Eine katholische Nonne bei «Musik für einen Gast» am Ostersonntag: Das mag wenig überraschen. Dass sie sich selbst als «Freelance Schwester Veronika» bezeichnet, Melodien, Rhythmen und Instrumente in Farben wahrnimmt und auch im Gym Musik hört, vielleicht schon eher. Als Veronika Ebnöther 20 Jahre alt war, veränderte ein Besuch in einer Zürcher Kirche ihr Leben. Sie spürte die Berufung, dass sie sich ihrem Glauben und ihrer Beziehung zu Gott hingeben sollte – voll und ganz. Heute ist Schwester Veronika eine von rund 80 sogenannten «geweihten Jungfrauen» in der Schweiz. «Das klingt aber so verstaubt», sagt sie selbst und verwendet deshalb lieber den Begriff «Freelance Schwester». Im Gegensatz zu den meisten katholischen Nonnen lebt Schwester Veronika nicht in einem Kloster und ist selbst für ihr Einkommen verantwortlich. So hat sie mehr als zehn Jahre Erfahrung in der Gefängnisseelsorge und leitet ein Gesprächsatelier, in dem sie Menschen begleitet, die Rat suchen oder sich mehr Tiefe oder spirituelle Verbundenheit in ihrem Leben wünschen. Bei ihren Beratungen kommen manchmal auch Farben und Pigmente zum Einsatz. Denn Schwester Veronika hat diesbezüglich eine ganz besondere Wahrnehmung: Sie ist Synästhetikerin. «Einfach erklärt sind die Sinne in meinem Kopf nicht getrennt. Wenn ein Reiz reinkommt, werden alle gleichzeitig aktiviert.» Wie sich das anfühlt und warum die Forschung die Synästhesie mit einem LSD-Trip vergleicht, erklärt Schwester Veronika eindrücklich in dieser Ausgabe von «Musik für einen Gast», moderiert von Melanie Pfändler. Ingrédients : - 50 cl d'eau - 125 g de beurre - 1 pincée de sel - 250 g de farine - 6 œufs battus en omelette - 1 c à soupe de vanille liquide, 1 c à soupe d'eau de fleurs d'oranger - sucre glace pour saupoudrer - huile de friture   Préparation :   Faire fondre le beurre dans l'eau, ajouter le sel, la vanille et la fleur d'oranger, bien mélanger et verser la farine en 1 x. Retirer du feu et mélanger vigoureusement et ajouter au fur et à mesure les œufs en omelette  Former des boules à l'aide de 2 c. à soupe et faire frire et bien colorer. Interpreten: Samuel Hasselhorn, Ammiel Bushakevitz Label: harmonia mundi EAN: 3149020951897 Mit der schönen Müllerin, von Franz Schubert 1823 komponiert, haben Samuel Hasselhorn und Ammiel Bushakevitz ihr gemeinsames Projekt Schubert 200 im Jahr 2023 begonnen. Auf Licht und Schatten, dem offiziell in wenigen Tagen erscheinenden zweiten Album der geplant fünfteiligen Reihe, beschäftigen sich die beiden nun mit Schubert Liedern der Jahre 1824/25. Und das auf gar großartige Weise, wie Michael Gmasz verrät. Selten kommt es vor, dass mir schon beim Anhören der ersten Töne einer neuen CD klar ist, das wird eine CD der Woche. Hier bei Samuel Hasselhorn und Ammiel Bushakevitz war dies der Fall, denn das ist Schubert, wie er sein soll! Nicht manieriert oder unnötig gekünstelt, aber auch nicht grob oder rein auf den Text bezogen. Dabei ist Samuel Hasselhorn extrem textdeutlich und Schon in den ersten Versen der jungen Nonne zeigen die beiden Künstler, in welche Richtung diese Aufnahme geht. Samuel Hasselhorn bringt schon hier so viele unterschiedliche Schattierungen seiner Stimme zum Einsatz, ein Fortissimoausbruch im Sturm nur um gleich bei der Ruhe im Herzen zum feinsten, zartesten Pianissimo anzusetzen. Mal vibrierend, dann wieder mit komplett geradem Ton. Die Palette reicht dabei von weich, gedämpft bis hin zu extrem obertonreichen Vokalen. Sein Volumen von einer profunden Tiefe bis hin zu einer schön baritonalen Höhe, kräftig strahlend oder auch fast kindlich zurückhaltend. Ammiel Bushakevitz ist ihm dabei ein ebenso feinfühliger wie animierender Unterstützer. Hämmernd hilft er Hasselhorn dabei, wenn es bei der Auflösung heißt, geh unter, Welt. Unbeschwert leicht leitet er wiederum das zufriedene Nachsinnen des Einsamen ein, träumerisch verschwommen erklingt der Abendstern, martialisch, das Reiterregiment des Untergangs andeutend gleich darauf Normans Gesang. Bushakevitz erfreut zwischendurch auch mit vermeintlich einfachen Klavierpreziosen wie Ländlern und Deutschen Tänzen. Ihre Lebensgeschichte ist ein Zeugnis von tiefer intellektueller Suche und spirituellem Erwachen – und zugleich ein Spiegel der dunkelsten Stunden Europas. Geboren in eine jüdische Familie, durchlief sie eine beeindruckende akademische Karriere, bevor sie zum katholischen Glauben konvertierte und in den Karmel eintrat. Doch ihr Leben endete tragisch in Auschwitz – ein Opfer des Nationalsozialismus, das bis heute als Symbol für Wahrheitssuche, Glauben und Menschlichkeit erinnert wird. Wer war diese außergewöhnliche Frau, die Grenzen überschritt und Generationen inspirierte?

