Meta has partnered with Constellation to secure the operation of the Clinton Clean Energy Center, a nuclear power plant in Illinois, for the next 20 years. The agreement enables the plant to increase its energy output and maintain enough capacity to power approximately 800,000 homes. Meta will purchase clean energy attributes from the plant to help offset its growing carbon footprint, driven by increased energy demands from artificial intelligence data centers. The United States plans to send astronauts to the Moon later in this decade, aiming toward a permanent lunar base. But experience shows that plans come and go. In fact, if all the plans for lunar exploration had actually come about, we’d be skittering all across the Moon today. In 1958, for example, the Air Force developed Project LUMAN, a comprehensive plan for human spaceflight. It would culminate with a single astronaut landing on the Moon. Later, the service developed another plan – LUMEX. It called for three astronauts to travel to the Moon using a giant new booster and a streamlined spaceship. The Army developed its own plan, involving a space station and other steps. All of those plans died – in part because human spaceflight was turned over to a new civilian agency: NASA. And NASA had its own false steps. It studied using its two-man Gemini spacecraft for lunar missions before settling on Apollo. And even then, some of its plans were scuttled; the final three Apollo missions were scrapped, in 1970. President George W. Bush proposed lunar missions as part of the Constellation program. It was nixed by President Obama. But some of its hardware has been kept for Artemis – which plans to send astronauts to the Moon in the next few years. Look for the Moon in the west at nightfall. Why would anyone voluntarily endanger their career, reputation, freedom, and their life by stepping forward as a UFO whistleblower? For former Department off Defense and State Department analyst Matthew Brown, it was an excruciating decision. Brown tried to follow the rules and the law by reporting what he had learned about an unacknowledged special access program dubbed Immaculate Constellation. He says he repeatedly tried to bring it to the attention of superiors but found himself blocked at every step. In Part One of an exclusive interview with Jeremy and George, Brown said he was aware that by going public, he was risking everything. Now, in Part Two, he reveals more about the stunning documents he read, the depth and scope of the UFO coverup, and the methodical, by-the-book process he followed before making the fateful decision to go public and reveal his identity. In 2024, an enigmatic term began to percolate among a small group of UAP investigators. The name was "Immaculate Constellation." Anyone who dared to even utter that term would put their own lives at risk, according to persons familiar with the program. "ImCon”, the abbreviated version of the term, was brought to the attention of Congress. Members were told it was a cover term for an Unacknowledged Special Access Program housed within the executive branch, specifically under the control of the White House. ImCon was supposedly a highly secretive program that relied on artificial intelligence to secretly scour classified servers used by the U.S. military and its intelligence agencies to search for and snatch images of UAP encounters. A report about ImCon, written by an unknown policy advisor, was provided to Congress by Jeremy Corbell months prior to the start of a 2024 public hearing before a House subcommittee. The anonymous author of the report, who had been surreptitiously introduced to key House members by Corbell, had indicated he was willing to testify if requested to do so. A very curious series of events unfolded at the hearing, but in the end, the source of the Immaculate Constellation report was largely ignored, and the origin of the report itself was grossly distorted by members. A spokesperson for the Pentagon denied that any program by that name had ever existed within the Department of Defense. After many months of excruciating discussion and debate, the author of the ImCon report is now ready to reveal what he knows, how he knows it, and who he is. In this episode of WEAPONIZED (Part 1 of 3), Jeremy and George speak face-to-face with the previously anonymous source of the ImCon report. The person who wrote the report explains where he worked and in what capacities, how he was first exposed to the term Immaculate Constellation, and why he made the decision to come forward, in spite of what could be very serious repercussions.
