What if your newsletter could do more than just sit in someone's inbox every week?In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of two recent email marketing projects I've been working on and breaking down the exact strategies we're using to turn subscribers into warm leads, create FOMO, and ultimately convert people into paying customers.Because your email list should not be an afterthought.I'm walking you through how I'm building a waitlist strategy for Cocktails & Clothes, including the welcome sequence, weekly newsletter, segmentation, speed networking events, early-access offers, and the systems that keep the waitlist warm.I'm also sharing how I took a business strategist from basically zero to a fully automated newsletter system in just three weeks — including why I chose GoHighLevel over Substack, how we're using different signup forms and welcome sequences based on where someone came from, and why having a content strategy behind your newsletter matters SO much. And honestly? This is the unglamorous backend stuff that actually works. In this episode, I'm breaking down:How to build an email marketing strategy that turns followers into paying customersThe influencer strategies and creator tips you can use to create FOMO around your offerHow to create a waitlist that actually stays warm and convertsThe email sequence I'm using to nurture people from waitlist signup to purchaseWhy segmentation from day one is non-negotiableHow to use a weekly newsletter to consistently showcase wins, testimonials, events, and social proofWhy your newsletter should have a goal beyond simply “sending content”How to create different welcome sequences based on where your subscribers came fromWhy you may need multiple signup forms for your email listHow to build a newsletter content bank so you're never starting from scratchWhy I chose GoHighLevel instead of jumping on the Substack trainHow to build automated email marketing systems without adding another million tools to your businessThe importance of documenting your backend systems so you actually know how everything worksHow I took a newsletter system from kickoff to launch in just three weeksWant to see behind the scenes of my client Marie's waitlist email strategy for Cocktails & Close?

Mentor Sessions Ep. 087: Simon Dixon breaks down the Coldcard hack, BIP-110 chain split fallout, node vs miner power, and Bitcoin self-custody security in 2026.PART 1: Simon Dixon & Doomberg - https://youtu.be/Q0P0X7j_kcA Over $100 million in Bitcoin vanished in the Coldcard entropy bug — and days later a chain split ended with the nodes defeated and Bitcoin more centralized than before. Simon Dixon joins Nathan to trace what really happened. This is the deep-dive follow-up to the Doomberg conversation. You'll learn why Simon now treats every incident as an attack "guilty until proven innocent," how the BIP-110 resistance became the most successful node mobilization since the block size war yet still failed to move the mining pools, and why he refuses to die on a hill that ends in an altcoin. You'll see how the Coldcard low-entropy vulnerability, Zeus, Boltz and BTCPay attacks fit one pattern, and hear a clear framework for rebuilding your self-custody with dice-rolled entropy, multisig, and active participation. Simon and Nathan also unpack developer centralization, the loss of Knots as a competing implementation, and why sovereignty is proof of work you can't outsource.⏱️ Timestamps:0:00 - Intro0:24 - Resuming After Doomberg Discussion0:55 - Infrastructure Attacks on Coldcard and Others1:32 - BIP-110 and Resulting Chain Split1:50 - UASF and Block Size War History2:50 - Tether Fees and Scaling Debates4:02 - Barry Silbert and SegWit2x Deal4:51 - Nodes Defeating Miners in Past Wars6:02 - Role Reversal With Core Changes7:35 - Running Knots to Support Resistance8:20 - Developer Centralization Concerns Rise10:14 - BIP-110 Failure and Altcoin Stance11:39 - Knots Node Adoption Surge to 20%12:08 - Infiltration Risks and Verification12:54 - Can Node Minority Influence Miners14:19 - Consensus Changes Remain Extremely Difficult17:16 - More Centralized Yet Wiser After Events18:13 - Social Fallout Losing Ocean and Knots22:15 - Check Ego and Welcome Others Back25:21 - Stay Suspicious While Shaking Hands27:34 - Abundant Mines Mining Hosting28:29 - Coldcard Low Entropy Bug Details30:16 - Hack Impact on Bitcoin Purists31:36 - Difficulty Spending Stolen Bitcoin32:37 - Fed Recruitment via Stolen Coins33:23 - Learn Entropy and Generate Secure Keys36:03 - Assume Attack and Identify Beneficiaries37:44 - Self Custody Sovereignty Comes at Cost39:55 - Bitcoin Requires Active Participation43:37 - Coordinated Message in All Attacks45:14 - Final Advice Skepticism and Focus