Also wirklich unbedingt reinhören und dran bleiben. Hörgenuss vom Besten, zum Nachdenken, schmunzeln und ja nachdenken.    Sex Talk und da steht auf dem Flyer - meh war nur rätschu ! Also rätschu isch ja äu hengertu und ja mehr als nur sprechen, äu lotsu?    So frage ich Conny, nun ja wie eben mit dem offenen Haushalt, tönt das nun schon wieder sehr zweideutig und das in einem hoch katholischen Kanton und gibt es denn auch praktische Übungen? Nun ich verrate nichts, da müsst ihr jetzt selber reinhören oder an den Event kommen und es selber erfahren!!!   Zurück zur Ehe - offen oder nicht? Religiös oder eben wie Conny - aus der Kirche ausgetreten weil sie nicht Mühe hat mit Gott, nein wohl eher hier und jetzt mit dem Bodenpersonal und Mensch ja wieder zurück beim Missbrauch? Glauben wir mal nicht allen Medien aber einiges ist ja ans Licht geraten und es ist gut so und nun muss ganz ganz viel geschehen und nein meine lieben Ordensleute - auch nach 100 Vater unser wird euch wohl nie vergeben und verziehen, keine Beichte wird euch reines Gewissen verschaffen….. aber auch Missbrauch in den Familien und die traurige Geschichte der Frau, welche 180cm gross war, am Schluss noch 30 Kilo wog und zwei Tage nach dem Fotoshootings mit Conny gestorben ist.    Da gähnt der die Griemäää? Vom Onkel und den Cousins missbraucht ! Unglaublich !! Und ja das viele die Missbraucht worden sind, eben nachher an Essstörungen leiden, in einen männlichen Körper hineinwachsen wollen und ja nicht mehr Frau sein wollen, nicht mehr attraktiv ? Unwohl im eigenen Körper. Auch solche Themen werden sicher am Sex-Talk besprochen aber wie intensiv ? Wird sich am Montag herausstellen und wie der Hengert wird alles spontan, offen, ehrlich, frech und ja es gibt auch Dinge zum Anfassen und was für ein Übergang? Dildos und Themen wie eben Lingnam Massage ? Vielleicht gibt es im Oberwallis auch bald einmal Tantra Massagen und Mensch es wäre wohl an der Zeit und ich denke das würde mehr als allen von uns sehr sehr gut tun. Da kennen wir gemeinsam die Esther Jansen die in diesem Bereich eine Koryphäe ist und auch schon so vieles erlebt hat und hat auch einen ganz tollen YouTube Channel.    Aber Conny ist nicht nur so eben Sex und Talk nein sie ist Tausendsassa PUR? Ein Botschafterin für die Anliegen der Verzettelungsagentur und wie man vorbeugt? ADHS? Und ja ihr Mann Asperger und wie können Gegensätze nicht gegensätzlicher so klar kommen? Conny ist Medium und nimmt Kontakt mit den Vertsorbenen auf, für die das wollen und ja das ist sehr spannend. Conny meint aber - wenn wir alle mehr auf unser Bauchgefühl und Intuition hören, könnten solche Medium Sitzungen wohl gestrichen werden? Hab ich das richtig verstanden? Was meint ihr dazu! Da gibt es natürlich viel Humbug aber wie erkennt man da die Spreu vom Weizen?    Conny also Horrorfachrau, Medium, Künstlerin, Schriftstellerin und Mensch was freu ich mich auf Ihr neues Buch und ja auch nach dem ich Heute schon mit Gunti telefoniert habe, ein wenig Hoffnung ? Sehr spannend finde ich die Angehensart von Conny. Sie wundert sich über etwas, fragt Social Media was die Cloud dazu meint und arbeitet mit dem Feedback am Thema weiter, lässt sich dadurch inspirieren, führt sehr viele Gespräche und merkt zum Schluss - das die Frauen und Männer gar nicht so verschieden sind !   