Jahrhunderts, dient als lebendiges Beispiel für die Poesie der Praxis. Chiyono fragt eine Nonne, ob auch sie den Buddha-Weg gehen könne, obwohl sie tagein tagaus arbeiten müsse. Die Nonne erklärt ihr, wie sie auch ohne Sitzen Zazen praktizieren kann. Chiyono befolgt den Rat und erwacht eines nachts, als ihr beim Wasserholen der Boden aus dem Eimer fällt. Dapel Rahel Gertsch, geboren 1980, ist buddhistische Dharma- und Meditationslehrerin. Sie begann ihre Praxis im Meditationszentrum Beatenberg bei Fred von Allmen. 2005, nach einer Begegnung mit dem Dalai Lama, gab sie ihren Beruf als Primarlehrerin auf und reiste mit einem One-Way-Ticket nach Indien. 2008 wurde sie zur Nonne ordiniert. Über 15 Jahre lebte sie in der Gemeinschaft «Dharmadatta», die sie mitgegründet hatte – in Indien, Mexiko und den USA. Nach einer tiefen Erschütterung in ihrer Tradition und einer Erkrankung an Long Covid kehrte sie 2024 in die Schweiz zurück. 2026 legte sie die Robe ab. Heute lehrt sie mit Fokus auf Ökodharma. Zu ihren Quellen zählen Joanna Macy und David Loy. Das Meditationszentrum Beatenberg bleibt ihre spirituelle Heimat.Im Gespräch erzählt Dapel von einer Reise, die im Schulzimmer begann und in die radikale Hingabe eines klösterlichen Lebens führte. In molti casi le donne muoiono durante l'aggressione.Nel 1987 la polizia riesce finalmente a identificarlo grazie alle testimonianze e alle indagini sugli ambienti che frequentava. Quando viene arrestato, Paulin confessa numerosi omicidi. Gli investigatori ritengono che sia responsabile di almeno 21 morti, anche se alcuni sospettano che il numero reale possa essere più alto.Prima che il processo possa iniziare, Thierry Paulin muore nel 1989, a soli 25 anni, a causa di complicazioni legate all'AIDS.Il caso rimane uno dei più inquietanti della cronaca nera francese: una lunga serie di omicidi di donne anziane, commessi nel silenzio degli appartamenti parigini.

Eine katholische Nonne bei «Musik für einen Gast» am Ostersonntag: Das mag wenig überraschen. Dass sie sich selbst als «Freelance Schwester Veronika» bezeichnet, Melodien, Rhythmen und Instrumente in Farben wahrnimmt und auch im Gym Musik hört, vielleicht schon eher. Als Veronika Ebnöther 20 Jahre alt war, veränderte ein Besuch in einer Zürcher Kirche ihr Leben. Sie spürte die Berufung, dass sie sich ihrem Glauben und ihrer Beziehung zu Gott hingeben sollte – voll und ganz. Heute ist Schwester Veronika eine von rund 80 sogenannten «geweihten Jungfrauen» in der Schweiz. «Das klingt aber so verstaubt», sagt sie selbst und verwendet deshalb lieber den Begriff «Freelance Schwester». Im Gegensatz zu den meisten katholischen Nonnen lebt Schwester Veronika nicht in einem Kloster und ist selbst für ihr Einkommen verantwortlich. So hat sie mehr als zehn Jahre Erfahrung in der Gefängnisseelsorge und leitet ein Gesprächsatelier, in dem sie Menschen begleitet, die Rat suchen oder sich mehr Tiefe oder spirituelle Verbundenheit in ihrem Leben wünschen. Bei ihren Beratungen kommen manchmal auch Farben und Pigmente zum Einsatz. Denn Schwester Veronika hat diesbezüglich eine ganz besondere Wahrnehmung: Sie ist Synästhetikerin. «Einfach erklärt sind die Sinne in meinem Kopf nicht getrennt.