Gerald Celente (TrendsJournal.com) warns that America's rapidly expanding AI surveillance network is destroying the constitutional “right to be left alone,” as thousands of police departments deploy cameras capable of tracking innocent people without warrants or meaningful oversight. As AI supercharges that police-state infrastructure, Celente argues the same political establishment is lying Americans into another disastrous war with Iran—claiming victory and “total control” while the costs, destruction, and consequences continue to mount. Keep winning! Two-time Emmy and Three-time NAACP Image Award-winning, television Executive Producer Rushion McDonald interviewed Attorney S. Diane Clair. A Georgia-based attorney, real estate law professor at Kennesaw State University, and founder of a law practice specializing in real estate, estate planning, probate, business, and contract law. The discussion focuses on wealth building through real estate investing, asset protection, and estate planning strategies for generational wealth. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] Purpose of the Interview The primary purpose of the interview was to: Educate listeners about real estate investing opportunities, including lesser-known strategies such as tax liens and tax deeds. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] Stress the importance of working with qualified legal professionals instead of relying on Google, social media, AI tools, or generic legal templates. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] Promote wealth preservation through estate planning, particularly trusts and business structures. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] Encourage minority communities to create estate plans and pass wealth to future generations. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] Key Takeaways 1. Don't Rely Solely on Google, Social Media, or AI for Legal Advice Clair warns that many individuals attempt to create wills, trusts, and legal documents online without professional guidance. She emphasizes that legal matters require experienced attorneys because AI and internet sources may provide incomplete or incorrect information. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] Why it Matters Legal mistakes can create costly problems later. AI-generated content can be inaccurate. Estate planning and real estate transactions require professional review. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] 2. Real Estate Is a Powerful Wealth-Building Tool Clair argues that real estate remains one of the strongest ways to build and transfer wealth between generations. She highlights its relative stability compared to stock market fluctuations. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] Benefits Mentioned Builds long-term wealth Generates passive income Creates assets that can be inherited Helps achieve financial freedom [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] 3. Start Real Estate Investing Through a Business Entity One of Clair's first recommendations is to establish a legal business structure before purchasing investment properties. Recommended Structures LLC Corporation Other formal business entities [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] She repeatedly stresses that investment assets ideally should not be owned in an individual's personal name. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] 4. You Don't Need Large Amounts of Money to Invest A major myth she debunks is that real estate investing requires significant capital. Entry-Level Strategies Tax liens Tax deeds Foreclosure purchases Fix-and-flip projects Rental properties [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] According to Clair, investors can begin with relatively small amounts by purchasing tax liens and earning interest when property owners redeem them. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] 5. Estate Planning Is Largely Ignored Clair shares a startling statistic: Approximately 64% of Americans do not have an estate plan. Among minorities, that number rises to about 70%. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] She believes the problem is educational rather than financial, noting that even wealthy celebrities frequently fail to plan their estates. [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] 6. Trusts Are Better Than Wills for Many Situations Clair strongly favors trusts, especially irrevocable trusts, as vehicles for preserving wealth. Advantages of Trusts Avoid probate Potential tax benefits Asset protection Easier transfer of wealth Can operate while the creator is still alive [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] Difference Between a Will and a Trust Will Takes effect after death Goes through probate court Directs distribution of assets [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] Trust Can function during the owner's lifetime Avoids probate Can provide stronger protection and tax advantages [S. DIANE CLAIR | Txt] 7. Asset Protection Is Essential Clair explains that trusts can own: Real estate Bank accounts Businesses Investments Other valuable assets [S. FROM THE H2H VAULT: On June 27, 1977, one of Minnesota's grandest mansions became the scene of a brutal double murder. Inside Glensheen, the sprawling Congdon family estate overlooking Lake Superior in Duluth, 83-year-old heiress Elisabeth Congdon was found smothered in her bed. Her night nurse, Velma Pietila, had been beaten to death nearby. What followed was a sensational investigation involving family money, inheritance, an adopted daughter with a troubled history, and the son-in-law prosecutors believed was willing to kill for a fortune. Suspicion soon centered on Elisabeth's adopted daughter, Marjorie Congdon Caldwell, and Marjorie's husband, Roger Caldwell. Roger was convicted of murdering Elisabeth and Velma, but his conviction was later overturned. Marjorie was tried separately—and acquitted. Years later, Roger would plead guilty to the killings, while questions surrounding exactly what happened inside Glensheen that night continued to haunt the case. This is the story of Elisabeth Congdon and Velma Pietila, the extraordinary Congdon fortune, and the 1977 Glensheen Mansion murders—a