Pew Research Center published the first clean count of how much of the internet is now written with AI. Roughly one page in ten shows significant signs of it. Filter to pages published since ChatGPT launched and it climbs past a third. Chris Boyer and Reed Smith spend the first half of the episode on what that measurement actually captures. Pew names four markers that have climbed since 2023: em dashes, Oxford commas, a vocabulary that includes delve, testament, tapestry and enhance, and the construction where a sentence tells you a thing is not just one thing but another. Chris walks through the tells Pew did not count, which turn out to be the more useful ones for anybody responsible for a website. The paragraph that ends by restating itself. Every paragraph running the same length. Content so generic it could belong to any health system in the country, because the model has no lived experience to draw on and never will. Reed pushes back in the direction the argument needs. Patients have been navigating vague human-written hospital pages for fifteen years. The model did not invent that problem. It removed the barrier holding the volume down, the way digital cameras ended the discipline of thirty-six exposures. Chris names where that leads: everything converging toward the middle, because averaging is how the models were built. The second half is for people who own content. Google Search Central says generative AI is useful for research and for adding structure to original content, and that using it to generate many pages without adding value may violate the scaled content abuse policy. Google publishes no threshold. No word count, no acceptable percentage, no safe number of pages. Chris and Reed get specific about where AI earns its place in content production and where it costs more than it saves, then land on the trap waiting at the end of it, which is teams running detection scores and editing toward a machine instead of toward a patient. Lacey Reichwald of AHA Media Group closes the episode with the finding that reframes the conversation. Content creation is the most popular use of AI in marketing departments and it is not where the efficiency lives. She has surveyed health system marketing teams for years, and her argument is that organizations keep backing a process into a tool rather than choosing a tool for a process. She also makes the case for putting the AI skeptics on the working group on purpose. If your content team is measured on pages published, you have already told them which of these two halves matters. Arden Myrin comes to the Pol' Atteu Beverly Hills house dressed to kill—and within minutes, nothing is off limits. We get into the creative energy that keeps all three of us moving, why Arden says she shuts down instead of screaming when things go sideways, and the deeply personal chapter of her 18-year relationship that ended during the pandemic. She opens up about fertility treatments, the uncertainty she felt about motherhood, and the anesthesia-fueled line involving the Gilmore Girls that still makes us howl. Then we undress the career turn Arden never expected. After years of playing the quirky neighbor, secretary, best friend and scene-stealer, she reveals why she was convinced no one would ever cast her as the wife—until Free Bert came along. Her audition setup involved an ironing board, a phone and a dirty crib sheet, but somehow it led to a chemistry read with Bert Kreischer and a major spot near the top of the call sheet. Arden tells us why she immediately understood the woman she was playing, how her own parents' wild love story helped unlock the role, and why being amused by Bert instead of trying to tame him may have sealed the deal. We also get the behind-the-scenes story of the young actresses playing her daughters, Arden's protective instinct toward them, and the unlikely nationwide search that brought one of them from farm life to Universal. And just when you think we're done, the conversation takes a Hollywood left turn: FYC parties, skipping Saturday Night Live for a friend, Arden's own SNL test—and her brutally funny verdict on what it was really like working on MADtv. This is Arden Myrin completely undressed: hilarious, candid, sentimental and very, very unfiltered. The Amazon DSP Opportunity for Non-Endemic Brands With Ross Walker - Episode 440

Ecommerce Brain Trust

Play Episode Listen Later Aug 25, 2026 23:38

DESCRIPTION Welcome to The Ecommerce Braintrust podcast, brought to you by Julie Spear, Head of Retail Marketplace Services, and Jordan Ripley, Director of Retail Account Management. Today, we're tackling a topic that has evolved from a conference panel talking point into one of the most significant media budget shifts in digital advertising: Amazon DSP for non-endemic brands.  Historically, brands that don't actually sell physical products on Amazon's marketplace have questioned why they should buy Amazon media. Today the conversations we're having with brands are very different.  Joining us today to unpack why 2026 is the turning point for non-endemic media buying is our very own Director of Retail Media at Acadia, Ross Walker.  Let's dive in!    