerful ways aesthetic treatments can influence mood and behavior. Small changes can boost approachability and positivity — while overtreatment can create emotional dissonance and mistrust. He offers a candid look at how social media has reshaped our aesthetic bias, urging both providers and consumers to recalibrate toward natural proportions and personal identity.Dr. Dayan also gives listeners an inside look at XOMD Skincare, his newest innovation with Dr. Sabrina Fabi, built around the neurochemical link between skin health and confidence.Listen to the full episode to learn how Dr. Dayan is redefining beauty through the lens of neuroscience, culture, and human connection — and why confidence may be the most transformative aesthetic treatment of all.SHOP XOMD and use code SApod for 10% off!CHAPTERS:(0:02) - Introduction & Guest Welcome(1:12) - Early Life, Medicine & the Path to Surgery(3:01) - Writing, Creativity & the Philosophy of Beauty(6:05) - Defining Beauty: Neuroscience, Evolution & Emotion(11:00) - Beauty vs. Attraction & the Role of Confidence(14:50) - Social Media, Trends & Aesthetic Bias(18:40) - Authenticity, Expression & First Impressions(21:03) - Rethinking Training, Safety & Best Practices(24:00) - Global Beauty Standards & Cultural PerspectivesPlease fill out this survey to give us feedback on the show!Don't forget to subscribe to Skin Anarchy on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or your preferred platform.Reach out to us through email with any questions.Sign up for our newsletter!Shop all our episodes and products mentioned through our ShopMy Shelf! In today's episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of a conversation that's been unfolding quietly, but urgently, inside the minds of high-level women across the aesthetics and wellness industry. After hosting our annual POP Leadership retreat and receiving an overwhelming wave of private messages about visibility, voice, and leadership, I realized it was time to revisit a topic I first explored over 260 episodes ago: finding, and owning, your truest, most powerful voice. This episode dives deep into the identity shift every high-level woman must make in 2026. Not the shift into "showing up more," but into showing up as the woman you actually are: the woman with a perspective, a philosophy, and a message that deserves the microphone. I share the personal stories, missteps, and moments of conviction that shaped my own thought leadership, and why the future of influence isn't about being louder, it's about being more aligned, more grounded, and more you. If you've ever felt the tension between being visible and being authentic, between leading your business and being consumed by it, this episode will speak directly to your soul. And I'm announcing Confidence to Scale Live, our intimate two-day immersive and 90-day incubator designed to support high-performing founders who are ready to scale with clarity, structure, and unshakeable conviction.