case filled with wealth, family dysfunction, courtroom drama, and a legacy that remains inseparable from one of Minnesota's most famous homes. Portland entrepreneur Mark Maher says it was around March 2025 when he and his family got to experience firsthand the thrill of smashing ceramic plates, glass vases, TVs and other electronic devices. That experience took place at a friend’s rage room in Boise, Idaho, where customers book sessions to don goggles, gloves and other safety equipment to obliterate objects in a controlled, safe environment. Soon after, Maher opened Rage Room Portland, which celebrated its one-year anniversary this month by opening its second location inside Stickmen Brewing Company in Tualatin. Business is also booming at OutRaged Rage Room, which opened in Vancouver in 2019. Owner Tera Gale says her three themed rage rooms are usually booked back to back on the weekends, with individuals or groups of up to 15 people paying to smash not only electronics and glassware but also personal objects they might find cathartic to destroy, such as a wedding dress from a failed marriage. Gale and Maher join us to share what they think is behind the appeal of rage rooms, where the adage, “you break it, you buy it,” is taking on new meaning.
What actually is a dollar? Not what you think it should be — what it actually is, right now, in the modern economy. Andy Tanner sits down with Professor J.W. Mason, heterodox economist and author of Against Money, for one of the most thought-provoking conversations in the show's history. They cover how money works as a social technology, why the Fed's "money printing" after 2008 didn't cause inflation — and why the COVID stimulus did, the real story behind Weimar-style hyperinflation, and why understanding what a dollar is might be the most important thing an investor can learn. This isn't an episode about which policy is right. It's about understanding the rules of the game well enough to play it — regardless of who's making the calls. If you're going to buy assets that produce dollars, you'd better know what a dollar actually is.

If I could do it all over again — which is kind of the theme of this podcast — I would have sold it through Worthy. Worthy is a modern, smarter way to sell your jewelry online. Their process is incredibly easy: they cover shipping and insurance, professionally clean and photograph your jewelry, and have it graded by experts to help maximize its value. What makes Worthy different is that they create a competitive auction environment where buyers bid against each other for your piece — meaning they are motivated to help you get the highest price possible. It's completely risk-free and honestly something I wish I had known about sooner. Get started today by heading to worthy.com/divorcepod and lock in an extra $100 when your jewelry sells for more than $1,500.
The 1873 Gründerkrach, the spectacular stock market crash that followed Germany's unification, is one of history's great financial maelstroms. But its most enduring legacy isn't about money. Host Robin Wigglesworth speaks to Pulitzer Prize-winning author Liaquat Ahamed about how the resulting economic malaise fuelled social division and transformed old prejudices into antisemitic conspiracy. It gave birth to ideas that would resurface with catastrophic consequences decades later in the 20th century.Further reading:1873: The Rothschilds, the First Great Depression, and the Making of the Modern World (2026), by Liaquat Ahamed Gold and Iron: Bismarck, Bleichröder, and the Building of the German Empire (1977), by Fritz SternCredits: Getty Images, AlamyLove listening to The Story of Money? Here's the Spotify description for this episode: In Episode 384 of The Real Jason Duncan Podcast, think about the last time a bill showed up that you couldn't pay. The anger. The fear. That knot in your stomach at 2 in the morning. Now imagine the money to cover it just landed in your account. Tell me you didn't just feel happier. Money can buy happiness. And whoever told you it can't was probably broke. In this solo Wednesday episode drawn from his What's Real newsletter, Jason dismantles one of the most repeated lies in the world — a coping mechanism dressed up as wisdom, passed down from person to person until everybody just repeats it without ever checking it. And then he hands you the research to defend it the next time someone hits you with the old line. In this episode, Jason covers: Why “money can't buy happiness” is a coping mechanism — and what it's actually covering up The 2010 Nobel Prize study that put a $75,000 ceiling on happiness — and why it became gospel for a decade What happened in 2021 when a researcher pinged 1.5 million people on their phones in real time and asked how they actually felt What Kahneman and Killingsworth found when they sat down together in 2023 — and what they landed on after starting out on opposite sides The one exception where money stops moving the needle — and why your gut already knew this The critical difference between “money can't fix everything” and “money can't buy happiness” — and why people use the true one to make the false one sound reasonable What Proverb 10:22 actually says about riches — and why the idea that money and misery are a package deal was never ancient wisdom What to do if more money would relieve the pressure you're under — and why there's no shame in just saying so Money can buy happiness. Go build a life you actually want and stop apologizing for wanting it.

