Elon Musk is being called the first trillionaire, and the left immediately demanded a piece of money that mostly exists on paper. Trump's leaked Iran deal may be peace, but it also raises the question: what was the war for? In this Good Morning Liberty breakdown, Nate and Chuck dig into the leaked 14-point Iran memorandum, JD Vance's role in selling the deal, sanctions relief, frozen Iranian funds, the $300 billion peace package, and Trump's frustration with Israel over Lebanon. Then the guys turn to Elon Musk, SpaceX, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Adam Schiff, wealth inequality, paper wealth, unrealized gains, worker equity, government spending, national debt interest, and why socialist envy keeps blaming producers instead of the state. What if your words carry more power than you realize? In Part 2 of this powerful message from the CIM Conference, Bill Vanderbush explores a fascinating theme that runs throughout Scripture: the "sound of your blood." Beginning with Abel's blood crying out from the ground and culminating with Jesus' blood speaking a better word, Bill unpacks how creation responds to the words, beliefs, and declarations of those made in the image of God.This conversation challenges us to rethink the power of our speech, the responsibility of stewarding our words, and the impact our perspective has on the world around us. Along the way, Bill explores Romans 8, the glory of God, our identity as the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit, and the radical revelation that God is not distant but intimately present as Father. You'll hear inspiring stories, thought-provoking insights, and a fresh invitation to embrace the goodness of God, walk in your true identity, and release life rather than judgment into the world around you.00:00 - Introduction & Bill Vanderbush Conference Series02:20 - The Voice of Abel's Blood03:06 - Adam's Authority Still Exists Today04:06 - What Is the Sound of Your Blood?06:18 - Romans 8 and Creation's Response08:23 - Why Human Beings Are So Powerful10:07 - The Atmosphere We Create With Our Words11:30 - Creation Awaits the Glory of God's Children12:20 - The Glory of God Is His Goodness on Display13:26 - Challenging Religious Views of God's Goodness14:06 - You Are the Temple of the Holy Spirit15:10 - Letting Go of Separation and Depravity16:09 - If Paul Visited the Modern Church17:36 - Jesus' Blood Speaks a Better Word18:35 - Abel, Judgment, and the Earth's Response22:34 - Learning to Speak What Heaven Is Saying23:20 - Testimonies of Blessing the Land26:32 - Deleting Negativity and Seeing Change28:08 - A Child Raised From Death30:06 - Jesus' Better Word: “Father, Forgive Them”32:20 - The Greatest Revelation: God as Father35:28 - The Gospel Is About a Person, Not a Place35:43 - A Good Father Wants His Children Home37:01 - Religion's Lie About the Father38:19 - Remembering What We've Forgotten39:18 - The New Commandment: Love Like Jesus39:57 - Closing Prayer & Final Thoughts
This week on the Oakley Podcast, Jeremy Kellett sits down with Owner-Operator Felipe Sanchez and his dispatcher, Sam Plafcan, to explore what makes a strong driver–dispatcher relationship at Oakley Trucking. Felipe shares his journey from growing up in Panama to moving to New York and Atlanta, working 15 years in warehouses, and finally becoming an owner-operator during the pandemic. Sam discusses his journey from farming and hauling grain to dispatch, including learning equipment in the shop and managing 30–40 different driver personalities. Together, they tackle real-world challenges such as Atlanta traffic, short runs, tight customer hours, and planning loads to meet weekly mileage goals. The key takeaways are the importance of communication, mutual respect, and trust in the process: drivers must speak up without being disrespectful, dispatch has to understand what happens on the road, and both sides share responsibility in turning “bad days” into strong weeks. The episode also touches on Felipe's family life, his pride in his Panamanian roots, and why he feels Oakley's culture, organization, and customer service help motivated owner operators succeed. Key topics in today's conversation include: Fuel Discounts, Transflo App, And Company Party Details (0:12) Felipe's Journey From Panama to New York and Atlanta (5:28) Sam's Background, Farming, and Path to Oakley Dispatch (8:00) Learning Trailers in the Shop Before Dispatching (9:07) Early Years of Trucking: Warehouse Work to CDL School in 2020 (10:22) How the Driver–Dispatcher Relationship Works at Oakley (13:59) Trusting the Process and Making Up for Short Runs (15:10) Communication, Respect, and Handling Frustration (18:11) Managing 30–40 Driver Personalities as a Dispatcher (21:08) Safety, Dump Trailers, And Never Getting Too Comfortable (27:01) Planning Loads, Hours, and Customer Cutoff Times (29:22) Life and Family Culture In Panama, and Moving for Opportunity (31:54) Final Thoughts and Takeaways (36:02) Oakley Trucking is a family-owned and operated trucking company headquartered in North Little Rock, Arkansas. During that period, experiencing real-world uncertainty and loss gave new meaning to Reanimal's themes of fear, innocence, and survival.Together, we explore the relationship between war and storytelling, the loss of innocence, writing without dialogue, and how real-life tragedies can shape the emotional foundation of interactive narratives.David also shares insights into his creative process, inspirations, and the philosophy behind building worlds that communicate emotion beyond words.Thank you for watching and supporting Bonfire Conversations.Subscribe for more conversations with filmmakers, game developers, composers, and storytellers shaping the world of modern narrative art.Chatpers:0:00 - Introduction & Welcome1:16 - Postponing the Interview: Living Through War in Iran3:18 - The Inception and Themes of Reanimal10:50 - Addressing War Without Glorifying It11:38 - Childhood Memories & Influences on Tarsier's Games15:11 - Evolving as a Person and a Parent16:47 - Growing Up in the UK and Stumbling Into Sweden19:03 - Finding a Passion for Writing and Narrative Design21:35 - Moving to Tarsier Studios & Transitioning Away From Level Design22:27 - Telling Stories With Fewer Words: The Power of Minimalism28:31 - Penny for Your Thoughts: Finding Light in Dark Moments31:10 - Learning Humility and Overcoming Strong Opinions32:20 - David's Top Five Favorite Horror Films33:55 - David's Favorite Video Games of All Time35:55 - What Scares a Horror Writer the Most?38:03 - What's Next for Tarsier Studios? Before walking onto a stage, there's always a certain amount of self-talk. For years, a colleague and I would encourage each other with a simple pep talk before a concert—something to sharpen our focus and concentration. Coaches do the same before athletic events. These moments are designed to build confidence, motivation, and clarity. Today's message is a kind of pep talk as well—a reminder to realign with what truly matters: our values, purpose, and the life we're intentionally creating. At halftime of life, we are often given a unique opportunity: the chance to reassess, realign, and intentionally create a next chapter based not on pressure or performance, but on purpose and values. This stage of life is not about starting over from zero. It is about building wisely from everything already accumulated—skills, experience, relationships, wisdom, resilience, and perspective. Subscribe through my link for 40% off unlimited access. In this episode of The Winston Marshall Show, I sit down with former Green Beret and military veteran Nick Freitas for a conversation on modern warfare, Iran, China, terrorism, the crisis of Western confidence, and the future of Christendom.Freitas explains the realities of asymmetric warfare, arguing that America's greatest enemies are often not stronger militarily, but better able to exploit the political, cultural, and psychological weaknesses of democratic societies. Using examples from Vietnam, Iraq, Gaza, Iran, and Ukraine, he explores why public opinion, media narratives, and civilian casualties have become central battlegrounds in modern conflict. We discuss the war with Iran, regime change, nation-building, the failures of Western interventionism, and why authoritarian regimes often possess strategic advantages that democracies struggle to counter. Freitas also examines the role of international institutions, the UN, NATO, and whether the West's commitment to liberal values has unintentionally created vulnerabilities that its adversaries now exploit. Finally, we explore faith, masculinity, family, and the collapse of the post-war consensus.WATCH THE EXTENDED CONVERSATION HERE: https://www.winstonmarshall.co.uk/Chapters 00:00 Introduction 03:07 The Brutal Logic Of Asymmetric Warfare09:42 Has Trump Failed To Sell The Iran War?13:12 Could The Iranian Regime Ever Be Overthrown?18:38 Why The West Fights By Different Rules20:00 Hamas, Human Shields & The Laws Of War26:23 Why Terrorists Exploit Western Morality30:58 Just War Theory, Christianity & Warfare42:23 NATO, Europe & America's Growing Divide48:59 China, Taiwan & The Next Great Conflict1:00:40 China's Real Asymmetric Warfare Strategy1:07:42 Why Young Men Are Turning Back To Faith1:10:16 Final Thoughts

For more thoughts, clips, and updates, follow Avetis Antaplyan on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/avetisantaplyanIn this solo episode of The Tech Leader's Playbook, Avetis Antaplyan explores why AI may create more career opportunities than job losses, even as layoffs and automation dominate the headlines. Drawing from his perspective as the leader of an executive search, technology, and go-to-market recruiting consulting firm, Avetis breaks down the new roles emerging from the AI revolution and what technology leaders need to understand now.He explains why roles like Forward Deployed AI Engineers, AI Ops Leaders, and GTM Engineers are becoming critical as companies shift from simply experimenting with AI to actually implementing it in ways that drive business outcomes. Rather than viewing AI purely as a cost-cutting tool, Avetis argues that leaders should use it to create leverage, improve quality, increase speed, and elevate their teams. This episode also examines how AI amplifies top performers, widens the gap between average and exceptional talent, and forces companies to rethink hiring, training, leadership, and team design. For executives, founders, and technology leaders, this is a practical playbook for building AI-native teams without losing the human side of leadership.TakeawaysAI will eliminate certain tasks and roles, but it will also create entirely new categories of work. The biggest career risk is not AI itself, but being replaced by someone who knows how to use AI better.AI does not make average performers equal to top performers; it amplifies the people who already have stronger judgment, work ethic, and learning ability.Leaders who treat AI only as a headcount reduction tool are thinking too short-term.Companies should train every employee on AI instead of limiting AI knowledge to technical teams.Organizations need to reward outcomes, not activity, while still maintaining strong quality standards. The future belongs to high-leverage teams that combine human judgment, machine intelligence, strong leadership, and operational discipline.Chapters00:00 Why AI May Create More Jobs Than It Replaces02:25 How Technology Waves Create New Opportunities05:15 Forward Deployed AI Engineers and Business Outcomes06:35 AI Ops Leaders, Governance, and Execution07:30 Why GTM Engineers Are Becoming So Valuable09:30 AI Rewards Top Talent and Widens the Performance Gap11:52 Why Leaders Should Think Leverage, Not Replacement13:00 What Companies Are Getting Wrong About AI Cost Cutting14:17 Training Every Employee to Use AI15:00 Rewarding Outcomes Instead of Activity15:45 Hiring for Adaptability in the AI Era16:43 Building AI-Native Leadership and Human-Centered Teams17:30 Technology Redistributes Opportunity18:20 The Real Risk: Someone Using AI Replacing You19:09 Final Thoughts for Leaders Building Responsible AI TeamsResources and Links:https://www.hireclout.comhttps://www.podcast.hireclout.comhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/hirefasthireright
