Donald Trump macht die Welt unterwürfig und wir haben einen Kanzler ohne Kreuz. Seine Rede in Davos war ja unterirdisch. Europa ist zurzeit der große Verlierer. Wir haben enorm an Wettbewerbsfähigkeit verloren. Es gibt aktuell keine Partei, die Wirtschaft kann. Man hat ja dem Merz unterstellt, dass er Wirtschaft kann, aber ich fühle nicht. Ich würde gerne für eine Brandmauer auf der linken Seite plädieren. In Berlin sind permanent die Narren los. Da herrscht Dauerfrost”, sagt Rolf B. Pieper. Steht die Große Koalition 2025 für eine Verbesserung? „Ich sehe sogar eine Verschlechterung in Teilbereichen. Mit einem Anti-Merkel-Kurs ist Merz Vorsitzender der CDU geworden. Mittlerweile hat er sich zum Wackel-Dackel der SPD-Politik gemacht. Ich vermisse die komplette Ausrichtung auf Zukunftsfähigkeit. Er hat ja die ein oder andere gute Idee, aber er scheitert in den eigenen Reihen und beim Koalitionspartner. Im Wahlkampf hat er sich ja schon in die blaue Richtung positioniert, aber jetzt haben wir mehr Rot-Grün als vorher. Der Staat verwaltet sich selbst in Sozialleistungen und ist nicht zukunftsorientiert. Und wer muss es bezahlen? Wir haben nur noch 15 Millionen Nettozahler in Deutschland, die das alles bezahlen. Merz ist nicht mit der Wahrheit angetreten. Die Mehrheit der Menschen will das nicht und wird ausgegrenzt. Bei den Umfragen tut sich was. Die FDP ist wieder naher der Fünf-Prozent. Aber ich sehe keinen Kompass. Wir erleben eine große Deindustrialisierung, die Menschen müssen ihre Kredite mit Krediten zurückzahlen und wir haben eine schleichende Inflation”, sagt Rolf B. Pieper. Der CEO der TRI Concept AG schaut auf Anlageklassen: Aktien („Gutes Invest, wenn man gute Nerven hat. Ich sehe eine super hohe Fallhöhe"), Immobilien („Sehr schwierig. Für Privatanleger lohnt sich die vermietete Immobilie aktuell nicht"), Gold („Ein total gutes Investment. Allein dieses Jahr 60 Prozent"), Silber („Dieses Jahr Verdopplung - die Party geht weiter"), Farbedelsteine („Sehr gute Beimischung. Höchste Wert-Konzentration auf kleinstem Raum"). Was tun? „Ich brauche eine Länder-Diversifikation im Ausland. Gold gehört nicht in Deutschland gelagert. Ich muss ein dezentrales Vermögenssicherungssystem haben." „Im Rahmen meines Fluchtplans und des Plan Bs suche ich nach Länder-Diversifikation. Deshalb ist Thailand bei mir in den letzten Monaten sehr stark in den Fokus gerückt. Bekanntlich beschäftige ich mich hier mit den nachwachsenden Rohstoffen als Rendite-Faktor und die Anleger haben den Wunsch gehabt, eine Investoren-Reise zu machen. Wir sind hier über die Plantagen gefahren und alle konnten sich von dem Investment überzeugen. Dazukommt noch mein neues Projekt: das Ressort hier in Thailand. Investoren können hier ein Hotelzimmer kaufen. Hinzukommt, dass wir noch ein sogenanntes Rentner-Visum 50+ anbieten, so dass man auch dauerhaft in Thailand bleiben kann, wenn man will. Ansonsten wird mit dem Zimmer Rendite gemacht”, sagt Rolf B. Pieper. Der CEO der TRI Concept AG mit Blick auf die deutsche Politik weiter: „Dieses Rentensystem ist nicht mehr bezahlbar, weil wir ein Umlagesystem haben. Wir brauchen eine dreigeteilte Rente, wo auch die kapitalgedeckte und betriebliche Rente mit rein kommt. Jetzt machen wir Schadensbegrenzung, aber es heilt das System nicht. Die deutsche Politik scheint ja im Heilen nicht so gut zu sein." Die Situation macht mich traurig. Wenn wir mal eine Wähleranalyse machen, stellen wir fest: Die Mehrheit der Deutschen wählt mittekonservativ. Und da gibt es eine Mehrheit. Und wenn sie jetzt CDU gewählt haben, bekommen sie die linke Politik der SPD. Das ist das Verfahren, das schädlich ist”, sagt Rolf B. Pieper. Send us a textIt is Week Two of Texas High School football and in Episode 120, Host Taylor Arenz talks to three players whose team had big success in their first time out on the field. First up is Pieper Warriors quarterback Isaiah Gaitan. Isaiah has been making a name for himself for years. At Cornerstone Christian, he threw for over 4,500 career yards and 38 touchdowns, and now he's bringing that talent to Pieper. In his very first game with the Warriors, he accounted for three touchdowns and helped lead his team to a big 35–28 win over Boerne. Taylor and Isaiah talked about how he's built chemistry with his new teammates, and what it means to step onto the field for his senior year. He also shared his advice for younger players, what he's looking forward to this season and more. Then Taylor talked with Prosper senior offensive lineman Zaden Krempin.   Zaden has been big on the recruiting trail and back in June he announced his commitment to Texas A&M after holding more offers than any player in the state, with 53.  Taylor and Zaden talked about what that recruiting process was like, the moment he knew College Station was home, and the advice he has for younger athletes chasing those same opportunities.