We swore we'd never do it again 03:09.The “VIP” Tour in Mexico: From the moment we stepped into a beautiful Puerto Vallarta property, the sales tactics started with freebies, upgrades, and a breakfast buffet 06:11.Doing the Math: Unpacking the true costs of “vacation ownership,” including buy-in costs, booking, and hidden ten-year fees. The total investment over 20 years is shocking! 15:06, 22:15.Bait and Switch Tactics: Discovering that the best property isn't the standard everywhere and why the luxurious demo might not reflect what you actually get 17:41.Why We Said No—Firmly: The importance of pausing, resisting high-pressure “now-or-never” offers, and sticking to our commitment not to make emotional decisions on the spot 24:48.The Power of Planning Vacations Debt-Free: Tips on booking, budgeting, and making memories without signing up for a lifetime of fees (or regrets) 35:03.Why You Should Tune InWe pull back the curtain on the real tactics used to lure travelers into timeshare deals and share exactly why we walked away, even when the offer was tempting. Are you reacting to the current economic downturn like everyone else? Tightening the purse strings and functioning from lack is going to create more lack. The world is in lack but you don't have to be. Are you willing to not be normal, average and real, and choose possibilities? In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Viv Adcock about the energetics of money and what you can do and be to generate and create possibilities with money, regardless of the economic climate. Firstly, tightening the purse strings is a judgment - that there's not enough money, that it's finite, that things are too expensive, etc. - and judgment never creates, it always destroys. Secondly, what you focus on grows. Are you putting your attention on what is not, rather than looking at what else is possible and what you are actually receiving? If you are truly desiring something different, you've got to be out of control and in question, and you've got to be willing to receive, allowing every molecule of consciousness to contribute to you. Questions And Tools: "What can I create, what can I choose, what action can I take to change my financial reality?" "Who does this belong to?" "Universe, show me what else is possible." "What can I receive that I haven't been willing to receive before?" "What else is possible beyond this?" "What have I decided I need money for?" "What am I avoiding with money?" "What am I proving with money?" "What am I proving with no money?" "What can show up today that I wasn't willing to receive?" "What can I be today that I have not yet chosen?" "All of life comes to us with ease, joy and glory." Tools: Don't go to reaction, go to action. What year did you create the most money so far? Times it by 10. What action do you need to take to create and generate that? Do you need to make more money? Would you like to? Tightening the purse strings and functioning from lack is going to create more lack. Acknowledge what you are already receiving. What if you didn't stop receiving? Look for what else is possible. Start being in question and find out what is possible beyond control. Price is not relevant because you can always create and generate more. The world is in lack but you don't have to be in lack. What if it isn't a problem, what if it's a situation? POC & POD to clear the canvas then ask, "What action can I take that will create change here?" Don't try and work out the future by controlling it. Allow the future to show up by being in question. Be willing to ask for help. Are you willing to go bigger and greater than you perceive is possible? What contribution can you be with money? What if money was to change people's realities? Do you want a predictable, duplicatable reality or a generative life that is always about being in question and always receiving and knowing that greater can show up? You've got to be out of control. You've got to be willing to receive. Have you decided you can't outcreate your family? How many of you are functioning from this caste system that doesn't need to be? Are you truly desiring something different? Stop being limited and start being you What would happen if you were out of control, out of definition, out of form, structure and significance, out of linearities, out of concentricities and out of limitations with receiving? Everything that is, times a godzillion, will you destroy and uncreate it? Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all 100, shorts, boys, creations, bases and beyonds. What action can you take today that would allow something so different to show up that just blows you away - financially, business, relationships, sex, everything? Everything that doesn't allow that to show up, times a godzillion, will you destroy and uncreate it? Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all 100, shorts, boys, creations, bases and beyonds. Will you now let every molecule of consciousness contribute to you, your body, your business, everything and more? Everything that doesn't allow that to show up, times a godzillion, will you destroy and uncreate it? Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all 100, shorts, boys, creations, bases and beyonds. How much control do we really have over our financial future? In this episode, Erik Garcia, CFP®, ChFC®, BFA™ and Dr. Matt Morris, LMFT explore the tension between external circumstances and personal responsibility. While economic conditions, inflation, taxes, and unexpected crises are outside anyone's control, the conversation highlights the many financial choices that still remain firmly within reach. Using concepts like “internal locus of control” and “external locus of control,” they explain how mindset shapes behavior and outcomes. Erik shares practical examples of decisions people can control — saving, spending, insurance, debt management, and lifestyle choices — while Dr. Matt explains how a sense of agency creates resilience and confidence. The episode challenges listeners to stop wasting emotional energy on uncontrollable variables and instead focus on the habits and decisions that move them forward. Episode Highlights: Erik discusses the belief that financial success can feel dictated by external forces outside someone's control. (02:19) Understanding how much control you actually have over your finances is the focus of this episode, Dr. Matt shares. (03:13) Dr. Matt explains the psychological concept of an internal locus of control, describing it as being "the captain of your own ship." (04:44) Entrepreneurs often carry a strong sense of influence and control over their financial outcomes, Erik shares. (06:47) Erik shares a friend's rule that if you can't afford something twice, you can't really afford it, using a car purchase as an example. (09:22) Dr. Matt recounts helping under-resourced clients in New Orleans save small amounts toward $100 so they'd have money to evacuate during a hurricane. (10:36) Recognizing personal control over spending and impulses, rather than adopting a victim mindset, is key to financial success, Erik shares. (13:00) Key Quotes: “Money's emotional. It's tied to fear, identity, habits, and even relationships, and we've learned that long-term financial success is as much about behavior as it is math.” - Erik Garcia, CFP®, ChFC®, BFA™ “Even the best financial plan can be undone by poor behavior, while good financial behavior has the potential to compound more powerfully than investment returns.” - Erik Garcia, CFP®, ChFC®, BFA™ “We don't have control over the weather, but we do have control over saving a little money so we can get to a destination that might be safer.” - Dr. Matt Morris, LMFT Resources Mentioned: Dr. Matt Morris, LMFT Dr. Matt Morris & Associates Erik Garcia, CFP®, ChFC®, BFA™ Xavier Angel, CFP®, ChFC, CLTC Plan Wisely Wealth Advisors

In this episode of Case Studies, the tables turn. Casey sits in the guest chair for the first time in 150 episodes, interviewed by his friend, Dan Snow. Casey opens up about building equity in Vivint before its sale to Blackstone at age 27, his late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, and the morning rituals, cold plunges, and Harvard executive education that keep him grounded. The conversation moves through faith, fatherhood, and the myth of the overnight success. Drawing on lessons from 150 interviews, Casey argues that success is never linear; it's messy, and that's what makes it human. He reflects on money as a magnifier, the difference between character and competency, and why progress, not comfort, equals happiness. Casey also speaks candidly about his marriage to Chelsea Baugh, twenty-two years of deliberate work behind a partnership that looks effortless from the outside. It's an unusually personal conversation about identity, discipline, and what it actually takes to build a life worth admiring.[00:00] Money as a Magnifier[01:22] Turning the Mirror on Casey[02:25] Why He Asks About Childhood[03:46] Discovering His ADHD[06:21] Dropping the H-Bomb[07:56] From Door-to-Door to Financial Independence[09:58] Early Wins That Built Confidence[15:00] Building the Morning Rituals[16:15] Cold Plunge as Courage Practice[20:41] Success Is Never Linear[32:23] Getting Hit in the Eye[38:30] Circle of Control vs. Concern[44:27] Advice for a Newly Rich 27-Year-OldThe information in this communication is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to invest in any fund or security. Many people think financial planning is mostly about investing and saving money. The reality is that some of the biggest financial decisions