What happens when a legendary New Jersey comedian sits down with two completely unfiltered gay hosts over Armenian coffee? Pure comedy chaos. This week we welcomed comedian Mike Marino to Undressed with Pol' and Patrik while we were in New York City, and from the second he walked in, we couldn't stop laughing. Between Mike's quick wit, our nonstop banter, and SnowWhite90210 stealing the spotlight as always, this episode felt like old friends sitting around the kitchen table. We talked about Mike's incredible 35-year career, spending a decade performing sketch comedy on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, touring the world, opening for legendary performers, and why comedians don't make their money from television specials—they make it on the road. Disclosure Day took second place this weekend, though Toy Story practically beat its global take in the states alone, and Obsession and Backrooms continue their strong streaks coming in at third and fourth respectively.Universal and Blumhouse's Atomic Monster are jumping on the Curry Barker bandwagon having acquired the young director's third film in a reported eight figure deal. While Universal has been backing Barker, both Obsession and his upcoming film Anything But Ghosts are coming from Focus Features. Blumhouse has produced those same films, but this new move puts the horror powerhouse in a stronger position for film development. After making seven seasons of the CBBC series, Malory Towers, it's already abundantly clear that Ella Bright is brimming with talent and experience, but Prime Video's Off Campus is bound to send her star soaring in a significant way. As Dale Earnhardt Jr. prepares for the Prime Video broadcast of NASCAR's inaugural trip to San Diego, he sits down with road racing experts Shane Van Gisbergen and Connor Zilisch. Kaleb and I had a really honest conversation about something that's been on our hearts lately: Is Christian social media actually helping people grow in their faith, or could it sometimes be hurting them? We talked about the incredible ways God has used social media to reach people, share the Gospel, and build community, but we also wrestled with the challenges that come with Christian influencing, performative faith, monetizing ministry, comparison, and call-out culture.