Quote: If you're a non-endemic brand and you're hitting a point of consistent diminishing returns with your traditional media channels, that's the first signal that you should consider testing into a new media channel like ADSP. Ross Walker   KEY TAKEAWAYS In this episode, Julie, Jordan, and Ross discuss: Endemic vs. non-endemic, simplified: It's really just "sells on Amazon" vs. "doesn't sell on Amazon" - the jargon is mostly industry inertia. Amazon DSP has hit parity with The Trade Desk: Years of building out premium CTV/STV, audio, digital out-of-home, and owned-channel inventory means Amazon can now support the same kind of full-funnel programmatic buys as legacy DSPs. The real edge is commerce data, at a lower cost: No other DSP has Amazon's depth of purchase-intent signal, and Amazon has intentionally kept platform and audience fees low to win market share while it can. Premium CTV reach is a genuine unlock: ADSP now reaches roughly 80 million authenticated CTV households a month through partners like Netflix, Disney+, and Roku - inventory that used to be exclusive to players like The Trade Desk. Attribution is no longer the weak link: Tools like Amazon Marketing Cloud, the Amazon Ad Tag, and conversion APIs let non-endemic brands tie a Netflix or Roku impression directly to a D2C sale, lead form, or sign-up - solving a measurement gap that's plagued programmatic for years. Endemic brands get more flexibility too: Brands that do sell on Amazon can now send DSP traffic to their own site or other retailers (Walmart, Ulta, Home Depot), though the richest behavioral/custom audiences are still reserved for traffic that stays on Amazon. Signals to know it's time to test ADSP: Diminishing returns on Meta/Google/Trade Desk, or an audience with strong, specific purchase intent are both green lights to start testing. What still differentiates DSPs going forward: As capabilities converge across platforms, the real differentiator becomes each platform's unique owned audiences and media properties (e.g., Amazon's Prime Video, Walmart's owned data via The Trade Desk).

In this episode, Matt, Jason, and Don sat down with fierce advocacy journalist and filmmaker Abby Martin. Known for her unapologetic anti-imperialist stance and her long-standing consistency in the independent media space, Abby has spent her career exposing state overreach and the atrocities of the military-industrial complex. In this deeply moving interview, she discusses her newest groundbreaking documentary, Earth's Greatest Enemy, and her steadfast refusal to compromise her principles or sell out to the partisan grifts that have recently captured so much of alternative media. The core discussion dives into the staggering reality that the U.S. military is the single largest institutional polluter on the planet, yet remains a massive, intentional blind spot for mainstream environmentalists. The conversation explores the utter hypocrisy of the state demanding individual citizens reduce their ecological footprint while the empire actively poisons its own troops and citizens right at home, as seen with the tragic, toxic legacy of Camp Lejeune and widespread PFAS contamination. The dialogue also tackles the frustrating shift in the independent media landscape, highlighting how massive platforms that once championed huge anti-war coalitions have effectively become whitewashing mouthpieces for state criminality and authoritarian apologetics, completely shutting out genuine anti-imperialist perspectives. Bringing the episode to a close, the final segment focuses on the "White Pill" of actionable, revolutionary optimism. The conversation explores the profound, radicalizing shift of parenthood—how having children can instantly cure self-destructive nihilism and ignite a fierce drive to protect the future. Leaving the audience inspired, the discussion emphasizes channeling righteous anger into local community building, pushing back against the surveillance state, and refusing to let the empire steal the joy of raising the next generation of "dragon slayers" in a time of dragons. Janet Caperna has survived The Valley, marriage, motherhood and our Haute Seat—but is she ready for what's hiding at the bottom of her Armenian coffee cup that Pol' sees? In her very first Armenian Coffee Reading, Janet quickly discovers that the grounds may know a little too much. Pol' immediately picks up on travel plans that haven't even happened yet—but one trip comes with a warning Janet definitely wasn't expecting. And that's only the beginning. Soon, the cup turns toward family, motherhood and what could be coming next for Janet and Jason. A mysterious symbol at the bottom of the cup stops us in our tracks, while another prediction leaves Janet wondering whether the family she has carefully planned might end up looking very different than she imagined. Could there be another Caperna on the horizon… or something even more surprising? Then Pol' sees a major change involving home before Janet reveals just how seriously she's already thinking about it. What follows is an eerily specific prediction about a future space, an emotional connection she won't understand until she sees it, and something waiting on the other side of that move that could open an entirely unexpected new chapter in Janet's life. But there may be one person who needs a little convincing first: Jason. Janet hilariously admits that when she wants something, she plants the seed and waits for Jason to eventually think it was his idea. But the cup suggests there's another “ask” Janet has been quietly waiting for Jason to deliver—and it may have nothing to do with what we