Merci Conny får där ganz toll Hengert und ich wünsche auch Sarah und Sonja am Montag viel Erfolg, viele neue tolle Erkenntnisse und desto mehr wir eben doch darüber kommunizieren, desto besser werden wir im Bett? Aber nicht nur im Bett nein auch eben die Auswirkungen  eines gesunden Miteinander auf unser Leben, Qualität, Freude, Gesundheit und ja je älter wir werden - desto schöner wird alles ? Und ja die Jungen? Die Gefahr das es da gerade abläuft wie in den 90ern und nein wirklich ? Be a bitch ? Heute wird Birgit beerdigt. Fit und vital und munter wird sie plötzlich heimgerufen zu Gott. Sie ist eine außergewöhnliche Frau. Fast ihr ganzes berufliches Leben hat sie in Einrichtungen unserer Ordensgemeinschaft gearbeitet. Im Kinderheim Josefshaus, im Kindergarten und dann später mehr als 25 Jahre als pädagogische Leiterin unseres Kinderhospizes Balthasar. Sie war eine zarte und sehr warmherzige Frau deren Dienst an Kindern und Jugendlichen ihr Berufsleben erfüllt hat. Und sie hat den Dienst der Trauerbegleiterin forciert und Weiterbildungskurse dazu angeboten und geleitet. Seit vielen Jahren ist sie mit uns Schwestern herzlich verbunden und hat manchmal verwundert geäußert, dass sie irgendwann verpasst hat, bei uns einzutreten. Und wir sind viele Jahre lang mit Jugendlichen und mit Birgit nach Assisi gefahren. In der Stadt von Franziskus und Klara hat sie ihre Leidenschaft fürs Franziskanische entdeckt und besonders für Klara. Zunächst war sie nicht sehr angetan von ihr und hat irgendwann entdeckt, dass nur die Darstellung in frommen Büchern so falsch war, in der Klara als fromme Nonne hinter Klostermauern beschrieben worden war. Sie hat sich so hineinversetzt in diese Frau und das Leben der Schwestern in San Damiano, dass sie zu einer Expertin für Klara und das Leben dort geworden ist. In Vorträgen und Einkehrtagen hat sie uns viel Neues vermittelt und eine aktuellere Sicht und eine Begeisterung, die bis heute anhält. Nach dem Ausstieg aus dem Berufsleben hat sie losgelegt mit all den Dingen, die ihr auch immer schon am Herzen gelegen haben. Mit unendlich vielen Frauen hat sie in Elspe hier im Sauerland den ersten Klaraweg in Deutschland angelegt mit Stationen zum Leben der Klara für heute. Viele tausend Menschen gehen jedes Jahr diesen Pilgerweg und werden angesteckt von dieser Begeisterung für eine der prägenden Frauen in unserer Kirche. Auf der Traueranzeige der Angehörigen für Birgit steht das wunderbare letzte Wort der Heiligen Klara an ihre eigene Seele: "Geh hin in Sicherheit, denn du hast ein gutes Reisegeleit. Geh hin, der dich erschaffen hat, hat dich geheiligt. Er hat dich stets behütet wie eine Mutter ihr Kind und dich mit zärtlicher Liebe geliebt."

Ich gehöre zur Generation der "Nachgeborenen", der Kinder, die in einer Welt von Deutschen aufwuchsen, die sämtlich im Nationalsozialismus gelebt hatten. Wir wussten, was das bedeutete: Wir lebten unter Menschen, die nichts dagegen getan haben, dass Millionen von Juden unter unsäglichem Leid "vernichtet" worden waren. Kann man sich vorstellen, wie gruselig das ist? Da meine Mutter - 33 geboren, mir als kleines Kind  abends erzählte, wie sie in meinem Alter diese "arische Übermensch-Kultur" erlebte, wusste ich schon als Kindergartenkind Bescheid. Ich glaube, mein vielleicht schon krankhafter Glaube an Jesus war meine Medizin, um mit diesem gruseligen Wissen leben zu können. Heute früh habe ich der kleinen Eva-Maria, die so gern Nonne werden wollte, einen Brief geschrieben. Ich hoffe, sie ist nicht sauer auf mich, weil ich ihr erkläre, dass die Bibel natürlich nicht so wirklich "Das Wort Gottes" ist und dass die Drohungen Jesus vor der Hölle wohl eher pädagogischer Natur der Evangelisten sind, die christliche Gemeinden aufbauen wollten.
