Hire and Retain Top Sales Talent Finding and keeping high-level sales professionals can be a game-changing strategy for organizations looking to expand their business. A thorough hiring process can include elements such as a detailed sales assessment, a well-structured interview, and even asking candidates to submit videos to demonstrate their skills and motivation. In addition, a comprehensive onboarding process and a transparent, easy-to-understand compensation plan can promote staff retention and encourage top performers to stay with the company. Attract A-Level Sales Professionals Attracting top-notch sales talent requires a strategic approach that goes beyond just offering a decent salary. Companies need to work on their branding, create a dynamic sales culture, and establish processes that can identify and attract A-level talent continuously. Forming partnerships with universities to offer internships can also provide a much-needed funnel to attract and assess potential candidates that can later become full-time hires. Power of Sales Assessments Sales assessments have evolved to become an essential tool in the hiring process, providing deep insights into a candidate's sales aptitude, personality, leadership skills, and more. Tools like Gallup's challenger or DISC can help verify if a candidate's skill set matches the job requirements and how comfortably they can fit in with the company's culture. They serve as an effective complement to reference checks and interviews, helping to ensure that hires are not only capable but also motivated and a good cultural fit. 2020 has presented a big list of challenges to all Americans, most especially African Americans. Since the small business is the lifeblood of any economy, we discuss how the black entrepreneur can tap into the amazing opportunities that have presented themselves during these turbulent times. The Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce’s Phil Andrews believes fundamentally in the economic empowerment of entrepreneurs across the country, with minimal government interference. His leadership and the integrity of the Chamber was tested throughout the COVID-19 crisis. Phil proudly shared that they were able to help small companies ride the wave of the pandemic thanks to their partnerships with the Small Business Administration and other private organizations. He also praises their ability to embrace digital resources while continuing to stay high touch. When asked what continues to be a challenge for the Chamber, Phil speaks about the need for greater representation across different business sectors and net worth so as to provide an atmosphere of mentorship and learning between business owners of all sizes. Speaking further on COVID-19, Phil looks at the crisis as containing the seed of opportunity for small business owners. Every business, he says, lives in a cycle: There will be ups and there will be downs in varying degrees. He believes that the people who make up America are resilient enough to be able to bounce back even from such an unprecedented global crisis; but the ones who end up thriving are those entrepreneurs who are proactive, adaptive, and innovative in the midst of seemingly endless uncertainty. WHAT IF WE'VE BEEN WRONG?

America hasn’t always been seeped in sexual hedonism. Men haven’t always been addicted to pornography. Rape hasn’t always been so prevalent. Divorce hasn’t always been so high. Human trafficking hasn’t always been a billion-dollar industry and sexual perversions have not always been the norm. So what happened? Meet Dr. Judith Reisman, Ph.D., Research Professor and Director of Child Protection Institute at Liberty University, Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Inter-American Institute and President of Institute of Media Education. She’ll introduce you to the blight of Dr. Alfred Kinsey’s pseudo-science of human sexuality. As a researcher & author, historian & teacher, Judith Reisman has focused on pornography as a pandemic, addicting men, women and children and upon exposing Dr. Alfred C. Kinsey's fraudulent sex science research and education. An eager news and media analyst, she writes for Salvo Magazine, WorldNetDaily and was principal investigator for the pioneering U.S. Department of Justice, Juvenile Justice study Images of Children, Crime and Violence in Playboy, Penthouse and Hustler. She authored Kinsey, Sex and Fraud, Soft Porn Plays Hardball, Partner Solicitation Language as a Reflection of Male Sexual Orientation, Kinsey, Crimes & Consequences and Sexual Sabotage. In 2013, Liberty Counsel republished Kinsey: Crimes & Consequences' 4th edition as Stolen Honor Stolen Innocence. As scientific consultant to four U.S. Department of Justice administrations, the U.S. Department of Education, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, she is listed in Who's Who in Science & Engineering, International Who's Who in Sexology, International Who's Who in Education, Who's Who of American Women, The World's Who's Who of Women, etc. Based on her work, The German Medical Tribune and the British medical journal, The Lancet demanded that the Kinsey Institute be investigated for deliberately covering up massive sex crimes against children and fraudulent science.