initially think. Just when Janet thinks the reading is over, the thumbprint reveals one final surprise that has her saying, “That scares me!” And because we couldn't let her escape without asking, we get in one last question about The Valley reunion and Kristen Doute. Did they finally find resolution? Janet's answer gives us just enough tea to leave us wanting more. By the end, Janet declares herself “naked and great” and is very happy this reading was recorded—because she fully intends to come back and see whether Pol got it right. What did Pol' see? What is about to change? And which prediction could turn Janet's perfectly planned Type-A world completely upside down? Grab your cup. This is one reading we're definitely coming back to. Janet Caperna is back in The Haute Seat, and nothing is off-limits as we strip down Bravo's hottest headlines, red-carpet fashion and some truly jaw-dropping reality-TV history. We kick off with Haute Topics and Janet's take on breaking the fourth wall. She explains why reality TV sometimes has to acknowledge fame, production and the comment section for the story to make sense—and gets candid about the dark side of being on television. After her first season, Janet says online hate crossed a terrifying line with death threats and racial slurs aimed at her husband and son. Then came the headline claiming the family had “fled to Switzerland,” when they were actually on a planned vacation in gorgeous Lake Lugano. Janet also spills on The Valley cast group chat, a recent star-packed dinner with Shannon Beador, Tom Schwartz, Lala Kent and Michelle Saniei, and why she thinks Bravo spin-offs and “Next Gen” shows can absolutely work. Next, Runway Rundown gets fashionable and feisty. We weigh in on Kristen Doute's bump-baring maternity look, debate Pamela Anderson's makeup-free red-carpet era, and revisit Scheana Shay's wedding gown—including Janet's firsthand memories as a bridesmaid and Pol's behind-the-scenes styling details. Then Janet faces her own reunion fashion: the backless look she wore after losing 70 pounds of baby weight, the Rachel Zoe/vintage Gucci comparison, and the secret to dressing for a reunion where you may be sitting on a couch for12-plus hours. She even teases her newest reunion look: a primary color, tasteful peekaboo skin and borrowed diamonds. The conversation gets even hotter when Janet talks marriage, why an open relationship would never work for her, and delivers one of the episode's wildest lines about Jason. Then it's Game Time: “Bravo's Biggest Capers,” where scams, scandals and reality-TV chaos collide. We quiz Janet on the White House crash heard around Bravo, Teresa Giudice's prison sentence, Scandoval, Anna Delvey and Ariana Maddox. But the biggest caper may be Janet's own story: she reveals she once partied with Elizabeth Holmes shortly before Holmes went to prison. What began with a mysterious “Lizzie” FaceTime at Sundance turned into a surreal night at a San Francisco jazz bar—and Janet says Holmes got “hammered.” That confession sends us straight into our own Anna Nicole Smith memories and the glory days of truly unfiltered reality television. Fashion, Bravo gossip, scandal, diamonds, death threats, Scandoval and Elizabeth Holmes at a jazz bar—Janet Caperna's Haute Seat is officially scorching. Janet Caperna is back in the Haute Seat with us, and this time we go even deeper into love, marriage, motherhood, money, reality TV and the friendships that made—and complicated—The Valley. Janet tells us how a four-Corona Tulum moment changed everything when she looked at longtime friend Jason and suddenly realized the guy she had been searching for was already in front of her. From their first real kiss to her immediate “I'm marrying this man” declaration, she opens up about why Jason became her person, how they divide money and responsibilities, and why separate bank accounts and separate bathrooms might be her secret to a happy marriage. We rewind to the years Janet spent quietly watching the Vanderpump world from the background while working as an executive assistant for major names, including Cameron Diaz and Catherine Power at Avaline. Then came the move to the Valley, a closer friendship with Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor, the original “baby bottle service” concept, Scandoval reigniting interest in the group, an unexpected pregnancy—and suddenly Janet was filming season one of The Valley. Nothing is off limits as Janet talks Kristen Doute, Nia, Jax, Brittany, Ariana Madix, Jesse, Lacy, Michelle and the moment she thought photos of Michelle and Dr. Dre were AI. She reveals why she believes Raquel could have redeemed herself by returning to Vanderpump Rules, why she refuses to campaign for cast members to be fired, and why she thinks reality TV only works when you stop hiding from the cameras and show the real, raw mess. She even takes us inside the Big Bear breakdown where, seven months pregnant and cooking for everyone, she threw tortilla chips at Jason, burst into tears and made the split-second decision to let the cameras follow. We also get into Ariana's Love Island success and fashion, Janet's plans to try for baby number two, her wild 7/7/27 family-date dream, her future cookbook and homeware ambitions, and the life she actually wants when the cameras are gone. And then things take a very unexpected turn when Jesse's claimed history with Anna Nicole