happen before you ever invest a dollar. In this episode of The Budgetdog Breakdown, I answer real listener questions about protecting your income with disability insurance, combining finances before marriage, understanding the backdoor Roth IRA, deciding whether to pay off your car early, and determining how much a wedding should really cost. We discuss why protecting your ability to earn is so important, how couples can create a shared financial system, why the backdoor Roth isn't as complicated as it sounds, and how to think about debt versus investing. Money isn't just about math. It's about making decisions that protect your family and align with what you actually value. Episode Timeline and Highlights 00:00 Why wealthy people rely on systems 00:18 The insurance most people forget 01:25 Combining finances before marriage 03:52 Understanding the backdoor Roth IRA 05:41 Paying off your car vs. investing 07:32 How much should a wedding cost? 09:39 Final thoughts Key Takeaways • Protecting your income is just as important as protecting your life • Financial transparency is essential in marriage • A backdoor Roth IRA is a legal strategy for accessing Roth contributions when income limits apply • Paying off debt provides a guaranteed return equal to the interest avoided • Major purchases should reflect your values, not social pressure • Financial systems make difficult decisions easier Quotables "Wealthy people aren't wealthy because they win every day. They use systems that make losing hard." "Protect your family in every single potential scenario." "Money isn't just about math. It's about behavior." "Are you doing what is right for you, or are you just keeping up with the Joneses?" The goal isn't to make every financial decision perfectly. It's to build a system that protects your family, supports your goals, and lets you spend your money intentionally.

You're not bad with money. In this Foundations episode, Dr. Felecia Froe speaks directly to every woman carrying the belief that she's somehow failed at money, whether she's avoided her finances for years, watched a high income never translate into confidence, or is still making sense of a setback that shook her trust in herself. Felecia reframes the whole story: what looks like carelessness is actually overwhelm, what looks like incapability is actually a lack of preparation, and what looks like personal failure is actually a systemic failure. This episode's an invitation to put the "bad with money" label down for good and start building from where you actually are. 00:00 - Welcome & Naming the Belief 02:28 - Reframing "Bad with Money" 04:32 - Why Avoidance Happens 06:12 - Setbacks Aren't Evidence Against You 08:39 - Putting the Story Down You've worked hard to build your career. This week on Beyond Sunday, Josh is joined by Evan Ryan, Paxton Redd, and Michael Shearon for a conversation about wealth, contentment, and what money can never provide. After imagining what kind of ridiculously rich people they'd become, the conversation turns toward Ecclesiastes 5 and Paxton's message, Chasing Coins. They unpack how comparison and ambition quietly steal contentment, why wealth makes a terrible source of security, and how enjoying what God has already given us may be one of His greatest gifts. The guys also wrestle with a challenging question: Would having more money actually make us more generous, or simply reveal what's already in our hearts? From stewardship and tithing to trusting God when finances feel uncertain, the conversation points toward a better definition of wealth: learning to be content in Christ and willing to use what we have for His Kingdom. Plus, hear about Residency Awareness Month, Friend Day, Lakeside Baptism, and what's coming next at New Work.

If you've ever lost everything (a business, a marriage, your sense of who you are) this conversation is proof that the collapse isn't the end of your story. Rick Trimmer walks through the exact math he and his wife used to climb out of $640,000 in debt: the thousand-day stretch with no pay, the decade of living on a thousand dollars a month, and the brutal conversations he had with himself and his wife about what they actually wanted. If you're in the hole right now, or you're scared of ever being in it, this is the blueprint for how a man digs out without excuses and without quitting on his family. But this isn't just a comeback story; it's a lesson in delayed gratification and what winning the game really looks like. We'll cover how to build passive income, take advantage of opportunities that scare you, and chose freedom over the appearance of success. If you're tired of chasing a lifestyle you can't afford, or you're ready to start building something that actually lasts, this conversation gives you the mindset and the moves to get there.