Smith comes up—something that shocks us, because we were there and knew Anna's life intimately. It's love, lawsuits, baby plans, reality-TV boundaries, Scandoval clues, Dr. Dre shockers and one very Undressed conversation. It's our 23rd anniversary, and we're celebrating the only way we know how: completely UNDRESSED, wildly inappropriate, and with one of Bravo's most talked-about personalities, Janet Caperna of The Valley. We've known Janet for nearly a decade, but this time we're going all the way back to her pre-Bravo life in Columbus, Ohio — before the cameras, before The Valley, and before an unexpected poolside encounter with Scheana Shay changed the course of her Los Angeles story. Janet tells us why getting married at 22 was far too young for her, how she realized she had outgrown her first marriage, and why a three-month trial run in Los Angeles became the beginning of an entirely new life. She takes us inside the hilariously unglamorous moment she and a friend showed up ready to actually swim at the Mondrian pool — only to find an ultra-L.A. scene where nobody was swimming and everyone was in heels. Then Scheana walked in. Janet opens up about approaching the Vanderpump Rules star as a fan, the friendship that unexpectedly followed, their early stoner-girl bonding, and the unforgettable Disneyland birthday Scheana planned for her just days after Janet moved to L.A. Of course, we have questions. Was Janet really the “Bravo stalker” people make her out to be? Why isn't Scheana on The Valley? What does Janet think about Scheana stepping away from cameras after the fallout surrounding Brock Davies? And how close was Janet to Lala Kent before Lala joined The Valley? Janet dishes on the real friendships behind the Bravo universe, including the connection between their moms, Brittany Cartwright, Michelle Saniei and Lala Kent. Then things get expensive — and outrageous. We talk vintage jewelry, Janet's 1910 push-present ring, borrowing major pieces for Watch What Happens Live and the reunion, Pol's massive diamonds, and the very real fear of being robbed. Janet shares the frightening reason she never hesitates to hand jewelry over if threatened. And because chaos follows us everywhere, Janet turns the tables and asks US about Jeff Lewis, our viral American Airlines lounge showdown, missing luggage, our hacked account and the theft of roughly 500,000 AAdvantage miles. We unpack the 4:37 a.m. airport confrontation, the comment about our “Japanese friend,” the lounge-to-lounge tattletelling, and the viral video Janet joked could land us on the no-fly list From Bravo fandom to friendship, divorce to reinvention, Scheana and Lala to Jeff Lewis, diamonds, Disneyland and airport drama, Janet gives us a funny, candid look at how a girl from Ohio found herself inside the world she once watched from her couch — and why she still refuses to play to the camera. In this deeply personal installment of our Anna Nicole Smith: Portrait of an Icon series, we open Chapter Two of our book and remember the person who was truly at the center of Anna Nicole Smith's world: her son, Daniel Wayne Smith. We knew Daniel away from the headlines and cameras—as the quiet, brilliant, soft-spoken young man who loved books, video games, trivia and simply being close to his mom. While Anna became one of the most photographed women in the world, Daniel wanted almost nothing to do with fame, and we share what it was really like watching him navigate life as Anna Nicole Smith's son. We take you inside the mother-son relationship the public rarely got to see. Anna was fiercely protective, surprisingly strict and completely hands-on with Daniel. We remember the everyday moments that showed who she was when the cameras were gone: cooking for him, teaching him how to brush his teeth with braces, fighting over a messy bedroom, worrying about college and doing everything she could to give him the childhood and future she never had. Daniel wasn't just her son—he was her rock, her grounding force and, for so many years, the one constant in her life. We also revisit some of our funniest and most unforgettable memories with him: Daniel hiding from cameras, Pol' trying to understand what Daniel was doing on the computer, Patrik playing a celebrity boxing video game with him while Anna's digital character battled in the ring, and the wild TrimSpa bus trip to Nebraska where Anna essentially told us to get on the bus and figure out the clothes later. There was Scrabble, road-trip chaos, laughter and the kind of private family moments no tabloid could ever capture. Then the conversation turns emotional as we remember Daniel meeting his newborn sister in the Bahamas and the devastating loss that followed. We reflect on how losing him changed Anna forever and read from our book the heartbreaking remembrance she wrote for Daniel to be placed with him—a private expression of a mother trying to understand how to live without the child she called her rock. We also share how Dannielynn's name became connected to Daniel and to hope for the future. This episode is not about the Anna Nicole persona. It is about the mother we knew, the son we loved, and the bond we witnessed firsthand. Daniel was intelligent, gentle, funny, private and full of promise—and his loss became one none of us ever truly got over. There is much more to this story, and much more from Portrait of an Icon still to come.

This naturally leads to a broader discussion about the Cyberpunk genre, where Joe and his co-host delve into various forms of media that embody this aesthetic and thematic style, including influential books, iconic movies, and immersive video games that have shaped the landscape of this genre over the years. As the conversation unfolds, Joe turns his attention to Cody, inquiring about his progress in his fourth attempt to navigate the sprawling narrative of Cyberpunk 2077. Cody reflects on his experiences with the game, discussing the challenges he has faced, the choices he has made, and how the game's rich storytelling and complex characters have drawn him back in, despite previous hurdles. Joe and Cody reminisce about Neill's illustrious career and his contributions to the film industry, reflecting on his memorable performances and the impact he has had on audiences worldwide. Before we ever turned the coffee cup over, we found ourselves laughing hysterically about everything from losing contact lenses inside your eye for a month to plastic surgery, aging gracefully, skinny jeans, fashion disasters, and why reading glasses suddenly become accessories instead of necessities. Somehow we also managed to debate the ideal size of certain male anatomy, revisit Frank's terrifying experience on Snake, and wonder whether surviving thousands of hissing cockroaches deserves lifetime therapy. As always, nothing is off limits. We also dive into Frank's exciting new chapter. After years spent making other people look beautiful behind the scenes as a celebrity makeup artist, he's finally stepping into the spotlight himself. From modeling during Brooklyn Fashion Week to discovering a confidence he's never truly felt before, Frank opens up about embracing the person he was always meant to become instead of the character everyone else expected him to play. That naturally leads us into one of the most honest conversations we've ever had about identity, self-worth, heartbreak, and learning to stop letting other people write your story. We talk about why reinvention isn't changing who you are—it's finally allowing the real you to show up. Then comes the moment everyone waits for... The Armenian Coffee Reading. The instant we looked inside Frank's cup, we knew this wasn't going to be an ordinary reading. The coffee revealed emotions far deeper than either of us expected. A broken heart that hasn't completely healed. Someone from the past whose energy is still present. The difference between what we need and what we simply want. A powerful exercise involving seven days of handwritten reflections that could completely change the direction of Frank's life. As the symbols continued appearing inside the cup—including an unmistakable facial profile—we watched Frank become visibly emotional as nearly every message resonated with experiences he had never shared publicly. The reading wasn't about predicting the future. It was about finally understanding the past. We also discuss why focusing on career and purpose may be exactly what unlocks the next chapter of his life, how creativity becomes part of healing, and why the greatest love story sometimes begins by choosing yourself first. Of course, because it's UNDRESSED, the emotional moments are constantly interrupted by our completely inappropriate jokes, outrageous one-liners, fashion commentary, SnowWhite90210 sleeping through the entire reading, and enough adult humor to make your grandmother blush. This episode proves exactly why Armenian coffee readings continue to fascinate us. Sometimes the coffee doesn't tell you what you want to hear—it tells you exactly what your soul needs to hear. The Tim Conway Jr Show Hour 3 (8.6) We kick off in full nostalgia mode — MTV, the Macarena, and all the where-were-you moments that date you instantly. Bellio's husband works as an adaptive ski instructor, a certified instructor with specialized training to teach people with physical, cognitive, or sensory disabilities how to ski and snowboard safely, and it's a genuinely cool job most people don't know exists. Plus Nicolas Cage is playing John Madden in a biopic headed to Prime Video. Then KTLA's David Lazarus stops by with a deep cut: he was in "Bad News Bears" — playing for the opposing team — filmed at Mason Park in Chatsworth, Mason just north of Devonshire. Conway counters with his runway modeling era and his CB radio days talking to truck drivers. That rolls straight into a convoy conversation and the general struggle of getting along with technology, including the growing problem of Waymos hogging every good parking spot in the city. Waymo woes, fully documented. We close with the Hollywood mystery of the week: someone is apparently living inside a billboard high above the Sunset Strip, and at least one neighbor waves to him every single day. In this episode, we take you behind the scenes of my cosmetic surgery with renowned Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Saul Lahijani, and absolutely nothing goes according to plan. Patrik expected a routine laser resurfacing appointment... instead it became a three-and-a-half-hour surgical marathon complete with mystery Gore-Tex implants, unexpected lip surgery, missing buccal fat, multiple rounds of anesthesia, TikTok LIVE updates from the operating room, and enough comedy to make us question every decision we've ever made. We reveal why Pol' has spent years trying to convince Patrik his famous lips are "too big," how a decades-old cosmetic procedure left even the surgeon scratching his head, and why everyone—including the doctor—went on an unexpected treasure hunt inside his mouth looking for implants that apparently no longer exist. Along the way we name-drop everyone from Lisa Rinna, Dolly Parton, Tom Cruise, Daniel Craig, Jacob Elordi, Tom Holland and even Jesus Christ as our conversation spirals into hilarious territory while Patrik drifts in and out under medication. You'll hear what it's really like being awake during parts of facial surgery, why the burning smell made him believe he was turning into rotisserie chicken on Gilligan's Island, how Pol became the world's most overbearing "Nurse Ratchet," and why SnowWhite90210 nearly had a meltdown trying to reach Patrik while he was in surgery. We also pull back the curtain on modern laser resurfacing technology, explain how different settings are used on different areas of the face, and share never-before-told stories from inside the operating room—including Pol' live-streaming the entire experience on TikTok while the nurses joked about joining the broadcast. Between outrageous marital banter, brutally honest beauty confessions, celebrity comparisons, and behind-the-scenes surgical chaos, this episode proves that even in Beverly Hills, cosmetic surgery rarely goes according to plan. The surgery may be over, but the real adventure is just beginning. In Part 2, we take you behind the scenes of what happened after we left the operating room—and let's just say absolutely nothing went according to plan. From unexpected recovery room chaos and hilarious mishaps to moments that had us laughing one minute and emotional the next, this episode proves that healing is never as glamorous as anyone makes it look. As we navigate the ride home, an unforgettable first night of recovery, and Pol' suddenly finding himself promoted to full-time nurse, we quickly discover that post-op care comes with plenty of surprises... and even more opinions. Between impossible instructions, unexpected challenges, and a few moments that may have permanently earned Pol' a brand-new nickname, we somehow manage to find humor in every twist and turn. But beneath all the comedy is one of the most heartfelt conversations we've ever shared. Patrik opens up about a deeply personal experience during surgery that left us both speechless and reminds us that sometimes life's most vulnerable moments can also become its most meaningful. Of course, SnowWhite90210 never leaves Dad's side, proving once again why she's the tiniest member of our family with the biggest heart. We also share an update on Patrik's healing journey, what's still ahead, and why this experience has given us an entirely new appreciation for patience, partnership, and finding laughter even when you're at your lowest. If you've ever wondered what really happens after cosmetic surgery, this episode is funny, honest, emotional, and completely UNDRESSED. He takes the cast into Utah canyons and the Great Basin Desert, and tells us what Jonathan Roumie is actually like off camera. We also have Emily's recap of a memorable Lollapalooza this past weekend, Spider-Man: Brand New Day making U.S. box office history, and movie theaters having a record-setting comeback. We also get into the professor who found a way to catch students using AI on exams, and Arizona State announcing a new degree that's getting a lot of ridicule, but Jesse thinks is a great idea. And we tell the tale of Katy Perry getting stuck in a human-sized inflatable water bottle at a recent concert. This week's question of the week: what's a random habit you picked up that's genuinely improved your life? If you feel like you and your friends or you and your significant other are struggling with communication lately, keep listening. This episode is for you.  As we talk about the importance of community, one of the fastest things to trip us up is communication. Think about how often miscommunication or lack of communication is the root problem in a disagreement or riff with your people. Author and therapist Jason VanRuler is here to help us better understand our communication type. It gives us such a better look into why we may act certain ways in friendships, relationships, at work.  Jason has a new book out called Discovering Your Communication Type, so you're going to want to grab a copy of this. It's so good! We continue today's conversation with you over on spirituallystronger.com - so please join a whole community of us over there as we unpack this together.
